This is a great example of the game with a soul. Sincere and touching story about choices and consequences, family and responsibility.

I like how the game stays pretty harsh at some moments but you always feel that everything goes right. You make mistakes and some of them can't be fixed but you still see good in other things and that's a perfect balance. I didn't feel any urge to save-scam and just enjoyed the process even though some of the choices were painful. The graphics is great: minimalistic and pixel but very cozy and cinematic. Music is nice as well, character voices are hilarious and cute. The game is filled with little jokes and references which brings some fun into the tragic story twists. The gameplay is also very enjoyable, not overcomplicated with the resource management but still challenging enough to keep dynamics along with a story.

Overall it gives an old-school game development approach vibes: made by a small team and that's why every detail matters and is made with love. It was such a pleasure to dive into this little story in a world of all-the-same unreal engine action-RPG's created just to make money.

Fun game to complete, pretty short too, so you don't need to spend many days doing the same thing over and over again. It does get repetitive after the second run, but still pretty enjoyable. Loved the artstyle, the great amount of polish culture references and obviously the beautiful soundtrack ties it into an even more magical experience.

Ну, не 10/10, но крепкое 7/10. Думаю, лучший вариант прохождения игры — это залпом. За один свободный день успеваешь проникнуться сюжетом и получить лучшую концовку, а при желании посмотреть остальные или получить платину.

Плюсы:

Музыка. Меркфолк — просто сумасшедшая группа, и мне как фанату фолка и фолк-метала было очень приятно слышать их песни на протяжении всей игры.

Сюжет. Сам сюжет неплох. Многие ругают его за повесточность, но мне кажется, что в подобной игре это уместно. Стоит учесть, что это не стратегия и не экономический симулятор. Здесь превыше всего стоят погружение и сюжет.

Персонажи. Вся королевская семья и советник трона прямо въелись в душу и не бесили. Идеальные фэнтезийные герои.

Минусы:

Геймплей. Дуальный. Либо ты плохой (по отношению к семье и варварам) и получаешь много денег и армии, либо ты добряк и получаешь чуть меньше армии. Разницы — ноль. Отыгрывать короля не получится. По факту ты отыгрываешь добряка, который никому ни в чем не отказывает. Я разгадал формулу к середине игры и начал прохождение заново, потому что понял: самая выгодная стратегия — выдавать деньги всем и вся, ведь за «уровень радости» еженедельный налог растет и растет очень сильно. Это убивает всю стратегию.

Визуал. Слишком просто. Было бы лучше сделать портреты в диалогах, как в Stardew Valley, потому что персонажи выглядят совсем сухо. К фонам претензий нет, всё красиво и сочно.

Линейность. Играть второй раз смысла нет (максимум для платины). Сюжет не меняется. Можно забить болт и на свадьбу, и на подготовку к битве — исход один.

Вердикт: 7/10. Несмотря на большие минусы, игра всё равно получилась душевной.

I loved the atmosphere and the music. There is a simple but interesting mistery, liked the dialogue and the family's antics. One possible con is that the stakes feel high but at the end the big events are passable and not that challenging. Each desicion has a consequence, but "mistakes" don't feel too gritty or painful. This can also signify that we are allowed to make mistakes in life and most things will turn right in the end.

For me this game was an overall enjoyable and atmospheric experience which I recommend if you like medieval soft fantasy

当二女儿开始练剑的时候，我以为她会要求成为继承人，结果没有，是为将来的爱情做铺垫。
当小女儿爱上军事厅的时候，我以为她会成为国王最后的选择，结果没有，这只是她家家酒的一环。
最终王后四胎还是女儿的时候我以为差不多行了吧，结果还是没有！王国就彻底失去了继承人！

