Destroying Viviana's crystal tomb was supposed to turn Ester Ambrose's fight against evil powers into nothing more than a distant echo of her past, a faint memory of a nightmare never to befall her again. However, the most difficult and dangerous, but also the most fascinating, part of the story is yet to begin for the Ambrose family heiress. To save the future, she has to face the past on another journey through time and space.

After playing the two first games of Time Mysteries, which I hated, this final game in the series was absolutly great, and 10 times better than the two first games. I could hardly exit the game, because it was so exciting and so fun to play! The biggest difference between this game and the first games, was simply the time spent on hidden object puzzles. This time they were fun, and I never was stressed out.

The time travel in the previous games, especially the 2nd was a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mess. Surely I got used to having to search for the next place to go, but this game made much more sense! I was also almost always occupied enough with the game, to feel I had a good progress, which is how point and click games should be in the first place.

This was a very good game from Artifex Mundi, and I felt it really stringed the story of the two games together, making more sense!

Story: Second game lady is back. Not the Bonus Game one. The... Yeah. Also, [spoiler]Michael[/spoiler]makes a come back!!! From the first game! They actually made [spoiler]him[/spoiler]look good! Which was why I was [b]big mad[/b] when they [spoiler]killed him!!!!![/spoiler] *Ahem* THEN, if you keep playing........ It takes a different turn. So if that part ticked you off? Keep going. Just do it.

H.O. scenes were far better. Levels too. Usable items didn't gimme any trouble in this one either.

There was still Time Travel, but it was far less and less "Time Changes" happened. Darn.

You can easily figure out the "magic portion" with V and M in the beginning. Then you can easily figure out who the bad guy(s) are... Then you can easily figure out the ending lol!

Bonus game: You play the second game. Almost. They took some stuff from there... And changed a few things. Like for nostalgia... I suppose...

I guess this is it. The third and final installment.

I am glad the Developer(s) learned things and made the game better. Therefore... This will be the only game in the series that gets a pass.

Третья часть серии Time Mysteries наконец-то исправляет большинство ошибок предшественников, предлагая более удобный поиск предметов.

Сюжет и персонажи. История достигает своего финала. Эстер Эмброуз разгадала тайны своего рода и теперь должна предотвратить катастрофу, угрожающую всему миру. Путешествия во времени стали более интересными, и теперь у нас есть чёткий антагонист.
Персонажи наконец-то получили хоть какую-то глубину. Эстер стала более активной участницей событий, а не просто "наблюдателем".

Геймплей и поиск предметов. Самое главное улучшение — это исправленный поиск предметов, потому что теперь объектов на сценах стало меньше, что снижает перегруженность экрана. А если не можете найти предмет, то можете спокойно навестись на само слово курсором мышки, и вы увидите его затемнённый силуэт, что делает процесс поиска намного комфортнее.
Эти изменения позволили получить намного больше удовольствия от игры, чем в предыдущих частях.

Музыка и визуальная часть. Саундтрек не изменился и остался на уровне второй части, а графика стала чётче. Видно, что разработчики поработали над деталями и сделали игру более современной.

Time Mysteries 3: The Final Enigma — эту часть в целом можно считать лучшей в трилогии, которая избавилась от многих проблем, но всё ещё остаётся далеко не шедевром. Это если мы будем говорить именно о её сложности. Если же говорить о сюжете, то здесь уже выигрывает Time Mysteries 2: The Ancient Spectres.

Eigentlich ein gutes Spiel. Doof nur, dass es nur zwei Modi gibt, leicht und schwer. Die Karte mit Aufgaben braucht man später schon, um durch Zeit und Raum zu reisen. Die gibt es aber nur im leichten Modus, der dann wiederum zu leicht ist.

Но это, конечно, с учётом опыта прохождения в этих играх. Корявостей с переводами обнаружено не было, всё в пределах понимания. Самих поисков предметов тоже достаточно. Немного смутило лишь размытие картинки и её некоторая сплюснутость, как будто игра была заточена изначально под соотношение сторон 4:3. Всё остальное вполне терпимо.

