เกมลุยด่านบรรยากาศมืดๆทึมๆว่าด้วยปีศาจที่ถูกขังอยู่ในโลกใต้ดินด้วยความทุกข์ทรมาน ออกเดินทางไปที่ปราสาทเพื่อตามล้างแค้นจอมปีศาจเพื่อยุติยุคมืดที่มนุษย์และปีศาจตกเป็นทาสรับใช้ เริ่มเกมตัวเอกจะมีดาบเล่มโตๆไว้จัดการกับปีศาจจากขุมนรก พร้อมกับคอยหลบกับดักที่มีมากมายตามทาง (พวกหนามนี่จะเยอะมาก) เหรียญที่ได้จากศัตรูและหีบสมบัติ เราสามารถเอามาซื้ออาวุธและสกิลใหม่ๆเพิ่มได้ ซึ่งสำหรับผมไม่ค่อยจำเป็นเท่าไหร่ ยกเว้นสกิลเพิ่มเลือดถาวร (จาก 3 เป็น 5 ดวง) กับท่าพุ่งโจมตีขั้นสูงสุด เพราะสามารถพุ่งโจมตีผ่านตัวศัตรูได้แล้วเผ่นในกรณีที่เราขี้เกียจสู้ ไม่เผ่นก็ต้องเผ่น แค่หลบกับดักหนามเยอะๆก็จะตายอยู่แล้ว ส่วนอาวุธนี่ไม่ต้องห่วง เพราะเราสามารถไปเอาอาวุธที่เทพที่สุดในเกมได้แบบฟรีๆ โดยการเล่นด่านที่ 4 เข้าทางลับเพื่อไปสู้กับปีศาจตัวใหญ่ 2 ตัว หากชนะก็จะได้เคียวแห่งความตายที่โจมตีแรงที่สุด แถมโจมตีเป็นวงกว้างด้วย ใครเห็นก็ว่าโกง วิธีเข้า หาจากคู่มือในสตีมเอา ส่วนข้อเสียในเกมมีแน่นอน แต่ขึ้นอยู่กับเราว่าจะใส่ใจมั้ย ยกตัวอย่างเช่น บั๊กกด pause แล้วออกจากเกมไม่ได้ หรือปุ่มโจมตีพลังเวทย์ที่ไม่รู้ว่ากดปุ่มไหน เพราะเกมไม่บอกเรา อดเท่เลย

Mahluk:Dark demon is an okay side scrolling platformer, so story. Eons ago long before mankind there was a dark civilization ruled by an evil devil King named Kindar, he had ruled his world with cruelty for 3,000 years and no one could stand up to him, all who tried were thrown to the underground kingdom that was filled with pain, torture and misery. But one day a man who could have been an assassin or exiled King rose up to fight the evil Kindar and topple his dark rule.
Now what are the likes, the gameplay was okay it’s your standard hack and slash platformer, kill enemies and make it all the way to the end of the level. One interesting thing that helps the game is that you can buy permanent upgrades.The story was okay nothing too complicated other than kill evil King, it did have a nice grimdark swords and sorcery kind of vibe to it.
The graphics were okay having a nice old school and simplistic kind of look with its minimal design and black colors. The levels were okay a little bit diverse with a swampy forest to an icy land to a castle, but nothing too spectacular or really eye-catching. The enemies were okay nothing really interesting except maybe the bosses.
The music was good had some nice tracks. The voice acting was good, I really like the voice acting for the opening segment, really set the swords and sorcery the tone for the game, but there was only one problem with it but that's for the dislikes. The price for the game is fair.
Now what are the dislikes, a lot of the levels in the later stages can feel pretty bunkish and cheap with multiple traps and Bottomless pits, you can beat them but it requires a health upgrade, trial and error and some luck. Another annoying thing in the game is that after upgrading my weapon for some reason every time I switched to my upgraded weapon it would later reverse back to my standard weapon, I don't know if that was because of my controller or the game, but it was really frustrating when I just wanted to use the weapon I bought.
Lastly I said there was a problem with the voice acting and it's because there's only the one bit of voice acting in the opening segment, the other cutscenes don't have that which I found that kind of dumb and disappointing.
Now that you know all that Mahluk:Dark demon is an okay side scrolling platformer, it has okay gameplay, an okay story and vary good voice acting. Now do I recommend the game, I don't know like I said it has a fair price, if you have four dollars and can be patient then you might get some enjoyment out of it.

