Me ha gustado mucho el juego, la música el estilo de combate, me gusta el mapa de estas más clásico de RPG, quizás soy nostálgico pero lo recomiendo totalmente :D. Buena música, historia, personajes, me engancho totalmente!
This game is a hidden gem for people who like the combat of Valkyrie Profile and games with active blocks/parries. The game uses something similar to an active time battle system so it's essentially 'real-time'. The story is delivered and short bits between each level. Very simple and to the point. I found the story and writing to be better than expected though a bit confusing most times.
Though, I keep coming back to this game for the combat alone.
If you ever catch it on sale, it's definitely worth the purchase. Very fun game once the blocks/parries and combo attacks sink in.

Fast and yet strategic, Fallen Legion Rise to Glory actually caught me by surprise by it's "minimalistic" interface yet mechanically deep gameplay and beautiful presentation despite my wrongful expectations.
Basic gameplay is very easy to get into; button masher style game where one button corresponds to commanding a party member to attack, while also building combo bar to unleash their specials. But later on enemies start to get stronger and/or numerous and have to mind your parry timings. All this is presented with an approachable learning curve however, and the timing is rather lenient, so you'll eventually get there.
Aside of the satisfying gameplay you also have an amazing soundtrack and visuals accompanying your entire adventure. Pretty amazed how much production value it has. You're also offered lots and lots of choices that affects not just the battle you're on (creating a little roguelite-ish experience), but also the entire story; and even secrets; allowing some fresh view of the same tried story of two emperors fighting for the throne.
That said, as an RPG where you expect some kind of power progression, whatever progression you have felt rather minimal, and equipment pieces in form of gemstones can be rather tedious to grind since you have to do one stage completion to get them and even then whatever effects they have are randomly generated. Characters only level up (or actually, evolve) through story events, and even then they're locked behind choices, so you can easily screw your playthrough. The mechanical combat system is not without it's faults, as sometimes combat can get rather messy with enemies scoring chains of attacks and you can only parry once in a while; trying to get back your footing can be difficult. Enemy variation is also an issue, resulting in a repetitive feeling. Playing in short bursts is recommended.
Overall the whole satisfaction comes from the anticipation of what happens next from your series of choices and the good feeling of scoring perfect blocks of increasingly tricky attack behaviors. After all, only the truly skilled one can become Emperor.

Fallen Legion is heavily focused on real time defensive reaction; specifically in the form of perfect guard. You'll need to focus on the enemy animations to judge when is the exact time to start blocking to trigger it. I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys that kind of mechanic.
I will also mention that I did not find it very easy to play this for long stretches of time at each sitting. Since you really need to be on point and alert, I found it somewhat exhausting.

This game has tons of potential... but its kind of wasted; One of those cases where I wish steam had a neutral recommendation.
Story seems interesting, and the oposing points of view are fun... but translation seems janky (Octavia being called THE octavia constantly for one)
But the thing that most irks me about this game is how its entirelly built around you parrying enemy attacks and avoiding damage... but 90% of the time you cant even see the enemy attacks because of screen effects, unclear animations, or blending into the background.
This wouldn't even be such an issue if timing wasn't extremely tight, no space for you to be even one second early or late... or if enemy spells werent a thing; Spellcasters are often in the back where you cant directly hit them, and sometimes even hitting an enemy will not stop their spellcasting, with some spells just being downright impossible to block.
You also cant hit enemies out of their attacks 90% of the time... but they can hit your characters out of their attacks, the timing issue is made even worse by enemies sometimes attacking in quick sucession, to the point where getting a perfect guard against the first will leave you open to the second enemy anyway, due to a small cooldown period for your guard.
The presentation is also, sadly, really cheap and detracts from the story, everything is presented as your character auto running to the right, never stopping, even villages, with your decisions being very vague cards that are usually one word, with you only finding out what you actually picked later, when it comes back to bite you.
Despite all that, the story seems interesting and gameplay can be fun in the very very rate times it clicks (usually when you're fighting a boss or other such enemies that you can actually learn the patterns off... and dont constantly cast spells you cant stop at your back roll.)
Sadly its too late for me to get a refund now, so I'll likely try to finish it, but yeah, I'd recommend only getting this one if its on a big discount, knowing what you're getting into.
Edit: oh, and be warned that loading screen text just downright has spoilers, it also has overall world lore mixed in... so yeah.
Picked this up on a sale long ago and forgot about it in the libary. Should have left it there. It's a classic example of why Indi games are total hit or miss for the right/wrong person.
I only gave it like 15 minutes of my time and left. Terrible controls, super hectic, I died in the introduction mission because I kept pressing wrong buttons. The game has voice acting only for one sentence and then goes back to written text only. Can't mouse click on things, can't skip the stuff you already watched after dying. No thanks.
Won't refund, but will not buy from this developer again.