Так что будет ещё одна идеальная игра на вечер, где время прохождения заняло 3 часа и этого оказалось маловато для выбивания карточек. В остальном с плюшками магазина всё стандартно - облако, карточки, достижения и порт на линукс.
Размер игры около 600 мб.

《时间之谜》三部曲中的第三部，也是最后一部。
——传统寻物谜题+小游戏的剧情解密游戏
——游戏支持中文字幕。
——前情提要，《时间之谜1》女主的爸爸被抓走了，发现自己家族是时间旅行者，抓走爸爸的青年也是为了拯救世界解除误会，顺便释放了水晶球里几百年的家族长辈梅林。
《时间之谜2》大概是1代女主的外婆？（不确定）讲的是孤儿院长大，成年后回家想要封印邪恶女巫但是不小心放出邪恶女巫最后成功放逐邪恶女巫，顺便拯救变成橡树几百年家族先祖梅林的故事。
以上剧情是个人回忆总结，有可能和官方设定有出入，只是我的个人游戏记录~
——《时间之谜3》还是分为主体《过去的遗物》和附加内容《新的希望》，希望这次的剧情有不那么传（su）统(tao)的新内容~
——和发行商近百款游戏一样，想要全成就的话，寻物谜题不能‘提示’、不能‘切换小游戏’，小游戏谜题不能‘跳过’。
——游戏开始，第三部的主角竟然依旧是第二部的主角，剧情连上了！
叔叔传送出了绑架第一部女主父亲的青年，之前还吐槽1代剧情留坑和2代不衔接，原来等着和3代衔接...
寻物谜题中文基本都很准确，鼠标悬停在文字上右面还会有黑色轮廓显示具体形状

It's fine, I'd give it a 68%. The end of the main story becomes a chain of HOG puzzles. And some are reused exactly in the bonus chapter. Inventory won't lock to an open position, the controls are reversed compared to any HOG I've played (eg hint is on the left not right), and the alternate mini game to doing an HOG is horrible. It's worse than just waiting out the hint recharge. Other alternate games are usually matching ones, this one is very very annoying and unwinnable at points.

Giving it a weak recommend because I'm an easy grader.

"Merciful" is how I described the subtitle of Time Mysteries 3: The [i]Final[/i] Enigma [url=https://steamcommunity.com/id/Eincrou/recommended/313650/]in my review of Time Mysteries 2: The Ancient Spectres.[/url] The first two games were bad and this series needed to be put to pasture!

I'll also say that mercy has been granted to me in another form:

Time Mysteries 3 is good!

Actually, it's just fine. It's nothing special at all. But coming after two awful games, an average game feels special within the tiny universe of the Time Mysteries franchise.

I think it has something to do with this series changing hands from Big Fish Games to Artifex Mundi between TM2 and TM3. Time Mysteries 3 moves away from the haphazard design of the first two games and more towards the polished design I've come to expect from games published by Artifex Mundi.

Time Mysteries 3 still has backtracking and completed hidden object scenes suddenly becoming active again, but this is significantly reduced from Time Mysteries 2.

The artwork is cleaner and more colorful. The horrific color "in"-correction filters have been eliminated. It's all still 4:3 resolution, though. If you play this, and you should, don't play this widescreen.

The bonus adventure revisits some locations from Time Mysteries 2. I just played it, so they're fresh in my memory and I immediately noticed how much better they look in Time Mysteries 3. The art has been reworked to add more detail and contrast. Even though they reuse the same hidden object scenes from Time Mysteries 2, they're smoother because objects are bit easier to distinguish.

Time Mysteries 2 was all about defeating the evil Viviana, whom had been sealed in a crystal for 1,000 years. The player character, Esther Ambrose, foolishly broke the seals and freed the evil woman - eventually leading to the destruction of mankind in the future.

