no creo ser quien para poner opinar mucho pero, carajo si q me gusto hay cosas como la customizacion de armas q digo q bien puedes saltartelas, puedes pasarte tranquilamente el juego sin nada de eso que incluye nuevo pero sigue siendo un plus a diferencia del 1 la vardiedad claramente hay cosas que siento que se puedieron usar mas como el modo de misiones dia/noche pero no le voy a pedir demasado al spy es un tipazo y se ve que lo hizo con ganas por su pa.
pero respecto al primero hay cosas que si digo que mejora y si son lo que uno esperaria por ejemplo antes los enemigos o bien no se inmutaban al ver un arma tirada aqui si fue como ´´aaaa claro si como no estaba eso en el primero´´ para mi y las estadisticas? nose la verdad a menos que afecten a la dispersion y recarga o daño no importa realmente puesto que pa eso la modificas y poco mas asi q no tiene mucho chiste ademas igualmente los enemigos mamo aguantan 3 balas de pistola aveces 4 si tiene mucha penalizacion creo pero solo recargas y poco mas.

respecto a guideon bueno q se le va a hacer no dio tiempo para que haga mucho pero bueno hay esta y el villano un poco meh el juego tiene un disclamer antes pero recuerdo q alguien se quejo por esto asi q dire, es un juego en el que el creador se justifica o te justifica para que hagas algo y... pues bueno si no te gusta no lo compres ni andes opinando por algo que es explicito pero tampoco quieren sacarte de la inmersion que si bien no es mucha es lo suficiente.
si piensas ¨ah juego 2d simple seguro lo corre mi integrada o mi gt 710¨ si bien yo para el momento contaba con un g2030 2C/2T y gt730 2gddrr3 y me lo pase bien, depende pq cuando hay muchos enemigos y el juego tiene q organizarlos tiende a haber caidas lo optimo es jugarlo en sigilo hasta el final hipoteticamente.
no es un juego malo pero tiene sus peros claramente lo ideal es juegar el juego en dificil o fiel ya que es la experiencia mas optima pero si no tienes chacne pues el normal esta hay

Купил не задумываясь.
2 часть лучше и больше во всём. Не меняя основу первой, расширил возможности второй и сделал игру глубже и сложнее, за что разработчику огромное спасибо.
Понравилась идея с доп. миссиями, 2 протагониста с общей историей, обновился арсенал и модули к нему
Всё та же мрачная атмосфера с живыми диалогами. Саундтрек значительно оброс композициями по сравнению с первой частью.
Приятно, что в истории тебе дают выбор, ведь всё как в реальной жизни ты не знаешь до конца какой человек стоит перед тобой.
Локакации огромные с кучей прохожов и вариантов прохождения.
Жду Intravenous 3 или приквел про Гидеона.

Es como si el Splinter Cell se diera un saque de merca con vidrio molido. Sos un tipo re picante que se mete en lugares donde no lo llamaron para repartir plomo en 2D. Es como entrar a robar a un búnker en la Tablada: si te ven, sos boleta en 0,2 segundos. Es tan táctico que si parpadeás, terminás con más agujeros que un colador y un trauma nuevo para contarle a la almohada.

[b]I[/b]nstant classic offering at least ~15-20hrs of tense, engaging and brutal action with a lot of freedom in chosen approach, supported by quite compelling personal, gritty, focused story about seeking justice, human nature and clinging to self-imposed moral compass in an intense revenge thriller told during a desperate attempt to do what's right in a hopeless situation amidst growing peril. Just like previously, all that is delivered in accompaniment of a distinctive darker atmosphere, pleasing old-school visuals, great soundtrack and punchy sound design.
[b]A[/b] simple premise executed well, delivering more than enough motivation to push forward, supporting an even more satisfying gameplay formula that, if not perfected, then is certainly thoroughly improved, offering loads of challenge and fun for both fans of intense, Hotline Miami-like action and methodical, careful and thoughtful stealth, reminiscent of the Splinter Cell formula from its golden era. Regardless of the chosen playstyle, you should be granted a lot of contentment in every moment spent with the game during a story-driven, single-player campaign divided into about 20 missions, thanks to enjoyable movement and combat mechanics, responsive and playful AI, a wide arsenal to choose from and customise or freedom during exploration of well-designed maps.

