Muy buen juego, la verdad. La historia solo aporta un leve contexto como para que no sea gameplay en el éter, pero está bien.
Uno se siente muy pro jugando esto, porque vuelan aviones por todos lados, el misil que tiraste hace 6 segundos lo ves impactar en el avión cuando terminaste de hacer una pirueta para evadir los disparos, y luego de impactar hace que el avión pierda control y choque con otro. No sé, le da mucha epicidad.
El juego es fácil de terminar, con una dificultad bastante adecuada. Pero sacar el grado máximo en las misiones, eso sí que es un reto muy difícil... al menos para mí.
En fin, es lo que se ve en el tráiler, pura acción sin parar.

I had a good time with this one. The control setup isn't something I'm super used to, but it was easy enough to get a handle on, and I soon found my favorite combos of weapons and upgrades. Sort of a light snack of a game. Something you can drop into for 20 minutes at the end of your day and enjoy, and then dip out when you've got to do the laundry or something.

Это конкретно то, чего мне давно не хватало - прекрасная фановая леталка стрелялка с сочнейшим гейм и саунд дизайном. Да, на вид простенько. Да 2D. Но от этого игра не становится хуже, а даже наоборот набирает в привлекательности.
Игра в меру сложная, даешь круголя на навороченном летательном аппарате и превращаешь в пепел вражескую авиацию вместе с редкими боссами, переодически отхватывая от них же смачных люлей. Там еще где то сюжет затесался, но я проскипал все о чем там рассказывали. Купил только ради того чтобы поддержать авторов, основную игру и НИ+ прошел на пиратке, о чем жалею. Побольше бы таких игр.

