As a casual gamer, this game is pretty mid. Combat is a little annoying, with no real strategy, but mostly forgiving. Still, after several attempts at the final boss on normal difficulty, I couldn't even survive long enough to reach the first opportunity to hit the boss. So, balance issues.

The story itself is good, and there's not enough of it. It would be fine if combat were better, but neither the story nor the gameplay shines on its own. I'm starting to prefer the explanation that Arietta is imagining all of the supernatural events, but that's writing my own fanfic. And I like to write fanfic for stories that are good but just need one or two fixes...

The art is pretty good for the pixellated aesthetic. I enjoyed my time playing it, but I didn't pay full price.

Pros:
-Animation is smooth and pretty and the music is pleasant to listen to.
-Controls are good though not much in the moveset. Just a sword attack, a dodge roll and later a shield.
-Got some good enemy varieties like wasps with singers, charging bats and a small collection of shadow monsters.

Neutral:
-Apart from the final section, the entire game is just a collection of forests and caves. There is a section at night but that’s it and a short walk through autumn leaves but that’s it
-Story is alright. Just a little girl has an adventure with a spirit weasel. There’s a little more like what happened over at a silver mine where the shadow monsters are coming from but still not much else
-Bosses are pretty easy except for the last two.
-Only two side quests.

Cons:
-Range of the sword is pretty short so you’ll likely get hit just trying to get close to your enemies.
-Too many branching paths that quickly recombine in a game where there isn’t much reason to explore

シンプルだが癖のない操作性と、丁寧に作られたドットアニメーションが良い味を出しているゲーム。
ストーリーも複雑にせず、余計な伏線をちりばめたりもせず、手堅く作ってある。
非常にスッキリした作品。

しかし色々スッキリしすぎてもいる。
舞台が小さな島一つ分ということもあって景色の変化が少ない上に、主人公の成長要素・強化要素がほぼ無く、地形による特殊アクションや謎解きギミックも無いなどアクションゲームとしてはさすがに単調すぎると感じる。
また相棒となるキャラクターやそれ以外のＮＰＣとの交流がほとんどないのも寂しい点。
とにかく全体的に薄味。
絵本としてなら良い作品になっただろう。

Overall the gameplay is fun and solid for an isometric soulsy/hades like. The real let down for me was the narrative, and how you interacted with it. Dialoug felt like it took for ever, and I found often the dialoug itself was unessiary, and rather an attempt to manipulate emotions. This rather made it feel weird, and I lost all engagement and immersion.

Malgré ses qualités, Arietta of Spirits pêche donc par sa trop grande facilité, des quêtes secondaires fades et un gameplay qui innove en rien. L'aventure se laisse malgré tout suivre sans difficulté et sans trop de déplaisir. Ce n'est pas un titre qui restera dans les mémoires mais il reste néanmoins agréable à parcourir à moindre coût... >> 12/20

Holy moly this game hits right in the feels. There were 3 moments in the game where i was like "am I gonna cry" and that doesn't happen very often for me.

8/10 game, maps are way too big so navigation is a pain, but the story is SO GOOD that its 100% worth it.

謎解きがほぼない上から見下ろしタイプのゼルダの伝説です。
レビュー時点では定価で1520円ですが、セールだと100円で買えるとのことです。
私は500円弱で買いましたが上記の点数は100円での評価にしております
全体的に見て絶妙に気持ちよく遊ばせてくれない部分が目立ち、それを無理やり埋め合わせたような部分は感じましたが、500円ならこんなもんかなと言った感想です

💮💮プレイ時間　絶妙に飽きてきたタイミングでクリアできました
💮💮一本道　ストーリーからダンジョン、攻略まで、ほぼほぼ一本道で迷うことがなく、サクサクやらせてもらいました
💮回復のドロップ率　困ったら斬れるものを斬ればだいたい回復が落ちてくれます

If I could give this a middling review instead of a negative I definitely would. I certainly don't think Arietta is a bad game, its just also not a particularly good game. The game's description and highlighted reviews call it an "emotionally-driven narrative" but I felt it more often said something and expected emotionally reactions rather than developing reactions naturally them through narrative or gameplay.

