Highly recommended. It is better with a group than solo imho, but that may be just me. Very smooth combat, fun characters, an interesting and meaningful story. If you want to seek it out, there's lots of puzzles and mysteries that are hidden throughout the game for exploration and lore, but these too-i'm pretty sure-are optional.

好玩是好玩，但我是单人玩的，所以难度稍高。单人游玩需要选两名角色进行，任务途中可以随时切换，部分敌人有对应颜色的护盾，这就需要切换到对应的角色来应对。而且后面敌人战力太高了，同屏敌人数量也不少，移动速度快导致很容易被集火带走。还有装备和技能树的金币需求大的夸张，还需要反复刷图赚钱，加上单人的高难度体验综合下来不是很好啊，总之不推荐单人游玩。我能玩下去全是因为这游戏里面不管是主角团还是反派都挺逗逼的，看她们对话挺好玩的。

Really enjoy the gameplay. Tough but fair (at least with 2 players as that is how I played). The puzzles were very enjoyable. If you like escape rooms, you will likely enjoy the puzzle aspect of the game as well. I do think it'd be nice to be able to spend gold on extra clues if you get stuck, but we did manage to figure out all the major ones on our own after a lot of thought. Overall would certainly recommend.

Офигеть какая крутая и интересная игра. Проходить обязательно в коопе. Боевка простая и понятная, в тоже время над некоторыми уровнями приходится попотеть. Головоломки действительно сложные, но решаемые. Можно просто посмотреть в интернете, но если додумаетесь сами - почувствуете себя гением. Диалоги местами правда заставят улыбнуться и даже ухмыльнуться. Хотелось бы видеть больше подобных игр. Для прохождения с друзьями - скрытая имба

Back in 2019 I started doing a couch co-op night every few weeks with some buds, we found this and had a were having a great time. Then covid happen when we got to the third Titan. Still kept doing the co-op online and we finally got back to Full Metal Furies this year. Well worth the wait, a great beat-em up but it also is a very in depth puzzle game especially at the back half. If you have some friends that love to fight and think a bit this is a great option.

It's just not fun retrying a level over and over again. Level progression and scaling are bad. Boxed in on a screen containing 10 pitfalls and 8 enemies consistently doing lock-on attacks is just ridiculous. Only to finally beat all enemies on the screen to be greeted with...four more screens of the same!

"Stuck on a stage? Try another." Gee thanks, so I'll just grind the same stages for less gold for two hours so I can pass some absurd challenge. All I spec into is attack and health, because weapon/items perks rarely pay off in combat.

There are better beat 'em ups out there.

It is a fun brawler and bullet-hell combination game with a nice visual aesthetic, but held back by some unfortunate design decisions that make it less fun to play in offline or solo mode, as the online play in 2025 is mostly dead.

The color-specific shielding mechanic for enemies is an interesting gimmick for a while and is probably a good way to encourage team play in online or local multiplayer matches, but in solo mode it feels like an unnecessary chore to constantly switch back and forth between party members.

Additionally, the 4 active abilities for each character have up to 3 other unlockable variations each. It does add some depth and much-needed variety to the combat, but some of the skills are unlocked so late in the game that they don't really add any fun or variety until the combat has gotten stale.

It is a fun and somewhat unique brawler/bullet hell mash-up to check out, but fans of either genre may find better options elsewhere.

It might not look very impressive but the gameplay is very fun (I experienced it in co-op mode with a second person). The difficulty is well tuned. It is moderately difficult and sometimes challenging but not too hard either. Cooperation is key in this game and therefore experiencing the levels feels rewarding for all the players. This is not the type of game where the difficulty is non-existent (split fiction) or where one player can carry the other. One of the best co-op games I experienced.

This game is a gem. A beat em up with pretty interesting mechanics. It can be hit and miss, but to me a lot of the unique mechanics are good hits.
I'll have to say though it's better played as a playthrough game, something you play and progress through together with the same people, and not treated as a party game where people just play for a session and be done with it. That said, the game isn't that long, you can beat the game within 20 hours.
The game also has very good online coop implementation, it's pretty smooth and i only encountered a few minor bugs (which only happens when someone is really laggy)

In my opinion, despite the genre, this game is also more fitting for RPG players or at least gamers that can appreciate the puzzle aspect, especially better if you can discuss it with friends. The riddle/puzzles aren't easy at all and requires some thinking, especially the first one since you don't always expect puzzles from games of this genre to need out of the box thinking.

Difficulty wise it's generally pretty fair, a lot of the bosses aren't really that difficult but they generally have adds and that tests your ability to keep track of multiple different attacks and prioritizing some targets. There are some significant difficulty spikes here and there though, could've been smoother, but nothing too unmanageable. The game itself is also pretty generous and you keep the money/mastery you get even from failed runs (and each transitions/waves generally give you money rewards), so retrying a stage doesn't really feel bad at all.

Solid pick especially for online co-op.

It is amazing. I hope some day Full Metal Furies 2. I have spent 45 hours and I beat NG+, got all trophies, lvl 99 with all characters, but, I had preffered that when you reach lvl 99 with the four furies, the enemies had given like xp coins for masteries rather than money, at that point, it's useless. The only thing that I haven't completed are the masteries, 'cause some of them are very annoying for leveling them up

Tellement bien qu'on l'a fini à 100% avec mon pote.