But hold your jets, I need to tell yall something, in an effort to bring attention to other Ace Combat-likes out there to digest while we wait for AC8 or explore other AC-likes I must bring to your attention an underrated indie high-velocity aerial combat shooter. Play as an Ace pilot. Ash a mercenary, a flight-school drop out, where she and her experimental jet will do battle against dozens of foes in jets in fierce dogfights or go toe to toe against large titanic bosses, think [i]Shadow of the Colossus[/i] kinds scale or for the confused, they’re titanic bosses. 1v1, or 1v many. The odds looked pretty stacked against our gal ya know?
We gotta pay the bills and that’s where our sassy, witty protagonist Ash, comes in, she’ll have to contend with numerous sky pirates while having a trusty crew behind her featuring a gruff, but supportive captain and an intelligent cat mechanic named Lem. Yeah I kid you not I expected some overtly cheesy, cringe, boring as hell story, but somehow, someway the story pulled me straight to G-forces multiple times which is quite impressive during certain moments of the story. Yes its a bit slow to ramp things up, but like a jet ya gotta warm the engines before we go straight 0-100. You know the maneuvers in [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qSqVVswa420]Top Gun: Maverick(2022) [/url]where the pilots have to go steep as hell during ascents and descents physically straining their vehicles to their utmost limit past 9 G’s, the plot beats can definitely traverse comparable directions with how much you enter towards endgame. And oh my lord what a way to end things. It reminded me heavily of going out with a bang, like my time with AC4, AC5, AC0. All banger games I highly recommend if you can emulate or play them physically if you have a copy back on the PS2. I also find a certain character very eyebrow raising to those who play the titles in the [i]Xeno[/i] series, you may find someone pretty familiar here heh.
Aside from the unexpected, but fulfilling narrative I found the cast with Ash to be endearing and full of quirks and sharp edges pulling me into their discordant harmony. Ash is a no nonsense, straight up blunt uncaring for hurt feelings and will at times move forward despite caution. She’s not a super model either, just a ruff and gruff gal trying to make ends meet and her design fits her personality. I love her character since she’s so strong and as we finish more missions we start to know why she has such an abrasive personality. It’s not something that will tug on our heartstrings no, but the reason I found reasonable and logical. [b]I also love the fact she will insult others when its 100% justified which makes encounters hilariously amusing during banter.[/b] The captain is also gruff in a way I find typical of generic old guys in anime and games where you think they look badass, but are actually softhearts inside. Lem the cat steals the show easily. Every line they spew had me in chuckles and they’re likewise unafraid to spit the facts, the first seconds to the first minute of introduction had them spewing puns, already monologueing, ranting, and thank the lord almighty will pushback on our cast. No glazing here, Lem will push things, Ash will push things, and other unsavory A-holes will try to push things. Its genuinely hilarious how tight the dialogue can be in a sort of GBA-esque visual novel style in-between missions. Sure there’s no voice actors, but the type writing sound effect does wonderful job just as *Ace Attorney* did wonderfully decades ago.
I gotta say it’s no Keiki Kobayashi, but honestly that dude is a legend for their work on Ace Combat from 4 onwards, but Fat Bard who composes the soundtrack for JL, does a respectable effort leaning towards high intensity bit tracks to keep our adrenaline pumping, without boring the pilots to tears. [b]No track I’ve heard from the soundtrack in-game felt bad, tiring, overused, or just annoying.[/b] Rather they’re all fitting, guitar and drum heavy steady enough, but there are some groovy tunes and pianos too! If you guys like it, Fat Bard has a [url=https://fatbard.bandcamp.com/album/jet-lancer-original-game-soundtrack]bandcamp[/url] with all the tracks. Shoutout to a certain [blank]night track for living up to the name.
[b]Gameplay of Jet Lancer(JL) is chaotic, frenetic and kinetic[/b]. Chaotic in the sense of being ganged up on will occur, where multiple missiles guided and unguided will be shot at you while you try to evade and contend with other weaponry against our person. Never too much to feel super overbearing, a gradual difficulty ramps up as you progress further into endgame with increasingly more shots fired. But not into total despair ala bullet hell kind. Honestly the [evasion roll module] will save your life multiple times and I spammed that button to hell and back without regret. No stamina use here, and the evasion was respectably decent. You can boost too! Sure not all the time or else we burn our afterburner, but our machine can fly fast to any ends of the screen. All this is coupled with a nice loadout we can configure our fighter jet with new equipment to make it easier for us like having shields when hit or trading main weaponry to a drone or launching a super laser beam. The former helped me out a ton when I needed backup while the latter felt niche at best.
I did sadly have some [b]minor mixed feelings[/b], I must confess my hands/wrist started to hurt real bad with some hard pivots I had to do throughout the campaign. I suggest some hand/wrist exercises before tackling some missions or taking some breaks during sessions. I haven’t felt this way in a long time since I tried to tackle Armored Core Last Raven and that game almost broke my hands with how some fights were pure BS.
There’s about I think 2 to 5 difficult missions, that nearly broke me and almost made me turn on cheats. Cheats being offered at the main menu is a wonderful feature so players who don’t desire to engage with the control scheme and certain very intense missions may use, is fair game. I myself didn’t use any of the offered cheats since I’d like to try beating the campaign on normal.
Finally, I wish the [new game plus mode] was changed more radically, outside of a very small part changed(which is super important), the rest are more or less the same. New objectives, new enemies, or changing some plotbeats would’ve done wonders to elevate the game further. Still the base game alone is more than enough to sink your teeth into.
Often [i]Ace Combat[/i] is described as Mecha with jets and an anime story. And I feel the same sentiment will apply once again here for Jet Lancer. It runs about comparable times as AC which is very nice and the fact I encountered no bugs/glitches/slowdown/lag made the whole package run impeccably smooth on my decently potato rig. The GBA-esque graphical style with visual novel segments were always charming and the soundtrack never overstayed its welcome. Sure I had some minor mixed feelings but they don’t detract a lot from the game’s strengths which I feel more than earns their stars. If you want to give this lil indie AC-like a try, [b]I recommend it![/b] It’s got a lot of firepower to show and cool moments in the story to be worth a buy and hey pretty sweet if you can snag it on sale for less than 3 bucks.

I'll glaze this game endlessly because I love it. It's like Devil May Cry with jets. Frenetic, fast action. Dogfights in the sky filled with hostile jets, fights with big mechs and also comes with a surprisingly nice story and charming characters. Also the soundtrack is the best.

really does make you feel like a badass ace fighter pilot. smooth controls, nice character customization, and cool accessibility settings like reducing damage taken or increasing the window of reaction time for a dodge.
I love the design choice that clicking the dodge button even *slightly after* taking damage retroactively evades the hit-- this mitigates SO MANY of those "c'mon, I SWEAR I dodged that one in time!" moments that can happen in games like this

[b]Ace Combat 2D | KAMGUSTA's MINI REVIEW[/b]
A good arcade game, not seen every day. It starts easy, then becomes challenging and after a couple more stages you realize that it was just the tutorial. Game is hard, more like a mix between a 2D arcade jet dogfights combat and a bullet hell. Thank goodness there are aids available. Controls are tight, but you move 360° and in meantime you have to avoid tons of enemies and missiles, besides the upper and lower limits of the screen. Do you want some more? Your chief engineer is a cat, your jet is upgradeable and you select missions by moving an aircraft carrier on a 3D pixelated map (similar to the FFVII's one). Simple to get a grip on, hard to master and fun to play!

