Но все же изменения коснулись не только сюжета. В этом обзоре постараюсь максимально подробно расписать, что из себя представляет эта игра и чем же похорошела [strike]при Собянине[/strike] в этой новой части в сравнении с её предшественниками.[/i][/b]
Как и прошлые части, сама суть осталась верна «классике», но с небольшими изменениями. Это все та же [b]текстовая приключенческая игра[/b], в которой нам необходимо провернуть идеальное (или максимальное тупое) убийство, либо подставив другого человека, скинув вину на него, либо же взять вину на себя. Или же – подстроить несчастный случай. Вся суета происходит в Париже 1930 года. Наш ГГ, известный как [b]Кеннет Миллер[/b], в прошлом являлся «клиентом» психиатрической лечебницы, где подвергался жестоким пыткам со стороны санитаров. И вот, чудом оказавшись на воле и по неизвестным обстоятельствам оказавшись в Париже, рядом со входом в один из борделей Кеннет встречает одного из самых ужасных санитаров, [b]Фрэнка Грейсмана[/b], с чьего одобрения и проводились бесчеловечные издевательства и пытки. Ирония судьбы, не так ли?
Решив не упускать случай, Кеннет намерен отомстить – [u]здесь и сейчас[/u]. И каким окажется итог этого [b]деяния[/b] – зависит от нас, дорогие игроки.
В сравнении с прошлыми частями, здесь капитально [b]поменялась буквально вся система геймплея[/b]. Мир больше не статичен и не ждет, пока игрок начнет его толкать своими действиями. Так же в прошлом остался основной костяк в виде связки «подготовка-ужин-деяние-допрос». Теперь все наши действия подвязаны на своеобразный [b]таймер[/b], в течение которого нам необходимо совершить подготовку (придумать план, раскидать улики, найти оружие и так далее) и совершить само убийство. Всего времени нам дают [b]один час[/b](внутриигровой, конечно же). Любое действие, разговор и даже стояние на месте толкают его – тем не менее, игру всегда можно поставить на паузу через вызов меню, либо зависнув в окне выбора диалога (сам выбор строчки лишь толкает время на одну минуту).
Но вот по какой схеме оно двигается в самой игре – остается загадкой. Вы можете бесконечно курсировать от одного конца коридора в другой, и время не будет идти вперед, а можете просто подняться по лестнице и толкнуть таймер на три минуты вперед. В целом, система работает достаточно криво, из-за чего часто приходилось переигрывать куски игры, потому что непись успевал убежать со своего места, пока мы до него идем.
К слову о них, неписях – как и говорил ранее, их поведение более не статично – в течение часа они курсируют (опять же, не все) по своим делам по заранее заскриптованным местам – т.е. каждую новую игру они будут повторять один и тот же сценарий. С одной стороны – хорошо, появилось больше факторов, которые нужно учитывать при планировании, с другой же – когда наизусть выучиваешь их маршрут – они ничем не отличаются от «статичных» нпс.
Небольшой спойлер – в некоторых временных промежутках можно выловить уникальные кат-сцены. [spoiler](в 9:40 попробуйте заглянуть в замочную скважину главной спальни на третьем этаже)[/spoiler]
Лихо поменялась и [b]система диалогов[/b] – за своим базаром приходится следить ещё тщательнее, ибо буквально одна неверная строчка, выбранная в диалоге с инспектором на допросе – и нас за яйца подвесят на площади на потеху люду. Самолично был подловлен инспектором на пuздеже, когда на допросе сказал, что отдыхал на первом этаже, но один подлый непись видел, как я поднимался на третий и оттуда не уходил.
Тем не менее, если у вас не получается выйти на какую-либо концовку [spoiler](коих тут штук 15 точно)[/spoiler], всегда можно воспользоваться басурманским [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1934014481]гайдом[/url] (кликабельно), в котором за ручку проведут к нужному исходу.
Игра так же похорошела и в плане [b]графики[/b] – обновилась стилистика, появились новые анимации и эффекты. Текстуры стали более детализованные, а так же во время диалогов слева появились полноценные модели нпс. За это – однозначный лайкосик.
Отдельно отмечу антураж происходящего – в борделе под названием «Алый цветок» можно провести время не только с пользой, но и знатно подвыпить, и закутить с… девушкой легкого поведения, которые смогут удовлетворить даже самого искушенного фетишиста. Никто не запрещает… попробовать их всех, только – деньги вперед.

