Mich hat leider viel zu viel an der steuerung und co gestört. Eigentlich mag ich solche Spiele aber habe es nun schon deinstalliert.
The idea could be good but the lack of content makes it feel like a demo. For this price you have thousands of other games with a lot more content and replayability.
As a lover of this kinda of genre I was sorely dissapointed in Life in Bunker, however nothing is wrong with the mechanics and actualy building part, though it doesn't have enough variety for my taste.
All of my frustration at the game can be lain at the feet of the bunkers residents.
They are finicky, idiotic slackers. Even when the future of the bunker and their race is at stake, they will happily slack off while suffocating because the generator is dead. Farmers outright refuse to actually farm, leading to food shortages and starvation, and god help you if your people suffer from disease because the medic just despises work.
Could it have been a good game? Hell yeah, though a bit lacking, it's got a solid foundation, however the stupidity and slacker nature of the residents means they're a bigger threat than anything else.
Until that issue is fixed, I cannot recommend this game, and I'm genuinely sorry for that. The residents are just too frustrating.
I LOVE the concept and the challenges, but when the hardest challenge is that the colonists refuse to survive even if you have surplus resources, it becomes pretty annoying. Aside from the AI, the game is generally just really buggy and I can only assume its abandoned completely. It has good potential, but I doubt anyone is coming back for this.
i have played on and off for 7 years and it is well its old very old but has stood the test of time so i recommend this game but get it on discount do not get it for full price my review is overall good.
TLDR: Buy this game at 5$ or below not at its full price.
Basically as many has said this IS a fun game and very interesting, however, the AI is dum and sometimes does things that they should not be doing. If you start building tiles one worked will start and then stop while another worker will run from the end of the map to finish it...or if you have one farmer and want it to farm food well good luck with that he can farm for a little bit and then just walk away as if every farmer you have has ADHD!
Probably the sucky part is no updates for years so any issues that people have addressed could have been fixed and this would be a very great game hence why buting it at 15.99 is no no but if its below 5 dollars sure.

Basic yet fun base building with a interesting concept provides enjoyment. Only two downsides are a lack of endgame (once the bunker is built you just mind the shop) and some path finding issues if the bunker is several levels deep or has winding corridors.

I really wanted to like this game, but as I played it, the game felt a little like a shallow hole of what it could've been and with no real story I found it very boring so I couldn't even justify playing anymore for the story.
All you have in terms of gameplay is Tutorial, a few scenarios and a sandbox mode. Beyond this, not much else to talk about.
Your residents in the vault start out unassigned and you have to give them roles, however, you are severely limited because only certain people, via RNG, are able to do roles such as scientist (which does both research and medical), Worker (Who does mining, building, deconstruction stuff), Janitor (Meant for cleaning up rubble and such. Also cleaning up Molemen tunnels to stop more from spawning), Engineers (Who repair and maintain all of the buildings in your entire base), Farmer (Used to help grow food for those in the vault to eat), Chef (Cooking up meals, ready for whenever the dwellers need food.) and both the elderly and children are unable to take any jobs, often simply using up your resources until they die or, in case of the children, until they're adults and you assign them.
Since there are no stats, it's a pain in the ass to get more residents, which you do via use of the incubator where you grow new children. You can spend research points to pick what their job is and get them ready for it, but that's still quite a wait and will ware you down. It's especially annoying the older ones can't do anything, considering my experience with Rimworld, not to mention the flexibility in jobs in the game too so you can always make up for shortages. Here, you can't. You just have to hope you remembered to give out enough correct jobs or you'll end up losing all your buildings by having no engineers, everyone starving to death because of no chef, unable to build anything or dig because of no workers, place gets extremely dirty because of no cleaners and no research or medical help with no scientists and, as I said, you have to wait for the kids to reach adulthood and unless you chose their skills with research points, it's up to RNG if they have any of the jobs you want. Beyond this, you can research everything and then your research points are next-to-worthless.
When building a lift for the new floors, I was glad that you can go down to new levels, however, you cannot your power, oxygen or water from the upper floors to the lower floors, making it a pain in the ass as you have to now rebuild generators and such on the new floor too!
I'm sad to say I was pretty disappointed in this game.
I managed to win the game without trying.

Can't really recommend. Interesting idea but the game is very lacking of content and buggy. Ai breaks all the time and it causes the game to become unplayable.

I've tried this game several times. Each time my bunker collapses because the AI are brain dead slackers. The micromanagement of your population count and jobs is also really just not enjoyable. Only way to really enjoy this mess is to turn off ageing in the sandbox mode.

Great game. I spent quite a lot of hours in it but you can say you've seen all it has to offer in about 24h of game play. Which is fine for the price of a latte (got it on a sale) :)
Gra spoko ale na kilka godzin, zrobisz każde osiągnięcie (oprócz 500) i tak naprawdę gra dalej nie ma sensu, polecam ale szkoda pieniędzy na nierozwijaną już grę ;)
Quite a great past time. Its fairly simple quick to stop and start playing and so good when your bored. You can customise settings so that if you want to play relaxing you can turn of molemen and diseases for a nice easy time or turn disasters up to frequent for a harder challenge. i would wait until its on sale as the 11 pounds is a bit much for what it has to offer but i recommend :)

Но как бы меня не тешили эти размышления игра мне показалась весьма скучной. Ну то есть контента с гулькин-нс вариантов и событий крайне мало, мало какие объекты нужны а многих не хватает.
Я бы наполнял игру контентом и чуть повышал ценник. А пока. Это весьма посредственная игра про менеджмент.