我只能说这个故事警示我们穷就不要追男宝了，越追越穷。

玩这款游戏之前，你要明白，欧洲封建主与中国的皇帝完全不是一个概念。作为一名中世纪迷，我认为这款游戏把小国寡民的小封建主描绘的非常还原。尤其是联姻贵族政治，廷议村政既视感，与ck3与天国拯救里的内容极其共鸣，代入感极强，这四个小时我简直就是达文国王本人。而且备受吐槽的很多窝囊事都完全可以避免，能经常读档，后悔药非常廉价。甚至我出现了很多失误，民心溢出超多，一周目仍然达成了好结局，资源需求很宽松。无论是音乐还是剧情，它都对得起这个价格。

Ortaçağ ve Doğu Avrupa esintilerine sahip, içerisinde RPG elementleri barındıran bir yönetim oyunu arıyorsanız denemenizi tavsiye ederim.

Öncelikle oyunun süresinin ne çok kısa ne de gereğinden uzun olması büyük bir artı; tam kararında bitiyor. Sanat tasarımını ve müziklerini oldukça beğendim. Ana hikâyedeki karakterler ve diyalog yazımı başarılı ve akıcı.

Ancak, karakterlerle olan etkileşimimiz ne kadar iyi olursa olsun, haftalık olarak gelen ve bizden yardım isteyen tebaa diyalogları bir noktadan sonra tekrar etmeye başlıyor ve sıkıcı hale geliyor. Bir süre sonra oyun, “advisorlarımı mı göndereyim, kaynak mı vereyim, yoksa reddedeyim mi?” döngüsüne giriyor.

Ordumuzu güçlendirmek için lordları yanımıza çağırıyoruz bunların bazı istekleri oluyor esir tuttuğun kişiyi bana ver gibi. Bazı lordlarda şu lord yasadışı madde satıyor buna izin verme o zaman sana katılırım diyor. Tam tersini yapıp izin verirsem diğer lord bana katılcak. Bu iki seçimilerin etik hariç bir etkisi yok oyun her durumda oyuncunun alehine büyük bir etki yaratmıyor. Bu da yaptığımız seçimlerin önemini azaltıyor. Lordlarla ilgili hikâyeler güzel olsa da sayılarının az olması biraz üzücü.

Ana hikâye de oldukça doğrusal bir yapıya sahip. Bu nedenle yaptığımız diyalog seçimleri oyunun gidişatını ciddi anlamda etkilemiyor.

Встретил на весенней распродаже и меня зацепил стиль и сеттинг и геймплей.

Я запустил ее томным пятничным вечером, думая просто проверить как выглядит меню и закрыть.
Я не то что не смог оторваться, я даже ни разу не отходил от ПК за эти невероятные 5.5 часа своего прохождения.

Я улыбался, я страдал, я думал, я плакал вместе с семьей.
Это true must-have expierence.
У меня нет слов, одни эмоции.
Сценарий, проработка арок персонажей, арт дизайн, музыка и саунд дизайн, игровая составляющая плавно дополняющая сторителлинг.

Всемером (?) сделать такой шедевр?
Снимаю шляпу. Спасибо. И спасибо что делитесь этим с нами и локализацией в такие сложные времена.
Лучшая игра года на данный момент для меня.

Yes, Your Grace completely surprised me. I’ve never been into strategy or management games—mostly because childhood family game nights left me convinced I was terrible at anything that required long‑term planning. But this point‑and‑click castle manager hooked me instantly. The story is rich, the choices matter, and the consequences feel personal in a way I didn’t expect.

I found myself so invested that I restarted my entire playthrough just to decide what kind of ruler I wanted to be. Then I looked at the achievements and realized I could go back and be a completely different kind of king anyway. It scratches the same itch as Baldur’s Gate in that sense: the joy of “Who am I this time?” and the thrill of seeing how the world bends around your decisions.

I grabbed this game on sale for just a couple of dollars, and it ended up being one of the best impulse buys I’ve made. I do wish there were a few more branching choices—especially around characters like King Beylan. I haven’t finished the game yet, but I keep wondering: what if he was a good match for my first daughter? I also wish I could hire more agents, but I get that the limited resources are part of the strategy.

