Last Day of June, c’est clairement un de ces jeux qui te restent en tête longtemps après le générique. Je pensais juste faire une petite aventure indé tranquille, et au final j’ai pris une énorme claque émotionnelle du début à la fin. On suit Carl et June, et tout le jeu tourne autour de cette question : [i]« Qu’est‑ce que tu serais prêt à faire pour sauver la personne que tu aimes ? »[/i] 💭

L’univers visuel est incroyable : on a l’impression de marcher dans une peinture vivante. Chaque décor ressemble à un tableau, avec des couleurs chaudes, un style doux et un peu flou qui colle parfaitement au ton du jeu. C’est beau, poétique, et ça rend les moments difficiles encore plus puissants, parce que tout paraît presque trop joli pour ce qui est en train de se passer. 🎨

La musique est juste parfaite. Elle accompagne chaque scène sans jamais en faire trop, mais dès qu’un moment important arrive tu le ressens direct. Par moments tu poses la manette et tu regardes juste ce qui se passe, comme un petit film interactif où tu participes à l’histoire. 🎵

Ce que j’adore, c’est la façon dont le jeu raconte tout [b]sans vrais dialogues[/b]. Personne ne parle vraiment, mais les gestes, les regards, les animations suffisent largement à comprendre ce que les personnages ressentent. Du coup tu projettes beaucoup tes propres émotions, et ça fonctionne à fond : tu passes d’un moment tout mignon à quelque chose de beaucoup plus lourd en quelques secondes. 😢

Le gameplay est entièrement au service de la narration. Tu revis la même journée plusieurs fois, mais à travers différents personnages du village. Chaque tentative change un petit détail, débloque une nouvelle possibilité, ou t’apprend quelque chose en plus sur quelqu’un. Les énigmes ne sont jamais frustrantes, c’est plus de la réflexion du genre : « si je modifie ça pour cette personne, qu’est‑ce que ça va provoquer pour les autres ? ». C’est super malin et parfaitement cohérent avec le thème du destin et des conséquences. 🔁

La durée est idéale : le jeu ne traîne jamais en longueur, mais te laisse le temps de t’attacher aux personnages et de comprendre chaque petit morceau de l’histoire. Résultat : le final te percute comme il faut. Perso je préfère largement un jeu court mais intense comme ça plutôt qu’un truc étiré pour rien. 🎯

Es de esos juegos tranquilos que no necesitan acción ni diálogo para dejarte reflexionando después de terminarlo. No busca impresionarte, sino hacerte sentir algo.
Cuenta una historia sencilla pero muy bonita sobre Carl y June, una pareja cuya vida cambia tras un accidente, y a partir de ahí el juego te deja revivir el mismo día desde distintas perspectivas para intentar cambiar lo ocurrido.

Todo se narra casi palabras, apoyándose en una estética muy tranquila y una música súper cuidada, que encaja perfectamente con el tono melancólico del juego. Los puzles son simples y más centrados en la narrativa que en la dificultad, así que la experiencia se siente más como vivir una historia interactiva que como superar retos complicados.
Es cortito, chill y emotivo, perfecto para jugar una tarde tranquila si no te apetece saturarte mucho.

I LOVE Steven Wilson and narrative games so I was so excited (and pleasantly surprised) to see him named as the basis for the soundtrack. Unfortunately, the gameplay here is very slow, the main culprit for me disliking this game was the lack of being able to skip cutscenes no matter how many times you've seen them. The story can be lovely, the graphics are pretty, the soundtrack is great, but ultimately it's nothing you haven't seen before and done better elsewhere.