Time Mysteries 3 is about undoing all of that, in more ways than one. First was the absurdity of Esther doing something so terrible, but never being held responsible for it. That was already swept under the rug in Time Mysteries 2, but it gets double-swept in Time Mysteries 3:

As soon as I saw that TM3 was going down this route, I frickin' knew what it was going to be. It's a cliche of post-modern storytelling that female villains aren't actually evil. Male characters can be genuinely evil, though. How much do you wanna bet it turns out Viviana was being forced to do evil by a man?

A nice aspect of Time Mysteries 3 is that it gives us access to the Moscow module that was visible in Time Mysteries 2, but was never used. Esther goes to Moscow in the year 1812, and if you know anything about anything, you know why that is a very significant time and place.

I'm not as well-versed on classical music as I'd like to be, but so far my favorite classical piece is The Year 1812, Festival Overture in E-flat major, op. 49 by Tchaikovsky. That work is obviously public domain, so it would have been great to have that as the music for Moscow in 1812. Instead, a militarized version of the Time Mysteries main theme plays, which is also kind of cool.

A conclusive and satisfying ending to the Time Mysteries series is presented, though there are some more twists I haven't mentioned here. I did mention the bonus chapter, and it's good. I think it takes place between Time Mysteries 1 and 2.

At the end of it all, Time Mysteries is the worse hidden object adventure game series I've played. Two terrible games and one average game.

I've noticed this is actually the last unplayed HOAG in my Steam library. I'll have to buy some more ASAP!

Having played this right off the heels of Time Mysteries 1 and 2, it's probably the best of three games. However, whether you think it's better than TM2 or about the same is down to personal opinion.

Once again, the hidden object scenes are a bit cleaner and less chaotic. There's more voice acting, which is far better than the oddly quiet people you met in Time Mysteries 2, nor is it as cheesy as the dialogue in 1 was. The puzzles are, as is often the case with these games, a bit of a mixed bag. That said, only the sliding block puzzles gave me real headache.

The story, such that it is, comes full circle with the first game although I feel like they don't [i]quite[/i] sync up as well as they could. This is largely due to the manner of time travel in the original game versus the sequels, but as was the case with the second game having a map/locations easily accessible via your device is [i]infinitely[/i] more helpful than the way you did it in the first game.

For a change, the playable bonus story is less of an epilogue and just something fun to do afterwards. I won't spoil it, but either way it's a good thing that Steam [i]usually[/i] has the Collector's Editions of these games and not the Standard Editions. Either way, if you enjoy the genre, and/or Artifex Mundi games in general, then this is an easy recommendation.

This was the third and final installment of the Time Mysteries series, and I must say, it was a truly well-crafted tale of the time. While storyline-wise, I would still prefer the second game over this final installment, it would be unwise to say this game was a let down.

Achievements were not difficult to get. The first half of the game is also similar to the second game, yet the second half is where things get immediately interesting. This game ties up the first game, and you will notice the big upgrade of the areas similarly shown from the first game. In essence, this happened to be what fascinated me into liking this game as much as the second installment.

One thing that only bothered me was the inability to lock the inventory to see it all the time. Anything else, such as voice acting, storytelling, puzzles, or characters, I have no other comments about.

I have strictly played this game for about 2 hours (basis on first and last achievement taken, one-sitting playthrough), do not believe the progress Steam shows you as I write this review. On average, that is a good length of gameplay. While I did mention preference-wise that I preferred the second game, I would definitely still rate this game an [u]8/10[/u] as a closing chapter for the series. A positive recommend guaranteed.

I am 32 years old.

My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old.

When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing.

Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side.

With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay.

After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like.

Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends.

Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together.

Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.

An average hidden object game that is fully voice acted and animated.

Compared to the previous entries, there are improvements, but it still does not reach the desired quality.

Graphics are still too dated. In most hidden object scenes it is quite challenging to recognize items due to the blurriness and shadowing.

The game has animated cutscenes but their quality is average.

Sounds, background music, and voice acting are good.

The game is the easiest one of the series. The map is still essential for finding freshly activated hidden object scenes that are popping up seemingly randomly at already visited locations.

The story is a direct continuation of the previous entries and serves as a final conclusion.

