I bought this during the Autumn sale in 2025 for just €2.49, and it sat chilling in my library for the better part of half a year before I finally got bored enough to give it a go.

At first I played slowly, wanting to take my time and explore everything. After just one day of playing, I was completely invested. But that's exactly the problem, I got too invested. I absolutely fell in love with the characters' cute love story and the overall relaxing gameplay. Then, after a good 7 hours of just having the time of my life, it suddenly hit me that this game was going to end, and when it did, I was going to have the largest case of post-game depression of my life.

Cut to two days after finishing it, I'm only just starting to compose myself. I feel as if i have cheated. I should never have paid the 90% discounted price; I wish I had paid full price. As a form of atonement, I've since bought the art book as a permanent reminder of what this game has done to me.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend this game enough to story lovers and anyone looking for something easy to pick up and play. And please, don't take your first playthrough for granted. In those moments, whether sad or happy, exciting or gut wrenching, just take your time. Explore every little dialogue option and soak it all in. That is the best advice I can give to newcomers.

This game is so cute. It's pretty cozy, there's some combat but it's pretty simple. The story is fantastic, this is like the gayest game I've ever played and I love it. There are a bunch of different levels and unfortunately there's not a lot of variety in terms of the environment. A lot of repetitive grasslands. I do recommend it, but I would buy it on sale.

Haven é um jogo que me surpreendeu bastante pela proposta. É uma experiência mais lenta, sem foco em combates rápidos ou complexos, e isso pode não agradar todo mundo — mas funciona muito bem dentro do que o jogo quer ser.

O ponto alto, sem dúvida, é a história. A relação entre os protagonistas é extremamente bem construída, natural e íntima. Parece realmente um casal de verdade, com diálogos e interações muito realistas. Foi isso que mais me prendeu do começo ao fim. A gameplay é simples, e a exploração é agradável no início, mas com o tempo acaba ficando um pouco repetitiva. Ainda assim, não chega a estragar a experiência, porque o foco claramente está na narrativa e nos personagens.

Visualmente, o jogo é muito bonito, com uma arte bem marcante, e a trilha sonora também combina perfeitamente com a atmosfera. No geral, é um jogo gostoso de jogar, mais pela experiência emocional do que pelo desafio.

Recomendo principalmente para jogar em casal ou em dupla, mas também funciona solo.

Haven est un jeu qui m’a agréablement surpris par sa proposition. C’est une expérience plus lente, sans accent sur des combats rapides ou complexes, et cela ne plaira pas à tout le monde — mais ça fonctionne très bien avec ce que le jeu cherche à offrir.

Le point fort, sans aucun doute, est l’histoire. La relation entre les deux protagonistes est extrêmement bien construite, naturelle et intime. On a vraiment l’impression d’un vrai couple, avec des dialogues et des interactions très réalistes. C’est ce qui m’a le plus accroché du début à la fin. Le gameplay est simple, et l’exploration est agréable au début, mais elle devient un peu répétitive avec le temps. Malgré cela, ça ne gâche pas l’expérience, car le jeu mise clairement sur sa narration et ses personnages.

Visuellement, le jeu est très beau, avec une direction artistique marquante, et la bande-son correspond parfaitement à l’atmosphère. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un jeu agréable à jouer, davantage pour l’expérience émotionnelle que pour le défi.

Je le recommande surtout à jouer en couple ou à deux, mais il fonctionne aussi en solo.

Funny but I found this game only because it has good soundtrack and yeah, sound design and music are very nice. Game has its own style

Not my type of game tbh, but I quite enjoy the loop. It feels nice and rewarding. I like the flow of the Haven and the way it’s organically built, and i appreciate such approach.

Game is romance focused and it exaggerates sometimes. Gender option of main characters is neat detail.