确实这个游戏努力想讲一个震撼的故事，并希望通过玩家的操纵让玩家有更强的代入感。
但我认为既然它的本质是互动电影，那么最重要的就是讲故事的节奏。

这和游戏性好不好没有关系。
互动电影可以没有任何游戏性。
没有奖励投放、没有货币回收。

但一定要有[b]扎实的基础操作[/b]、[b]合理的引导[/b]，
和最重要的，
[b]令人完全沉浸的情感曲线[/b]。

而本游戏在这三个方面做得都有很大的问题。

[h2]1. 基础操作有bug [/h2]
我玩游戏习惯优先用手柄，看到游戏介绍页面说支持手柄也就放心的用手柄启动游戏了。
但不知道开发组有没有认真测试过手柄，开头第一个湖边的场景，用手柄走路就非常的卡顿，甚至于人物根本走不动。

一开始我以为是游戏用空气墙限制了角色的活动范围，于是试图在可行走的范围内尝试触发剧情，却发现游戏流程根本不会推进。

直到切换了使用键鼠操作，才发现就是手柄适配没做好，人物是可以在场景内随意走动的。

[h2]2. 流程推动缺少合理的引导[/h2]
游戏每一步要去哪里、要做什么，
我相信大部分玩家是在经历过一次甚至两次死亡循环后才弄明白的。

在那之前完全是漫无目的地转悠，
凑近每一样会闪烁高亮的物体，按互动键，看看会发生什么。

有些互动是纯粹的氛围式互动，并不会推进流程，但玩家也无从知晓，
可能要反复按多次才会发现游戏进程并没有改变。

这实在是太老派了，像1996年的RPG。
当年玩仙剑奇侠传没有攻略，如果卡剧情了，就只能去问班里资深的同学。
而他的答复往往是，把所有能去的地方都去一次，和所有能对话的人都对话一遍。

加上这个近视眼印象派的美术风格，[b]远景全部是失焦模糊的[/b]，
导致场景里本可以用来做路线引导的视觉元素比如[b]光照、色彩[/b]等都失效了。
即使在经历了一个循环、搞明白游戏流程之后，
要顺利走到特定的地点对一个方向感并不超群的玩家来说也是挑战。

[h2]3. 拖沓的节奏令人烦躁[/h2]
是的，我明白创作者想通过重复来传达主角一次次试图改变命运的焦躁感。

[h3]但是真的只能一遍又一遍地以原始速度播片，才能达到这个目的吗？[/h3]

当我发现剧情的推进需要[h3]重复多次[/h3]改变几个角色的经历，
而每次进入角色经历的时候都要[h3]重复播放[/h3]一遍开头的动画，
结束一天又要[h3]重复播放[/h3]一遍早就看过的结局动画，
[h3]还完全不能快进或跳过，[/h3]
内心是非常抓狂的。

总共3小时的流程，
体感上有1小时在迷路，1小时在播片。

这些拖沓的重复把原本连贯的情感曲线强行切割成了一个个小段落。
特别是中后期，角色的命运选择已经能很快完成了，
却还是要经历按键——缓慢的界面动画——再按键——重复的播片。
每当进入播片，我就只能拿起手机随便刷一刷来熬过这单调重复的时刻。

这就好像一部好莱坞超级英雄大片，双方激战正酣，却每隔1分钟都要插播一次广告。
再跌宕的情绪、再感动的眼泪都要被咽回去了。

选了“不推荐”，是因为它原本可以做得更好。不精致的打磨埋没了原本精彩的内核。

如果你喜欢底特律变人、瘟疫传说、神秘海域这些操作更扎实、游戏性更成熟、节奏更考究的精致游戏，
那么不建议再在这款游戏上浪费宝贵的心智和时间。

如果你是一个游戏博学爱好者，
能接受GONE HOME、艾迪芬奇的记忆、火星孤征这类长板很长、短板很短的气质类游戏，
那么可以尝试分析品鉴一下这款有缺陷的特色作品。

如果你从来没玩过互动电影式的游戏，
对游戏的认知还停留在三消、跑酷、斗地主的层级，
那么非常建议花3小时体验一下这款迈入了第九艺术门槛的作品。

I have played Last Day of June and fully completed it in 2021 and yet, till this day I have flash backs, remembrances which gives me the chills... like my heart drops into void on how short and yet integrated it was. So I decided to write a review today.

