Okay so, I had no idea who Bud and Terence even were before I got this game.
And before you call me an idiot for that, [i]no I didn't buy the game on its own for no reason, I'm not that stupid.[/i]
I actually got this game included in a beat 'em up bundle I got a while back! It just so happened to include this and the sequel among a bunch of other games I was more interested in so I figured I'd take them.

Anyway! Playing this without much exposure to the actors was a bit odd, to say the least. Played through it with a friend and it actually got us to end up watching [i]They Call Me Trinity[/i] together almost immediately after we finished it, for context. And it was a pretty fun time, even if it's not like... the best western I've ever watched or whatever.

Anyway!
The game itself kinda gives off a [i]"passionate but unpolished"[/i] vibe overall.

The pixel art [b]visuals[/b] are INCREDIBLY good, and even mix in some very well blended-in 3D elements for extra detail, fltered to fit almost seamlessly with all the 2D stuff around them. Detailed environments, smooth animation for the characters, it looks super nice!

The [b]audio[/b] is fun, too. Almost all of the music is taken directly from the movies these two have starred in, with a couple original tracks mixed in, and although a couple of the tracks can be a bit annoying [i](looking at you, Whistle & Bells)[/i] they're mostly really good music!
The sound design itself is solid also. There's plenty of decent ambience audio for each environment, and the sound effects for combat are punchy and cartoony which fits the sense of humor of the game.

Really, I think the main problem here is, uh. The [b]gameplay[/b] is a bit all over the place?
Like don't get me wrong, the game isn't buggy, it works fine, it functions, but it's... odd.
Everything feels like it plays at lightspeed, there's no real combos, the minigames kinda come out of nowhere and a lot of the time don't explain themselves very well, and-- actually that's a good way of putting it, a lot of things in this game don't really explain themselves very well.

So lemme sum up this gameplay real quick.
You have a [i]light attack[/i] button (which doesn't combo, it just does a random regular punch out of your character's arsenal which knocks the enemy back a little bit, and if you wanna keep hitting them you have to walk up to them inbetween hits), then a [i]strong attack[/i] button which does one special move depending on your character and consumes your recharging special meter. Bud has an overhead big punch, and Terrence has a multihit turboslap that you have to mash for (this isn't explained by the way).
Then you have a sprint which is done by double tapping or... clicking in the stick as you move? But also you can just use R2 which is much more comfortable but, again, not explained. Anyway you have a sprint attack that's very good for hitting crowds but also consumes meter.

You also have a [i]block[/i] button which is... weird? With Bud, you can tap for a sort of deflection that lasts for like a fraction of a second and lets you counter attacks, or hold to keep blocking. But also depending on how many enemies are around you you can grab and knock two enemies into each other, or do a mashing thingy where you get 4+ enemies off of you all at once. Terrence, on the other hand, just uses that as a dodge button, letting him do a "dodge dash" of sorts if you hold a direction while you tap the button. Again, NONE OF IT IS EXPLAINED!

You can also [i]grab[/i] weapons off the ground with a dedicated button, or if you're Bud also grab downed enemies to use as weapons. But all it really does is boost the damage of your normal punches, as the animation while holding the weapon is the same and it doesn't really seem to affect your range much at all. Again, kind of weird and scatterbrained.
Also grabbing downed enemies seems to deal little to no damage, so you can't defeat them that way, you just gotta let them get up on their own and attack them normally.

There's a couple more contextual things you can do but it depends on the stage and where they want you doing them. There's some breakable props that can drop items sometimes, and Terrence can climb on things and occasionally swing on scripted ceiling poles to hit enemies. Also not explained.

That's it. That's your entire repertoire.
It like, functions? But there's no real comboing, no real complex mechanics or anything. Not that a game like this really needed to be deep, but again, it feels kind of scatterbrained overall.

There's minigames that show up every once in a while, also barely explained or not explained at all. Like the western shootouts where you have limited shots to hit every enemy on a randomly moving cursor you don't control, or the driving sections where all you're told is how to accelerate and nothing else, or that fun but kinda weird "sausage and beer" game. Which I imagine is probably a reference to one of the movies me and my friend haven't watched yet.

