9/10 Highly Recommended.
This is actually a revisit of the game for me as I originally played it on Game Pass several years ago. Replaybed both Guacamelee games. The original gets an 8.5/10 and this one a 9/10 by 2026 standards.

Great platformig design and fun combat. I find this sequel makes combat easier as you can take a beating before dying bu the platforming challenges really push things to the point of mild frustration.

Guacamelee 2 is everything first guacamelee was but much, MUCH better. Gameplay is as fun as ever with addition of new mechanics and new enemies that spice up the gameplay, story is also pretty good, but best thing about this sequel are the bosses, they actually feel fun to fight against and aren't as infuriating as in first game, i enjoyed all bosses except jaguar since it's just boss from first game but triple which sucks ass. I really adore all of the references this game made, it was fun catching them especially if it was from my favourite media. Overall really fun metroidvania, hope to see more of similar games. 9/10

Sempre tive interesse em metroidvanias mas nenhum me fisgava pra eu começar e os dois que testei não consegui jogar mais de 2h. Decidi então pesquisar outros jogos menos famosos do gênero pra ver se aparecia algum que me chamasse a atenção, e foi aí que descobri Guacamelee! 2. Ainda bem que dei mais uma oportunidade pq esse jogo me surpreendeu muito, tanto que acabou se tornando um dos meus jogos favoritos. Se os outros jogos do gênero forem tão bons ficarei feliz.

Pontos positivos:

- Arte e Design: O jogo é visualmente incrível. É extremamente colorido, mas de um jeito harmônico onde tudo faz sentido, sem virar aquela bagunça.

- Desafio das DLCs: Peguei o pacote completo com as DLCs em promoção para platinar e valeu muito a pena. As Arenas de Prova são divertidíssimas e conseguir ouro em todas levou algumas tentativas, mas a sensação de recompensa é ótima.

- Eu gostei dos desafios de plataforma, então gostei muito de como as fases foram feitas, foi bem divertido. Muitas vezes quando eu usava os movimentos certos, o personagem movimentava pelas fases de forma quase acrobática. Junto disso os poderes que você libera, que são bem variados e ajudam não só no combate como também na movimentação, são todos divertidos e bem pensados.

- O humor no jogo é algo a ser destacado. Eu nem ligo pra essas coisas mas as piadinhas são criativas e colocadas no tempo certo, fez o jogo ficar mais divertido ainda.

O que poderia ser melhor:

- Senti que faltou um ajuste fino na jogabilidade, no sentido de que em vários momentos eu sentia que o personagem não parecia responder com a precisão necessária. Para um jogo onde o verdadeiro desafio está na movimentação e não apenas no combate, o controle precisaria ser impecável.

- A parte mais difícil (e frustrante) foi ajudar as galinhas. Nem era obrigatório para zerar, mas como eu queria a platina, tive que fazer tudo. Algumas dessas fases pareciam desnecessariamente difíceis no começo. Tudo bem que liberou um poder bem útil pro Pollo mas já era fim de game e usei bem pouco.

No fim das contas foi uma experiência divertidíssima e desafiadora. Me senti muito feliz ao superar partes que pareciam fora do meu alcance. Em breve vou testar o Blasphemous e espero que seja tão divertido quanto esse aqui.

Guacamelee is a great metroidvania! The music is great; I would bob my head to the music as I chose to select what skill to level up, or as I made a decision on what part of the map to explore next.

The story is very light and comedic: for instance, you can turn into a chicken. Every now and then, there is also a very direct reference to an internet meme, indie game, etc. -- there is a even a joke about gacha games which got a good chuckle from me. But like any great comedy, there is a subtle tone of heart or seriousness in the joke or storybeat, like Salvador's backstory. While the narrative is relatively barebones, there is a theme about being content and thankful for what you have, and at the same time, there is a theme about regret.

