Between the writing being chuckful of in-your-face gender identity stuff and the horrible ms-paint level portrait artwork, I actually looked into getting a refund 30 minutes in. But I had purchased it (on sale) too long ago so I was stuck with it.
Good thing too because this is a serviceable little game after all. It's very indi and some of the art is so bad that it makes a case in favor of using AI art, but beyond that, there's a lot there to like.
The progression systems, classes and itemization can really be optimized and how you build your adventurers and teams has a huge impact on the results. So real player agency, with good tactics-like combat, interesting progression and upgrades, cool loot and a sustained sense of growth. Lots of classes to explore, interesting powers, cool character traits system. It's nothing that you haven't seen before, but it's fresh content-wise. The balancing is not robust, and you can really build disfunctionnaly weak or stupidly powerful characters, but that's the whole fun here. There's a classic but functional story that's enough to keep you going, good cast of support characters, etc. If the art wasn't so bad, this could have been a much higher profile game...
So worth your time if you like that sort of things, just be ready to put up with the initial offput.
This game has good inspirations, but at the end all you get is boring dialogues, shallow combats, repetitive quests and unbalanced difficulty.

So far I am really enjoying this game. Improving your base, recruiting new people, the battle system are all scratching a gaming itch I have been having lately. I also like how the random reports and interactions between characters make it feel more alive and how traits characters have can come into play in how they interact with each other. Very well done.
On a side note, if you have a bit of OCD like me, you might spend hours reloading your game to try to get characters with better trait / stat combinations. I spent quite a bit of time doing that with your 3 starting characters and do it frequently during the game by saving right before a week reset when new charcters show up at the inn to recruit.
The demo is about 6 hours (normal difficulty) and carries over to the main game. Strongly recommend that first and foremost. Though it seems it doesn't count towards steam achievements sadly.
Short version: I found this game on accident and I'm pleasantly impressed by it. Easy recommend.
I haven't missed this many 95% accuracy since I played xcom2. The dialog banter is silly, sometimes good and sometimes cringy. The character development is great, I was pleasantly surprised by this (especially once you unlock party management). The weakest point is some QoL stuff: dialog not auto advancing is frustrating and I wish the character screen UI was more simple/streamlined. I also wish you could take skills from one class and add it to another (although maybe multiclass is added later and I haven't unlocked it yet).
The art style is the worst part of the game. Anything that isn't mechanics/gameplay is anywhere between 1/10 - 4/10, like with battle music, it'll stop for a few seconds before looping again. However the gameplay and mechanics are a 10/10 and addictive to me. Mechanically the game to me is like a mixture of darkest dungeon, fire emblem (but combat isnt phases), and dungeons and dragons. The missions are repetitive but I enjoy the repetition, the game is extremely niche, but if it's your niche it hits really well. It's one of those games where a person is either bored after 30 minutes or is completely hooked. I really enjoy the character customization, skill trees, management and battle system with this game. The gameplay and mechanics carry the game if you can get over the art style
Great Game! This is the most fun ive had on a tactical RPG since FF tactics.
Genuinely a super fun game that has wayyyy more content that first appears. I was not expecting to get more than 10 hours out of it, and right now I'm approaching 50. The combat is fun and very TTRPG esque, the charcater generation is fun as hell, and I love seeing the stories that play out. It's like a cross of Darkest Dungeon with Wildermyth, with a visual novel kind of style. I can really recommend it.

4. dlc还没买，看完贴吧多周目养成攻略后觉得有点变态，刷本拿特性、SL凹属性、SL刷宝箱，公式化打本，看完之后成功弃游，奉劝各位玩的下一款战棋不要看攻略不要风灵月影不要追求完美，就这样~

Loving this gsme so far!! I have it on steam and decided to buy it also on ps5 today because my kids were on the cpu.
Was playing and everytime I press on the sensory button on the ps5 controller to check moods on my character, my income would go up by 1000 lol. At first I didn't care but than after a bunch of times checking their moods I am now up to 210000 and its getting really annoying 😭😭
I hope there's a sequel.