[h3][b]Gameplay[/b][/h3]
Here you take over the journey of a disabled old man with glasses who fell into an tragic accident. As you notice there are paintings in the garage, you start to investigate them... Desperate, you are.

It is a WASD movement puzzle game where you relive the memories on the day of the accident of your very own town folks and your own. With the topic action have consequences, you complete the puzzles within the memories of the town folks and every time you succeed something different happens.

[h3][b]Conclusion[/b][/h3]
It is a short but story rich puzzle game. It's very own core is simplistic but greatly polished.
The graphics and music are unique and fitting perfectly for this game.

I would give this a 10/10.
It is definitely a recommendation if you are looking for a short, sad and touching story.

[h2]Last Day of June is a "Silent Walking Sim of Emotional Proportions".[/h2]

This game is not like any other I've played before. If you like silent films or are at least familiar with them it's basically like a silent film adapted into a game. If you want action then look elsewhere. This is one of those games where it's a little slow at first and some may find it boring fast but if you stick with it and pay attention it can prove to be quite the powerful narrative.

I found the art style to be uniquely charming. The music is fantastic especially the final track at the end.

중간에 겜이 멈춘 이후로 아무리 게임을 다시 깔고 다시 시작해도 게임이 더이상 작동하지 않음... 커뮤니티 페이지를 가보니 고질적인 문제였던 것 같음. 근데 반쯤 플레이 해보고 나니 굳이 더 지랄해서 게임을 하고 싶지는 않다. 여기 부정적인 평가를 보면 알겠지만 게속해서 루프해서 다양하게 선택하고 선택지를 바꿔서 미래를 바꾸는 게임인데 컷씬이 진짜 너어어무 김. 대충 생략해서 보여주는데도 김. 그리고 조작감 개구리고 느려요.. 막판 엔딩에 감동이 있다는데 게임이 뭐 돌아가지도 않고 걍 스트리머 영상으로 대신하렵니다.

Last Day of June ist ein berührendes Adventure-Spiel, das eindrücklich zeigt, wie viel Emotion ein Spiel auch ohne Worte und mit relativ simpler Grafik transportieren kann. Für mich war es jedenfalls ein absolutes Spielehighlight.

Ohne zu viel über die Story zu verraten: Es handelt sich um ein Zeitreisespiel, in dem man versucht, eine Tragödie zu verhindern, indem man bestimmte Dinge in der Vergangenheit ändert. Das ergibt ein interessantes Rätsel-Gameplay, das aber überschaubar bleibt und genau deshalb auch wirklich Spass macht. Es hält jedenfalls gut bei der Stange.

Was dabei besonders hilft, ist die tolle Geschichte, die mich voll gepackt hat. Was geht hier vor? Wie geht das Ganze aus? Das ist wirklich gelungen, und auch wenn das Ende nicht alle Fragen restlos beantwortet, ist es doch ein genügend rundes Finale. Herausragend ist dabei, dass die Geschichte komplett ohne Sprache auskommt. Alles wird rein durch Spielszenen erzählt, ohne Sprachausgabe oder Textfenster. Das ist ganz grosse Erzählkunst.

Das ist umso beeindruckender, weil die Grafik in einem sehr hübschen, aber simplen Lowpoly-Stil gehalten ist. Wie die Entwickler es geschafft haben, augenlose Figuren so ausdrucksstark zu animieren, ohne dass es gruselig wirkt, ist schlicht genial.

Mit rund drei Stunden Spielzeit hat das Spiel auch die ideale Länge für diese Art von Erlebnis. Der einzige wirkliche Schwachpunkt sind ein paar unnötige Längen, vor allem, weil man gewisse Szenen auch bei der x-ten Wiederholung nicht überspringen kann. Das ist nervig. Aber das fällt kaum ins Gewicht bei einem ansonsten rundum gelungenen, hochemotionalen Spielerlebnis.