[b]B[/b]esides being most importantly a good game, IV2 is a very successful sequel- a cautious and smart expansion and refinement of Intravenous' formula, without unnecessary risks and flashy redesigns for the sake of the change, positioning itself on the list of effortless modern stealth game recommendations, alongside gems like Mark of the Ninja, Shadow Tactics, Aragami or Gloomwood. Revolution wasn't asked for and isn't provided. Instead, Explosive Squat Games delivered a fantastic sequel that resonated well with fans of the original, and at the time of writing, already justified another entry in this humble and ambitious series, which will hopefully expand and improve this formula even further, and reach even greater recognition and popularity not just among genre enthusiasts.
[b]I[/b]f for some reason you've bounced off, hard, the IV1- there's nothing to look for here. If you loved it- grab this one without hesitation, nothing really justifies a second thought, especially during a sale. Interestingly, the same goes for anyone else who might have been interested in checking out IV in the past, as thanks to the IV1 Remaster DLC, there's no need to buy the previous instalment. While that game got a lot better after an impressive round of updates, IV2 is a noticeable improvement pretty much on every level. It still might be worth going back to the original to show support for the series and developer or just to get its achievements (and gain a bit of extra appreciation for the work done in this game), but if you are time-conscious, IV2 and the remastered campaign from IV1 is all you really need.

[b]W[/b]hether that's beating the highest difficulty levels, achievement hunting, experimenting with different playstyles, completionism regarding arsenal collection, story reasons and pursuit after different endings or user-made content, there's a lot of replayability and value outside of beating the story once. Just like with the first game, Intravenous II received great post-launch support with a lot of improvements and extra polish. With the last update delivered a few days ago, and perhaps even more in the future, IV2's post-launch support is quite exemplary, doubly so considering it's mainly (outside of 2D art and music) a moderately-priced, solo-dev project.
[b]Now, stock up on subsonic ammo, get in there and do the right thing.[/b]

I've only played this game for 7 hours (At the time of writing this review) But every minute, I've had so much fun. There is quite literally an infinite amount of missions you can play. There's so much vanilla content, but if you're on your 52nd playthrough and you're like, "Lemme play another persons mission" There is a steam workshop for making your own custom missions. It's super easy, too. You don't need to know how to code, you just drag and drop characters or props onto the screen, and it already does all the AI for you. You can even tweak it. You can add armory workstations where you get to buy and customize guns. This game feels the Timeless and Classics Zero mod for Minecraft, but 2D. Alright, I'ma stop talking about the custom missions and talk about the main gain for a bit. The game is so realistic, the NPCS have brains, you can do non-lethal takedowns, you can unload dropped guns, you HAVE to pick up your magazine that you dropped if you want that extra ammo inside of it. This game gets a 4 out of 5 stars for me. (Only because there's no co-op gamemode) I HIGHLY Recommend this game.

По сравнению с 1 частью графика выросла на голову, проработанность локаций невероятно выросла, сюжет ощущается не просто чем-то для галочки, а чем-то невероятно интересным!
Противникам страшно, они зовут подмогу отбегая от места игрока и зачастую не штурмуют по одиночке, по одному только поведению можно понять кто перед тобой, торчок, телохранитель или профессиональный наемник!
Кастомизация оружия достаточно проработанная, обвесы влияют на поведение оружия, но навыки если вкачены в макс. лвл все-таки слишком имба)))))
Покупать стоит, деньги игра оправдает, особенно если нравится стелс/рубилово с видом сверху.
Ждем еще игр!

Do you like Vigilant Justice? Do you like customizing weapons? Do you like pattern recognition? This may be the game for you! Buckle up, dude, it's time for the Red Hood Simulator.

This game is crunchy and sharp. On the surface it looks like Hotline Miami, but that would be comparing Tic-tac-toe to Chess. The challenge of this game is built completely differently and rewards methodical approach, silent takedowns, abusing environmental hazards and proper room clearing techniques. This game is a tactical puzzle that is yours to succeed at, fail at or giggle your way through as you realize how funny enemy AI can be.

At a glance, the AI feels predictable, but there is distinctly an element of chaos to them. They behave predictably until their routine is disrupted. In high pressure scenarios, they can panic and fire at each other, chasing the figurative ghost you become. You can trap them by setting fires, trick them by throwing gas grenades or, my personal favorite, watch as they bumble into a claymore you left with a sweet note and a kiss specifically for that one guy.

Don't miss this game if you enjoy challenging but not impossibly hard games. This one will frustrate you now and then but always left me thinking "what if I did this instead' at the end of a play session where I stumbled.

Thank you, Explosive Squat, not only for making one of my favorite games, but for making Two of the damn things!

Intravenous 2 is essentially the tactical shooter version of Hotline Miami. In short, the story was alright, but the rest of the game was great in all regards. Bonus points for including a remaster of the first game as a cheap DLC.