Speaking of gameplay, combat and movement in general feel clunky and dated. I would often exit a roll and immediately strike only to find myself now facing away from my enemy (and the direction of the roll itself). Smaller enemies would occasionally attack through my own attacks, ignoring the usual knock-back and hitting me as they took damage or died. It was never enough to impede progress but it was mildly irritating.

Where the game really shines though is the atmosphere and art design. Pixel graphics might not be uncommon, but I felt the quality was pretty high for the world and sprites. Even if the adventure itself didn't grab me, it was a charming world to explore and I enjoyed reaching new areas. The music was also both well made and utilized well.

I don't feel like my time with Arietta was wasted, and I really would like to restate that its not a bad game. But if a friend asked me for a game to play, its unlikely this would ever cross my mind.

非常传统经典的动作冒险类游戏

先说缺点：地图大而空，打怪没什么实质上的提升，主角攻击后摇很大也没有远程攻击，为此游戏给了一个3秒的无敌盾，但并没有给配套的组合技，反而在获得盾后大幅提升了怪物质量，如果是苦手的话大概会非常坐牢

至于优点嘛，它让我躁动的心安静下来了，就像年幼时某个在农村的夏天，挥舞着木棍打散路边的杂草，水里有叫不上名字的植物，总是在忙着什么的母亲和偶尔会出丑但让你印象深刻的父亲，一起冒险的朋友，还有不存在的冒险故事和看起来很珍贵的金属制品。

剧情不算太长，音乐和画面相当不错

Juego muy ligero al estilo (muy remoto) de los zeldas. No es mal juego como para jugarlo entre partidas. La historia es un poco tonta pero entrañable. Si tratta di un gioco breve (circa 5 ore per il completamento) ma fatto bene. Pixel art davvero piacevole, ricalca lo stile di gioco dell'era delle console a 16 bit mantenendo allo stesso tempo un approccio più moderno.
Presenti più livelli di difficoltà così da soddisfare le diverse esigenze di chi gioca. Per chi desidera, è disponibile una modalità estrema una volta completato il gioco.
Il sistema di combattimento è molto semplice. Presenta come unica pecca il non far percepire l'esatta distanza quando si attacca dall'alto. Ciò comporta l'essere spesso colpiti dal nemico. In ogni caso, nulla che non possa essere facilmente gestito.

Games Under 5 Hours Humble Bundle里的，平摊下来基本可以算是喜加一，然后刚好不到五小时通关了（保存记录里是4.5小时），Bundle的描述还挺准，不过还是觉得这五小时花得略有不值。

这游戏是那种像素风冒险，剧情还算可以但我怎么也没觉得到了“剧情丰富”tag的程度，毕竟整个游戏就只有三四天的样子。而且跑图流程不是一般的长，又没有地图，我估计是加了地图后可能就不是岛了，而是一座奇形怪状的迷宫，感觉纯粹就是制作组没活了，只能设计很多又绕又雷同的图来拖时间，除了击杀灵体能增加生命上限外，其他蜜蜂和蝙蝠这种小怪（看到Charged Bat翻译成充电球拍没绷住）感觉都没什么打的必要，除非你血量见底又把周围的灌木都砍光了。

游戏的玩法也少得可怜，基本就只有赶路和打怪，怪的攻击方式丰富，但自己就只有攻击、护盾和翻滚，我都不奢求有什么装备系统（毕竟按照设定就只是主角和父母去外婆的小木屋度假嘛），但连个技能或者招式组合之类的都没有就过分了吧，或者设计点解谜也行啊。就这么说，同等价位且类型相似的游戏，我直接推荐CrossCode（远星物语），也是像素风偏动作的冒险，要机制有机制，要剧情有剧情，要地图有地图，要设计有设计，我玩了108小时感觉爽爆。或者进化之地系列，海之号角系列，海洋之心（这个是搜海之号角的时候意外发现的，和这游戏同年同价位，不算那么出色但也比这游戏好多了），或者我还没玩但想想就觉得应该比这游戏好的风来之国，等等等等。