Compre este juego por lo inmersivo de la propuesta estética estética, luego me engancho el diseño de niveles y la formidable banda sonora, muy a pesar de ciertos bugs que tiene en lo respectivo al daño y la perdida de vidas que es confuso y aveces injusto. Pero la verdad que la curva de dificultad esta muy poco trabajada y los jefes son una decepción total. De todos modos me propuse terminarlo y fue una dcepción el poco amor dedicado a la final. Casi como si lo hubieran terminado rápido y sin presupuesto para darle una recompensa simbolica al jugador por haberle dedicado tanto tiempo a esto...

如果想要蒐集全成就遊戲的話這款可以嘗試，這款遊戲全成就非常簡單，並沒有如完成率想要中的這麼困難。
作為「Serkan Bakar」開發商的第一款遊戲我認為這款稱不上是好的。
雖然是復古遊戲，但遊戲各種網頁遊戲會有的陽春感，一開始的場景渲染還不知道為何特別刺眼。
然後陷阱跳跳樂比打怪物還麻煩，Boss戰更是沒有難度...好樣的，又是一款包裝戰鬥實質上跳跳樂才是更大難度的遊戲設計。
不過這款的跳跳樂不會讓人覺得太過煩躁，比起第二款作品「Ghoulboy」這款更具有點到為止的感覺。
繼續期待這家開發商的新作，2D橫版復古遊戲我非常大力支持。

I am 32 years old.
My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old.
When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing.
Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side.
With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay.
After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like.
Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends.
Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together.
Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.

