В одном сказочном королевстве произошло загадочное убийство. Для расследования дела король решил вызвать нашу героиню, знаменитого алхимика. С дружеским напутствием и пожеланием поскорее во всём разобраться, собрание в составе короля, королевы и главного генерала, отправляют её в тёмный лес. Там мы встретим таких известных персонажей, как Красную Шапочку, Робин Гуда и даже ведьму из пряничного домика. Мы посетим разные интересные места вслед за, не побоюсь этого слова, немного интригующим сюжетом. Если бы ещё главные антагонисты не палились, благодаря средненькой озвучке, было бы совсем здорово.
Наша протагонистка, как и положенно хорошему алхимику, умеет варить различные интересные снадобья. Специализируется она на зельях превращения, которые позволяют ей становиться птичкой или мышкой, или другой какой зверюшкой. Кстати, процесс создания зелий сделан в игре очень интересно. В остальном же – это обычная игра с поиском предметов. Ищем, применяем, общаемся и т.д. Мини игры разнообразные, поиски предметов интересные и не сложные. Здесь реально интересно, куда тебя занесёт дальше и с кем ты там повстречаешься. Отдельно радует то, что в игре наличествует здоровая логика и странно спрятанных предметов с странно выглядящими замками тут почти не встречается. Единственное, когда мы попадаем в дом Мерлина, оказывается, что там всё лежит не там, где надо и каждая дверка закрыта хитрым замком. А с другой стороны, а как должно быть в доме великого волшебника?

Теперь о графике. Картинка просто отличная. Нарисовано всё качественно, с кучей деталей и атмосферно. Тёмный лес действительно тёмен, а солнечный луг весёлый и яркий. Разработчики постарались и оживили сказочный мир. Повсюду порхают бабочки, летают птички, белки прыгают по веткам. Разве что персонажи не очень дотягивают до общего уровня. Музыка обычная, озвучка средняя.
По сравнению с первой частью серии – это резкий скачок вверх. Игра гораздо лучше и интересней предыдущего квеста королевы. Очень рекомендую попробовать, оно того стоит.

Ja, genau diese Frage stellt man sich ziemlich früh im Spiel. Nicht, weil es minderwertig gemacht ist (ist aber auch nicht so weit von der Realität weg), sondern weil man es rein inhaltlich schon wirklich nicht ernst nehmen kann. Dazu später mehr.

Im zweiten Teil der Queen's Quest - Reihe geht es darum, dass am königlichen Hof Morde verübt werden. So schickt der König eine Alchemistin (den Spieler) per Portal in alle möglichen Märchenszenarien, um die Sache aufzuklären.
[h1]Gameplay[/h1]
Neben den üblichen typischen Mechaniken (Wimmelszenen, Minispiele und reguläres Point & Click - Inventar) fällt in diesem Teil auf, dass man dauerhaft einen Alchemie-"Würfel" zu seiner Verfügung hat. Klickt man den unten rechts an, öffnet sich eine mobile Chemiestation, in der man Zutaten schnippelt und zusammenkippt. Mit dieser Mechanik zusammenhängend gibt's das zweite Merkmal: die Verwandlung in diverse Tiere. Man braut sich einen Trank zusammen, der einen verwandelt und in den Lebensraum eines Tieres bringt, mit dem man dann kommunizieren kann.
Man kann zwei Arten von Sammelobjekten finden: Puzzleteile und Figuren. Die Figuren fallen deutlich auf, die Puzzleteile mal etwas weniger. Insofern wären beide nicht so schwer, aber sie morphen bzw. verschwinden und tauchen wieder auf. Das macht es etwas herausfordernder.
In jeder Szene gibt es mindestens [i]ein[/i] Sammelobjekt zu finden. Am oberen Rand des Inventars wird angezeigt, ob man alles gefunden hat.
Den Gesamtschwierigkeitsgrad würde ich als unteres medium einstufen.
Nach dem Hauptabenteuer wird noch ein Bonuskapitel freigeschaltet, in welchem man eine Familie aus dem Hauptspiel erneut besucht.
Queen's Quest 2 bietet 15 Errungenschaften, die alle nicht schwer zu holen sind (ich habe hinterher noch schnell "Wimmelbildszene in unter 1min abgeschlossen" nachgeholt).
Im Hauptmenü gibt's ein wenig vom Standard: Wimmelszenen, Musik, Gallerien.

