Порог вхождения нелегкий, нужно поумирать и поизучать мир. В ру сегменте почти нет мануалов для старта(лично я не находил), поэтому сначала бродите сами, используйте все что найдете и смотрите на поведение роботов.
Но, как только что-то поймете, то игра немного пойдет вам навстречу(ощутите это найденными предметами), и в то же время будет усложняться по ходу вашего прогресса.
Удачи, оно того стоит, если вам с первых секунд понравилась атмосфера.
It's a nice game, but the Multiplayer seems to be broken a bit, and it could possibly do with some changes, i know its an old game, a good one, but the MP is a bit scuffed in my opinion.

I went into this game genuinely excited, but it didn’t take long for that enthusiasm to evaporate. The enemy AI is, without exaggeration, one of the weakest aspects of the entire experience. Enemies either stand still waiting to be shot, run in straight lines like they’re following a script from 2005, or get stuck on the environment in ways that completely break immersion. There’s no sense of strategy, no adaptation, no tension — just predictable patterns that make every encounter feel like a chore rather than a challenge.
Unfortunately, the gameplay doesn’t do much to compensate. It’s painfully repetitive, offering the same loop over and over with almost no variation. What should have been exciting combat scenarios quickly turn into mindless button‑mashing sessions. Even the missions that try to mix things up fall flat because the core mechanics lack depth and creativity. After a couple of hours, I found myself playing out of obligation rather than enjoyment.
In the end, the game feels like a missed opportunity. With better AI and more engaging gameplay design, it could have been something memorable. Instead, it’s just disappointingly dull. If you’re looking for a dynamic, challenging experience, this one is hard to recommend.

um jogo da minha infancia, lembro de ter traumas e pesadelos com esse jogo, conheci atraves do cazum... o sentimento de estar sendo de fato caçado que nem o nome diz é incrivel, quando criança nao consegui reunir os meteoros, entao apenas vi os bixos mais basicos atraves do tempo de survival, e ainda assim, foi uma experiencia muito bala, lembro do sentimento de escutar passos roboticos perto e gelar, com medo de ser spottado, ver os baloes de ar quente te caçando com luzes, os caçadores te vendo, dando tiro e atraindo ainda mais robos por perto, os corvos voando e fazendo som pra te spottar... os tentaculos emergindo da agua quando fiquei muito tempo nelas, e por fim, os motoqueiro la, slk, me tremi todo escutando uns barulho parecendo tiro e vendo ele passando pelas estradas me caçando, slk, medo... esses eu vi anos atras, agora rejogando, meudeus... simplesmente uma criatura imensa maior que as arvores, me spottando facilmente com seus dois caes de caça, slk... os caçadores de doze que ficam cantarolando e setando armadilhas de urso enquanto te caça... aquele grandao que nao ataca a menos que atacado ou que voce roube algo perto dele, que sai destruindo tudo, aguentando fodendo 4 tiros de doze (munição aq é escassa pra porra) e ate mesmo uma dynamite, sendo parado nem por armadilhas de urso, aterrorizante... ou aquele espantalho, que apesar de inofensivo, ao ativar, fica teleportando pras costas do jogador, alertando todos robos perto da posição e continuamente a menos que faça que nem os anjos de doctor who e se afaste enquanto olha pra eles... bem, apesar de bem datado, tem umas mecanis mt daora, o stealth é bom, o survival funciona, os mapas sao grandes e vazios, mas nao de forma ruim, voce sente tensao o tempo todo, buscando nao fazer som ou ficar muito exposto, se tiver sobrando grana e tiver em promoção, definitivamente vale, apesar de nao valer o full price

Враги бьют сильно и далеко, убежать от них удается редко (примерно в 20% случаев), когда они знают где ты, отвлечь их предметами спрятавшись не удастся, просто спрятаться тем более.
Оружие дела не меняет, наоборот выстрелы привлекают еще врагов. Для того чтоб умереть достаточно чтоб в тебя попали 4 раза, так что погибнуть не сложно и в перестрелке с одним роботом.
И особенно бесит рандомная перестановка врагов после смерти, там где в прошлый раз врагов было 1-2, а может и вообще не было, после смерти может разом проходить уже 12
I bought it when it came out and it was so much fun in co-op and trying to sneak around and not get found out by the robothunters.
+ Very good atmosphere and scary
+ You can generate new islands easily with the seed system
- Devs broke the multiplay system with a strange "Update" that was more of a "Downdate", me and a friends struggled so much to get it to work. At one point I think we tried to use Radmin or Hamachi, not 100% sure. Just remember we uninstalled it and feelt angry about that they developers seemed to on purpose break this supergood game to get people to buy their new game with similar content but far inferior gameplay and atmosphere.
Now its also lister under "Singleplayer" even though the intended gameplayloop allways was a co-op experience.
Its sad.
I have such fond memories with this game, the first early access game I ever supported. I love the unique concept.

