Storyline

Manage a tailor shop and corpse-cooking business in a city where crime, corruption and poverty are commonplace. Percival and Hildred have just moved here with nothing but a dream: to get extremely rich. Take control of Percival to manage the tailor shop, wait for the arrival of clients looking for new suits and dresses, kill them when the moment is right, and throw them down the trap door, leading to the kitchen. Not before stealing their outfits however, their materials ready to be made into brand new clothes: waste not, want not!

The concept of this game is fantastic. I found the art and animations charming, the audio and OST suitable. It has a sort of Adam's Family vibe while also giving some shout outs to Little Shop of Horrors. Cannibalism is a niche subject (especially this sort of humorous - 'what happens in the basement stays in the basement') which I think more devs should be brave enough to touch upon. A 180lb human contains 156,000 calories. The average LBM (lean body mass) of a human (male) is 75-90%, (female) 60-90%. I know I'm not alone in remembering Cold Body Storage solutions in Rimworld, where my cannibalistic tribe reigned supreme all winter long growing hydroponic veggies and having a little... Steaks. <_<
That said, this game is priced perfectly for what it is - a completed concept that includes a story line, progression, deliberate multi-tasking, and it doesn't waste your time. Yeah the mechanics get a little imbalanced by the end, but nothing is unplayable here. Unfortunately, I found one of the best parts of the games at the very end, which is the ability to purchase skins for all of your rooms and characters for CHEAP - five bucks!, someone put a lot of work into a ton of textures, models, and unlocks that most of us would think as cosmetic, but they ended up going a long way near the end and I wish they were incorporated into the story. Progression at what you're looking at for several hours, not just the barebones (cannibal term) mechanics.
Anyways, if you're on the fence I say $5 for 5hr (I took an extra few to get all the achievements) is definitely worth it, especially if you commonly store Jane and John Doe's LBM in your freezer to consume at a later date. 10/10.

Ich habe das Spiel durch zufall gesehen, da ich von dem Studio My Eerie Lair die Demo angeschaut habe, die Grafic fand ich sehr ansprechend. Es ist ein Point and Click Game mit einem etwas anderen Twist. Ich fand die Characktere irgendwie auf Ihre abgedrehte Art liebenswert, vor allem Hildegart. Ich habe es auf 100 % nun durchgespielt und ich finde, für die 4 Euro bietet es auf jedenfall um die 15 Stunden spielspaß und ist jeden Cent wert. Die Grafik ist auch sehr detailreich und schön. Alles in allem merkt man das die Entwickler hier viel Liebe rein gesteckt haben.

it's a neat, little game about horrible people that just try to make a living (and get blackmailed in the process.) haven't expected much when I started it but it's an adorable, albeit gorey game with neat animations, gorgeous portraits and a sweet story. obsessed with the over-the-top voice acting, though. if you like that kind of game, and can handle chopping up humans, it's big rec on my part!

Gioco molto carino con un ritmo e una storia che mi ha fatto giocare allegramente per otto ore di fila.
Lo consiglio vivamente per chi è interessato a giocare qualcosa di non troppo impegnativo, ma ho anche un avviso da passare, per ottenere le uova dovrete fertilizzarle, ho giocato tutto il tempo credendo ci fosse un bug che mi impedisse di ottenere le uova (credevo che le uova si ottenessero dopo tot tempo passato in gioco) e lasciando andare via i clienti insoddisfatti, per scoprire solo dopo averlo platinato, osservando le discussioni di Steam per la prima volta che mi bastava buttare del concime sopra la cassa dei piccioni per ottenerle.
Se in futuro Bad Vices Games producesse un altro gioco simile ma più ampio e con una nuova storia, lo attenderei con trepidazione.
Spero vi divertirete a giocarlo come lo è stato per me.

El juego está bastante bien y resulta muy divertido. Está claramente inspirado en el relato de Sweeney Todd, el barbero, lo que le da un ambiente oscuro y acorde con la temática. La jugabilidad es entretenida y los tutoriales están bien diseñados, ya que explican lo necesario sin volverse tediosos ni interrumpir demasiado la experiencia.

El principal problema que le encuentro está en los logros. En varios casos no queda muy claro qué se tiene que hacer exactamente para desbloquearlos, lo que puede resultar algo frustrante. Además, en el modo infinito no existe una recompensa por sobrevivir durante muchos días, algo que habría sido un buen incentivo para seguir jugando.

Aun con esos detalles, el juego sigue siendo bastante divertido. TAMBIEN PUNTOS MENOS POR NO PODER HACER TAMALES.

Leaving a review since I feel like I've for the most part played the game to completion; I wasn't gonna touch Endless Mode because I've read of people voicing frustration over how the opposing AI operate in it, so my review is purely based off my Story Mode experience.

