Összességében maga a játék nem is olyan rossz, bár egy kicsit nyers (amennyire tudom, eddig csak egy frissítés volt), de a fejlesztő dolgozik a játékon. Első személyű sétaszimulátor. A játék a "Heaven Island" folytatása, és a fejlesztők remekül dolgoztak a hibáikon. Ezúttal egy kisebb helyszínen barangolhatunk, ahol különböző dekorációk vannak összekötve. Egyik pillanatban bambuszligeten futunk, a másikban egy őszi kertbe kerülünk, majd egy pillanattal később már mocsárban, barlangban, fenyőligetben stb. rohanunk. Mit csináljunk a sétánk közben? Gombákat, almákat, kristályokat és lóherét gyűjtünk. Emellett minden helyszínen a legszembetűnőbb hely közelében találunk egy okos idézetet és egy lelket (ha mindet összegyűjtjük, achievementet kapunk). Majdnem nincsenek üres helyek, és minden lépésnél történik valami érdekes.

I do not dislike this game, but I also do not recommend it for others and I'm going to explain why. This game targets specific users: people who have consumed, people who are spiritual, people looking for achievements and trading cards, or simply people who want a laid back game to chill to (after consuming?)

The game nearly put me to sleep as I played through it. The visuals are not at all realistic, but more artistic. I can appreciate the concept, which I'd define as "A long walk through nature to find the meaning of life." As you walk you collect gems, apples and mushrooms for absolutely no reason at all, other than the achievements it gives you. The best part of the game though, are the scrolls. Read those. I practice buddhism, and I really enjoyed reading them- that's why I took so many screenshots.

I think this game would be a lot more fun with a VR headset, but other than that, it can be pretty boring for those of you seeking action. To reiterate, There's really no point to this game at all other than relaxing and obtaining achievements and trading cards.

I'm not really sure if Heaven Forest - VR MMO is an asset flip. Some elements of this game certainly make it seem like the developer put some effort into assembling some kind of original here. On the other hand, a lot of the game assets don't seem like they were created by the developer, but they haven't credited any asset creators for supplying assets, which might be a case of plagiarism. There's no evidence, so we need to give the benefit of the doubt... regardless, asset flip or not, the quality here is indistinguishable from many asset flip/cash grab scams, and that's a problem in itself.

All you do in this little tech demo mess is wander around, "collect" stuff (there is no point in doing so) and read bits of floating text... there's not enough substance here to truly call this a game, it's barely a walking sim. It's not an MMO and it's unclear why the developer has simply outright lied about that... but deliberately misrepresenting a game to get sales is highly unethical.

Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.

The game features lazy low-polygon "retro" assets, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the mid 2000s. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks bad as a result of their decisions, a compromise PC gamers shouldn't have to put up with.

The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts.

This was designed primarily for VR (but it will work without a headset, not that anyone would want to try). The VR focus of the game is a major crutch here, because without VR, this compares poorly to professionally developed games. Developers must learn that while VR is great, if the only thing that makes the game great is the VR, then the game isn't great at all.

These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.

You don't have to take my word about how bad the game is, we can measure the interest in a game by how much people bothered to play it. Heaven Forest - VR MMO has achievements, and they show us a very clear picture that the game absolutely failed to capture any interest from gamers. The most commonly and easily attained achievement is for collecting apples, trivial to achieve, but less than 5 percent of players bothered to get that far before uninstalling the game. That's a tiny, tiny proportion of gamers who even bothered with this. Ouch.

Reviewing SteamDB to check how popular this game was with players reveals a surprise... there's a very healthy spike in player counts for the game. But this only happened once, and isn't consistent with the achievement stats, that show less than 5 percent of players bothered playing the game for any reasonable amount of time. How is it possible for this game to have so many concurrent players who didn't bother engaging with this game? Trading cards. People will use card idling software to collect the cards and sell them, but this won't trigger any achievements in-game.

That tells us people only really bought this game for trading cards, and that's a damning indictment of the woeful quality. A closer look at the numbers shows the game just has a couple of players every week running up the game and idling it for cards, then deleting it. We must ask how it benefits gamers for there to be so many games like this, with little merit as a serious game, that only generate sales from people idling and selling the trading cards.

So, should you buy this game? Is this one of the best of the 100,000+ games on Steam?

