There's zero explanation of what's going on or what your goals are. You can however press tab to get a vague hint for the next step to take. The games starts with you crashing your Jeep, then you have to investigate a house to presumably try to find a way to continue or escape. It's just plain boring - and the goofy creatures mixed with an asset flip level don't create an interesting horror environment.

This game has a jump-scare or two, but isn't scary overall. At times, it's almost comical how bad this game really is. I didn't have any fun playing this. It was just a tedious grind. The graphics are cheap-looking, and not very smooth.
The game doesn't make much sense, either. It's more like some random ideas thrown together. Most of it is just a bunch of running back and forth looking for items you need to do something else. There's no real direction as to what you are supposed to do.
It's open-world, so you can get lost wandering around. Trying to use, open, or pick up things can be tricky, as the "hand" icon seems to need to be very narrowly positioned. However, other than doors, there's only a small handful of items to interact with anyway.
It's almost like the point of the game wasn't to design a good gaming experience, but just to keep the player busy trying to figure things out for at least 2 hours so that the player can't get a refund. On the other hand, the game is only a dollar, so you're not out a lot of cash.

1. Pressing 'Tab' is supposed to give you a hint, but it only worked for a little bit, then pressing it did nothing.
2. The sky can be dark when it's supposed to be day time, or be light when it's supposed to be night time.
3. Doors sometimes don't open correctly, and sometimes open in a way that you and the door get kind of get stuck on each other for several seconds.
4. If you jump up on the dining room table, the green witch gets stuck, and just stands by the table looking at you. The goblin/demon will jump up there and get you, but the witch won't, so the game comes to a standstill until either you jump off and run or you quit. ([i]I stood on the table for 35 to 40 minutes, just letting the game run to see if something would happen, and nothing did.[/i])
Share is a fairly basic Unity asset flipped first person horror adventure, one of many hundreds, if not thousands of these glutting Steam. The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unity asset store packs, arranged them haphazardly in a first person adventure game template, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers.
Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware.
In line with your usual Russian asset flip, there's no actual gameplay here. You crash an asset flipped car, walk around an asset flipped house, do some lightweight first person adventure Unity Engine first person adventure template stuff, and, well, that's it.
Reviewing SteamDB to check how popular this game was with players reveals a surprise... there's a very healthy spike in player counts for the game. But this only happened once, around the same time that trading cards were applied to the game... so this is just card idlers getting their cards and moving on. A closer look at the numbers shows the game just has a couple of players every week running up the game and idling it for cards, then deleting it. We must ask how it benefits gamers for there to be so many games like this, with no merit as a serious game, that only generate sales from people idling and selling the trading cards.
This game features a number of suspicious, likely fake positive reviews. The reviews all appear at almost exactly the same time, very shortly after the game launched on Steam, all have a direct Steam purchase of the game, and all have very similar wording and writing style, and all are in Russian. Immediately after this huge peak of reviews, reviews (and player counts) for the game dropped incredibly sharply. This is highly unusual given the very low quality of the game and poor player counts. The "Positive" review score on this game should be taken with a large grain of salt.This might have been done to deceive/mislead gamers into paying for a bad product.
So, should you buy this game? Is this one of the best of the 100,000+ games on Steam?
Share is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. This is also competing with over 11,000 free games available on Steam, many of them far better than this paid product.

I see why it is getting much of the hate, the game really docent hold your hand in this game.
There are hints, but are very subtle, so even with them you can get stuck.
in this game you really have to think for your self a little.
Example: The hint will say open the fuse box. But not how. close you will find crowbar so you will try that, etc ...
Hints will not be very specific and easy.
So yea overall i had fun, not an easy game, but if you think a little bit you can beat it like me. It took me 1h.

I'm a sucker for indie horror games, and I always like to check what small or single-team devs are doing. This one looked interesting and I did try to understand what to do, but there are zero instructions. You can pick stuff and throw around, pet a cat and a dog, open doors, but then you get stuck with no indication or instructions about what to do next, besides a "tab key for help" that doesn't help much. I didn't even get to see anything remotely scary, just an empty house and a windmill in the middle of the forest.

Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side.
With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay.
After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like.
Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends.
Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together.
Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.

Прошло уже довольно много времени с того момента, как я узнал про эту игру из видео известного в широких кругах [strike] толстой сутулой псины [/strike] Happy Wolf.
«Он этот хоррор не прошёл, потому что был не усидчив и вообще не знал, как играть!» - думал я, но ошибался.
Данная игрушка мне показалась весьма неплохой и нисколько не рофельной, если судить по видео.
Если говорить про опыт с глазу на глаз, то абсолютно ничего хорошего.
«Интересная» история начинается с того, что главный герой врезается в дерево на своей машине из-за чёрной, попрошу заметить, кошки, перебегающей дорогу.
Аварии в инди-хоррорах прошедших лет – это вообще такая классика, что в мануалах по разработке индюшек данная сюжетная деталь расписана на первой же странице.
Что же делать после инцидента?
Неужели пойти в неизвестный дом, пошариться в шкафчиках и ящиках, пойти и привести в порядок ветряную мельницу, чтобы подать на щиток электроэнергию и зарядить аккумулятор?
Ну разумеется!
Хотя кому вообще после аварии придёт в голову заряжать аккумулятор?
Ладно, поставили на зарядку, надо себя развлечь.
А что, если пойти в дом и выключить весь свет, которого как раз и боится местная ведьма?
Так давайте, чего бы нет?
Выключили и ждём…
Приходит, значит, ведьма: некрасивая, серая, не чёсанная, потому что лысая и давай кричать скримером из первого в списке звука из категории «Звуки из ада в мп3» на фрисаундсе.
Но мы не пальцем деланые, а всей кистью, поэтому переиграем!
Опять ситуация повторяется!
И так из раза в раз…
Если судить по одному из сообщений в обсуждениях игры, то одному человеку удалось пройти момент с прятками от ведьмы тогда, когда она забаговала.
Если судить по одному единственному полному прохождению на ютубе (их там два, но в одном человек, опять же, прошёл с помощью бага), то игроку нужно сначала выключить свет во всём доме, а потом включать свет конкретно в том помещении, где появляется эта серая бабка.
Только вот дело ещё и в том, что все 5 попыток, которые у меня были, бабулька появлялась первые два раза подряд в одном и том же помещении, а включение-выключение света не помогало.
В обзорах пишут о том, что разработчиков нужно поддерживать.
Да, это само собой, но если продукт не удался?
Может тогда поддерживать компании, которые выпускают невкусный хлеб и несвежие консервы?
Если посмотреть на уже вышедшие игры от данного разработчика, кроме этой поделки, то ситуация с покупками не так уж и плоха.
Однако, это не отменяет того, что данный проект, о котором идёт речь в обзоре, не удался ни на йоту.

but it is atleast fun bad.

and i can appreciate that. i'd say the price is fair (not sure about the original 5 dollars but not the point right now)
it's about an hour long, two if you absolutely SUCK!!!
puzzles are fine. again, nothing too special although i wish the game had small tips on what items we need for a certain puzzle but it's not too hard to figure out by yourself.
third act is probably the weakest and i do wish the checkpoints were better placed but again nothing too awful.
if you have a dollar to spare and like two hours you should pick this up.

This needs serious work on its basic mechanics and player guidance. What are the controls? Can you crouch? Maybe? Probably not. I found a hammer, let's use it! Oh, wait, left clicking just drops it back on the floor, weird. Oh, I found a tree branch blocking this mechanism! Let's remove it! Wait, I can't? Or maybe I can but I don't know how. Certainly not left-click. Weird. Let's see what the "help" suggests: "Explore the house". Well, I've done that. Found a banana, a key and a torch, but have no use for either of them. Guess I'm already stuck and the help doesn't help? Also, can't even adjust the mouse sensitivity, which alone was a deal-breaker for me.