Fazit: Tolles Gameplay, tolle Präsentation und vor allem eine herzzerreissende, starke Geschichte machen Last Day of June zu einer absoluten Empfehlung und v,a. für alle Storyfans zu einem "muss".

Историей я назвал Last Day of June отнюдь не спроста, потому что в первую очередь это именно история, и только потом уже игра. С первого взгляда и не скажешь, но проект относится к представителям жанра интерактивного кино, где главная роль отведена сюжетной части, а с геймплейной точки зрения всё исполнено достаточно скудно. Мы можем лишь управлять перемещением персонажей и взаимодействовать с определённым списком заскриптованных предметов, находящихся в пределах одной не очень большой локации. Например, герой может взять верёвку, мячик или же отворить калитку, но возможность использования предмета будет зависеть от самого подконтрольного вам персонажа. Мальчишка не сможет открыть калитку, потому что для него это слишком тяжёлое занятие, зато, не терзаемый совестью, он сможет сбить вазу футбольным мячом, тем самым освободив себе проход. Взрослые же спокойно отворят калитку, но вот толкать вазы для них по понятным причинам просто недопустимо. Следуя такой простой логике в игре и распределяются возможности каждого героя этого небольшого и тихого поселения.

Всего в игре шесть персонажей, каждый из которых имеет свою прописанную историю, переживания и проблемы. Первые два это Карл и Джун — главные герои игры и, по совместительству, парочка влюблённых романтиков. Они единственные, кто имеет в игре свои собственные настоящие имена. Далее идёт ребенок, названный просто Мальчишкой, затем дедушка — Старик. Последние два это Лучшая подруга и другой сосед, любитель трофеев — Охотник. Всех их игроку предстоит взять под собственный контроль, дабы попытаться исправить одно трагическое событие, а также раскрыть все перепетии их отношений и изучить колонии тараканов в их головах.

Игра строится на, так называемом, «эффекте бабочки», когда через изменение, казалось бы, малозначительных деталей, игрок должен попытаться исправить будущее и избежать печальной трагедии. По сути нам предоставляют одну большую, но несложную головоломку, в которой мы должны расположить предметы, персонажей и события так, чтобы направить будущее в нужное нам русло. Головоломка эта последовательно предлагает нам одного героя за другим, причём события, вызванные одним персонажем, сохраняются в общую картину и напрямую влияют на персонажей следующих. Например, если Мальчишка воспользуется верёвкой для того, чтобы позапускать воздушного змея, то Лучшей подруге нечем будет закрепить груз на своём автомобиле, пока вы, играя за Охотника, не откроете проход, за которым скрывается ещё одна верёвка.

Выбор персонажей происходит через картины с их портретами. Все они расположены в специальной комнате-хабе, открываются постепенно и возвращают в воспоминания того самого трагического дня в роли выбранного персонажа. Попасть в конец дня и вернуться в хаб можно только полностью выполнив все действия этого персонажа, необходимые для завершения события. Это иногда вызывает необходимость повторять день персонажа заново, если вы вдруг что-либо пропустите или вынуждены будете вернуться к нему, чтобы изменить часть действий героя. Собирательные предметы здесь тоже есть и понадобятся вам не только для получения всех трофеев. Помимо коллекционной функции они выполняют роль подачи через картинки отдельных событий и воспоминаний действующих лиц, тем самым показывая их прошлое и обнажая связь с другими героями. К слову, персонажи в игре не произносят ни слова, общаясь друг с другом подобием речи. Но всё это не мешает раскрыться каждому из них даже лучше, чем героям каких-нибудь крупных кинолент. Через их действия, воспоминания и реакции разработчики создают у нас в головах чёткий образ всех своих, хоть и не многочисленных, героев.