Overall, it’s a fantastic experience: emotional, tense, funny, and surprisingly replayable. If you like narrative‑driven games where your choices actually matter, this one is absolutely worth your time.

Very well made. I played through the whole game in just 2 days, that hasn't happened to me in a long while. The game had me hooked so hard from beginning to end. I love moral choices and seeing how they affect the story and I can say that the developers managed to capture what makes choices fun. There were a couple of times where the obviously good ethic choice was at the same time the objectively best outcome making the choice bland in it's nature, but those instances were few. Also, I don't how I got to the end without understanding how exactly the reign's moral worked :b In short, Great story, Great characters and beautiful plot twists. The world is very much believable, even though there are some weird stuff like the magic, rituals, fantastical beasts, etc. Some might find that appealing, a world cloaked in mystery, is magic real? is it all perfectly explainable scientifically? I couldn't get in that mood 'cause it felt like the writer just didn't decide properly the expanse and boundaries of it's world and was left to the player to do the heavy lifting.
I'm not the kind of person that liked the UI in this game, I feel like the font was always unappealing. I would have liked an option to change it. There are lots of different resolutions for pixel art which I don't like. The mix between pixel art and digital art is also kinda jarring. The visual design in general wasn't good enough for me, didn't have enough cohesion or a visible purpose. I forgot to say that individually the art is gorgeous, what I dislike is how it has been woven together.
There were a lot of little details that I find weird, but I'm happy to say that most of what comes in this game's package is satisfying

E' un gioco stupendo che regola in modo magistrale gli intrighi di corte, le scelte-conseguenze, e la gestione delle risorse.

La grafica in pixels e' adorabile, la storia scritta bene e per nulla noiosa. Segue le vicende di Re Eryk e della sua famiglia nel tentativo di sfuggire a una promessa politica fatta tempi addietro e a una conseguente maledizione.

E' sempre presente questo velo misto di genuina ironia e scelte morali a tenere viva l'attenzione.
Non e' un gioco molto lungo (10h per la mia first run) ma sento di poterlo consigliare senza alcuna ombra di dubbio.

First of all I love this game! This game is so fun! It has the right balance of lighthearted comedy and drama. I love the family bond the royal characters have. I've only played for 3 hours as of writing this and had no problems with it! I think it's hilarious that my game ended because I ran out of gold. I did not manage my gold well at all. lol I 100% recommend this game! Especially for anyone who wants to get into kingdom management games like Crusader Kings but want something that's more low key. Try Yes, Your Grace first and then keep playing it! I'm always on the look out for streamable games and I definitely want to share this on my channel!

This game is hailed for it's sharp writing and replayability. But to me, the game seemed cliche and full of modern tropes that don't belong in a medieval sim. In many cases, the choices didn't feel nuanced, as though the writer clearly saw one choice as better than others -- and maybe didn't even understand the reasons you might make the other choice.

At the end of the game, the choices that felt the most consequential to me -- the ones I would want to replay and change -- are all locked. Very disappointing.

It's a short game but it's fun. It has a great plotline and you get invested in the characters as you get to know them. The resource management is absolutely torturous though... I suppose that's the point of the game, is making tough decisions, but I feel it's too brutal. I barely made it through the story. I'm a story driven player so I don't necessarily want to make choices that are good strategy wise, but in a way that first with the story I want to achieve.