My biggest critique is the health system. With you only having 3 lives per mission and a dodge ability, you'll end up spamming that dodge constantly. This is also most likely the reason the enemies hesitate to shoot at you, more often than not pursuing you for a while before firing a single salvo of shots or sending easily dodgeable missiles your way.
A game with a better damage system (imo) and a relatively similar gameplay loop would be LUFTRAUSERS, where you slowly regenerate whenever you stop shooting. There, the game can afford to send hundreds of bullets your way, as you can always find brief moments of peace to regenerate.
The biggest redeeming factor is your cat mechanic, but it doesn't change the fact that I'd rather play LUFTRAUSERS instead.
The flow of the action is perfectly arcade-y and it spends just enough time on dialogue to move pieces forward without it becoming a novella.
You can tailor the flying experience with "Upgrades" to make it more/less punishing, changing how much control you get of the jet fighter.
Music is incredible, it is a bop to listen to as you do the surprising amount of variety on mission types (clear waves, hack radio towers, non-annoying escorts).

最大的败笔就是评分系统，很多时候明明感觉自己打得很好却没有达到预期的评分，这严重影响了我的满足感，而且评分条件太多也让人摸不着重点，到底是重视过关速度还是该多刷分？为了凑反击分要不要故意去碰子弹然后回避？要不要为了更高的精准度而不敢一直开枪刷连击分？使用武器又是如何算分的？这个评分系统就像一个限制玩家自由发挥的牢笼、
除此之外就是碰水碰地面会死但游戏里又有大量地面上的敌人，不带紧急失速模块的话很容易就死，但就算带了也很可能因为和敌人碰撞导致死亡，这真的很糟糕，可以的话我希望地面的敌人都没有碰撞判定并且自机有一定潜水能力，
最后就是可能我是用手柄玩的，精准度不如键鼠，加上很多时候敌人不会主动去攻击自己，要花很多时间去追逐和瞄准，这一点很影响游戏的节奏。

I have never felt such stylish and satisfying flying. Great physics, great weapon selection, meaningful traits, starts to actually get difficult with a good arcade mode. Its hard to really put into words just how well the flying works for how simple it is yet makes your moment to moment gameplay decisions with the limited options to turn left or right, to accelerate or cut the engine, and to dash or not to dash meaningful and creative.

The art style is stunning and the gameplay is super fun. The game is beautifully presented right from the title screen. The tutorial is short and sweet, letting you blast off from the carrier across gorgeous skies.
I really liked the cool effects in the boss fights. When the boss uses their strongest attacks, the whole screen goes monochrome, the sound goes silent, and everything runs in slow motion. It feels absolutely epic.
I played the first twenty minutes of this. I cheered, I cried, I came a little, I started shaping up my life and working out again

IVE PLAYED THE ENTIRE GAME ON SWITCH AS WELL PLEASE PLAY THIS GAME
手感和画面表现很可以的街机空战游戏，但游戏重复度很高，敌人种类也不多，同时敌人血量普遍肉的过分，这是最影响体验的，漫天遍野的小兵就不说了，海陆军在这问题上尤其离谱，32关的boss愣是给我刮红温了，等死了几次终于打完之后累的感觉已经远远大于成就感了。
不错的2D街机空战游戏，手感和画面表现很棒，想看高规格狗斗的有福了。
不过比起空战来说，大部分的精华boss战内容是旧街机游戏式的大型萝卜boss。这一点比较看个人喜好。
数值设计上我认为有点问题，敌人普遍硬的过分，陆海军尤其，又没有反应很快的部位破坏设计导致就和炸石头一样，接受不了的话这一点很容易就会玩得红温。
我一周目打了无伤，流程大约在12小时左右，如果不追求无伤的话可以更短。原价五十多很明显太高了，但是经常-80%打折只要十一块，性价比奇高，强烈推荐入手。

