Personnellement j'ai beaucoup apprécié le jeu. Il tient ses attentes. Simple mais efficace. Systeme de combat normal au tour par tour basé sur la vitesse, jeu relativement "facile" donc pas rageant. Avec une histoire sympa.

Although this was a short game, it wasn't a bad game at all. I thought it was going to be a dull game due to it being made with RPG Maker, but it wasn't at all. The story was interesting, but it also felt like it was a bit rushed. I do feel that the side quests made up for what the story lacked, although I didn't find 10+ hours of quests like the bio says. (I played the game for over 20 hours, but I played it more than once and got 100% completion of the game, lol). I do plan on playing the game again, though.

Achievements didn't working. I didn't get any achievement even I had seen the ending. That's very annoying.
One hour after writing the review, I solved this problem myself. In case anyone encounters the same issue as me, here is the solution:
1. First, find the save file path: **C:\Users\[YourUserName]\AppData\Roaming\Vendetta**. If you have already started the game and saved it, but there are no save files (e.g., Save0.rvdata) here, your save files may actually be stored in: **C:\ProgramData\Vendetta**.
(If you can’t find them, you can search for files named "Save0.rvdata" on your C: drive.)
2. If you successfully locate the save files, copy the actual save files together with a folder named "resources" to the save file path: **C:\Users\[YourUserName]\AppData\Roaming\Vendetta**.
3. In the **C:\Users\[YourUserName]\AppData\Roaming\Vendetta** folder, create an additional new folder named "data". Then copy all files from the "resources" folder to the "save" folder—these files actually represent the achievements you have already earned.
4. Launch the game, load any save file, then exit the game. You will unlock the achievements you have already earned.

Why are the portrait sprites so inconsistent? The screenshots and trading cards show different portraits and a different name for the game (Vengeance Road II?).
Most of the assets are generic RPG maker assets which look quite ugly, and they make it difficult to see where I'm actually going. The music doesn't loop properly and sometimes doesn't loop at all, and the music is very generic. I think those are free assets as well.
The protag says "I have no reason to head in this direction" constantly, which is very annoying.
There are lots of instances of missing collision or missing tiles.
The story is both generic and predictable. They ruin a plot twist basically immediately.
There is basically no balancing at all. All the way through the game you're destroying everything with ease. Most bosses last only a couple of turns before dying.

Он был весь на английском и мне было лень переводить, но судя по происходящему был достаточно не плох в общих чертах и некоторых моментах. Так это наверное уже привычная история про спасение мира, но не со стороны великих героев.
[h2]МУЗЫКА/ГРАФИКА[/h2]
Пожалуй в большинстве базовый набор музыки и звуков из библиотеки RPGMaker, который слышали достаточно часто и много, если играли.
К сожалению в меню не применяется звуковой параметр для регулировки звука и вам нахрен вынесет уши.
Внешний вид нормальный, но количество лиц и вариаций получилось минимальным.

Привычный набор для игр на мейкере бегаем по карте, прокачиваемся с пошаговыми сражениями в бою. Дают 3 сложности на выбор: казульная, нормальная и сложная. Я решил просто поиграть и стартанул на казуальной ибо не хотел париться.
Видов врагов достаточно мало и сражения на такой сложности с мега боссами заканчиваются на 3-ем ударе мечом. Ну в принципе многого не ждал. За врагов золото здесь не выдают, только опыт. Деньги можно получить за сайд квесты и перепродажу вещей.
Автор пожалуй переборщил с ветвистостями локаций и их размерами. Город Ironhorn не даст соврать, где вам придётся пилить очень далеко до замка и из замка. Скорость дополнительно никак не увеличить, кроме стандартного спринта, а бегать приходится очень много. Жаль нельзя выучить прыжок с перекатом, для более быстрого передвижения.

[*] Слишком огромные локации. Персонаж двигается не слишком быстро из-за чего я сразу пересел на программу для решения данной проблемы и конечно стало лучше.
[*] Очень не хватает любых видов меток. Чтобы найти сайд квест, нужно пробежать всю локацию и прокликать каждого NPC. Если вы не дай бог забудете у кого брали будете снова бегать.
[*] Обязательно возвращаться назад через всю локацию. Прошли в одну сторону до цели, теперь бежим обратно.
[*] На некоторых картах буду ответвления, которые просто ведут в никуда. Можно и секрет было положить.
[*] Находил места, где нет коллизий - это не страшно, но они есть.
[*] После открытия дракона для полётов его можно посадить не в том месте и вы застрянете без возможности снова его оседлать. Это фиаско и только noclip в программе меня спас.
[*] На миссии в особняке можно тупо не найти вход в библиотеку и так и бегать по нему. Что на самом деле я и делал 20 минут, пока рандомно не ткнулся в угол, что казался мне углом без перехода.