What I disliked is animations for every craft (and I you can craft multiple items, but that constant loading screens start to annoy)
Random voice lines start to feel repetitive quite fast, may be after 5-6 hours of play
Map is mess, hard to get used to and tough finding objectives. I appreciate the sense of exploration but when you look for that flow to get to point B and have to run in circles just starts to feel bad
Tough clearing out last sources of rust

Overall game is nice, but could use some additional QoL improvements

Forever will be my comfort game. Wish they create similar games like this or just as good. The game is so straightforward yet it made me cry so hard at the end. What is with the jumpscare??? Also, i don't recommend this game to people that are too critical of too hateful against LGBTQ+ theme because we can actually choose what kind of pair we want to be, yet homophobes and transphobes will just hate the game even without playing or knowing what the game is really about.

I really loved the game, the gameplay and the story were very good, it's great that they let you choose which partner you want. I really loved my lesbians, yu and kay. It was very good of the devs to let you choose. I felt much more connected to the story this way, it was very good and I also managed to like the characters more, it was very nice of them to give this option for free in an update. I congratulate the devs, I really loved the game.

And wtf happened at the bad ending I'm still traumatized. Thank goodness I got the good ending the first time, but stil omg.

Game is written like a wattpad fan-fic. Dialogue and characters have zero charm.

There is no splitscreen mode which makes the movement extremely annoying with 2 players.

It's marketed as this relaxing movement-based game but then every explorable area looks the same. There's also a loading screen between each stage which kills immersion and flow.

Жаль, что [spoiler] как таковой полностью счастливой концовки нет. Остаться в одиночестве на планете, отрезанными от всего мира или остаться вместе до конца, пока вас не найдут и потом забыть друг друга , прожив жизнь порознь - такой себе выбор. Честно говоря испытала горькие чувства. Как бы вы друг друга ни любили, но вдвоем прожить всю жизнь можно сойти с ума друг с другом, не видя больше никого или быть принужденными потом жить с другими людьми против воли, тем более никому не пожелаешь.[/spoiler]
Я не пожалела, что прошла эту игру, тем более, что на прохождение не требуется много времени.

It's a very cute game about a couple escaping an authoritarian arranged marriage for life system called The Matchmaker.

Our protagonists had arranged partners but they decided nu-uh and dated eachother instead. They used their high position in society and knowledge to find the perfect planet to escape the tyranny of the Matchmaker and then somehow managed to avoid detection and run to the world where the game takes place in.

The gameplay involves running around and collecting fruits and vegetables, cooking food, clearing out a dark energy field thing they call "the rust" and interacting with various things. All for the sake of watching our main duo interact, make jokes, get sad, get happy and all in-between. It is a bit of a visual novel with gameplay elements.

There's alot of co-op elements that are redundant for playing the game in single player though It is my assumption that even if you played co-op i dunno if those co-op elements would add much to the game (Could be wrong here Idk Don't have the chance to play the game co-op).

The combat system is serviceable you have 2 essentially type moves you can make, or shield and later you unlock some items you can use during fights. It's okay.

Overall I expected a relationship exploration and dynamics game and I got it so I am not disappointed. The protagonists relationship is handled well and fairly maturely. [spoiler]There is a bit of a drama later in the game but everything before and after is good [/spoiler]

Heavy spoilers down below.
[spoiler] You explore the ruins of an old colony, collect old artefacts and widgets, eventually you get the chance to speak with one of the head honchos of the government who is Yu, one of the protagonist's mom. Yu's mother seems very distraught and open to anything as long as they come home and go with the matchmaker's decision.

Later we find out that the colony that corporation was building on this planet before was turbo nuked and that is the cause of all the "rust" that our duo was collecting and cleaning. They have a moment discussing this but it's never mentioned again.

Eventually the characters realize that they can manipulate flow bridges (the energy source that let's their civilization travel space) and they could cut out the flow bridge connecting their planet with the rest of the systems. They decide to do it but at the last moment there is a scene where they get second thoughts. If you follow that dialogue eventually they decide to not cut out the flow bridge. So in the epilogue the corpos and the partner assigned to Yu invade the planet and force them to come back, brainwashes them and then takes Yu away from the other protagonist, literally an NTR path wow game didn't expect that...well I kind of did but I didn't expect they would actually show exactly that.

The other path is you sever the flow bridge and are permanently stuck on this backwater planet with no tech except the stuff you have and you can scavenge. Kind of a shipwrecked island scenario I suppose.