Unfortunately the gameplay mechanics rely heavily on perfect impact guard. This wouldn't have been much of an issue provided that the windows would be clear and readable. This is not the case. For the nature of the game, the screen can get extremely messy with all the different attack animations going on, and that prevents the player to have a clear overview of what is going on.
This takes a huge toll, especially when approaching the game's end.
If you're not a fan of this particular mechanic, stay away or you'll easily get frustrated. In any other case, give the game a chance, because the gameplay is still interesting

Ça ressemble un peu à Valkyrie Profile dans les combats, avec quelques twists pour les rendre encore plus dynamique.
Il y a un système de parade, et le personnage principal a un kit spécial de sorts (ce personnage participe en retrait à la bataille.)
En soi, il y a de quoi apprécier ce système... si seulement les combats n'étaient pas aussi répétitifs.
Le premier gros soucis de ces combats, c'est que le jeu vous impose sa progression, vous subissez les affrontements qui vous sont lâchés les uns après les autres.
Sans compter qu'ils représentent genre 90% du jeu.
Et ce n'est pas le système de cartes ou de choix, qui essaie de faire des raccords avec le setting du jeu, qui rattrapera la coup...(à se demander s'il est superflu..?)
Le deuxième, c'est le côté sac à pv et button mashing. C'est assez extrême ici. Je ne crois pas qu'il y ait de niveau ou la possibilité de "leveler" nos persos, du coup, on doit faire avec...
En 4-5h de jeu à peine, j'ai eu l'impression d'avoir fait le triple, en martelant les boutons.
Même une simple session de 5-15mn devient rébarbative. Ugh.
Si encore on pouvait changer la difficulté, histoire d'avoir un mode plus facile pour avancer... mais rien.
Dommage, tellement dommage car il part sur de bonnes bases. Le jeu peut se boucler en 7-8h mais de ce que j'en ai vu jusque-là, le reste sera sans moi.
Dommage aussi pour l'histoire qui met beaucoup trop de temps à se mettre en place... il faut voir vers la fin pour comprendre, et les derniers segments du jeu ont des morceaux de musiques qui change un peu la donne, rappelant un peu VP...
Le jeu aurait été mois long et moins button mashing, il aurait gratté plus de points.

Finalizado uno de los caminos (el de Cecille) debo decir que Fallen Legion es un título divertido. La aventura se basa directamente en combatir casi sin descanso mientras nos cuentan la historia con escenas simples. Tomamos algunas decisiones, pero no nos llevarán a diferentes finales y son más prácticas por las ventajas en batalla que otra cosa. Sus elementos de rol son bastante básicos, pudiendo mejorar nuestro grupo con hasta tres accesorios, decidir nuestra alineación de invocaciones y poco más.
Su fuerte es la jugabilidad en combate, pues sus batallas son divertidas y frenéticas, con algunos momentos donde deberemos estar muy atentos. Dominar el bloqueo es esencial y en ocasiones puede llegar a ser duro por la cantidad de efectos especiales que ocurren en pantalla. Excepto por unos cuantos enfrentamientos, el resto del juego es asequible para cualquier jugador.
El contenido de la trama está bien, haciéndonos vivir una buena historia (por lo menos en la parte de Cecille) aunque la forma de contarla no sea gran cosa. Da para 10-20 horas mínimo y tiene buena calidad, así que yo lo recomiendo si os llama tras ver algún vídeo de su jugabilidad.

Un très bon jeu que ce Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory ! Il en contient en fait deux, Sins of an Empire avec comme personnage principal Céclie et Flames of Rebellion avec comme personnage principal Laendur.
[u][b]Les + :[/b][/u]
- [u]Un système de combat bien sympa[/u] : Vous avez 3 Exemplars qui combattent pour vous, chacun est assigné à une touche de la manette, le Y est pour vous et vos sortilèges pour appuyer vos Exemplars. Les points d’actions sont limités à 3 par personnages et ils remontent en fonction de leur vitesse, des perfect blocks que vous arrivez à faire etc. ça donne un côté stratégique assez sympa. Je trouve que le jeu dose assez bien le tout. Parfois il faut la jouer bien défensif avant de balancer tout ce qu’on a et d’autres fois mieux vaut attaquer le premier… bref, il y a de quoi faire et pour tout type de joueurs, tant les bourrins que ceux qui sont plus sur la défensive. Certains sorts sont par contre trop puissants et font que vous allez rouler sur tout ce qui bouge, à condition de les lancer au bon moment et d’avoir de quoi les lancer plusieurs fois… Pour cela, il y a des gemmes qui sont droppées à chaque fin de niveau. Généralement, les gemmes ont des attributs bonus pour un ou plusieurs des Exemplars que vous avez utilisés durant le niveau mais parfois, elles ont des bonus « neutres » qui aident votre magie ou change un de vos sorts etc. Au total, on peut équiper 3 gemmes et elles peuvent radicalement améliorer votre équipe, parfois, à tel point que tenter de changer d’Exemplar, vous rendra plus faible le temps de trouver des gemmes équivalentes pour celui-ci. C’est pour ça que les gemmes « neutres » existent, elles permettent de tester plusieurs équipes sans forcément vous affaiblir…
- [u]Des choix concernant l’histoire[/u] : La fin sera la même quels que soient vos choix, mais ils apportent deux choses, la première, un bonus directement dans le niveau en cours (bonus qui disparaitra à la fin du niveau) et la seconde, la possibilité de changer un peu votre trajet, en effet, selon vos choix, vous pourrez débloquer des niveaux bonus qui peuvent contenir des boss optionnels, de nouveaux Exemplars, des sorts, d’augmenter le taux de drop de gemmes de qualité etc. De part ces choix, sur deux runs, il m’est arrivé de débloquer un même niveau en tout début de run et la fois suivante en toute fin de run !
- [u]Une histoire intéressante[/u] : Les dialogues sont bien écrits (de ce que je peux en juger, mon anglais est assez basique) et il est plaisant de voir comment les choses évoluent ainsi que les petites différences d’un run à l’autre… J’ai nettement préféré l’histoire du côté de Cécile (Sin of an Empire), celle de Laendur (Flames of Rebellion) est un peu plus noire et on a encore plus souvent des choix difficiles à faire. Les deux histoires se rejoignant, on finit par mieux comprendre certaines choses, c’est sympa !
- [u]Un new game+ bien foutu[/u] : Vous pouvez zapper tous les dialogues (même des dialogues que vous n’avez jamais lus) pour vous focaliser uniquement sur la partie action et tout ce que vous avez débloqué (Exemplars, attributs et sorts) lors de vos parties précédentes avec Cécile (Sins of an Empire) ou Laendur (Flames of Rebellion) est mis en commun ! Seules les gemmes sont à droper de nouveau, ça permet de changer d’équipe et tester de nouvelles combinaisons sur les premiers niveaux.
- [u]Un bon doublage[/u] : Il est possible d’avoir les voix en japonais ou en anglais.
- [u]Des indices utiles[/u] : Certains niveaux n’ont pas de combats du tout, juste des dialogues, généralement, on y gagne des bonus et autres. Et parfois des PNJ parlent entre eux de boss ou monstres que l’on va affronter et donnent généralement une astuce ou méthode pour les vaincre… c’est assez amusant je trouve d’avoir intégré des astuces de combat dans ces dialogues qui semblent anodins et qu’on aurait tendance à sauter.
- [u]Des musiques sympas[/u] : Quelques thèmes m’ont marqué et dans l’ensemble les musiques sont très sympas et collent bien au jeu !
- [u]Temps de jeu[/u] : Chaque niveau est assez court, certains vous prendrons plus ou moins de temps selon votre équipe et votre stratégie (certains boss m’ont fait me battre 30mn) mais en moyenne comptez 5-10mn par niveau (en comptant le fait de lire les choix proposés et de lire les dialogues sans accélérer le passage de ceux-ci à l’écran). Personnellement, il m’a fallu 16h pour finir mon 1er run Sin of an Empire et 12h de plus pour le second en new game+. Connaissant assez bien le jeu, j’ai trouvé Flames of Rebellion plus simple, il m’a fallu 18h pour faire deux runs et 7h de plus pour le One Life Mode.
Pour ceux qui veulent obtenir le 100% en un minimum de runs, il vous faudra 2 guides, un pour Sins of an Empire (je n’en ai personnellement pas trouvé sur le Net, j’en ai donc créé un) et un pour Flames of Rebellion (facilement trouvable sur le Net). En gros, si vous visez le 100%, il vous faudra 50-60h si vous suivez les guides à la lettre sinon comptez un peu plus…