总之，除非你和我一样是Humble Bundle入的想玩玩看，或者是像素冒险游戏狂热爱好者，或者E宝哪天送了，否则不推荐既花大钱又花时间在这游戏上。

Sideways thumb for me. It is a coherent game, but I didn't really enjoy my time with it. Combat plays a big role in the game and I didn't find the combat very fun or engaging. Story was serviceable, I enjoyed the end, but other than that I felt mostly unengaged. The artwork is wonderful, I really enjoyed the main character's red hair sprite, haha.

But for veterans like me its quite shallow. I still enjoyed it tho !! got this on sale and it is pretty worth it.

Now the one thing that i think its going to be a disliked aspect for everyone that plays this is the "RESPAWNING ENEMIES AFTER AREA SWITCH" everytime you go back to an map that you already cleared all the enemies are going to be back also and theres no point actually in killing them because the only thing they give you its health nothing more so you can just skip them and nothing will be lost.

Sinceramente, uma das maiores surpresas que joguei este ano. A princípio, o jogo demorou para me manter engajado: tudo parecia meio mediano, por assim dizer. Minha impressão inicial era a de que ele era apenas uma réplica de outros indies que eu já havia jogado no passado.

Porém, depois de alguns minutos percebi que havia muito mais ali. Tudo bem, o jogo não reinventa a roda nem se destaca drasticamente do que já existe no mercado, mas a forma como a jogabilidade, o combate, a história e a direção de arte são trabalhados dá a ele um charme próprio, algo que te motiva a continuar jogando.

Recomendo bastante para quem curte jogos indie e, na verdade, para qualquer pessoa que se dispõe a conhecer um bom jogo, seja ele indie ou triple A.

Adorable short action adventure. I finished it all in 3.8 hours.
It's short, it's rather simple and not exactly mechanially deep.

If this came out in 1993, it would be one of these wonderful experiences from our childhood.

Yeah, you now know what it is and what it is not.

Arietta of Spirits is a short journey that leaves a lasting impression.

I went into this game blind, and I think that's part of what made it so effective. It tells a story of a little girl named Arietta who gets whisked away to the spirit world and has to help spirits with a bunch of their unresolved issues.

I really enjoyed the story, but I never felt like it went as deep as I wanted it to go. For instance, there's something really sweet that happens early on in the game, but then that's it. There's no big spectacle, and it's never referred back to later in the game. I found that a bit odd since it was a pretty pivotal moment for Arietta.

The story was nice, but I lost interest around two-thirds of the way through it. Like I said, I feel like they could've gone deeper.

When it comes to combat, this is essentially like a handheld Zelda game. Arietta comes complete with a dodge roll and sword slash, just like Link. And it's surprisingly complex. I played on easy mode, which gave me access to many hearts, ensuring I rarely died in combat. But even then, I came close to it several times.

I'm not a strategist when it comes to video game combat. I grew up with the mindless PS2 hack 'n slash games, which is how I typically approach combat. However, it pains me that I've only got one achievement left to collect for the game, and it's by far the most difficult one: a one-hit run. You've got one heart and that's it. There's absolutely no way.

Despite the small hiccups, I enjoyed the combat. Unlike Zelda, the dodge roll actually has a stamina effect, where the more consecutive dodges you pull off, the less effective they are. I get that this design choice was probably to make the combat harder. However, I used dodge rolling as the main way to speed up exploration, so the stamina effect just kind of bogged down the game for me.

But the exploration was probably my favourite part of the game! Just like in Zelda games, I kept a mental track of the map tiles so I could have a map in my head. I do think this game could've benefited from a map, but I had fun keeping track of where I was going.

Overall, I enjoyed my short time with Arietta of Spirits, though I do feel like the game has some flaws. Play this one if you're a fan of Dark Souls, 2D Zelda, or both!