I should love this game the concept is great, but the execution isn’t.
The atmosphere is strong, yet the world feels dull.
Enemies look cool, but the gameplay is repetitive, overly difficult, and you can run out of resources fast.
You just loot, run past everything, and “stealth” means dodging loud robots in empty fields.
It's fun for a while, if you're into this sort of thing. I've played through it on two occasions, the first being a little over three years ago and the second this past week to refresh my memory before writing this review and uninstalling. I think the concept and the setting deserve praise, it's funny and unique, but the gameplay itself is pretty painful unless you take it easy on yourself in the custom settings. Through choosing the officer class and only allowing the basic hunter bots to spawn in at a small number partway through the run I was able to finish it with relative ease, while enjoying the experience and attempting to make use of the stealth mechanics.
I only died once on this last playthrough, and it was my own fault entirely. I had over 30 rounds of ammunition for the revolver, I still had some rifle rounds, and I had a looted shotgun with 6 extra shells. There were two robots guarding a piece of the teleporter near a village. I took down one with ease, engaged in a long shootout with the other that saw me get injured and it eventually die after I fired nearly a dozen rounds from my revolver, then noticed the indicators of a patrol of four more heading my way and they'd made it close enough to have heard the shots.
I chose to try and ambush them, missed every shot, ran away and got shot in the back multiple times before bleeding to death because you can't hotkey bandages. It was the last island and I saved when I got to it, so I didn't mind. I've enjoyed my time playing, but at just under 6 hours I think I've had my fill.
Not really worth whatever it was I would have paid for it in my opinion, and the main reason is that the replayability is actually very low. No achievements to encourage multiple runs, no evolution of robot tactics as the runs go on, no class specific dialogue, nothing to keep you playing after you've successfully finished a run unless you choose to increase the difficulty to challenge yourself.
One would think there'd be a bit more to it considering the amount of control you have over the customization and the effort that clearly went into the game. There's a bit of jank as well, though it's not that bad from my experience, and if you get bad RNG you may have to manually edit your save to move a piece of teleporter that gets stuck under something. I had to do that on my last run, and it was a real nuisance.
In conclusion, this is a good time for genre enthusiasts who have a good amount of patience and don't mind fixing their own problems when things break. Recommended on sale, if you think that this is absolutely a game for you. If you're at all on the fence, maybe wishlist it and save it for later when you don't mind potentially wasting money on what might be a dud.

This comes with a massive Caveat. If you are not into playing with stealth mechanics? Don't play this.
If you are ok with some light stealth, looting, and several variants of murderous robot? This is a very entertaining and at times frustrating game. You will die and lose progress of like hours. You will die to hunger, bleeding with no bandage, and being chain bit by dogs.
But when you learn this game? nothing is more satisfying then runinning away and outsmarting these robots.

This game is still very fun for being a bit of an older game. The graphics are very distinct and has a nice style, the sound design is good, with the game being challenging but not overly so. the one thing I will say I dont like is the fact that the Landowner is unkillable, but thats a minor gripe I had with the game. overall a nice 8-9 hour play through

Conceptually, I should love this game and it doesn't necessarily do anything wrong but it also doesn't do anything right. Great atmosphere, dull and predictable random generated world. Cool enemies, boring and breakable game play. Loot random generated buildings, run past everything. Stealth? line of sight the loud robots in large empty fields.
I would love for this concept to be revisited: A stealth game centered around constantly being hunted and survival. But this one aint it.
A very nice looting system and horror game graphic. Although, after a while it either gets boring or repetitive.
I got this game way back when it was in early access. Finaly got around to finishing it, and damn it's still so good. I've lost hours of my life in this game, it's tense and exciting, you always feel in danger but still like a badass once you've got your hands on some weapons. I hope others buy it and enjoy it.
I do like the game, but I do not recommend purchasing it unless you're really into the game and it's on sale.
There's some jank to it still, and with the studio effectively defunct (I think it exists in name only with like 2 executives left from what online documents I saw), there'll be no more development.
It's a great concept, and I hope another company will one day buy the IP and further develop the concept with modern technology, new features, and to current standards (not predatory macrotransactions).
I am picky with games, this is good. I wish there was more to it, items ect. needs to be updated but it is fun and definately unique.

