First off, the controls are terrible. I roll when I don't want to and it seems to just happen randomly.

Secondly, you seem to just instantly die randomly or get stunlocked when trying to melee.

The voice acting is also pretty bad but I could overlook that if the game was any good.

My patience ran thin simply because I was bored and kinda frustrated.

Максимально взрывоопасное возбуждение. Я настолько преисполнился этим говном, что реально считаю игру не такой уж и ужасной.
Муддисон в свое время показал нарезку из лагающего и вечно умирающего футажа, но спустя столько лет стало очевидным, что это была проблема железа тех времен. Сейчас же производительность настолько молниеносная, что уровни грузятся секунды за 3-4, начальные видеовставки дольше идут.
Сама игра эдакая лост медиа линейная пострелуха с андроид планшетов с выкрученным графоном уровня тегра 2-3, частичной разрушаемостью каких то рандомных объектов, спавнящимися из воздуха вражинами, которых зачастую необязательно даже убивать, главное добежать от точки А в точку Б. Графика терпимая, самая базовая для урианала женжина 3.
Геймплейно - уже сложнее. Просто ходишь, бегаешь, стрэляешь, довольно часто еще содют за машину либо за руль, либо за пулемет (есть еще уровень где ты не за пулеметом а стрэляешь со своего оружия с ублюдочным fov, периодически дамажа свое собственное корыто, что конечно же крайне прикольный продуманный элемент, я ♥♥♥ каждый раз когда с соседом-чеченом еду и шмаляю с калаша в воздух - попадаю в оконные рамы и взрываюсь).
Даже не пытался играть со звуком и отслеживанием сюжета, так как я в душе не ♥♥♥ что такое либия, почему иракско-иранские террористы орут русский мат, почему всю эту войну прошли какие то два долбоеба, которые даже внешне не похожи на Морсинку и ничем не выделяются, куда и зачем они идут и выносят людей в количестве сравнимом с населением маленькой страны, так что если ты этот ♥♥♥♥♥♥ запустишь - сразу забиваешь лысого на сюжет и пробегаешь ради ачивок.
Также совет - не выпендривайся и не пытайся пройти по честному. Это сделать можно, но стоит ли? Поэтому идешь в мои документы, my games, идешь по пути к конфигам, и в конфигах го_гаме и го_веапонс меняешь числовые данные в показателях своих жизней, дамага оружия, патронов и тд. С этим ты просто облегчишь себе жизнь и освободишь время под нормальные игры.
Но при всем этом игра вполне нормальная, если брать в учет что ее сделали ♥♥♥ пойми кто, и скорее всего за старый бутер с маслом и укропом, и, возможно, является чем то около пропагандистским, хз. Какой то трешово-ностальгический кайф с этого можно словить, как с карабах варса, словить карточки, апнуть левел профиля, платину выбить, короче с пивом потянет.

Игра ну просто очень-очень интересная как TimeShift.

МИНУСЫ:
Графические/игровой процесс:
- Не знаю по каким причинам, но игра ОЧЕНЬ часто вылетает, особенно когда залетаешь в волну врагов или вертолёт по сюжету перемещается. Либо оставить игру на паузу на 22 минуты.
- Напарник мешает всё прохождение сюжета и ничем не помогает.
- ИИ-роботы всегда видят игрока сквозь стены и преследуют только его.
- Бесячий вертолёт и точка сохранения убивает сразу как только появился и преследует только игрока. Иногда одним выстрелом завершает игру.
- Глава с лодкой, где невозможно целиться в врагов, можно просто отсидеться и бегать по всей палубе на корточках на высокой сложности, не получив урона, а также просто быть пацифистом [/spoiler] пока не будет достигнута катсцена с истребителем [spoiler].

Управление:
- В настройках нельзя переназначить клавиши. Например, мне напоминает Двойное нажатие на клавишу Ц как ускоренный бег в Minecraft.

Связанные с оружием (сюжет):
- После загрузки точки сохранения всё оружие, лежавшее позади - пропадает.
- При подборе оружия и его смене предыдущее может провалиться сквозь пол, текстуры.
- Ракетомёт не может взорвать игрока.
- Граната взрывается 8 секунд либо когда не неё наступят как противопехотная мина в сюжете.

За свою жизнь я видел довольно много шутеров категории Г родом из Чехии, Венгрии, Польши или той же США. Но я никогда не видел игр из этой категории, подобных Global Ops: Commando Libya.