Oh, one more thing. The [b]writing[/b].
It's fine! The story is basically like a comedic plot these two very much would've found themselves in, and the humor is alright. Not every joke lands, but there's a good few of them along with physical comedy befitting of the duo.
But also the translations seem, uh. Not very good?
I'm not sure where the team is from. Italy, I take it. But I played both in spanish and in english, and both of those had a lot of very AWKWARDLY-written lines and deliveries. It's weird, it feels like either the team didn't fully know these languages 100% or they just didn't give the translation teams a second writing pass at all. Not sure what happened there, spanish even straight up had a missing string of text in the airport stage.

I will say, the game IS fun overall! The visuals are super pretty, the music is fun, and the writing (even if poorly translated) is funny occasionally.
That said, I'd imagine this whole package is probably best suited for people who are already fans of the duo, especially for $15 a pop. Kind of expensive for a game you can beat in 2-3 hours with little issues.

I do still recommend it! Just, proabably on sale, and probably if you already know and like the Spencer/Hill duo. If you don't, you should go watch [i]They Call Me Trinity[/i] and then get back on if you'd be interested or not.

This pixel-powered fist festival is an outrageously loving tribute to the legendary spaghetti-slap cinema of Bud Spencer and Terence Hill — but squeezed gloriously into chunky 8-bit form. It feels like someone stuffed an entire cult classic movie marathon into a retro arcade cabinet and then told it to start punching.

The 8-bit interpretation is absolutely insane (in the best way). Flying fists, perfectly timed bonks, and that unmistakable cafeteria-brawl energy — it’s all there. I half expected beans to spill out of my speakers.

Speaking of speakers: the soundtrack is gigantic. Every tune teleports me straight back into the films. Close your eyes and you can practically smell dusty saloons and hear someone getting comically walloped across the room.

The story actually ties everything together nicely instead of just being “go here, punch that.” Achievements are cleverly placed, rewarding you for embracing the chaos properly — not just button-mashing like a caffeinated woodpecker. And the wordplay? Chef’s kiss. The humor lands as solidly as the uppercuts.

Long story short: I laughed, I punched, I reminisced. And yes, I’m absolutely grabbing the sequel — because clearly, there are more beans that need slapping.

A cool, funny game. Good music. Some of the minigames are very irritating (I couldn't get through them on higher difficulty levels), and some have controller detection issues (I had to use the keyboard). I recommend it, but be warned: if you're a nervous person, you might break your controller ^^.
P.S. It's a shame the characters in this part of the game are silent.

Это добротный битемап, который сделан с любовью. Если вам не знакома эта парочка - Бад Спесер и Теренс Хилл, то крайне рекомендую посмотреть их фильмы, откроете для себя хорошее кино и конечно же проникнитесь симпатией и атмосферой фильмов прошлого, в которых они играли. Игра пытается быть разнообразной по сюжету, по гемплею со здоровой толикой юмора и харизмы главный героев. Даже если у вас нет друга - эту игру вы пройдете в компании этих двух колоритных персонажей. Тут есть и погони и драки и гонки и стелс. Чем то напоминает старые добрые 16 бытные игры с консолей и аркадных автоматов

П.С. Она намного лучше сделана нашумевшей и распиаренной игры про терминатора.

Prima di Slap and Beans, Bud Spencer e Terence Hill per me erano poco più che due nomi iconici, figure culturali sentite nominare mille volte ma mai davvero esplorate. Non avevo visto i loro film, non conoscevo le loro dinamiche, né il perché fossero così amati. Questo gioco, nel giro di poche ore, è riuscito a farmi colmare quel vuoto… e a farmi venire voglia di recuperare tutto il resto.

Ho completato Slap and Beans in circa cinque ore, e mi sono divertito dall’inizio alla fine. È un’esperienza breve, sì, ma compatta, sincera e sorprendentemente efficace, soprattutto considerando che si tratta della prima opera di Trinity Team, nata da una campagna Kickstarter.

[h2]Un omaggio che nasce dall’amore[/h2]
Slap and Beans non prova a reinventare nulla: prende l’immaginario dei film di Bud Spencer e Terence Hill degli anni ’70 e ’80 e lo traduce in forma videoludica con un rispetto e una cura evidenti. Le ambientazioni richiamano direttamente i loro film più celebri, passando dal Far West a Miami, fino alle isole tropicali, e ogni scenario sembra pensato per strappare un sorriso a chi quei film li conosce già… o per incuriosire chi, come me, li scopre proprio da qui.
La pixel art è semplicemente splendida. Fondali, animazioni e personaggi dimostrano quanto una “vecchia” tecnologia possa essere ancora oggi espressiva e affascinante se usata con gusto. È uno stile che non vive solo di nostalgia, ma di personalità.