Simple but effective, it just serves as a support for the actual game as it should. Some interesting twists there and then.

It took me 9 hours to go through both IV1 remaster and IV2. However there's plenty of replayability here as there are many different ways to approach every level and the arsenal is vast and varied - not to mention the different ammo types and attachments allow you to build each gun in multiple ways. Overrall, great level design and variety.

[h3]Art & soundtrack - 9/10[/h3]
The OST by Xtrullor is excellent and sets the mood perfectly. A great blend of electronic and metal. The artstyle of the game itself is obviously reminiscent of Hotline Miami, but twists it in a cold and dirty setting. Overrall, everything is cohesive and well-executed.

[h3]Mechanics - 9/10 [/h3]
The stealth mechanics are well designed and there are plenty of options for you to avoid firing a shot - but you can just go in guns blazing if you want to. Recoil and mag management force you to think before you enter a fight.

[h3]Difficulty[/h3]
Subjective point so i'm not gonna grade it. The AI is not necessarily the smartest but it is interesting enough to play against while being reasonably hard to beat, as long as you find the right difficulty setting for yourself and avoid cheesing it. The base mechanics have depth but are not overly difficult to understand or manage by any means.

Without a sale, the price is reasonable. On sale? Absolutely worth it.

I bought both Intravenous and Intravenous 2 while they were on sale, for a cheap price, and now I 100%ted them in 1 month, and I think it was money well spend!

I think this game is easier than its prequel but not as repetitive, thanks to its replayibility, like the modifications that appear in the sequel, the playstyles that this game encourages and the new and old mechanics in which you can finesse around enemies, like windows, vents, etcetera.

Yet some pretty nich mechanics like the vents and the voice commands that existed in the first part havent changed, which is a bit dissapointing especially since new ones were added to the game, like the charakter exclusive abilities, the key doors and the training system.

The abilities were not very helpful in my playthroughs and I havent used them most of the time. The mechanic of Shawn, where you slow down everything might seem helpful in overwhelming situations, but it feels sluggish to use since it doesn´t get activated immeadiately and Shawn also gets slowed down. On the other hand the one from Steve is feels very helpful, because it activates automatically, yet it is the same as Shawn´s but it only activates while you are outnumbered. I think it would have been better if the player had multiple abilities that arent dependetn of a charakter that you cant even choose.

The training on the other hand seems nice but my problem is that its impact on the gameplay goes unnoticed since it is only a stat increase. I wished that there would have been done something more interessting then a simple stat increase.

I like the idea of key doors being added to the game to puzzle your through the level, what I dislike about the key doors is that the "puzzling" is optional because you can pick the lock or smash the door in, which defeats the point of the key needed to open the door. Even weirder is the fact that there are doors that can only be opened via a key card., but they are the absolute minority.

I liked the music very much, but that is expected from Xtrullor, he only makes good music. I also liked the level design despite some tiles being repeated.

I had a very good time with this game, despite most of the user review being a complaint about niche mechanics.

This review is done right after finishing the game with all missions done, including side missions. I also would like to point out that I never played the first Intravenous, so I can't say what changed and what didn't.

With that out of the way, Intravenous 2 is a pretty good game with lots of good points, hence why I clicked "yes" on the recommendation. Buuut... if possible, I would choose a "yes, but also no" option.

First, the good points.
Stealth, mechanically speaking, is pretty good in this game. You can hide in the dark, interact with stuff (like bash doors at enemies' faces, flick lights, hide in cabinets) and even temporarily EMP lightings and cameras.

Enemies' AI is also excellent. They'll investigate blood, opened doors or turned off lights, which can both help or hinder you. They'll also call for backup and try to surround you while keeping distance, instead of the classic one-by-one whacking over a pacified enemy in plain view.

Weapon selection is quite extensive, with multiple personalization options (barrel, trigger, scope, suppressor) and lots of stats to consider (noise radius, rate of fire, movement speed and noise).

I also like the music. While it's pretty discreet (you could even say... stealthy HAHAHAHAHA *hrm* sorry), it's dynamic and fits whatever situation you're in.

All of this makes for a great experience... if you like action games.
Because this is where, to me, the game falls greatly in quality.
The vast majority of weapons are lethal. If you want to go non-lethal, you can choke/punch people, tase them (with limited ammo) or put them to sleep with the tranq. gun (with limited ammo as well), and that's pretty much it. There is also the zap mine and choke gas grenade, but they're both options that alert the entire map.