Не стоит обманываться, это плохая игра. В ней ужасная стрельба, поганые анимации, всратая управляемость ГГ и чересчур резвые противники, по которым сложно попасть. Боже мой, в ней даже нет страницы меню с настройками управления! Поддержку геймпадов, кстати, тоже не завезли, хотя это 2011 год, Unreal Engine 3 и шутер от третьего лица с укрытиями и перекатами.

Однако... Видно, как разработчики старались над постановкой и разнообразием. Миссии в заснеженной России с чистым русским матом. Миссии в Ливии. Сражаемся как на своих двоих, так и на транспортных средствах.

Здесь есть стелс, покатушки на БТР и танке. Если мы находимся в автомобиле, то иногда мы развлекаемся в стиле "взорви всё вокруг себя", так и уходим от погони с тупиками, ловушками, обороной при заглохнувшем двигателе. Здесь есть сегмент со штурмом виллы оружейного барона, его захватом, побегом от охраны, аварией и поимкой убегающего заложника.

Есть здесь и угон самолёта уровня АС-130 с обстрелом вражеских вертолётов и бронированных автомобилей под слоу-мо и попытки экипажа сбросить на нас перевозимые машины с борта самолёта.

Понимаете, к чему я веду? В "польских" шутерах ты обычно появляешься на локации после чёрного экрана или простейшей кат-сцены, отстреливаешь всех противников, нажимаешь на квестовый рубильник и уходишь в чёрный загрузочный экран или простенькую кат-сцену. Повторить n-раз, соответствующих числу уровней в игре. Так было даже в CIA Operative: Solo Missions, которую в своё время сделал Святой Винс Зампелла.

Здесь же под большим слоем навоза находится довольно весёлая и разнообразная игра, авторам которой хоть и не хватило сил и опыта сделать что-то крайне приличное, но им точно было не наплевать.

Это плохая игра, в которой хочется находить плюсы. Ведь они тут есть. И в неё банально весело играть. В отличие от того мусора, в который превратились современные Battlefield и Call of Duty.

Если скучно, попробуйте. Игра очень короткая, нет задротских ачивок, а максимальный уровень сложности в разы проще, чем тот же Ветеран в любой из Call of Duty.

PS игра прекрасно работает как в Windows, так и в Linux. Стабильный фреймрейт, мгновенные загрузки, ни разу не было вылетов или неработающих скриптов.

WOW! всратый геймплей! уипанское управление! днищенское днище!! радует только клюквенная в кубе озвучка, но остальное всрато настолько, что даже не смешно. Но пощупать такое рублей за 20 самое то! дабы согреть холодную душу опытного критика теплом жидкого дерьма! Не, ну прям интересно что будет раньше - все очивки в профиле с этой игрой на пьедестале или удаление сего шедевра с аккаунта и струя дерьма в потолок? очень интересно! загадочно! интрига!!!

Global Ops: Commando Libya es un shooter de acción en tercera persona con sabor a “operación militar seria” y postura de hombros anchos: disparos, sigilo táctico cuando te conviene, y una vibra política/tenebrosa que intenta venderte que esto es más que correr y vaciar cargadores. Spoiler: casi siempre terminas corriendo y vaciando cargadores.

La propuesta es clara: campaña para un jugador con enfoque “cinematográfico” y un componente multijugador para estirar la vida útil. La primera impresión es la de un juego que quiere verse realista y atmosférico… aunque a ratos se siente como una película bélica de medianoche: intensa, algo exagerada, y con ese encanto incómodo de “esto seguro va a enojar a alguien”.

[h2]Operación: Lo que Revienta y lo que Explota Mal[/h2]

Lo Bueno:
✅ 🔫 Acción en tercera persona directa: entras, apuntas, disparas y avanzas sin pedir permiso.
✅ 🪖 Enfoque militar “realista” y táctico/ sigiloso (cuando se alinea el planeta) que le da variedad al tiroteo.
✅ 🎬 Ambientación oscura y “de guerra” con intención cinematográfica: cuando funciona, sí mete presión.
✅ 🏆 24 logros para los que convierten cualquier cosa en lista de pendientes.
✅ 🃏 Cromos y préstamo familiar: al menos el ecosistema Steam está bien servido.

Lo No Tan Bueno:
❌ 👥 Multijugador con comunidad chica: con 142 jugadores actuales, más te vale tener buen timing o amigos, porque si no, vas a saludar al matchmaking y te va a dejar en visto.
❌ 🧠 Promete “táctico” y “sigilo”, pero el género manda: muchas situaciones terminan en intercambio de balas más que en ejecución quirúrgica.
❌ 🥊 Tono “adulto/violento/político”: si buscas sutileza, aquí no; y si te molesta que un juego se meta en terrenos sensibles, esto te va a dar material para discutir (o para desinstalar indignado).
❌ 📚 “Buena trama” en teoría, pero el enfoque de acción suele comerse la narrativa: lo que recuerdas es el tiroteo, no el discurso.