Of course, the centerpiece of this metroidvania is its gameplay. Guacamelee is a challenging game -- even just aiming for the normal difficulty and ending. Some parts of the story are harder than the side content, and a decent amount of that side content is very hard on its. The story will challenge you to understand the gameplay mechanics and the platforming at a deep level, and the side content will force you to master both. My main gripe would be that the game is not very consistent with keyboard input: sometimes, if I enter multiple inputs consecutively, sometimes the input would buffer or cancel that next one, and the game requires that you be very fast in your reactions, so it gets very frustrating when you expect your luchador to perform a certain action but he/she doesn't. For instance, when I jump down from a platform, sometimes the jump would perform twice -- effectively canceling my movement as I jump back onto platform. My other gripe is that certain elements on screen can be ambiguous if they are part of the foreground or background, so it may get confusing where to go next, what is main story content or side story content, etc. I also wish I could see more of the level since part of the platforming requires understanding what is the next segment of the level, and if you fail to certain elements in the level, you can retry instantly but if you fail at others, you have to instantly restart from the beginning of the checkpoint.

GREAT sequel to the first game. Everything here is basically the first game turned up to 11.

The normal-mode story is pretty easy, and the bosses could’ve been harder, but that’s what hard mode is for, I guess. (I haven’t gotten around to playing hard mode yet at the time of writing this review, just assuming based on how the first game handled it.)

All of the maps are INSANELY huge. Take the biggest map from the first game and add like 50% more area, and that’s basically every zone in this game. There’s a ton to explore, and honestly I’m all for it. The game is SO gorgeous.

The humor is great too. I might just have a really dumb sense of humor, but the self-aware jokes and the game occasionally mocking the player are right in my lane.

Some of the optional challenges are insanely difficult, but I don’t see that as a problem. They’re optional, if you can’t handle them, just skip them. Personally, I enjoy struggling through something 20–30 times before finally beating it. The delayed reward makes it feel so much better.

And yes, I’m specifically talking about the Crucible chicken parkour room required for the good ending. Angriest hour of my life… but also one of the happiest moments when Juan finally gets back to his family. :D

The story is great. I absolutely LOVE all the characters, and I’m really glad they went full fan service by bringing characters from the first game back. They kinda bastardized my beautiful king Jaguar Javier, but I can forgive it since it’s not the real Jaguar Javier from the good timeline, so whatever.

I found myself both raging and laughing my ass off within the span of a few hours.

I definitely recommend playing the first game first, if you like it, you’ll almost certainly love this one too.

This is a decent sequel carrying over all of the abilities of the first game with a few new ones added.

If you liked the first one, then you'll like this one as the music and combat stand out as strong selling points on par with the first game. Though in my honest opinion, I thought the first game was paced and balanced better.

While playing, I felt like there might have been some sort of controller lag eating the inputs as every now and then I found myself suddenly unable to turn the character around or button presses not matching up to the number of hits the character throws out.
Also, one of the changes from the first game that I thought was a terrible idea was turning a certain enemy type that counts down until it does a screen-wide attack from just doing damage and a knockdown in the first game into an instant-death in this game if you don't get it in time.

Overall, I thought this was just a fun game all around.

Just like the second Ori game, I found myself finally checking the sequel of a game I played in the mid-2010s, only many years after its release. And I felt at home immediately: just like back then, the first upgrade is an uppercut move that also functions as a further jump, as an effective double jump is found only much later.

Truth be told, it could be argued (also in general) that Guacamelee 2 plays a bit too safe, at least based on my memories of the original, with even the sequence of the main upgrades to be found being more or less the same, the Eagle Boost being the only new maneuver for Juan in his regular form. On the other hand, with such a solid framework from the first game, there was not really much that needed to be fixed, not when the controls are still so responsive and pulling off combos in fights and sequences of moves in platforming challenges is so effortless.

The chicken form gets more love and becomes the co-star, with even dedicated temples where human form is not allowed, and many passages where its small size and specific abilties are required. There's something incredibly fun about totaling foes as a dive-bombing chicken that can also grab and piledrive them.