[h2]Gameplay semplice, ma genuinamente divertente[/h2]
Non sono un veterano dei beat ’em up, anzi: Slap and Beans è stata per me un’esperienza quasi completamente nuova sotto questo punto di vista. Il gameplay è diretto, immediato, senza fronzoli: poche combo, controlli semplici, tanta enfasi sul tempismo e sul posizionamento.
È vero, il sistema di combattimento non è profondissimo e il genere porta con sé un’impronta volutamente “arcaica”, ma qui questa scelta funziona. Il gioco punta sull’effetto nostalgia e sul divertimento puro, senza pretendere di essere qualcosa che non è. I minigiochi sparsi lungo l’avventura sono un’aggiunta intelligente, richiamano i videogiochi del passato e spezzano bene il ritmo.
La difficoltà, è ben calibrata: mai frustrante, ma nemmeno banale. Ti tiene attento, coinvolto, con quella sana voglia di “ancora un livello”.

[h2]In compagnia è ancora meglio[/h2]
Una delle sorprese più piacevoli è la componente cooperativa. Il gioco è interamente affrontabile in due giocatori. Ho sfruttato poco questa modalità, ma le sezioni giocate in coop sono state tra le più divertenti in assoluto. È uno di quei titoli che nascono chiaramente per essere condivisi, pad alla mano, tra risate e schiaffi virtuali.

[h2]Colonna sonora che resta in testa[/h2]
Menzione obbligatoria per la colonna sonora: i brani degli Oliver Onions e degli altri compositori sono parte integrante dell’esperienza. Non accompagnano soltanto il gioco, lo definiscono. A distanza di giorni mi ritrovo ancora con il coro dei pompieri e Bulldozer in testa, e credo sia il miglior complimento possibile.

[h2]Conclusione[/h2]
Slap and Beans è un gioco onesto, appassionato e sorprendentemente efficace. È breve, sì, ma non si perde mai, e per essere un’opera prima del 2017 riesce a dire molto più di quanto ci si aspetterebbe. Mi ha divertito, mi ha fatto scoprire due icone che non conoscevo davvero e mi ha lasciato addosso una sensazione di leggerezza rara.

A lovely tribute to the great comedy duo. I was really surprised when I first heard about it, but the idea of mixing Bud and Spencer films with beat 'em up gameplay is just brilliant. It’s like beer and sausages!

And it has a jukebox mode with all your favourite tunes, so you can recreate the experience of watching "Watch Out, We're Mad" by listening to the Dune Buggy 15 times in a row.

Slaps And Beans è una lettera d’amore perfetta ai fan di Bud Spencer e Terence Hill, un gioco che riesce nell’impresa di essere fedelissimo, divertente e pieno di anima. Fin dal primo minuto si capisce che è stato realizzato da chi ama davvero il duo: sprite curatissimi, animazioni espressive e una pixel art colorata che trasuda passione e rispetto per il materiale originale.

Il gameplay è un beat ’em up semplice ma estremamente soddisfacente, dove ogni cazzotto, schiaffo e spintone restituisce esattamente le sensazioni dei film. Le combo sono intuitive, le prese iconiche e il ritmo sempre divertente.

Il vero capolavoro, però, è l’atmosfera: musiche originali, citazioni continue, scene e personaggi presi direttamente dall’immaginario dei film. Ogni livello è un omaggio riconoscibile e ogni rissa è un sorriso garantito.

Non è solo un gioco, è nostalgia pura trasformata in gameplay.

Divertente, curato, rispettoso e genuino: Slaps And Beans dimostra che con passione e amore per ciò che si rappresenta si può creare qualcosa di speciale anche senza budget enormi.

Assolutamente consigliato, un must per i fan di Bud & Terence e un beat ’em up divertentissimo per chiunque.

Esto es un juegazo que retrotrae a la infancia de todos los que pudimos ver a los protagonistas originales en acción. La música de muchas de sus películas y es un encanto volver a revivirlas. Es cierto que el apartado de juego es un poco tosco, pero luego de acostumbrarse puedes hacer todos los movimientos con soltura. Es un poco corto, pero con mucho encanto, lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas.

