11 18-hole courses in 10 environments, level editor and workshop support for more. plenty of customization, everything in neat drop-down menus, don't need to cycle through who knows how many one by one. 2 ways to shoot (drag & release or click & swing), 2 modes (regular or race for the fastest time), round time and stroke limit (several options for both instead of a slider for any value), optional free camera, optional ball reset at spawn or the last hole for the price of a strike.
and since mini-golf is all about gimmicks, there's a bunch of those as well. power-ups (lava, ice, airstrike, etc.), ball shape and size, jumping, ball collision, gravity, bounciness, random player spawns, and 'extreme' disabling the ui or even the ball reticle, good luck. the ball can be customized in various ways too, but a dragon or sawblade killing it is only fun the first time at best. some of the transitions take forever too. fly around on a dragon for a full minute before the first shot, what an excellent idea.
not particularly memorable in the audiovisual department, though music on the lab course is pretty good. decent settings available anytime. rebindable controls, separate volumes, resolutions, windowed mode, gfx quality (from very low to ultra, nothing more), fps lock, draw distance, mouse sensitivity sliders and axis flip toggles.
simple, comfortable controls, mostly enjoyable if not extraordinary gameplay (love the giant birds and koi though), but it's impossible to recommend. not only is [b]the time limit per hole mandatory[/b] (between 15 secs and 10 min), [b]the game can't be paused even in solo play or at the end of a hole[/b]. the 'pause' menu simply darkens the screen and brings up some options and the next hole loads automatically and almost immediately, so you might be screwed even at 10 mins if something comes up. save and come back later, you say? the devs say ♥♥♥♥ no, [b]mid-course progress isn't saved on exit[/b] either.
the demo seems to have been removed but [url=https://store.steampowered.com/app/3022060/]golf around lite[/url] is still available, serves the same purpose. a sequel is also in the works, not tagged with single player (yet?), but unless they fix the mistakes of the first one, it won't be worth bothering with either.
Very fun, I love the community map feature. Grab a few friends and enable collisions and jumping to max out your friendship points!
It's a fairly basic mini golf game. What you see is what you get. The controls are simple, the music is calming, and the courses are pretty short. There's a nice variety of courses and it seems more occasionally get added. Though there isn't really a 'traditional' mini golf course, everything has it's theme. You don't seem to keep score after the round is over, so you can't see your progress, which is a little disappointing.
You can download community maps, which I assume have loads of variety. But even with just sticking to the base game there's enough here to enjoy yourself with.
The only issue I've found is that the physics are a little weird at times, specifically with the bouncing. It's mini golf, so of course you'll want to bounce the ball off the walls to get around corners. The issue is that sometimes a ball will collide with a wall at a wide angle only to bounce off at a much tighter angle. Other times you'll hit a diagonal wall and the ball will bounce back like you just hit a perpendicular wall. It's a little frustrating, but not game killing.
Overall, a decent mini golf game that is cheap to run. If you aren't willing (or are unable) to download community content then I'd say wait for a 50% sale. The base game is rather short, probably no more than 2 hours if you're just sprinting through the courses, but another 3 or 4 to get achievements if you're dedicated. It'll definitely be a nice addition to any casual, relaxing game libraries.

This is the best mini golf I have played on Steam. It is not nearly perfect, but it is the recommended buy for multiplayer putting enjoyment.

This game about golf has changed my life for the better. This game single handedly cured all symptoms of depression that I have faced. If I could have this game's children I would. Beautiful experience, 10/10.
An amazing pass time, full of creative and fun courses. If i had any critiques: the Steampunk level is insanely un-optimized even on low graphic settings, and sometimes the bouncing physics seem very unfair. Overall my favorite "I'm Very Bored" game on steam. 7/10

Wer gerne mal zum Entspannen Golf, ist sehr gut mit diesem Game beraten. Es ist einfach zu steuern, es gibt eine Hilfefunktion sogar in Deutsch und auch der Soundtrack ist als musikalische Untermalung sehr angenehm.
Die Grafik ist dem Spiel entsprechend angepasst und auch Errungenschaften, sowie ein Wettkampf mit anderen Spielern ist möglich und macht sehr viel Spaß. Ich freue mich schon jetzt auf eine eventuelle neue Karte.

É divertido? Nem tanto. Dá para passar um tempo jogando, mas até entre amigos pode se tornar monótono rapidamente. Ainda assim, ele entrega exatamente o que promete ... um joguinho de golf, então não há grandes motivos para críticas negativas, ainda mais com a própria comunidade publicando mapas personalizados.
considere o seguinte: é um jogo barato, com qualidade simples. Não dá para esperar muito de um título que custa 2 reais em promoção.

If you like mini golf games then Golf Around! is a must have. It has some really challenging courses with very interesting elements such as switches that allow you to travel through force fields. It has a ton of settings that you can change to change up the game. Even turning your ball into a chicken.
The balls feel like they slide across the ground like glass. I like that you can download custom tracks to play on and its up to 12 people but it feels a little hollow

Very fun game to play. Especially with friends. It's a good alternative to golf with your friends in case you don't wanna go full Markiplier on a golf course. It's a bit more tame and relaxing. And sure it does have its moments but it's still really enjoyable and pretty easy to understand. 8.5/10

In the LT version press the C key to unlock the camera so you can use w,a,s,d to look around and it works... In the full version this dose not work so you can not look around and see where the whole is..

This game is perfect for 2-4 people, my best times playing this game were when someone is failing horribly and you get to watch. If you are playing with friends, turn on collision and jumping, it makes it so much more fun! Happy golfing
almost half the default courses are extremely irritating. (completely avoid vaporwave, cyberpunk, and egypt, achieving par takes insane luck and are not fun). community maps are fun, as with most games.