Bevor ich eine Menge Kritikpunkte raushole, möchte ich erst einmal erwähnen, was an dem Titel vielleicht sogar gelungen ist.

[*]Queen's Quest 2 hat eine Menge Wimmelszenen zu bieten, die thematisch abwechseln (Wörter/Silhouetten/Sammeln) und nicht zu schwer sind.
[*]Die Sache mit dem Alchemiewürfel, der Zubereitung von Tränken und v.a. dem Verwandeln in Tiere ist eine hübsche Idee, die in der Form zwar durchaus schonmal in Spielen des Genres auftauchte, ich so ausführlich aber noch nicht erlebt habe.

[*]Um jetzt auf die Überschrift Bezug zu nehmen: die "tierischen" Momente sind so lächerlich, ich glaube die Entwickler meinen das wirklich nicht ernst. Nichts gegen eine ordentliche Portion Humor in Spielen, aber das nimmt echt die Glaubhaftigkeit raus. Alles fängt damit an, dass man nicht unbedingt ein "majestätisches" Tier wird. Fiktives Beispiel (um nicht zu spoilern): du freust dich darauf, ein Löwe zu werden, und auf einmal stehst du da als Nacktmull. Die Albernheit wird damit unterstrichen, dass einen die "Artgenossen" dann bei ohnehin schon schlechtem Voice Acting auch noch mit hochgepitchten Stimmen ansprechen. Ganz abgesehen davon, dass sie in ihren Behausungen komplett vermenschlicht werden.
[*]Dass hier alle möglichen Märchen und Fantasyfiguren wild reingequetscht werden, damit kann ich umgehen, aber das ist auch nur des Inhalts wegen und nicht, weil man großartige Ideen hatte, wie man das in eine gelungene Geschichte einbringt.
[*]Wie gerade schon angedeutet, ist das Voice Acting nicht besonders dolle. Passt bestens zu den mäßigen Gesichtsanimationen. Immersion Fehlanzeige.
[*]Die Grafik ist selbst für dieses Genre am unteren Rand; zumindest ist sie nichts Besonderes.
In einer späteren Szene sieht ein Hexenhäuschen vollkommen unpassend aus, eher wie aus einem Cartoon (während Szenen in solchen Spielen üblicherweise eher realistisch angelegt sind).
[*]Das Spiel ist wieder einmal verdammt kurz. Im Hauptspiel war ich nach weniger als 4h durch (sonst bei mir 6-8h) und auch das Bonuskapitel war bei mir mit 45min eher kurz (und übrigens inhaltlich und spielerisch...naja, unterwältigend).

Wenn man einen genrefremden Spieler davon überzeugen möchte, dass Wimmelbildspiele auch ganz cool sein können (bei mir haben sie sich zum Guilty Pleasure gemausert), dann wäre dieses hier keine gute Wahl. Es macht sich durchweg ein niedriges Production Value bemerkbar.
[h1]Fazit[/h1]
Auch der zweite Teil der Reihe überzeugt (mich) nicht. Grafisch ist vielleicht eine minimale Verbesserung zu verzeichnen und es gibt spielerisch den "Alchemie-Cube", dessen Anwendung mal ganz nett ist.
Alles Andere lohnt sich aber überhaupt nicht und hinterlässt wieder einen recht billigen Eindruck.
Wer diese Art Spiele ein wenig einschätzen kann und schonmal gute Vertreter* gespielt hat, sollte hier Abstand nehmen.

Kolejny HOG od Artifexu (a przynajmniej przez niego wydany) - to dalej "to samo". Jak podobały się poprzednie gry, to ta też podejdzie.
Z różnic: historia jest jedną z durniejszych, jakie widziałem w tych grach, a trochę już ich było (wbijanie do nieopuszczonego mieszkania i cała ta rodzina to naprawdę cyrk). Przynajmniej się pośmiałem - nie wiem, czy taki był zamysł, ale ważne, że była rozrywka. Jak zwykle są rozsiane drobne literówki (nawet płeć się zmienia przez to raz), mamy też grubsze błędy (winda, która nie zmienia pozycji po teleporcie z użyciem mapy, więc można wejść i pojechać w to samo miejsce, z którego weszliśmy...), czy standardowe głupotki (wywalanie sierpów czy rękawiczek, które potem są znowu potrzebne, więc szukamy tych samych rzeczy w kółko). Ale jak się lubi ukryte przedmioty, to mimo wszystko i tak jest przyjemnie.

