A cute and quick cozy game that focuses on repairing the park and remembering your loved ones. I enjoyed decorating each campsite to my liking and exploring the park while discovering its mysteries. I would've liked if the map showed your exact location rather than the area you were in and if the fast travel option had been present earlier.

A very sweet little game about picking up the title of "camp caretaker" from your grandma after she can no longer do so. Build campsites, help campers with little sidequests, and restore the park back to working order. Even if you're not interested in the story, this is a fun little game to spend the night playing.

This game really hit me emotionally. My great-grandma, whom I was pretty close with, loved our state parks and campsites. When she passed, I often remembered her whenever I went camping with my family. This game reminded me of camping with her and listening to her stories. The way the grandma in this game speaks (ex. assuring you that you can take your time and go at your own pace, telling you that things are alright, etc) are said in a very similar way to how my great-grandmother used to speak with me. Really made the game more impactful.

[spoiler] I'll be honest, I teared up when the grandma died/was revealed to be dead, even though I knew it was going to happen. I may have this wrong, but it feels like she died before the game started and that each time you meet her, you're actually meeting with the memory of her as you deal with your grief. Every word she speaks to you is both an encouragement that you can handle that responsibility...and that you are able to handle her death too. Her words can mean both things at once. One of my favorite lines: "Why does it have to end here?" "It doesn't have to." [spoiler]

Jueguito cozy entretenido y sencillito. Dura unas 5 horas si quieres todo y vas de tranquis, que es como se supone que debes ir en este tipo de juegos.. Tiene tal vez un poco menos de movilidad / libertad que A Short Hike (no se cual fue antes, si este o el otro, pero son exactos..) en cuanto al escenario se refiere, pero tiene misiones secundarias como la de la mina muy curiosas y lo de tener que construir y comerciar da un toque diferente. Te tiene que gustar el rollo, pero si te gusta este cumple con creces, además, suele estar en oferta aunque al precio completo también vale la pena. Muy recomendable.

Oh lord no. I was bored out of my mind from wandering around aimlessly and very slowly in under two minutes. I carried on hoping it gets better only to realize how much worse it's gonna be.

The map functions as a piece of paper. That is, it will not actually display: your current location, any unpicked resources you skipped, any objects of interest, anything unrepaired that you haven't got resources for yet, nothing. You're gonna have to follow guides or take your own notes.

Worse yet, all interactive object have zero highlighting - no glow, no particles, no outline, no animation. Things are just there and you have to walk dead close to find out if you can interact with it. Please don't even start about "dumbing things down" or "ruining the immersion", this is basic QoL that the vast majority of games do since the dawn of time and could still be great here if done right.

Probably neat game if you're into literally just walking aimlessly through forests and mountains picking up random stuff you notice. But if you're a completionist or achievement hunter you're basically screwed. That's if you don't get just bored to death first.

I absolutely loved and adore this game. The map was kind of hard to navigate, but I got used to it.
Enjoyed the chit chat with the characters and all the quests on the road.

I wish the progress of those quests could affect the ending or interaction with characters, but all in all, such a lovely game! 🐥💗

Haven Park is so super duper cute, cosy, and charming! I really loved the story and the setting; honestly, I felt like I had way more playtime in it than I actually did, wandering around the park and getting lost in the cosy wilderness. I would recommend this game to those looking for a relatively short but sweet experience, and I will absolutely be revisiting it for more achievements in the future, so I don't doubt my playtime is going to shoot up! Flint is such a cool little fella, and I hope that someday I get to play another game as him again in this adorable little universe.

a great game! i didn’t read too much about it before playing but it was quite different from what i’d hoped/expected. you explore, create camps for residents and complete little side quests along with the short (main) story. i found the exploring quite difficult as i found the map hard to read and the environments very hard to distinguish. the map doesn’t have a way of telling you where you are currently standing. i had to search a lot of things up in order to progress which pulled me out of playing. i found it frustrating at times having to travel back and forth between certain areas that were far apart with no advantages like sprint or teleportation. i do wish the game had a fast travel option available but i do also realise this would take away most of the exploration factor!! i also encountered a few bugs and had multiple instances where i got stuck, but nothing too bad.

overall a good game, i liked the music and all the little sound effects here and there. the story was sweet and i liked the range of different characters :) i probably wouldn’t play this again, but i am glad to have had at least 8 hours of gameplay + achievement collecting with it!

