This game is genuinely so freaking garbage dude. I pre-ordered it, since I had a lot of fun playing the other south park games that were 2d, but this one really didn't make it to that level of enjoyment. Here's some of the reasons why.

-The game is only like, a few hours of playtime, and MIGHT be better with friends, but even then, who's paying 30-50$ on a game that's only fun with other people?!?

The 3d models of the characters seem really weird compared to the actual show (which is understandable, but they're still pretty ugly..)

The Combat is repetitive and annoying to deal with, there's only a very small selection of weapons, and they all SUCK unless if you get a bunch of abilities to upgrade them, and even then they're still mediocre.

Out of all the game's that I own on steam, this one is the one that i wish i could refund. So please, person who's reading this, do not buy this game. Thank you.

Ладно, вы решили пойти другим путем, не в пошаговую стратежку. Ладно, вы сделали наискучнейший геймплей, с кучей жирных врагов, бои с которыми не приносят никакого удовольствия. Это еще можно было бы потерпеть. Но насколько же наплевательски нужно относиться к игрокам, выпуская игру, где в каждой миссии не обходится без багов: звуки то нормально, то тихо; элементы интерфейса, которые забагались и не пропадают; боты, которые застревают в текстурах; управление, которое будто специально делалось неудобным. Удивительно, что у игры смешанные отзывы, а не негативные. Какие замечательные были 2 предыдущие части, а тут такое (я понимаю, что делала другая студия)

Перед обзором хотелось бы поблагодарить создателя руссификатора wol.su без него бы этот обзор бы не вышел да и я в целом бы не поиграл в юп день снега.
1)Повествование
После прохождения на 100 процентов это игра оставила у меня неприятные ощущения т.к вся игра это принеси подай иди на и не мешай, или зачистка миллионов аванпостов.И что меня взбесило это 3d, вот зачем надо отступать от фирменной рисовки и делать эту парашу,но это далеко не единственный минус начиная от сюжета(про который мы сейчас поговорим) заканчивая отвратительной боевкой которая под конец игры меня zaebala с 1 комбо и 6 оружиями(и 2 в длс).

2)Сюжет
Сюжет самая важная составляющая таких игр на подобии южного парка и честно я уже пропустил достаточно много сезонов и думал что после прохождения захочу посмотреть их всех,но нет.
Игра начинается с того что южный парк накрыл снежный шторм и начался pizdec,но пацаны этому рады по этому переодеваются в палку истины, и идут на улицу где нам зачитывают ''очень смешную шутку"" мол в прошлых играл мы становились слишком жесткими и поэтому убрали привычную всем систему прокачки и сделали максимально убогую где для прокачки о которой чуть позже.Ну а после по канонам 1 части картман валит все на кайла мол это он наложил заклинание тот нас отговаривает,но по итогу бьём кайла он говорит что это стэн и он шёл с ним разбираться,далее идём за стэном,нам преграждает путь Кенни и бьём уже ее после как нетрудно догадаться бьём стэна,он говорит что тёмная материя тот самый предмет прокачки и когда истинный враг раскрыт картман по канонам уже 2 части нас предает и мы бьем уже его, но он также говорит что все из за тёмной материи. После толпой идём за главным злодеем мистером syka Хэнки персонаже 1997 года. Но из-за того что картман в 4 главе напоил всех тёмной материей теперь все на стороне Хэнки. В миллионный раз бьём xyevo тучу врагов и добираемся до хэнки после чего должны его убить, но нас naebivaet хэнки и забирает всю нашу материю.И становиться огромным govnom после чего бьём его и возвращаемся в крепость купы.После снег тает к пацанам подлетает Иисус и говорит мол когда хэнки напился писал непристойности в твиттере и его за этого выгнали.Пацаны извинились они помирились и договорились устаривать снежный день иногда,все Хэппи энд.Худший сюжет так как помимо того что проходиться часа за 3-4 так и максимально скучный в отличии от прошлых частей и прикол что катсцена в начале и в конце 2d ахахах,я описал максимально кратко так как там кучу гринда о котором мы щас и поговорм.