This game is a lot like watching six sharks drive a train down the road. Some of the sharks may turn in unsettling ways and speak to you in strange voices like Agent 47 trying to convince you he is a small child. It will make you flinch and go what is that?? It will leave you with lots of questions. It will make you wonder if you were somehow drugged. It will make you hope for a surprising twist when, in fact, we all know that sharks do not have thumbs and it will have a predictable conclusion. But it will also be a story about how you watched six sharks drive a train down the road, and that seems worth it.
HOPs have some variety and flow smoothly, and the minigames aren't obnoxiously difficult. The music is nice and the voice acting is...there? I guess?? I haven't played the first game but I'll be working my way through the others so it'll be fun to see if they're also this level of insanity. Don't think too hard about the story and the 'alchemy' and you'll have fun.

Deuxième épisode de la série et il y a clairement eu un gros step-up par rapport au premier :
- des graphismes que je trouve plus agréables.
- une histoire bien plus intéressante et originale (vous allez vous retrouver dans certains univers de contes populaires : petit chaperon rouge ou robin des bois par exemple).
- l'apparition d'un indicateur pour savoir si tous les collectibles cachés dans l'image ont été trouvés ou non.
- un peu de nouveautés dans quelques SOC casse-têtes ou mécaniques du jeu.
Les succès sont dans les standards de ce genre de jeu et tout est faisable en un seul passage.
Il faut compter entre 3 et 4 heures de jeu pour terminer l'histoire principale et le chapitre bonus.
Si vous aimez ce genre vous pouvez vous lancer sans hésitation.

An enjoyable HOG. Alchemy plus forensics? Yes! A clever combination of fairy tales and legendary characters that starts with a murder mystery. The main character uses her potions to shapeshift into different animals which is fun. The bonus chapter makes a nice resolution for one of the subplots. ^-^

It's a nice and relaxing HOG. Way more chill than the family mysteries games done by the same makers of this game (Artifex and Brave Giant). Less irritating multi-step puzzles, and a much more relaxed fairyland feel. The alchemy is really simple and doesn't happen that often, so don't let that turn you off. Overall would recommend!

This game definitely differs from the first one. In almost everything. You're not even a Queen this time, but an Alchemist. As for the game improvements... They went overly well.
You get to participate in a murder mystery + see classic stories/characters from Red Riding Hood / Robin Hood and Hanzel and Gretel.
I kept wondering why the hell was this game even called "Queen's Quest"? ... Then I got my answer. You got me game. Look at you. Smart.
There are adorable cuties too. Especially the cat, the hamster and the snail.
Nothing in here is hard... I think everything is set to "you can do it if you try a little bit"... Except for that puzzle with "making the holes bigger"... That one... I just don't know... V.V
Overall, it was fun synthesizing (MAKING) the potions and then drinking them. I wondered if they tasted good...

Sehr märchenhaft und phantasiereich. Passt perfekt in die Winter(Weihnachts)zeit.
Sehr schönes Fantasy-Wimmelbildspiel für zwischendurch. Hier gibt es sehr viele Märchen-Anspielungen und Figuren. Mit dem ersten Teil hat das aber nicht wirklich was zu tun.
Wirklich schön und von den Rätseln auch angenehm abwechslungsreich. Auch die Spielzeit ist wirklich ok.
Bin schon auf die nächsten Teile gespannt.

Sehr schönes ~3 Stunden Wimmelbild Spiel. Das gute ist, es ist relativ einfach mit den Rätseln. Ich hatte schon Wimmelbild Spiele gespielt, da war ich wegen dem Rätseln so am Verzweifeln... Und, ja, es gibt "Überspringen". Für Errungenschaften aber darf man diese Funktion oft nicht nutzen.
Hier ist alles Entspannt. Von der "Queen's Quest" Reihe gibt es mehrere Teile, ich habe 5. Ob es noch weitere gibt, kann ich jetzt aktuell nicht sagen.
Die Errungenschaften in Queen's Quest 2 sind ebenfalls einfach und in einem Rutsch machbar (bzw. die letzte ist das Bonuskapitel, wo man aber alles Überspringen darf). Mit allen reden, nichts überspringen und keine Hinweise in Rätseln/Suchen benutzen. Für die Sammelobjekte gibt es ein guten Guide mit Bildern - sollte man immer sofort bei jedem Ort sammeln, da man später nicht mehr zurück kommt. Dann hilft nur neues Spiel.
Auf jeden Fall ist das Spiel gut zu Empfehlen. Leider finde ich nur die Preise für diese viel zu Teuer. Ich denke, dass im Rabatt 5€ akzeptabel sind. Aber das bleibt jedem selbst Überlassen - ich hatte früher mal ein (Gold)Esel im Keller. Leider hat er oft nur Kot produziert statt Gold.
Und Hoffentlich stirbt die Wimmelbild Reihe nicht aus. Ich spiele sie zwischendurch mal sehr gerne zum Abschalten und lasse nebenbei Videos laufen.