Decent enough i suppose, the levels and skillpoints felt fairly unnecessary and the achievement it took the most effort to get was to spend 7 ingame days playing because i was done several days before that so there really was nothing to do since that camp system doesn't really have any depth which is fine since this game seems to be more about exploration but was not conductive to spending the extra time to get the last achievement.

I still recommend since I enjoyed my time playing, but as a 2-5 hour game and with a sale. I'm getting close to 3 hours, but finding trouble keeping motivation (and staying awake)

The game overall is heartwarming and the story is sweet. The environment is well designed, and there is some soothing ambient music but mostly when you reach a camp. Having more background ambient music would've help liven it up a bit

Unfortunately, resources are quite scarce (even after upgrades) and I'll admit wandering around does make me very tired, so it definitely relaxes me but maybe more than I'd like. Maybe I'm missing something, but it very much feels this way at an average pace

Enjoyable and fun to play, Flint the chick inherited The Park from his grandma (RIP) and need to take care of it and discover the legends. The game a bit buggy here and there, like the Treasure Hunter achievement, we need to open more treasure chest than required to unlock the achievement. 7/10 recommend to cosy game gamers.

As a casual gaming of this game, this game is fine, you can go through things and get to the end of it, and credit rolled, you leave the game, the game is fine in itself, but as a completionist, I can't recommend this game for the completionists.

Lots of things were SO difficult to find to repair, repairing things I sat at 97% completed, I followed the guide and have done everything from the guide, but there were MORE things the guide didn't add on, I searched everywhere on the internet for the last few repair bits, some of them were SO sneaky. I think if the devs can add in a skill, to mark on the map what I'm missing, such as a ? mark in a spot, you can go and hunt it down yourself. The quests were NOT all there, you had to talk to specific NPC, or go in place to open up the quest, but some place were very hard to find, and guide were not helpful at all, such as, find a mine in North-East of the campsite, but it was just West of the campsite, so a lot of things were misleading and it led to frustration, and frustration take away the enjoyability of the game.

Also what would be a massive help is to have a arrow pointer of our character, Flint, on the map so we can see exactly where we are, the map is there but not our character pointer, so a lot of walking around and guessing where you are on the map (the map is quite large for having a no pointer for the character) , until you got to a place where you recognise it from having been there before.

Sadly, this game is not as cosy as it seems, for the completionists, but is very cosy if you are a casual gamer that doesn't chase the achievements. It's more of a neutral recommendation, just depend on the type of gamer you are, but I am, most of the time, a completionist, so it is a not recommended review, unfortunately. A lot of things could be improved on. I wish the developers best of luck on future games if they are planning to make more games.

Similar to A Short Hike, in the sense that the game's a great after-work experience to wind down to. Love the little details (cute footsteps noise) and the fact that the game doesn't rush you to complete the missions. Also, love the dialogue bits! Something about them feels weirdly authentic for a cute/silly game.

随手打开没想到连玩两小时。很可爱很治愈，在充满破事的生活里我需要这个森林散步小游戏……

并且还算有完整的主线故事！很平实的内容，但是融入这个游戏过程里非常合适。其实看到结尾我一直哭，想到自己的外婆了……攀登山峰的过程是一个向上的动态，这种动态普遍地[spoiler] 代指升天[/spoiler]，[spoiler] 所以就像是在天堂门口送了奶奶一程[/spoiler]。非常美丽又自然的呈现。

玩法是探索地图上的各个露营营地，然后用收集来的资源建设设施。地图挺丰富的，让人很有探索欲望。有海边有雪峰，还有矿坑（坐矿车过山车太爽力！！！）。小部分地方提示有些薄弱，但还可以接受。
游戏没有传送功能，只能靠看数字石碑和一次次打开地图来确认自己现在在哪，我一开始也觉得很不方便，不过玩进去之后觉得这样也蛮好的，因为看地图找路也不难，享受着风景，一会儿就走到了。摊位的金币路过想起来收集一下也完全够用了。总是想着要传送要最快效率收集资源，是不是我们已经习惯了便捷路径，变浮躁了呢。

