Сегмент с клоуном поправили и теперь это не такое посмешище, как в Find Yourself. Скримеры на месте, часть хоть и предсказуемые, но так или иначе, всю игру сидишь как на иголках. Пугаешься, а потом сидишь и улыбаешься как умалишенный, это для меня.
▫️ Визуально игра хороша. Звуковое сопровождение, как всегда, держит в напряжении. Плюс за саундтрек. Локации понравились, их стало больше и они объемнее.

Progression comes from understanding the environment, not from solving abstract puzzles or combining items endlessly.
The horror is driven by timing and expectation mechanics. Scripted events are paced so that silence becomes a tool — long stretches of nothing heighten player vigilance, making even small audio cues mechanically effective. The game trains you to anticipate danger, then punishes assumptions.

Очень хороший, но, к сожалению, короткий хоррор. По большей части игра пытается напугать игрока своей атмосферой и периодически встречающимися скримерами, хотя есть глава с элементами survival-horror'а. Сюжет интересный, не сказать, что он очень запутанный, просто его сложно понять через диалоги и записки. Как по мне, написали его достаточно мудрёно. Графика приятная, даже очень, в моем понимании, самое то для хоррора.
Достижения дают за каждый шаг.
Главный минус - игра короткая, мне не хватило. Хотелось бы ещё побегать от клоуна и попугаться резких скримеров.
В заключении скажу, что игру рекомендую, стоит она приемлемо, а внимание привлекает.

Diğer Emika Games oyunlarıyla mekanik ve harita açısından oldukça benzer, hatta yer yer kopyala-yapıştır hissi veriyor. Yine de atmosferi sayesinde kendini oynatıyor. Daha fazla gerilmek istiyorsanız kesinlikle gece oynamanızı öneririm. Alınıp oynanır.

Otro juego de EMIKA conectado pero esta vez con "Find Yourself", la verdad no me lo esperaba pero esta igual bien conectado, aunque en realidad este juego me confundió bastante con su historia, pero al final se logra entender. Easily the worst Emika game I’ve played so far. Whatever emotional attachment the first three games carefully built? Gone. Absolutely evaporated. I powered through purely for the achievements and because I apparently hate myself enough to finish this sh1tty game in one sitting. The experience was so overwhelming that I can confidently say my time was donated, not spent.
At least it’s now immortalized in my “perfect games” list truly its greatest achievement. Here’s hoping the next ones remember how to be good.

los cagazos que me pegue con este juego, esta bueno ya que es bueno, bonito y barato. no es rebuscado ni complicado, Un lore interesante y una manera de jugar disfrutable. no abusan tanto de los Jump Scares pero ahi estan.. muy entretenido.

Loved this game! Especially loved the [i]What Remains of Edith Finch[/i] reference in the basement. I've played just about every Emika Games game and he hits it out of the park every time. Definitely one of my favorite indie horror game developers.

Это хоррор-конфета: ярко, сладко, но быстро тает, оставляя лёгкую тошноту от сахара.
Что понравилось: Три кита, которые держат интерес
1. Пугающая атмосфера — фундамент, который работает. Разработчики отлично поняли, как создать чувство безнадёжности и давления. Заброшенные, темные интерьеры, ощущение, что за тобой следят, и общая гнетущая подавленность места — это сделано хорошо. Когда игра молчит и позволяет этой атмосфере действовать — она по-настоящему эффективна.
2. Звуковое оформление — главный союзник атмосферы. Скрипы, шаги, отдалённые стоны, нарастающий гул — здесь звук работает идеально. · Страх здесь не накапливается, он взрывается каждые пять минут громким звуком и картинкой в лицо.
· После третьего раза это перестаёт пугать и начинает раздражать. Ожидание очередного «прыжка» заменяет собой подлинную тревогу.
· Это недоработка режиссуры страха. Настоящий хоррор — в неизвестности, в том, чего ты не видишь, в тишине, которая напрягает больше крика. Здесь же всё сводится к простой формуле: тишина → ГРОМКИЙ ЗВУК + МОРДА = испуг. И так по кругу.
Итог: Несбывшийся потенциал
Father’s Day — это как если бы талантливый рассказчик вместо того, чтобы вести леденящую душу историю, просто периодически кричал вам «БУ!» в ухо. Основа для хорошей, камерной хоррор-истории здесь была.