It's great for relaxing and keeping occupied for long periods. It also has a gift mini-game after you finish the main game. Well worth the time and $. I will play it again and again.

Was pleasantly surprised by this one. I bought the series on special and was very disappointed by the first one, and only played this cause I'd already purchased it. This had a decent storyline, and played fairly well. The puzzles were a nice mix, the hidden object games worked well, and there was an alternative matching game if you didn't like the hidden object ones. Only feature that I thought could use some improvements is how when you enter a scene with a person/thing you're supposed to interact with, you can't do anything until you do that interaction. I didn't realise this at first and thought the game had glitched as it wasn't letting me do anything.

Such a good upgrade from a previous game in the series, though it's not really a secret, you're not a Queen, but at least there's a quest. Stand-alone story.
Voice actors are decent, music and sounds are pretty good, graphics pretty good. HO puzzles vary with text & images and aren't too hard, and feels more logical of rummaging through items to find stuff you're looking for and need. It does involve a lot of objects not showing on the screen initially, so you will have to moce the mouse around until the cursor changed to interactable object for you to click, which can feel a bit pixel-hunty, but the areas are normally large and obvious, so I didn't find it much of a problem.
Puzzles are borderline too easy, I enjoyed the portable alchemy box, and the references to legends and folktales.
I played on casual, and the game has an icon that deactivates when you have found all the collectibles on the screen, so you don't have to get stuck staring at a screen thinking you've missed something. (Unsure if it was because of the difficulty setting).

In this game, you play as an alchemist who has to discover the truth behind the attacks on the king. It's actually a pretty long story, and I was surprised as to who the real villain was. I mean, you have the Sheriff of Nottingham and the witch of Hansel and Gretel, but they aren't the main villains in the game. I thought the game was going to come to an abrupt end at one point, which would have been very disappointing but nope. There was more to do.
This game mixes in a few common fairy tales such as Robin Hood, Hansel and Gretel, and Snow White. I didn't expect any of that until Robin Hood was mentioned, and I was pleasantly surprised and curious. The only fairy tale that felt a little forced was the Hansel and Gretel one because technically, it didn't even need to be there. Fortunately it was only a small part of the main story.
The game gives you some fun interactions with critters, including a Snail King who has a "scepter" you must get, a little talking hamster, a normal-looking raccoon who can talk and is such a nice lady, and a tiny baby dragon who chews on keys when he's hungry because that's what tiny baby dragons do, I guess. Also, poking animals makes them do the cutest critter noises, and if you can pet/poke animals in games, I'd say that's a huge plus.
The ending is a bit rushed but then again, that is a common issue with HOGs, I've noticed. The bonus chapter was really weak. It was very short and didn't even have many puzzles when there easily could have been a few more. It was very rushed and felt a bit lazy on the dev's part. Luckily, the bonus chapter isn't required to complete the game so it's not a huge issue. Still, it bugs me that such a lackluster side story is even included.
The visuals are lovely, especially the forest scenes: lush and colorful with great detail. Character animations are ok for the most part but sometimes they behaved more like cardboard cutouts. Not a major problem since this is common in HOGs but still, it would have been nice if they animations were a tad better.
The Hidden Object Puzzles are all great and there's plenty, but there is one little gripes I have: for one, you are asked to find candy in a scene but I don't think cookies and cupcakes count as candy? More like, "sweets?" The other puzzles are a mixed bag. Some are lots of fun, such as choosing the right interrogation questions for the Sheriff (it was tougher than I thought), finding certain runes in a mess of them, and moving a game piece through all spots on a board BUT you have to choose the right starting path or else it won't work. Some were rather tedious, though. The fight with the general was super clunky and could have been left out. The first puzzle in the game involves completing several "tasks" as you fly to the castle: clicking clouds in the right order to get them out of your way, click mountains in the right order to fly over them successfully, match pairs of birds to get them out of your way, and clicking lighting clouds in the right sequence to remove them. Not the best way to start the game, and I was worried this one was going to be as bad or close to being as bad as the first "Queen's Quest" but luckily, I was wrong.
Voice acting is decent but falls flat sometimes, and the main character's voice sounds too old for her.
Despite the flaws, I think this entry in the "Queen's Quest" saga is enjoyable and surprisingly length and in-depth with the story. You should just skip the first "Queen's Quest" and play this one because you're not missing much!