Хоть и база игры осталась все та же – конструктор [b]RPG-Maker[/b], тем не менее теперь она адекватно работает и с современными разрешениями (вплоть до 4к) и кои-то веки – нажатие на Ф12 (дефолтная клавиша скриншота) не вызывает перезапуск игры, как это было в прошлых частях. Навигация по меню так же перестала сбоить.
Чего действительно не хватало именно во второй части, так это [b]русской локализации[/b]. Здесь же она присутствует, хоть и встречаются незначительные ошибки. За это стоит благодарить работяг [b][i]Dicur3x[/i][/b] и [b][i]vieros[/i][/b], а так же [b][i]0wn3df1x[/i][/b], чьими стараниями его вкрутили официально в игру.
[b][i]В целом, часть получилась достаточно неплохой, даже со спорным моментом перехода геймплея со «статики» на таймер. Это все тот же The Deed, коим игроки в первые части привыкли его видеть – текстовое приключение с моралью выбора и его последствиями. Полноценное прохождение игры на «платину» зависит только от вашего гения и желания её закрыть на 100% - часть достижений подвязана именно на концовки, другая же – на уникальные действия. В среднем – не более 10 часов.
Всем любителям такого жанра – однозначно рекомендую, к тому же – игру часто продают по скидке аж под 90% - грех не залутать за такой «баснословный» прайс.[/i][/b]

The Deed II in my opinion is not as fun as " The Deed" or "Deed Dynasty", and here is why. First and foremost, I am not personally a fan of the new time mechanic in the Deed II, where you have to manage your own time, while talking to NPC's or while deciding what items to pick up or plant and how to commit the murder. I realize this was done to try to improve gameplay, but it makes the first few playthroughs feel really rushed until you've located key NPC's to frame and also know where key items are at and how to manage your time better.
Time is not the only mechanic I dislike in the Deed II, The other thing I really dislike is it seems like it's a lot easier in the Deed II to get caught unless you do really specific things like finding certain evidence and putting that said evidence with certain NPC's. I kept getting caught in my playthroughs, which was frustrating as I did not have this problem in the previous games.
Despite the problems I have with the Deed II, The visuals and the music were definitely improved compared to the last two games and I really did enjoy the atmosphere and the story as well as the characters. That being said, while the Deed II can be a little more difficult in terms of committing the murder and the time mechanic can be frustrating, I would still recommend the game to those who love "The Deed Series" or just murder mystery kind of games in general.
Overall, I give the Deed II a 6/10! The story, characters & music were great! Time mechanics and how frustrating it is to actually commit the murder and get away with is not the best.

You are someone who holds a grudge against a man. He's paying a short visit to a brothel that night, where you are about to execute the murder. That's all the story that you can get from the game. The rest of the dialogue will be about you talking to other people to establish a motive and pin the murder on someone else. However, I don't like how some dialogues are done in French. I know that the setting is in Paris, but I felt like missing out not knowing 1/3 of the dialogue because it was simply was told in full French or mixed with it.

Being a murderer isn't just about killing your target and being done with it—you also need to be able to escape from it, whether it's by pinning the guilt on someone else, making it look like a suicide, or even making it hard to establish who the murderer is. Well, if you just want to get caught, it is also possible and easy to do, but that's not how the game is supposed to be played, no?
There are several endings to the game, each tied to who you pin the murder on. However, most of these endings are disappointing—they have no relation to you at all and were made to look related to the person that you pin the murder on. However, the only relation you will see is just the person's "hobby", which was not even closely tied to the main character to begin with.

Time is of the essence. It passes when you do nothing. It also passes when you talk to someone. However, there are so many people in the building, and it's almost impossible to exhaust their dialogues to find a motive, kill the target, and pin it to someone else within all this time. I tried to exhaust the dialogue with everyone once, and my time was almost up before I finished talking to everyone.
That being said, the game heavily relies on your knowledge of the previous playthrough. In order to win the game, you need to make the right choice when you talk to someone to avoid suspicion. Finding the right answer from a normal conversation might be hard, especially since there are a lot of answers that you can choose from, not to mention the numerous topics that you can talk about the person you are talking with. This makes the game frustrating since it's guaranteed that you won't be able to do everything right in the first playthrough without consulting a guide, and probably fail a few times forward without knowing anything.

I liked how the game establishes a suspicion, though. Just like a normal murder, you also need to establish where you are when the murder happens. Every person in the building will change location at a certain time, and in order to frame them, you need to execute the murder at a time when that person is alone. However, it's a shame that all NPCs have no alibi after a certain time passes, making it easy to scrap this element during the playthrough.
Pinning a murder isn't just about answering the right answers. You also need to plant fake evidence to make people think that they are the killer. This involves knowing the person, figuring out which object is relevant to frame them, and planting the fake evidence in the correct spot. Some objects are located in places that might not be noticeable, especially since they tend to look similar in the background, and you are on a time limit.

The game is very short. Each playthrough will only take ~20 minutes. If you just want to kill the person and be done with it, it can be done in less than 5 minutes. I finished all endings in 4.1h by referring to some guides, but even with that, I still failed a few times and had to retry. Those who play it blind will have to spend longer to get everything.
The game seems to rely on repetition. However, you will be forced to do some conversations several times if you fail, making the game boring. The majority of the conversations revolve around you getting to know about the people to figure out whether they have a motive for murder, making it hard to immerse in the story with the numerous retries.