- [u]Une histoire un peu trop complexe[/u] : On est perdu au début, heureusement, il y a de quoi lire dans le menu mais ça fait beaucoup à ingurgiter et comprendre, pas très simple de s’y retrouver avec tous ces noms etc. et donc lors de ma première partie avec Cécile, mes premiers choix étaient plus du pif qu’un véritable essai d’orienter l’histoire de l’héroïne.
- [u]Des choix dont l’impact n’est pas toujours évident[/u] : Il n’est pas facile de savoir ce qui change quoi exactement et ce qui va ou non bloquer l’accès à un niveau ou à un autre… Certains choix sont mutuellement exclusifs et il faudra faire un autre run pour débloquer tel ou tel niveau. Sans guide, ça peut être difficile si vous souhaiter tout visiter ou tout débloquer… Personnellement, il me manque encore un personnage secret sur les 5 ajoutés par la MàJ Rise to Glory.
- [u]La pause absente[/u] : Impossible de mettre pause dans les combats, du moins, en jouant avec une manette xbox 360.
- [u]Des petits bugs[/u] : J’ai rencontré un bug étrange sur un boss et quelques monstres à cause du deathblow « Avalanche » d’Apollon mais ça n’a pas gêné ma progression. Il y a aussi une ou deux fois où les monstres étaient très loin de mes personnages, ça a un peu gêné mais sans plus car ce n’est heureusement pas arrivé souvent. A part ça, je ne crois pas avoir eu de bugs gênants.

Si le gameplay vous plaît et le côté choix avec nouvelles routes à débloquer vous tente, ce jeu est vraiment agréable à jouer !

Shame it doesn't have a turn-based mode like VP, this game would have garnered a lot more attention to players like me who miss VP.
I can't appreciate the character specials because I am busy watching the enemy timing to block, if you don't block you get a grade that tells you, you suck.
And in the later levels if you don't block you die.
It's a huge plus though that they've updated the game even though it probably didn't live up to their expectation.
Definitely get it with a sale(I don't think it deserves the full price it's asking), you may enjoy the fast paced gameplay, you'll definitely enjoy the art.

Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory. It is a tactical action anime SRPG produced by YYT Game. Originally, it was a console game released on PS Vita(Male protagonist version) and PS4(Female protagonist version). The STEAM PC version combines the above console titles into one game. Later, the game was also released on Switch, but unfortunately the porting of the PC version was very poor. Fortunately, with a recent major update, new content has been added and optimized for this game. Now it means that it's time to take a look this game again!
[h1][b][2] Game Experience[/b][/h1]
The first impression was like a mobile game. Given that this title was released as the portable console the PS Vita, it makes sense. However, this game has some pretty interesting things, and the game experience was better than expected. It has the cross scenario with 2 main characters, Laendur(PS Vita) & Cecille(PS4). It means that, to fully experience the game, you'll eventually need two play through. In my humble opinion, I recommend you playing Cecille first, because secret characters, new scenarios, and bonus battles added in this major update are centered around her story.
The storyline is interesting and the gameplay is challenging. The continent is full of chaos, the empire is in crisis, and you have to perform various missions across the continent to overcome this crisis. As you go through various activities and solve those missions, the story unfolds little by little. All major characters support voice acting. In-game battles have some rhythmic elements in real-time strategy action. It is pretty fresh and impressive. Overall, the game had high potential, but it seems they weren't polished well.
For example, the story worldview and the characters are very attractive, but not enough. Each scenario does not connect well with the characters. Battles are addictive, but increasingly show only the same patterns and strategies. The boss battle is pretty gorgeous, but there aren't many. In addition, PC porting has improved, but still not optimized. Game screens are often cut off. Also, key mapping info is based on the Playstation controller, even if you use a keyboard or other controller. The gameplay is quite exciting, but there is a lack of something. Don't get me wrong, this game will be pretty addictive and fun, if you do not get your hopes up.

Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory. This is an anime character game that is more exciting than expected. Of course, it is not perfect. There are still quite a few things that need to be polished. Nonetheless, the gameplay was fresh, allowing players to immerse themselves in characters and stories. Catch big sale events, not at the full price. If you don't hold your breath, it will provide a pretty enjoyable game experience. If you like anime games, this one is worth trying. Recommended!

面白そうだと思って購入したが、つまらなかった。
还行，行了女神侧身像的手感玩起来也还好，主要是立绘和CV加分。
女武神+即时战斗。但是游戏性并没有统一，有种把想做的做了的感觉。
动作僵硬，攻击会被打断，敌方有霸体攻击我方没有。
要是想打出好成绩就得像工作一样等CD。
玩家必须看的行动力槽满屏幕飞，还得边打边去找。
镜头也一直在晃动，整体感觉就是一个字 “乱” 。

Neat game.
Felt fresh in its presentation/gameplay style, is fast paced, linear, and upbeat through and through. Can't say that I care for the writing, but the combat and choice system that's tied to some secrets are pretty good. Parrying may be a little difficult to do when the battles get chaotic for some folks, but I love spastic and chaotic games so no problem here. I will say that for those seeking a super casual experience, be weary as it may take a little getting used to parrying if you're not good with timing based mechanics.
Lastly, I love the art style. That's it.

Without a doubt this game was a pleasant and enjoyable surprise! While it was obviously apparent that the title had similar styling and game-play flow to something like "Valkyrie Profile", the challenge and combat balance proved to be of sufficiently stiff level. Make no mistake, even on the default difficulty setting before any NewGame+, this game can be HARD. After having completed both story paths it's become apparent that besides the aforementioned NewGame+, there's a One Life Mode available with options to upgrade your party members to their highest potential. The narrative is pretty deep for a game of this 2D style. The devs even include a nice card based bonus system that adds some flavor to the story that has you making decisions that shapes the unfolding tale. Sadly, these decisions don't lead to vastly different endings for both characters. As for the audio, the soundtrack is sparse in terms of the number of distinct tracks, but absolutely brilliant. There are certainly some adrenaline pumping tracks on here when fights get dicey. The game also has some voice acting that is generally well done and in keeping with the fantasy story on show. To elaborate, the game's lore has many words some which seem Celtic in tone and spelling which,when pronounced, coincide with the real world Welsh (the male Laendur's voice actor brings this out well I think) and Irish (probably what the accent the female voice actor playing Cecille was going for). A very fitting and appreciated bit of effort in my opinion.
All in all, this is a great game to come out from what I assume is a fledgling independent game studio. A meaty and substantial product presented in a small package and one that's clearly been made with a lot of passion. At the very least this little gem should be broadcast a bit more as more people need to try it out with the caveat that for new players starting out, the early levels can prove to be incredibly challenging.

ヴァルキリープロファイルの戦闘を切り抜いたようなゲーム、というのに釣られて買ってみたものの、必殺技がどれもよえーぞ。プレイヤー様はHIT数を稼いで最後にどデカいエーテルストライクを決めたいんじゃ！わかっとんのか！
とかいって好き勝手書きましたが、超必殺技演出で時間の流れ止めるのもテンポ悪いんですよね。
個人的には超必殺技は敵に割り込まれない強制のけぞりーとかのが嬉しかったですかね。
まぁ敵が常にスーパーアーマー状態なのはそれはそれでこのゲームの持ち味ってことで納得しておきましょう。

No Mouse support. All actions and menus are controlled with keys. Enter is F, Cancel is D but you use this also for the attacks of the party members. The game requires quick hacking of several keys in order to controll the actions of the party members. Too fast for me to enyou and use strategie. No pausing, no slowing down of speed possible.
Fun little game that feels satisfying to play and combo around with