This is a fantastic game that brings back childhood memories for anyone who saw the original characters in action. The music from many of their films is a delight to relive. It's true that the gameplay is a bit clunky at first, but once you get used to it, you can perform all the movements with ease. It's a bit short, but incredibly charming; I highly recommend it.

Tem nem o que falar, um dos melhores jogos que experimentei este ano.
Repleto de mini-games e afins esbanjando o bom e velho humor pastelão.
A platina dele é bem fácil, tendo uma conquista aqui ou outra acolá mais complicadinha de conseguir, mas mesmo as que exigem o nível mais difícil garanto que não é nada impossível.
Recomendadíssimo principalmente pra quem é fã dessa dupla.

Lo consiglio a chi come me ha amato i film di Bud Spencer e Terence Hill (questo spiega il mio "Sì").
Il gioco in sé non è malvagio ma nemmeno originale, a renderlo imperdibile è il citazionismo, la personalità e l'amore che ci hanno messo gli sviluppatori... ah, anche la colonna sonora ovviamente!

Bud Spencer & Terence Hill - Slaps And Beans — це справжня ностальгія у формі бітемапу! Гра відтворює дух класичних фільмів із легендарним дуетом — веселі бійки, комедійні сцени й впізнавані саундтреки. Атмосфера просто неймовірна, відчувається любов розробників до оригінальних стрічок.

Геймплей простий, але дуже задовільний — ляпаси, стільці, каструлі, все як у старих добрих фільмах 😄. Можна грати наодинці або в коопі, що додає купу веселощів.

Плюси:

Чудово передана атмосфера фільмів

Кооперативний режим

Гумор і харизма персонажів

Приємна графіка у стилі ретро

Мінуси:
– Дещо коротка кампанія
– Іноді бойова система здається повторюваною

Висновок:
Якщо ви фанат Бада Спенсера та Теренса Гілла або просто любите олдскульні бійки з гумором — ця гра вас не розчарує. Весело, яскраво і з душею 👊🍝

Keinerlei Combos oder gar Abwechslungsreicheschlagundtrittanimationen!!!!

Buddy wäre empört und würde die Macher dieses Spiels höchstpersönlich zusammenschlagen bis ihnen die Kacke aus den Socken fliegt, schwöre ! . . .und Terence, kp....der weint vllt. Oder sucht die Entwickler schon ;-)

Интересно и экспериментально, но геймплейно показалось сыроватым. Больше напоминает первый росчерк пера, чем хорошо проработанную формулу.

На высоком уровне сложности битемап становится грязным и едва ли понятным - все персонажи смешиваются в единую кашу и становится сложно различать где находится герой и что собирается сделать ближайший противник. В итоге любая драка превращается в слепое закликивание почти без учета таймингов здешних атак и парирований. Последний босс вообще показался не проходимым, так как постоянно забивал Бада в угол своими банками с фасолью, а ХП терял при этом несоизмеримо меньше приложенных усилий.

Так или иначе атмосфера двух харизматичных перешучивающихся ковбоев, фильмы с которыми мне не удалось застать в свое время, сохраняющаяся бурная динамика вплоть до самого конца игры и приятная музыка показались мне захватывающими. Есть предположение, что вторая часть будет геймплейно более богатой, и сохранит свой шарм. Нахожусь в предвкушении.

3小时一遍流程，差点没给我笑岔气喽，音效怎么这么有意思啊尤其是大块头落地的那个“duang”大的一声每次都绷不住，一款双人格斗游戏不过貌似最开始是给街机设计的？因为人机底下会写“请投币”；剧情搞笑无厘头，两个主角一个满脑子全是吃的和钱，一个满脑子全是美女，而且各有各的风格，那个瘦子的招数真就阴招频出，踩脚扇嘴巴子，我真的要乐死了，胖子则是大力出奇迹，能抗能打；虽然连招没有很多吧但是打击感是真的强，打架也比较简单因为敌人会掉道具，啤酒喝了就能一次回满还是很牛的，而且里面不只有打架，还有很多小游戏可以玩，真的很有意思，音乐也是又搞笑又带感，飞机跑道卷轴的时候莫名的优雅音乐配上打架要给我笑抽了；最后还是我们主角拯救世界的剧情，不过谁还记得我们是来要钱的？（不是）最后坠机的海面场景还挺好看的，不过主角俩人大眼瞪小眼又给我逗笑了hhhhhhh，真的好玩，跟好朋友一起就是双倍好玩！！

The game isn't bad, but it's extremely overrated. 91% positive? Really?