殺しセット満載のストレスゲーム
なのでオプションのアクセシビリティからダメージ半減とロール時の無敵を長めにすると良いと思います。
初期設定では相当難易度は高いのですが、クリア出来ないという苦情があったらしく、難易度を下げるオプションが追加された様です。
自機をロックオンして瞬間移動して突撃する敵、自機をロックオンしてビームを撃つ敵、自機が撃てない真後ろに張り付いて弾を撃ち続ける敵、
画面外から超速度の攻撃をしてくる敵、死ぬと爆発して弾をまき散らす敵、編隊を組んで特攻してくる敵、
プレイヤーを殺す為の敵ばかりが作られていて、正直ダメゲーです。
それでもダメージ半減とダッジロール時の無敵時間を長めにすることでかなり難易度は落ちると思います。
初期設定のロールの無敵時間は本当に短くて、敵の建物からＳＯＬを狙い撃ちされるステージでは絶望か怒りを感じるでしょう。
このＳＯＬは同じタイミングで撃ってこず、わざと速めに撃ってきたりするので、かなりイライラします。
バランス調整前は１５面の、規定スコア以上を出さなければクリアできないステージで詰む人がとても多く、
アップデート規定スコアが半分にされましたが、それでもわりとギリギリです。
もう一つ３７面の規定スコアステージもかなり厳しいです。
殺しセットを作る開発ですから、ステージクリア難易度も鬼難易度です。
それでも最悪無敵にすればなんとかクリアはできるかもしれません。
スコアを伸ばすなら拡散ボムとリアクティブアーマーかドローンが良いと思います。
あとは敵の出方はランダムなので、クリア出来るかどうかはただのランダムゲーです。
基本３８ステージで二周目はトゥルーエンドルートが追加されて４０ステージあり、計７８ステージあります。
自分はもう二周目はウンザリだったので途中から無敵にして突っ走りました。
まぁ無敵で無双する分には、面白いゲームだと思いますので、そういう意味でお勧めです。
無敵がなかったら全くお勧めできません。

i look down on most sequels, but they can be done right, like titanfall. so if there's ever another Jet Lancer game, put it in VR, AND I SHOULD BE NAUSEOUS BY THE END OF IT. but please don't just continue this game's campaign, its already got a bow on it.

It's a fun game most of the time, if you look past the writing. But the missions with a time limit are honestly unforgivable.
You have to get a certain amount of score within a couple of minutes, and the game does not prepare you for how extreme these challenges get. Mission 22 was especially miserable.
I had to look up a clip of someone else beating the mission, just so I could optimize my loadout and replicate the playstyle which the game didn't really teach me. The game lulls you into a sense of security by diligently teaching you most of its mechanics, providing a wide variety of tools to build your playstyle around, and keeping its challenges manageable. Then it presents you with a mission that feels like you're bashing your head against a brick wall, unless you discover and adopt a very specific playstyle. If you get past that mission, the game has more of them in store.
I love Luftrausers and Jet Lancer shares quite a bit of its DNA with that game. But borrowing Luftrausers' scoring system and making score chasing into a mandatory, time-sensitive objective was the worst thing the developers could've done. Luftrausers' scoring relies on keeping your combo going by killing enemies in rapid succession. Your ability to do this very heavily relies on your loadout and on the random enemy spawns. Jet Lancer inherited all of those problems and made them worse.
Again, good game. But my impression of it was completely spoiled by the existence of the "target score" mission type in the story mode.
I've really been enjoying this game a lot. It's got the colorfulness of Advance Wars and the fun of Ace Combat in a kinda arcadey package, the jet design is really cool too.

Jet Lancer is stunning for a "simple" bullet hell shooter. The gameplay is very unique for many reasons: instead of just shooting upward, the game allows the player to aim at any direction, which feels like a breath of fresh air. Abilities are truly unique and practical, forcing players to switch them depending on the level that you are playing and your personal playstyle. Besides upgrades - the game rewards you for how good you fly and dodge, giving you those sweet sweet endorphins. On top of the great gameplay, devs offer beautiful visuals with a fitting soundtrack, making the game exceptional for its genre.
This game feels really awesome to play. I hadn't done barely anything in the tutorial but fire up my afterburners and I was already smiling at how fun it felt just to move around.
It also kind of boomed me in that it starts really baby mode and I was kind of like, "damn, is this all gonna be these ultra short little missions that aren't very hard?" nope, this game ramps up very nicely after the little tutorial pond and gets intense as hell near the 3/4 mark. A really good challenge. They give you a lot of options to kit your plane out and NG+ lets you keep unlocking new things. The story is simple, but delivered well and the run up to the end is really cool. It is a gorgeous game and the music is really nice too.
My only real gripe would be that I wish it was a little easier to tell what was going on in some of the very high intensity fights. The game has a bit of a shoot em' up feel in that you kind of need to keep your eyes focused on your jet to be able to dodge the very fast stuff coming at you and sometimes if you glance to scan for high priority targets (it shows where enemies are located are the edges of the screen) you can take your eyes away for a split second and just get annihilated.
One thing to note that I could see people not "getting" but makes the game feel less oppressive is that when you evade in this game it is similar to "The Bat Within" skill in the game Bayonetta, where the game gives you like 1 to 3 frames where you are ACTUALLY getting hit to press the dodge button and pull off the dodge.
I will say, I do think the combo system is a bit too punishing, not that I had much problem with it just completing the game. The idea of trying to get all S ranks or S+ ranks in this game, which is something I would normally try to do in a game this fun to play, seems like it would be infuriating as it's scoring system feels way too strict in my experience. Something for the devs to think about in their next game (which I will totally check out).
Overall I really enjoyed my time with this game. It was fun to play a game that knows when to end, is just a straight up arcade style videogame, and doesn't waterboard you with BS and nonsense to waste your time.

