ShipLord is a movement game with horrible movement. The problem surges on how the movement is implemented, but every control option is equally bad, producing unresponsive and clunky results. Funnily enough, the best option I found was to use the mouse.
The gameplay loop is boring and repetitive. It forces the player to take two different approaches to the levels that just don't work well together. You are supposed to survive for some time with only one life, but you are also supposed to risk your progress to go around collecting "quasar" to unlock new ships and upgrade your abilities. Now this all does not sound so bad, but take into account that all ships are basically the same with some minimal design changes and incrementing cooldown reductions to your abilities, abilities that are only defensive and bring little to nothing to the gameplay.
The graphics are also extremely underwhelming, even for 2015. The menus, every screen, and the UI look and feel outdated. The sound department is also lacking. There are way better implementations out there for what this game tries to achieve.
It tries to create a story around its world, but it would be better off not trying at all. Any attempt at creating a plotline fails miserably, lacking impact, depth, and everything else.

Feels less like commanding a mighty starship and more like babysitting a sluggish space potato. Repetitive gameplay, clunky controls, and visuals that already looked dated back then. This ship never really leaves the dock.

Boring, repetitive, and overpriced like all of SA Industry's shovelware. You move a ship with your mouse, dodging asteroids and collecting quasars. That's basically it, besides being able to activate a force field. You can't shoot. It gets repetitive after about a minute.

총알 피하기 + 점수인데, 운석을 피하면서 자원을 모으고, 수집한 자원 수에 따라 스테이지 클리어 등급이 결정된다.
롤을 해봤다면 아주 익숙한 브실골플다 순으로 되어 있고, 보스 정도 제외하면 어려운 부분은 없다고 봐도 될 정도.
이 어려운 부분이란것도 참 이상한데, 보스전 블랙홀 버그인 것으로 보인다.
공격 수단이 없어서 보스의 유도 투사체를 블랙홀로 유인해서 다른 블랙홀... 화이트홀의 역할을 한다고 봐야겠지만
아무튼 다른 블랙홀에서 아군의 투사체로 변환시켜 보스를 적중하는 방식인데, 가끔 변하지 않고
그냥 적의 투사체 그대로 생각치도 못하게 튀어 나오는 경우가 있다.
보아하니 뭔가 만드려다 만 흔적이 가득한데, 보너스 스테이지 일반 2개와 보스 1개가 덩그러니 놓여있는 모습이나,
함선 언락을 하긴 하는데, 색깔만 바꾼 똑같이 생긴 함선이라든지...
여러모로 상도덕이 없는 게임 회사로 보인다.

This game felt poor at the beginning, but after playing it for about an hour it started to feel great. I love the reward system. Basically you need to collect stuff and try to survive. The better you get, the more rewards you unlock, from different ships, upgrades and levels. Graphics are really good, the space feeling is great and the music feels awesome.
A point & guide, fly'em up game.
It can feel a little tedious outside of the boss fights.

Is this a game? The whole game just avoid things. You can't shoot. The upgrades basically meaningless, because the boss fights use different mechanics. Not worth your time.

dieses Spiele hat mich die ersten Level gut unterhalten. Dennoch muss ich sagen das mir das zerballern der Arschteroiden etwas gefehlt hat. Alles in allem eine gute Herausforderung, jedoch nicht so fordernd wie Spin Rush. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Overall the gameplay is tedious and not fun for me. It's either avoiding attack on boss level or collecting orb/quasar while protect your ship from asteroid (such as moving outside asteroid trajectory or using skill). As for other aspect, the music is OK while the story isn't interesting at all and the visual is mediocre where some aspect (e.g. quasar or some boss feel too plain).

Functionally okay, but gets pretty stale after a while. One of the powerups is kinda really pointless and sometimes makes things harder (Depending on which direction asteroids suddenly decide to start moving).
It's not total garbage, but I didn't bother finishing it.

heftig. Das Spiel ist von der Intensität in etwa ein "Browsergame" und dafür über 10€ zu verlangen eine Frechheit. Wer das Geld einfach in Bar auf die Straße wirft, kann wenigstens jemand ne Freude machen und dabei zusehen wie es aufgehoben wird. Hier bekommt man nichts dergleichen geboten.
Spielprinzip
Flitze mittels Maus oder Tastatur auf deinem Bildschirm hin und her und sammle schlecht animierte "Punkte". Lasse dich dabei nicht von den Asteroiden berühren. Ach ja und man kann sein Schiff farblich und mittels 3 "Upgrades" erweitern. Das macht das Spiel und die Herausforderung leider nicht besser.

Es un juego rage, la verdad no esta mal hecho pero si tiene un fallo enorme que es que después de que pierdes unas 4 o 5 veces la pantalla se vuelve negra, y la verdad suma negativamente a que la rapidez del juego sea mala, no se si sea un bug o fue aproposito pero, al pasar el juego al 100% pude ver que es disfrutable por el precio que que pague, no me esperaba un juego tan basico pero me sorprendio ! no lo recomiendo para casuales, jueguenlo si quieren sufrir unas horas de esquivar asteroides laseres y balas !!!

Jogo de nave no mesmo estilo de Asteroids do ATARI, a diferença é que este tem os gráficos melhores e ao invés de destruir os asteroides você deve ficar desviando deles e pegando itens (energy) para passar as fases. O jogo possui 15 fases normais (dessas, 3 são chefes) + 3 fases bônus desbloqueáveis (dessas, uma é um chefe). Resumindo... nada de novo por aqui, é um jogo bem básico, repetitivo e que tem uma dificuldade fácil/ mediana, mas que dá pra passar o tempo (ele é bem curto). Nota 3.5/10. Recomendo!
OBS: apesar de ter recebido ele de graça e até ter gostado de jogá-lo, achei um absurdo ele estar sendo vendido por R$61,00 (por esse preço não vale a pena), espere uma promoção.