I've got less than 15 hours in [i]Our Adventure Guild[/i], and I already feel comfortable calling it a gem.
I went looking for a single-player game with light tactical combat, RPG progression, and a kind of [i]Hattrick[/i]-style management feel—something approachable on the surface, but with enough depth to really dig into. This nailed that far better than I expected.
What looks at first like a simple tactical game with light presentation actually hides a very well-thought-out web of systems: class and skill progression, guild and resource management, quest events, character interactions, and story beats that don't just feel disposable. The game keeps rewarding attention.
Team management has subtle but noticeable impact, and I'm already attached to some of my characters. Others I am absolutely willing to "accidentally" let die in the field.
[b]What's impressed me most is how carefully balanced everything feels.[/b] You can absolutely spend money on potions and bombs and brute-force some hard encounters, but inventory limits keep that from becoming a universal answer. That same design restraint shows up all over the place—in the bravery-point reroll system, target-class guidance during level-up, the mood system, the way healing and camp banter feed into morale, and a bunch of other details I keep noticing the more I play.
I bought it on sale, and even if I stopped here, I'd feel like I got my money's worth. If the rest of the game holds up this well, I'd have no problem recommending it at full price.
And that means something, coming from my cheap ass.

This game is by far my favorite in the niche genre of Guild/Adventurer management. The class system, events, relationship building, and dungeon crawling is just deeply satisfying with a fun management-adventure-battle-repeat formula.

Игроку предстоит развивать свою гильдию, следить за прокачкой своих приключенцев, собирать их в отряды и управлять их действиями в боях. Последнее может быть непростой задачей, так как каждый приключенец имеет свои особенности, они не бессмертны и могут разругаться со своим товарищем по команде, что отразится на их поведении в бою.
Плюсы игры:
+ Игровой процесс. Пошаговые бои интересные, система простая для понимания, но имеет множество нюансов. Большое разнообразие навыков, разная экипировка, позволяющая менять геймплей персонажа, а механика титулов, позволяет “фокусировать” персонажа на каком-то конкретном типе геймплея. Это наверное первая игра за долгое время, позволившая мне сделать стрелка-отравителя эффективным даже на высоких уровнях.
+ Разнообразие прокачки. В игре 27 классов (включая два весьма мощных класса из ДЛС), каждый имеет свои особенности и синергию с перками и свойствами приключенцев.
+ Сюжет. Часто диалоги и квеста здесь написаны комедийно и несерьезно, с прямым пробитием четвертой стены и типичными анимешными штампами. Но при этом в игре есть четкая сюжетная линия с крепким фентезийным сюжетом. Плюс, у некоторых персонажей (в том числе, у некоторых “сюжетных” приключенцев) есть личные квеста со своими собственными арками и сюжетами.
+ Случайные события на миссиях. Некоторые могут навсегда изменить твоего персонажа, даровав ему какой-нибудь перк! Хотелось бы только чтобы их было еще больше и чтобы отношения персонажей в отряде на них чаще влияли.
Минусы игры:
Оформление. Это, наверное, самая слабая сторона этой игры. UI и спрайты персонажей заставляют вспомнить о флеш-играх.
Боевая система здесь интересная, но даже так, может произойти типичная ситуация, где битва с низкоуровневыми противниками длится долго. В игре есть автобой, но даже так, порой такие битвы просто ощущались как трата времени и ресурсов, которую хотелось бы избежать.
Поначалу бои могут показаться скучными. Твои персонажи знают один-два приема, умеют немного, интересной экипировки нет. Но уже к середине игры эта ситуация исправляется.
Спорное:
+- Экипировка. Она может сильно повлиять на твой геймплей, что хорошо. Можно (и нужно) ходить на боссов, собирая с них ресурсы и создавая свою экипировку. Но при этом разнообразие оружия будто бы подкачало. Я нашла во время игры много разных двуручных мечей, в то время как мечей и щитов было в разы меньше.
+- По мере прохождения сюжета игра будет порой предлагать взять к себе “сюжетных” приключенцев (у двух из которых есть свои личные квеста). По статам и прокачке они ощущаются сильнее обычных, что неплохо, но если хочется сделать свою собственную армию болванчиков, то от них можно отказаться.
+- Хотелось бы больше случайных событий, зависящих от отношений и характеров персонажей. Здорово что они вообще есть, но если играть долго, то начнешь видеть повторяющиеся диалоги и события крайне часто.
+- DLC имеет крайне сильные дополнительные классы, а вот сюжет с прохождением башни волшебника меня не зацепил. Просто дополнительное подземелье, позволяющее пофармить опыт и попробовать билды. Вроде интересно, но бои без каких-либо случайных событий может быть не особо интересным.
+- В игре нет русского языка. Я бы не сказала, что чтобы понять сюжет нужен высокий уровень знания английского языка, но с пониманием механик может быть нелегко.
Эта игра оказалась для меня крайне приятным сюрпризом. Она глубже и интереснее, чем может показаться на первый взгляд, и если вас не смущает арт-дизайн и “анимешный” сюжет, то стоит дать ей шанс.