Купил её ещё в 2018г за 15р со скидкой в 12р. Господи душим игры за 15р без смс и регистрации. Скажем так, что я слишком много поиграл в играх на RPGMaker и геймплей должен в них быть лучшей частью, ведь в нём мы и проведём большую часть. Вот я играю час и у меня ощущения скуки, которая только и копилась. По итогу потратил на полное прохождение 5ч с ноклипами и ускорениями передвижения. По факту здесь и нет контента на 5ч, можно было скукожить игру до 2-3ч и она была бы куда лучше.

Игре стоит дать шанс, особенно, если купили ее со скидкой/ Цена и качество в состоянии баланса. Проходится в 2-3 присеста. Я потратил на сюжетное прохождение и часть сайд-квестов ~ 10 часов. Перевода на русский или любой другой язык нет. Оценивал игру в отрыве от какой-либо актуальной информации о разработчиках. Если любите игры про средневековье, игры на RPG-maker'е, то [i] берите однозначно [/i]
Я сомневаюсь, что эта инди-игра будет интересна, учитывая % выбитых достижений у игроков. И тем не менее:

Игру купил в 2018 году за 3-7 рублей, со скидкой. Но смог пройти только сейчас, так как 6 лет назад между нами был языковой барьер. Сейчас думаю, что нынешний уровень английского низкий, если смог пройти игру и понять суть и сюжет.
И ещё кое-что. Игре повезло выйти в 2016 году, до наплыва в стиме низкокачественного порно-контента для тех, кто любит побить мясо. Хотя намёк на эротику тут тоже есть, куда уж без этого.

К группе присоединятся команда наёмников Ночных мечей (Night swords). Переворот не удаётся... А дальше начинается геймплей и много текста.
Банальность не только в завязке, но ещё и в дальнейших поворотах сюжета, например [spoiler] брата Суры никто не убивал, это была его многоходовочка [/spoiler] [spoiler] власть хорошая, а причина бедствий королевства - придворный маг [/spoiler] [spoiler] главный силовик переходит на сторону добра, потому что вдруг понимает, что всё не так просто... - простой сюжет, а мотивация антагониста - слабая сторона, не поверил в мотивацию,
- потому не почувствовал привязанности к героям, тоски, когда они в финальной сцене разошлись кто куда
- слишком большие локации, которые местами запутаны в лабиринты с тупиками
- избыток предметов для баффов и восстановления хп и маны
- команда сформирована до начала игры, никого нового добавить в пати нельзя

- лорды по дизайну выбиваются из общей атмосферы [spoiler] как и финальный босс [/spoiler]
- странно, что после неудавшейся революции мы можем свободно ходить по карте

Можно устроить мощный paзъё6 с критикой и быть полностью правым, хотя бы по соотношению + и - , но у меня сейчас хорошее настроение для этого. Да и не появилось негативных эмоций от игры (а вот от Elden RIng'а и ЛМР появились). Надеюсь, что разрабы продолжили своё развитие в игровой индустрии, так как потенциал есть. 3/5.

[u]Recommendation[/u]: A pretty solid console-style RPG with lots of side quests, a reasonably complex story, really big maps, easy leveling, and odd character art.
This is a fun little RPG maker title that was pretty much on par with what I expected. I really liked the music and some of the boss battles were tough but enjoyable. I was able to finish the main quest in about 4 hours, but I'm sure if you went through the side quests it could likely double the amount of playtime. Didn't encounter any glitches, graphics are all functional but don't expect to be blown away since this is more of a budget title. Buy it on sale for sure, but even for $2 this is a fun way to kill an afternoon if you enjoy similar small scale RPG titles.
It's a very bare-bones RPG maker game. There is no nudity or adult ccontent. The girls on the cover makes no appearance or relevance to the game.
But it's not a bad deal for a perfect game in about 6 hours.

