6/10. This game is hard to classify. But the experience is a bit like playing those old Angry Birds games, with a surprising amount of physics for a so-called tower-defense game. Also similar is that you pretty much can’t figure out how to beat any level before you’ve played it because the set of constraints is very different between each one. Thus, it almost feels like a puzzle game rather than an RTS/TD.
That said, the core definitely is TD: build units, upgrade them, and spend a little bit of time making sure all of your farms are manned so that you will have the resources to do the first two.
The game leans very heavily on humor, with a lot of flavor quotes injected at both random and appropriate times. This all goes down pretty smoothly for the first 30 minutes. But there just isn’t enough variety either in the flavor or the gameplay to sustain my interest for finishing it beyond the first 1/4th of the game.
In particular for the gameplay, just because you can’t figure out how you’re going to beat a level until you’ve played it once doesn’t mean that the solution is all that novel. Just that levels require one of a fairly small set of strategies and you can’t guess which one ahead of time. And often success really comes down to split-second timing between when to spend money on your farms versus upgrading your units.
I have mixed feelings about recommending this game. Of the two hours I put into it, I definitely enjoyed a measurable amount, and I feel like I got a decent amount of enjoyment for the price. I don’t mind stopping when the game isn’t fun anymore, but if you’re a completionist, this is probably something to avoid. Indeed, achievements suggest that less than 5% of gamers finish it.
Technical Notes: Plays well on a touch screen but really is clearly designed with the expectation that you would have a pointer device and the keyboard accessible at the same time. As you can guess from the graphics, a potato is sufficient to run this.

This game ain't it chief.
This is funny 2D tower defense game with puzzle & logic elements. Your main enemies are rabbits. You goal is either to kill all rabbits, or accomplish various quests, such as defend queen or feed big earthworm, etc.
Graphics are great and good looking. Sound effects and music are catchy. Game cointains large amount of levels, which are mostly unique.
Goodlooking game with funny theme and story, that offers you few hours of fun.
I recommend it.

Fun game, trailer misrepresents it a lot, its actually a puzzle game. Figure out how to get the objective done, as fast as possible (optional for medals). Managing your resources and unit positions carefully to keep the bunny problem at bay. Later you even use the bunnies as a weapon to defeat a greater threat. Whilst also remembering how everything interacts and avoiding the bunnies getting too numereous to cause a failstate.
I did replay a bunch of levels to try and get all the medals at once, but towards the end was happy with just a victory.
I imagine if you were trying to 100% the games achievements (which means getting all badges) it'll get annoying, with RNG bunny jumping causing problems with identical strategies.
Overall though it was fun to figure out the solutions to levels, which range from distracting bunnies, getting them to fall off the map themselves, or sending them through portals attached to your carrotmen. Good stuff :3

Hybrid between strategy and tower defense? Hello? Where?
I played for two hours and I haven't seen a second of tower defense. I see the vision of "RTS" but it's only the RTS control scheme that has been taken over and it harms more than it helps, it's not even as good as a 25 year old game like AoE II.
Big pass unless you want some "Meh" puzzles against bunnies that are super inconsistent.

A pesar de que no tenía muchas expectativas puestas en él, Fluffy Horde es definitivamente un juego de estrategia bastante original, loco y cargado de humor, que cuenta además un bonito pixel art y muchas horas de entretenimiento. La mezcla entre estrategia, puzzles y humor negro a raudales me ha parecido muy refrescante, un reto digno para los amantes del género. Algunos niveles pueden ser realmente complicados, exigiendo una gestión muy precisa para cumplir los desafíos en el tiempo y condiciones adecuadas, pero dado que estos son opcionales no enturbian la experiencia y simplemente añaden horas extra para los jugadores más completistas. Personalmente me ha llevado algo más de 20 horas superarlo todo al 100% y lo recomiendo, pues me he llevado una grata sorpresa.