3)Гринд его тут настолько много что отпадает желание играть так как чтобы попасть к боссу по меньшей мере 6 аванпостов врагов нужно yebat и из-за этого в конце игры ты максимально zaebalca.

4)Система прокачки максимально убогая для которой в очередной раз нужно мочить кучу врагов да и прокачка тут такая себе ведь она ничего толком не даёт.

5)Боевка это просто пздц всего 6 оружий и 2 в длс за за такую конскую сумму в игре за 30 баксов, ну а помимо этого тут всего 1 комбо от которое я на 2 час игры zaebalca.

6)Карты и ульты это реально над чем постарались анимации очень красивые за это +rep(это единственный плюс)

7)Итог игра не стоит вашего времени и не вздумайте в неё играть,если уж и хотите поиграть в юп то только в прошлые части так как эта мусор. Надеюсь в будущем ещё выйдет достойная игра по юп

Honestly, this just feels overpriced for what it is. £24.99 for five levels is rough, especially when you can get through them pretty quickly. It doesn’t feel like a full game, more like something that should’ve launched cheaper or as a side release. I only picked it up on sale, and even then it still felt a bit thin.

The biggest issue is how it plays solo. The whole thing is clearly built for four players, but if you’re on your own you just get stuck with bots that basically do everything for you. There’s barely any challenge because they carry you through fights, which ends up making the game feel boring instead of fun.

Then there’s the art style. Moving South Park into 3D just doesn’t work. It loses that classic look the show is known for and ends up feeling kind of generic. It doesn’t have the same charm at all.

Overall, it’s not awful, but it’s definitely not worth full price. Feels like a missed opportunity more than anything.

This actually feels like a classic 2010's video game, which is rare to come by nowadays.

Buy the deluxe on sale, use a keyboard and mouse, and play on hard mode.

Base price isn't worth it, controller gameplay is bad compared to KB&M, and hard mode makes it playable

Many people say this game is just some cash grab and that it's really buns and unprofessional but all I want to say in response to those reviews is that the creators of South Park are primarily TV Show creators and NOT video game creators and that even their past games had lots of coding assistance which has left it with glitches as well, and furthermore 3D games take longer time to develop than 2D games that they're used to creating from the past. Now to what I actually have to say about the game itself: the main story IS incredibly short, and the game DOES have a lot of DLC which may look like a cash grab, but the main base game without extra DLC purchased is STILL fun, since replaying the game after beating it on any difficulty allows for infernal packs to be enabled for faster reward gain, and the dark matter system adding more game mechanics to your runs.

Titre : SOUTH PARK SNOW DAY! – Putain ce nouveau style déchire grave mais trop court 😍❄️

Évaluation : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Franchement SOUTH PARK SNOW DAY! c'est INCROYABLE. J'adore complètement cette nouvelle direction en 3D coop avec la neige partout, les gamins qui se bastonnent avec des pouvoirs de fou et cette ambiance chaos total. C'est du pur South Park mais dans un style totalement différent des anciens et j'KIFFE ça !

🎮 Ce nouveau style c'est du génie
Le passage au 3D action coop c'est juste parfait. Fini les RPG au tour par tour, là t'es direct dans l'action avec tes potes, tu balances des attaques spéciales, tu débloques des équipements chelous, tu fais des combos... C'est nerveux, c'est fun, et ça colle grave à l'esprit South Park. Les dialogues, les situations débiles, les cinématiques hilarantes – tout y est mais remis au goût du jour.

J'adore comment ils ont osé changer complètement de formule tout en gardant l'âme de la série. Cartman qui gueule, Kyle qui râle, Stan qui essaie de calmer le jeu – c'est du pur bonheur à voir bouger en 3D avec cette neige partout ❄️

⚔️ Les points qui manquent vs les anciens
Les combats sont moins riches que dans South Park: The Stick of Truth et South Park: The Fractured but Whole. Là c'est plus "spam attaque + spéciale quand cooldown" alors qu'avant t'avais des tonnes de compétences, des builds variés, un vrai côté stratégique. On sent qu'ils auraient pu aller beaucoup plus loin.