Father’s Day is one of the longest and most rewarding Emika Games experiences I’ve played so far. My first playthrough took about 2.5 hours, and I’m already planning a second run to finish up the remaining achievements—something I don’t always feel compelled to do with walking-sim horror games.
The narrative jumps between perspectives—Phil, the police, and a family member—and while that structure can make the story a bit difficult to follow at times, it ultimately fits well with the game’s themes and ties meaningfully into its role as a prequel to another title. Instead of feeling disjointed, it slowly pieces itself together the more you experience.
As always with Emika Games, the sound design does the heavy lifting. From subtle creaks to sharp stingers, from distant movement to oppressive silence, the audio continuously builds tension and sells every environment. These games depend on atmosphere more than complexity, and Emika consistently excels in crafting that immersive, unsettling mood.
The extended length works in the game’s favor. Despite the runtime being longer than most of the developer’s titles, I never felt bored or frustrated. Each act switches tone and perspective just enough to keep the experience fresh, and the puzzles require more attention and thought than usual—still approachable, but more engaging than previous entries.
Overall, Father’s Day stands out as one of Emika’s stronger titles. A great atmosphere, solid scares, effective storytelling, and a longer structure that actually benefits the experience. A strong buy for fans of narrative-driven horror.

✔️ Качественный визуал. Для небольшого проекта картинка прям крепкая, детали окружения хорошо передают настроение.
✔️ Хорошая подача сюжета. История раскрывается постепенно, и первые полчаса реально интригует.
➖Минусы:
❌ Короткая, и это чувствуется. Как будто только вошёл во вкус - и всё, финал уже тут.
❌ Геймплей почти отсутствует. По сути “ходилка с интерактивами”, иногда это нормально, но тут прям проседает.
❌ Некоторые сюжетные моменты недожаты. Есть ощущение, что могли сделать глубже и эмоциональнее, но в итоге всё пролетает мимо.
❌ Были баги с настройками. При смене акта все настройки слетали, приходилось опять все выставлять, но это было до 5 акта, после 5 акта, все было отлично.
📜Итог:
Игра с хорошим сеттингом и атмосферой, но слабым геймплеем и короткой продолжительностью. Поиграть один раз можно, но какого-то яркого впечатления у меня не оставила.

Fun little horror game. If you want something that isn't crazy long, but still immersive, I'd give it a go. Streamed this on Twitch and everyone loved it as well. Some cheap jump scares, but atmosphere is perfectly spooky. Really messed up story too, so that was fun! Enjoy. :D

This is a decent game with an interesting story and is one of the better titles that this developer has made. As a prequel/spin-off to "Find yourself", the story doesn't quite fit a full-on scary horror experience--which is what they still tried to push with this anyway--it gives you something playable but it could have been so much better with voice acting, actual cut-scenes for key moments and by leaning less into horror for its own sake.
The lighting in some areas is poor, forcing you to rely on a flashlight just to see, which isn't ideal. When you are in the circus/carnival area, the enemy could use a better path-finding system to give players more space and time in some areas but it still works enough for you to progress. If you've played "Find yourself" you'll know it offers another perspective on parts of the story and is worth checking out if you want to experience more of the lore. Overall, I do think the game is worth checking out! 6/10

The game has great graphics, an exciting and sometimes disturbing story, and the jump scares keep getting you, even when you're looking for achievements afterwards.

Потенциал есть, но он не раскрыт полностью. Сама по себе игра дает возможность пощекотала нервишки и держит в напряжении. В основе сюжета лежит расследуемое дело о похищении нескольких детей, а с помощью уникальных технологий мы можем попасть в разум виновного и попытаться спасти нескольких не найденных жертв. История здесь запутанная, странная с элементами мистики и фантастики и было безумно интересно узнать больше подробностей из «Find YourSelf». Но не понравилось искусственное растягивание времени, персонаж медленно ходит, а в некоторых актах нам дают возможность бегать, а потом забирают обратно. Ждать миллион скримеров не стоит, но они качественные и расставлены грамотно и пугают нас больше звуком. Немного исправлены недочеты «Find Yourself», например: активные предметы пометили эффектом отблеска (но все равно не на всех уровнях четко видно), добавили автосейф через взаимодействие с колокольчиком на уровне «парк аттракционов», клоуна немного улучшили (стал быстрее и не топчется на одном месте, но все равно медленный и не может подыматься на возвышенности). Некоторые локации заимствовали с прошлых игр разработчика, вопрос только в том, отсылка больше или халтура (часть с меняющейся квартирой из Locked Up, ходьба с камерой по дому и улице из Summer of '58, подвал и уровень с клоуном вовсе взяты целиком из Find Yourself). Тут конечно прямо говорится, что это приквел, но это не означает, что можно всё почти оттуда повторить