It's like a real-time Xenogears/Valkyrie-Profile combat system with a bit of card draw boosts. There's a good sense of sparing like combat in a system of perfect blocks, counter-attacks, and combo-chaining. Each character has an activation key and you can chain them together to form special attacks, combinations, and build up to a finishing blow. If you pick your card boost properly you can pick between quick successive attacks, or build up a long combo for high damage bonuses. It's a great innovation on top of the combo system.
The story line mechanics are also similar to many old school classics, similar to some Suikoden series. The duel story plays out between two main characters. A bit of viewer's knowledge vs character's knowledge plays out nicely when you play a few scene in each campaign and switch off. I haven't finished the game yet, however I'm enjoy it. Looking forward to how it will be woven out as each side progresses.
If you're a fan of classic RPG mechanics that went beyond the Action Menu, this will bring back some great memories and also make new ones. Highly Recommended.
After reading a few of the reviews here... I just learned that Fallen Legion is apparently a port from console. That won't really change my opinoin.
Fallen Legion is an interesting take on "side-scrolling" games where ther eis no real side scrolling... just action form left to right where you hit specific buttons for each of your units to attack. Hit certain combos and you will be able to land major special attacks that do everything from muting an enemy magic user to shifting enemies units around the battlefield. There is just enough voice acting during major cut scenes, but I kind of wish it would be included for multiple people as opposed to the monologue of the main characters.
The combat is very basic, as I mentioned above you can hit certain combos to do more powerful attacks, but after hitting my opening combos against enemies, I resolved to button mashing the ♥♥♥♥ out of my controller, but blocking just in time to hit massive 30+ hit combos uninterupted. Outside of that the mission path is very linear and the game is worth playing through at least twice: once for each story.
On the down side of things, there are a ton of extra stops along the map that are only dialog based... but the game still has you on the combat map. In some cases it's for maybe 4 lines of dialog total and then you move onto the next area. Another issue I have is the token system is never really explained. You just sort of earn them in fights and you don't equip them... but from what I can tell, they are automatically equipped to the corresponding unit. Why not just level their stats?
Last but not least is actually something I really liked about the game, and that was temporary boosts earned in battle via a card system. Normally a issue is brought up that needs to be resolved and a timer stops giving you the option of 3 cards. These cards not only give you temp boosts for the entirety of the map, but will actually effect morale of troops outside of comabt, as well as the influence you hold on the world.
This is a pretty good fix of VanillaWare-esque Valkyrie Profile. I'm surprised it flew under the radar for quite some time. I was pretty sure people were looking for similar titles for the above mentioned game.
Well, that's out of the way. Let's talk about the game.
Fallen Legion+ is packed with 2 sides of the story. You have the (not)Tactician, (not)Robin of the Rebellion and other side of the (rally)spectrum, There's the princess of a deteriorating empire.
I've only played Flames of Rebellion but I think I've played enough to give a review.
Gameplay wise, it plays almost exactly like Valkyrie profile. Exception being there's no turns so if you're coming from VP, you'll tend to have a habit of going ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ which is bad most of the time since combat is real time. You would want to pay attention to your enemies because guarding is a thing. When you attack, you cannot guard immediately since they are stuck in their attacking animation. So attack sparingly. Plus points if you manage a perfect block which nulls damage, gives an extra AP which is a godsend on slow exemplars AND staggers the enemy that you blocked. You are also rewarding for your hard work with a combo meter which increases your damage the more chains you do. All in all, simple mechanics with high reward if you get good.
Art direction is pleasing to look at, since it's very reminiscent/inspired of Vanilla ware's art style. I can see whoever the art team are that they have good taste. The music is also giving me Valkyrie profile 1 vibes with its wild tracks to it's energetic-mellow tunes. In other words, It's very good. Especially, Golden remains.
My only complaints with the game is that there's this bug where some projectiles are invisible, like spectral gash and the wasted potential of adding other characters. Could've been a nice addition of have side exclusive exemplars like for Flames of Rebellion, Antoinette or Bryn.
TLDR, All in all. It's a very underrated game right now. It does not deserve the mixed status it has right since most of the game breaking bugs from it's rocky launch of been mostly patched. Please consider buying the game. It's slowly becoming one of my favourite games.