游戏性不错，其实美术也没有太大的问题（比做的不好非要做3D的看着舒服），希望能够更新更多职业和武器（包括宝石），打到后期除了等级和事件角色提升途径少。
플레이 하는 중엔 재밌음 노가다 심하다 하는데 모든 던전 다 돈단 마인드로 하는거 아니면 ㄱㅊ음 하지만 마지막 엔딩이 뭐랄까 너무 맥없이 끝나서 끝난 후가 좀 아쉬움
第一周目就非常好玩，虽然机制画面都比较简单，但游玩起来真的非常有趣，各种组合事件，也有刷2周目的动力，是一款非常有趣的游戏，值得入手
I had been looking for a game like this for a long while, as there are not many of this genre (managing a guild). I really loved it, its an amazing game (and also super budget friendly). The game is long, but even so it left me wanting more. I hope other games like this come out. 10/10 would recommend.
P.D. The graphics seem like they are not so good, but once you get used to them they are great. It took me a while to buy it because of the graphics, and after playing I realise that did not matter at all.
Great if you want to micro manage but also able to play through without getting over in-depth if that's what you like.

Incredibly good Turn based Strategy/Tactics/Dungeon Crawler/Character Creationi/Management game. While the character creation and development isn't quite as intense as something like disgaea, it fits into a nice spot that isn't as overwhelming like disgaea series is. Obtaining traits and equipment and the new game+ feature allows those of us who enjoy making great characters the opportunity to make an endgame that can spans hundreds of hours. I haven't bought the DLC but that supposedly offers a great end game as well.
The Story is not over the top for a fantasy, very mild to be quite honest, but that makes it kid friendly. It isn't likely to be a bad influence on children that pick this game up at least. That said it is also not an epic story that will have you bawling your eyes out or even reminiscing about in a year or two down the road. If there's anything that could be improved on in a sequel if this company makes one, it would probably be the story. That said, despite the limitations imposed by having a game that has a lot of freedom around characters and the ability to literally toss the standard encountered characters aside, it does a good job of being consistent to its setting.
The Art and Music is good, and the fact that this is an indie game makes it stand out all the more as a gem of the indie world. That said I'm rating them more generously as I would an indie game.

・システムとしてBP（ブレイブポイント）とかいうので
このターンだけ行動数を増やしたりアクション回数を増やしたり命中率を高めたりできる。
必殺スキルにも使うけど、但高く維持していると即死回避もできたりするので使いすぎもよくなかったりで面白い要素ではある
・基本がFEと同じようにレベルアップ時の能力上昇は％でランダムにはなるけど固定にもできるのはいい。
固定だと筋力150％なら2レベルで３上がるか 運で1レベル毎に５０％の確率で２上昇するにもできる
・冒険者を雇う際に毎回ランダムなパッシブや能力を持つ人から選ぶかエディットで作る
（多分エディットのほうが多少総合値が低い）
個人的に好みがわかれそう
・イベント等で上昇値にバフが付く特性がちょいちょい手に入るので能力が爆発的に伸びたりするインフレ感が楽しい
但イベントの選択肢だったり、敵にとどめを刺したりで手に入るのでイベントの場合ランダムで無駄な性能が付いたりもする。
後半おかしい強さのキャラとサポートくらいしかできないキャラになるくらい差は生まれる
・部隊をいっぱい作ろうと思えば作れる
だけど要らない・・・使い分けする必要性を感じさせないのは残念
・ちょっとずつ部隊を長く使うと連携が上がったりで有利になったりもする。