Sadly that's all Fluffy Horde gets right.
As an actual game, Fluffy Horde sucks.
The tags for this game inaccurate. Fluffy Horde features tower defense and strategy, but that's not what the game is. I'd describe the game as more of a physics based puzzler. The pacing of the game makes it slow, stale, and boring contradicting the frenetic zaniness of the trailer. The superficial attempts at humor also fall flat and conflict with the genuine talent put into the insane premise.
Beyond that, Fluffy Horde has one fatal issue:
The unpredictability of the physics.
This is what quickly turned me off to the game. Anyone who's played Fluffy Horde will know exactly what I mean. Every once in awhile, you get one of 'those' levels. You'll do exactly what the game wants you to do, but fail because the bunnies are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and reproducing so aggressively, a few will somehow bypass whatever hazard intended to contain them and they win since a single bunny somehow spontaneously generates into a giant bunny cloud on its own. So you've got to replay the level until the physics engine decides it wants to cooperate and not violently spray bunny fetuses out of the pit you're supposed to get the bunny cloud to fall into. I wasn't able to get far into the game because of this. Which is a shame since the goofy concept of Fluffy Horde actually works.
This is a 2D puzzle game that plays very similar to "King Arthur's World" for the SNES - one of my favorite games ever. Definitely recommend. CONS: the humor is VERY forced. It's a joy in the first few stages but soon it gets very cringe seeing a "funny" pop reference in EVERY level description.
It is a tower defense-plus-strategy game in which you have to hold or kill the bunnies in various ways.
The game has four stages. Each stage consists of a number of levels (a lot, to be honest) followed by a boss battle. Each stage introduces a new playing element.
The story is there just for the sake of it. All the voiceover is done by just one person. Maybe due to budget constraints. A simple text-based interaction would have been better. Each stage has a separate soundtrack that plays throughout all the levels of that particular stage. It gets monotonous after a while. It serves the purpose just.
The characters talk a lot unnecessarily. Anything you do will trigger some kind of dialogue repeatedly.
Most of the time you will kill the bunnies and stop them from growing further to complete a level. Apart from this, there are some other main objectives, like surviving a level for a certain amount of time, getting a person or a cow from one place to another, killing monsters using bunnies, etc. The levels vary in size. Some of them are quite long (also time-wise), so you have to do side scrolling a lot. That was quite annoying.
There are optional challenges in each level (three to be precise). Most of them are time-related challenges. Some are no-damage challenges, and some are clearing stages with a limited number of soldiers. Completing them at the same time will award 4 medals/level.
The game started quite well. The "strategy" part goes out of the window as you progress further. The game’s behavior is inconsistent throughout. It heavily relies on RNG. You have to hope that it turns out to be in your favor. On top of that, one achievement requires you to get all the medals for all the levels (optional challenges). This was very frustrating since clearing most of the levels depends on luck rather than skills. You will do a lot of retries.
There is a reason why around 90% of players have gone through the first tutorial and only 4.7% of people have cleared the 3rd stage, let alone completing the game.
The main story can be finished in around 8 hours. If you want to do 100%, you are in for a lot of time and pain.
It seems like the developer wants to punish the gamers for playing their game. I really hate such design choices. I'm amazed how playtesters were okay with this.
There is a multiplayer mode. But I didn't bother checking it out (plus hardly anyone plays the game).
I would not recommend getting this (even if it’s given to you for free by someone). Otherwise, you may lose a bit of sanity (if you are a completionist).
Avoid! Save your time and mind.
Fun little time killer that I received as a gift. Not sure I would have paid 10 bucks for it, but if you catch it on a good sale it's worth trying out.

It's a really goofy game, and I mean that in a positive way. It's a sidescroller tower defense game, but the enemies are bunnies. It's not the same objective every round so it stays interesting.

C'est un jeu toujours sympathique pour passer le temps. Un tower défense la majorité du temps mais il y a pas mal de mécaniques différentes. L'histoire est nulle, il vaut mieux ne pas y faire attention. La musique n'est pas ouf, sauf celle du générique de fin de l'histoire qui est vachement cool mais dénote avec l'ambiance du jeu mais présente à aucun autre moment, le reste est entêtant et boucle.