The best feature of the series, the future changing aspect is underutilized.

There are no collectables.

There is a bonus story which is surprisingly only a mixture of scenes from the previous and the current game.

[u]Recommendation[/u]: It's a mildly fun Artifex Mundi hidden object game, with all the typical elements: crows, the supernatural, the same voice actors, creepy deepfake animation, and tokens, token, tokens!

[u]Critique[/u]: For the achievements (and because I play so many of these games lately), I always play these on Expert mode, so I can't speak to how the game is on lower difficulties. But you get the same types of puzzles in this game as many others: random items found in hidden object scenes are needed to unlock doors so you can progress through a story. Sometimes the completely random objects are acquired through other types of puzzles, like a pipes puzzle, or variations of on/off puzzles (where you toggle one item, and it toggles all the adjacent items). This game is novel in that it includes an arcade game at one point: the classic game of Snake, which felt fresh and unique after so many games using the exact same puzzles over and over again.

This game also downplays the supernatural a bit, playing up the science fiction elements of a Kyle Reese-like freedom fighter traveling back in time from a post-apocalyptic future to look for help. The supernatural is still there, of course, because this has been shoehorned into the narrative of the previous game in which the descendants of the wizard Merlin combat the evil witch Viviana. At least in this game, her name is consistently spelled "Viviana," unlike Time Mysteries 2.
It also contains a fun twist at the end. At this point, I should EXPECT these sorts of twists, but I actually still enjoy them.

In general, I feel like this game wasn't as good as the second game. Some of the games feel more linear than others, and this one felt particularly linear to me. But I [b]really[/b] appreciate that this game did not have an alternative game to the hidden object scenes that you [i]have[/i] to complete to get all the achievements.

[u]Review[/u]: Esther (sometimes mispelled as "Ester") continues her adventures after the second game. [spoiler]But she is no longer a governess in the 19th century; having claimed her birthright, she's now a seasoned time traveler comfortably flitting between centuries. But a traveler from the far future appears and reveals that Viviana is still causing mischief....and that, unless she is stopped, she will turn the world into a radioactive wasteland straight out of the Fallout games. So the first part of the game has you traveling back in time to meet Merlin's daughter, Nimue, and get her help in figuring out where the solution from the second game went wrong. It turns out that Viviana was herself corrupted by another time traveler from the future, a man who went mad in grief and rage and just wanted to see the world burn. So rather than stop Viviana - which you did in the second game - you are trying to stop Viviana from getting corrupted. That means finding out about the future and figuring out what went wrong that caused the apocalypse. Then, when you figure out how it happened, you have to figure out how to prevent the madman from destroying the world.

In the end, the madman isn't evil, just grief-stricken. You prevent the accident that caused the engineer from the future to give up on trying to solve the climate crisis, and then his partner survives, and together they create the device that cleans the air of the planet.[/spoiler]

Última entrega de la saga, continuista conlas dos anteriores para lo bueno y para lo malo. Continúa el desarrollo de la trama, dándole por fin cierre. Sin embargo, los problemas que ya aparecían en las anteriores entregas, siguen estando presentes. Si bien se agradece que en esta entrega haya un mayor equilibrio entre escenas de objetos ocultos y puzzles, éstos últimos siguen siendo demasiado fáciles y típicos. Aquí, la innovación del viaje entre el presente y el futuro se usa mucho menos y con menos "efecto" en los puzzles...siendo además algo tedioso tanta "animación" al viajar (ya sabemos que estamos viajando, hace falta todo el rato el relojito¿?).

Las animaciones y gráficos siguen siendo bastante deficientes y lo único que mejora algo es la música que crea algo de ambiente.

En definitiva, como en los otros, si eres un gran fan y lo consigues rebajado, tal vez te interese...pero yo diría que casi seguro que te lo puedes ahorrar.

Pretty standard Hidden Object Adventure game. This one takes place right after the last one basically saying the villain trying to kill you was not under her own control. I thought the environments were better than the previous game, but it wasn't anything too memorable. Yeah, it was neat how doing something in the past version of a scene could change the future version, but the mechanic was not very often used.