Fallen Legion+ is another fine example of a proper PC port from its initial console version. Or should I say, versions? The plus symbol indicates that Steam players shall get to play the definitive edition of Fallen Legion. In the summer of 2017, the PS4 and PS Vita saw the release of Fallen Legion: Sins of an Empire and Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion. These two titles were combined in a single PC version which I shall review today. As the Steam debut of developers YummyYummyTummy and Mintsphere, I consider myself pleased by the end results of their labour.
[h1]Story [/h1]
Coincidently or not, the decision of fusing the series’ two campaigns into a single game, is one of the most inspired choices in its case. Both Sins of an Empire and Flames of Rebellion feature a distinct main character along with different locations and objectives. That last part is a bit confusing since we’re dealing with two pretenders to the imperial throne of a high fantasy realm. Princess Cecille is the rightful heir while Legatus Laendur is a low born usurper and a rabble-rouser. The ultimate prize of the civil war these two are waging? The vast Empire of Fenumia and all its riches and inherent power which is bestowed upon the anointed ruler. A talking grimoire (textbook of magic) serves as kingmaker and keystone to the realm’s stability.
Sins of an Empire shall focus on Cecille’s honorable fight to preserve her late father’s legacy at any and all costs while Flames of Rebellion features the illegitimate claim of a traitorous general which seeks independence and secession from the Empire, if he can’t control Fenumia in its entirety. For me, it was an easy choice in the regard. Even if for the sake of the replayability factor more than curiosity, I may attempt to advance in both storylines. Obviously, the gameplay mechanics remain the same. Fallen Legion+ couldn’t separate the core elements from one narrative thread to another and I consider that an adequate decision.
True, I may seem a bit biased in my description of the “protagonists”. There aren’t any heroes to this story which mixes notions of grey morality in the likes of which I haven’t seen in video games since I first played Dragon Age. Regardless of your affinity towards a protagonist’s legal claim, gender or projected power, this Fenumian Civil War paints both sides as being guilty of atrocities that go beyond the strict confines of a battlefield. Personally, I enjoyed playing with Cecille rather than Laendur, since I would have picked the same side and perspective in Daenerys Targaryen’s struggle for the Iron Throne, even if she’s also hypocritical at times.
Without laws, order and dynastic continuity, the Empire’s very purpose becomes a moot point. Pretenders and secessionists who present themselves as “freedom fighters” and “heroes of the common people” are simply demagogues clinging to utopias first and traitors secondly. Plus, the “good” Legatus (general rank in Latin) has to break several vows in order to embark on his nonsensical crusade. You may choose to start both campaigns and see them through as you wish, since there are two distinct save files for each warring faction. You don’t have to worry about missing anything out by accidently erasing your saved progress by trying a New Game with another combatant.
[h1]Graphics[/h1]
My first guess for the graphics engine used by Fallen Legion+ would have been custom and unknown. Luckly, a member of the dev team explained that their project is being powered by the Unity Engine. Ambiguity is not part of my style and as far as Unity’s concerned, I had limited complaints in its regard since the vast majority of titles using it, seem to function flawlessly in terms of stability and native resolution scaling. Fallen Legion+ follows this well beaten path and I have no issues to report about it. No glitches or crashes while the frame rate and resolution were within my preferences. Granted that there’s no 3D acceleration yet the art style and sprite animations are more than pleasantly rendered if you’re already acquainted with JRPGs and Anime.
[h1]Audio[/h1]
Some of the game’s cutscenes feature voice acting (English dubs were the only ones tested by me) while the majority of NPC encounters are simply text-based and you’ll have quite a lot of dialogue to read and contemplate over your next decisions. At least I didn’t spot any typos. You won’t get lost in translation, of that much I’m certain. And Fallen Legion+ also shines through its combat mode where you’ll be hearing sufficient sound effects and one-liners. The soundtrack while nothing out of the ordinary, was still relaxing enough to amuse me when I had to compare it to grim realities of the seemingly endless conflict that was being portrayed on-screen. I guess that heavy metal was not on the menu and might have been even less suiting to the subtleties of Fallen Legion+.
[h1]Gameplay[/h1]
Here’s the part that really makes Fallen Legion+ stand out from many of its genre counterparts. You see, this is an Anime-style RPG that eschews turn based combat in favor of a real time method that involves “clever button mashing” as I prefer calling it. The heroine and her ethereal party (Exemplars, which are supernatural soldiers) are going to face both boss fights and countless minions by perfectly timing counterattacks. There’s no way around this tactic if you wish to advance in this game. Randombly mashing D, F and S will not get you very far unless you know when to push Space for blocking incoming attacks and taking advantage of brief windows of time during which you may heal your troops. I have to say that this combat formula is new to me and I enjoyed the heightened sense of danger. Not giving players too much time in preparing their next move, is a close simulation of actual combat in more ways than one.
There’s no pause button in real life or the option to wait indefinitely until hitting “end turn”. Apparently few titles use such gameplay methods and digging online, I matched the Valkyrie Profile series as the closest connection to this particular combat found in Fallen Legion+. Again, we’re talking of former PlayStation exclusives that have shifted towards multiplatforms now. Valkyrie Profile can be played on mobile devices, but it’s not like I’m a fan of such ports. In anycase, half of Fallen Legion’s charm comes from its storyline that’s a literal plot twist inside smaller ones. So predictability is out of the equation and I’m glad that very few clichés are present. I have to point out that I was displeased by the on-rails feeling of the entire campaign since unlike more conventional RPGs, you cannot travel where you wish or interact with NPCs and visit stores and other points of interest.
Players just move the avatar/party with the directional arrow keys from one battlefield to another. Role playing elements which shape up the story by player decisions, involve choosing certain cards between battles. These vary both chromatically and though their consequences. Without spoiling much I will try to explain the choices you have to make in Fallen Legion+. Red cards represent the Prime Legion, Blue ones for the Council of Princes and lastly, the Green cards for March Congress. These factions will tip the scales in favor of the future ruler of Fenumia so despite having limited time in picking one choice from another, stick with one faction or morality standard/modus operandi if you wish consistent results. Red is the path of raw power and violence, Blue represents diplomacy and negociation while Green is all about underhanded practices.

Nice fresh gameplay and mechanic, BUT, because of that you must give more forgiving tutorial at first. I even doesn't know what i am doing at first and must repeat first chapter 3 times. for example this game more like timing than rush, please introduce block mechanic, and some combo mechanic at first. Some bug occured when i finish 3rd chapter, game stack but music still playing.
11/10 would use "Perfect Block!" sound for phone's notification again

ストーリーが英語でなんとなくしか分からなかったが、戦闘システムが楽しくさくさく進めることができた。
各メンバーの攻撃可能回数と今のコンボ数と相手のモーションを見極めることで一方的な戦闘をすることができる。
一方でジャストガードありきの難易度になっており、失敗ばかりしているとぐだぐだの戦闘となる。ガード縛りは多分無理。
ダーダネレスちゃんがとてもかわいい。
日本語版がでればまず間違いなくおすすめできる作品。

This game is fantastic! Reminds me of Valkyrie Profile from back in the day.
The combat system starts out a little slow and awkward but ramps up very quickly and is super rewarding. Perfectly timing attacks and connecting combos have such weight to them and really gives it a feeling of power. Even the boss battles were very well done as I was expecting to get slaughtered but turned out to be very enjoyable. Perfecting a combat system is something that I love and this games offers a ton of that.
The sound effects also have a great arcade-y feel to them that matches up really well with the animations and artstyle. With a little more variance, I don't think I would've realized this was by an indie group. The music was good and I was surprised there was voice acting too.
Plays better with a controller and probably handheld devices. I'll definitely be picking it up on other platforms and recommend this to anyone that enjoys deep combat and a great throwback RPG.