Joguinho muito bonitinho e bem curtinho, bom pra passar o tempo e dá pra platinar rapidinho. O único ponto ruim (pra mim, pq tenho péssima memória) foi o mapa, ele consegue ser um pouco confuso por não mostrar a localização (apenas pelas plaquinhas) e por ser muito igual, parece que a pessoa anda tudo e não sai do lugar. Mas tirando isso vale muito a pena a experiência, mas talvez comprando numa promoção.

Arietta é um jogo SUPER divertido e com uma história bem simples. Você é uma garota que consegue usar o poder dos espiritos e precisa ajudar a ilha onde vive a limpar dos Errantes, espiritos maus.

Ele tem uma pegada leve e com uma mecânica bem simples, mas que agrade e traz até desafios ao longo da jogatina. As batalhas vão progredindo e ficando mais interessante

Os gráficos são lindos e muito bem trabalhados, além de uma trilha sonora muito boa. O jogo estar em português ajuda MUITOOO para facilitar a imersão de quem joga.

O jogo me lembrou muito os antigos jogos de Zelda, com alguns ajustes de jogos reais, como o famoso rolamento.

O interessante também é que a história tem alguns pontos que tornam bem macabros e até triste, tendo plot twist simples mas fechado

Jogo indie divertido, bonito e muito bom. Vale a pena.

Jogo gostosinho de jogar no inicio, porém possui um potencial extremamente disperdiçado. Hit box da arieta é super bugado, nao da pra acostumar mesmo jogando ate o final. A espada dela mal alcança os mobs e grande parte das vezes vc vai apanhar mais do que bater. Apenas os errantes dao xp, então vc pode simplesmente ignorar todo cenario e continuar andando. Do meio pro final do game vc começa a ficar com preguiça de matar sempre os mesmos mobs e andar por interminaveis mapas que parecem ser iguais e começa a jogar no automático so para ver como a história vai acabar. Mas em fim a história é legalzinha.

Não tava pondo muita fé no jogo, e só tava indo pelas artes bonitinhas, mas a história é realmente legalzinha, e tem umas cenas que realmente mandaram muito bem em como as abordaram. A dinâmica do combate achei bem quadradona, mas num geral, é um jogo legalzinho.
A dificuldade Difícil do jogo não é tão difícil assim, então recomendo ir nela pra dar um gostinho de risco a mais. Pra quem quiser tentar no Extremo ao terminar o jogo: O RNG, Hitboxes enganosas e ordem de ações é brutal, então vai na calma principalmente nas Boss Fight

The game itself has it flaws, sure, it isn't the best game you will ever play. But it is relaxing in a way, the world is okey-ish designed and the boss battles can be pretty nice. But, the biggest issue with this game are the crashed to desktop. I have had threee in the last 15 minutes and that makes it unplayble to be honest. There aint alot of options to tinker with, and there shouldnt be in a game like this, so there is nothing much I can do about it. I have crashes before at the start of the game as well. And in my sub 3 hours of gameplay, it has now crashed 6 times. That, it way too much. So i just cannot recommand this game.

There's some heart and charm to this, but I don't think it overcomes the negatives. The main being the combat - it's not particularly fun, and while a lot of it is just kinda "boring but guess I have to do it", the final boss is truly one of the worst designed I've seen, where a ton of damage you take comes down to RNG which means your success comes down to RNG.

But on top of that, I expected a very story driven, kind of explore / walking simulator type thing with a small touch of combat, but enemies are EVERYWHERE. They do damage on touch, and seem intentionally designed to be annoying - they predict your movement shockingly well, and you do have a dodge but it doesn't have iframes so often it doesn't make a difference if you want to just skip by enemies. You basically either fight tedious enemies and move slow, or you run past and hope you get enough hearts hitting bushes as you go to stay fine. It's just like... of the 3-4 hours you spend, it feels like 2/3 is dealing with combat / enemies in some fashion, and again - the combat is just not fun. I really wish devs didn't feel the need to have combat in games where it's just not adding anything.