I would be recommending the game as the game was great, however the "don't get caught by phil" part was insanely stupid. I gave it a handful of attempts and then proceeded to close & uninstall the game .......
EMIKA_GAMES,wissen wie es geht mir hat das Spiel echt gut gefallen von Anfang bis Ende eine Permanente Grusellige Stimmung,Top Atmosphäre und Sounds,ich zock sehr viele Horror Spiele und das ist einer meiner Favoriten geworden,Für jeden Horror Fan eine Empfehlung. Spielzeit ca 2-3 Std.

Gra jednorazowa - ale tak samo jak wszystkie od Emika . MImo to - fajne :) Cena / jakoś jest w porządku - myślałem nawet , że będzie ok godzinna , ale jest dłuższa - ok 2 , więc tylko na + :) Graficznie jest po prostu okej , ale za 25 zł nie oczekuję drugiego Crysisa :P Narracyjnie też jest spoko .

Разраба я знаю не по наслышке, знакомы уже как будто с садика, так изредко и навеивают воспоминания о том как он ел говно с горшка, ну ладно кроме шуток, играл почти во все его игры, но эта худшая, при условии что она самая новая, какойто парадокс, ну типо мышечная память чел, если ♥♥♥♥ ты делал нормальные игры и в один момент сделал такое, ну это ли не бред, что у тебя случилось, может надо както посочувствовать, ты не молчи если что, ладно. Начнем с того что разработчик заболел клиптоманией спиздив все но понемножку и отовсюду, причем какой талант надо иметь чтоб спиздить у себя же. Так вот перечень того что он напиздил (ахуеть у него получилось переплюнуть мавроди, спойлер хихихихи): он полностью спиздил дом, механику камиры из медисона, но не забыл ее испортить, сюжет тоже местами пованивает. Короче это чудовище перемудрило со всем и получился какойто фарш ну или компот, короче мешанина, слишкам он много на себя взял, 2 сюжетные линии, разные миры, присовывание его мамаши, перемещение во времени, даже марали успел нам почитать, просто рыцарь на белом пони, и все это так не вяжется в голове, что ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Что могу сказать по проебам, нув целом не сильно много: маленький ♥♥♥♥♥♥ начитался три поросенка и задул фонарик, мы поджигаем веревку никак не припятствующую открытию двери, ну и пока ты не подрочишь на фоточку кладбища тебе не дадут лом если ты сам даже его сфоткаешь, а нет еще открытие замков пенисом, ты быквально пока неприжмешься им у тебя не запустится механизм (мне мама в детстве говорила не суй пальци в розетку, а емувидимо приказывала воздержатся от засовывание тудаже дитородного органа, который походу еще и пролазил, хахаха короткописий), ну вроде из крупного все. По поводу сюжета просто пизда , насувал ♥♥♥♥♥ кукол антогонистов и единственное их сходство - это 3 рабочих отверсия, короче явный перебор, такое ощущение что пришли в детский дом куда сдают нежеланных призраков. Короче игра прям говно, разрабу WW и пускай выздоравливает, а попутно сасет большей и вкустный пень

Excellent graphics and smooth game play. Great story line and very cohesive. Excellent attention to detail. Off the chart creepy and scary atmosphere and surroundings. I have purchased every game in the developers catalog, theses games are that good. I'm loving it, it's been my go to game lately.
По мне одна из лучших игра EMIKA GAMES, и самая продолжительная. За 3+- часа можно пройти спокойно. По атмосфере ну сойдет, но Summer of '58 в сердечке. Ну в общем если если сложить все плюсы и минусы с некоторыми багами, то 7/10.