Good quality hidden object game with the standard fairy tale mix in the story. It has a good puzzle flow, puzzles are quite easy overall. I enjoyed playing it much more than the first one in retrospective.
Si le premier opus m'avait laissé sur ma fin, notamment du côté des graphisme (quand bien même...), force est de constater que ce nouvel épisode est d'une beauté extraordinaire (subjectivement parlant, il va sans dire) car tout au long de mon aventure, en plus de noter une amélioration plus que notable sur quelques éléments délaissés par le premier "Queen's Quest", ce deuxième jeu se permet de rendre hommage à "Grim Legends 2 : Song of the Dark Swan" et ça, c'est extraordinaire !
En vérité, on reprend même de nombreux éléments du jeu "Grim Legends", en apportant quelques améliorations fort sympathiques. En premier lieu, en ce qui concerne le scénario, on reprend un univers de contes populaires. Alors, pas uniquement dans son ambiance ou dans ses décors : à la manière du "Grim Legends" qui s'inspirait du conte des "Sept cygnes", ce "Queen's Quest" reprend de nombreux contes célèbres (ainsi que des fragments de mythes et légendes plus universelles). Et je ne saurais pas dire, mais cela offre toujours une touche d'immersion fort plaisante. Et l'on côtoie cette atmosphère avec notre personnage principal (nous-même) qui n'est autre que... une alchimiste ! Et le moins que l'on puisse dire, c'est que l'on a amélioré ce métier par rapport au "Grim Legends" en offrant des séquences, certes parfois redondantes, de concoctions de potions plaisantes. Et notre alchimiste va devoir, entre concoctions et résolutions de casse-têtes, résoudre une série de meurtres et enlèvements. Et si le scénario demeure toujours "simpliste", dû au genre vidéo-ludique, c'est véritable l'ambiance conte populaire qui donne tout le charme à cet épisode.
Pour les énigmes et les casse-têtes, il n'y a pas grand chose à ajouter étant donné que l'on reste à peu près sur les mêmes mini-jeux - du moins, dans une même tonalité. Néanmoins, il est à souligner que l'on retrouve le fameux jeu des sortilèges que l'on pouvait voir dans "Grim Legends 3 : The Dark City" qui, ma foi, à l'instar des références au deuxième "Grim Legends", fait du bien - surtout quand on a apprécié cette saga vidéo-ludique.
Pour les décors (et cette fois, c'est le château de Neuschwanstein qui a le droit à quelques changements), on a un véritablement changement, une amélioration plus que notable entre le premier "Queen's Quest" et celui-ci, c'est qui fait du bien aux yeux quand on était habitué à une certaine qualité de détail, à une certaine richesse de couleurs et d'objets. De ce fait, les différents tableaux, plongés dans cet univers merveilleux, sont tout bonnement superbes.
Pour les musiques, nous avons ENFIN une bande son et sonore digne de ce nom qui relève les "fausses notes" de l'opus précédent : c'est un plaisir exquis d'avoir enfin une ambiance musicale - non pas parfaite - mais qui vaille le coup d'être admirée.
En soi, "Queen's Quest 2 : Stories of Forgotten Past" est une importante amélioration de cette série qui commençait un petit peu mal, à mon grand regret. On remet à son digne niveau tout ce qui fait la beauté de ces jeux estampillés Artifex Mundi, d'autant que les références et hommages aux autres jeux (surtout les "Grim Legends") sont les bienvenues. Un jeu que je ne peux que recommander chaudement et qui va - je l'espère - se maintenir tout le long de la série !
Pretty fun game. It's a slow and easy kind of game to play in between other more stressful games. Make sure to grab puzzle pieces and figurines before doing anything in an area, as sometimes you can be locked out of grabbing them ever.