Global Ops: Commando Libya es ese juego que se toma muy en serio a sí mismo: militar, oscuro, “realista”, con ganas de ser táctico y con una narrativa de guerra/política que no pretende caerle bien a todos. Cuando te compras la fantasía, la ambientación y el ritmo de acción funcionan y se sienten tensos.

Pero siendo exigentes: su mejor carta es la atmósfera, no la profundidad. La campaña te empuja hacia el combate más de lo que te deja jugar al comando silencioso, y el multijugador está atado a una comunidad que hoy marca 142 jugadores, lo que puede convertirlo en “multijugador” en teoría y “monólogo” en práctica.

Con 247 recomendaciones totales, se nota que hay gente que lo disfrutó, pero no es precisamente un fenómeno. Vale la pena si quieres acción bélica en tercera persona con tono serio y no esperas que cada sistema sea brillante.

Hier ist trash Zuhause.

Das Spiel ist so schlecht das es wider gut ist und man muss den Preis auch mal hier im Hinterkopf haben.

Erstmal das Spiel zeigt ein nicht die Steuerung die muss man selber raus finden .
Als erstes muss man auch die Auflösung ändern sonst hat man direkt Augenkrebs. Mit hoher Auflösung und Grafik sieht das Spiel halt alters endsprechend aus.
Die Ki in den Spiel scheint nicht vorhanden zu sein . Gegner benehmen sich als ob sie kein Gehirn haben oder an der falschen Pille genascht haben. Was doch ganz witzig ist.

Story kann man hier vernachlässigen ist der gleich einheitskram wie bei allen anderen auch.

Positiv zu sehen ist das es eine Deutsche Sprachausgabe hat die halbwegs ok ist.

Ich gebe dieses Spiel ein Daumen hoch weil wen man ein lustigen Shooter sucht zum rumballern und das für ein kleinen Taler kann das hier kaufen. Mich hat das Spiel durch sein ganzen trash unterhalten und war lustig deswegen auch ein Daumen hoch.

Ist halt wie ein Unfall wo man wegsehen will aber nicht kann.

Не понимаю хейта относительно этой игры. Да, здесь есть проблемные моменты и стрельба довольно специфическая. Но если приспособиться, то вполне себе неплохой шутер получается. Плюсы:

+ Динамика, постоянный экшен, большое количество врагов на квадратный метр
+ Часто меняющиеся игровые ситуации. Мы то на лодке едем, то танком управляем, то разбираемся с БМП и вертолетами, то из мортиры стреляем по технике, то на время бежим от взрыва
+ Враги исламские террористы, что в современном толерантном геймдеве уже не встретить
+ На высоком уровне сложности игра становится умеренно челленджевой, придется в некоторых местах попотеть. Но ничего прямо хардкорного нет
+ Цена по скидке в 21 рубль. И эту свою цену игра полностью окупает.

Base price is like a dollar I got it on sale for 50 cents... For that, I can't complain. So based on that alone it deserves a thumbs up. Decent story and gameplay, I like the mechanics and the controls are pretty good for the most part. Only problem with the controls is that double tapping the direction makes you roll and it's easy to do on accident. Unfortunately there are bigger flaws to point out... The biggest problem is that enemies occasionally spawn right on top of you. On Tough difficulty they will do this and immediately melee and kill you which is BS. Notably on level 6,8,9 I believe. There's some minor glitches as well with enemies spawning behind walls and shooting you but you can't shoot them back because they are glitched in a wall. The story itself is pretty lacking. There's not a lot to it and it ends pretty abruptly with no satisfaction. I do however like that you and your partner are together the whole game which gives it an Army of Two feel. I think this game would benefit a lot from having a second player co-op mode. There is multiplayer but you have to connect to an IP address so unless you have a specific friend to play with, you won't be able to play online with other people. Solid game for 50 cents... 5/10

Global Ops, der Name ist Programm. Es ist inhaltlich genauso generisch, wie man es bei dem Namen erwartet.
Nichts hebt dieses Spiel hervor. Die Gegner? Russen und Araber. Die Waffen? Nur Maschinengewehre und eine Pumpgun. Die Story? Der Russe hat wieder Böses vor. Das Gameplay? Der stumpfsinnigste 3rd Person Deckungsshooter, den ich je gespielt habe.
Es gibt zwei Gründe, warum ich nen Daumen hoch gebe: Es ist schnell durchgespielt und zum anderen ungewollt lustig. Das ist so eines der Trash-Spiele, die so bescheuert sind, dass es sie wieder lustig macht.