Is Kay or Yu infertile? Makes me question how they reproduce in this society cause with the amount of sexual innuendo you'd think this topic would be raised but no it was completely ignored.

I do think that the game kinda fails to explain or challenge The Matchmaker or the government in general It is not interested in exploring its worldbuilding it is only concerned with showing it how it is and using it to inform the viewpoints of our protagonists. [/spoiler]

I played this game coop with my partner, and sadly we didn't enjoy it enough.
It has potential and charm, but the elements didn't add up for a satisfying experience for us.
The movement is kind of annoying, the different fragments of the world look the same and navigation is confusing (even though you do get some sort of a mini map at some early stage). Too many things feel like a chore including the repeating fighting.
Personally, we didn't connect with the characters and the kind of annoyed us with many of their dialogues. I can see how one can relate to them and enjoy their conversations and relationship development but it didn't work for us.

O que me conquistou de imediato foi a forma como a história é contada. Ele lança-te na ação e deixa que a narrativa respire através dos diálogos entre os dois. Не описать словами весь кайф в этой игре. Визуал, геймплей, химия персонажей, лор и сюжет - просто прекрасно. Хочется ещё отменить а также душевные титры разработчиков, где актёры озвучки перечисляют и выделяют почти всех причастных людей. Не ожидал встретить в этой игре боёвку, поэтому был крайне удивлён её проработке в подобном жанре. Единственный минус - лесенки, игре очень нужен ремастер в этом плане. Ну и очень сильно хочется продолжение, на которое уже намекали в титрах. Всем настоятельно рекомендую!

If the trailer pulled you in because of the atmosphere and relationship dynamic — and if you can grab it at a decent discount (it’s been out for five years now) — it might be worth your time. Just don’t go in expecting deep mechanics.

Exploration starts off beautifully — gliding around floating islets feels smooth and calming. But after a few hours, the gameplay loop becomes painfully repetitive.
Combat? Charge ability → release together → repeat. That’s pretty much it. It feels closer to a simplified mobile JRPG system than a full console/PC experience. Eventually, you start asking yourself:

This is a “buy at 90% discount (the highest it has received so far)” type of game — unless you’re specifically in the mood for a chill, romantic sci-fi narrative.

Haven hat viel Story und wenig interessantes Gameplay. Das Spiel überzeugt definitiv durch die beiden Protagonisten und deren romantisch-abenteuerliche Story. Im Gegensatz zur Geschichte hat mich das Gameplay weniger abgeholt. Kleine generische Inseln gilt es abzufarmen, um langsam aber sicher Questfortschritte zu erzielen, dabei sind diese aber so banal, dass es wenig motivierend ist auch die Levels zu erkunden. Nach wenigen Stunden dreht sich alles und anfängliche Neugier schlägt in ödes Farmen und Gekämpfe um.

Das Kampfsystem ist vielleicht Geschmackssache. Im Grunde ist es eine abgespeckte Version vom timing-rundenbasierten Combatsystem aus Final Fantasy (was ich persönlich schon relativ langweilig finde). Dazu gibt es auch nur zwei bzw. vier Angriffe + Blocken und das wars. In Haven fühlt sich das Kampfsystem leider wie eine ungewürzte Suppe an, die nochmal mit Wasser verlängert wurde, einfach damit es nach mehr aussieht. Letztendlich macht es das Spiel dadurch leider nur fad. Gerade weil Kämpfe so frequentiert auftreten ist bei mir dieser Eindruck besonders hängen geblieben, was eigentlich schade ist. Ohne die Kämpfe hätte das Spiel meiner Meinung nach andere Qualitäten besser umsetzen können.

Nun ja, wenn es nach mir ginge würde ich Haven eine neutrale Wertung geben: Einerseits, weil die Story wie gesagt sehr schön ist, andererseits jedoch kann ich das Spiel nicht wirklich großartig loben, weil das Gameplay alles etwas downgraded.

Alles in allem hat bei mir jedoch Story Vorrang vor Gameplay und daher sag ich es so: Im Discount kann ich es Interessenten einer romantischen Sci-Fi mit Vorbehalt empfehlen. Wer umwerfendes Leveldesign und fesselnde Kämpfe erwartet, haltet lieber Abstand.