A medium quality HOG imo:
- Most of the minigames and 'detective work' was too easy.
- The voice-acting is better than most other HOG.
- Story includes fairytale references, which was cute.
- Gameplay/controls could be better: e.g. sometimes I had clicked on something, but it didn't register, causing 'dead ends' which was too bad.
- Took about 4 hours or less (excluding breaks) to finish including the bonus chapter, so if you buy it on sale, it's a pretty good deal.

I've played this game before as well, but re-bought on Steam. This game is one of my favorites honestly. The Alchemist is in one of the sequels too, which I appreciate. The cauldron design, where it spits out brews once they're done? Brilliant. I think I like this game so much because the design has a lot of charm.
The way the game plays out too -- collecting ingredients for brewing potions and collecting evidence to solve parts of a mystery -- is nice, it makes your character feel very competent and talented.
Gameplay is good. There is no difficulty achievement in it, which I like because playing on easier difficulties is more manageable on a touchscreen. The game also contains a bonus adventure, and this one ties into the main story as well, this is one of my favorite bonus adventures.
I like the music in this one a lot too. There is a track that plays during a lot of the puzzles and hidden object games in the main story, and that's one of my favorite tracks. I almost wish they had a soundtrack for this game you could get as an add-on.
Easy recommendation, you should play this.

Znacznie, ale to znacznie lepsza odsłona od boleśnie przeciętnej jedynki. Być może fabuła w dalszym ciągu nie jest szczególnie porywająca, za to skutecznie gra nadrabia różnorodnością zagadek i ogólnie przyjemną stroną artystyczno-techniczną. Aż przyjemnie się robi na sercu, gdy pomyśli się o kolejnych częściach gry, o ile tylko uda się twórcom zachować uzyskany poziom progresu.

This is so far my favourite version of the Queen's Quest games. The story is fairly engaging and interesting, and most of the puzzles make sense. Using your alchemical abilities to be a fairytale detective is an interesting twist . The achievements are also easy to get.
Another fun game from Artifex Mundi. They are among my favorite for puzzle/hidden object games. They are great for casual, low-key game play. I have found puzzle games are a great way to unwind after a long, stressful day.
It's just okay, the story is kind of weak and a bit all over the place mid game. The puzzles are again just okay. Doesn't feel engaging as other titles, but it's still a decent time waster. Not really a thumbs up, but not a thumbs down neither.
Achievements: Can be done in one playthrough.
SO much better than the first one! Literally everything is so much better. Great music, lots of fun puzzles, really interesting plot, and I love the alchemy system that followed you throughout. Some of the characters still had that weird look of being an actual photo they just added in rather than drawing, but much way less jarringly than in the previous game. It also included a little indicator at the bottom of the screen to tell you if an area had a collectible, which is always great.
It is weird they called this a sequel when it has literally nothing at all to do with the Tower of Darkness game, but since it's better and more interesting in every way I don't mind. I'm excited for the rest of these now! 7/10
Yep, in this series I think you can see the progress made in the hidden object puzzle genre...
The first game in the series was a bit... off, if you will.
This one is more well put together. The puzzles are still not quite there, but the story is a bit more consistent, and there is more of that folktale general feel to it that is standard to Artifex Mundi games.
It has a mix of a whole ton of different stuff, but more on the referential side instead of being retellings.
Robin Wood, Hansel and Gretel, Little Red Riding Hood... all somewhat present, yet it's not exactly their stories, but yours as an alchemist who solves criminal cases as a sort of private detective.
Anyways, good one. Recommended!

Un jeu d'objets cachés inspiré par divers contes très connus (Hansel & Gretel, Robin des bois, Le petit chaperon rouge, ...). Les décors sont bien dessinés, c'est agréable et ça soutient bien l'histoire. Les scènes d'objets cachés sont correctes, ni infaisables ni trop faciles, on alterne entre formes des objets sur certaines et noms sur d'autres. Pour une fois je n'ai pas noté de traduction aberrante :). Les minis jeux sont vraiment trop faciles sur cet opus par contre !
Je ne vois pas tellement le rapport entre le titre du jeu et l'histoire, on incarne ici une alchimiste chargée par le roi de résoudre une affaire de meurtre, qui débouche sur un complot contre la couronne. C'est bien mené, contrairement au premier épisode qui était une vraie catastrophe. L'ajout de l'alchimie avec diverses potions, au lieu d'être intégrée dans le jeu, est intégrée comme une compétence spéciale, c'est plutôt bien vu pour varier un peu :).
Le jeu est relativement court, compter environ 4h avec l'aventure bonus.