And this leads to my second point: sound. More exactly, the sound you make. Intravenous 2 is a game that's quite bent on realism, which mean that, even silenced, weapons can be heard from afar, especially on the outside. If weapons make so much noise, I'll simply not use them and spend the game stalk-choking people, which I did.

This is frustrating, because the game presents itself as tactical stealth, but the majority of your toolset isn't stealthy at all. It's pretty much geared toward direct confrontation and leads to two major frustration points. First, if you're like me and like to play stealth game as a ghost pacifist that gently chokes enemies while none of them suspects a thing, your gameplay will be the exact same for the whole 22 hours of the game.
Secondly, there're so many tools at your disposal with so many personalization options, but you can't use them because you would go from Splinter Cell to Rambo in the blink of an eye.

In the end, I think Intravenous 2 is a game that can't decide what it wants to be, with stealth and action components that don't quite mesh well together. It's not a bad game by any means, hence the recommendation. But I would have been less frustrated if it didn't label itself as tactical stealth.

An absolutely excellent top-down stealth action game. Excellent level design and mechanics and a wide variety of supported playstyles, combined with a diverse difficulty selection that lets you learn at your own pace and provides a very engaging challenge at the higher levels. I do find the excessive amounts of gun customization and detail funny because they frankly don't matter unless you're trying to shoot your way through every level, but eh. Par for the course.

Notes: Playthrough was done on the highest difficulty (true) and the best ending was achieved. This game is designed to be playable fully without having played the first game, and in fact this game largely replaces the first due to also offering a remastered version of the first, as the first game had substantial cuts made due to time/budget constraints.

~本作新增了枪械配件改装系统，并引入了枪械熟练度机制。虽然我知道这款游戏主打战术潜行，击杀过多会影响结局走向，但这一代正面交火的体验实在太爽了。前作中潜行渗透已经玩得够够的了，这一作干脆从头杀到尾。不过需要注意的是，换弹时会把剩余弹药连同弹匣一起扔掉，记得要及时捡回来。

Великая игра. Если б ещё враги не шли по очереди на расстрел в одну дверь в начале боя и умели бы кидать гранаты, то вообще шедевр был бы.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS: This game is pretty cool so far, everything that you would want from a tactical stealth-action game, there's a lot of content here so if you like the formula you'll get your moneys worth. BUT, two caveats: 1. A LOT of buttons to use, reminds me of something like Tarkov. 2. Because of 1 this does not work well with a controller although it is possible. This game is also difficult so be prepared for that, but that's part of the fun!

Outstanding soundtrack! The writing is beyond amazing, it did a great job at making me feel the same things Sean and Steve felt, had me rooting for the both of them from the very first few missions. I mostly played loudly, the combat has improved greatly since IV 1 and I enjoyed it a lot. The level design is way better than IV 1's, too. A friend recommended me this game, so I figured I should immediately get all the dlc's and I'm not regretting it.

Its an AMAZING GAME... thats gonna make you wanna break your keyboard in half. Its VERY inconsistent.

Really the one and only issue with it, that ruins runs and makes me want to unninstall it:

WHEN THE GUN IM USING TAKES 1 SHOT TO KILL THEM, DECIDES TO THEN NEED 3 BULLETS TO GET A GUY DOWN, HE HAS TIME TO SHOOT BACK AND ALERT EVERYONE. EITHER MAKE MY WEAPON 1 SHOT THEM, OR 3 SHOT THEM. ITS NOT LIKE IM MISSING HEADSHOTS SINCE THATS NOT SOMETHING I CAN AIM FOR IN A TOP DOWN.

The gameplay is really enjoyable and satisfying. It really does a good job of giving you the option to either go full stealth, or pure action shooter or a mix of the two which I personally prefer. The intended True difficulty is very fun to play and quite challenging, patrols for example will notice if others go missing so you have to carefully scout and plan how, when and in what sequence you want to take them out if you dont want/or cant sneak past them.

Enemies reacts to sounds, bodies, blood etc etc and if you are discovered they will look for you in the last place you were seen so you have a lot of potential tactical options available. Music and sounds are excellent and the game use these to great effect to tell the player what the situation is like.

Controls are good and responsive, the selection of weapons, weapons mods and gadgets is highly varied and fun to use. Artstyle is simple but high quality. Cant recommend this game enough, especially together with the remaster DLC of the first game.

Endlessly frustrating and clunky. There isn't a single mechanic in the game that works as intended. Stealth is inconsistent and the controls, movement, and AI make combat somehow even more annoying. I guess annoying would be the best word to describe it, Every moment playing this is one of annoyance. Just an awful time all around. The story is also dumb and very badly written.