Графически игра напоминает ожившую на экране картину, а озвучка окружающего мира выполнена просто великолепно, заставляя поверить в происходящее и окунуться в историю с головой. Но геймплейно, как и было сказано ранее, она имеет много изъянов. Из-за того, что нам показывают историю одного дня, иногда приходится смотреть одни и те же кат-сцены, хоть и несколько укороченные. Это не было бы проблемой, если бы их можно было пропускать, но такой функции здесь не предусмотрено. Да и разнообразия в геймплее от этого интерактивного кино, ждать не стоит. Всё напоминает больше симулятор ходьбы и даже за свои короткие 3 часа прохождения может поднадоесть. Но местные подача и сюжет стоят того, чтобы потратить эти 3 часа и насладиться потрясающе трогательной историей одной маленькой и любящей семьи.

Concept is interesting and has potential, but I didn’t really have fun with it.
Very slow pace of the game is really frustrating when you’re forced to watch the same cutscenes (and there are a lot of them) over and over again with no option to skip them.
And if, like me, you enjoy getting 100% achievements in games, this part can be annoying as well. The game doesn’t warn you about a ‘point of no return’, so if you don’t collect all the memories before reaching a certain point, you’ll have to replay the entire game from scratch.

剧情音乐是好的，但是过程体验真的很无聊拖拉，因为要反复收集一些元素去触发剧情走向或者是成就收集，这过程看过的剧情就一直无法跳过，只能重复：反复bad ending，反复亡妻追着鲨......根本没有跳过快进这个选项，而且人物移动真的龟速.....导致体验真的越来越差

Last Day of June es un juego realizado con muchísimo amor, dedicación y compromiso. Sin duda, es de esas joyas ocultas que encuentras de vez en cuando revisando ofertas en Steam. Desde el inicio te envuelve con una historia profunda, capaz de sacarte más de una lágrima al terminarlo, y te deja una reflexión poderosa sobre lo efímero que es el tiempo en la vida.

Su jugabilidad es bastante simple; en pocos minutos ya sabrás manejar todas las mecánicas. Aun así, sus escenarios aunque pocos son tan hermosos que más de una vez te detendrás solo para admirarlos. La música es otro apartado precioso, acompañando cada cinemática y paisaje de la pequeña villa de una manera emocional y envolvente.

En resumen, este videojuego es altamente recomendable si buscas algo distinto, corto y muy profundo en su historia. Realmente vale lo que cuesta por la excelente experiencia que ofrece. Si lo ves a buen precio, no dudes en comprarlo.

Les graphismes sont superbes et l'histoire très émouvante et agréable à jouer. J'ai presque versé une larmichette ! Chouette voyage émotionnel avec ce qu'il faut de "casse-tête" pour stimuler un peu ses neurones.

Premier petit bémol : le rythme est parfois un poil trop lent et gagnerait à être dynamisé via une gestion plus ergonomique des changements de choix ou, au moins, la possibilité de passer certaines cinématiques déjà jouées. Deuxième petit bémol : il y a quelques passages musicaux que j'ai trouvés un peu criards par rapport à l'ambiance du jeu. Rien de rédhibitoire donc !

1. STORY is the key, this game has an amazing story and an impacting ending, writers really cooked this game well.
2. Art style of this game is unique and complements the story and gameplay.
3. Graphics and visuals are well optimised, there were no bugs as long as I played.
4. Character models are well made and they also had an amazing writing, each character has a well defined character arc.
5. Developers were straight to the point, no filler missions and no wasted character, every character makes an impact to the story.
6. The visuals of this is so beautiful, the lightings and filters were used properly and perfectly, in many places lightings elevate the mood and tone of the story, which was amazing.
7. This game has a simple gameplay, easy to adapt and play, which allows the gamers to focus on the story.

Things that could've been improved:
1. Music is nice, but could've been improved cz music and sfx has the potential elevate story
2. Puzzles could've been improved cz most of them were so simple, but by minimising the puzzles, the gamers can focus much on the story.
3. The game is too short, came around 4 hours, but could've been longer like 6 or 7 hours but the story the developers wanted to convey is done very well.