Such a wasted potential. They never implemented entering buildings, because their NPC AI couldn't handle it. When you are overloaded you can't simply drop something on the ground to re-organise your inventory. Dropping an item deletes it. Ridiculous
this games concept is great and the atmosphere of this game is amazing but the performance and lack of care from the developer over the span of 10 years at this point is just disappointing. Somehow this game feels like a beta even thought this game has been out for more than 10 years and all the developer can do is live stream and add basic patches when the game needs a complete overhaul as well as promise a new edition that never comes.

Ich finde das Spiel ziemlich fesselnd und hatte großen Spaß dabei.
Ein paar Informationen muss man sich leider ergoogeln.
Wenn man seine Start"profession" auswählt, hat man damit auch Einfluss auf die Waffen mit denen man startet, sowie den Schwierigkeitsgrad - das war mir nicht richtig bewusst. Man findet zwar im Laufe der Zeit Waffen und auch Wege ohne zu schießen sich seinen Weg zu bahnen - aber es ist doch deutlich angenehmer, wenn man sich im Notfall zur Wehr setzen kann.
Ich kann das Spiel wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon darauf es nochmal zu spielen.

This game can be a lot of fun and is pretty unique, but on a playthrough I just had a fragment end up being stuck inside a rock with no way of getting it, so a game breaking bug, man, if you were almost done the game and your last fragment was like that? Could drive a man to insanity, thankfully in my case it was only my 2nd one. So that's why I'm giving it a negative review just as a warning for some people, if you can forgive that and would start over after an "Aww shucks" then go for it.

Despite the reinvented edition having seeminly been canned, the original game Sir you are being hunted is still a really fun & quaint little indie game. While it can be beaten relatively fast and is thus a tad expensive for what it is, especially with the rough visuals, i'd say gameplay more than makes up for that. Replayability aside the game is a blast to play because of a great core gameplay loop. You run around a very nicely procedurally generated English countryside looking for a handfull of mcguffins to escape an experiment gone awry. While doing so you have to avoid getting shot by the cast of dastardly robots with guns. You can do this by fighting them or preferably sneaking past them. Sneaking in this game works very well in my opinion, with foliage giving a realistic stealth bonus based on the density and height of whatever shrubbery you are sneaking in. Using distractions is highly effective and the AI is pretty well made for its time. Should you choose for violence though you'll be met with some solid gunplay but beware, ammo is scarce. Thus you'll have to loot for both bullets and means to stay alive in the form of food, as well as a large array of distractables & tools. The core gameplay of looting, sneaking & shooting is really fun like i said and the eerie visuals paired with good sound design make this a suprisingly immersive experience. Even one playthrough is worth it in my opinion but especially replay can prove fun, especially if you play with all the modifiers.

My ass never managed to get far in this game, but I always found it funny when the robot gentlemen would see me and try to hunt me, they would do it quite elegantly.
Too realistic combat made everyone rage.
It's an awesome concept with a lot of charm, it would be nice to see a more modern fleshed out game of similar characteristics, or just an overhaul update. I think the graphics also hold charm so they don't feel as dated. I still recommend but I will say there isn't a huge amount of depth for a single player experience, which I personally didn't mind at all but I imagine others might.

A survival game where you are supposed to find a bunch of fragments around 5 islands and stay away from the enemies. It is very simplistic, not very fun and the graphic definitely show its age too.
The Linux version of the game works without any issues.