Excelente jogo de plataforma, tem dificuldade desafiantes e é divertido. Esse eu recomendo.
Gra na pewno ma swoje zalety - jest tania, oraz zapewnia pewną rozrywkę, jeśli chodzi o proste askpety gier platformowych.
Niestety, nie jest wolna od wad - na początku sterowanie, które co prawda można skonfigurować, ale ze względu na bug dotyczący niemożności ustawienia akcji "Magia" jeśli w momencie wyjścia z gry postać nie miała aktywnego eliksiru ognia lub lodu; w dodatku nie można zmienić ustawień podczas gry - trzeba z niej wyjść do ekranu głównego i dopiero stamtąd na nowo ustawić sterowanie.
Nie wiem, czy w późniejszych etapach faktycznie pojawia się możliwość używania dasha - ta opcja jest w sterowaniu, ale podczas pierwszych czterech etapów nie byłem w stanie z niego skorzystać. Kolejny bug?
Naprawdę za skórę może zaleźc też niemożność cofnięcia się do poprzedniego ekranu - po kliknięciu start zostajemy przeniesieni do ekranu wyboru poziomu, z którego nijak nie da się cofnąć - wyjście do głównego menu gry jest możliwe jedynie poprzez wejście do któregoś poziomu, naciśnięcie klawisza Escape, i wybranie Exit.
Oprawa graficzna powoduje, ze nie wszyscy przeciwnicy są widoczni - ciemne sylwetki na ciemnym tle łatwo moga umknąć wzrokowi gracza.
Końcowa ocena: gra nie jest zła, ale do wybitnych też nie należy. Jeśli ktoś lubi proste platformówki - polecam.
Mahluk:Dark Demon is a mobile app that's been dumped on Steam as if it was a real PC game (it's not)... it's a cash grab from greedy mobile devs. This mobile app is yet another of literally thousands of 2D retro pixel platformers infesting Steam and lowering the average quality of all video games everywhere. In this iPhone mobile app, you control some monster thing using an art style ripped off from Microsoft's Limbo (dark foreground etc etc, so overdone, but amateur devs love it because it's easy to do and requires little effort or talent). You can double jump but the gameplay is primarily orientated around brawling/slashing. It's worth noting this isn't an asset flip as far as I can tell, it's just not very good, but the sea of mediocrity from mobile devs is very wide, even if it's not very deep.
From a technical perspective, as a mobile app, this doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.
A choice was made to use obsolete, decades old retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result.
There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. To make matters worse, there's no mouse input, despite this being sold on PC as if it were a PC game. This is unacceptable and somewhat insulting to PC gamers. It's a good demonstration of the poor attitude the developer has towards PC gamers, and this attitude has resulted in yet another defect in this mobile app.
Because this is a mobile app, it carries a number of deliberate design deficiencies. Compromises were made to cater to the iPhones that the mobile app was designed for. These are unfortunate handicaps and limitations that PC gamers shouldn't be forced to accept, but it's evident that PC was an afterthought for the iPhone developers who are to blame for this. The mobile app is deficient as a result of these choices, and would have been so much better without the handicaps that designing games for mobile phones forces upon a game. Once more, mobile devs have made gaming worse for everyone. I didn't spend thousands on building a gaming rig just so I could pretend it's an iPhone.
These technical defects push this mobile app below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.
Mahluk:Dark Demon didn't appeal much to the people who own a copy of the mobile app, either. It has achievements, and they show us a very clear picture that the mobile app didn't really capture any interest from gamers. The most commonly and easily attained achievement is for double jumping, trivial to get (it's the first thing in the tutorial), but less than 16 percent of players bothered to get that far before uninstalling the mobile app. Hardly a success story, gamers just weren't all that interested in the mobile app.
Reviewing SteamDB to check how popular this mobile app was with players reveals a surprise... there's a very healthy spike in player counts for the mobile app. But this isn't consistent with the achievement stats, that show less than 16 percent of players bothered playing the mobile app for any reasonable amount of time. How is it possible for this mobile app to have so many concurrent players who weren't even playing the mobile app? Trading cards. Players will use card idling software to collect the cards and sell them, but this won't trigger any achievements in-game. That tells us people only really bought this mobile app for trading cards, and that's a damning indictment of the woeful quality. A closer look at the numbers shows the mobile app just has a couple of players every week running up the mobile app and idling it for cards, then deleting it. We must ask how it benefits gamers for there to be so many games like this, with no merit as a serious game, that only generate sales from people idling and selling the trading cards.
Once more we see greedy mobile devs trying to scam PC gamers. On Steam, this is $4 USD, on app stores, it's $1 USD. Mobile devs must learn PC gamers are not here to be gouged, and can't be expected to pay FOUR TIMES THE PRICE for a crap mobile app where the developer couldn't even hire someone who can do real art, just because it's been lazily dumped on Steam. This is unacceptable disrespect for PC gamers. Because this is a mobile app, is priced to insult and gouge PC gamers, and because of the other defects, it's impossible to recommend. Just who do they think we are?
Aventura 2D hack & slash ambientada en un mundo mitologico y medievalesco, somos un personaje que busca venganza por haber sido encarcelado como por un rey o algo asi, no se entiende muy bien, pero al cabo de 19 niveles y 3 bosses derrotados, logras vengarte y salir adelante.
Como mecanicas notables descato: salto doble, romper paredes con la espada (ataque melé), bolas de fuego como ataque de rango (consumibles), Dashes a lo tracer de overwatch
Y lo de siempre de este tipo de aventuras, esquivar pinches, sierras, ir en plataformas, evitar caer en la lava, etc.
Descato que la musica es muy buena, los graficos tambien, buen surtido de enemigos, buena jugabilidad, variedad decente de sonidos y una gran ambientacion.
Hay doblaje al inicio de voz sobre la situacion del personaje pero no se profundiza mas y hubiera sido genial que el lore fuera mas profundo, tranquilamente podia tener 10 niveles mas el juego y mejorar ese aspecto.
Descato que existe la chance de cooperativo en misma PC y con remote play!, lo cual claramente es un enorme punto a favor del titulo ya que muchos de la rama no lo tienen como funcionalidad. Cromos y posibilidad de uso de control a favor tambien!!
7/10 Comprenlo si son casuales de este genero, lo van a disfrutar, aunque dure 2 horas.

Mahluk: Dark Demon is an excellent game for anyone who loves classic platformers and wants to have an engaging experience with beautiful graphics, fantastic music, and interesting gameplay. Despite some flaws, the game has its charm and is worthy of attention from genre enthusiasts.