Поэтому я решил пройти Global Ops: Commando Libya. Игра невероятно проста, но, к сожалению, крайне неудачна. Стрельба ощущается плохо, враги почти не реагируют на попадания. Некоторые виды оружия кажутся игрушечными и наносят минимальный урон — на максимальной сложности приходится тратить две обоймы, чтобы убить одного противника. Удивительно, но в игре есть система укрытий, которая работает на удивление неплохо. Однако механика входа в укрытие — быстрое нажатие WASD в зависимости от стороны позиции реализована неудобно и с задержками. Ускоренный бег, активируемый двойным нажатием W, также работает плохо.

В целом, у игры множество проблем, и я не рекомендую тратить на неё время. С другой стороны, в отличии от некоторых игр, которые вовсе не запускаются или непроходимы, Global Ops: Commando Libya работает. Падения кадров или редкие случаи, когда можно застрять, случаются, но они нечастые и обычно исправимы.

Когда ты колеблясь приобретая игру, судил только по её скриншотам на обратной стороне коробке из под диска и как не трудно догадаться, с этой задачей она прекрасно справилась

_можно🔩конечно опустить все возможные огрехи игры и плыть только по течению: -"ну надо же как круто!, в такой маленькой игре! Всего так много напихали! Вау!", нет, от разнообразия и игровых видеовставок на движке весь груз сложившихся вопросов по техническому состоянию не вытащишь. Global Ops проходится от начала и до самого конца, ни одного вылета не замечено, ну вот как оно проходится заставляет тебя задуматься - ну вот надо оно мне?

_хорошо🔩привязываться к технической стороне, такое себе удовольствие, может это не игра такая, а играющий кривой и не может продвинуться дальше второй миссии, а продвигаться Commando не только на своих двоих, на протяжении прохождения тебя ждёт БТР, танк, вертолёт и самое главное! Автомобиль! Да, из списка техники будет возможность поуправлять некоторыми, это к разнообразию, плюс, прикинь! Одна стелс миссия! Как хорошо

This game is dumb, and I love it. If you have nostalgia for the generic Gears of War style chest high wall ridden cover shooter, which was popular around the 360/Ps3 era, make sure to grab this before it gets delisted like so many gems of the so bad it's good side of gaming.

You are Pope, tough military man who swears a lot. The libyans stole a bomb, go retrieve it, civilians don't exist in this reality, everyone is a hostile, go nuts.

PS: I recommend a gamepad because it feels better and ups the nostalgia factor, and remember to enable VSync or some sort of frame limitation in the Nvidia control panel because it doesn't like high fps. Also this game is like 4 hours long but for the price I think it's fair enough. I had a very fun time!

Genuinely an agonizing game to play if you like competent shooters. Especially if you're going to play on Tough to try to 100% the game, I'm completely convinced no one ever playtested if it was even possible. You will get into sections being chased around by helicopters, tanks, etc. and go into on rails machinegun segments being followed by shooting enemies patrolling around you, and you will be killed over and over again. I got to level 8 and am just not willing to keep playing, this on rails segment has so much insane crap flying around I don't even know what's shooting me long enough to get a bead on a target and I'm already dead.

The mechanics are terrible, bullets don't seem to have any actual accuracy and fly all around the place, the story is laughable, the placement of checkpoints is confusing and poorly thought out, many times the AI glitched out preventing me from progressing. Bullets don't stagger opponents in any way which makes the shooting feel weak and not fun. It's a half baked piece of dogwater and I wish I hadn't picked it up even for 49 cents, for genuinely just being a pretty broken waste of my time. There was a few moments of fun but it's a really bad game overall that deserves its poor reputation.

Ты — суперкоммандос. У тебя автомат, миссия, и примерно 2 выражения лица. Тебя бросают в Ливию спасать мир, но кажется, самую большую угрозу миру представляет эта игра.

Геймплей:
Стрельба, которая ощущается как плевки. Враги слепые, но меткие. Напарники — декорации с голосом. Управление — будто ты управляешь холодильником на колёсиках.

Графика:
Шутер из 2011, а ощущение — как из 2003. Взрывы — консервные банки, текстуры — песок из PowerPoint.

Звук:
Автомат тарахтит, как перфоратор в подвале, враги кричат «УРА» и падают в одном и том же стиле. Саундтрек? Забыли положить.

Сюжет:
Типичный: плохие парни, ядерное оружие, «ты — последний шанс человечества». Только написано так, как будто сценарий писал калькулятор.