The other upgrades that cost money along with listed conditions to unlock the purchases can feel intimidating at first, as five whole groups of them are revealed, however as the fights and challenges ramp up, by the end you will likely have bought most if not all of them.

The characteristic colorful and angular visual style is back and better than ever, under the apparent simplicity there is an amazing quantity of detail and, as the ability to switch between two planes of existence eventually returns, it means there are basically two graphical sets for everything, with many elements changing well beyond simply diffferent colors.
The soundtrack is an eclectic mix of mariachi-style music and 8-bit sounds. Not sure if a "necessary" change but cool to listen. That track related to chicken is the best.
Just like the first game there is a large number of small and big references to other properties, from the opening that clearly parodies the first minutes of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (and a funny related achievement), through all those luchadores based on known characters, to... wait, the ugly painting from Katawa Shoujo?! Memes are relegated to a specific optional area but the self-awareness about them doesn't make that part less cringey.

Even with generous checkpoints, this is not an easy game (difficulty levels affect the combat but not the platforming gauntlets), and at least in the early part it's better to tackle as many challenges as possible so to buy sorely needed upgrades; over the last quarter or so, however, I ended up throwing the towel on some, including the ones necessary to get the best ending.
To my pleased surprise, however, this time the worst ending is not bad at all; as even completing the "regular" part of the game can get quite challenging - even if, amusingly, I found the second part of the final boss fight easier, like the first was added by the developers only to whittle down the player - one is not "punished" for being a less than perfect player, while the best ones receive an even better version of the ending as a reward.

I've never been a fan of the fights happening often in enclosed spaces you can't move past until you win. It's not like they aren't fun, I sometimes even got pumped when "LUCHA!" appeared on the screen, I just wish the flow of the game wasn't fragmented so much by them. Also, during the times the view is zoomed out (mainly because of huge enemies or sizable swarms), it can be difficult even to make out the player out of the chaos.

Looking back after playing it, however, there's really little to criticize about Guacamelee 2: it has hair-pulling moments but for most of the time it's extremely fun, and also funny with its humour and the villains, even if the big bad is of the more sympathetic type, the cutscene detailing his origins is one of the highlights.
Over the years the game has been bundled and deeply discounted (80% just recently), really little reason to miss out on a Metroidvania that can stand proud among the bigs of the genre, with its unique flavor of combat that doesn't use the mexican luchador theme as simple window dressing. With the first episode, it also makes for one the best duologies of the 2010s (and beyond).

the first 20 minutes of this game was torture! It was so bad that it took me three separate times playing to get past the intro and into the game. It's similar to a book written for toddlers, with baby humor and dumb jokes that a PBS parent teaches to their kids... but after that, when you FINALLY get to the game: it is good.

Non sapevo cosa aspettarmi e temevo un po' il more of the same, invece, per quanto da una parte lo sia, prende il primo capitolo e lo migliora ulteriormente.
Tralasciando la trama che ne fa da contorno, il gioco è coloratissimo, migliora tanto la grafica e le animazioni, andando avanti diventa volutamente e graditamente confusionario (almeno per me che l'ho giocato direttamente in hard), platform e action allo stato puro, caratteristiche molte volte unite dalle zone lotta più "dinamiche".
I poteri rimangono gli stessi, ma ci sta poiché già completi, ma a sto giro c'è un piccolo albero delle abilità e viene migliorata la trasformazione "pollo", anch'essa con poteri e importanza anche per storia ed esplorazione. Riguardo quest'ultima, nel primo capitolo ho avuto più la sensazione di ricerca di zone nascoste, mentre qui è come se fossero più "in vista", però il fatto che serve sbloccare i poteri adatti per visitarle non mi ha tolto comunque la voglia di fare backtracking.
Forse un piccolo lato negativo sono le boss fight, per quanto belle sono poche e alcune semplici.
Tutto sommato un ottimo secondo capitolo che mi dà speranza di vederne un terzo in futuro.