Yes, the pixel art and animations look great. Yes, the nostalgia factor is high.

But the gameplay is really weak. The combat is too simple. You can perform a normal or strong attack, block, and perform a running attack. Sometimes, if you press the block button at the right time, you can perform a special counterattack. That's it. There are no combos, grabs or charged attacks. You just mash the two attack buttons. Actually, it's even worse than that. Once you realise that the running attack is extremely overpowered, you won't want to use any other attacks. Just spam the running attack to clear any area 50% faster. It's ridiculous. By the way, the game contains a stunning variety of three different common enemy types that you will fight repeatedly.

When you're not fighting, you'll be playing minigames. Some of them are OK, some are frustrating — like the eating game — and there's probably the worst racing game I've ever played.

And that's it. Four hours of button-mashing and then it's over, unless you want to spam running attacks to win hard mode or get the ridiculously difficult achievements.

I love Spencer & Hill films. But I can't recommend the game just because the nostalgia.

il gioco che arrivò con 40 anni di ritardo, ma almeno venne; e ce n'era bisogno! C'è tutto: cazzotti, battute sberleffi, citazioni, e il divertimento leggero di quegli anni. la grafica è poco pretenziosa, ma va benissimo; lo sfizio non è quello.
Un consiglio: per divertirvi ancora di più, non saltate i dialoghi; immaginate le voci di Pino Locchi e Glauco Onorato con le loro sfumature inconfondibili, e vi sembrerà di tornare davanti alla TV.
Meglio se conoscete le battute dei film a memoria, o perderete le citazioni!

O jogo é divertido, é bem criativo, tem fases de moto, cavalo e ate uma corrida, um humor bacana a ate mini game.
O que eu nao curti foi os golpes, cada hit empurra o adversario para tras, os golpes fracos parecem medio e os golpes fortes parecem medio tambem.
Se tivessem melhorado essa parte o jogo seria excelente, pois as fases sao legais.

Si vous êtes fan de cinéma "intellectuel", si vous n'aimez pas l'humour burlesque, si vous n'aimez pas le duo formé par Bud et Terence passez votre chemin. Par contre si vous aimez rire ou si vous êtes fans d'Asterix et Obelix, ce jeu pourrait vous plaire.

Il est clair que les développeurs de ce jeu ont une grande affection pour notre duo italien. J'y retrouve bon nombre de références à leur filmographie.

Graphiquement ça ressemble beaucoup à un jeu old school tournant sur les console 16 bits de mon adolescence. Au niveau du scénario c'est typique des films de notre paire transalpine une histoire légère faisant la part belle au burlesque et aux bagarres.

Au niveau du gameplay on est sur du beat them all classique entrecoupé de mini jeux, néanmoins on sent bien la différence entre les 2 protagonistes: Bud est plus lent, il encaisse mieux et frappe plus fort alors que Terence est plus rapide et agile.

Dans une industrie vidéo ludique faisant la course aux graphismes toujours plus réalistes, aux jeux toujours plus gros ou ambitieux, tomber sur un petit jeu comme celui-ci est rafraîchissant.C'est frais, fun et léger, bref un jeu où l'on passe un bon moment tout du long.

Aunque soy un un gran fan de este dúo italiano, el juego me pareció olvidable. Se nota el esfuerzo detrás del proyecto, todas las referencias a sus mejores películas ahí están, cosa que agradecí, y aunque el gameplay es original para reflejar el mismo estilo de comedia de las películas, para un beatemup no es adictivo, todo se siente como un trámite y es por la misma razón que no creo que vuelva a jugarlo, no creo que haya nada ahí que no haya explotado en una sola pasada.

Seré sincero. Amo este juego, pero jugablemente es muy flojito. Eso sí, como fan service es un autentico 10. Lo necesitaba y me comprare el siguiente. Ademas tiene una duración adecuada para un beat'em up así. No es un juego árcade, sino más bien una pseudo aventura gráfica a base de hostias. Y por supuesto, referencia a sus películas las hay a montones.