Le même genre d'achievements que pour tous les jeux du genre : finir une scène d'objets cachés rapidement, faire tous les minis jeux sans passer, trouver les collectibles, ... attention pour les collectibles la plupart apparaissent et disparaissent, donc pour les avoir tous sans faire deux fois le jeu il faudra prêter un peu attention. Si j'avais bien toutes les créatures mystiques à la fin du jeu, il me manquait quelques pièces de puzzle. Bon, refaire le jeu est vraiment très rapide, donc pas un drame.

Вам предстоит играть за королевского алхимика, которому король поручил расследование убийства своего помощника. Ищите предметы, разгадывайте различные головоломки, варите зелья и снадобья и найдите виновного в злодеянии!
Играть интересно – локаций много и они хорошо прорисованы. В игре имеется 3 уровня сложности, а также интересный бонусный уровень. Наличие обоев, музыки и концепт-артов приятно порадовало. Головоломки в игре не слишком сложны. Также в каждой локации есть скрытые предметы, фигурки и кусочки пазла. Если не забывать про них, то с легкостью пройдете игру на 100%. Над панелью инвентаря есть маленький фонарь, если вы соберёте всё, то он погаснет.
Графика в игре находится на очень высоком уровне: локации прорисованы просто отлично, да и ролики не отстают. Музыкальное сопровождение вне всяких похвал. У каждого персонажа свой голос, а также озвучены все животные.
К минусам можно отнести – неправильный перевод некоторых предметов в русской локализации. Хотелось бы исправления недочёта.
Особенно рекомендую ценителям жанра!

A fun puzzle game!
Very good game! One of the best games from Artifex Mundi! Much excitement and intertwining of other fairy tales, makes the game really fun to play! With the collector's edition also follows a lot of extra material related to the story (information about characters) and also the collectables. It also includes wallpapers and music from the game.
There is ONE bug, and it's severe, and it cost me a lot of time. At the end of the game, during one of the final cut scenes, a puzzle piece will appear in the scene, making you believe you didn't take the piece even if you did. This made me panic and Alt + F4, leading me to the final place in the game (at restart), ruining the "watch all cinematics" achievement, and I had to go through the game again. I thought I missed that final puzzle piece, but the fact is that I was missing one much earlier.

Having played all the series I think this is the best one.
I've played a LOT of these types of games for well over a decade. This one feels very old and dated for it to have been released in 2017. If you get it on a big sale, you might try it. However, just know it's not that great, and there are plenty of others that flow and have better puzzles and stories.

Nun, was soll ich sagen, Queen's Quest 2 ist ein Hidden-Object-Game mit wirklich schöner Grafik und vielen guten Ansätzen. Dennoch hat es mich so gar nicht vom Hocker gerissen.
Als berühmte Alchemistin sollen wir für den König in einem Mordfall ermitteln. Was dann folgt, ist ein bunter Mix aus Märchen und Sagen. Robin Hood, Hänsel & Gretel, Merlin, Rotkäppchen und die böse Schwiegermutter auf einem Haufen. Diese Mischung war mir persönlich dann doch zu viel des Guten.
Abgesehen von der unglaubwürdigen Story waren mir auch die Aufgaben, Wimmelbilder und Rätsel zu einseitig und zu einfach gestrickt. Mini-Spiele gibt es kaum. Die meisten Aufgaben bestehen darin, den passenden Gegenstand zu finden, um dann etwas öffnen zu können, ohne weiteres Knobeln. Die Wimmelbildspiele bestehen zu einem großen Teil nur darin, Büsche und Gegenstände auf die Seite zu schieben, um an das gesuchte Objekt zu gelangen. Zudem haben wir es fast in jedem Suchbild (wie auch im integrierten Sammelmodus) mit Morphing-Objekten zu tun. Meh! Selbst das Alchemie-System schöpft sein Potential nicht aus. Zutaten finden, in den Mörser und dann ins Destilliergerät packen, Trank fertig.
Mit insgesamt gerade mal ca. 4 Spielstunden für die Hauptgeschichte und das Bonuskapitel ist Queen's Quest 2 ein relativ kurzes Hidden-Object-Game mit mäßiger Story, viel verschenktem Potential und viel zu wenig Rätselspaß. Deshalb gibt es hier von mir auch nur eine mäßige Empfehlung.