And here we are with the final installment of the series.

This game goes back and tries to knit the story of the first 2 games together as a full arc. The second game didn't seem to have any connection to the first one except that the same "Ambrose" family name is used, but I didn't think they'd be making all of it into a trilogy.

The game has some callbacks to the first 2 and borrows elements from both of them, which I liked. It's very much a "greatest hits" of the previous games. The hidden object puzzles in this game were better, and there were no puzzles that were presented in a way that didn't at least explain what you should be doing, so that was nice as well, I'm glad that's better in this game. This game has a bonus adventure, which is always welcome.

There were still issues though, much as I'd like to say this one is "fixed." The biggest and most frustrating thing for me was the item bar in the HUD. In many hidden object games, it always displays, but you may have the option to hide it until you mouse over it to select an item. The games that do decide to auto-hide the item bar all usually include an option in the settings to always show it, and even go the extra mile of having a "lock" button to keep it open without having the go into the game settings at all. This game not only hides the item bar, but there's no option at all I could fine in the HUD or in the game settings to show it permanently. If there is some setting for this I missed somewhere, it's very poorly implemented if users can't find it. I play on a touchscreen, so having to use the trackpad to keep going back to open the item menu was very frustrating and it significantly impacted my enjoyment of the game.

That aside, the story does "conclude," but it still really never touches on the ending of 2 directly, and the callbacks to the other games, while nice, don't feel like a good, cohesive story that was all planned out, but more like the game devs wanted to include them and then just fit them in where they could.

The bonus adventure was even a little strange, because it essentially is just more of the ending of the game. It's from a different person's perspective, but could probably just have been part of a longer base game. Sometimes these bonus adventures add some plot to set up the sequel, but since this was the final game in the series, it's odd to finish the game's ending in a separate adventure like this. The events of the bonus adventure are also kind of strange, like the ending changes X, and this allows someone else in the past to change Y. But at the end the main characters of the base game tells us this is going to happen, so just a very strange implementation of the bonus adventure.

Overall, I still say there are better series than this one. If you've played everything else, it certainly has more puzzles and it's not terrible, but if you only have enough to spend on 1 series and you're trying to decide, I think you'd be happier choosing something else.

З цією серією якісь гойдалки – погано / добре. Нажаль третя частина не виглядає гарною. Сюжет із подорожуванням у часі можна було б скласти цікавіше. Те що є ну зовсім без інтриги, а приплетені сюди персони і рішення не вписуються (або читаються гравцем як безглузді). Та це ще не все – із оригінальністю головоломок теж проблема, ніби стандартне повторювання та оформлення, цікавих знахідок майже не має. Після-смак як у газети, котру читаєш у автобусі і швидко забуваєш.
Єдине що смакує – це перевірений рушій на котрому побудовано гру. Приємна графіка, звук, набридлива музична тема. Система додасть приємні напрацювання, котрі допомагають гравцеві не застрягнути у грі: мапу з підказками, візуальний контур об’єктів для пошуку, альтернативна грі з пошуку предметів, щоденник із записами, додаткова глава. Ще є куди шліфувати, оскільки я примудрився застрягнути і підказки не допомагали.
Якщо ви чекаєте детектив / фентезі / подорожі у часі – воно є, але подано у дірявому стакані. У студії є більш вишукані ігри, на котрі краще звернути увагу.

My personal grievances with time travel aside, this solidly rounds out the trilogy. It's fun, has a handful of easter eggs, and moves along nicely. The music occasionally doesn't quite match what's going on, or even directly gets in the way of puzzles (piano puzzle, you know what you did) but it's generally a catchy tune.