Father’s Day is one of the most emotionally resonant and atmospheric horror experiences I’ve played in recent memory. EMIKA_GAMES has once again proven their mastery of psychological storytelling and immersive design.
From the very first moment, the game pulls you into a world soaked in grief, mystery, and unease. The environments are meticulously crafted—abandoned homes, dark alleyways, forgotten amusement parks—all dripping with a haunting ambiance that feels deeply personal.
What truly sets Father’s Day apart is its layered narrative. You follow the story through the eyes of three characters, each one slowly unraveling a piece of a larger tragedy. It’s a deeply human tale about love, loss, and obsession. The emotional weight is heavy, but beautifully delivered through voice lines, visual storytelling, and subtle environmental clues.
The scares aren’t cheap either. Instead of constant jump scares, the game builds tension gradually. When the horror does hit, it hits hard—and stays with you long after. Every sound, shadow, and flicker of light feels intentional and meaningful.
Technically, the game runs smoothly, and the visuals are stunning for an indie title. The lighting and audio design deserve special praise for how well they enhance the atmosphere.

No matter how many coins you have, you can't win the in game slot machine. Plus, the avoiding the clown level just destroys the creep factor of this game. It makes you not want to continue, because of how pointless that level is.
creepy visuals, a tense mood, and some genuinely unsettling moments. The storytelling is fragmented but intriguing, and the atmosphere does a lot of heavy lifting.
That said, the pacing is uneven, with long stretches of slow movement or unclear objectives that can pull you out of the experience. Some scares hit, others feel a bit too familiar or overused. If you enjoy indie horror with a strong vibe, it’s worth checking out

Как завершающая игра в целом пойдет просто ну этот виртуальный мир который нужен чтоб найти всю цепочки маньяка, не знаю может меня не впечатлило потому что игру с схожем сюжет проходил. И да разраб я не знаю почему но где-то на шестой главе сюжетные достижения пошли курить я из-за этого забросил игру но потом когда вернулся все оказалось нормально я не понимаю с чем это было связано.

Father’s Day позиционируется как психологический триллер с элементами survival horror, но на деле оказывается монотонным «симулятором ходьбы» с крайне затянутым сюжетом. Управление тремя персонажами могло бы добавить глубины, но их линии развиваются слишком медленно, а геймплей сводится к бесцельному блужданию по повторяющимся локациям. Единственный акт с элементами "Survival Horror" выглядит нелепо, а случайные скримеры и однотипные модели монстров на протяжении всей игры не пугают, а лишь вызывают недоумение (вроде есть конкретное лицо зла, а вроде этих разных лиц на скримерах уже сотня).

Квесты порой абсурдны (например, «найти ручки от люка в шкатулке, ключ от которой лежит под самим люком») и скорее раздражают, чем создают атмосферу головоломки. Игра пытается быть глубокой, но из-за слабой реализации механик и растянутого повествования интерес быстро угасает.

Автор явно старался создать мрачную, многослойную историю о потере и одержимости, но подача подводит. Локации не запоминаются, звуковое сопровождение хоть и качественное, но не спасает слабую атмосферу. Сюжет, который должен был держать в напряжении, быстро становится предсказуемым, а финал не оправдывает ожиданий.

Можно похвалить разработчика за эксперимент – попытку совместить хоррор, психологическую драму и нелинейное повествование. Длительный геймплей (около 3 часов) мог бы быть преимуществом, если бы не ощущение искусственной растянутости.

Если Вы фанат предыдущих работ автора, Father’s Day может разочаровать. Игра страдает от скучного геймплея, слабых хоррор-элементов и нелогичных квестов. Потенциал есть, но он не раскрыт. Только для тех, кто готов терпеть ради эксперимента и в целом желает поддержать автора.
Автор очень сильно спрогрессировал, если сравнивать этот и его первые проекты. Видно что стал профессиональней. И разнообразия в играх все больше, и пустого душного кружения по локациям все меньше, и скримеры грамотно расставлены, и сюжет подается интересней. Желаю не останавливать и дальше радовать такими качественными инди-хоррорами.
Начнём с того, что эта игра кусок говна в сравнении с Summer of '58. Видно, что разработчики создали её исключительно ради быстрой прибыли. В целом, обидно, что вместо качественного проекта мы получили этот ужас с множеством кривых головоломок и неудачно реализованными NPC

This is a sequel to EMIKA GAMES' "Find Yourself" - or rather it's more like a prequel. I only recommend it if you were interested at all in Find Yourself. The writing and plot is Father's Day is a jumbled mess of slop - but some of the scares, as opposed to Find Yourself, were pretty decent in my opinion. They were also spaced out better. Graphics and audio are fantastic, gameplay is boring and simplistic, writing is atrocious, a few scares were good. So... I recommend it, barely. Not for most people.