A LOT of fun even now in 2025. For a 12 year old game (if i remember the dates correctly?) I had fun, gameplay was smooth enough, and challenging enough for me to come back for round 2. Some of the random generation can be annoying ... with making some seeds physically impossible to win, but if your desperate I've heard of people going into saved files in order to loot the pieces you need. Still, even with this issue I recommend. [4/5]

Based purely on a single-player experience, I was going to give this game a thumbs down before I discovered something that bumped it up to a soft recommend.
The gloomy environments give this game a nice atmosphere that is enhanced by the dark humor inherent to the premise, subtly woven into the narration and mechanics. The stealth mechanics are competent enough to produce some exciting, heart-pounding moments, and my experience finding my footing with the game left the kind impression not every game can lay claim to. I enjoyed sneaking, and the fleeing, and the distracting.
That isn’t to say that the stealth mechanics are deep, because they most certainly aren’t. The procedural generation is definitely a positive in that it makes replays non-trivial gameplay experiences, but it does little to change how you play the game. I’m baffled as to why the game’s description describes it as a “sandbox.” This is a stealth-survival game entirely based on avoiding enemies and fulfilling objectives before you run out of food to eat. You can’t reliably fight back against more than one robot, so what else is there to do besides run and sneak? Each macguffin was guarded by a couple of robots, so I just threw bottles, charged in, then ran away as fast as I could. Now that I know how the alarm clocks work, I would lean on them more in a second playthrough. Your only punishment for death is returning to your last save, and since the 17 macguffins are spread across five islands that autosave after hopping between them, there’s challenge, but not a real sense of risk from chancing discovery. The inventory management is similarly passable, with what I’d say are just enough options to be properly engaging and maybe just a bit too much clutter.
I was initially wondering while writing this why there weren’t difficulty settings in this game. I opened the game again to check, and it turns out there are, but it’s called “edit robots.” That’s not a very helpful name; it sounds cosmetic. The default settings are definitely on the lower side; I opened up a game on the max settings and it was intense. I got spotted by a rider almost immediately the first time, then managed to sneak to one of the macguffins, only to find a patrol of 4 hunters and a dog surrounding the thing. While I was trying to think of what to do, they noticed me hiding behind the hedge, I made a mad dash for the macguffin, got held down by the dog, and had only a few seconds to run before my last 24 points of health were blasted away. Considering the procedural generation and the ability to tailor difficulty between runs to such a granular degree, there is definitely replay value here, and so I give this game my thumbs up.
That said, this isn’t a powerhouse of a single-player experience, as there’s no reward from changing the settings aside from the challenge itself, and the aforementioned mechanics are not standouts in quality. I also think I was able to cheese the ranking system by reloading saves before dying, attaining the third highest rating even though I wasn't particularly stealthy. Even the aesthetics are a bit too understated to be memorable. If you’re interested in multiplayer, I’d look to other reviews and advise caution. The multiplayer works as of at least last year according to YouTube, but there isn’t anyone online, so unless you have actual friends who own copies of this game, you might be out of luck.
It's ok. It NEEDS co-op but sadly it only offers multiplayer but it is completely and forever dead. No WAY anyone is gonna pay more than $5 in this state to play with you. So given the price and lack of co-op, can't recommend.

Very funny - the most Bri'ish game I've seen.
Quite spooky - combat can be brutal so you have to pick your battles, limited ammo, on hardest start you begin without any weapon or a map. You truly are being hunted.

Great inventory system - you can fit only a limited amount of things in there.
Every playthrough is around 2 hours, you might play it 2-3 times, then you might pick it up after a year for 1 run. So take that into account when deciding whether to buy.
An original, very fun, stealth game
Entiendo que sea un juego de sigilo, estilo supervivencia, por lo que el loot que se encuentra por el mundo es escaso, pero la probabilidad de encontrar algo útil para continuar con la aventura es casi imposible, por lo general siempre te vas a encontrar con basura, y mucho menos con armas para eliminar a los robots que custodian los objetos necesarios para seguir con la historia, es decir, tendrás que generar mundo tras mundo hasta encontrar uno en el que tengas la mínima posibilidad de sobrevivir y proseguir con la historia. La dificultad no es difícil es sencillamente frustrante, por lo que no lo recomendaría a menos que seas un profesional en los juegos de sigilo…

This is a garbage game even for 2013 standards.
I get it that it's supposed to be a stealth avoid enemy at all costs kind of game, but you can't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ make a stealth game where your enemy, the robot, somehow has a 6th sense, won't go where you throw bottles for noise or other diversions, immediately loses interest in the diversion but chases you across the map, has perfect insta aim. That's not fun, it's frustrating and stupid.
The game is just not worth it, especially for 20 dollars, nothing about is memorable, nothing about it is remotely interesting. The gameplay consists of finding some pieces of what-the-f-ever to activate something to escape, it's all procedurally generated, so there's no point in even exploring.
This is just a pretentious "stealth" game which I wouldn't pay more than 5 bucks for. Skip unless you're just insanely bored and like to get frustrated.