I'm not really sure why this game has very positive reviews. 3/4 of the way in (maybe sooner?), it starts to become a serious slog and more than one of the Hidden object Puzzles become incredibly cheap with one or two of the items in them to locate. The inventory bar is slow to update when you click the left an right arrows (once you have more items than can be displayed) In my opinion, the story is meh as well. And the artwork... Ugh. A good HoG has beautiful vibrant colors of fantastical worlds. This game's art, while isn't bad from an artist skill level, but it certainly doesn't captivate at all! This adds to the overall "slog" feeling. If the game was vibrant with beautiful fantastical worlds, renavigating the same locations over and over again trying to figure out what to do wouldn't be so bad. But you're stuck with traversing the same dull boring lifeless locations. I think I'm near the end, and much of the time I'm finding myself just mashing the left-click button just to get the damn game over with, this tells me how I actually feel about the game when trying to figure out whether my experience is positive or negative.

For me, this game was LONG, especially on expert. The hidden object areas are random and going back and forth in time makes you have to essentially check EVERY area unless you either get luck or they give you a hint at where you need to be next (which is rare). Take my advice and play on casual. Some of the puzzles can be quite tricky, but the game is pretty dense overall.. There is LOTS to do, especially if you include the bonus game at the end. Good stuff. Oh, and if you never skip a puzzle or HO in any difficulty, you 100% at the end of the bonus game.

Well, how should I put it....

My review on Time Mysteries 2 was quite harsh... and I stand by it. Personal opinion and view of course.
Time Mysteries 3 is.... I guess the conclusion to this series? Since it's Final and all.

It's overall better than the last entry. I think things flow better, the number of active scenes at a time gets limited a bit, and I also noticed at least part of the hidden object parts that gets revealed overtime are... sometimes closer to the last action you did.

But for the most part it's still the same as the last entry. It's super linear, meaning you need to do something to unlock the next part. The hidden object parts are still messy. There are some very irritating puzzles, although less than in the previous entry. At some point in the game the hidden object parts go back to being randomly placed, meaning you need to go hunt what activated this time. And the whole thing is kinda arbitrary... like multi part keys, objects and whatnot you need to find to proceed.
Remains the problem of having a bunch of visible stuff to solve, but a linear path to do, so you can't stick to searching for a solution of one of the things alone.

Example, there is a part in distant future where you have a room with a cabinet/wardrobe that can visibly be opened with a gas mask token.
The token itself is visible inside an abandoned car just outside the building, so it should be a matter of breaking it open and taking it, right?
Nope. You have to make a whole way around doing a whole ton of stuff beforehand until you find a hook and line to get the car to unlock, then you get it. This is in the bonus round.
But there are several more stuff that kinda goes like this.

So... in comparison to more modern, better done Artifex Mundi titles... this one is pretty bad. It more or less compares to the earlier titles, only far overly complicated and hard. That might be something some people want, but it's the frustrating kinda hard, so just be aware.

But to be very fair... it's still an Artifex Mundi title, and so in comparison to hidden object games of other publishers and devs... it's just miles ahead.
That's the thing. I have played perhaps a couple of hidden object games from other publishers that were comparable to Artifex Mundi, but at least half a dozen or more that are way worse than even this Time Mysteries entire series, like several times worse than the worst Artifex Mundi title.

So, being a bit less frustrating to me in comparison to the previous entry in this series... I have to recommend. Had to use a hint once because of one very poorly explained puzzle, and even with the hint the solution was still kind of a guess.

Story wise, I think it's on part with most Artifex Mundi games. It's a bit corny and rushed, but still kinda interesting.
You basically have to save your lineage, your ancestor being Merlin, which is why you have the time traveling device and powers. Merlin was betrayed by his... wife? Partner? Which gave rise to the whole story, but actually, a twist there because the root source of all evil lies elsewhere... you know how it goes.

The Bonus round makes a lot of use of scenes from Time Mysteries 2, despite being an epilogue to this game.
There you go then, one more Artifex Mundi series finished. o/

Ve všech ohledech naprosto průměrná hledačka. Grafika je už hodně zastaralá a některé lokace jsou vyloženě odfláknuté. Příběh dávali dohromady pejsek s kočičkou, protože takový guláš jsem snad ještě v žádné jiné hře nezažil. K relaxování hra poslouží celkem dobře, nicméně se v tomto žánru dají nalézt MNOHEM lepší kousky.