While it's short, which I don't mind, the fact so much of it is spent on the worst part of the game rather than story or exploring (there is some discovery but 90% of areas are extremely linear, just with enemies in your way) is really disappointing and makes it overstay its' welcome somehow.

The story that is there alludes to an interesting spirit world (albeit very cruel and bleak?) and some themes around grieving and moving on, that really isn't explored in a way I found significant, there's ultimately not that much dialogue and a lot of the dialogue there is centers on talking about the enemies anyway (which are not interesting, they're just standard "irredeemably evil" things).

This all sounds harsh and it's not AWFUL I just don't think the good outweighs the negative here. There are so many good short games that focus heavily on dialogue and story and either exclude or barely have any combat (where combat is almost more of a minigame that a mechanic), this definitely IMO would have benefitted from that approach.

A relatively short but sweet adventure. Finished the game on easy mode after play 2 sessions totaling about 4 hours. I felt the length was perfect for what it is: a simple action adventure game with an emotional story. The main characters managed to display depth and charm despite the short amount of time you have to get to know them. I did really find myself wishing for a map. It would be a great boon to the game, as sometimes I just wandered until I found the right place. Overall, an enjoyable and visually appealing pixel art game that succeeds at what it set out to do.

I finished this in one day, and just, wow... What an incredible game... I wish it were longer. My game time says 8.5 hours but it was probably closer to 6 or 7. Still though, this game is so good. After setting expectations in the opening sequence, it went places I did not expect it to go, and it hits hard.

I picked it up on a sale, but I feel like $15 is a fair price for this experience. Highly recommended, I will be thinking about this game for a long time.

Nach dem Tod der Großmutter vor einem Jahr fährt die Familie mit Arietta zu deren Ferienhütte auf einer kleinen Insel. Die Trauer über den Verlust ist noch merklich zu spüren, dennoch wollten sie gemeinsam die Tradition fortsetzen sowie Haus und Garten in Ordnung bringen. Kurz nach der Ankunft werden wir schon mit der ersten Aufgabe betraut - Äpfel von einem bestimmten Baum zu holen, damit die Mama den tollen Apfelkuchen backen kann, den Oma immer gemacht hatte. Allerdings tummeln sich dort einige Wespen, weswegen wir vom Papa ein Holzschwert zur Verteidigung bekommen. Und dann kann es schon losgehen. Büsche zerhacken, Rolle vorwärts machen, Wespen erschlagen, Errungenschaften abgrasen und schließlich den ersten Boss besiegen.
In der folgenden Nacht hat Arietta einen seltsamen Traum, wo sie von Geistern verfolgt wird. Doch zu Ihrer Rettung kommt ein mysteriöses Wesen herbei und erzählt ihr, dass draußen am Steg jemand auf sie wartet...

Ganz klassisch wird unser Leben/Energie als Herz dargestellt, später kommen noch „Schilde“ hinzu. Im Menü kann das aktuelle Ziel eingesehen werden, wir können verschiedenen Sammelquests nachgehen und Belohnungen freischalten.

Das Spiel ist eine kleine Indie-Perle, mit charmanten Charakteren, toller emotionaler Story und wunderschöner Musik, alles in allem nicht zu überladen. Die deutsche Übersetzung war auch ok.

Für alle Errungenschaften benötigt man allerdings zwei Durchgänge, da nach erstmaligem Durchspielen der Extrem-Modus erst freigegeben wird.

Wer Spiele im Zelda-like Stil mag, wird "Arietta of Spirits" lieben!

Buongiorno! Jogão como sempre, fui pegar esse joguinho pra jogar uns dias atrás e não imaginava que fosse me deparar com uma pedrada. Não que eu esperasse menos do jogo, é que simplesmente havia abandonado ele no fundo de minha biblioteca steam, e isso com certeza ajudou a ter aquela surpresa inicial.