The concept is fun, simple, and charming in its own right. You control husband and wife Percival and Hildred in their dream to manage a join tailor shop/restaurant to start a new life making customers happy and living their dream. However, their past life doesn't entirely stay in the past..

The multi-leveled design of their businesses keeps the game interesting in which Percival on the second floor takes people's measurements and sells nice clothes while Hildred is on the first floor running her restaurant making pies from the basement. Plenty of upgrades keep the game interesting in the management, but I highly recommend not going too deep too fast on upgrading things because it'll hurt you if you're not prepared for it.

Game's fun, achievements were whimsical to discover, and I very much enjoyed the theming. Again, I only played Story Mode because Endless seems to have frustration from the community. Well worth the money.

This is a disturbing simulator of Sweeney Todd. The game focuses more on atmosphere and storytelling than on deep mechanics. While the gameplay systems are fairly simple, the short runtime (± five hours) prevents you from getting bored.
The story remains engaging for most of the playthrough; however, the ending felt like simple wrap and left me disappointed. I was hoping for a bit more depth or a stronger conclusion.

Despite the gore, I consider Ravenous Devils a cozy game and a good one at that. I usually get bored of this type of games quite easily, but this one has a gameplay loop that simply keeps me hooked. It is my go-to choice for when I want to relax, kill some time and simply turn off my brain.
The story is nothing special, but the characters are charming and the illustrations are beautiful. I just wish that the two main characters had more voice lines.
I used to play many Point and Click games like this one when I was little (minus the gory parts) and I have to admit that it feels good to play it. Considering how low the price is, I can recommend it.

This game offers you a weirdly intruging morbid fantasy that feels fresh in storytelling but ends too fast. Almost felt like a vertical slice demo. Only buy it on sale, and as for people who are in for a management/sim game, it's not exactly that. It plays like Cooking Dash skinned with a "Demon Barber" setting. Repetition that slowly increaes in complexity. It doesn't please me as much as the narrative which is way too short.

Alas, there's potential in more complex simulation (eg: This War of Mine) in a sequel, and much much deeper storytelling to beef up the great setting this game already has.

Хорошенький простой симулятор менеджмента кафешки.
К геймплею с переключением между этажами быстро привыкаешь, хотя общая медленность главных героев сильно вымораживает.
Так же не понравилось что от игрока каждое микро-действие требуется.
Не совсем понимаю почему гг может самостоятельно собрать яйца и отнести их к лифту, но при этом самостоятельно взять ткань и положить её на швейную машинку он не может. Это сильно замедляет процесс, ломая состояние потока которое важно для таких игр.
Игра понравилась, с радостью поиграла бы во вторую часть.

A casual, simple management sim about an "innocent" hardworking couple managing their tailor and tavern business they had set up after moving in. He sews and she cooks as well as serve for their "lovely" community and using the money earned to further upgrade their business, yep pretty much. The game takes place in Victorian England and I feel that the setting has the appropriate macabre, gothic vibes. Story wise, it was okay, I like how straightforward it is. [spoiler]The ending was absolutely terrible though and made me feel I wasted my time investing in the plot, be warned[/spoiler]

Recommended, but get it on a sale. 7/10 for the simple, fun (though repetitive after a certain point) gameplay and the art style.

It's simple silly!

You kill a shop customer (and recycle/resell their clothes...the lvl of ECO averenes in this game is astonishing!), toss it down the shaft into basement/kitchen, your wife butchers the pig...I mean, the customer, cooks the fine dishes, flavoured by delicious home grown veggies (fertilized with the rotting meat of those same customers ofc), and then you serve it all in the pub, and wolla!
Congratulations on successful bussiness model!

Jokes a side, the game is simple, nice looking, and so gruesome, and disgusting that it's perfect! <3

题材比较有意思，但玩法有点单一。指令不太智能，没法记录多个动作，经常要来回切换。剧情结束会容易出现明明上了菜却显示客人在等待之类的bug。前期不建议开太多菜谱，先把人台和展示台升级会比较好。桌子最好到后期再升，或者同时把酒桶点上。
懒得全成就了，后期玩得有点累，通关后不想继续玩了。

This was a fun game. Definitely gave Sweeney Todd vibes which I loved. I loved everything about this game except the story. I was enjoying all the personalities of the characters in the story but the story itself was disappointing with a lackluster ending. The gameplay makes up for it though. It's fun to replay outside of the storymode too.

挺解压的，利用了人的禁果效应的心理。并且逻辑自洽，在那个没有监控的年代属于高智商犯罪。玩家控制夫妻二人，丈夫在二楼卖西服，以量身材为由经常暗杀客人，扒光衣服获取布料，清理血迹，把尸体往密道一扔到地下室，妻子在地下室做人肉大餐端到第一层。接下来就是升级餐厅，做大做强，解锁新食材，以及让夫妇用赃款打扮自己。不说了，人里炖着锅呢。

Ein super schönes kleines Spiel mit einer düsteren, aber lustigen Story. Es war sehr süchtig machend für mich und hätte ich nicht schlafen gehen müssen hätte ich das ganze Spiel auf einmal durchgespielt. Ich liebe zudem den Artstyle und das viktorianische Setting.
Solche morbiden Spiele sind genau meins.