Was ich auch noch begrüße und erwähnen möchte ist, dass man die Geschlechter der Protagonisten frei wählen kann zumindest ob sie: W+M, W+W oder M+M sind. Das gibt denke ich verschiedenen Interessenten mehr Möglichkeiten sich in die Geschichte auf ihre Weise einzufühlen.

Haven verbleibt für mich insgesamt eher im unteren Mittelfeld:

I enjoyed this one! Kay and Yu are a fun couple to follow, I like their little quirks and the way they interact with each other and the world around them. Their relationship is the focal point of the plot so I'm glad they feel fleshed out and interesting. The gameplay is incredibly repetitive, most of the Islets are similar biomes and the mechanic of going around and clearing the rust can be a tedious bordering on frustrating (when you can't find that one patch of rust left on a huge Islet D: ) but I imagine part of that comes from me playing solo. Other than that, I really had fun with this one. The fighting is fun, the cooking is cute, and world is interesting. I do wish we got more lore (perhaps even a prologue) but I still like the story as is! Oh, and I love that you can choose different genders for Kay and Yu in the beginning! That was a pleasant surprise!

The game really is cozy and has a nice and calm rythm, you can decide to make it fast or take your time. Gives a really warm vision about what love is and how it can change us to go further. The gameplay and the mechanics are nice and pretty original. Only default : the render of the characters in that "3D" is weird but it's alright, graphics could be better. My favourite game.

Story
Es gibt einen Planeten, auf dem existiert die Kolonie namens "Korb".
Auf Korb ist es so, das es arrangierte Ehen/Lebenspartner gibt.

Unsere beiden Protagonisten Yu und Kay sind mit dieser Regelung nicht einverstanden
und fliehen von Korb. Sie landen auf dem Planeten "Source". Zumindest was
davon übrig ist.

Die Aufgabe ist die Verbindung zum Korb zu beenden und in Frieden zu leben.
Leider macht es einem der Korb nicht zu einfach. Den dieser schickt seine
so genannten "Hornissen" los um uns zu finden und zurück zur Kolonie zu bringen.

Gameplay
Spielerisch ist es eher eintönig. Ebenso ist zu beginn die Steuerung eine wirkliche
Herausforderung. Ich empfehle, dass der Zweitspieler sich mit dem einsammeln von Items
und den Rost-Punkten beschäftigt, während der andere entscheidet wo es lang geht
oder ggfls. Gegnern ausweicht.

Soundtrack
Die Atmosphäre ist eher entspannt und gemütlich als Actiongeladen. Wobei die Kämpfe
einen zwar kurz wach rütteln, jedoch reden wir hier vom einzigen Track im Spiel mit
etwas mehr "Dynamik".

Co-op
Das Zweispielerkonzept ist aus meiner Sicht auf M/W ausgelegt. Und ich empfehle auch
dieses Spiel mit seinem Lebenspartner zu spielen, denn es geht Hauptsächlich um
die Beziehung zwischen Yu und Kay.
Wie Sie leben nach Ihrer Flucht.
Ihre Gedanken.
Wünsche.
Träume.
Loyalität.

Zusammengefasst ist es ein wirklich nettes kleines Spiel für nach der Arbeit.
Es bedarf keiner großen Konzentration und ist durch seine Pärchen-Story doch recht
Vertraut.

Ungefähr 16h für 100%.
Leider sind ein paar Errungenschaften zufallsbasiert, was die Spielzeit ein wenig
Strecken könnte.

Если бы мне дали задание заменить слово "кринж" на названием игры, я бы ответила - Haven.

Насколько же эта игра дискомфортная! Почему-то в ней чувствуешь себя... лишним. Вот эти два мамкиных бунтаря что-то там творят, а ты ловишь неловкость, испанский стыд и тошноту от диалогов. Ещё и этот прикол: находясь в доме, ты летаешь как отдельная субстанция и просто наблюдаешь за всем со стороны.
В игре что-то там говорят про будущее... Но игра и мир абсолютно пустые. А, звините, вру. Тут же, помимо бега по пустым кускам земли, есть ещё и мобы с уродской боёвкой.
Полёты эти ещё - кто их вообще придумал? Ты или летаешь как алкаш, или ходишь со скоростью улитки. Подойти к чему-то с таким передвижением - это прямо отдельный квест.