There are just too many things to be done within the given time, and you won't be able to do anything properly in the first playthrough. I hate how this was made mandatory since it encourages you to fail several times and replay it, which will be too time-consuming. Because of that, I'm afraid I can't recommend this game.

The Deed 2 — самостоятельная игра, не имеющая сюжетных переплетений с первой частью. Вам по прежнему предстоит совершить деяния, и замести следы. Ничего конкретно нового не появилось, но улучшилось то немногое, что цепляло в первой части.
Во-первых это атмосфера. Здесь она передана отлично. Во-вторых антагонист. Он не заслуживает жалости, поэтому перед игроком не появляется никаких моральных диллем.
Здесь же хочется отметить маленький, но значительный плюс — это выбор. Не только способа но и самой расправы. Особенно её отсутствия. Одна из концовок, где герой щадит жертву, своего рода прощение. В первой части подобное не было предусмотрено. Мелочь, но она добавляет плюс к оценке игры.
Кроме прочего, порадовала аудио составляющая. Звуки и музыка на уровне.
Стоимость не кусается. Присутствуют карточки и достижения.
Резюмируя скажу: игра получилось достойной внимания; разработчики не только учли недостатки первой части, но и реализовали потенциал своей задумки во второй. Жду продолжения этой замечательной серии.

[b]Sequel?[/b]
Whilst the title says part 2 the story this time takes place in another location. We are in France (still in the early 20th century) but there are no returning characters or references to the events of the previous episode. It is a sequel only in terms of gameplay: find items you can use as evidence and weapon, do your deed then have your interrogation with the police.
This is not a family story now: we are someone with a past in an asylum and one of the guards becomes our target for the torment he caused us. Frank is a regular in a brothel so we have to assume the role of a guest.
[b]Gameplay[/b]
As stated above gameplay follows the same concept. However, controlling our character is much more convenience with the mouse and finally the game starts in full screen. Also, by pressing W we can quickly advance dialogues and this way we can be sure not to accidentally select a response.
Dialogues are more convenient to read. The brothel where we are has more floors and more characters to talk to. Even outside locations become important. Given the number of increased NPCs we now have more options to do the murder meaning more targets to put the blame on. More scenarios, more items, i.e. more interesting outcomes.
[b]Improvements[/b]
This was released 5 years after its predecessor so you can clearly see the improvements. Using our inventory takes some time getting used to, though. You need to click on the options "take" or "deposit item" and pressing the right mouse click means we back out. An options menu with key bindings is something I was missing. Nevertheless, the game has definitely upgrades (graphics looks better) and music is much more varied now. Proofreading was not done to the full extent as I found some typos here and there and once again I was missing the voice overs.
[b]Time constraint[/b]
This is a modification that not everybody may like. In the predecessor this affected only the section after the murder. Now, we have from 9 PM till 10 PM to do our deed. If we pay for services with some of the girls it can advance time significantly but when doing additional playthroughs we can decide to simply wait and let time pass. Still, for some of the scenarios we need to be really fast.
Also, hiding is not an action but in one particular location if we move behind the dressing screen our protagonist will crouch. It took me some time to find this out. Essentially, we need to be at the exact spot for this to be considered hiding. Without a guide it is somewhat difficult to find all scenarios on your own. At least conversing with someone does not advance time, at all but this is explained at the beginning. However, even with the questions we ask we need to be careful as the inspector in the end mentions everything.
[b]Summary[/b]
This is a great sequel with more things to do so with a much better longevity. I appreciated the update to the soundtrack and gameplay. It is a more challenging episode, though, so for full completion a guide is recommended. However, it's best to experiment on your own in the first couple of hours.
Oh and before I forget: the epilogue section is more interesting now. Depending on who the police arrested our protagonist reflects on the murder months or even years later. We only had a couple of outcomes here in the predecessor. Now it is fully tailored to the outcome.

It's a good story, but most endings are nearly impossible to achieve without a guide (and sometimes even with one). Dialogue gets repetitive, I couldn't see myself sitting down and trying to get a bunch of endings in one run without getting bored. Aside from the first few playthroughs where you might get the easiest endings, it's best played in small bursts with a guide in your hand. You'll get a few endings really easily, but most endings where you frame someone are too difficult to achieve without a guide in your hand, replaying repetitive dialogue a million times, or both. (Edit: It's worth the $0.69 for the steam sale. You might get a few hours of entertainment. But it's not worth it at full price.)
The latest installment in the Perfect Crime series, The Deed II, is significantly more challenging than The Deed and The Deed: Dynasty. The characters are noticeably more intelligent, and for some unknown reason, the police seem to disregard the presumption of innocence—at least when it comes to Kenneth Miller. Proceed with caution.
If you find the game too difficult, I recommend checking the Steam Community for guides that detail how to complete all achievements in The Deed II.
As a side note to the developers: it might be interesting to create The Deed III, or perhaps a prologue or epilogue for The Deed II.