O jogo é um clássico RPG de Ação, com uma PixelArt extremamente bem feita, os maravilhosos detalhes que não precisavam mas estão lá e muito mais. Sua mecânica não foge muito do bate com a espada e usa o "escudinho", mas não deixa de ser uma boa experiência. Porém, de longe a maior qualidade do jogo está em sua história, sua construção de mundo é direta, com alguns preceitos básicos para justificar nossas habilidades dentro do jogo, mas de longe, a melhor parte foi descobrir a historia por de trás de alguns personagens presentes na ilha, fui pego completamente desprevenido pela ultima revelação presente no jogo e toda a construção da cena que leva ao seu fim, definitivamente não esperava por um lado tão sombrio nesse jogo, mas nada que vá impedir alguém de dormir. bom, sem querer enrolar mais, é sem dúvidas um maravilhoso jogo e uma ótima experiencia! os únicos pontos negativos é a falta de um botão para pular as cenas de diálogo, isso atrapalha levemente em RUNs futuras onde o foco é mais a rejogabilidade em si do que a historia. Enfim, é isso, obrigado e boa noite!

This game is delightful with a beautiful concept, however, I found it impossible to play from midgame on.

There is no in game navigation, and this becomes a massive issue after more of the exploration areas gets unlocked.

After roaming around for almost an hour trying to get to the next quest objective, I gave up on this game

I feel this can easily be solved by intoducing a map to reference or some in game guidence system.

Its a pity, I really wanted to enjoy this game.

Arietta is a nice action RPG stylized adventure VERY accesible and following all the beats from this usual type of games you know. It does have LOTS of text tho, like I get it, you need to show the story and all that but I don't think I've ever seen a game of this type (or the ones that clearly influenced it) have this massive amount of dialogue in it, there's just simple TOO MUCH TALKING IN IT.

Also, the story might be the main thing to take away from it, and it is nice enough, I like it, I do; it is simple enough, and as I said, it follows the tropes from typical indie games of the last 10 years, which might make it, you know, a little cliche. There's nothing I haven't seen in any other game, but the thing is that it feels short. The game ends and it just stops after you finish a sidequest that really doesn't affect the main story at all. I guess you could say that it is a little derivative, and it feels like the plot points are a little bit all over the place. Nevertheless it is a fine little game.

I had fun with this one. It's about a thirteen-year old girl who goes with her parents to spend her summer vacation in her maternal grandma's cabin in a small island, and how her family is dealing with the loss of said grandmother. But once there, Arietta gets pulled into some supernatural shenanigans when it turns out she can see spirits. Gameplay-wise, it's sort-of like a simplified early Zelda game from the NES/SNES-era. There's a couple of side quests but the game is mostly linear.

Arietta of Spirits (AS) is one of those games that has been in my library for a while, but I didn't really know much about it. It shows a small girl with a sick looking sword, and some cute blue guys flying around, so I thought it looked promising.

[h1]Gameplay[/h1]
Her family may not be vacationing on an island paradise, but it still makes for a decent place to adventure. I suppose because she's just a kid, instead of a real sword, Arietta makes do with a wooden one. Somehow that's actually a good choice for swatting away massive hornets, and is all you start off with. You don't unlock many tools or abilities, but some of them seemed like they should have been available sooner. For instance, being able to shield against projectiles, considering how early enemies start pelting you with junk.

Regardless, the short range of content does contribute to the sense that the scale of your quest or adventure is brief. A factor I hadn't thought of earlier, but also seems relevant, is how few people you interact and speak with. More often than not, you'd have a decent number of flavorful conversations with NPCs, but the location shrinks such options down considerably. There's enough action and intrigue to keep your interest, yet if the developers ever did make a sequel, I'd hope to see all these matters expanded on significantly.

Since I was able to play this title with my controller, I was mostly content with how it handles, but there were a couple of matters that threw me off. When you strike a solid object, the stun and recoil is a bit extreme. To be fair, if I swung a weapon with all my might and hit an immovable object like a tree, I'd definitely feel off-kilter for a while, but it still seems a bit dramatic in this game.