时间之谜系列第三作，比第二作要好了很多，特别是前半部分，设计到的谜题和需要找东西时，都是在附近亮起寻物谜题，解谜流畅度还是可以的，只不过到了后半部分，又变得特别拉胯了，缺个东西，寻物谜题在几个世纪远的地方亮起，要知道这可是全地图无限制的啊，你隔着老远亮着这么个寻物谜题，真是是又得重新找半天，就好像设定一样一个寻物谜题就只能亮两次也必须亮两次是吧，真是无语了。不过故事比第二作要好多了，但还是摆脱不了拉胯的成分，玩着玩着就想打瞌睡了。寻物谜题的重复利用率非常的高，特别是DLC里的寻物谜题，不仅重复利用了第二作的寻物谜题，连第三作主线的寻物谜题都重复利用了，真是敷衍的离谱。

虽然感觉上是比第二作好了那么点，但仍然拿不起高分，只能和二作一样，给个6/10分，勉强及格吧。

[h1]Ich habe mit der Trilogie meinen Frieden geschlossen[/h1]

Nachdem ich beiden Vorgängern den Daumen runter geben musste, wollte ich Teil 3 nun endlich mögen. Mit ein paar zugedrückten Augen ist mir das gelungen ^^
Kurzfassungen...
Kritik an Teil 1: holprige, undetaillierte Story, nervige Mittelaltermusik, Wimmelbilder schlecht aufgelöst und unfair
Kritik an Teil 2: das immer gleiche musikalische Hauptthema, ein sehr volles Inventar, aber v.a. mühsames Hin- und Hergereise durch die Zeit

Teil 3 ist nun im Grunde aufgebaut wie Teil 2, hat zwar auch dessen Macken mitgenommen, aber ich habe mich damit arrangiert und gelernt, damit umzugehen.

Erstmal zu den positiven Dingen:
Die Story ist in Ordnung, es kommen eine Menge Figuren zusammen.
Viele faire Wimmelbilder, zum Ende hin (wie in anderen WBS tatsächlich auch schon erlebt) einfach, teils gar zu einfach.
Die Minispiele gehen gut von der Hand, viele sind mittel, einige zu einfach und manche auch eine ganz schöne Ackerei. Je nach Geschmack vermutlich.

Steigerung zum zweiten Teil:
Das musikalische Thema wird je nach Ort und Zeit variiert, was mir gefallen hat. Denn ich mag es grundsätzlich sehr.
Die Benutzung des Inventars gibt einen sehr viel besseren Flow her. Man sammelt nicht mehr so viel Zeug und kann auch fast durchgehend assoziieren, wofür das alles gebraucht wird.
Es gibt nun insgesamt drei Orte (mit je zwei Zeiten), also mehr Abwechslung - und endlich auch die Zukunft. Im letzten Abschnitt des Spiels wechselt es nochmal woanders hin. Zwar so gesehen auch an keinen brandneuen Ort (von Teil 1 bekannt), aber zumindest kommt Abwechslung rein.

Weiter bestehendes Manko:
Die vielen Orte und ständigen Zeitreisen im späteren Verlauf, um irgendwo das nächste Wimmelbild zu finden - bzw. ein fehlender mittlerer Schwierigkeitsgrad, der einen die Wimmelbilder finden lässt, einen aber sonst nicht wie auf Schienen durchs Spiel führt. Die Tippfunktion funktioniert nach wie vor nicht zuverlässig und führt einen nicht sicher zum aktuellen Ziel.
Lösung:
Ich habe gelernt, mir die Orte einzuprägen, an denen es Wimmelbilder gibt, um sie bei Bedarf wieder aufzusuchen. So irrt man nicht sinnlos in der Gegend rum und verschwendet Zeit. In Teil 3 kann man sich aufgrund der Klarheit des Inventars zumindest oft sicher sein, wann wirklich nichts Anderes mehr geht als wimmeln, und so gezielt nach diesem nächsten Schritt suchen.