До финала я точно не дотяну, но надеюсь, что у этих персонажей конец был как в "Ромео и Джульетте".

Ok, I'm gonna give this game 5 stars story, art, and music wise. Gameplay wise, it's more like 3. The battle mechanics are kinda clunky/tedious, and I've had glitchy moments here and there. IDK if it's better with 2 player. The exploration aspect is kinda grindy, and I find it difficult to navigate sometimes, especially since you can either go break neck fast, or turtle slow. There are also moments where I was lost in what the game wanted me to do since there is little to no hub while gaming. It's nice artistically, but it made knowing what to do and where to go a struggle. This isn't as bad later in the game though. I think the story, voice acting, and artistic value is worth the hassle though, and other gamers might just have better instincts then I, so I still think it's worth playing.

Pillé este titulo por la estética y la apariencia de ser un juego de chill y cooperativo para dos personas. Todo cumplió la expectativa excepto el ser para dos personas. Es cierto que se puede jugar con dos mandos pero no tiene la libertad suficiente como para ser realmente denominado para dos ya que solo uno decide hacia donde se dirige la pareja en conjunto mientras el otro jugados solo puede interactuar en combates, cocina y decisiones (en la conversación). Decisiones que no parecen tener ninguna repercusión en nada. Algunas decisiones aportan determinación pero en ningún momento es posible observar que modifica y que no dichas decisiones.

El juego está bien, tiene una historia sencilla de seguir y el combate es bastante sencillo. Es un juego para estar de chill.

La pareja protagonista es bastante realista, a como siento yo lo que debería ser una guía de una pareja sana aunque en cierto momento, tienen una discusión obligada que no siento que se haya integrado de forma natural al guión y te saca un poco del momento.

La exploración se siente agradable junto a la progresión de habilidades, etc....aunque, lo pero con bastante diferencia es el movimiento y la cámara. Son odiosos en cierto punto.

No tiene mucho que destacar y menos que reclamar. Es un buen juego que si se pilla con una buena ofertita renta lo suficiente como para echarle un par de tardes.

Haven is an exploration, action-adventure game where you play as couple Kay and Yu (both could be either male or female), who escaped their homeworld to be together. They landed on a planet called Source, and must scavenge ruins for parts to fix their ship. The levels are separated to small, similar-looking islets. Exploration seems confusing at first, but you'll find a radar early on. It can be played co-op, with a friend or ideally your lover, but it's fully playable solo.

The gameplay is pretty simple, explore the islets while cleaning up rust and collect ship parts. There's combat, almost like turn-based but instead of taking turns, you have to charge up your moves. It could be easier with a partner rather than solo as you don't have to coordinate moves for 2 characters at once, but even alone the combat isn't really hard. Remember to cook and eat food, because if they're hungry, they charge slower and combat becomes harder. Food can also be used to call flying creatures you can use as fast travel in some islets.

But the highlight of this game is the interaction between the 2 characters, with many dialogues ranging from supportive, funny, sad, and steamy, among others. Usually, these are triggered after they eat and rest, or exploring hidden areas which also sometimes yield collectible objects to decorate your Nest. In a way, it's kinda like a visual novel with exploration and combat. The dialogues are fully voiced, and the voice actors for male Kay and female Yu (who I played as and seems to be the canon one) perform both characters really well.

I think Haven is a great game you can relax to, with the beautiful open islets, relaxing soundtrack by Danger, and generally playing as a sweet couple who like to sit together or hug if you leave the game idle for a bit (me and who, for real). I just wish other characters were explored more though, as there are 2 others from their home planet but they each only appear in 1 scene. And the bad ending doesn't feel as fleshed-out, but then again, who likes bad endings?

Fun little platformer. Gameplay is decent, but feels cumbersome half the time and towards the end the 'grind' of resources for hunger, health, and exploration mean going back and forth from running around and checking things out to stock up and start again... and again... and a couple of the enemies are super annoying with respawn their counterparts. Ugh.