相比于一代的纯数值提升，二代的技能树系统明显设计的更好，但这也导致抓取反而不吃香了，因为高连击的特技是不消耗技能点的（受伤超过三次才会断掉连击），并且闪避还能取消特技的后摇，因此可以无限使用特技

二代的BOSS都设计的挺好的，但是小怪还是千篇一律，加上后期堆怪严重，而且强制战斗次数很多，导致同质化太严重了，打的很麻木

【探索收集 6/10】

比一代稍好点，不用左跑右跑，大部分收集品勤看地图都能在刚拿到能力去收集，但多了很多即死的陷阱，而且很多跳跳乐都放在主线上了，不做全收集都玩的有点恶心

参考价格：steam捆绑包 22.19 （本体+dlc三敌人+dlc试炼之地），不坐全成就可以不买dlc

操作：推荐使用键盘游玩，手柄会同时报废手和手柄

Ultimately, I [i]did[/i] 100% this game, so it was enjoyable enough, but in the future I think I'll just replay the previous games as they were much more fun.

[*]Chicken form is significantly more varied and useful, making using it in combat and platforming actually fun. There's also a chicken-specific storyline whose ultimate reward is effectively infinite flight. This skill is both explicitly told to you when you get it, and more thematically appropriate than the previous game's chicken flight.
[*]Outfits are unlocked by finding chests in the world, same as other rewards; and they no longer affect stats, so you can safely wear whatever you like instead of sticking with an unsightly outfit for its benefits. (This isn't true of the DLC outfits, sadly - back to "i hate this skin but it's useful" there, I'm sad to say. However, that's a problem with the DLCs and not the base game.)
[*]Still has beautiful stylization and art, and interesting setpieces.
[*]You hold the directional stick against the wall to grip rather than holding [Grapple]. This is so much better and I see why they went back and added it to STCE.
[*]All of the old moves and abilities are present, along with new ones. No lamenting that you could have done this better with the old moveset, or re-training your muscle memory!
[*]Bosses are easier. You can throw them, they have fewer absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ undodgeable attacks, and the ones they do have are both narrow and telegraphed enough that you can actually get to safety.

[*]The story... exists? It's nothing to write home about, the same type of combo pop culture and video game references and self-referential humor as the last game. If it's your jam, it's well done and mostly doesn't overstay its welcome. If it's not your jam, you're probably going to find it grating. This one's just personal taste!
[*]The story for one of the bosses is just dropped? Where is my full chicken musical (joking)? This isn't needed, it was just slightly weird. Instead we got more time with Jaguar Javier, which is admittedly something more people probably wanted.
[*]Tostada is no longer part of the Move Get art. This isn't really an issue, the art is much more dynamic and Juan is the main character. But I miss it.
[*]The costumes aren't versioned for Juan and Tostada, they each have costumes only for them. Again, since the costumes aren't stats, this is fine but it's another thing I miss.