Pas d'open world comme dans les anciens – t'explorais partout, tu découvrais des trucs, tu te baladais librement dans South Park. Ici c'est plus linéaire, ça manque cette liberté.

Aucun collectible non plus – dans les anciens t'avais plein de trucs à chercher (Bobbleheads, China Problems, etc.) qui donnaient envie de fouiller partout. Ici zéro chasse au trésor.

⏱️ TROP COURT putain 😩
Le jeu c'est super court. Tu finis la campagne en quelques heures et après... bah c'est fini. J'aurais voulu :

plus de chapitres

plus de missions secondaires délirantes

un vrai endgame avec des défis

C'est frustrant parce que l'univers est parfait, le style est parfait, mais ça s'arrête trop vite. J'ai eu l'impression d'en vouloir le double facile.

😍 MAIS À PART ÇA : ZÉRO REPROCHE
Vraiment, à part ces points (combats light, pas d'open world, pas de collectibles, trop court), le jeu est NICKEL de A à Z :

✅ L'univers South Park parfait

✅ Nouvelle direction qui déchire

✅ Coop super fun avec les potes

✅ Graphismes cartoon impeccables

✅ Humour hilarant à chaque dialogue

C'est exactement ce que j'attendais et même plus. Les devs ont pris des risques avec ce changement de style et franchement ils ont tout déchiré.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – INCROYABLE. J'adore ce nouveau style South Park, l'univers est parfait... mais moins profond que Stick of Truth / Fractured but Whole (open world, collectibles, combats), et trop court. À PART ÇA AUCUN REPROCHE. J'en veux encore ! ❄️🔥

Ich hab die anderen beiden Teile super gern gespielt, weil es genau die Serie eingefangen hat und der Stil der gleiche war. Leider bereitet dieses spiel mir aufgrund der 3D-Grafik nur kopfschmerzen und sieht meiner meinung nach furchtbar aus. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass es von dem Stil und der Grafik wie die anderen beiden Spiel ist. Ich hoffe es kommt nochmal ein Spiel von der Reihe mit dem normalen Southpark Stil.

J'ai vraiment attendu avant d'acheter ce jeu. En voyant les premières vidéos, il me déplaisait déjà un peu et, étant un grand fan des anciens opus, je me doutais qu'il allait me décevoir. Mais comme je suis un fan inconditionnel de South Park, je ne pouvais tout simplement pas passer à côté de ce titre.

Pourtant, le constat est là : ayant fait les deux précédents, celui-ci n'a strictement rien à voir avec ce à quoi nous avons été habitués.

Je ne l'ai vraiment pas aimé parce que ce n'est plus un monde ouvert. Il y a beaucoup moins de possibilités d'exploration et on oublie les objets cachés par la même occasion. La progression est aussi assez pénible : les quêtes s'enchaînent par paliers, et si l'on échoue, il faut tout recommencer du début. Il m'est même arrivé de devoir recommencer des missions de manière totalement aléatoire.

Côté ambiance, je trouve qu'il y a certes des dialogues crus, mais cet opus est largement moins gore que les autres. C'est un gros point négatif qui risque de dégoûter certains fans de la série.

Concernant le gameplay, on est sur un mode "bourrinage" où, parfois, on ne comprend même plus sur qui on tape. Le plus gros point noir pour moi reste la perte du tour par tour. On perd vraiment l'âme RPG des précédents épisodes, notamment sur l'amélioration du niveau des équipements et des armes.

Les seuls points positifs que je retiens sont la VF intégrale et le passage à la 3D.