全成就还有修缮公园的最后几个百分点没完成，没有提示指引的情况下要回头再找两三个修理点太大海捞针了，于是放弃了！适合还想继续逛公园的人。其余成就还挺简单的，也很可爱，可以收集一下。

Впервые я поиграл в эту игру в новогодние выходные 21-22 года. Простенькая, но очень добрая и душевная игра мне так запала в душу, что я уже 5 лет подряд во время новогодних праздников захожу в неё отдохнуть и расслабиться. И даже несмотря на то, что я знаю весь небольшой сюжет игры, концовка всегда трогает до слёз прям - как в первый раз.

Игра незамысловатая, но если вы такой же сентиментальный человек как и я, то вам понравится.

Формула простая - ходи и исследуй: всё найдёшь и все задания выполнишь.

Great game. I was relaxed. It was fun. And you can ever drop a tear. Similair to A Short Hike one of my favourite games ever but different. Exploration through the park was very satysfying. Only issue I had on deck was buttons sometimes stopped to respond after a longer gameplay, but after restart it was ok.

The perfect, average cozy game. While I did find the general gameplay loop boring as was the art style a big plane it's clear this is a labor of love that provides a surprising amount of customizable options for your camp grounds, little quests to help people, and stories to explore that aid the overarching plot of being made to come into your own and honoring family.

A fun game. It's reminiscent of A Short Hike, but the goals of the game are different enough. It's mostly about building campsites within the park and fixing broken things.

I will say, from an ecological standpoint, I didn't love it. I thought the game was going to be about responsible park management, but a lot of the buildings you can build on the campsites are very disruptive to the environment in real life (like ferris wheels and food trucks). So I just had to ignore that to enjoy the game. The map is huge, though, and I liked exploring it a lot and finding all the side quests.

The only other thing I have to say about it is that it was a little buggy. Some campers would complain about not having a certain type of building even though you built one clearly within the campsite borders, and refuse to use it. It doesn't actually matter if they know it's there or not, because the checklist for the campsite will still be complete, but it is weird and the campers will complain about it a lot. Also, running into objects like trees and fences would often get my character stuck in place until I moved backwards away from whatever I ran into.

So nothing horrible, just some minor annoyances. Definitely had fun playing.

This game is super cute and fun! I loved exploring the island and appreciate that there is so much variation throughout the environment as well as lots of fun features like the gondola. The story is very sweet. I'd LOVE it if the items used to decorate the campsites had additional colorways. I think that would make it possible to make each campsite more unique and would add a little replayability to the game. Still one of my favorites. :)

I like it so much that I didn't even notice that the game had ended already.
It's so cozy yet so many things to do as a camp ranger (?).

My first impression was something like "A Short Hike".
But that was all about him hiking.
Haven Park is hiking, adventure, helping people like a forest ranger while maintaining the park.

Here I thought the "park" was only a small portion at the beginning, only to realize that the whole map (HECK IT WAS A HUGE MAP FOR A PARK AND A COZY GAME BUT I LOVE IT) IS "THE PARK"!

Tip for anyone who wanted to enjoy the game: Do grandma's quest last or mid.

[Spoiler Warning beyond but only about gameplay and not the story]

Tip for anyone who wanted easier traveling around: Do the main quest first (with grandma) if you guys want easier traveling (thought this will make you miss the detours, which I found very fun to do). It will unlock Hot Air Balloon for easier traveling (but tedious). Otherwise, just do the hiking and endure (or ENJOY) the detours which is part of the adventure.

I only got two dislikes for the game, though it might not be a bad thing for others:

1. Intuitiveness, in particular the SKILL POINTS. I was playing the whole game blindly while noticing I was getting this (1) skill. I didn't know skill point allocation was in the "notebook". I am not sure if it was discussed at the beginning (like tutorial part though it was not really. It was just tip texts on the upper corner) but I was reading most of them. But if it was me, my bad.