Very well done considering how short the game is. Worth playing, especially if you enjoyed the original 'The Deed'. This game more of a focus on vengeance rather than just plain greed, as the first game did. Also I found some aspects of the original game rather goofy such as the dialogue, this game doesn't suffer from that.

The game should also provide some numbers on screen when they are important, such as when making dialogue choices based on my character's stats, it would be helpful if they were shown on Mouse Over said decision to help me evaluate it better. I think playing this game is like sitting in a chair and hitting the ball with a hammer whenever you lose a coin flip.
In this fantastic sequel to The Deed, Pilgrim Adventures invites the player to think like a criminal to pull off a most sinister act of retribution. Being a criminal mastermind is no easy feat either. Both The Deed and The Deed II feature an interrogation style scene at the end (not unlike Poirot's infamous step by step explanation of how a crime is carried out before unveiling the murderer in epic fashion) and should you slip up on your dialogue choices or perhaps fail to plant enough false leads framing another? You pay the price. Fortunately, this is also the same quality that gives The Deed II such great replay value. The Deed II comes with an in-built timer which creates a wonderful sense of urgency and forces you to plan your actions carefully; should you mess up a sequence there is thankfully an option to save your game but this rather frustratingly becomes unavailable during the closing act. Overall another brilliant 'reverse-murder' game from Pilgrim.

Pros:
- Lots of endings for every possible outcome.
- You can now deposit items.
- I was afraid for the time limit first, but it didn´t made the game too hard at all.
Netural:
- The first games atmosphere felt more horroristic somehow, but The Deed ll has also a very nicely done visual.
Cons:
A bit complex this one, but...
- In short: I miss a better alibi system. The game is way too easy after you have found the main formula for the gameplay.
In the first game even having a coat or not while you in the house can make a difference in some cases. Here is not like that.
- in a bit long:
While in the first game there was a small family where everybody know each other, the second one is the same, expect our main charachter is the only new face in the picture.
Why I have a problem with that? Because the detective doesn´t suspect you for murder, as long you don´t lie and have enaugh evidence for hide your crime.
I noticed, that if I ask everyone about the person I want to frame ONLY and the spoked person "does" the crime, the detective doesn´t think you strange for that.
You can even sneak up the everyman hidden in the kitchen in the basement -who is completely alone and ask only about somebody else.
I thought I need alibi for visiting a hidden person, so I asked the madame about how to have more partners and she said visit that man mentioned above. You don´t have option for that, so I asked if he interesed in man, he said no and sent me away. But I had my alibi and crucial info about somebody else.
Than I failed at the end.
I did everything the same next time, but I was going directly to him, than I did the deed with framing somebody successfully. (I used a guide for that after like 10 failed different attempts, and for that above I made the very same things I´ve done except to try to have an alibi)
I know in the first game was almost the same, but it was a family where almost everybody hates each other. Not talking to anyone doesn´t make you suspicous. In a working place like a brothel is a very different story, they have to be nice each other, you need a reallly strong alibi in a place like that.
Also, asking for very sensitive infos are not hard, but maybe during old times was really like that, but you can even force somebody to talk about other pople and you are still not suspicious.
Conclusion:
I personally love that serie. I´am about to play The Deed: Dynasty next time.
It is hard to me to think in reverse crime solving, but thats´s the challenge I wanted to test myself with.
The Deed 2 is as good as the first one even when it is not perfect.
Try them out, but do not overthink!

though this is a technically better game than the first, it’s not as quirky or as fun.
most of the solutions or win conditions are fairly obtuse and difficult to perform since you have to meet people/get items in a specific order. adding to the annoyance is having to wait 2-5 minutes for the night’s events to play out before you can make your move.
definitely an interesting concept, but it needed more time to bake. this is a skip from me.

Você é o britânico Kenneth Miller e acabou de entrar em um bordel parisiense no anos 30 afim de se vingar pelo que fizeram com você no passado. E várias são as maneiras as quais você pode fazer isso - mas tem uma pegadinha: como é o crime perfeito?
Exploração é a sua aliada - exploração com hora contada, você tem uma hora exata para cometer o seu crime. - Como esperado, a franquia The Deed nos permite diversos finais. E detalhes mudam isso. I am 32 years old.
My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old.
When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing.
Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side.
With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay.
After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like.
Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends.
Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together.
Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.