I'd never heard of Bud Spencer and Terence Hill before this game, but I sure as hell wanted to know who they were after. Slaps and Beans manages to capture the feel of that old school, classic comedy from an era before most of us were born that I immediately identified and felt nostalgic for it playing, even though nearly their entire filmography is before I existed. It's clean humor based on bizarre situations, an entertaining opposites-attract buddy dynamic, and sound effects that keep you laughing from start to finish. I played through it in one sitting of just over two and a half hours with a friend and we were giggling like schoolgirls throughout. I'm sure that we missed many of the references for the true fans of these two, but this title served as an excellent experience to pique my interest in what they created.

The gameplay of Slaps & Beans is decent, nothing more and nothing less. There are several mini-games of sorts to mix things up along the way, like a top-down race track, a Battletoads like side-scrolling racing section, and a hot dog and beer segment, though the majority of the game is similar to most other beat 'em ups. The controls are responsive and feel fair, though some enemies tend to feel a bit too bullet-spongy when you're fighting dozens of them at a time. The characters play different, which is a nice touch. Bud is your brute with slower strikes but harder hits and greater strength that lets him interact with certain elements of the environment, which includes picking up fallen foes and smacking their allies around with them. Terence, on the other hand, is more agile with the capability to unleash dizzying flurries and climb or swing around the scenery at will. There is nothing all that ground-breaking, though there are certainly worse brawlers out there as well.

All in all, a solid game that you'll likely have fun with if you enjoy old school, classic humor and side-scrolling beat 'em ups. The mechanics don't revolutionize gaming by any means, but the entire adventure ends before it goes on long enough to overstay its welcome. I recommend it if you've got a good buddy to pull in for a few good laughs.

Gli spaghetti western, due eroi popolari dell'infanzia di un'intera generazione e il gameplay dei picchiaduro arcade alla Street Fighter anni novanta, con in più qualche deliziosa mossa tipica dei film di Bud & Terence. E le musiche epiche degli Oliver Onions.
Non manca nulla per gridare al capolavoro.

Драчки и так - жанр незамысловатый, здесь же боевка и вовсе трёхкнопочная. Дополним её кучкой самых банальных мини-игр, основным достоинством которых является их небольшая длина, уровнем с кривым стелсом под самый конец, отвратным переводом в качестве бонуса - и вуаля!

И всё же чувствую себя обязанным рекомендовать игру, которую за четыре года прошёл уже три раза (в компании трёх разных напарников). И это было весело! Перефразировав известный вопрос: "Была ли эта игра полезна? Да Нет Забавная", отвечу: "Забавная", вот этого не отнять

Si eres fan de Bud Spencer y Terence Hill es recomendable, hay mucho de su estilo de humor, música de sus películas, diferentes tipos de juegos en algunos niveles; te divertirás.
Pero si buscas un Beat'em up hay otros juegos que son mejores opciones.

Якщо ви дивилися фільми Бада Спенсера і Теренса Хілла, то дуже рекомендую. Гра навмисно зроблена у стилі кінця 80х. Але все зроблено максимально душевно і з повагою до першоджерела. Музика взята прямо з кіно, всі рівні нагадують вам кіно, всі жарти з кіно, навіть озвучення бійок взято з кіно - ви просто граєте в старе добре кіно. Той випадок, коли не вигадували нічого зайвого і все вийшло.
Обов'язково куплю другу частину.
Але якщо вам нічого не каже 'Бад Спенсер і Теренс Хілл' - або дивіться кіно наперед, або не грайте, бо нічого не зрозумієте і будете розчаровані дуже простим ігроладом

GRAFICA: Lo stile pixel art è curato e nostalgico, perfettamente in linea con l’atmosfera dei film di Bud Spencer e Terence Hill. Le animazioni sono ben fatte e ricche di dettagli che omaggiano le scene cult.

AUDIO: Colonna sonora eccellente, con musiche originali dei film che aumentano il senso di nostalgia. Gli effetti sonori delle scazzottate sono esagerati al punto giusto, come nei classici.

GAMEPLAY: Il gameplay è semplice ma divertente, con un sistema di combattimento che rende omaggio alle scazzottate iconiche. Ci sono anche sezioni minigame che variano un po’ l’azione. Tuttavia, la ripetitività può farsi sentire nel lungo periodo.

STORIA: La trama è un mix divertente di scene ispirate ai film, con dialoghi leggeri e momenti comici ben riusciti. Non è profonda, ma serve perfettamente lo scopo: far rivivere lo spirito dei film.