The visual style of this game seems... an odd juxtaposition.
The dialogue is incredibly well-written. There was an emphasis on creating a large world with plenty of secrets and side quests. The plot is cohesive and the devs did a good job of presenting their story in an engaging way. All of these things are great! It's just an odd contrast to... both female party members running around in lingerie.
I'm not *complaining* mind you, it's just a little odd as a design decision.
The combat system was inoffensive; not terribly challenging, but it didn't need to be. The story carries the overall experience rather well. The questlog does a good job of relaying your next step to move the plot forward.
The music is very pleasant. Solid recommendation if you like to read and/or enjoy RPG Maker games.

It delivered
Its a short but fun experience to be honest. Dont expect a serious or well detailed story but it gets the job done. Quests are simple, it has a journal and most important, it shows what new equipment will make your characters stronger. I give it 8/10, no issues when playing it, I just wish it was a bit longe because it was really fun.

I am 32 years old.
My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old.
When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing.
Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side.
With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay.
After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like.
Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends.
Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together.
Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.

I don't recommend this game. Not because it has issues, it's just not fun.
I cannot recommend this game on the ground of stability issues. In 3 hours of playing, it froze twice, causing my entire PC to hang endlessly, and making me force restart manually.
I wanted to like this game, the story was interesting, but being unable to even play through the main scenario in 2 consecutive days, I cannot give this a thumbs up.
Pretty good story line and fun game play. Also, the price you cannot beat!

O jogo é muito previsível e fácil demais.
As classes não fazem muito jus, no final todos usam a opção de ataque físico que é mais rápida e mais forte.

Storm of Spears é um jogo indie feito no RPG Maker VX.
A história tem uma sinopse interessante e começa bem, mas acaba sendo muito apressada na parte final. Os personagens (com exceção da protagonista), são rasos e pouco desenvolvidos, porém há alguns side-quests no final onde o passado deles são mais explorado.
Gráficos são decentes (se levar em conta as limitações do RPG Maker VX e seu estilo "quadradão") e o jogo evita usar o RTP (gráficos e sons padrões da engine). Os personagens são num estilo parecido com os do RPG Maker XP ao invés de usarem o padrão chibi do RMVX. Uma coisa que não ficou muito boa foram as imagens de rostos dos personagens que aparecem nas caixas de dialogo (facesets), pois não combinam muito com o gráfico do boneco (charset) e aparentemente não faziam parte da primeira versão do jogo (dá pra notar pelas cartas colecionáveis).
No mais, Storm of Spears é um jogo de RPG Maker bem mediano, além de curto e fácil. Mas também é barato, possui conquistas fáceis e eu o considero melhor (ou menos pior) que outros jogos do mesmo desenvolvedor, como "The Chosen" (pelos gráficos e por ser um jogo completo) e "Subterra" (por ter sidequests). Fora que a história, mesmo com suas falhas, ainda é melhor do que algo genérico do tipo "sou o escolhido e tenho que derrotar o demônio com uma espada lendária" usado nos dois jogos citados acima.
Tem vários jogos de RPG Maker melhores, mas pelo menos para mim Storm of Spears é um jogo "legalzinho" e valeu o que foi pago. Recomendo.

I am a 45 yo father, probably one of the oldest people playing this game. I am a single father to my Son, who is 14 now. My son got this game from his uncle, so we installed it on his computer and he started playing. By the end of the week he had 24 hours on this game. This was horrible for me, as it was already hard for me to find ways to spend time with my son, as he is always out with his friends or just watching YouTube. So I decided to make a Steam account and get this game to see if I could maybe play alongside him. I loaded into the game, picked my character and world and started playing but I was stuck on what you where supposed to do. I asked my Son for help and he hosted a game for me to join. I loved it as it was the best time I had spent with my Son since my wife had died. This game has ever since brought me and my son closer again and now we actually spend time together outside the house together as well. This game reminded me that there's fun to be had in everything, and it has brought both me and my Son many happy memories.