Gameplay is simple. I got bored 40 minutes in, skipping the tutorial.
This game was not the Startopia of my dreams or Fallout Shelter. If you skip playing this game your life will still be complete, possibly even fuller with other experiences.
Great little world builder game, not too complicated but plenty of detail and replay-ability. Would say it's worth a good weekend at least.

I payed 5$ for this and I'm getting it refunded. Seriously, this kind of game heavily relies on the AI of the inhabitants and that AI is awful. Starving to death? I'm just going to walk around. Moleman hole causing my residents to be attacked and killed? Nah, I don't feel like covering that up right now.
I fail to understand how this game released and hope my problem is some sort of user error and not how this game managed to get released.

Es hat keine Langzeitmotivation. Nach Veröffentlichung wurde praktisch nichts mehr verbessert.
Jedoch hat es auch gute Ansätze.
Die Personen altern zum Beispiel. Man muss genug früh für Nachwuchs sorgen.
Ansonsten kann hat man bald ein ausgebauten Bunker ohne Bevölkerung.
Preis / Leistung Lohn sich nach meiner Meinung nicht.

La verdad es un juego bastante entretenido, un poco de estrategia y los graficos son agradables para pasar el rato, sin embargo el juego esta abandonado y no tiene ninguna actualización, no da para jugar mas de 2 horas el juego y lo terminas.Personalmente las 2 horas que jugué me diverti bastante, pero se quedó corto y no creo que valga la pena comprarlo para disfrutar tan poco, si tan solo le hubieran añadido actualizaciones creo que hubiera valido completamente la pena.
I quite like the "bunker - management - survival" sort of games like this, but I'm afraid this is too poorly implemented. The idea is there, but there's no content in the game. Things you can build are extremely limited, so the game comes to an end very quickly. Random earthquakes are just irritating, makes the game difficult to play. Not to mention the workers that gets stuck between the things they build, namely wall corners, any items that can possibly form a diamond layout gets dwellers stuck and they just die there unless you realise their stats are down to 0%. On one game, my entire bunker just died (20 something people) just because mechanics refused to fix a single block of broken underground wiring so the oxygen went down to 0% and they all suffocated. So many bugs, no properly defined game-play, extremely poor AI and clearly bad graphics. Also I think there's only 1 song in the game and it keeps repeating lol. Just play something like Surviving Mars or something man, not this... It is so not worth £12.

Way better than i thought it would be ... really well done meachanics, base building also really nice. I had some issues with orders that are simply never done (have to remove and order again ... but not too much of it) and the building components are limited (not much differente devices), but not enought to break the immesion. Overall, i thought would be a a worse game than it is, and surprised in a good way ... more content (devices, possibility to raise skills of the workers - sometimes you don't have a cook or farmer for example) would increase the life of the game, but still a good one.

It sounded like it would be something Id like, but its actually very tedious and clunky with very unintuitive menus.
Put many hours into a save, making sure to save every hour. I got off to take a break and it removed my entire f*cking save.

Theres some glitches. One thing that kept happening to me was my workers werent working and they were just chatting and slacking. Although i guess i just need more workers? Its pretty fun though. I got into it and played a couple hours in a row
As an early access title, I went into this with limited expectations. The game had potential; it required careful asset management and was decently challenging. The difficulties with design and many many bugs could be chalked up to the beta process. But the developer has not posted updates in years, so those bugs seem to be here to stay. There are better versions of this game out there; check out Maia if you're looking for a challenging bunker life sim.

In all fairness I cannot leave a bad review because its kept me playing for a good amount of hours and had a lot of fun. But I get what everyone saying and why there's a mixed rating. It does not feel done, it feels like there could of been much more done such as missions or something. I personally have not seen any bugs, I'm just going to assume there not good at playing this game, but I will say the AI is not very smart and at times can be irritating. Last words would be that even though this game does not feel complete it clearly is, the core components work, you can get all achievement in the game and complete everything in the game, and no noticeable bugs that I've seen anyway. If that's not a functional game I don't know what is. But if there was a 5 star system on steam I would give is a 3.5 out of five.

The game is way too simple.
Very hard to lose, no difficulty settings. You will be challenging during your first run, you will finish it within 3 to 4hours and you won't play the game anymore.
Nothing to see here. Just another abandoned early access (even though it's technically "released", it's still very much early access) colony builder/sim game on Steam. Move along.
The game is a little clunky and there hasn't been an update since 2017. However, there is a learning curve and I have gotten over 10 hours of enjoyment out of it for a very reasonable price.
Devs have given up on the game.
Really enjoyed a playthrough. I wish things had turned out differently and the devs kept working on it, it could have been a really fun little game. That's how games are now I guess...

Жизнь в бункере после ядерного апокалипсиса - это куча пикселей на несколько таких же метров, неограниченные ресурсы для построек, кроточелы, которые не могут пробиться через земляную стену, но легко уничтожают через неё бетонную(?), тупые жители, которым надо объяснять каждый их шаг, уборщики с пылесосами и многое-многое другое. 0/0. ПС. Особенно некст-ген графон просто ахуителен - просто "Шахтёрское ремесло-2".
Honestly it's a nice game, uptill late game, where all of your residents are elderly and they just won't die. What do you do? Turn off the med bay? The old people keep kicking, send them to the mole people, still didn't work, just give up and stop playing the game? Thats what I went with because honestly, it was a pain and it didnt work propperly at all. At least not how I would have suggested it work.