The content and gameplay for the price is extremely worth it.
I dont have time to play many games anymore. I have been slowly chipping away at this game over the past many months, as of the time of this review I have just completed my first playthrough I have over 300 hours on this game. I kept coming back to it despite having many other games in my library. If you like turn based strategy games such as FF tactics, tactics ogre, fell seal, fire emblem, disgaea well you get the idea, you may want to try this one. I was taking the scenic route to the end with a full five teams built up. I am seriously considering going for NG+ but I am rather indecisive about what I should bring with. The strategy aspect of the game is quite fun figuring out how classes synergize and with increasing class levels unlocking abilities that change how and what tactics may be employed on increasingly difficult battles.
If you like any of the games listed I recommend giving this game a shot.

se non sapete bene come muovervi potete trovare aiuto nella sessione community è molto attiva, e c'è anche una guida fatta molto bene per tutto quello che c'è da sapere su quali classi livellano cosa e che requisiti hanno le classi avanzate, senza contare gli eventi più importanti di ogni area

Maybe it's just geared a little too much towards kids. I remember playing Shining Force as a kid and that had much higher stakes and evolving story than this. I truly wish this was more in the middle of the two than what it actually is. The gameplay is excellent, the writing is just.... well... kinda trash. I'm still enjoying it but it's 100% for the gameplay at this point.
I am loving the gameplay loop. The systems feel good. Though I would love to see a bit more depth on the mood system. Bonuses/detriments for good/bad mood. Plus more ways to get them into good/bad moods.
I would also like to see bad traits be overcome by characters. Like if they're cowards and you throw them into combat enough maybe they stop being cowards and it evolves into a bravery trait, something like it.
I suppose ultimately the game mostly runs off cycling NPCs that only have as much value as you invest into them. If they were set NPCs with actual stories to them it would indeed be a much different game, perhaps a better one.

捏人捏了自己和几个朋友，正好组成6人小队，带入玩起来很起劲。
不过有时为了培养角色需要重复刷随机任务，会玩得特别疲劳。
故事大纲没什么特别的，不过文案和角色塑造却意外很行，只可惜最后结尾写得太仓促了。
建议连本体和DLC一起购买，多了枪兵和忍者两个职业，BOSS派遣任务掉落的素材也让装备多样性有所提升。

特に一定レベル上昇ごとにある心情低下も結構響くので用心に越したことはない

實際遊玩幫我除以2，這款遊戲非常不錯，想入手的玩家，如果選最難難度可以先關掉冒險者死亡(隊伍全滅真的很難受= =)，最好的遊玩方式就是一般、冒險者死亡(預設)，將主線一路推上去，得失心太重的人會跟我一樣玩太久，整體遊戲時數沒意外大概20~30小時(有意外的情況，看看底下評論法郎N代目)。
期待開發人員有下一部作品，個人覺得畫風沒有到很差，但希望能多些髮型、臉部甚至是服裝變化再更多樣。當然這些都是後話，畢竟200塊買的，能有這樣的完整度就很強了，許願下款400塊的等級(胃口被養大了 \ o w o / )

前期确实很好玩，但后期好几个队伍一起培养的时候，资源比较容易匮乏，但游戏没有派出小队扫荡的功能，导致必须要手操一场又一场无意义的战斗。因此后期稍显枯燥，美术方面，虽然评论区很多人诟病，但个人觉得作为这种小品级游戏，也还算能接受吧，主要还是后期手操战斗太多有些无趣，导致主线都没过完就不想玩了，姑且算是好评