[*]Controls are significantly worse than the previous game. I went back and played both Guacamelee Gold and STCE to 100% them before this playthru, and it's harder to hit moves, harder to cancel out of them, harder to dodge on a dime, and harder to correct mid-air. I can't tell if it's actually dropping inputs, or if it just has much less tolerance on the direction+button press combos, but it makes combat and platforming feel unfair and clunky once you get any additional moves.
[*]I hate the Eagle Boost. Similar to the previous point, it just doesn't work very well - and the fact that it's required for some of the most challenging platforming in the game is just insult to injury. I failed even easy sections multiple times b/c I grappled instead of boosted, despite being in range of the eagle point and the glowing arrow being present.
[*]Significantly harder platforming and challenges do NOT hold up under the worse controls. Several required sections require tight enough timing that it feels purposefully cruel, and several of the bonus challenges required for 100% (and most of the DLCs) are just RNG whether you'll complete them or not. Add this to...
[*]Significantly less generous checkpointing. You'll be ragequitting as you're sent back to the beginning of a 2-5 [i]minute[/i] long section with combat and platforming. And that's on normal mode! There are also [i]far[/i] mode instant death traps that will send you rooms back, often forcing you to re-get chests you already unlocked b/c you didn't make it back to the entrance safely. These also reload the room and are slower for restarting challenges, leading to additional frustration in the form of repetitive timewasting. There are way more save spots to combat this, but since you often have to go out of your way to remember to hit the save spot it's still a major frustration point that could have been fixed by just having the standard yeet-you-back-to-checkpoint spikes and goo. Remember the Tule Tree mask shard from the first game? Imagine if every time you missed a jump it killed you and set you back to the savepoint at the bottom of the free, before the wall run segment.
[*]Much easier to lose your character in the press of enemies, making combat difficult if not impossible. I think this is a combo of Juan (or various skins) not standing out as well from the background as in the previous game, the zoom being further out, the enemies being physically larger, AND the game spawning too many enemies for the room size. It's possible to lose where you are in a battle with only 4 enemies.
[*]Mean-spirited. Multiple bonus sections are making fun of other games and of the player specifically, in ways that are purposefully not fun to play. This is a more minor point, since technically all of these sections are optional and easy - but you can't skip dialogue or cutscenes, they're time wasters on top of that in terms of gameplay, and you HAVE to go thru these sections to get the best ending. It really feels like the devs should've just made a vent post on their tumblr rather than making their game worse to own people who won't even be playing their game.
[*]This is probably petty, but Juan and Lupita's kids, and the teenager in the one bonus area, look [i]weird.[/i] They're a noticeably different style both from the adults and from other kids, with huge eyes and faces, and their heads are much larger than the adults' heads, and with more looping animation. If all the kids looked like that, it'd probably be fine, it's just jarring when almost every other child is the old style of art. I assume they did that so it's easier to see the kids emote, since they're the whole reason Juan picks the mask back up, but it doesn't really help.

Sequels can so often be a let-down, but not this one! It takes everything that was amazing about the first game and builds on it. The maps are huge and intricate, and the combat and puzzles are more varied than ever. The only flaw in my opinion is that some of the chicken moves are too fiddly for the level of difficulty of the chicken-heavy sections of the game.

I'm not a huge fan of metroidvanias, this is an exception. The fighting is flawless, with balanced enemies and fun abilities. The story is not a masterpiece, but it is not meant to be, it is a comedy. There are goat people, the main heroes are wrestlers, and the most powerful object is chips and guacamole. Also, you do not have to play the first game first, you can start with this one. It explains most of the story as you go on.

If you liked the first one, you will like this one as well. Movement is fluid, combat is fun and the combo system is pretty satisfying. Platforming is tight, some challenges are way harder than others, but the main way is not that hard, only the side content is very hard. Very good game, tight controls, no bugs, good music! Recommended for metroidvania fans!

전작에 비해서 스테이지 수는 적어졌지만, 길이가 길어졌다. 그래서 더 피곤함이 커졌다.
전작에 비해 메트로베니아 요소는 적어졌고 플랫폼 요소는 늘어났다.
거의 1자진행이고 목적지와 다른방향엔 조각이나 돈, 코스튬이 있다.
1에서 겪어봤던, 몬스터색깔놀이와 다른공간 몬스터를 초반부터 넣어놔서 귀찮았다. (후반엔 2패턴이 더 증가함)
닭상태에서 스킬몇개와 갈고리액션이 추가되어 플랫폼 기믹이 늘어났지만, 공간바꾸기, 벽타기, 어퍼컷, 대쉬컷, 뭉개기,염소날기 등등 1에서 사용했던 비슷한 기믹들이 많다.
액션은 거의 그대로 가져왔고 새로운 기술은 없고 임펄소가 사라졌다. 밋밋하게 몬스터들 다 떄려잡아야된다. 몬스터 폭발하는 패시브를 돈주고 배울수 있는데, 별 느낌없다.

2부터 하면 게임스토리라인이 이해가 안갈 것 같고 1부터하면 이건 지겨울 것 같다.