I am loving this game, was not expecting to have so much fun playing this when I bought this! Art style reminds me of early Sony PS1 Low-Poly games like Ape escape or Megaman Legends at times; while mixing in pixel dialog screens. Side scrolling aerial combat is both tight fast pased with bullet-hell moments and easy to pick up movement that's loose/floaty flight turns reminiscent of Luftrausers. If you have been looking to scratch that side scrolling aerial combat itch, give this a try! Also if you haven't tried Luftrausers, try that too.

Быстрый, динамичный и скиллозависимый геймплей с приятным пиксель артом и эффектами, а также эпичными боссами. Что ещё нужно то? Всем кто по какой-то причине прошёл мимо - рекомендую опробовать
Great gameplay. However the later levels feel unfairly difficult. Skill issue, I know.
[i] Action. Indie. Pixel Graphics. [/i] It is sadly astonishing that I almost missed this during my quest to play some of the best [i] jet [/i] games.
This is probably the first time I ever applied a user-defined tag to a steam game. It's [Jet], by the way. How could it not be?
好玩，刚打完一周目，准备开二周目做隐藏结局了。
游戏流程大概6小时左右，但难度更高的二周目和它的隐藏结局以及游戏自带的街机模式可以延长游戏寿命。 难度偏高，但可以调。 像素风的画面很对我胃口，关卡设计也还行。

I recently bought and replayed this on the Switch, going all the way through NG+ on there as well, and unlocking all characters (I think) in arcade mode. I really enjoyed my time with this fairly straightforward title, and while I know the story isn't all that popular I certainly enjoyed it (though, I do have a penchant for cheesy anime-esque stories, lol.) and NG+ was especially a blast to play through, especially with the true ending. I'd recommend this game in a heartbeat.
Fast-paced, good-feeling game about doing flips and pressing the dodge button. I like the arcade feel of racking up huge combos, and there's a good rhythm to nailing perfect dodges and managing the cooldowns of your rockets and special weapon. I do have a few gripes:
- Many of the weapons feel questionably viable to aim on a controller, though I can appreciate that they behave differently enough for that kind of precision to matter.
- Would appreciate a more zoomed-out camera. The parallaxed background is not a clear indicator of altitude, meaning you have to play it very safe whenever you accelerate downwards just because you only vaguely know how far away the ground is.
- Wish that there was more structure to the level design. The game features a lot of unique enemy types but I don't feel that they're effectively used once you've seen them all: many levels boil down to endless planes spawning and coming at you from random directions. More predictable enemy compositions and behavior would make loadout planning more rewarding and add to the arcade feel.
I like the core gameplay loop enough to nitpick about these things so clearly it works well in spite of these issues.

很好的炫酷空中狗斗游戏，打起来的观感可以相当好。能用导弹激光高速轨道炮甚至是撞击击坠飞机的爽感和打击感是也真的好，独特游戏体验的精品，另外关注的几个同类品的还没出，旧的画风没这个舒适。差评说的评分难凹也是真的，不过不是闲的没事干的话可以不凹这个，纯粹享受游戏就好了，基础难度确实有但是人家设置里甚至里无敌都能给你开了，那还能说什么呢）
Game does not hold your hand especially if you are new to the genre. However, it feels much more rewarding the more you learn to fly. Customisation options for your jet is varied and every customisation has its use but for some reason game limits how much you can customise. Because of this you don't feel like your jet is getting stronger. Some operations go on too long and some operations feel redundant. Soundtrack is nothing special but fits the game.