Говно ЕБ@HОЕ так я думал в начале так и думаю сейчас, под обвёрткой прекрасной как по мне атмосферы и местного антуража скрывается мать его за ногу ранер с потребностью восполнять голод постоянно натыкаться на толпы врагов, и заниматься поиском осколков, и что в этом плохого спросите вы да то что игра не соответствует описанию, нам предлагают крафтинг, стейлс, экшен, выживание, и песочницу карл, этож в каком месте вот это песочница, в том что ты можеш покрутить баранки в создании мира и появится в толпе врагов при спауне, ну да вот так песочница нигде такого больше нет, крафтинг его нет, стейлс тупое говно тупого говна говно говна вот. Донт-старв в данном плане будет лучше, там есть всё что есть здесь кроме огнестрела. Враги это вообще кринж, сидиш в упор к ним в кустах тебя не видят но достаточно только взять топор и на корточках поползти за спину, как тут же получаеш дробь в лицо радиус онбаружения у врагов как у охраников в пейдей 2 с возможжность видить жопой всё, что происходит сзади, так кто же населяет бестиарий бездушных машин. Охотник-базовый враг отряд составляет четыре человека сними в предачу ходит одна или две гончие, иногда могут стреляться друг с другом но чаще косплеят врагов из сталкера которые друг друга убить не могут, но при виде игрока стреляют так метко что даже сам мать его чингачгук бы позавидовал. Гончая-тут говорить нечего это просто изи идём дальше.Приватник (или как его там) всегда спавнится в городе в количестве одной штуки, нейтрален до тех пор пока не увидит игрока за кражей предметов тогда становится агрессивный, также говорилось что если на игрока нападут в городе то Приватник поможет игроку отбиться, но это не так как только патруль заметит вас и побежит в вашу сторону и начнёт пальбу Приватник расстреляет вас на месте и придется начинать сначала. Землевладелец-ну это рестарт однозначно, своей атакой оглушает игрока и не даёт возможность двигаться, но даже если он увидел вас где то в дали то он всегда будет знать ваше место положение, а потеряет вас в том случае если вы отправились на другой остров . Браконьер (или Зверолов хз короче) ваншотит игрока, имеет самое сильное оружие в игре, ставит капканы всегда появляется в малых лесах в количестве одной штуки. Пугало-просто создаёт шум и приманивает охотников, умирает от пяти попаданий топора если игнорировать будет телепортироваться за спину, как каменный тюлень из сцп. Хвататель-появляется только в воде безвредный только если не подойти в плотную. Всадник-лох, очень легко доджить атаки имирает с двух выстрелов. Шар-гг изи иногда его даже встретить не получается. А на этом всё в плане врагов переходим непосредственно к геймплею. Геймплей-сбор камней разной велечины причём каждый камень охраняется ещё жощче чем предыдущий ,так есть же способы отвлечения они помогают стягивать врагов в любое место скажите вы ,ага как же поверил ну и бредятина, с ихней черепашьей скоростью, когда не был замечен игрок они вряд-ли и до костра добегут а тут от осколка их попробуй отогнать, зато за игроком они бегают как флеш ёбаный, нашпиговуя вашу жопу свинцом, а на кричалки вроде поезда, костра, и будильника они лениво и вальяжно будут идти. Что могу сказать на последок хорошая задумка никакущая реализация, не-до стейлс и сложность которая ни на что не влияет, некоторые говорят что игру можно пройти с зажатым шифтом, если бы не пофигизм разрабов и бессмысленный апдейт на игру в 22 году с мультиплеером который сразу же закрыли если бы игрой занимались а не выпустили просто на отебись для сбора кеша то всё могло быть бы иначе а на этом у меня всё.
I don't know about the quality of the graphics or the technical stuff, but I liked it a lot. Very original, lot of details, very chalenging.