The characters are the best part of this game - the dialogue and the back and forth. The lock of new cosmetics on completion of a play is rather annoying. All in all, fun casual game but stayed for the story, voice acting, and animation. The game play mechanics- crafting 5/5 power ups, making food, having to use meals to fast travel, 6/6 un upgradable backpack, sort of thing detracts from the fun of just zooming around and clearing each island.

In the end, it's still a good game and I'm glad I played it to the end.

Mi opinión general es que está entretenido (sin más) y sería una experiencia muchísimo más gratificante si no hubiera combates y si el minimapa no fuera tan poco informativo.
Muchas veces estás destinado a hacer control F4 si no quieres quedarte encerrado en un combate bucleico donde ni mueres tú ni los enemigos, solo porque estás obligado a llevar consumibles para ciertas batallas que ni siquiera puedes skipear.
Lo que debería ser una experiencia relajante se vuelve tediosa; no eliges el enemigo objetivo, te cancelan los ataques porque justamente no ha acabado la animación del enemigo (viene a por ti muy lentamente) y "solo" puedes curarte en campamentos, lo cual te obliga a estar todo el rato volviendo a zonas anteriores de forma cansina.
La historia es tipiquísima, para qué vamos a engañarnos.
Considero que el combate está hecho precisamente para 2 jugadores pero es irónico porque el manejo de los personajes por el mapa es tedioso en este caso.

It's a small-scale game that's mostly exploration and very, very simple ATB combat. It was nice to enjoy just 2 characters and their relationship in a unique, challenging situation.

Cozy relationship-based narrative adventure-exploration game with some bits of dark here and there. Tentatively recommended.

Pros are the voice acting, the dialogue and the storyline, especially because you can play any gender couple you want which definitely changes the vibe/mood even if the dialogues are mostly copy pasted across genders with very few gender-specific changes.

The big cons relate to gameplay. Traversal never 'feels' good, like quickly plodding through mud without much steering, and the camera is too low to the ground to see where you're going and if you enable Free camera in the options, your character/s easily do 180 turns all the time when you don't want them to. There's other issues, combat is rock paper scissory and quite unfair sometimes, a real time tactics kind of model, but more importantly buttons/actions don't trigger or get stuck cancelling themselves. Turned everything to easy a few hours into the game, especially as healing is unplentiful to begin with unless you know exactly what you're doing.

Speaking of traversal, the 'flow lines' which basically are point to point quick travel/path unlocks, are often times placed quite stupidly. Say you want to go to point A from B, which is untraversable except for flow lines, you need to find a flow line (sometimes invisibile under removable terrain called 'rust'), and it can be pointing wayy too the right of A and you don't think it gets to A but it does. Sometimes you need to explore each line to see where it leads, though most just... take you kind of straight across terrain, at not much more speed than regular. I was frustrated more than once not finding the 'right' flow line to get me where i wanted/needed to go.

In any case, i played 18 hours of it, and i had enough of the the gameplay part of it at about the 12hour mark or so. But i did finish it for the technically two endings, but realistically there's a single 'right' ending.

I've played so many of those games that I could feel nauseous. I didn't think this game had so much to offer a player given that it's an indie title, but I was wrong. This game is something wonderful, they should make more games like this.
A world where only two people love each other and survive to stay together... values that are almost lost nowadays.
The game gives you strong emotions if you still have a heart that loves. Nice atmosphere, great events, relaxing. Congratulations to the developers.

Eu não sei por que tanto se fala bem de Haven, sendo que não tem nada de mais, na verdade é extremamente limitado. A exploração é ruim; a gameplay é ruim; os objetivos são patéticos; a história é razoável; o combate quase "por turno," você vai carregando os ataques e defesas enquanto os inimigos não atacam, mas eles podem atacar a qualquer momento - lembra um pouco o do Chrono Trigger, mas no caso do Haven é BEM cansativo e enjoativo. O jogo se resume em coletar as peças para consertar a nave, e enfrentar bichos encapetados pelo caminho.
Quanto o que afirmei dos desenvolvedores... a todo momento, os dois personagens jogáveis fazem piadinhas sobre "aquilo," dão em cima um do outro, ou estão fazendo o ato mesmo. É praticamente aquele meme da véia dizendo "Só besteira!" Tem uma parte que o garoto está literalmente brincando com bonequinhos, por causa do tédio, e a garota consegue envolver conotação sexual até nisso
Só decepção mesmo.