Die üblichen mangelhaften Übersetzungen in den Wimmelbildern möchte man schon gar nicht mehr erwähnen. Das meiste ist ok, aber manches kann man gar nicht glauben...

Das Bonusabenteuer ist hier, wie in anderen Reviews zu lesen, wirklich nicht so pralle. Sehr kurz, inhaltlich nicht wirklich bereichernd (schon deutlich besser erlebt sowas) und mit recycelten Wimmelbildern aus Teil 2 und 3.
Trotzdem hat's Spaß gemacht, weil es gut durchging. Ein paar schöne Minispiele waren allemal dabei.
Positiv überraschend ist, dass sie nur für das Bonuskapitel den Zeitreiseapparat (Karte/Schnellreise) nochmal neu designt haben.

Insgesamt:

This is better than the first two Time Mysteries in my opinion. It's not overwhelmed by HOS and the ones that exist are brighter in color than part 2. Although, the types of mini-games tend to be repetitive. Part 3 has elements of the first two and ties up the story.

Thumbs down! It’s better than the first two games, but that’s not really saying much. This game repeats a serious flaw from the previous game. You get an instant travel map, but lose it later on. It’s just not a good idea to take away a quality-of-life improvement to the user interface. My recommendation is to avoid all three games in the Time Mysteries series.

Путешествия во времени вечно создают много вопросов с точки зрения логичности происходящего, но сценаристов из [url=https://store.steampowered.com/publisher/artifexmundi]Artifex Mundi[/url] это не испугало, поэтому [url=https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/2582/Time_Mysteries_Collection/]серия[/url] продолжилась. И если обычно я утверждал, что на сюжет в играх такого жанра я не обращаю внимание, то в данном случае, простите, не могу сдержаться.

[b]Time Mysteries 3[/b] классический квест с поиском предметов, задачки в котором увлекают своим количеством и простотой. Нарисовано всё приятно и красочно. Разработчики даже вернули функцию "радар", которую я упоминал в отзыве о [url=https://steamcommunity.com/id/zhareg/recommended/313650/]прошлой части[/url]. То есть ничто не предвещало беды.

Но раз уж это трилогия, то пришлось как-то объединить стилистику первых двух игр, которые, честно говоря, были довольно разными. Да, рассказ вёлся об одном семействе, но даже путешествия во времени осуществлялись в оригинале и в сиквеле не одинаково. Можно было бы не запариваться, сделать очередного злодея в другом наборе эпох, но увы и ах. Вероятно, авторы отнеслись к этой истории слишком серьёзно, что заметно хотя бы по наличию дополнительных глав в [b]Time Mysteries 2[/b] и [b]Time Mysteries 3[/b]. Но стремление связать всё в единую эпопею сделало из истории какую-то непонятную кашу. Особенно меня рассмешило то, что решением глобальных бед для множества поколений прошлого и будущего оказались [spoiler]чертежи очистителя воздуха[/spoiler].

Игра абсолютно нормальная для своего жанра. Просто рука не поднимается ставить палец вверх за такой сюжет. Хотя я не требовал многого!

Compared to #2 in the series the HO scenes are ridiculously easy. Also, the rune push-in puzzle - I could not tell when some are in or out. Completely hide the runes when in next time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Many people have are partially color blind. Duh!

This game is really terrible. How many of the same puzzles can they pack into one game? Seems like this game is basically just HO puzzles and press buttons in a certain order to open a secret door. Incredibly lazy writing and incredibly boring game. I skipped a bunch of the puzzles because there was absolutely no skill involved and I didn't care enough to try to figure out which order to press buttons in.

And once again they decided to take away the map in the last half of the game for no apparent reason. Part of playing on "casual" level is not having to click from place to place to figure out what needs done where. I wouldn't be surprised if I learned this was designed by some new guy at the company who was trying out different formats. It really was riddle with horrible decisions.

Artifex is usually great at these kinds of games, but this seems like a bargain basement version of the quality games we expect from them.