Tout est dans la vidéo : il y a 4 classes (guerrier, tank, sniper, ingénieur), chacune avec 4 compétences qui ont chacune 4 armes au choix -- ça, et et un arbre de talent qui s'améliore avec des pésos. Le truc que vous remarquerez le plus vite, c'est que faire des trickshot à plusieurs c'est [i]extrêmement[/i] marrant et que vous allez [i]tout le temps[/i] vouloir en faire.

C'est un jeu vraiment nerveux ; des fois t'as des mobs sur la totalité de l'écran, faut esquiver une tonne de projectiles et de coups de mêlée -- et pendant ce temps tu vises les mobs tout en comptant les secondes avant de pouvoir réutiliser ton ulti... Quand le combat se joue à un cheveu et que ça finit par passer, c'est la meilleure sensation au monde. C'est tellement satisfaisant.

Le seul truc qu'on n'a pas aimé faire, c'est la quête pour la True Ending parce qu'elle est tellement bien cachée qu'on s'est très vite tourné vers un guide (et même comme ça c'était long de faire les allers-retour)
Aussi et malheureusement le jeu n'est pas cross-plateforme : par exemple si l'un de vous est sur SteamDeck pendant qu'un autre est sur Windows, vous serez complètement désynchronisés au point que vous ne pourrez pas jouer ! Il faut obligatoirement que vous jouiez tous sur la même plateforme (Linux, Windows ou Mac)

Arcade beat-em-up style action with up to 4 player co-op.

Playable solo, but the game is very clearly designed around having at least 2 players on the field: especially with the whole “enemies put up shields that only one character on the field can break” mechanic that the combat is mostly built around. The game’s solution for solo players is to have them pick two characters to swap between at will -- and while this is certainly functional, having to constantly switch back and forth between characters during combat to break shields never ceased feeling inelegant to me.

Otherwise, the combat is solid, if unremarkable, and the progression mechanics are also fine, with talents and unlockable loadout options. Not particularly deep, but good for a beat-em-up. There were some frankly [i]insane[/i] difficulty spikes that almost killed my playthrough cold, though, so keep that in mind.

By far the most interesting part of the game though is its proclivity for secrets and puzzles. There’s a bunch of secrets to be found that involve multi-step puzzle solving and deciphering riddles, which is unusual for the genre and definitely helps it stand out from its peers.

All-in-all, this is a perfectly acceptable beat-em-up, but nothing truly groundbreaking.

This game is criminally underrated. It has the level progression and beat-em-up side-scrolling gameplay that made Castle Crashers so popular but with skill trees. Unlocking new abilities and mastering them is so satisfying, the soundtrack absolutely slaps, and the story--paling in comparison to how good the mechanical side of the game feels--is sound and fun.

Fun and engaging co-op game.

The characters are really different, and you're encouraged to try different builds, the levels are challenging and dialogues are hilarious. One of the best co-op games I played with my friends!

It also encourages proper coop instead of just kill things on the same screen. Definitely give it a shot if you like action games, or if you have friends!

This is one of those games that I wish I could play again for the first time. All of my time is in a 2 player session with me on sniper except for the character trials.
The combat is so much fun. Watching my friend run at mach 37 as the tank and knocking some poor idiot into the air only for me to air juggle them for 20 seconds by animation cancelling my rifle reload just fills my brain with so much dopamine.
The story is kind of alright? Some jokes miss but damn when they hit, it can be really funny.
Man, the puzzles. I don't even know where to start with the puzzles. This game has some of the most insane solutions for puzzles that we would end up having brainstorming sessions for solutions only to throw a shot in the dark with something absolutely ridiculous only for that to be the solution. The later puzzle solutions are so legendarily big brained that even years later, I STILL have moments where I reminisce about figuring them out. Definitely a notebook kind of game.
It's such a shame that this game will never get a sequel but man, despite only playing the game twice, this is easily my favorite co-op game of all time.

Wow! A straight-over-the-plate, couch co-op DREAM. Responsive and dynamic game feel. Challenging but fair difficulty. My roommate and I lost an entire day the first time we booted this up. Huge "just one more run" energy coming off this potato. And way better writing than is required that had us laughing out loud. Fun and dynamic leveling system. I could go on. This game is so good. I would argue its better with 2 players versus 4. Beat it with a bud. The best part was figuring out the puzzles to beat it. Well worth it, we forced ourselves not to google the answers and when we figured the puzzles out it was so satisfying.

Its not just a beat em up like castle crashers, its better. Enjoy.

This is a really fun game in the vein of Castle Crashers. 4p local coop, each player gets one of the four unique characters (fighter/tank/sniper/engineer), each of which has four abilities (a/b/x/y) which translates to basically an attack, a dodge, a big attack, and a special attack.

Playing it with my elementary aged kids has been great, they love it. Plenty to unlock and discover, enemy types keep it fresh and combos of powers is fun. It does get pretty hard later on, with us having to retry bosses a dozen times to finally get it down. There is an option to turn on an easy mode though, which we haven't tried.