정말 스토리 미는데 재미가 없었다.
그나마 열쇠찾는거랑 치킨 일루미나티부분이 조금 재밌기도 했고
가장 발전한게, 시련의장인거 같다. 1에서의 챌린지는 스트레스를 많이 받았지만, 2에선 재밌게 한거같다.
최종적으로 비추천이다.

相比于其他类银河战士恶魔城的战斗和解密本系列难点主要在于平台跳跃设计组给了玩家可以操控的主角以强力的性能在空中可以以不可思议的方式移动）进而催生出了很多看起来颇具难度的跳跃关卡但你大可以放心本作的关卡逻辑和软锁定设计得出类拔萃 “绝大多数”场景都是可以通过长时间的练习达成的在前期不太会遇见看起来可以通过但实际上缺少关键能力的关卡
那我为什么要说是“绝大多数”呢？本作的能力系统在一代之后有所创新但主要还是继承了上一作的大量能力其中有一个能力并不陌生中文玩家一般称为爬墙上冲这个上冲起码在我使用ds5游玩的过程中触发是有问题的有一定概率只会扒在墙上而并不会冲刺在我前往测试网站之前一度让我怀疑是不是我的手柄本身出现了质量问题这个问题在本作的一些竞速挑战关卡十分致命让一些本该是少量练习就能通过的关卡变成了需要大量重复拼运气才能通过在打挑战之地的时候真给我打红温了。。。

On a technical level, Guacamelee 2 is a clear improvement over the first game. Combat is smoother, enemy variety is better, boss fights are more interesting, and the soundtrack is excellent. Unfortunately, as an overall experience, I found it deeply flawed—and far less enjoyable than its predecessor.

The biggest issue is the game’s relentless obsession with dialogue and “jokes.” The story is painfully dumb, and if a game forces me to read its writing constantly, I’m going to judge it. Many of the characters are annoying, and most of the humor relies on memes or outside references that feel lazy and cringe. If you enjoy that style of humor, you may get more out of it than I did. For me, it was grating.

Worse, this humor frequently interrupts gameplay. The game regularly forces gimmicky sections on the player: beating up a car, briefly turning into a turn-based RPG, and other novelty moments that exist purely for laughs. I didn’t want to do these things, but the game insists. These interruptions constantly break momentum and made it hard for me to stay engaged.

Which is a shame, because the core gameplay itself is genuinely better. Combat feels improved, enemies are more varied, bosses are generally stronger than in the first game, and the sound design is excellent. I repeatedly found myself wishing the game would just shut up and let me play.

As I put more time into it, two gameplay-related issues increasingly wore me down:

First, gimmicky combat encounters. Some fights feel less about mastering mechanics and more about navigating specific tricks or setups, which undercuts the satisfaction of the beat-em-up combat.

Second, and more importantly, platforming. This game leans extremely hard into difficult platforming challenges. Instant-death traps are everywhere—touch spikes or fall into the void, and you’re immediately reset on the same screen. These sections are frequent, demanding, and unforgiving. If you don’t enjoy precision platforming, I genuinely think this game will be miserable for you.

By the end, while there were moments I enjoyed, I don’t look back on my time with Guacamelee 2 very fondly. I had no desire to pursue the good ending, and that alone makes it hard for me to recommend.

If you enjoy difficult platforming, don’t mind constant dialogue interruptions, and are okay with combat encounters that sometimes feel like gimmicks, you’ll probably have a good time. Personally, I think the first Guacamelee is the better game—it simply lets you play more and interrupts you less.

Volete un consiglio? Conservate il ricordo bellissimo del primo gioco. Questo seguito è un passo indietro sotto ogni punto di vista. La storia è volutamente parodistica, ma rispetto al precedente titolo risulta ancor più esagerata e confusionaria, finendo per perdere qualsiasi tipo di senso o interesse. Neanche a farlo apposta, la "campagna" è più lunga (e credetemi, NON è una cosa positiva). Nemici e scenari sono praticamente ricopiati dal capostipite e non c'è nulla che apparirà ai vostri occhi davvero nuovo. Infine, più di ogni altro aspetto, ritengo i controlli davvero ingiustificabili. La difficoltà delle mappe e degli scontri è basilare, ma l'imprecisione dei comandi rende il tutto artificialmente punitivo. Guacamelee 2, in sostanza, è l'esatto opposto di quello che un'opera skill based dovrebbe essere. Spesso si va avanti per caso, e ancor più spesso si muore per errori nei controlli. Lasciate riposare Juan. E' tempo di andare avanti.