Our Adventurer Guild is a good example of emergent character stories within a game with an overarching plot and good mechanics. With five exceptions, all your characters are procedurally generated and gain friendships, love interests, traits, and more over the course of your play. No two playthroughs are entirely alike, the enemy variety and story missions are good and varied, and the game lets you customise several variables from a custom config file (which you do have to manually enable in the settings) so you can further tweak your experience. Overall, it's a fairly deep tactical game with good replayability and strong writing (in my opinion). Worth a look if you like tactical RPGs like Wildermyth or if you're looking to crack into something TTRPG reminiscent without having to deal with other human beings.
Our Adventurer Guild gave me a surprisingly deep and satisfying first playthrough. The slow level‑up pace, the steady expansion of guild facilities, and the way each character can evolve in multiple directions depending on their class all made the progression feel meaningful. I especially enjoyed being able to change classes and redistribute stats, which opened up a lot of creative builds and long‑term planning. It really felt like an adventure.
There’s definitely a lot of grinding, but when you’re discovering the game for the first time, it doesn’t feel like a problem. What did hit me harder was starting a new run with my cleared‑game character and a few carried‑over items, only to find myself surrounded by rookies with no skills. Going from a powerful team back to hours of rebuilding everyone’s abilities was a bit discouraging.
I bought the DLC after finishing the base game, and while the new class and the tower add some variety, they didn’t feel as fun or impactful as the main experience. Still, I can’t complain about the value. I got more than enough gameplay for the price. The difficulty settings also help keep things interesting by letting you tune the challenge to your liking.
Overall, I recommend the game to anyone who enjoys progression‑heavy RPGs with lots of customization and long‑term growth.

Decent management mechanics, the party system is interesting and the addition of interpersonal relationships between characters is a good one
Cons:
Combat is still relatively simple (at least to the point of the game I've reached)
Mood system is a bit barebones compared to the gold standard of the genre, though I don't find it that much of a downside
The art style isn't gonna blow anyone away, even if it makes me nostalgic for flash games

Really great combination of management and tactical grid combat rpg. Can't beat it at this price.
The graphics do need an overhaul, it was the hardest thing to overcome but once you try the demo you find great game play loops. The balanacing is good if a bit hard but that will come much later in the story. If you love choices and planning DnD characters this game will hook you if you can get past the graphics. Pair playing this game with a good anime to watch on the side and you are golden!

就如同其他評論一樣, 美術很一般。
但遊戲性完全可以彌補這個缺陷。
不知不覺就超100小時了。
基本上是非常推薦其他人來玩。
冒険者を雇ってクエストをこなしてギルドを有名にしていくゲーム。
そう書くと冒険者ギルド運営ゲームだと思われそうですが、運営要素よりも冒険者パーティーの探索要素の方がメイン。
キャラメイクがあるので自分好みの個性あるキャラクターを作ることも可能。
イラストも好きなものに差し替えれるのもグッド。
一つのクエストはサクっと終わるので、もう一つこなすか～という感じが続いて、あっという間に時間が過ぎている。
まだDLCの魔術王の塔は攻略できていないので100時間は余裕で遊んでしまいそう。
仲間の設定とか考えて自分だけのギルドを作って冒険へ～みたいなことをやりたい人にはかなりオススメです。
Если вы любитель тактических игр с микро-менеджментом (по типу x-com) и геймплей для вас на первом месте, то - однозначно рекомендую эту игру. Как минимум - дать ей шанс.
К достоинствам игры можно отнести большое разнообразие классов героев, механики отрядов, взаимоотношений между сопартийцами. Интересный способ прокачки характеристик персонажей: у каждой характеристики есть вероятность быть прокаченной и при достижении уровня великий рандом под гнетом этих вероятностей решает что именно усилит.
Из слабых сторон я бы выделил - бюджетную анимацию и аниме-стилистику. Хоть в данном проекте они смотрятся весьма целостно и прекрасно сочетаются с сюжетом (да, он тут тоже присутствует), но кмк это может отпугнуть некоторых игроков.

보기와 다르게 게임이 정말 개 꿀잼입니다. 턴제게임중에 SRPG 류, 영지 관리(삼국지등) 류, RPG류 게임위주로 하는 사람인데, 흔치않은 명작입니다. 제 스팀 플레이타임 2위의 게임입니다. 턴제 SRPG 좋아하는분들은 무조건 하셔야합니다.
그래픽이 단점인데 그것도 하다보면 익숙해져서 오히려 맛깔납니다. 개 강추 드립니다.dlc는 안해봤습니다.
机制设计的挺好，美术有待提高
Like many others, the art style nearly threw me off but I decided that I care more about gameplay and mechanics than art style and boy am I glad I did.
The story isnt very good but the mechanics are great. The exploration system, tactical combat, relationship system between adventurers, base builder all feel perfect. With the combat it feels fluid with all the skills and very grounded elemental system.