Playing it on the Steam Deck on our TV, the only problem was my 8BitDo controllers were causing a stutter when they were bluetooth connected. I had to plug them in with USB to get rid of the stutter. Otherwise it plays nicely on the Deck when docked.

A masterpiece! top tier co-op brawler. Super smarting systems and design. Memorable characters and gameplay, funny dialogues. The puzzles makes you feel like the smarter person ever, and they are super creative.
The visuals and sound are amazing.

This game is a real gem that went completely unnoticed.
Extremely fun and satisfying co-op beat 'em up with 4 completely different characters you can chose from (looking at you Castle Crashers, with your 50 copy-pasted playable characters), each with their unique tech tree and equipments, that you can mix and match to change completely the way you play the character.
The game also encourages the player to change equipment, by giving small stats increase, this way you are more incentivized to experiment and not stick to the same build for the entire game.

Many people dislike the colored shields that the enemies get, that must be destroyed by a specific character. I find this mechanic perfect for single player, so you are forced to swap characters, and it also works great in two players. I imagine that if you are in 4 players and the enemies keep changing shield color it can be become annoying tho. (There is a mod to remove the shields if you don't like them).

A negative thing for pretty much anyone are rosetta stones, the "riddles" you have to complete to get the true ending. Some are extremely hard to understand, I have at least three playthrough and I still have to search on the internet the solution for some of them. There are guides on steam that directly show all the codes, but even by having already the solution you still have to manually input them, and it's boring and time consuming.

A great positive point is that this game has a perfectly working online co-op, a thing that many beat 'em ups still refuse to implement in 2025. It also has split screen if that's your jam.

Solid entry in the ARPG indie genre. I liked the game despite not having friends to play it with.
It is still probably a better experience when played in coop though.

Cute and funny party game at first. Extremely long and grindy, but progression feels terrible and the game does nothing to shake up the gameplay as you go. Feels like a flash game in a bad way, there is just no incentive to keep playing after the first couple sessions.

This was truly an incredible gem of a game, a fine blend of an arcade-y beat-'em-up, fun writing and exceptionally clever puzzles. I played it with three friends and enjoyed an unparalleled experience - and I mean that. There are truly so few games out there doing what Full Metal Furies does with its puzzles, from their depth to their creativity to their meta-construction, right down to the incredibly fine line walked by the developers as they threaded clues and directions that wouldn't give away too much. And I greatly loved the four distinct classes, further specialized with the gear choices and the skill trees that add a wonderful sense of both progression and personalization.

I'd be remiss to not mention the gorgeous visuals and wonderful soundtrack as well. The spritework is incredible! The game is bursting with personality and fine details that build such a wonderful, breathtaking world. And I'll forever be a fan of including silly interactables like petting Go-Cat and playing the musical instruments - little things that just make the world feel a touch more alive.

The feelings of triumph and satisfaction my friends and I shared as all four of us worked together to pool our unique ideas and perspectives into slowly cracking these puzzles is something I'll hold on to for a long time. Huge respect to the developers for taking a chance on making something like this. And if they still have the ideas and drive to do it, I sincerely hope they take a crack at a sequel one day; I'll always be a fan of developers carving out new paths with wholly new games, but there are simply so few games like this that I can't help but want more!

Even if we don't get a sequel though, this game will forever be something special.

This is one of my favorite co-op games of all time. The difficulty, the upgrades, and the revive system are great, probably the best revive system I've seen in a co-op game. Graphically it looks like an old ninja turtles game, but the game play and controls are very refined. I never watched the cut-scenes, as I usually don't follow a game's story. I wish they'd make a sequel but I think the rogue legacy games are more popular.

Esse jogo foi o primeiro que realmente me dediquei a platinar. Sua jogabilidade é bem interessante com cada personagem tendo uma função distinta na equipe, caso for jogar sozinho talvez acabe sendo um pouco menos divertido do que com os amigos, as músicas do jogo são bem legais e combinam com o ambiente que voce está. Para os amantes das platinas é um jogo que não tem um número muito grande de conquistas e nenhuma delas é tããããooo dificil de pegar se estiver jogando entre vários amigos fica mais rápido ainda.

Surprisingly deep game with almost equal amounts of fighting and puzzle solving, secrets, etc, but it lets you take each at your own pace. You're not forced to solve puzzles if you just want to play a fighting game. The story was also well written and interesting. Absolute blast for a 4-man squad, we beat the game from start to finish.

Stops working in multiplayer due to a bug causing the host to get stuck in a loading screen while the other players are stuck in a conversation. The conversation can't continue since the host must progress it. When all of the players have gotten the bug you cannot play anymore.
Also gameplay-wise, the major part of the difficulty is the awful aiming. Combine that with invulnerable mobs with hitboxes that cover other enemies... Don't buy unless you are a masochist.

A really enjoyable couch co-op experience. The only downside is that sometimes the screen gets cluttered and you can't really tell what is happening, which at times prevented me from noticing enemies preparing their attacks. And that was only with 2 players.

But other than that, a great game!