jogo bom demais, joguei bastante o primeiro jogo na minha infância, zerei varias vezes o guacamelee super turbo championship edition, só tenho a dar palmas para essa obra de arte, cada espaço bem pensado para o jogador, é díficil, mas é aquele díficil que você quer tentar várias vezes sem desistir, a gamplay não tem nem oque falar de tão absurdo que é, os personagem são icônicos, juan, tostada, uay chivo e ate mesmo o el salvador que é um vilão muito absurdo, um vilão que é muito das trevas, como o calaca, o vilão do primeiro jogo que era muito foda também, esse jogo é uma perfeição, eu espero o terceiro jogo de mãos abertas facilmente, muito bom. P E R F E C T O ! ! !

주인공 후안이 호쾌하게 적을 날려버릴 때 모니터 너머로 키보드와 컨트롤러 던져버리는 난이도를 가지고 있는 액숀- 플렛뽀머 게임 과카밀리! 2 입니다

게임 자체는 정말 잘 만들었고 음악도 멕시코 스럽고
주변 아트나 캐릭터들도 굉장히 특징이 잘 잡혀있어서 재미있었습니다.

1편에 비해 엄청나게 많이 즉사 구간이 많아졌기 때문에
플레이하는 내내 굉장히 고통이었습니다..
게임 자체의 완성도와 비례하게 어렵다고 생각합니다..
플렛포머 스킬 딱딱 점프 딱딱 컨트롤 안 헷갈리고 딱딱 하시는 분들 외엔 정말 비추천합니다.
진심 비추천합니다.. 물론 여러번 도전하다보면 깰 수 있는건 맞는데요..
즉사 구간이 주는 그 묘한 도돌이표에 굉장히 스트레스 받는 편이어서 힘들었습니다...

굿 엔딩을 보기 위해서는 숨겨진 맵에서
(기본 컨트롤 가진 게이머 기준)무지 힘든 난이도의 플렛포머를 죄다 깬다음에
숨겨진 열쇠 조각까지 모아야 한다는 건 1편과 같아서.. 힘들어서 포기했습니다.
미안하다 후안;;

아쉬웠던건 플렛포머의 즉사구간과 플렛포머 구간이 너무 길어져서
플레이 타임이 거진 쓸데없이 늘어난 느낌이 들고
즉사 맵과 패턴 적들이 너무 많아져서 액션성이 줄어든 것 같습니다.
적을 잡아서 내다 꽂는다던가 멋진 기술로 적을 헤치운다 하는 그런 액션보다는
맵을 파헤치는 것에 2편이 더 집중된 기분이었습니다.

그런 점만 빼면 플렛포머 게임들 좋아하시는 분 들만 추천드립니다.

This game makes the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mistake of the original game and its redux, it rapidly throws annoying combat challenges and traversal areas that reward you with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that isn't worth the hassle and frustrate anyone unless they enjoy this. Combat never hits a pace where it feels satisfying and neither do the traversal mechanics, which in a post Hollow Knight world is insane. Getting around the map and fighting the flinging physics in some of the puzzles feels absolutely terrible. The first title and remaster at least had the decency to bar off many of the exploding enemies you had to quickly kill to avoid damage to the later stages of the game, but I am barely at the second temple and they're already there. It's a hard misfire that is missing the tongue in cheek charm of the first, the pacing and consideration of its deluxe edition and a price that matches much better indie metroidvanias.

It's ok and very fast paced, very simple Metroidvania with a lot of fighting and cool platforming challenges, boss fights are super easy. Finished in 7 hours and didn't really enjoy it that much to go for the 100%.