I know what this is and for 6 bucks there's a lot in here if you somehow manage to be into this ♥♥♥♥ but:
With RNG lose conditions (ex pink bunny randomly explodes one small bunny over your windmill/princess), pixel perfect positioning/timing requirements for 3 staring, horrifically annoying voice acting to compliment the absolutely abysmal neo-millennial quippy/lol-omg-random humor, not 1 but 2 escort/protect payload type missions and ♥♥♥♥ music, this gets an "absolutely stay the ♥♥♥♥ away from it"/10 from me and I am embarrassed to have completed it.
Ok, this is quite self aware game with funny premise and plot and some weird stuff (udder plants that feed cows milk). Hordes of ravenous bunnies from Monty Python and main cause of mayhem instead of zombies here, though they behave a lot like zombies. And even though it's "short" game - mission medals could require some to be done in like 15 seconds, there are loooots of those small missions - 4 chapters of I think 25 missions each or around that. Idk if it could be called much of a strategy than a puzzle - if first batch of missions was somewhat about resource management and creation of army to kill all the bunnies before they overwhelm you, the further you go more it becomes about careful timing and tricks with half of the time either having no gold production buildings at all or no army except for a bunny magnet princess. So yeah, I was a bit tired of the gameplay halfway ^^', had to persevere to see what madness story would present next instead of enjoying gameplay.
Controls are just bad with this. you can play with keyboard and mouse barely, but no controller support. The steam default designed to help map a controller is unplayable. Sad as the premise seems fun. I despise playing without a controller so i don't like this.

This gave me mixed feelings, by one hand it got beautiful pixel art, and the gameplay is entertaining, but one of the things that bothers me a little is that it doesn't have gamepad support, i understand that is because of the game mechanics, cause even if i use the steam input, its gonna be a hell to play like that, the game focus so much in the mouse and 2 keys from your keyboard, but that's not as important as the game progression, there was times where i struggled so much to beat a single level, and the next level get beat with 3 medals in a single try, and then the next is hard as f and can barely be beaten in your 10 try and without any medal, some levels are easy as f, some are short and fast, some others take more time, but all of them are mixed. i mean, maybe its not a level design problem and its just me the one who suck at this game. still with those things i don't consider it a bad game, but did not had fun while playing it, so can't recommend.

A bit of silly fun. Reminds me of Lemmings, even though it's nothing like it. Definitely unique. Not really worth the price of £6.00 @ time of writing, but if you can get it on sale for less than a quid then go for it.

Go play Kingdom. This is the terrible 90s cartoon version of that series. The music is obnoxious. The voice acting is poor and obnoxious. There are plenty of jokes in the game except they're not worth hearing more than once. And you will hear them more than once. I guess fighting hordes of rabbits was a pretty thin concept to begin with so I'm not sure what I expected. I guess I expected a game to be fun instead of an irritant. I really wanted to get the whopping four achievements before a full review but I just can't take it. I'm not made of tough enough stuff.
A micro intensive game with terrible controls. It wants you to execute everything perfectly (to earn all medals) but provides terrible controls to do so and randomness (e.g. movement of the enemy, or how/where they fly to) is involved. Even if you do execute everything perfectly, it can still be out of your hand and you'd just have to redo the level doing exactly the same thing hoping RNG works for you this time.
The only redeeming factor is that there are cheat codes.

A 2D side scrolling tower defense game with puzzle elements where you're trying to defend your buildings from rabbit attacks. The gameplay is okay. The levels felt very chaotic and hard to reliably perform well on, and the humor of the game was not my cup of tea.

Eu passei umas boas horas até conseguir fazer todas fazer perfeitas, teve umas que foi bem difícil achar a forma perfeita de realizar, mas no geral chegar ao final do jogo é fácil se não tá preocupado em fazer 100%.

Puzzle strategy game featuring lots of bunny murder. Gameplay is a bit boring overall and repetitive and the time challenges are annoying at best.
I played this game for roughly 30 minutes, and made it half-way through the first optional level.
Personally, I liked the game, but it became boring after a while. It does have some good puzzle concepts, one of my favorite being launching the bunnies using fans. I also love the incorporation of tower-defense in a adorable game such as this one.
One other thing to note that I really liked, and that was the stage soundtracks - it was oddly enough a very strong two-bit ost that kind of got me to keep going at times.
However, the downside. As others have mentioned it's boring and becomes a drag. I played it for half and hour and I already started feeling tedium, and keep in mind, this comes with a lot of tower-defense titles.
Do I recommend it? If you can pick it up for a buck or something, it's not terrible as others kind of hinted at, and at times, I really enjoyed it thinking it was pretty damn good fun - specially the thought process that went into the puzzles. However, I can't say I will ever come back and play this.