По сравнению с предыдущими частями серии здесь больше действующих лиц и предметов, которые можно задействовать. У каждого героя тут своя история и проблемы, общаясь с ними вы можете получить важную информацию для реализации своего деяния, хотя возможно некоторые моменты и взаимосвязи не сразу станут понятны. Понравилось также, что в зависимости от того кого вы подставите, будут разные небольшие концовки.
В целом рекомендую, игра увлечет вас на пару-тройку часов и даст некоторый простор для фантазии при прохождении.

These games are quite dark, but very fun. The core idea is, you must try to get away with murder. It's essentially a murderish puzzle game.
If you've played the other The Deed games, then this is similar in concept, but very different in execution. I like the idea here a lot, but it's so small, it ends up feeling like a prototype of a potential The Deed II rather than the actual game. Despite the massive improvements here, I think The Deed: Dynasty is still undoubtedly the best in the series, followed by this one, finally followed by the original (which also feels quite like a prototype for Dynasty).
The writing in these games is great. The dialogue is believable, the characters are interesting, the settings are always, without fail, drawn perfectly. They feel very much like little murder mysteries -- though you're the one committing the murder! There are many ways to complete your goal and many secrets to discover.
For £4.29, I'd say this game is a bargain and you should pick it up. Like I said, the game is small, but the core here is incredibly enjoyable and you can have many hours of fun with it.

The repetitiveness really doesn't go away in all aspects and areas of the gameplay. The story elements feel fairly shallow. Dialogues become so much of a mechanic you get correct or wrong that they sap any substance from the conversation's contents. Its use of still 3D models with often strange emotes for the character portraits is off-putting.

Personally I found this game quite enjoyable from a story perspective. The characters are distinct and feel human in their traits and flaws. All of them also have issues regarding their past, which makes for believable suspects. And the weapon choice heavily affects who is targeted.
That said, this game is incredibly difficult compared to its predecessor, and thus less fun to actually play to me. The kills require a lot of set up, which combines badly with the narrow time windows you receive. [spoiler]Especially Marie's is difficult if you don't know what to do.[/spoiler]
The fact that talking to npcs also speeds up time does not help this, as in your earlier runs you'll start worrying about saving time and thus not learning what to do.

本系列初代免费赠送过，我因此入坑，后来又玩过初代资料片《恶果：王朝》，都感觉还不错。本作是系列二代，承袭了系列一贯的特点。我一开始玩的津津有味，但屡屡失败使得我的耐心逐渐耗尽，一番努力之后的成功也难以抵消之前的沮丧感，全成就的历程甚至称得上折磨了。

本作给人的第一印象就是极其简陋的画面，游戏是用RPG Maker MV制作的，人物动作僵硬、只有上下左右四个方向可移动、地图不连续，由一个个大格子组成、几乎没啥光影可言、楼梯没有扶手……卖相看起来就很差。绝大部分场景都是在妓院内，重复度很高。其次就是一以贯之的玩法，我们不是来查案的，而是来杀人的。复仇杀人本身不难，但绝大多数情况下你都会迎来被警察抓捕处刑的结局，正解是杀人后掩盖罪行。或者通过嫁祸，或者通过误导，让自己脱罪。整个过程中可以通过一系列的碎片，拼凑出主角复仇的原因，每个角色自己的小故事以及不愿让人所知的小秘密。最后就是根据成就系统扫尾，了解游戏更多的隐藏内容。当然本作也有跟前作不同的地方，最大的一个就是不再有恶果，复仇成功后，主角常常并不会迎来坏结局，根据诬陷方式不同，游戏结局不同，看起来自杀结局貌似是最好的那个。这就完全变成了爽快复仇，诬陷别人后也没啥恶果，背离了系列内核。

游戏的优缺点非常明显，前面说过了画面和卖相，自然算是缺点，玩法和解谜则算是核心的优点。此外，本作的汉化尚可，非机翻，还有类似羞羞的事、脑子瓦特了、小母狗这种本土化表达。不过，除了少量错误，有些字体粗细不同，且遗漏了一些图片上的文本等，甚至对解谜产生了一定影响。最为令我不满的地方则是本作的解谜过程：难以捉摸的行为影响和容错率极低的过程。除了比较简单的无人定罪过关方式，其余的过关方式都非常难。我们需要通过不断的对话为每个人做替罪羊找出动机来，因为很多对话不能重复，只有一次选择选项的机会，所以需要不断重开尝试来找出来。这里面又分自身阐述和他人评价，只有那些特定的组合才会误导警方到错误的方向中。作案工具和物证相对来说还算容易，要求没有那么严格。当你通过不断对话，自信可以天衣无缝的给他人罗织罪名时，游戏最后啷当入狱与处刑的画面可能就会浇熄你的热情。你很可能并不知道到底是那一步行为和对话造成了失败的结果，无头苍蝇般胡乱尝试仍不能成功后，只能转向指南。
目前指南区有两份成就指南，我在多次尝试不成功的情况下，先是按照中文成就来的，但是仍有很多成就无法获取，明明每一步都是照着里面说的来的。后来又转去看英文指南才成功，还发现里面诬陷调酒师的时候应该避免跟弗兰克对话才行，里面说的貌似也不是都对。照着指南才能大致明白正确的过关方式：必备的行为和对话一项都不能少，多余的行为和对话一项都别多。后者与常理非常不符，现实中如果你只针对诬陷者进行对话必定会暴露你的意图，但本作却不是，更多的对话并不会把你的意图埋藏起来，反而会令警察的注意力被分散。杀人后被发现的时间非常短，但杀人前后我们的路线丝毫不会被纳入调查范围，而一些看起来从未离开过自己位置的角色也会被诬陷成功。

