A fun deckbuilder with interesting mechanics.

Block is reactive, meaning damage accumulates and then you play block to prevent the damage. This differs from most other games where you pre-block to mitigate incoming damage based on what you see or think the enemy is going to do.

You get base energy per turn, but generate more by discarding cards from your hand. Some cards even convey bonuses when discarded. Also cards carry over from turn to turn and you get to see what the enemy is doing next turn so you can try to sculpt your hand to address what's coming.

Cards can be upgraded directly and modified with gems. You get a spell that can be triggered every X turns via a UI button rather than needing to be drawn. Before you go into a fight you get intel on the enemy types so you don't have to memorize every bad guy. The level map is detailed, even showing you battle rewards before you enter. Deckbuilding is as-you-go, requiring you to maintain 20 cards but letting you edit between fights with no other restrictions.

Overall a very nice deckbuilder with some unique twists and great QOL features. If you're a fan of the genre, I recommend it.

I think it could have been good, but some really odd decisions for how stuff is handled keep me from recommending it. There are moments it works, but I think my biggest issue is that killing enemies doesn’t eliminate the damage they inflict unless you kill everyone and end the fight. It’s like, what, they come back to life after I kill them just to get one last strike in or something?
The other big thing is that the starting deck cards are too useful. At least in Slay the Spire, I could get rid of my strikes without too much regret so I could make a thin deck, but in this, it’s a mandatory 20-card deck, and the starter cards are almost mandatory to pull off the character specific mechanics.
Speaking of which, there are way too many mechanics in play. I kept getting foresight and vision mixed up. All I know about soultithe is that it gives threat on top of the threat from the enemies. It’s just too much to keep track of.

Fantastic card game with tons of content thanks to four classes with 3 subclasses apiece and 50 challenge scenarios per difficulty level.

A full run takes between 45 and 90 minutes depending on the gamer's level of expertise.

Very fun Roguelike deckbuilder. It's roguelike in the sense, that there is no meta progression. Besides choosing between a card to start the run with, or a potion. And the third starting deck for each character.

The game is like your typical slay the spire game, where you draw cards, have energy per turn, a potion slot (only 1 in this game though) and multiple classes having their own unique cards and playstyles.

The key difference is that you can min max your pathing because it's in a hex grid instead of linear arrows. And there are no RNG events, you get what you see. You can plan a route that gets all upgrades, or all shops, or maybe all elites and boosters. It's up to you as long as they are not in opposite ends. And on combat, you purge cards (discard but different than the actual discard mechanic) to gain more energy per turn, so say you start with 2 energy, and 5 cards in your hand, if you purge 3 then you are at 5 energy with 2 cards leftover, and energy is conserved in between rounds so long as you don't exceed your cap. Also damage for the player is not instant, it's more reactive in a way where the enemies do "threats" to you which shows the damage you will receive next turn if you do not block this turn. This way almost all battles can be perfected (no damage taken), the game even incentivizes you almost always going for perfect wins, some relics reward more gold on perfect, other elites/bosses give achievements, and then the highscore for the sweaty folks to compete.

And then the best part for me is, you don't aim for a small deck in this game, instead you always have 20 cards I believe. And you can remove/add cards as you see fit. Anything you collect throughout the run is kept, and you can change your deck between fights to allow you to achieve what I said above, which is perfect runs. It's definitely a breath of fresh air in this genre, cause you now never skip cards you don't want if you are aiming for a certain synergy. Instead you can hoard cards that you think might be an alternate win-con at some point.

Anyways tldr: Amazing game, give the demo a try, you won't regret it. I give it a 9/10. I can't rate 10/10 yet cause I'm still learning the classes and have no idea how hard it gets on the highest ascensions, but so far so good. I'm addicted and having fun, which matters the most.

他の皆さんが書いてるようにデッキ20枚固定、戦闘前にいつでもデッキ組み換え可、ルートは全部見えるなどランダムネスを減らした設計。

最初は少しとっつきにくいけど慣れるとめちゃくちゃ面白い。この手のローグライクデッキビルダーが好きならオススメ！
