*This is marked as a recommendation that you are okay with infrequent crashing. During my 9-ish hours, I experienced about a dozen crashes, only losing progress from 1 or 2 of them. Just manual save often and it's a minor inconvenience. I noticed it was most often around the time cutscenes were about to play.*

This was a very cute and short game. Simple premise, good execution, and just fun to play around with. I really enjoyed the music of this game. The optional collect-a-thon was also a lot of fun, finding all of the statues in little nooks and crannies proved to be a challenge coming down to those last few. If any of these sound like things that interest you, I would recommend picking this game up if it goes on sale.

I decided to try the game despite the crash discussions. I thought I would see if having well above the minimum specs would make a difference, but I crashed twice just walking around. As of this review, the game simply isn't consistently playable on Steam. Which is sad because the game is really cute and fun from what little I saw.

I love the game, really do. It's cozy. Graphics and OST are amazing... BUT, the crashes are making the game almost unplayable and it's not a laptop issue, because I have a strong gaming one. I just hope they'll bring some fixes because really I'm addicted and I already completed a lot of quests. It just sucks you don't know when the crashes will happen and even with the automatic save, I would recommend to always manually save. Other than this, it's a great game especially if you enjoyed Summer in Mara.

What a fun adventure playing as Mika the Witch. It has a cute story with some fun characters. The music and vibes of the island were excellent; however, there is a serious lack of progression. I didn't mind having a quicker story, but I did roughly 70% of the side quests and completed the main quest in 5 hours of gameplay.

What a cute little adventure game. The story was adorable, and the townsfolk were very funny and sweet. I really loved the storylinee, it was so adorable, with a lesson to be learned that kindness is the way.

You play as Mika, a little witch and the game is about making deliveries to earn coins to fix up your magic broomstick. You complete lots of different deliveries. I had fun discovering there were more items around the map to deliver to people alongside side-quest races and even some dungeon puzzles to explore.

There are some cute little outfits, charms, and broom trails to buy or get rewarded with. I loved the cute little frog charm and outfit. Around the map there are lots of little collectables, and I had fun finding them all. They’re used to buy the outfits, etc, other than the few you get rewarded.

The art style is really nice, very bright and perfect for the game. The map is bigger than I expected but also still on the smaller side, though it’s perfectly sized for the point and idea of the game. The in-game music was okay. It changed for mostly each map area, but for some reason the music would stop randomly. I didn’t mind too much however, as the game sounds were very nice to listen to.

I did encounter two annoying game bugs. One was the game crashing a lot. It was rather annoying, especially as I was at the end of one of the dungeons when the game decided to crash and I had to start it from the beginning again. Another was a side quest where you collect different fish for the aquarium for a villager. I decided to hand two fish in as they were from the same area. I don’t think the game liked that I handed two in at the same time, it bugged out and never counted the fish as being collected and they never spawned again. Sadly I had to reset the game to get the achievement for this.

A very adorable witchy adventure, full of cuteness! The game is super cozy, just flying around on your broom is very fun and relaxing. For my achievement-loving friends, the achievements are fair, but don’t do what I did with the fish and hand them in one at a time in case it bugs out for you.

Despite a lot of heart and good intentions, this cozy Kiki's Delivery Service simulator falls short of the whimsy and exploration you'd want from just such a title. Glitches and game crashes were more constant than desired which made the game more frustrating and tedious than "cozy" unfortunately.

A small game but fun
Day 1 broom is quite awefull
My game did crash once, and I know why: Saving while you are moving fast on the broom. The game autosave after every missions I think. So trying to do speed run will crash this game.
I didn't like the dungeon where it does not save your progress, and because of that, didn't want to do any other challenges.
5 hours to complete the game is enough for me.

even playing the apparently Content Complete version of the game, its hard to shake the feeling this is just the opening third of something longer, so i understand the semi-lukewarm reception to an extent...that reception ultimately caused me to put off playing this for a while despite a long period of excitement for it. but honestly i was still a fool for putting it off...viewed purely artistically, away from the gaping maw of expectations for Commercial Games Needing To Stuff You Full, the fact that ultimately my biggest takeaway from this is that i just wanted More is hard to see as a total negative. i was instantly obsessed with the flying controls upon playing the demo years back and i still am...finding perches and wind gusts through which to regain your limited upward mobility is maybe not exactly what ppl wanted out of this but for me it has such ultra-simple 3d platformer appeal of giving so many ways to "solve" the space, janking my way up bits of geometry was endless joy for me. the game doesnt overstay its welcome, but i still likely would have lost another few hours to just delivering to the same few people if i could....instantly burned into my mind via the incredible character portraits. the actual narrative is derivative and slight by design, but the quiet exhilaration of the midpoint story moment where the context for your deliveries shifts into something more emotionally enriching is something that will stick with me. i like the openness and lack of hand holding too..."lost" items give no marker and require genuine engagement with the world, and even the quest markers that do exist are easily opt-out by just flicking away the minimap. my play felt self-directed in a way that still had a meaningful context. and the world is dotted with imagination-capturing bits of geography, ruins, remains of disasters, and adorable little animals that i never tired of seeing. perhaps the smallness of the map would have lead to a larger campaign being even more repetitive, but its a lovely enough world with lovely enough motion that i cant imagine i wont just boot it up sometimes to take a little fly around. maybe not a capital m Masterpiece but certainly a Special game.