总之，本作成本很低，画面简陋，游戏过程也非常重复。杀人后脱罪的玩法比较新鲜而且有趣，但难度极高，判定非常严格，稍有不慎就会失败。其实从游戏那些成就的获取率普遍低于10%就能看出来，不断的失败会令玩家转去看指南，而按照指南玩本作这种解谜游戏则会摧毁游戏的核心乐趣，令玩家迅速失去耐心而弃游。虽然游戏非常便宜，但还是建议大家晚上几把之后看看我的测评，再决定是否继续下去，否则将很难收获乐趣。

扮演凶手，在一小时内完成杀人，并通过伪造证据等方法想办法脱罪的游戏，属于挺有意思的题材。相比前作the deed 1内容丰富了很多，难度也上去了不少（人物关系还有物件复杂了，警察也不再是废物了，可行凶的时间段也有限制），总之很有意思，感兴趣的话推荐打折入手。
另外有一点很有趣，这游戏里比起精心伪造证据嫁祸给其他人，单纯制造警察无法破解的悬案的难度要低很多，也基本不需要什么复杂的设计，这就是所谓的“越是精心设计的作案计划，越是容易留下证据”么，有点反推理的意味在里面了（
感觉没有一代剧情好了……

For some reason I didn't enjoy this. Seems that I am in the minority of people not liking this very much, while I did enjoy Dynasty. It seemed overly difficult, and the pay off isn't that great. There are too many dialogue branches and you have to find exactly the 'right' ones for each achievement, plus the time constraint (although realistic) doesn't make the game more thrilling, only more frustrating. My playing time is due to my achievement-hunting nature.
If there was a neutral option I would have taken it, since this isn't a terrible game, just not my cup of tea. As it is I sadly can't recommend it. Maybe get it on sale or if you absolutely loved both previous games of the Deed series. It is quite cheap after all, plus I have great respect for this particular dev, mainly for the absolute gem that is [b][url=https://store.steampowered.com/app/635850/Sentience_The_Androids_Tale/]Sentience[/url][/b].

RPG Maker strikes again!
The Deed II is one of hundreds of low effort retro-pixel RPG Maker asset/construction kit flips spamming the Steam catalog, made with the RPG Maker video game construction kit... in their own words, "Our easy to use tools are simple enough for a child." Like all RPG Maker "games", this is essentially a bunch of low quality/canned assets from RPG Maker coupled with a cringeworthy high school anime club fan fiction, although this game does contain some "bespoke" assets (that were created using character construction kits... so very little game development ever took place here).
As with all RPG Maker games, the poor quality engine displays badly in fullscreen and doesn't have full HD support or any graphics tweaking options, making this unacceptable for any dedicated modern PC gamer. The point can be made that the intention of RPG Maker is to make demos and small games to pass around friends, and shouldn't be used for "professional" game development.
Notably the developer here couldn't work out how to use RPG Maker to make an RPG... and that's the only thing RPG Maker can do properly... except it's not even very good for making RPGs. Instead, we have a 2D top down "adventure" game with a plot revolving around you needing to kill someone and get away with it. So basically, a super craptastic ripoff of Hitman only terrible in all respects. Thanks, RPG Maker. I never wished harm should befall software, but I would not shed a tear if RPG Maker died in a fire.
Gamers who want a good retro JRPG experience would be better off playing the originals, like Final Fantasy, Star Ocean or Chrono Trigger.
The poor quality of this game is reflected in the general public reception. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 6 players. That's right, only 6. This is a pitiful enough number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam, the overwhelming lack of interest in the game is remarkable, but also to be expected. This complete and utter rejection of the game from gamers should be a keen information point for anyone considering buying shovelware like this. Gamers just didn't take this seriously, and for good reason.
The Deed II has the total ripoff price of around $4 USD, it's not worth it given the defects and shortcomings with the product, especially considering the sheer number of completely free, much higher quality games on Steam.