In conclusione, Slaps And Beans è un bellissimo tributo a Bud Spencer e Terence Hill. Divertente, fedele allo spirito originale e pieno di momenti nostalgici. Con qualche piccola pecca nel gameplay, ma comunque una gioia per i fan.

Это самый унылый и безвкусный битемап из всех, в которые я играл.
Графика неплохая да, но за ней нет ничего.
Сюжет, он вроде бы как бы есть, но на него всё равно. Да и кучи диалогов посреди и без того непродолжительных уровней сбивают динамику игры.
Управление буквально трехкнопочное, причем, в принципе, можно спамить атакой с разбегу и больше никакие удары не использовать. Хотя какие удары? Их тут как таковое и нет - удар сильный, удар легкий за "стамину", блок, удар с разбега.
Враги тоже однообразные, по сути, это враг у которого мало хп и в другой одежде враг у которого чуть больше хп. Всё. Какого-то разнообразия как в других битемапах даже в плане одежды (чтобы она вот прям выделялась между врагами) не ждите.
Боссы тоже скучные, да еще и некоторых не сразу понятно как убивать, потому что игра тебе не то, что не обьясняет, а некоторые вещи делает "элементом декора", и если ты в них не потыкаешься, ты в жизни не узнаешь, что их можно использовать.
Ну и самое странное, это мини игры. Зачем и на*я? Это же не марио пати. Они снижают динамику, они не интересные, да и в некоторых, еще напрямую от тебя ничего не зависит, зато проиграть ты вполне можешь (да да, игра с тиром, это я говорю про тебя).
Сложности в игре по сути тоже нет. Конты бесконечные, умереть кроме как от мини-игр или не понимая что делать с боссом - нереально.
Аптечки сыпятся как сокровища, и это на средней сложности, включенной по умолчанию.
Музыка...Она как бы есть, но её как бы нет. Во-первых, в меню она орет на полную, даже если скрутить ползунок звука в минимум. При этом, в самой игре даже на 50% музыку не слышно практически совсем. Да и музыкой это назвать нельзя. Хоть в игре и около 10-15 композиций и они косят под вестерны...Слушать их больно, не приятно, да и в происходящее она вообще не вписывается.
В общем, это и ни пати игра, и не битемап, и не что-то сюжетно-ориентированное. Из неплохого в ней только визуал, но и он звёзд с небес не хватает.
Не рекомендую брать.
Совсем.
Даже по огромной скидке, по которой я давно её и взял.
Это просто не стоит потраченного времени, не то, что денег.

"Slaps and Beans" überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Das Gameplay macht richtig Spaß, die Steuerung ist präzise und intuitiv, und das Design fängt den Retro-Charme der Klassiker perfekt ein. Die Musik besteht größtenteils aus originalen Titeln – nostalgisch und stimmungsvoll, auch wenn sie sich recht häufig wiederholt.

Der Multiplayer funktioniert problemlos und sorgt für doppelt so viel Spaß, besonders im Couch-Koop! Wer mit den Filmen aufgewachsen ist, wird das Retro-Feeling lieben – man fühlt sich direkt in die gute alte Zeit zurückversetzt.

Auch wenn das Spiel eher kurz ist, bietet es jede Menge Unterhaltung und Witz. Alles in allem ein super Spiel, das trotz der kurzen Spielzeit absolut empfehlenswert ist!

Skvělá hra, opravdu se mi líbí, jak obě dvě postavy mají ve hře jiné úkoly a schopnosti, takže Gameplay za Terence je úplně jiný, než gameplay za Buda. Dále samozřejmě skvělé odkazy na filmy a skvělé dialogy. Dále se mi líbý, že celá hra není jen o zběsilém mačkání tlačítek na gamepadu nebo klávesnici, ale že zde jsou i jine ukoly např. Závody nebo pojídání párků. Hra opravdu stojí za to a můžu jen vřele doporučit.

Imperdibile per chi è cresciuto con i loro film! Gioco non tanto longevo come durata ma che in quelle poche ed intense ore ti fa divertire ed emozionare proprio come quando uno rivede i loro film.

Kurzweiliger Prügelspaß und Nostalgie pur für alle Bud Spencer und Terence Hill Fans.
Die einzige Design-Entscheidung, die ich Mist fand, war wenn man alleine spielte und um die Wette Würste aß, dass man dann bißchen die Quicktime-Events üben musste. Kleiner Tipp: Nicht zu sehr abbremsen.
