So you're a villain now? Let's see if you survive the experience.
So you're a villain now? Let's see if you survive the experience. Continuing directly from the events in Fallen Hero: Rebirth, you need to stay one step ahead of your past as you build your future, one crime at a time. Will you keep up the lies, or risk everything by putting your trust in people? Making enemies is always dangerous, becoming one doubly so. Where on that scale making friends with them is, you'd rather not think about. Perhaps agreeing to visit a psychiatrist is not the worst choice you've made.

You can start a polyamorous relationship with your chrome-skinned shark mind GF and your Spanish-swearing, lightning throwing old partner who still hallucinates talkiong to your dead ghost. You do this by having chrome-shark GF nearly bite your lip off, then roast her infront of Ortega, causing their brain to bluescreen, then Argent will kiss them, and you get to bite Ortega's lip in reciprocity. Their response to this is offer a sincere prayer that this isn't the beginning of the zombie apocalypse and then runs away.
Yes, I highly recommend.
I fell for a sensitive white boy after breaking his kneecaps and making him walk up 10 flights of stairs.
Deserves all the praise it gets ! *2
Second book of the series, and now even more things make sense.
The amount of variables is *crazier*, and characters I didn't pick up in the first game got to shine (or start to) in Retribution. I seriously cannot wait to learn more about them in Revelations !
The spicy scenes were very well made and tickled my romantic bone enough, that I cannot wait for the angst and drama to come in the future. I guess I can simply go and replay the first two books and try different paths instead while waiting for book 3 (which might take some more time to be finalized).
(short play time, because I played it twice on mobile already)
I already left a review for the previous game so I'm going to make this one short. Like the previous game, it is absolutely great, you still have a very large amount of choice and the game is incredibly reactive.
It is even longer than the previous one, it's one of the longest Choice of Games out there, and every moment is a delight (in the sense that it is thrilling and somber and captured my entire brain the whole time).
A welcome addition to this second part is that the more important parts of your character's backstory are revealed, which gives them a lot of depth and perspective. Strucurally it is a strange choice to put that in the second book rather than the first, but the prose is so compelling I never really minded.
There are also new romancable characters! I decided not to pursue one in the first book as that didn't really matched my character, but the
Lady Argent
romance was awesome for my character, and the way I had built her personnality so far.
On my two different playthrough I had two vastly different endings (and I heard there are even more), which I find both amazing and a little worrying because I wonder how the author will start the third volume withour having to write like, six entirely different books. But given their work so far, I have high confidence they will land on their feet and deliver another amazing story!
making out with the metal lady that wants to kill you 10/10