Each scene feels like a beautiful, living picture, with an amazing soundtrack subtly underscoring the emotions. It is more like an interactive short film and experience than a game in the traditional sense. It tells the story of the day Carl lost his wife June in an accident. We follow his desperate attempts to change what has happened and experience the changed events from the perspective of other people involved. The game deals with coping with grief and the struggle to accept loss in a very honest and empathetic way. And it's one of the few games that has brought tears to my eyes.

Nonostante qualche forzatura narrativa, tutto funziona sorprendentemente bene.

L’azione si svolge in un unico pomeriggio, con pochi luoghi e personaggi.
Rivivere gli stessi momenti modificando le scelte dei protagonisti diventa un rituale di dolore e speranza.
Il finale, unico e ineluttabile, è quello “giusto”: emozionante, necessario, impossibile da dimenticare.

La direzione artistica è perfetta per la storia:
ambienti acquerellati e personaggi stilizzati, privi di lineamenti e parole,
ma capaci di esprimere emozioni assolute.
La colonna sonora di Steven Wilson amplifica tutto con delicatezza e intensità,

Throughout the game, I made so many alterations to each character's decision, going back and forth, rewinding again and again to "Save her". Only to realise that it was me who had to change my actions to protect her from the accident. But it came with a cost—to sacrifice myself.

We do everything for our loved ones, from caring for them unconditionally to letting them go with an ache in the heart. That is what we term a sign of love. How far would you go to keep your loved ones safe and happy?

This game, [b] Last Day of June [/b] (a reflection of life), is perfectly curated, depicting the sorrow of losing someone, especially your loved ones; the frustration when the efforts don't pay off to bring them back; and sacrificing oneself to keep the loved ones safe. The emotional weight of the narrative is carried beautifully by its distinct, almost claymation-like art style and the lack of traditional dialogue, forcing you to focus entirely on the characters' poignant actions.

Therefore, when fate meets destiny, all we are left with is the - [i] memories. [/i] We move forward accepting this hard truth and cherishing the memories lifelong.

Dans ce jeu, on incarne Carl qui a perdu sa femme June dans un accident de voiture. Carl, handicapé depuis l'accident, découvre qu'il a le pouvoir de modifier le passé grâce aux tableaux contenus dans son garage qui sont centrés sur chaque personnage clé de l'histoire. Il faut tenter tenter de sauver June en changeant le passé, mais la moindre action a des conséquences inattendues. L'univers de ce jeu est très onirique. Le scénario et les différentes histoires qui changent à chaque action sont très bien pensées. C'est un super jeu de contemplation. Je recommande.

Last Day of June hat mich emotional völlig überrascht. Schon nach den ersten Minuten war ich gefesselt von der wunderschönen, melancholischen Atmosphäre. Das Spiel erzählt ganz ohne Worte eine berührende Geschichte über Liebe, Verlust und die Sehnsucht, das Unvermeidliche rückgängig machen zu können.

Die Kunst und Musikkulisse ist einfach atemberaubend. Die Charaktere wirken trotz ihres minimalistischen Designs unglaublich lebendig, und der Soundtrack von Steven Wilson verstärkt jedes Gefühl, jede Erinnerung, jeden Schmerz. Ich habe oft innegehalten, nur um den Moment wirken zu lassen.

Was mich besonders bewegt hat, war, wie still und respektvoll das Spiel mit Themen wie Trauer und Hoffnung umgeht. Es zwingt dich nicht zu schnellen Entscheidungen, sondern lässt dich nachdenkenüber das, was wirklich zählt.

Am Ende blieb ich traurig, aber auch dankbar zurück. Last Day of June ist kein Spiel, das man einfach „durchspielt“. Es ist eine Erfahrung, die im Herzen bleibt.