A creative idea with grinding people into burgers 🍔😅. I finished the game in about 5 hours. After a while, it starts to feel repetitive and a bit monotonous, but considering the price of the game (20 PLN / 5 EUR + sometimes even less during discounts), you can’t really expect miracles.

打发时间可以，不适合一直玩，重复度非常非常高，半小时就能把所有内容都体验完了。升级并不会减负反而越升级越忙，平衡极差，上面基本没事干下面忙的团团转。最心累的是没有指令队列，只能看着他做完一步再点下一步，做个3材料的菜得点8下看半分钟动画才能放进烤箱再干其他事。

Геймплей простой, понятный и совсем не напряжный, поэтому играется легко и чилово, и всю игру можно пройти буквально за один вечер. Love this game, told my husband I can't talk right now because I'm playing Sweeney Todd.
The gameplay is simple but great, the story could be better and maybe some additional quests would be nice but I'm only 4 hours in maybe it comes later in the game.

I genuinely don’t understand how Ravenous Devils has an “Overwhelmingly Positive” rating. I went in excited, especially since it was only $2.99, and for the first few hours I was having a decent time. But the longer I played, the more the cracks started to show.

My biggest issue is the lack of action queuing. You can’t line up multiple tasks for a character. If you try to click one action and then quickly assign the next, the game will often ignore the first input and skip straight to the second. The character even makes a frustrated sigh at you, which becomes irritating fast. Considering the entire game loop revolves around repeating the same handful of tasks from start to finish, this design choice turns what should be satisfying time management into constant frustration. I bought it because I love time management and cozy games and felt this would be a good in-between, but it lacks the cozy element entirely [for me at least].

The voice acting is also extremely limited. Each character only has one or two short blurbs during regular gameplay, and most of the story isn’t voice acted beyond the very beginning. Hearing the same lines over and over again gets grating quickly. I think I'd prefer no voice acting at all than the same few lines every click. The bombardment of noise was starting to get to me. It doesn’t help that the game already creates a constant sense of pressure.

Speaking of pressure: I felt rushed the entire time. The gameplay demands near constant switching between the two characters, and it requires 100% of your attention. I personally found it exhausting rather than engaging but maybe that's due to ADHD making the prioritization of tasks even harder. Maybe some players thrive on that level of multitasking, but for me it never became fun, just stressful. Don't even get me started on the tables. You have to unlock them to progress the story but I found I was making more money before I added the tables in, all it really did was add in more difficulty with no real substantial reward for the extra work. I'd suggest unlocking the attendant first before you do the tables.

The story was another letdown. I pushed through because I wanted all the achievements and was curious where it would go, but by around the 4-hour mark I was mostly playing out of obligation. Without spoiling anything, the narrative didn’t land for me and ultimately didn’t feel worth the grind. The motivations weren't very sensible.

If you’re curious, I’d recommend just playing the demo. It gives you a very accurate sense of the full experience. Had I realized how repetitive and frustrating it would become before crossing the 4-hour mark, I probably would have refunded it, even at such a low price.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this one.

I’m obsessed. This is EXACTLY my kind of game. I love dark cozy vibes, just “cozy” alone doesn’t cut it for me. I need a little twist with my comfort, you know?

This is my go-to game when I want to chill with a good podcast, throw on a long video essay, or just blast music and sing along dramatically while… handling customers. The gameplay loop is repetitive at times, but that’s honestly part of the charm. It’s that satisfying, brain-off-but-not-really kind of repetition. Once you get into the rhythm, you just know what to do. No stress, no overthinking, no worrying about messing up your progress. You just flow.

And the vibe is immaculate. It’s cozy in this grim, slightly unhinged Victorian way that just works. The management aspect feels super satisfying, and watching everything run smoothly (while everything is absolutely not smooth morally) is weirdly therapeutic.

Also, the lore is way better than you’d expect. There’s actually depth there. It’s not just shock value; there’s story, personality, and this deliciously dark humor woven through everything.

If you like your cozy games with a sinister little smile, this one is SUCH a gem. Relaxing, addictive, and just the right amount of unhinged. 10/10 dark cozy comfort game.

oyunun en güçlü yanı kesinlikle konsepti. viktorya dönemi estetiği güzel yansıtılmış ama uzun vadeli bir gerilim eksik. yakalanma korkusu, ahlaki çöküş, polis baskısı gibi şeyler daha dinamik olabilirdi. oyunda o potansiyel var ama maalesef karakterlerin motivasyonları çok yüzeysel olduğu için yansıtılamamış. yine de oynamaya değer.