Na boa, a Steam está cheia de jogo bom de verdade. Não desperdice seu tempo e dinheiro com essa trolha.

эта игра очень… уютная, расслабляющая и всепоглощающая. она не удивляет новшествами в геймплее, но цепляет искусным использованием знакомых всем нам игровых механик и элементов в процессе всего путешествия. они не дают заскучать, не позволяют первоначальным краскам раствориться до момента, когда всё подходит к концу. а это многого стоит
отдельно хочется отметить взаимоотношения главных героев, они выдались на удивление очень реалистичными. в них есть всё: страсть, нежность и даже быт. можно подумать, что всё это на грани фантастики — как возможно сохранять столь тесную заинтересованность друг в друге, живя в одном корабле на планете в полном одиночестве? но, как по мне, в этом кроется истина настоящих романтических отношений — кристально чистая, когда выбор делается в пользу друг друга. отказаться от всех ради одного человека? согласитесь, это страшно. но так бывает. я, черт возьми, всеми фибрами души верю в это, верю в магию чувств, чувств принимающих и преданных, чувств наисильнейших

желаю всем в жизни найти такую любовь, ради которой нестрашно потерять всё. желаю всем быть Ю и Кей

En achetant le jeu Cairn, je me suis renseigné sur le studio The Game Bakers avant de me lancer dedans, et j'ai découvert l'existence de Haven.
Quand j'ai lu le pitch du jeu, j'ai immédiatement crushé et je me suis lancé dedans en un éclair!

J'ai une affection pour les rpg un peu "routinier", qui mettent l'accent sur les relations entre les personnages. C'est un style de jeu pas facile a apprécier pour tout le monde, car si vous n'accrochez pas aux protagonistes, le jeu aura plutôt tendance a vous paraitre inutilement long et redondant....Par contre si je vous crushez sur les héros et l'univers, vous ne voudrez plus en sortir!

Par exemple j'ai surkiffé Persona 4, et moins Persona 5 (alors qu'il a des qualités extraordinaires, mais c'est juste les personnages et l'ambiance qui m'ont moins enchanté que Persona 4).

Pour parler du jeu Haven concerné par cette review...La manière dont je le vois, c'est que c'est une idylle, un rêve.
Deux personnages qui arrivent sur une zone fertile, relativement hospitalière, avec les deux individus ayant des compétences complémentaires, a priori pouvant être en autonomie...Et qui visiblement arrivent a se contenter de l'un et l'autre, de s'aimer...Mon cerveau de cynique n'arrive pas a accepter que ce soit possible en vrai, mais le fait de le rever a travers ce jeu...je dois avouer que ça fait du bien.

Je crois que ce jeu m'as réver sur un sujet auquel j'ai renoncé, et en vrai merci aux dev' ...ça va me rester en tête pour un moment.

Pour parler du jeu directement, comme je l'ai mentionné plus haut: Si vous n'adhérez pas aux protagonistes, l'histoire...le gameplay ne vous sauvera pas. C'est amusant les premières heures, mais la boucle de gameplay se répète assez vite. Le jeu se termine en une quinzaine d'heure (ce qui n'est pas si long), et pourtant ça a été difficile sur la fin, je commençais a me fatiguer du gameplay, c'est surtout les protagonistes qui m'ont fait rester.

Mention spéciales aux musiques et au "flow" général du jeu (les déplacements, les plans de caméra, la complémentarités des protagonistes), ça renforce le côté "onirique" que j'avais ressenti en jouant au jeu, et en plus la carte me rappelle Nagrand de Burning crusade, une de mes zones préférées de wow!

Voila, sincérement je pense que ce jeu peut vous faire beaucoup de bien si vous êtes en conditions de l'apprécier, mais pour ça je peux rien faire pour vous...Il faut se synchroniser :3
