Как по мне MXGP образца 2014-го года всё ещё по сей день один из лучших симуляторов мотокросса - шикарная физика,потрясающие ощущения от управления питбайка где ты буквально ощущаешь каждую кочку и каждый поворот с достаточно реалистичными поведением самого питбайка на бездорожье с заносами и с застреванием на деформированных поверхностях трассы,очень хорошо реализованная достаточно реалистичная деформация поверхностей самих трасс будь то песок или грунт ,реализовано очень круто по сей день (лучше и реалистичнее реализация только разве что в каком-нибудь Spintires/Mudrunner/Snowrunner),очень классные почти все трассы,очень хорошо реализован вид от первого лица - выключить весь интерфейс и включить вид от первого лица тут сплошное удовольствие просто +100% к погружению,очень круто и реалистично реализовали тряску камеры в виде от первого лица,шикарные звуки,шикарные анимации
единственное что сегодня расстраивает это графика - она не очень была честно говоря даже на момент выхода и даже на максимально доступных настройках выглядит не очень.
К техническому состоянию претензий нет,всё достаточно хорошо отполированно в этом плане и хорошо оптимизированно,с багами не встречался,единственное что рекомендую выключить вертикальную синхронизацию :)

В общем и целом - Я остался доволен от MXGP - The Official Motocross Videogame образца 2014 года,играется и ощущается по сей день достаточно круто,всем фанатам мотокросса рекомендую к ознакомлению

It belongs in the category of "what you see is what you get".

It has some technical issues here and there, which are to be expected with its age perhaps. For example the game wouldn't launch at first, because it was missing a .dll file, so i downloaded one and it worked fine after that. Some random stutters here and there, the screen would go black in the menu a few times after a match (it gets fixed by itself later on). Stuff like that, but for the most part it run fine.

One major thing to mention here is that i played this with a keyboard and i feel it wasn't the intended way or a recommended way really. It took a while to get used to it, and in the end i managed to finish the MX1 career as a champion with it, but the handling of the bike on some specific tracks still was abysmal. I don't know if it's the terrain or the abrupt turns they had, but it was annoying. I realized that the more open tracks with lots of space to run around were the good ones and thankfully most of them were like that.

Another thing is the support for this game. The multiplayer servers are down, for some time now i imagine. Which is to be expected again, but it does lock you out of some of the achievements permanently. So TIP for the achievement hunters out there: You won't 100% this one unfortunately.

MXGP is a fun game, mostly for the fans, but for a casual player it will be fun too i think, if you're stubborn like me or if you're playing with a controller. So i recommend it to those that know what they're getting into here.

La mejor palabra que define este juego es la de un genero en extinción, SIMCADE. Centrado puramente en la competición es una hermosa combinación de físicas de deformación del terreno con las del propio manejo de la moto y el piloto sin llegar a ser simulación, con una disfrutable curva de dificultad que se basa en acotar las ayudas de manejo para hacer mas compleja la maniobrabilidad y aumentar la IA rival. COULD be a fun game. But a few things keep it from it.

1. A launcher. Any game requiring a launcher is made by idiot devs too inept to just let the game start by clicking PLAY on Steam.

2. Anemic settings. And to run more than 1920x1080 you have to edit the .ini file. Again, idiot devs for not putting a decent amount of options in the stupid launcher.

3. Running VSYNC locks you to 30fps (see part about inept, idiot devs).

4. Crashing. Not the bikes. The game. And it's a hard crash. That locks task manager behind it. I'm on my 2nd race and have had 4 crashes that required reboots (more proof that the devs are morons).

Overall, what VERY limited time I've had in race, doesn't make up for the abysmal experience of actually trying to just play the game. Avoid this like the plague. I got this in a bundle and it turns out it cost me $0.38 USD. Thirty-eight cents. And it's NOT worth it.

Tenía muchas ganas de jugar MXGP, ya que es un juego de motocross que siempre me llamó la atención. Pero lamentablemente, me he encontrado con un problema bastante molesto que me ha dejado bastante frustrado: el mando no funciona en las carreras.

Lo curioso es que en los menús del juego, el mando es perfectamente reconocido. Puedo navegar por las opciones, cambiar configuraciones y todo parece estar bien. Pero en cuanto inicio una carrera, el mando deja de responder. Es completamente inútil en la acción principal, lo cual es increíblemente frustrante, especialmente porque no pienso jugar un juego de carreras con teclado.

Definitely a well made MX game for it's time, and still worth the few bucks they ask for it on sale, even though I had some smaller tech issues like sound disappearing after a race, and needing to restart the game to get it back.

Still I'd recommend to get a more recent version like MXGP 2019 instead for the vast majority of players. The newer versions look much better, have some nice quality of life features, work great on steamdeck, and I had no technical issues whatsoever. And on sale, they are also very affordable. I also like the wet ground/mud patches the later versions have.

LOS GRAFICOS SON UNA CAGADA, LAS FISICAS SON UNA CAGADA, EL MANEJO DE LA MOTO ES UNA CAGADA. TODO EN ESTE JUEGO ES UNA CAGADA. ESPERO QUE LOS QUE HICIERON ESTE JUEGO ESTEN EN LA POBREZA.

Heya folks, so, I've completed this game's career mode, in both MX2 and MX1 and I felt I should leave a review. Personally, I actually enjoyed the game, but I will admit that the game can become a little tedious if you play the full weekend. Even doing just the two races mode, can feel a litle tedious as well, so I wound up playing it in short bursts of 2-4 races at a time.

The bike handling on pro handling feels pretty great, and I like that you could "feel" the weight of the bike as you went into turns. The game is definitely starting to show its age, however, because once you move on to one of their newer games, it becomes very apparent how old this game actually feels. That doesn't make it a bad game, however, and if you can look past some of its clunkiness and lack of features compared to the newer entries, you'll enjoy the game, much like I did.

So, I give it a recommendation, it's quite fun, if a bit tedious at times.

Check my playtime and see how long it took me to realise how BAD this game plays. if there's some technique to not have your bike jittering and lagging all over the place like a fish having a seizure outside of water while being electrocuted by a taser it swallowed, i wont even TRY to take the time to figure it out. I have a lot of patience, enough to spend 12 hours a time on wrc to improve on a single track without getting annoyed. this wasn't worth my time.

8/10 Buggy but very Gritty, also kind of hard to get a hang of the controls especially if you're not familiar with motocross, but it's a good introduction