2. HOT AIR BALLOON is luxury BUT TEDIOUS. SUPER TEDIOUS! I had to hold on the direction button for MINUTES to get from one camp to another (especially from north to south since it's so far). Heck it gave my fingers MUSCLES!

But in the end of the day, I love the game so much! It's kind of short (for me, since I really enjoyed it).
But if you guys take time, it won't be as short. And what I love about the game the most is the MOUNTAIN CAVE QUEST (though sadly, I did it last an unable to enjoy the Decor it unlocked that much). It was kind of a new thing, a break from being a Park Keeper.

Haven Park es un juego "EXTRA" simple, evidentemente orientado a un publico mas infantil que otra cosa, con una premisa simple: sos un pollito y tu tarea es mantener el parque/reserva en condiciones, reparando carteles, postes de luz y acondicionando los distintos puntos de descanso/recreación de los visitantes, utilizando recursos varios recolectados o comprados. En el medio hay una historia pequeña, un mundo con un diseño visual atractivo con areas para explorar y puntos de interes para descubrir, así como alguna que otra mini quest, todo hecho para tenerte de un lado a otro. Claramente no es un juego hecho para cambiarle la existencia a nadie, pero sirve al cometido de distender un poco (especialmente si te pasaste un juego como el Ender Lilies y saliste medio cagado a palos de ahí)

Genuinely Fun game, Slightly tedious if you go for 100% achievements.

I spent probably 2 hours of my playtime (and that's the lower estimate, realistically it was probably 3-4 hours mostly because i'm actually blind sometimes) running around looking for fences, torches etc that you have to restore for the "maintain the park" quest which imo is the most tedious quest in this game, though i appreciate the fact the dev(s) included a list that shows you which areas you missed those things in, because i probably would've spent even more time running around like a madman if that wasn't a feature lmao

Now, let me actually talk about the game.

Difficulty? 2/10 (which is not a bad thing) unless you're a dumbass (like me), in which case that can be as high as a 3/10 or 4/10.

Gameplay? easy 9/10 (I wish this bird could fly or atleast glide)

Graphics? 8/10 I am playing on a potato and despite that this game was consistently 10-20 fps for me (sometimes it dropped below 10 but it didn't really cause any issues)

Sound? 9/10. (Absolutely incredible, from atmosphere to music, it is really well done. I just wish the radio you can build in camps had slightly more music i could've enjoyed)

Story? Solid 8/10 (I just wish it was slightly longer)

Overall score 9.5/10 (if it had a little teeny tiny bit more music it would've been perfection)

What a cheeky hidden gem!!! It's like a better and bigger Short Hike imo!!
The visuals are BEAUTIFUL!! the sounds are AMAZING! Like the way he smacks his lil birb feet everywhere sounds so nice, or when its night and he has the torch the fire sounds so CRISPY. When he goes PEW PEW in the cave or in certain areas the echo and ambience is 10000000000/10!! It was SO relaxing to listen to!
The water was so inviting looking aswell, its so fun to swim around, the little splash noises are so nice <3
I loved how open everything is!! Can jump from anywhere, jump in the water anywhere its just lovely and open!
It was so much fun exploring everything!! The campers were so interesting to talk to, each had different and unique dialogue and some gave you quests!! Making up the little campsites was so nice and just chill and AAAA!! Honestly one of the best games I've played this year (2025) really good! Will be telling my friends and making my boyfriend play this cause he is an audio freak <3
The story is very bitter sweet aswell ^^
Easy to 100% but I had to use a guide to help me along a little bit to find stuff and work things out if I was missing anything!
If the devs make anything like this again its an insta buy for me!!

I am a 45 yo father, probably one of the oldest people playing this game. I am a single father to my Son, who is 14 now. My son got this game as a present from his uncle, so we installed it on his computer and he started playing. By the end of the week he had 24 hours on this game. This was horrible for me, as it was already hard for me to find ways to spend time with my son, as he is always out with his friends or just watching YouTube. So i decided to make a Steam account and get this game to see if I could maybe play alongside him. I loaded into the game, picked my character and world and started playing but I was stuck on what you where supposed to do. I asked my Son for help and he hosted a game for me to join. I loved it as it was the best time I had spent with my Son since my wife had died. This game has ever since brought me and my son closer again and now we actually spend time together outside the house together as well. This game reminded me that there's fun to be had in everything, and it has brought both me and my Son many happy memories.