Listed as a tower defense which is debatable. Is a side scroller which i don't think works well for this style of game. Messy gameplay, so its hard to see whats actually going on making it a pain to manage your units. Repetitive levels.
Super repetitive, can't really recommend it to anyone. Did have some cleaver puzzles though!

fun, highly voice acted, not really well suited to long sessions though.
This game is simple fun enough if you play it with the sound off. If you play it for the sound on be prepared to be extremely annoyed. Remember how in warcraft if you click a unit they do a short yelp like "work, work" or "wot is it?" ? Well this developer tried to copy that but forgot that the clips are supposed to be brief. Be prepared to click on an archer and have to hear some long ♥♥♥♥ like "When did it come to this? Elves killing bunnies? No for real, somebody explain it to me." every other time you click on them.
When i unlocked the carrot decoy characters and they did this same thing but using obnoxious stereotypical "gay" voices, I threw this game right in the metaphorical steam trash.
Very challenging but super fun puzzles and strategy medals, strap in for a bit of rage on some levels though. Some levels are 100% unfair and will take some good luck on bunny movement though, but overall a good game.

퍼즐을 몇단계 풀다보면 새 기믹이 튀어나와서 초반에 맵만 보고서는 어떤 기믹인지 파악하는게 굉장히 힘들고
사이드 스크롤 기반인데 조작감이 구린편에 속해서 특히 유닛 조종이 정말 힘들게 되어있습니다.
유닛의 자체 자율성도 구린 편이고 조작감까지 구린데 시간도 정해져있고
(정확하게는 토끼의 수가 너무 불어나게 되면 자동 게임오버됩니다.)
동시에 그 길다란 맵에 표현된 기믹까지 풀어야해서 복잡한게 배가 됩니다.
제작자가 통크게 엄청난 컨텐츠 양을 게임으로 풀어줬으나 한 판 한 판이 그냥 퍼즐이라서
이게 풀리지 않을 경우엔 상당히 시간도 잡아먹고 스트레스가 됩니다.
엄청나게 양이 많은 콘텐츠, 기믹이 진짜 많아서 시간이 정해져 있는 스피드 퍼즐형 게임을 좋아하시는 분께는 추천드립니다.
한번에 많은 정보량을 담당할 수 있는 손과 컨트롤을 하실 수 있는 분들이 도트형 아트를 좋아하신다면 더 추천드려요.
컨셉과 게임 자체의 코믹함, 콘텐츠 양에 가격도 착한 편이라 (전부 깨신다는 전체 하에) 좋은 게임입니다.
一眼看上去很不错，然而打半小时就不想继续打了。
关卡数量确实多，但根本不想玩完，还是因为关卡内策略还是有点少，半小时之后没有什么值得期待的东西。拿出制作关卡的精力的一半，来强化下关卡内策略的深度，应该会好很多。

Super simplistic but fun and cute. It does get rather tedious as it goes on. Feels like it was made for your phone rather than your pc/tv. Also I cannot in good conscience recommend with two lil bunnies at home.