В целом довольно играбельная, я б даже сказал местами хардкордная. Да, враги глупенькие некоторые и танкуются в лоб, но в целом атмосфера приятная. Интерфейс подкачал местами.

level 1, tutorial level (i say this cause you are presented with signs that gives basic initial instructions), 20 secs or so into the game and you have 2 saws that are already so much pain to pass
if this is level 1, i cant imagine what's next..too bad i'm late for a refund
i wanted to like and enjoy this game, i love the style
i'm encountering a lot of these games with this nonsensical approach, hard for the sake of it, punishing without skills required, to satisfy some niche..i don't get it..i'm tired of wasting time and money

Ich hatte durchaus viel Spaß mit dem Spiel und hätte noch mehr gehabt wenn ich den Shop im Hauptmenü nicht erst nach Beenden aller 19 Levels entdeckt hätte (hier kann man für Ingame-Währung z.B. erhöhten Schaden oder einen größeren Lebensbalken kaufen) und sofern die Achievements noch funktionieren würden (leider scheinen schon seit Jahren keinerlei Achievements mehr freischaltbar zu sein).
Ansonsten ein solider Plattformer mit ganz eigenem Charme in Punkto (Sound-)Design
Ich habe mit Tastatursteuerung gespielt, weshalb ich nichts zu angeblichen XBox-Controller-Problemen sagen kann.
Die Steuerung war abgesehen davon präzise und die Sprungpassagen (ebenso wie die Kämpfe, wobei viele Gegner eine eigene "Strategie" brauchen) mitunter auch recht anspruchsvoll (v.a. ohne den Shop :-) )
Fazit: Kein Meisterwerk aber ein spaßiger, düsterer Plattformer für Zwischendurch.

Pretends to be an old-school game but it's full of bugs, achievements are not working as well. Boring and annoying. Levels look the same, same enemies, same pointless pick-ups, same environment.

No es malo, es algo pequeño pero entretiene sin ser nada innovador.
Instead of proper review, I can only leave here a warning for future players. I couldn't play this game at all - it doesn't work with... wait for it... xbox wireless controller! Not with some obscure chinese cheap controller crap, but with the microsoft xbox controller. I mean, yes, I can use my gamepad in the game, with a tiny little problem that up is down and down is up. Like in some crazy hardcore mode for those who love extreme challenge. And the funny part is that even if you try to be clever and during the setup you will press the buttons other way around (i.e. you press down when asked to press up and vice versa) you still end up with buttons reversed. Do not buy this.
Ein Platformer der alten Schule. Die Optik ist recht anständig, jedoch ist das Leveldesign zum Teil nicht vernünftig durchdacht. Manche Sprungpassagen funktionieren nicht richtig und sind dadurch mit Glück verbunden. Ansonsten garnicht mal soooo schlecht, aber wenn der Entwickler es seit 4 Jahren nicht schafft sein Spiel zu reparieren damit die Erfolge funktionieren, dann braucht man hier auch keinen Daumen hoch geben.
Um jogo legalzinho, só que eu não consigo ganhar as conquistas do game, elas simplesmente não contam quando eu as faço.

Mediocre all around. It's like the dev saw Limbo and thought 'I wont need to put any effort into graphics if I make it too dark to see'. Everything about this game is super low-effort. You are better off playing anything else. This game isn't worth $1.99. It isn't worth 50c on sale.
This is a really cool looking old school 2D side scrolling plat-former. It's got great art style and worth it at the current price point.