Ma conclusion : S'ils en font un quatrième, ils devraient mélanger la VF et la 3D de ce titre avec le mode RPG en monde ouvert des anciens volets.

the gameplay itself along with the multiplayer aspect IS fun but can be a bit grindy with the perk list that it supplies you with BUT i wouldnt call this a south park game, compare it to stick of truth and fractured but whole where they make you basically play out an episode with your own character. Where as in snow day it feels as there was a whole nother game hidden under all the south park assets (aka it feels like a mod) its a 3D game the whole way through, it even makes sure to include your custom character in every cutscene but after beating the very underwhelming final boss fight it cuts back to a 2D form where your character is missing and the final boss you defeated appears again like nothing happened, to summerise it CAN be a good game if the genre is to your liking but dont get sucked into it only because of the IP

This game is a return to form for South Park games, which if you know anything about their games prior to Stick of Truth is not good.

Remember how the first South Park game was an ugly directionless 3D game that played terrible? I 'member (little South Park reference for you) and this game is very reminiscent of that, especially in the sense that it sucks.

I figured even if the gameplay was just meh I would still play this to continue the story of the New Kid, whom I am now invested in greatly, but the issue is that this game barely even has a story, and the gameplay is so terrible that I genuinely can't even force myself to keep going. I read all the reviews, anyone saying this game is "fine" is lying, I refuse to believe anyone can play this and not hate it.

So is there anything redeeming about this game? No.
Nothing. This game has one good thing, and it's that the map looks nice because snow is pretty, but that in no way subtracts from how genuinely awful this game is. I wasted my money on this (I'm refunding it because it's dookie fart) and I implore anyone reading this to just not bother, let them take the financial loss on this game and hopefully they'll make another good South Park game in a few years. Stick of Truth struck gold, it was so good. Fractured But Whole was also really fun, story was amazing, even if I wasn't as big of a fan of the combat system.

South Park is literally my favorite show of all time and I have 100s of hours replaying the first 2 game across the last 3 Xbox generations and on steam so despite the negative reviews i still wanted to give this one a try. And its just kind of boring for a south park game. Not a big fan of beat 'em ups or hack and slashes but i wasn't a big RPG fan when i played the first 2 games and ended up loving them. But this game just doesn't have anything going for it. Its not really funny which hurts me to say. The intro to the game was really the only enjoyment i got out of the hour i played. Just basic quests like go here and beat these people up and then go there and beat these people up and now here's a cutscene. The 3d world and character design feels so wrong to look at. Like, south park always has snow. But seeing a 3d open world of it... its all snow. The whole map is just snow. Every location is boring. Every enemy looks the same. South Park just doesn't fit a 3d aesthetic in my opinion. It takes the charm away from the simplistic design the show has. Wish steam would just add the old 360 arcade games like Tenormans Revenge or the tower defense game.

Even though I think this game gets a lot of unnecessary hate for not just being another sequel to the Stick of Truth RPGs I still don't think its a good game. I don't blame them for wanting to try to do something new but this game is not it. The graphics are really underwhelming and the animations suck, the switch to 3D is something I think could work but not with how little effort it looks was put into it, this game looks like something I would see in Dreams not a full fledged release. And combat and movement are so weird and clunky, you move and attack so slow and you barely do any damage so even the smallest encounters just turn into a slogfest. Writing wise it feels fine, still feels like a south park game but with the focus on gameplay as opposed to dialogue and exploration you get like a cutscene once in a while and that's it. Kenny's bossfight is the only gameplay section that actually feels like there was any attempt at humor put into it, the rest are just generic RPG bosses with a south park coat of paint.

To sum it up a really mediocre game that gets a lot of undeserved hate for trying something new, but also does not deserve any praise for what it's delivered.

I always like this game. I beat it on the PlayStation now I'm playing it on PC. I was always wondering why this game is such harsh negative reviews. And I get it stick of truth and fractured but hole are way better! But this game was a lot of fun! I still had a blast playing it the first time. Also the 3D models look really good and I do think South Park Works in this 3D Style. Would like to see the people that make this make a open World style South Park game that would be fun.