Heaven Forest - VR MMO is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. This is also competing with over 11,000 free games available on Steam, many of them far better than this paid product.

I am 32 years old.

My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old.

When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing.

Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side.

With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay.

After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like.

Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends.

Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together.

Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.

É a mesma coisa do sucessor (Heaven Forest Nights), só que de dia. É o mesmo mapa, mesmas construções, mesma posição dos coletáveis, mesmos pergaminhos e mesmos textos.

O mapa é um amontoado de coisa aleatória, o cenário não carrega a um palmo da sua frente.
O jogo tinha tudo pra ser bonito e a ambientação muito viva, pois tem incontáveis animais pelo caminho, mas tudo é feito de uma forma tão ruim que é lamentável.
Os animais deslizam pra dentro da água, dentro de pedras, não tem interação nenhuma, não reagem a absolutamente nada nem entre si.

O gráfico é péssimo também, não é nem o básico. O preço do jogo nem justifica a qualidade, tem jogos de valor similar ou até gratuitos com muito mais qualidade. Podiam usar o ciclo de dia e noite no jogo mas criaram dois jogos pra vender a mesma coisa 2x.

Só recomendo pra quem quer pegar conquista. Abra um podcast e fique andando coletando coisa.

В общем сама игра не так и плоха хоть и сыровата(насколько я знаю, пока было только одно обновление), но разработчик работает над игрой.
Симулятор ходьбы от первого лица.
Игра является продолжением "Heaven Island" и разработчики отлично поработали над своими ошибками.
На этот раз нам предстоит блуждать по небольшой локации, которая соединяет на небольшой территории всевозможные декорации.
В одну минуту мы бежим по бамбуковой роще, в другую переносимся в осенний сад, через мгновенье мы уже бежим по болоту, пещере, лиственному парку и т.п.
Чем заняться во врёмя прогулки?
Собираем грибочки, яблоки, кристаллы, клевер.
При этом всём, на каждой локации возле самого приметного места находим умное изречение и душу(собрав всё - получаем ачивку).
Пустых мест почти нет и на каждом шагу, что-то интересное.
Разнообразнее стала и фауна, теперь мы можем встретить - лягушек, оленей, кроликов, лис, белок, рыбок.
И самое главное... Если мы устали ходить, то мы можем взлететь и летать...
В какой ещё игре можно приземлиться на дерево и посидеть рядом с совой?

Плюсы:
¥ Никакой стрельбы, никакой вражды, никаких врагов. Расслабляйся и кружи как бабочка вокруг.
¥ Разработчик отлично поработал над своими ошибками - саундтрек теперь в тему, нет пустынных мест, разнообразилась фауна и предметы для сбора.
¥ Поддержка VR (можно играть и на клавиатуре без очков).
+Не плохой вид игры(для Юнити)
+Яблоки, грибочки и зверушики ^_^
+Карточки

Минусы:
¥ Много багов с текстурами.
¥ Нет абсолютно никаких настроек.
-Сырая игра(Отсутствие кривизна - некоторых текстур)
-Нет Русского языка(Очень бы хотелось Русский язык так как в игре нужно не мало читать)

Достижения:
Все достижения нужно получать за одно прохождение(при выходе из игры сбрасывается прогресс прохождения и сборов).
Не нажимайте "Escape" иначе выйдете из игры и будет немного обидно.
Для получения всех ачивок понадобиться около часа игрового времени, с помощью руководств конечно меньше.
(UPDATE - разработчики поправили сейвы и теперь можно выходить из игры - прогресс сохранится).

Итог:
Понравилось. Тут я действительно смог расслабиться и спокойно бегать собирать грибочки с яблочками.
Рекомендую!!

quatrefoils are all within 6-7m range of a bench.
crystals: behind starting point, cave entrance left, cave lake, cave exit right map-edge, lake by the waterfall, left of the temple
meaning of life: activate all 12 illuminated balls @ the philosophical notes
apples and mushrooms: take your time, walk down the whole map several times & from different angles

Claims to support keyboard and mouse but it doesn't. Although I can move around I am aways moving in the same directions. Moving my head points me at something but pressing "W" to move forward moves me relative to me start position.