Pretty good action platformer that could use just a few more tweaks to make it great.
Im a never a huge fan of "silhouette" type graphics, but this game starts out kind of dark but surprisingly gets easier to see things as the levels progress. Controls are fine, maybe a touch sticky, music is great. You earn coins as you kill enemies and open chests, and if you die you keep them to upgrade health, get better weapons and abilities. Bosses are fairly simple and easy. The levels on the other hand, are quite challenging.
Which leads to the tweaking part. I will give credit to the dev pushing out an update in early October 2019 while the game has been out over 3 years already. The slight issues I have with the game are:
1. You can upgrade your health only one time and if you do it again you'll waste your coins and get nothing. Not sure if the same applies if you were to do the same with any of the other upgrades.
2. Some of the platforming is extremely tricky, almost unfair in certain points. Sometimes it felt better just to take a hit and keep moving on. Other times you'll die a lot because you couldn't see the section below you is death.
3. I mapped dash to RB, but that's the same button as weapon switch, which can't be changed.
4. Some have had problems unlocking achievements in the past, and it looked like it was fixed. However I completed the game and didn't get a single one.
Is it worth buying though? I'd say yes. Even with all it's faults, what they have here is pretty good, and I look forward to more games like this from them in the future.
Mahluk: Dark Demon defines itself as a retro 2D hack and slash platformer, but sadly fails in almost every aspect. The game is far too easy and repetitive, level design is uninspired and contains some awkward jumping sections. In other words, Mahluk: Dark Demon is not a game I would recommend.

Mahluk: Dark Demon is a very well-designed 2D hack n slash with some emphasis on precision platforming. The game is tough enough to keep your interest, the controls are silky smooth, and the music and visuals are both nice. However, at a mere 18 levels and 2.5 hours of playtime, I can say that I do wish this game was at least twice as long as it is. This dearth of content is compounded by boss fights that aren't particularly challenging. Still, with aesthetics and level design like this, Mahluk: Dark Demon is worth the cost of admission.

조작감이 약간 답답한, 스팀에 널리고 널린 액션 플랫폼 게임 중 하나인 [b]《짐승: 검은 악마》[/b]다. 나는 트레일러에 낚였다. 해당 영상만 보면 '오, 나름 재밌어 보이는데?' 라는 생각이 절로 든단 말이지. 근데 실제로 하니까 부족한 부분이 너무 눈에 채이고 채여서 기대한 만큼의 재미를 느낄 수가 없다. 소개글에 '핵 앤 슬래쉬'는 대체 왜 언급한 거지? 그런 호쾌한 액션 같은 거 절대 못 느낀다.
+ 전체적으로 난이도는 쉬운 편이다
+ 상자나 비밀공간을 찾지 않는다면, 레벨 하나하나의 길이는 짧은 편
+ 모은 돈으로 상점에서 새로운 무기 및 능력, 그리고 스킬을 해금할 수 있다
+ 너무 쉬워서 하품이 나올 정도인 보스전(보스는 총 3마리)
+ 도전과제 올클리어가 쉬워요, 아주 쉬워요(엔딩만 보면 사실상 그냥 올클리어)
+ 트레이딩 카드 존재(플탐 대비 파밍시간 적절)
- 무너진 경제 밸런스(모은 돈은 실시간으로 누적이 되기 때문에, 죽어서 돈을 잃을 염려가 없다)
- 디테일하지 못한 히트박스
- 약간 거슬리는 조작감
후, 그냥 쉽고 간단한 액션 플랫폼이라 생각하고 무난하게 플레이하도록 하자. 상자 '30개' 찾는 도전과제는 같은 장소의 상자만 자꾸 열어도 카운트 되는 듯 하며, 게임 내에서 완료한 도전과제는 게임을 종료하면 그때 '한번에' 획득하게 된다. 그리고 대부분 함정 혹은 낙사로 목숨을 잃게 될텐데, 이게 '게임 오버' 되서 해당 레벨 처음부터 하게 되면 은근히 귀찮다. 이 귀찮음만 이겨낼 수 있다면 충분히 엔딩을 볼 수 있으니 포기하지 말자. 무기는 뭘 써도 나쁘지 않고, 대쉬는 필수. 가성비 대비 게임성 무난하고, 도전과제 따기 쉬워서 엄지는 올리도록 하겠다.
Este juego me cansó, quise darle su oportunidad y tiempo, y aunques es bastante sencillo es una lata, no tiene buen soporte para el controll, el mismo boton con el que hace "dash" es el mismo con el que cambias arma asi que si compras esa habilidad cada vez que quieres cambiar arma, haces dash, o cada vez que haces dash cambias de arma... bastante molesto.
Respecto a la jugabilidad es simple, y no tiene mucha dificultadad al menos no hasta el nivel 12 o 13 que llegue. Trae errores como que cases en lugares que se supone que deberias morir y no mueres, saltos fuera de la pantalla sin posibildiad de regresar entre otras casa que no recuerdo, aun asi.. pues lo dejo como recomendado.