This is a another in a series of murder simulators where you of course, commit justified homicide.
Gameplay: Its fairly simple, find a murder weapon kill the bad guy and then either, frame someone else or try and make it look like a suicide.
Story: This series usually follows the Bruce family, but not this time round, which is kinda a shame. The story itself is pretty simple, bad guy is bad and must die.
Overall its a short but fun little experience. Once you get the core mechanics down its pretty simple to start having fun and framing all the poor innocent witnesses. :D hehe.

After not really liking Dynasty, The Deed II felt more like a return to form. Whereas Dynasty just felt like too much, The Deed II felt like an improvement on the original.

In the Deed II, Kenneth Miller a former psychiatric patient must avenge the abuse he suffered by the head of the asylum Frank Graceman. He must kill him during his brief visit to a brothel and frame another person at the brothel to escape the law's punishment

The story is [i] interesting [/i] in that out of all the characters to frame, only one character has a genuine motive to want Frank dead. As a result, when you frame someone you need to draw out their eccentric interests, personal issues and trauma to create a reason they want kill Frank.
Each character has their own ending. Which all make you feel bad because essentially they've been punished for having eccentric interests and trauma and are at worst strange rather than a bad person who deserves the guillotine.
The best endings by far are the ones where you fool to police into thinking Frank took his own life, or made the case unsolved.
[b]Gameplay[/b]
The biggest change from the previous games is the timer. Events will progress over an in-game one hour timer. The timer feels intimidating but only affects three characters.
It does bring a few new challenges. The first is that you can't ask questions or gather items during certain times, for example you can't ask one of the prostitutes about Frank while he's in the room. The second challenge is that you need to be efficient when gathering items and asking questions. You won't have time to go through every dialogue and commit the murder. It is also pretty amusing seeing what happens if you try to kill Frank at a bad time, like when he's surrounded by people in the bar.
However after the first few tries you'll learn to adjust to the timer and you'll be doing the same actions as the previous games. Essentially you need to find the right weapon, place the incriminating evidence in the right spot, while also incriminating your patsy when speaking to other characters. You'll also commit the murder in the final in-game 10 minutes for pretty much every path too, leaving you with a reasonable amount of time to do the above steps.

In conclusion the Deed II is a fine sequel, while the timer could've added more to the gameplay I do appreciate the it's inclusion.
The 'Deed' games all have pretty unique gameplay so putting aside my gripes I would I highly recommend both this one and the rest to fans of puzzle games and murder mystery games.
Well, The Deed 2 is certainly better than its predecessor, but I don't think that's really saying much. The protagonist has a more interesting motive than the first game, but I don't feel like it's very well fleshed out or explained. The characters are also more varied and interesting than 1's characters, but most of the gameplay is picking someone to frame, than talking to everyone else about that person, repeat about a dozen times. If you genuinely liked the first one, or wish that it had a few more improvements, this game might be up your alley, but I cannot recommend it.

Wow. What a wacky game. Really caught me by surprise. With some more polish it would probably sell well. Right now it has that rough indie vibe with the graphics from the late 90s. Its not a bad thing... but it may turn off some people. The setting and plot is definitely not for me, but (from what i've played before) the game mechanics are definitely unique. I am sure certain crowds would love this adventure type of game. I can see this is a work of passion hence my thumbs up. Best of luck.

The Deed三部曲都玩过了，这一作可以说是最有可玩性的，更长的流程再加上时间要素，一下就让这场谋杀更加有趣了。不过不得不吐槽的一点，其实每一作的死者可以说都是死有余辜，可到最后谋杀者的结局都不怎么样。强行突出一个因果。