Absolutely delightful. Nice blend of hand drawn art and BotW flavor rendering. Action is tight and fun. Characters are from a cozy world, but the central action is a 3d platformer. Probably going to play it over and over again.

I like it better than Death Stranding personally.

Ein tolles kleines Spiel für alle die Hexen bzw. das fliegen auf einem Besen mögen. Das Spiel erinnert sehr stark an [i]Kikis kleiner Lieferservice[/i] und hat mit Sicherheit auch den größten Teil seiner Inspiration daraus genommen. Die Welt ist nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein. Es gibt zwar nicht so viel zu erkunden aber es macht trotzdem spaß über die Insel zu fliegen. Die Charaktere und die Story sind ganz nett, aber auch nichts weltbewegendes. Man bekommt was man erwartet, nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

Was mich aber dennoch gestört hat war, dass nicht alle Texte im Spiel korrekt ins deutsche übersetzt wurden und teilweise englisch waren. Am Ende des Games konnte ich nicht mit den letzten Charakter reden, da in seiner Sprechblase irgendein Spielcode stand, da musst ich dann auf englisch umstellen um das Game beenden zu können. Zudem stürzte das Game mehrere Male ab, während es die Map neu geladen hat, was extrem ärgerlich war, als ich grade ein Dungeon beendet hatte.

Absolutely adorable game. Personally, I didn't have any crashing issues, and I was playing for 4 straight hours last night. The flying mechanics took a minute to get used to, but once I did, it was smooth sailing after that. I love the story, I love the soundtrack, and I love the art style. Definitely feels like it was inspired by Kiki's Delivery Service, which I love.

The story is short and sweet (finished in one sitting after 4 hours, although I didn't 100%), but there's still some post-gameplay activities, which helped since I didn't want to put the game down.

Never had an issues with crashing like other mentions, super cute game I REALLY enjoyed! Love the Wind Waker style and the Kiki's Delivery service vibes. I wish there eventually was a broom you could get with free fly but I had a great time with the game.

I bought this game because I loved the other game I played with Koa. This game is absolutely adorable. However, I can't recommend it because it constantly crashes. Looking through the discussion this is not a new problem and has not been fixed. :(

Lovely little Mika's Delivery Service that could.

There isn’t much of a challenge, complex level design, rich storytelling or whatnot, but it’s the perfect thing to mellow out with after a stressful day. The main story ends quite fast and abruptly, though - an additional hour or two would be welcome.

tinha tudo para ser um jogo relaxante, mas é extremamente estressante se você quiser platinar
as dungeons longas e cansativas, além que ao clicar para sair da dungeon o jogo simplesmente fecha e você perde tudo, para completar tive que fazer umas 2 vezes cada
também tem as cartas de tarô que são insuportáveis de pegar pois o jogo não te da uma indicativa de quão perto você tá, não tem uma sombra, um X, nada! você tem que ir no "olhometro"
e se você errou uma vez sequer na encomenda terá que apagar todo o seu save
eu já joguei summer in mara e esse jogo não chega nem aos pés, parece que foi feito ás pressas
eu não recomendo se você quer platinar

Pode ser muito bem feito e fofinho, mas os controles não são bem feitos. A vassoura é extremamente difícil de controlar, tem uma certa inércia, você vai planando e se não tomar muito cuidado pode acertar em alguma parede ou objeto. Tem umas correntes de ar também que te impulsionam e isso torna tudo mais difícil. Você tem que pegar entregas para fazer e não pode danificar os objetos, mas isso é muito fácil de acontecer, pois cada vez que bate em qualquer coisa que seja, a peça se danifica. Também tem algumas que não pode molhar, ou a combinação de ambas. Se estragar a entrega, você tem voltar tudo para trás. O save automático também complica nesse ponto, e existe um save manual mas não funciona como deveria. Se caminhar um bom tanto, salvar e algo der errado, ao recarregar ele volta tudo também, tem que recomeçar a entrega do zero. Isso tudo deixa o jogo muito chato e cansativo.
