Llevaba tiempo siguiéndole la pista a Cue Club 2 y, ahora que lo he pillado en oferta, me está sorprendiendo para bien. No entiendo cómo no es un juego más conocido, porque tiene una cantidad enorme de modos de billar y snooker, el control con ratón se siente muy natural y las distintas cámaras están muy logradas. Me gusta especialmente que incluya una cámara totalmente cenital, que ayuda muchísimo a planificar los tiros y disfrutarlo de forma más “táctica”. A nivel de sensaciones, está en ese punto perfecto entre simulador y juego accesible: se nota cuidado, sin volverse frustrante. Para mí, junto con Virtual Pool 4, está claramente entre lo mejor que hay ahora mismo en billar en PC. He visto que lo siguen actualizando. Totalmente recomendado.

P.D. Me parece increíble que solo ocupe 128mb... Tremendo.

A great pool & snooker game with a relaxing atmosphere and a pretty catchy soundtrack!

This is far from a hardcore sim like Shooters or Virtual Pool 4, but you do get a nice selection of different modes and AI opponents plus multiplayer! the game has a great relaxing atmosphere and reminds me of those old web games of the 2000s! plus the character designs can be a a bit funny, which adds to the charm!

If you want a relaxing pool game to de-stress with? this is a great choice!

Great game and well worth playing if you are into snooker or pool. My favourite is snooker, and playing against the AI is giving me enough of a challenge to learn and improve, and oh boy do I need to improve.

I am working on Novice mode so the pockets do seem very "generous", I assume that will tighten up if I improve, making the challenge good for the experienced player. I have not dared to try an online match yet.

Realistic & Nostalgic! played this years ago and now again. The gameplay is refined - animations. precision and realism. Only the characters are somwehat informal compared to the rest of the game. Also wish more table colors and configurations. Online vs actual live opponent would be great. currently its simulated afaik. anyways, its a simple yet polished game. easy to recommend.

A real labor of love. It might not have the best physics (I'm not sure, but I don't think it's quite as accurate as Virtual Pool or ShootersPool), but they are good enough for a ~400 Fargo player like me to not get too mad about it, and the UX and gameplay diversity are top notch. Devs are super friendly responsive and helpful and meaningful free updates are frequent even though the game has been out for many years. An easy "strong recommend" at full price.

My real-life billiards skills are good, and I enjoy playing billiards digitally as well. I’ve downloaded several pool games on both mobile and PC, including Pure Pool, Pool Nation FX, Snooker 19, and Cue Club 2 on Steam. After trying all of these, I can confidently say that Cue Club 2 is the best of them, and it’s not even close. It excels in physics, smooth gameplay, variety, and its easy-to-navigate menus. I honestly don’t know why it seems underrated in reviews on YouTube and elsewhere, while the other games feel overhyped.

Great game, solid and polished with ONE BIG CONS! I played online multiplayer with my friend and everything was fine but YOU CANT WATCH ENEMY MOVES IN REAL TIME! You need to wait to end of opponent turn then game show you final shoot without aiming, preparations etc. A bit shame because it hurts so dynamic and overall experience playing online multiplayer.

Another one small minus with online. You dont have friendlist and you need to search your friend in game list. Anywas theres no problem because no one plays multiplayer so your friend will appear on first or second page lol.

+ they should add option to completely off/disable any aids because you can turn off guide lines but still can use some pointer/cross/circle which show you and help with with aiming.

If you want play single player you can full enjoy this game. A lot of levels, a lot of game modes. Full game and cosmetic customization. Single player is flaweless.

Not remotely realistic, at least regarding snooker.
I play snooker weekly and I can categorically say that the angles in this game are inaccurate, which leads to a completely false sense of how to play snooker. I've a feeling they've used the same programming for pool balls and snooker balls, even though they are different sizes. I know exactly where the Object ball should go based on squeeze, speed, etc. and it does not go where it would in real life, often going 'thinner' than it should.
This makes this game pointless for me.

Hands down the best snooker and pool game I've ever played. Insane amount of customization, caters for both arcade and simulation play, has the option for 2D and 3D views (you can even auto switch to 3D after you've made your shot if you prefer the 2D view).

It seems to get regular updates unlike most pool games which either require a subscription or have long been abandoned. The developer seems passionate about this game.

The only thing I wish for is that this game would get more visibility and credit than it does, since human multiplayer players are few and far between. But the game makes up for it, the single player portion of it is fun and you get lost in time with it. You also have the option to play multiplayer locally and via Steam Remote Play Together, if you're into that.

I highly recommend this game.

Extreme Manipulation der Taschen, beim Anstoss fällt zu oft die weiße Kugel. Beim 6er-Ball gleicht der gegener oder die Gegnerin immer passend so aus, indem die z. B. grüne 6 fällt und hat dadurch sofort das Spiel gewonnen. Das passiert besonders oft im Halbfinale uder Finale. Kugeln werden wirklichkeitsfremd im 90-Grad-Winkel versenkt. Total unrealistisch!

V nastavení si můžete velmi jednoduše změnit strk z automatiky na strk pohybem myši !

Vždy u simulátorů v PC je důležité, aby fyzika byla co nejvěrnější realitě, platí to pro závodní simulátory i kulečník !

Nice graphics. Easy to use.
It is always important for simulators on PC that the physics are as true to reality as possible, this applies to racing simulators and billiards!
Here it is more than great!

There are more games on this topic, but only Cue Club 2 hits the mark on the field of balls and tables!
It is fun and it is functional!!!

Not a bad game. The ball physics are fairly good, with quick felt and cushions/rails offering good rebound. The graphics in-game look great and equipment doesn't need constant maintenance, unlike free 8-ball games I have tried in the past. Fairly close to reality in those respects.

As a regular player IRL, the only error I have picked up is the ability to drive a ball around the table, off all 6 rails, twice, and accidentally drop it in a random pocket without having to nominate it prior. A total fluke shot, obviously unintended but seemingly ok in this game (??).

Having said that, I play outside the U.S so I'm not sure if it's a country-by-country thing. I play International rules, where unless you're 'very obviously' aiming at a pocket, you nominate pockets for all shots. No 6-rail shenanigans or lucky pots; no actual penalty for doing it, just loss of turn.

Apart from that small issue though, quite a good game and I would recommend - 8.5/10.