Посредственный платформер с кучей багов и неудобным управлением. Графика такая, что ваши глаза стекут в ваши тапочки минут уже через 20 игры. Если не хотите убить зрение - не покупайте.
О разработчике:
Отметился массовым отзывом ключей, проданных в составе бандлов. Не сумев о чём-то договориться с продавцом, он не нашёл ничего умнее, чем просто украсть все ключи из библиотек пользователей, честно их купивших. Хамство, неадекватность и воровство не должно поощряться. Так что, и поэтому тоже, не покупайте. Незачем кормить подобных разработчиков, пусть вымрут. Стим чище станет.
Purchased devs other game, Ghoulboy, off Fanatical, which only sells keys obtained directly from the publisher. Dev just revoked that key 9 months later. Dev is a thief and a scammer. Do not buy his games. There is no guarantee you'll be able to keep them.
Mediocre. That's about all there is to say about the game. I guess forgettable too.
Only reason I remembered this game existed was because the dev did the classic "revoke [b]every[/b] key" trick with another one of their games, Ghoulboy. Mind you, I wouldn't recommend this game even if this incident didn't occur, but it's definitely something worth noting.

Une bonne petite surprise pour un action-plateformer 2D à l'ancienne.
Graphiquement un style rétro-pixel limité mais qui reste assez beau si on aime le parti pris artistique.
Le jeu en lui-même est assez court mais n'est pas trop simple pour autant, les vies sont limitées mais on pourra recommencé n'importe quel niveau une fois celui-ci terminé & essayé de trouvé tous les secrets.
On pourra choisir entre plusieurs armes & pouvoirs au début qu'on achetera avec les crédits du jeu au fur & à mesure, ils ne changeront pas énormément mais pourront s'adapté au style de jeu.
Un petit jeu bien sympathique au final!
Однажды в детстве я съел не свежий Махлук. И потом несколько часов с горшка не слезал. Потому что у меня ноги н.ах.у.й онемели.
Все остальное тут примерно так же. Особенно хотелось бы отметить того кто делал границы платформ. Вот его точно в детстве молочник через пеленку насиловал.
А еще тут на F12 оружее меняется на большоq мечь. Это вжано знать потому что если мы не захотите снять скриншот, х.у.й вы проэто все узнаете.

Jogo "infernal" Indie de Plataforma para os fãs da geração 8 e 16 bits. Mahluk: Dark Demon vai te ganhando aos poucos, é bacana! O game é simples, com gráficos retrô e uma jogabilidade ideal para aqueles que gostam de morrer, morrer, morrer até aprender e passar de fase. Uma pena terem explorado pouco a parte da história, dava pra fazer bem mellhor. Mas enfim, diverte. Recomendo.

Платформер в ретростиле с умеренной сложностью. Неплохое разнообразие уровней, с ловушками, разными противниками и несколькими боссами. Свою невысокую цену полностью оправдывает, можно пройти за 1-2 вечера и игра не успеет надоесть. Серьезных минусов портящих геймплей не заметил.

Хорошая игра. Играть интересно, И игра не из разряда лютый хардкор - раз попался и ты сдохнешь, начинай сначала. Есть контрольные точки на уровнях, есть три попытки по три жизни которые можно находя пополнять. Хорошая музыка, приятный геймплей. Идёшь слева-направо прыгаешь и и убиваешь по пути монстров: скелетов, зомби, гоблинов и всякую живность и нечисть. На уровне разбросаны сундуки и амфоры с хабаром: чаще всего они запрятаны за разрушаемыми стенами либо где-то в "стороне" куда надо отдельно запрыгивать и добираться, такие вот секреты.
Видишь только тёмные очертания, такой себе бирюзово-чёрный платформер. Выглядит это всё именно как в третьем трейлере - изображение как на древнем телевизоре скруглено и выпукло. занятно выглядит. То что показывается в первом трейлере совсем не то, без этих графических плагинов визуализации.