feels like a my first rpgmaker game as others have said. I find the combat can be exploited pretty easily and the world exploration is super boring. Not worth the time to play even though the price of the game is very cheap
Storm of Spears may be another generic RPG Maker game, however this one isn’t too bad. In fact, I actually enjoyed it. It has some original assets, a decent story, and some optional content.
The weakest part is the combat. Each party member only has a limited selection of skills, so it’s not hard to figure out what works best. Also, it’s not balanced. For example, the wizard strongest attack is the default one, making his skills useless. The game is easy overall, with only the final boss throwing a few surprises at you. At least there’re no random encounters, you can pick your battles on the field.
But other than that, it’s not too bad. You have big dungeons to explore for treasure, although some locations, like the final town, are a bit too big to travel. The sprites don’t really match the character art, and I think its because this game was originally called Vengeance Road. If you check the Steam Trading Cards, they have that title, with matching art. Those anime girls’ portraits just make no sense. They’re just there for boobs. Also, “Vengeance Road” actually makes sense for the title. No character can even equip a spear, so “Storm of Spears” is just silly. Also, the girl in the cover is nowhere to be seen.
That aside, the game is cheap, even without a sale, so is it worth your time? Well, there sure are a lot of better RPGs available, even using the RPG Maker engine. However, there are also a lot of worse ones. This one sits in the middle. It may be generic, but I enjoyed it, and it’s a cheap pick if you have nothing else to play.
Great RPG with a good narrative. Really enjoying it so far. There are some minor text and other bugs but nothing game breaking.

Итак, начнем ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ:
Этап № 1
Для приготовления сметанника необходимо испечь два коржа — светлый и темный. Для начала готовим светлый корж. Берем 2 яйца, добавляем к ним 0,5 стакана сахара и тщательно взбиваем.
Этап № 2
В глубокую миску выливаем 0,5 стакана сметаны, высыпаем 1 ч. л. соды и хорошо перемешиваем до тех пор, пока сметана не увеличится в объеме вдвое. После этого выливаем сметану к яичной массе и перемешиваем. Добавляем муку и слегка взбиваем тесто.

Выливаем тесто в форму и выпекаем в течение 30–35 минут в духовке при 180 градусах. Корж должен хорошо пропечься, проверяем его готовность с помощью деревянной шпажки или зубочистки.

Готовим темный корж по такому же рецепту. Единственное отличие — добавляем в муку 1,5 ст. л. какао-порошка. Выпекаем до готовности.

Оставляем коржи остывать, готовим сметанный крем. К 2 стаканам сметаны добавляем стакан сахара и тщательно взбиваем.
Этап № 6
Коржи разрезаем вдоль, чтобы их стало вдвое больше. Начинаем собирать торт: нижний корж смазываем кремом, выкладываем второй корж и так далее. Чтобы сметанник был нежнее, смазываем кремом боковые стороны. Оставляем торт на 6–8 часов или на ночь в холодильнике, чтобы крем застыл, а коржи хорошо пропитались.

For a short game at just around 10 hours Storm of Spears is a throwback RPG with a light story and old style combat. Don't expect anything unique or new to the genre and treat it as the throwback experience it is meant to be. It's fun but good that it ends when it does - otherwise it would feel more drawn out without having more depth.
It should also be noted that this game was also targeted by the groups who were marking games with anime art as hentai, sexual content, mature, and so on. This game is none of these things.
Обыкновенное поделие с РПГ мейкера. Даже пытаться играть смысла нет, ибо все подобные игры одинаковы как на подбор. Единственное ради чего человек бы стал на это тратить время, так ради сюжета. Но камо-о-0-он, здесь ведь не будет приятных глазу катсценок, разве что почти полностью статичные изображения покажут и то не факт.
P.S.: в игре даже не присутствует адекватного меню с опциями, а то что она предлагает запускается в окне игры, отчего получается что мышкой там ничего не прожать, а только мудохаться на клавиатуре.

Господи, зачем я купил 4 игры RPG Maker от “Senpai Studios”, это ведь такая лютая фигня… Бесконечные пустые и бессмысленные диалоги, которые игра не даст вам пропустить! Сюжет и диалоги тут унылые и скучные! "Сексуальный континент" и "игра для взрослых" — этого тоже в игре нет! Я потратил почти 6 часов своей жизни, чтобы получить 100% достижений, и за это время контента я не увидел! Обычный проходняк, который можно купить ради прокачки значка до 5-го уровня и достижений. Игру не рекомендую! 2из10!

It's am RPG Maker RPG with all the classic elements of RPGs from days past. An evil kingdom ruining everyone's life? Check. An ancient evil that must be destroyed? Check. Half naked female armor? Check. It wasn't the worst at at 6 to 10 hours based on if you do the side quest, it was the appropriate amount of time sink. Not the worst game you will play. (I received it as a gift from a friend so I can't even complain about the price).

I'm personally not much of a fun of rpg maker games, but this one felt especially egregious. It had a lot of stability issues. It just seems like it was made to hit every cliche it could while doing nothing new. It's 2 dollars, so I guess that explains why.