Short little game with many possible outcomes. It's definitely worth a try
In comparison to the prior installments of The Deed (The Deed I and its upgrade Dynasty), The Deed 2 seems to have gone very much under the radar with comparatively scant reviews and a discussion board occupied by crickets at a fancy table sipping English tea. Pinkies up gentlemen. It's a darn shame because this proper sequel to the original offers up several key improvements to the series that made sure my time spent committing murder and framing the innocent was punchy and to the damn point.
So in the Deed 2 you play as Kenneth, an English ne'er do well that's got it in for Frank. You arrive at a sleazy brothel, introduce yourself to the madame Marie and you are given exactly 1 hour to bump off Frank and come up with a good alibi. Prior Dirty Deeds followed more or less the same basic outline but in this one the time limit doesn't give you the leisure to galavant around. It injects a bit of urgency into the series' established formula while putting pressure on you to get the weapons you need to kill, the items you need to plant for evidence and the answers you need from the brothel's denizens as quickly and efficiently as possible. It adds further challenge and justifies the game's bite-sized setting.
Things aren't as cut and dry in this sequel as the different characters now have limited schedules, move around and interact with other characters in wholesome, brothel-y ways which can eliminate options from your arsenal. Not even your potential victim will tank liquor and take a nap at the bar, so you've got to keep on track. Dialogue options are also further expanded, weapons more plentiful and varied and sticking to form you can inspect or interact with most pieces of the environment (even if only for some Resident Evil style text notations). This variation leads to a cornucopia of event, dialogue and ending outcomes that kept me coming back to put in over 5 hours of gameplay. Despite the brothel being a confining place, there's plenty more complexity in the Deed 2 which will lead me to calling out one of my least favorite points of earlier Deeds Done...
THE WALKING...good lord did walking get tedious in my past Deeds as I decided to delve into getting more and more outcomes. It made me at times want to leave you the Deed to my house because my certain suicide was imminent. I still got enough enjoyment out of doing my reverse evil sleuthing routine to reach varied outcomes but it got a certain kind of Deedious, err, tedious to a level that had me uninstalling Dynasty in a semi-moment of realization that included a mental exclamation of, "I just can't do this walking anymore for Crissakes." By cutting the fat from its main location, pressing some urgency on your goal and making you hunt down certain key characters because they've moved, The Deed 2 packs in all that was worth-keeping from prior Deeds (I suddenly jumped into a Deed theme and I'm sticking with it) and refines the material.
Presentation isn't a concern here, although the characters, environments and somewhat classic style adventure game portraits in the dialogue scenes are all appropriately fitting with the time period which is nice to see (hopefully another recent sleuthing game that I've played, Prognostic, follows in line with this as it moves out of Early Access). There's some dark, horror driven theme music from time to time but then you go back to the 1st floor bar and the jukebox is jovial, so there was more audio nuance to be found than your average RPG-Maker snoozefest. Heck, I was highly amused by the S & M moans of pain n' pleasure whenever you decide to try your game on the ladies of the brothel. You won't come away from the game singing the praises of outstanding A/V presentation but what's on display here is far above and beyond in quality over just how lazy RPG-Maker games can come off at their worst. Hey, I didn't torture you with bad Deed puns once in this paragraph. You know I'm your friend.
I really hope we get The Deed 3 because 2 is my favorite one yet. In my opinion the gameplay has been improved in every way and I feel that all of the changes were for the better. If point n' click, detective oriented stuff is your bread n' butter, then The Deed 2 is a nice addition to your Steam library (it's cheap too!). Besides, it lets you play on the seedy bad guy team of the armchair detectives league and for pulling it off on such a small scale, The Deed 2 is certainly worth a recommendation in my suspects book.
The game is a little difficult and the logics is not rigorous. The only trick is to obtain the information about the person to be framed, so that the hero can fabricate the motivation and the flaw of the character.
The game added some achievements that are difficult to trigger, some of which are waste of time.
I only found out last week that there were more games in 'The Deed' series, and I spent a little time every day since playing this. It's much more complex and interesting than the first, with a surprising amount of depth and lore to the cast. Really it's an improvement in every way, and I'm so happy to explore!

I want to love this game. The characters are interesting, and the way they go about the day more naturally is appealing. However, they have made this game ridiculously difficult without really any pay off. There are two windows of opportunity to murder Frank. The first one is next to impossible to do for no reason. You have a short window to get the murder weapon, frame someone else and by the time you've done that the window has already past. Even after looking up exactly how to do it, I was unable to do it with several attempts. Looking at other reviews it looks like I'm not alone in that either. With a few adjustments I would really enjoy this game. However as it stands now, I'm a bit disappointed as someone who has played the rest of the games in this series.
The first two games of this series were fine. But this one is just too much:
Spend over 30 mins talking to everybody about themselves and their opinion about everyone else. Do the deed. And then learn right at the start of the interrogation that defending yourself would now be pointless. Spend the next minutes hammering enter to skip the rest of the interrogation. This took me 38 mins. And I won't do it again.

I recommend The Deed for a simple, short and sweet game that it is. It let's the player do something that surprisingly I haven't seen in many games. Something that we've all fantasized about (or is that just me?): to get away with murder.
It was a very short game but it had many options, many ways of getting to the ending, many endings, many conversations to have etc etc... And all of that in a way that anyone could play. Anyone could pick it up and play, it was that simple.
The Deed II is more of the same. A lot more of the same because this game is a lot longer. The novelty ran out for me but the game is good. If you've played The Deed and want more, I think you'll enjoy this.

恶果系列可以说是将犯罪极限传统化，你需要制造作案动机、杀人凶器、不在场证明来误导警探，而The Deed II的[strike]可嫁祸[/strike]人物和凶器的选择乃至使用方式比起前作都更加丰富多样了，[spoiler]你甚至可以在杀人之余享受到“无与伦比”的COSPLAY服务[/spoiler]但感觉这一作已经不能称之为“恶果”，因为主角不但可以在杀人后选择毫无悔意地嘲讽甚至能够中途放弃杀人。
相比起这个主角复仇的故事，我还是更喜欢前作纯粹的为家产杀人而陷入无尽噩梦的设定。