This game is decent in the fact that it has good graphics and is covered in scrolls containing motivational quatrains, but the whole thing is robotic and has no controller support. All the achievements require you to pick things up which is impossible due to the lack of controler support and due to how badly the game is designed, the movement is sickening within the first few minutes. I would not recommend you purchase this game as it is not worth the 79 pence I spent on it!

no controller support fo vive, no way of rotating and movements are very robotic. Both me and a friend tried and we felt very ill at the end of it all. Grafics are pretty but hard to appriciate due to how sick it makes you feel. wouldn't recomend, not even worth the 79p i paid for it.

Auch dies ist ein Spiel für zwischendurch, wenn das Lieblingsspiel mal ruhen soll. Schade ist nur, daß die Grafik nicht so schön ist. Aber für einen halben Euro ist das schon okay. Die Spieldauer liegt bei ein zwei Stunden. Dann hat man alle Errungenschaften erreicht.

Overall I appreciated the game, but I would like to see some updates in the future:
Performance is bad sometimes on my machine and trees on distance keep disappearing creating a weird effect.

I see what the aim of the game is, but overall I would like to play on a bigger map and be able to interact with more players

Graphics and colors are nice and even the sound creates an interesting atmosphere.

Very nice and charming game, even though on Mac it's not well optimized.

Runs at 25/30 fps and sometimes crashes on my PC, I hope this will get soon updated.

It's pretty but it doesn't support any of the VR controllers thus you have to sit and use your keyboard and mouse to move. Also, this is one of the very few games that made me very motion sick :(

A game that is great to relax, and simply stroll around. Very cheap and great value for what it is.
If you love nature, walking and a tiny bit of philosofy.
I like this kind of game where you can simply unwind and have no stress at all. Great if you feel down or overstressed but still want to game

Que dire à part c'est vide, la violence d'apparition des musiques est désagréable et il n'y a rien à faire àa part collecter des pommes et des champignons.
Un jeu à installer et laisser tourner en fond de tache pour les cartes et si vous êtes fan des succs faire les fameuses collectes.
Franchement cher pour ce que ça vaut et le dév qui joue les beni oui oui mais qui ne fait rien (dixit les propositions faites mais jamais appliquées).

Cheap, pointless shovelware to grab money off the novelty of its name.

The point is to find a series of (badly spelled) first year philosophy. It does not present any meaninful point of its own.
The controls are a horrible idea - you walk with your keyboard (no vive controllers allowed) so you can only move in a 180 degree arc.
Environments are blocky, repetitive and low in detail - the load distance is attrocious, so the map looks like mush from any high point.
The MMO aspect does not add anything to the experience at all. There is no voice chat and no physical articulation (see above, no vive controllers allowed), so there is no meaningful way to interact with other players. It is there SOLELY so they can catch your attention with the title "VR MMO".
Do not give them your money.

It 'works' in VR, but I definitely don't recommend it. It will make you sick.
This game is nothing more than moving around and looking at objects.
The idea of it being an MMO must be taken with a grain of salt. You might only see another player as a wisp of light.
There are no interactions to be had between other players aside from seeing their wisp.

The only goal is to move around and see the terrain and maybe pick up an apple.

I want to write a review for this game. I thought it was a very beautiful and enjoyable game.
I Did have some technical issues with a bug that makes the program fail when closing out of the game; but Other than that, It was a cool game to play, introspective, and deeply thoughtful.
I liked the game because I have never Seen a game thats so heavily leans on Buhddism. This wasn't any slap in the face with religion, but exposure to thinking and concepts of success in life, and how people ordinarily, behave and think. Its not like an ordinary game that you go from point A to B.
It also has achievments that aren't terribly tough to get but the Journey is what I enjoy...I loved the themes presented, as well. It has some very strikingly beautiful places to go to.

7/10 for the bug, but Very Enjoyable.

i cant understand the reviews. the game is about collecting mushrooms and apples in a pixelated forest. the graphics are godawful for a game with no actual content, and the level design is boring. and what little music there was, was bad..

add to that the fact that i tried to play it on vr, which can be summed up as vomit inducing.

For that price, the game itself is cool. At worst it is still a pretty relaxing environment that one can just chill in.
I'll have to downvote for the misleading title though--there is nothing MMO about this. If it's an attempt to deliver some more zen... it does not work this way son.
Also, the player interaction box seems to be in the center of the play area instead of the headset location, which coupled with keyboard control is quite problematic.