I'm a fan of Mintsphere and played Trigger Knight long ago. They had said that will realease Trigger Princess as their next game but it's appeared they change the title AND I WAS LIKE FINALLY ITS HERE, AFTER MANY YEARS OF WAITING, THE GAME IS HERE.
Darrel and Xanthe do an amazing job bringing life to the characters. Whoever directed this, great job!!! Got this on PS4 and again on Steam cause why not I ain't got no VITA but my laptop is portable.

類似女神戰記打法,不過玩起來差很多,沒有華麗的大招,但是有吃反應的格檔,每次格檔成功就可以獲得行動點數,是本遊戲的精華,檔的好可以無限的攻擊,檔不好就準備GG!畫面上不華麗很簡略,但是2D的卡通風格是個人所喜愛的!有繁體中文字幕,但是有些說明的地方變成了簡體....最大的遺憾是配音只有英文~~如果有日文的話就好了!!

Definitely recommended! Lots of frantic action, split-second guards, diverse enemies, skills, combos, boosts, cancellations, one-shots, mass wipes, restarts, read again, 'lots of action'.
No direct control over character movement, but full control over attacks and positioning. Little custimization in shape of gems (three at most), and a way to influence heroes' growth. Very indirect and totally obscure but nevertheless quite pleasant.
Hidden skills, New Game+ with Even More Punishment™, S-ranks to obtain, etc, etc.
All with beautiful graphics and nice music score. And there's even a nice dramatic plot (pretty transparent but nice to follow).
And the iconic system of choice with some immediate benefits, and obscure and totally unforeseen consequences.

分かりやすく言うとリアルタイムアクションになったヴァルキリープロファイル。
ジャストガードやリバーサル攻撃・リンクアタックなど、光るシステムがあります。
うまく自分の思い通りに戦闘を運べた時の快感はなかなかのもの。
XBOXコントローラーには対応していたので、コントローラーでのプレイについては問題なさそうでした。
ストーリーは選んだ選択肢によって様々に展開していくようです。
プレイする度に毎回新しい違った物語を見られるでしょう。
さすがに結末は同じ…？（真実は君の目で確かめよう！）
全体的にBGMのクオリティが高いと感じました。
気になる点を幾つか挙げるとすると…
・選んだ選択肢によってとんでもなく強い敵が出てくることがある。
・選択肢を選ぶ際に制限時間があるので、英文を即座に判断しなければならない。

・解像度選択がフルスクリーン以外だと２種類しかない。
→【解像度オプションが追加されました】
このあたりでしょうか。
ボス戦は基本的にすぐリトライできるようになっているので、何度も戦えば倒し方が見えてくると思います。
問題は制限時間付きの選択肢。今のところ日本語対応していないので英語の文章を読んでいくことになるのですが、ストーリー中の会話でも一部難しい言い回しがあるため、時々かなりの読解力を求められるかもしれません。

気になる点はいくつかありますが、ゲーム内容は面白く、セシール編とレガート編の２本分がセットになっている所謂完全版というモノなので非常にお買い得だと思います。
いつの間にか少し値段が上がった…？ようなので、セールの時に買いましょう。

急にアップデートが来ました。
新しいキャラクターやボス、分岐ルートが追加され、システムの調整などが入ったようです。
何より驚いたのが、権利などの関係で絶望的かと思っていた『日本語吹き替えボイスの追加』です！
以前のアップデートで日本語字幕は追加されたのですが、やっぱりフルボイスの日本語があると全然違いますね。
少し遊んでみた感じでは、AP(行動力)の全消費と引き換えに即座にリンクアタックが出せるようになっていたり、上位デスブロウ(必殺技)の習得タイミングが調整されているようでした。
ゲームの難易度はほとんど変わっていない…のかな？
ちょっと理不尽なステージはそのままのようでした。
また、様々なコンシューマ版で開発されていた名残なのかもしれませんが、チュートリアルのボタン表記が場面によってZRや△ボタン、Yボタン等になってしまっていて、どのボタンを押したら良いか全く分からなくなってしまっていました。ちなみに、このZRボタンというのはXBOXコントローラーで言うとLTです。最初コントローラーが壊れたのかと思いました。ここだけは改悪ですね。
チュートリアル以外（メニュー画面や編成画面など）の表記は使っているコントローラーに合わせたものになっていたので、そこまで致命的というわけでもないのですが…
★残念だったのが、今回のアップデート以前のセーブデータは引き継ぎ不可能という事でしょうか。新規に購入する方にとっては全く問題ないのですが、既に購入済みのプレイヤーからするとデータコンバート対応して欲しかったかなと思います。
The style of this game is awesome, I love the way this game looks and sounds. Starting out it's a bit strange getting used to how to play, but the playstyle of this game is unique. Getting the timing for blocking and rotating characters is _hard_ but it feels rewarding.
This isn't a AAA title, it definitely shows as being from an indie developer, there are some rough edges. But how many AAA games have I played that shipped nearly completely broken and unfinished? This is certainly above some of those examples.
Overall it's just refreshing to try something new. Getting into the groove of good combat chains just feels so good once you start getting the hang of it.