Das Spiel ist ein Mix aus allem was man kennt.EIne Alchemistin trifft auf Robin Hood + Sheriff von Nuting... ähm Nottingham, Rotkäpfchen, Hänsel und Gretel und auf den Magier Merlin aus dem ersten Teil... falls ich was vergessen habe... okay, 2 mal auf Hänsel und Gretel wenn man es genau nimmt.
Die Rätsel sind auch besser als im Vorgänger, die Übersetzung ist mal wieder typisch Pipe mit Rohr statt hier Pfeife zu übersetzen kennt man ja schon. Ansonsten paar Kleinigkeiten wie Mehrzahl statt Einzahl oder Spezifische Beschreibung von einer allgemeinen Sache (Adlerfeder, müsste aber Rabenfeder sein, wenn ich nicht ganz falsch liege)
Der Mix ist nicht das schlimme, man bedient sich ja lediglich der Charaktere, leider sind diese genauso wie in den Geschichten, der Sheriff ist der Böse, die Hexe macht ihrem Namen alle Ehre und die Bösewichte reihen sich aneinander wie Bauern auf einem Schachbrett...
Die Grafik ist okay, viel besser als im Teil 1 und Charaktere sehen jetzt auch alle gleich gut aus. Gibt paar andere Mechaniken hier, die ich jedoch auch woanders schon gesehen habe, also nichts ganz neues.
Spiellänge sind ca 4 h mit allen Errungenschaften und man muss es nicht (wenn man nicht was übersieht) doppelt spielen wie in anderen Gere-Vertretern, da man auch hier die Alternative bei Wimmelbild-Sequenzen hat stattdessen was anderes zu spielen. Die Alternative ignoriert man am Besten.
I loved the graphics. The game was interesting and fairly easy thanks to the hints button. I really like that it tells you when you have found all the secret items in each site.
Artifex Mundi are creators of my favorite Hidden Object Games to pass time. It is my intention to obtain all sequels to my ever expanding library
Great game. One of the better Artifex titles surprisingly. Especially since Queen's Quest 1 was so horribly done. Puzzles are not too difficult, but hard enough so you can actually have fun without wanting to throw your keyboard out in the rain. Scenes are rendered beautifully so you can actually tell what objects are in the HO scenes. Story keeps moving and doesn't get bogged down in its own pretentious or overly complicated muck. The fairytale characters were a pleasant surprise. I actually looked forward to finding out what happens next which is very rare even in the best Artifex game. Plenty of variety so you don't get bored. I hope all the rest of the Queen's Quest games are like this. Really good onel
Buen juego de objetos ocultos, algo cutre en su desarrollo y con puzzles basatante fáciles, pero que tiene su plus al tener que ayudar a personajes de cuentos clásicos. También incluye alguna dinámica interesante como el tema de las pociones, aunque excepto al principio, luego se abandona bastante y es demasiado automático.
Logros buggeados que hace que no puedas identificar desde fuera del juego cuáles te faltan, aunque desde dentro del mismo sí se pueden ver. Al igual que pasaba con el primero, logros fáciles de sacar.
Animaciones toscas y música para "aprobar", pero al menos es suficientemente largo. Juego que aprueba y para echarse una partida entre juegos grandes y desconectar, no viene mal.

Ce jeu est plein de magnifiques décors couleurs douces. Les casses-tête ne sont pas du tout difficile, les scènes d'objets cachés étaient très belles mis à part quelques traductions où je devais bien chercher ce que cela pouvait représenter. J'ai aimé ce jeu. Les animaux sont tellement mignons. Oui je le recommande.

Так себе игра. Из плюсов - неплохой саундтрек и красивая графика, которую портит топорная анимация. Головоломок (которые не сцены поиска предметов) мало и они все слишком простые. Проходить было скучно.
It was fine. A bit shorter than I thought. Puzzles run towards the easy-moderate difficulty. Pretty decent. It's multiple fairy tales into one, but of course, the story is iffy. Still, puzzles were good