好评是给美术和结局戏剧性的，但其余部分很难说……

主要是一下问题：
1. 剧情相当线性，不奢求给多少策略发挥空间，但好歹多给一些分支发展吧？如果能有开局不开战的主线分支也蛮不错的，可以不用写很长，但也是一种对玩家的正反馈，大女儿那样的强行剧情杀真的很难受……
此外，进行仪式保王妃生儿子这个设定，让我梦回看权游前传的憋屈感，难道我就不能传位给女儿吗？感觉二女儿超合适啊……
2. 游戏引导存在问题，在一周目的时候压根儿没意识到能从寝宫获得针线，还能拿去互动，导致一周目拖到最后无法解锁全部证据；这个引导问题同样出在支线对后续军备等的影响上，会体验不佳；
3. 翻译真的很烂，存在误导，也可能甚至是原台词就写的不够清晰导致对选项存在误判，而地名和部分台词有不少还是纯英文字母的；
4. 怀疑有BUG，在互动结束之后已经没有NPC在的场所，地图上看依然还有绿宝石标；
5. 支线与主线、各个角色之间相对缺乏关联，招兵买马的功能与主线亦是如此，体验割裂；
6. 存档数量有限，导致想看别的小分支可能需要从头玩，搭配上非自主存档而是每周存档，有点难受。

综上所述，有强制至少二周目或者看攻略玩的感觉，可玩性相对来说很……剧情丰富量可能还不如视觉小说。

I never quite knew what to expect going into this, only that it always had a certain vibe for me that had my interest. It was shorter than expected, but every bit of it was very enjoyable. After getting used to making the decisions, you become to expect that every decision can be changed, but that is surprisingly not the case, which adds suspense. This is one of those games you want to play on a day of leisure, it was a fun experience!

I am extremely disappointed in this game. The first few hours were intriguing: the choices between who to help, who to ignore, with whom to ally. Some early events feel like you should have more influence, but that's excusable in setting up the situation.

What's not excusable is how the main events are scripted, with outcomes that ignore almost all the work you've done up to that point. Upon the pre-determined ending of the first battle with Radovia, I searched through the reviews and comments and found many others who likewise complain about how on-rails the main story is. I am so frustrated that I am not wasting any more time with this game.

The early game has so much promise, that the lack of ability to effect the core narrative feels like a betrayal. I would suggest that the "choices matter" tag be removed from this game, as they really don't matter in the end. "Visual novel" may be more appropriate, since managing resources well or poorly ends you up in the same boat. Very disappointing.

Nettes Spiel was sich auf jeden Fall lohnt im Sale zu kaufen, für Vollpreis wäre es mir aber persönlich zu viel.
Story hat mir gut gefallen, die Animationen und die Grafik sind niedlich gestaltet und das Ressourcenmanagement war stellenweise auch recht knifflig.
Inwieweit die ganzen Entscheidungen wirklich Einfluss auf das Game haben, kann ich wohl erst nach einem 2ten Run beurteilen - aber selbst wenn die Entscheidungen keine großen Einfluss haben sollten, hat man ein cooles Storygame für einen Samstagabend :)

現実でもトップに立つ者は孤独で、見えない努力や苦労、苦渋の決断であったりをなかなか周りから理解しては貰えないものだと、身近で見ていてそう感じます。
せめて家族だけでも味方であり続け、そばで支えていきたいと常々思いますね。

Yes, Your Graceの娘たちにはやきもきとさせられました。
置かれた場所で咲くしかないのだから、運命を受け入れて欲しいと最初は思いました。
王の娘として生まれ、本人の望みとは関係なく品位ある振る舞いを求められ、人生の大きな選択さえも王家の都合に委ねられる。酷なことかもしれません。
自分が娘の立場だったらどうだったのだろうと考えても、今もわからないままです。

O jogo é legalzinho, vale a pena pegar em promoção. Como muitas reviews já comentaram, as escolhas têm pouco ou nenhum impacto na narrativa, é um jogo mais linear do que um jogo de escolhas.