Итог:
Global Ops: Commando Libya — это не игра, это археологическая находка. Отличный способ почувствовать, как не надо делать шутеры.

Bon clairement ce n'est pas un excellent jeu, l'IA est à chier, votre coéquipier est inexistant et les graphismes sont passables.
L'histoire ? J'ai oublié alors que je n'ai pas encore fini le jeu, je me contente d'aller tout droit.

This game is fantastic for 90 cents and if you love Gears of War gameplay. The first levels open in a snow mission where your character's coat has the same silhouette as Marcus' Delta armor. The movement feels just like gears, some of the animations when moving around feels the same. There is no active reload which actually feels oppressive when you have to stop your balls to the walls assault to hide behind a pillar and take 32 seconds to slam another mag into a Ump 45. There are loads of set-piece moments where you are chasing a boat with a boat and fighting off other boats, or that same situation in a truck or car, a tank, a helicopter. It's a B-movie greatest hits of that window between 2006-2013 where cover shooters were the new hotness. It's not all sunshine and rainbows though, as there are like a whole 2 enemies in the game. Dude with automatic gun, and dude with a shotgun/bald Russian guy. They really could've spiced it up with some more enemy types, maybe aliens attack or something and then you get all sorts of weird discount Locust baddies or "we have the Covenant at home" aliens. So the game can sort of drag. But for the most part I really do think that for the price point this game is a lot of fun and playing on hard and seeing how fast you can beat the level with Gears muscle memory is pretty fun. Plus one of the canned melee animations is a headbutt. So yea, need I say more?

It's not that bad. It is simply competent game, with decent shooting nice atmosphere and few extra details like riding a tank. It is short and exciting, doesn't look that bad, destruction model is really good and music can build up the stake. Even after all those years it is still worth checking.

Global Ops: Commando Libya é um daqueles jogos que comprei sem esperar muito. Não ligo para gráficos e sabia que o jogo seria mediano ou até medíocre, mas ele conseguiu me decepcionar ainda mais.

A mira é horrível, travada e imprecisa, tornando os tiroteios frustrantes. A movimentação do personagem parece tentar imitar Gears of War, mas falha miseravelmente, resultando em controles pesados e pouco responsivos. E o detalhe mais bizarro? O pente da arma continua na arma durante recarregamento, um erro básico que mostra a falta de atenção dos devs.

A história é esquecível e cheia de clichês, enquanto a IA oscila entre competente e completamente quebrada, tornando os combates inconsistentes. Mas o maior absurdo é o helicóptero Apache americano sendo usado por russos e líbios, um erro grotesco que quebra a imersão. Para piorar, a falta de variedade de armas deixa o jogo repetitivo e sem graça rapidamente.

No fim, Global Ops: Commando Libya falha até nas expectativas mais baixas. Poderia ser um shooter genérico aceitável, mas se perde em problemas básicos que tornam a experiência frustrante e esquecível.

Mas vale até a pena pelo preço que não chegou nem a 2 reais (promoção) para quem gastar o tempo e ter +1 jogo na sua conta.

Let's keep this short and sweet. The game is OKAY. It doesn't give the player clear instructions, the writing is stupid, the voice acting is laughable and it's all wrapped up in a mediocre cover shooter. But I did not finish this game for the gun play. The game's writing is so over the top, vulgar, and obnoxious that it's somewhat charming. It often feels like it was written by a child and his older brother and filled with ♥♥♥♥ they thought was cool while being developed by the US army to recruit high school kids with 1.5 GPA. It's as dumb as awesome can get. Pope and West, the two main characters, are the dumbest meatheads on the planet who will take any opportunity to say the word "♥♥♥♥". I have no idea how these 2 are friends. West will tell you that you're a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and also tell you to fight through an entire base of men to pull a single lever. In terms of game play West does ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ but get in your way and occasionally do something. I think I watched West kill a total of 3 dudes. I honestly don't know why he's in the game other than to make the writing more hilarious. You'd assume West would be in the game to serve as a player 2 but the game doesn't have co-op, neither split-screen nor online. Which feels like some kind of cardinal sin if you ask me. I would gladly burn a dollar in front of a homeless man if it meant I could experience this game with my brothers. If you enjoyed the Gears games you'll probably find this charming. Not good, but charming.

for a 2011 game, it looks nice, works well, no crashes, no major bugs, a very barebone cover shooter that is a relic of it's time but at least it is technically sound and a lot of fun.
Found it on sale for less that $1 and it was a fun little 3 hours ride, can't fault it at all.
If you missed it during the xbox360 era and u honestly miss the brown ps3 unreal engine games, then this is $1 well spent.
Just don't buy it full price.