Fluffy horde is an okay game. I thought it was going to be a strategy build-your-army-before-the-horde-gets-too-big type of game, but it's essentially a puzzle game. I think the controls are okay for desktop, but you can tell the devs had mobile in mind.
I decided I would start randomly playing small games from my library to get all of the achievements, and this one is the first I chose. I'm writing this review (at 17 hours) having just finished every badge for every level, but a couple of those hours were probably AFK.
On the plus side there's more than a fair amount of interesting game units, mechanics, and objectives. Objectives are introduced in but aren't exclusive to the four "worlds" (with 25 levels each). Each level also has 3 constraints/achievements, so similar levels don't get too stale. There is a small amount of RNG though since bunnies hop at random intervals, so you may need to replay levels to get in the time constraints. Bunnies also breed quite rapidly, so you have to watch the red bar at the bottom of your screen to make sure you don't go over the limit.
On the downside, the game doesn't tell you what the exact bunny limit is per each level, just a red bar and a warning that plays when you've hit the halfway mark. The unit I think was the most interesting (the barrier projector) was also a pain to get the hang of, since you can't tell which side he's starting the projection from, causing bunnies to sometimes go the opposite direction of what you wanted. This can also cause them to get stuck underneath the projection (if you start it from the wrong side). A green box or some indicator of the starting side would be nice. Some of the time constraints in the levels are brutal when you account for the RNG. I can also see why people would get bored of this game, though there are different objectives, it boils down to "move or kill the horde". Finally, the thing I picked up the game for, two of the six achievements are broken. I checked the forums, and it looks like the devs addressed it a couple of years ago, so I wouldn't hold my breath.
I think I got the game in humblebundle or some other game bundle. If you really like puzzle games, the concept, the art style (the game has some really nice back grounds), I think it's worth 12 CAD for the 100 levels. Anyone else though, probably not. If you're interested, consider picking it up in a bundle or on a good discount.
The game has 2 bugged achievements that have been left addressed but unfixed for more than a year now. Seems this game was just abandoned. This will annoy completionists such as myself.
If you enter the multiplayer and make a lobby, there's no way to get back to the main menu. There is also no matchmaking; the game just pairs you if you have a friend you want to play with. It seems like an abandoned feature, but quite honestly, I don't see the point of multiplayer for this game to begin with. The mode did not interest me enough to find a stranger online to play with me, so I did not get to play it.
The medals are not terribly difficult to get most of the time, but some can be frustrating, which is annoying if you're a completionist. Some of them require following strict timing and button presses with a little luck, since bunny movement is random. There is one guide on the Steam page for getting all medals, so if you're stuck or confused, refer to it.
The single player was fine. Gameplay was unique and interesting but got repetitive real quick. The music can be catchy in some worlds, but over time, it does get annoying since it keeps looping and every world has sooo many levels. I ended up just muting music volume and listening to my own music. The graphics and animation look great, at least.
The story doesn't make much sense and you only see/hear of the story at the end of each boss level. I don't feel like the cut scenes are very meaningful or interesting or funny. Same with character dialogue.
This game could've been $3-$5 but only include the first world. The game does not need 4 worlds. Each new world introduces new mechanics and environments, but they felt unnecessary. At least there's enough gamplay to give you your money's worth for the $10 asking price, but a majority of the gameplay is boring.
Had the devs focused on fixing bugs and delivering a simple game rather than focusing efforts on a mobile port and multiplayer, I would've recommended this game at a cheaper price point. A game like this does not need lore or multiplayer or be long. This game is certainly not worth $10, even if it is long. Even if it were on sale, it would be boring to play.
Boring mobile game on pc
Pixel art is cheery, pleasant, and fun. The color pallets used are excellent and pleasing to the eye. Generally speaking, the art is quite well done and possibly the game's most admirable quality.
Fluffy Horde is deceptively long compared to what I thought going in. While I didn't complete the game, I think I gave it a fair shake for what it's worth. I did check out some videos online on the remainder of the content I missed and while it looks great, I don't think I would have enjoyed the tedious, laborious work and time required to beat it and experience that content organically. Sometimes it's better to watch someone else get on with it rather than having a go at it yourself. Especially when you don't enjoy the work required to get to the end.
Even though there is a solid amount of content laid at your feed, it's all a bit boring and as said before, tedious. It is fine in short bursts like a mobile game, but I wouldn't recommend trying to go at it for long sessions at a time. Game content also felt repetitive. Especially as the rounds drew on. For as long as the game goes, there simply isn't enough variety. The same goes for the number and mix of units at your disposal.
For a strategy/defense game, it always felt like nothing was explained. It was easier for me to start and quickly fail a few times to get the gist of what it was trying to get me to accomplish than it was figuring out where or if the game stated it somewhere (I don't think it did).
I found the story to be mostly an afterthought and pretty vapid. It is very cliche. Which is okay. For what they are going for, I think it works as is well enough. Doesn't make up for any shortfalls elsewhere though.
Even though the game can be purchased for $10 (I got it included in a Humble Bundle) I would not recommend it. Even at $5. I'd probably have to go as low as $2 or $3. Better games out there for the price.
I did not play or test out the multiplayer.
This game is an interesting take on a tower defense game and was pretty fun for a little while. The game seemed pretty well balanced in the time I played, but I did not get to the end and can't speak for the later levels. My only gripe is that the gameplay seemed to get a little stale after a while. Some new elements are introduced along the way, but the overall gameplay stays pretty much the same throughout.