I really loved this game I played through it twice in one day trying to grind achievements it was very fun and unqiue! I will say the one part I didnt like was that there wasnt much guidence on how to solve the mysteries specfically the tooth so I missed that achievement in both run throughs. but 10/10 game

주관적인 게임의 장점

1. 초반 시퀀스1의 긴장감과 몰입 (대전쟁 반전)

2. 눈사태 연출 → 진짜 절망을 느낀 유일한 순간

3. 저장 시스템 → 스트레스 없이 깔끔

4. 동맹 실루엣 시스템 → 호기심 유발

실망한 것들

1. 후반부 난이도가 너무 낮아서 긴장감 소멸

2. 준비물을 다 알려줘버려서 선택의 무게가 없어짐

3. 시퀀스2에서 초반과 완전히 다른 사람이 만든 것처럼 디테일이 죽음

4. 왕의 존재감이 없음, 도우미 NPC들이 다 해결

그래도 초반 그 디테일한 요소들과 미니멀리즘을 추구한 디자인 덕분에 후반 장도 버티고 할 수 있었다.
클리어율 38%인 이유가 있는 난이도였다.
후반부는 다른 기획자가 만든건가 싶을 정도로 초반의 그 치밀한 디테일 요소가 완전 죽어 다른 게임처럼 느껴졌고, 절망감도 사라졌다.

이게 5년전 작품이라니. 믿기지 않아 너무 몰입해서 재미있게 했다. LGBT요소만 빼고

Да я рекомендую игру. Но в основном перечислю её недостатки:
1. Был неприятно удивлен отсутствию облачных сохранений.
2. Рисовка уж больно сильный пиксель-арт и я бы предпочел более классическую
3. Не самая побочная линия навеяна "повесткой"
4. Странно смотрятся запросы простолюдинов "У меня заболел муж. Дайте мне 23 золота", а у тебя весь приход 20 золота, и из них ты на расходы должен потратить 13.

Но в целом я с удовольствием провел время потратив менее 1$

I really like how the story unfolds and that I really felt like I cannot please everyone and have to make hard choices. The art is pleasant to look at and characters are memorable. I can easily recommend this game to anyone who likes story rich management games.

Nice game. The plot is rather dark overall, even though the game seems pretty innocent at first glance. Remember to keep your people happy and they will reward you with high taxes which allow for a very strong economy.

Königssimulator mit wunderbarer Stimmung und richtig viel Immersion.

Wir werden hier in die Rolle von König Eryk versetzt, der sein Land Davern regieren muss, aber als wenn das noch nicht genug wäre, muss er auch noch mit seinen Töchtern klarkommen. Dazu kommen noch Sorgen um Gold und Nahrung und natürlich die zahlreichen Bittsteller. Wir sitzen also auf unserem pixeligen Thron, lauschen der netten Hintergrundmusik und den Soundeffekten und lassen unser Volk antreten. Die Texte sind auf Deutsch, die Sprachausgabe ist Fantasiegemurmel. All das tritt aber nach hinten, die eigentlichen Stars sind hier wirklich die Stimmung und das Gefühl, wirklich in der Rolle von Eryk zu sein. Unsere Entscheidungen haben spürbare Konsequenzen und oft wählt man zwischen Pest und Cholera. So "lebensnah" wurden einem die Sorgen und Nöte eines mittelalterlichen Herrschers wohl noch nicht herangetragen. Tolles Spiel mit viel, viel Stimmung.

I love this game because it gives player choices that will affect for the game story. Unfortunately, there are some cases that whatever you chose, it will locked you with just one path outcome only. But still, this game has many aspect that should be praise such as the environment, music, etc. all of it makes the atmosphere stronger as an rpg game

Sehr guter imervsiver "König"-Simulator mit guten Storytelling.

Love this game! It is beautiful and simple to understand, while offering a rich story line with choices that deeply impact your personal relationships with others. There's plenty of plot twists, and even the 'safe' choices don't always prove to be quite what they seem... Wonderful game, I have been recommending it to everyone. Very worth it, especially when it's on sale.

Es más que una experiencia.
Decisiones, personajes a los que aprendes a amar y a los que aprendes a odiar (Ivo imbécil). Te reta a elegir de unas maneras poco convencionales como para poder sobrevivir, como rey no puedes contentar a todos y el juego te lo muestra a las malas. Me lo pasé de un día para otro porque simplemente no podía dejar esta historia aquí. Simplemente fascinante, voy directo a comprar la secuela!