Everybody likes using their own terminology, but at its basis, Arietta is a special human, who can make contact with her spiritual guardian. They form a partnership, which allows her to interact and wield powers in both planes, so she can help any stuck or troubled souls who need an extra push that the spirits aren't able to provide on their own. Of course there has to be an evil or trouble-making faction somewhere in the mix, giving the source of conflict to matters. I think one aspect that throws this story-telling out of sorts is how young Arietta is, as children are so dependent and under the will of their parents. She's given quite a lot of leeway, in part due to being on vacation on familiar territory, but placing such a burden on a child simply isn't wise, as life can be overwhelming as is, let alone with so much responsibility and stress to manage.

My own mindset of an island revolves around tropical beaches, so it throws me off a bit seeing what looks like a regular forest. Despite this issue, I really like the game's art style, and consider it one of the best features in AS. Something that gets kind of confusing is how much the lighting can change from one area to the next. At one point, I thought it was advancing because it was showing how much later it'd gotten from when I first started to explore. However, it can't meant that, since it'll get lighter again once you start going back the other way. Plus, having such lush greenery throughout most areas, contrasted against deep yellow foliage throws me off as to what time of year this is supposed to be occurring. These are just minor complaints though. All of the locations have well-composed backgrounds.

[h1]Sound Design[/h1]
As you're exploring the island, the music doesn't change simply because of a screen transition. Instead, the music is related to your surroundings. For instance, when you're in the edge of the forest, the music is different from when the trees take on a hue suggesting it's Autumn, reflecting the different locations you're exploring. Based on how AS covers a range of emotions, such as grief, tranquility, and joy, it's appropriate that the OST is able to reflect those feelings well. I enjoy the instrumental music used throughout the entire game, and that the composer was able to work with a range of tempos as well. You can easily find the soundtrack on YouTube, and I'd recommend listening to the tunes.

[h1]Pros[/h1]
🌟 The opening cutscene feels awkward as everyone is stepping on eggshells around someone's death, but it also comes across as realistically written dialogue. Returning to an area of tremendous significance to someone who's passed on is delicate.
🌟 Although the enemy designs are generic, I still enjoyed the art style in their composition.
🌟 Finishing the side quests is worth your time.

[h1]Cons[/h1]
❌ One weakness in the visuals are detailed objects. Items like the binoculars or around the cabin weren't always that clear to me.

🔍 You can only dodge roll a few times consecutively before you start getting tired, and then have to recover. It's not much of an issue in combat, but will require you to pause every so often when trying to travel quickly.
🔍 The various items you're looking for will show up as you progress. To find all the purple guys, you'll have to return to areas you explored before getting that quest.
🔍 I thought you had to return the reaper core somewhere in order to activate it. Once it's full, just read the description from your menu.

Although it's not an easy matter to quantify, how large does an adventure need to be for it to feel satisfying? Is it more about the journey than the destination, and what factors are important, such as the number of boss fights, abilities, and equipment? I ask because I'm left wondering what to think of AS, especially with its length. For whatever reason, the developers cornered themselves in a way that the ending was never going to be satisfying, since the focus doesn't neatly pertain to what's happened earlier, allowing players to feel like everything is being nicely wrapped up. Until that point, the handful of things you uncover do get addressed, yet the protagonist's journey has barely been scratched. A reasonable guess is that they were setting up for a sequel, that as of early 2025 still hasn't come together. Overall, if you bear in mind that sometimes a story does trail off before you're satisfied, then you can enjoy AS. Some things are bittersweet that way, so I'd cautiously recommend this shorter title.

Certamente tiveram amor e carinho para fazer o jogo, apesar de não ter sido muito do meu gosto foi uma boa experiência. Se você curte curta-metragem com uma história clichê (bem vs mal/salvar o "mundo") com uma aventura pode gostar, agora na gameplay o jogo deixa a desejar muito, tanto em dificuldade (muito fácil) quanto na jogabilidade que não foi bem trabalhada.