I think this might be my favourite cozy game of the year so far. I loved everything about it. Exploration, side missions and making friends, learning to be responsible, dealing with grief etc etc.

Cute, cosy, compelling story and characters (no matter how small) and only 1 achevement that was ridiculously difficult

A cute exploration/questing game with no worries about dying or losing anything. It took me about 8 hours to 100% and I enjoyed every minute of it.
The only let down is the controls, you use the keyboard without any mouse steering to move your character. It's not like it's rough platforming or anything but having to hold two keys to go at an angle can be frustrating. Just let me use the mouse to steer and to interact with things.

I got the game on sale for just over $3 US and it was definitely worth that.

This game's vibes remind me a bit like a short hike, where you amble through the map, collecting things, fixing thing, exploring and discovering, a bit of a hug tugging ending at that despite the short gameplay. reaaally cute game that's pretty simple BUT it's fine bc at least it doesn't have a freaking hefty price tag. like, this game is priced well! very cheap! and goes on sale for like $3 sometimes! that's freaking awesome!

however, it started to peeve me off towards the end with the crane puzzles and how SLOW the later unlocked travel is. I DEFINITELY think there should have been fast travel, as well as a way of SEEING YOURSELF ON THE MAP.
other annoying things include slightly weird UI and camera angles... like when you're going through a list of skills, you can't go RIGHT to access the skill on the right, you have to go DOWN the entire list. felt a bit unintuitive.

the dialogue was all very wholesome (sometimes too wholesome imo) but others might like that sort of thing! I also wish there was more depth to npcs and that the villages you discovered would have npcs, but oh well. it is a small game after all!

This is a cute little cozy game about exploring, resource gathering, rebuilding, decorating, talking to Animal Crossing-esque animal characters, and completing a few quests for them. The locations are different enough from each other that discovering new areas is fun, but they still feel cohesive, and the pacing of finding new areas makes sense and is up to you and your exploring. The game rewards you for poking around and looking for things to interact with, and chatting with the campers. It's easy to get all of the achievements as you play, but there are a couple of guides on Steam if you need a hint (I used one to find the last fence I needed to fix).

I played on a laptop without a mouse or controller and didn't run into any issues.

Only had one glitch where I got stuck in a wall and had to quit the game, but luckily it saves every time you exit so I didn't lose any progress (and when I entered the game again I was no longer in the wall). Another little pet peeve is that you earn one more skill point than you can actually use. One last critique, the ending to the story can happen wayyy before you actually complete all of your tasks, so it's a little jarring when the credits roll, but you can go right back to playing the game with no issues.

I don't really know if I'd recommend for full price, just because it's a short game with no replay value, but when it goes on sale (which is pretty often) I think it's completely reasonable. I will definitely be checking out other games from this dev and publisher.

I loved this game! The art style and soundtrack is peaceful and pleasant while also giving you a sense of wonder and childlike adventure. The freedom you're given in exploration via the controls and set boundaries is awesome and at no point did I find myself frustrated that I couldn't get to somewhere. The characters are quirky and fun. The building options in each area are adorable and easy to use in creating a certain vibe and layout. And lastly, the main storyline did make me tear up and smile through the sentiment it shared.

Haven Park is wonderfully balanced, super fun and a great short game to unwind with after dealing with the seriousness of the world and adult life - even if you want to 100% it. I've looked forward to playing this game for a while and am utterly pleased with the experience. I know that I'll come back to this game to build more and maybe have my awe and heart struck again. Thanks to the team for building a delightful game <3

I love this game. Low stress, great colors, a nice overarching story of a kid taking on the role that his grandma once had. This is the perfect game for younger kids to introduce them to a lot of gaming concepts. Quests, resource management, collecting stuff off the ground.