Very nice game
Es sutil en su cometido: sencillo en jugabilidad y rápido, sin profundizar en nada, si siquiera en los gráficos: claro como el agua y oscuro como su representación. Total: un juego de calidad basado en el leve desafio que es equilibrado y algo explanado, si nos referimos a caminos secundarios con tesoros, jefes, habilidades o la precaución. Puede dejar bastante que desear en muchos puntos pero se comporta como un conjunto.
Se comprende en 19 niveles de recorrido que iremos superando desde el primer momento con el doble salto. El doble salto es el que marca la pauta y comprende más del 50% de su jugabilidad. El doble salto... un abuso de muchos juegos mediocres, pero este no lo es, este lo aprovecha a favor del conjunto. Notoriamente es un juego de agresividad y habilidad.
Está dedicado para los que buscan una jugabilidad de tiempos, mediciones y previsiones bajo la ley del movimiento y el doble salto en un escenario completamente en dos dimensiones, un gran juego para los que les guste completar los logros al 100%. Hecho, y seguramente en muy poco tiempo, por un profesional. Si os considerais unos profesionales como jugador, esta es buena elección.

This game... kinda sucks. Visuals are okay and the platforming is fine but those are about the nicest words I could use. Then there's the terrible combat, laughably bad sound effects, repetitive music, awkward level design, etc. The game might be alright for $1 if you have really low standards and just want SOMETHING to play but for anyone else, definitely pass.

Mahluk is a pretty fun game compared to its price. Great game for 100% achievement hunters, has valuable card drops.
Also if you like this game, you must get the developers new game, Ghoulboy. Unlike Mahluk, it is so colorful and polished.

I had just played through Ghoulboy, which is another retro platformer from the same developer, so I decided to pull this one out and check it out as well. Both games are similar, but there is a great amount of talent here :)
It looks like Ghoulboy is built off of these same mechanics. I imagine that Ghoulboy is a re-skin, building upon the same engine. This one has magic, instead of climbing spears. Even the baddies originated here and were recycled a bit in Ghoulboy, also the shop mechanics for upgrades and boss basics. This one has multiplayer (Bonus!).
It appears to me that there are a few unfair reviews about this game, some people not knowing it was a platformer...Not sure how they came to that understanding, but its an inexpensive little platformer and a great little game.
I totally LOVE the dark aesthetic of the pixel art! The atmosphere is a great place to escape in a game, I enjoyed very much.
There is a lot of game here for $1 (in fact probably one of the best games at this price)...You get 19 levels and 5 multiplayer modes...I don't usually play multiplayer, but I think the addition of local co-op is a very nice touch (adds more value to the game for sure).
ACHIEVEMENTS: Pretty straight forward, just play through all the levels.
ISSUES: Game can crash pausing into the menu system. Bug on level 10 where you can walk off the end of the map

Big thumbs down.
First of all, I expected action; instead, this is mostly platform jumping.
Secondly, the game is full of poor design choices. You tend to learn by dying because much of the game is about learning the sequences and timing your jumps correctly. The save points are few and poorly placed, so you end up re-doing lengthy sections.
Thirdly, the game is buggy. I couldn't figure out the hit point system: sometimes a hit from an enemy (for example) would cause instant death, other times I could take a few hits from them. Some enemies shoot a last fireball or make one last noise after they're dead. I got the achievement for completing the last level after finishing the first. Hell, even the menu doesn't work properly when you use the mouse.
Ultimately, the game is very short, dull and boring. It offers nothing innovative or exciting. Even at it's low price I don't think it's worth the time or money.

Mahluk:Dark demon портировали с мобильных устройств (андройд и иос), Порт получился кривоватый. Бросается в глаза корявый переход по разделам игры, нет визуализации игровых покупок и отсутствует возможность изменить кнопку смены оружия. Но значимые недочеты в динамике гемплея и глючных достижениях (почему-то не засчитали ачивку «Swamp guardian»).
Несмотря на это игра цепляет. Саунд и мрачная стилистика создают атмосферу. 19 уровней. 3 из них битвы с боссами. Боссы – легкие, некоторые уровни – непростые. Баланс сложности на высоте. Управление удобное.