The hate this game gets is unjustified. While there are definitely aspects of this game that could be improved the game as a whole is a very fun and unique twist from the previous south park games. This game is not like Fractured But Whole or Stick Of Truth so if you know that going into the game it will make it more fun. If you like south park and go into this game with an open mind you will enjoy it.

This is genuinely one of the WORST games I have ever had the displeasure of playing. Half of the time you can't hear the character's voices, and the gameplay is terrible. It basicaly forces you to have at least one other player, because the NPC's it gives your are so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and don't do anything other than die. Each level takes like 40 minutes WITHOUT checkpoints so if you die, you have to start all the way from the beginning. Not to mention the fact that sometimes, parts of the levels are just gone for some reason. It's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ gameplay loop, an incredibly short game, and a complete waste of time and $30. Would not reccomend to anyone without a missing chromosome or someone with an unhealthy obsession with south park. Stick of truth and fractured but whole are infinitely better tha this heap of garbage.

SOUTH PARK: SNOW DAY! es South Park agarrando una bola de nieve, poniéndole una espada mágica encima y diciendo: “esto es Acción/Aventura ahora, cállate y rueda”. La propuesta es clara: combate en tercera persona con vibra Hack and Slash, humor negro, parodia y ese caos caricaturesco que parece inocente hasta que recuerda que South Park nunca ha sido inocente.

La primera impresión es un “ok, esto se siente como un juego hecho para reírse… y para pegarle a cosas”. Entre magia, fantasía y chistes que cruzan líneas con la elegancia de un camión sin frenos, el encanto está en que no intenta ser serio. El problema es que, cuando el chiste baja, lo que queda es el esqueleto de un juego de acción que necesita más carne.

Tiene Un jugador y también Multijugador/Cooperativo (incluido en línea), así que la idea es clara: si te aburres solo, trae amigos para que al menos el sufrimiento sea compartido y con risas.

❌ Solo 32 logros: para un juego con enfoque a acción y rejuego, el checklist se siente cortito 🏆
❌ Si vienes esperando profundidad de rol de acción “seria”, aquí el “rol” es interpretar a un niño haciendo desastres… otra vez 🎲
❌ El gancho depende mucho del humor; si no te da risa, el gameplay queda expuesto como muñeco sin relleno 🧵

SOUTH PARK: SNOW DAY! es un juego “Bueno” en el sentido más South Park posible: te hace reír mientras te lanza nieve a la cara y luego te pregunta si esperabas excelencia. Como acción/aventura cumple, como comedia suele acertar, y como experiencia cooperativa mejora cuando hay compañía para amplificar el caos.

Ahora, el elefante en la habitación: 20 jugadores actuales. Eso habla más fuerte que cualquier trailer. Si tu plan era vivir de la comunidad, aquí la “multitud” cabe en un elevador. Aun así, con 2974 recomendaciones totales, queda claro que hay un público que lo disfrutó: principalmente el que viene por la sátira y no por un sistema de combate que quiera entrar a una competencia.

En resumen: si te gusta South Park y toleras que el gameplay sea el vehículo (no la estrella), lo vas a pasar bien. Si eres de los que exige que el chiste venga acompañado de profundidad, aquí vas a encontrar nieve… y debajo, pasto medio pelón.

If there were a mixed rating option, I would give this game that. If you just want a follow-up to SoT or TFBW, this game is not for you. The story is almost nonexistent, and all of the turn-based RPG elements that made the previous games so loveable are abandoned in favor of the real-time combat present here.

However, the game is not nearly as bad as some of the reviews would have you believe. You DO have to think at least a little when you're fighting waves of enemies; this game isn't one you can just button mash through. I do like the different loadouts that you can use, although it does seem like some options are more useful than others. I did feel that the mid-level upgrades could've been more varied, though.

That being said, playing this gave me the impression that the focus wasn't on being a South Park game. Maybe if I had friends to play this with I would've seen it all the way through.