Ravenous Devils es un juego indie de gestión con ambientación oscura inspirado en la historia de Sweeney Todd. Controlamos a un peculiar matrimonio que combina barbería, sastrería y cocina en un bucle de producción bastante macabro. La base jugable gira en torno a atender clientes, optimizar recursos, mejorar instalaciones y desbloquear nuevas recetas y objetos. Es una experiencia directa, accesible y con un progreso constante.

✍️ Opinión personal
Me ha gustado cómo mezcla historia y gestión de forma sencilla pero efectiva. Es entretenido, engancha y para el precio que tiene ofrece una experiencia muy correcta. Además, cuenta con logros bastante asequibles y cromos, algo que siempre suma. Su principal problema es que dura poco y el bucle termina volviéndose repetitivo cuando ya dominas las mecánicas. Aun así, se disfruta mucho mientras está fresco.

Gestión simple pero adictiva.

プレイヤーは夫と妻を同時に操作し、殺害・運搬・調理・給仕・販売という一連のプロセスを回していく。稼いだ金で新しいオーブンや、死体処理の自動化設備、あるいは店をお洒落にするスキンを購入し、殺人と料理の効率（回転率）を極限まで高めていく。

このゲームの魅力は、そのあまりにも背徳的な「共同作業」にある。
夫が「仕事（殺し）」をして、妻が「食事（パイ）」を作る。この血なまぐさいエコシステムが噛み合った瞬間、プレイヤーは奇妙な達成感と、夫婦の愛を感じることだろう。グラフィックやアニメーションはブラックユーモアに溢れており、客が何も知らずに人肉パイを頬張る姿や、夫が淡々と死体をシュートに投げ込む様は、不謹慎ながらも笑えてしまう。

しかし、経営が軌道に乗るにつれて、本作の正体が露わになる。
これはホラーゲームの皮を被った、シビアな「在庫管理（リソースマネジメント）ゲーム」だ。肉の在庫、小麦粉の残量、客の待ち時間。これらを完璧に管理しなければ、中盤であっという間に経営が破綻する。特に「肉（客）」は有限だ。殺しすぎれば警察の警戒度が上がり、殺さなければパイが焼けない。

事業拡大のタイミングを見誤ると、在庫不足で詰む（ゲームオーバーになる）バランスは意外と硬派だ。
そのため、後半はひたすらクリックを繰り返すだけの「作業ゲー」になりがちで、夫婦のドラマを楽しむ余裕すらなくなるのが惜しいところだ。

【GOOD】
・『スウィーニー・トッド』の世界観を完璧に再現した、ゴシックで残酷なアートスタイル。
・殺害から調理までのフローが視覚的に分かりやすく、アップグレードで効率化されていく過程（死体処理の自動化など）が楽しい。
・価格が手頃で、クリアまでの時間も短いため、週末にサクッと悪いことをしたい時に最適。

【BAD】
・[b]アイデア一発勝負の限界。[/b] 中盤以降は同じ作業の繰り返し（クリッカーゲーム化）になり、戦略性よりも反射神経と忍耐力が試される。
・リソース管理のバランスが一部シビアで、アップグレードの順序を間違えると立て直しが難しく、最初からやり直す羽目になることも。
・ストーリーはおまけ程度で、経営シムとしての深みも浅いため、一度クリアしたらリプレイ性は低い。

This game is not exactly what I expected. First of all, there is no thread. I thought that I will need to be very sneaky and careful. I expected to be making meals by the most of the time, and carefuly picking a pray and a good moment to strike without getting caught, while in reality, there is no danger at all, people won't even enter the room where the body is. You can easly kill 5 or more people a day and nobody gives a single ♥♥♥♥, which breaks the immersion
But on the other hand, I wouldn say I was having a bad time playing it, it was repetetive sure, but this game is rather short and unlocking new features are quite fun
If this game would be for let's say 10$ I'd say it's not worth it, but for that price, it's pretty cool
Actually, even to I expected to feel risk, I felt relax, it feels like those cozy cooking games from windows vista, but with canibalism

It's a pretty good little time management game. For the most part it's just about managing your tasks for maximum efficiency and output (i.e. kill, loot, cook, and serve as many victims as efficiently as possible). You get new upgrades for your operation and therefore more things to manage as you continue to succeed. As a sim, it's closer to Cook, Serve, Delicious than it is to a business management sim.

Includes a story mode in which our evil protagonists must contend with people growing suspicious of them, blackmailing them, or suggesting specific targets for them.

It's not the most complex sim you'll ever play, but it's more than good enough for the humble price tag of 5 dollars.

And if you enjoy Sweeney Todd (the game's obvious inspiration) or just the macabre, then you'll be plenty satisfied.