戰鬥方式仿照《北歐女神》，但節奏卻慢及累贅很多。缺少角色培養升級、自由大地圖及迷宮探索，也沒有角色的裝備。唯一可取就只有人設而已，還不如買psp的《北歐女神》重製版來玩...
製作團隊要考慮出一個dlc來更新...最少要新增角色升級配點、裝備更換、迷宮採索踩地雷式遇敵...
暫時絕對不推薦購買~

Kto widział te stworzenie ten nie potrafi rozumem ogarnąć z której strony podobne to do świnki? I dlaczego miałoby mieć związek z morzem, skoro definitywnie nie pożyje w nim zbyt długo? Pogrzebałem, poczytałem i wiem, że – w skrócie znacznym – wynika to z błędów w tłumaczeniu z keczuańskiego, który miał/ma jeszcze ze 3 dialekty. Bogatsi o tę lingwistyczną ciekawostkę możemy uczynić teraz co następuje: nazywać wspomniane stworzenie po prostu kawią domową oraz zadumać się w toku lektury nad związkiem tych dywagacji z Fallen Legion+.
Gra jest połączeniem beat' em up z RPG. I jeżeli ktoś myśli, że takie połączenie bywa równie fortunne jak świnki z morskością, to jest w błędzie. Bo w tym przypadku poszło sprawnie i jest to dokładnie takie jak napisałem. Dla braci (i sióstr) mocniej osadzonych w klimatach RPG mówię, że beat' em up, to bijatyki gdzie podążamy kanonicznie w prawo i tłuczemy hordy niemilców za pomocą ciosów, kopnięć czy ewentualnie broni z włączeniem zasięgowej. Brać bijatykowa wie niech, że w RPG istotny jest rozwój postaci, walka z użyciem umiejętności specjalnych postaci oraz wybory dokonywane podczas toku fabuły. Wiem, że zdawkowe to definicje, ale już jeden akapit i tak poszedł na pocieszne gryzonie, więc lecimy dalej. Przepraszam, ale nie przepraszam. Bogatsi o nowe informacje układamy sobie to w głowie. Zadajemy sobie pytanie: czy to się ma prawo udać? Dowiecie się na końcu.
Fabuła rozgrywa się w fikcyjnym państwie Fenumia i bliskich przygranicznych okolicach. Realia świata to fantasy: mamy magię i wynikającą z niej obecność przeróżnych istot, jak wywerny, minotaury, drzewce i wiele innych. Fanumia to ludzkie królestwo, ale z rozumnych ras spotkać można też orki, choć raczej po stronie ludów barbarzyńskich. Umarł król niech żyje... No właśnie? Kto? Możemy rozpocząć grę jako jego córka, czyli księżniczka Cecila albo jako jeden z jego zaufanych – mimo młodego wieku – generałów czyli Legatus Laendur. Oboje są obecni przy wieści, że król zmarł i oboje słyszą przemawiającą do Cecilii ksiegę (Grimoire). Od tego momentu fabuła jest ukazywana z perspektywy wybranej postaci, choć będą do nas docierać ze świata wieści, które zawierają też w sobie echa poczynań tej drugiej postaci. Po dokonaniu wyboru protagonisty ruszamy odbudować chylące się ku upadkowi królestwo.., albo wszczynamy słuszną rebelię przeciwko czemuś gorszemu od tyranii. Ale jak w prawdziwej antycznej tragedii: bywa że obie strony konfliktu mają swoje racje i całość dramatu opiera się na niepełności perspektywy. Warto po ukończeniu gry zobaczyć jak wygląda Fanumia w oczach drugiej postaci – zaskoczenie murowane. Oczywiście to czy postanowimy być władcą szlachetnym o gołębim sercu, tyranem czy spróbujemy zachować równowagę obu podejść do kwestii rządzenia zależy od nas.
Wybory zdarzają się w grze nader często i nasze decyzje wypływają na toczone przez nas akurat na danej lokacji walki, jak i na dalsze losy prowincji, skarbca królewskiego, podległych nam wojsk itd. Aby było ciekawiej: na ich dokonanie mamy ledwie kilkadziesiąt sekund! Wybór wesprze jedną z trzech sił politycznych Fenumii: Prime Legion (najlepsi i najbardziej zasłużeni wojskowi doradcy), Council of Princes (rada doradców mająca wpływ na finanse w państwie) i March Congress (magowie i uczeni nieobarczeni sumieniem, szkolą w Soulmancji). Ale czy coś stoi na przeszkodzie aby wesprzeć raz jedną frakcję, raz drugą? Część problemów lepiej dać rozwiązać wojsku, radzie czy też poprzeprowadzić niezbędne doświadczenia. A może zwyczajnie będzie dla nas istotne jaki bonus uzyskamy w danej walce? A dokładnie nasi wojownicy: Exemplarzy?
Soulmancja i Exemplarzy to terminy wymagające wyjaśnienia. Soulmancja pozwala przyzwać adeptom dusze czy może raczej idee dawnych istot czy nawet bohaterów. W świecie gry uzyskujemy dzięki temu spersonifikowane postacie broni: od mieczy i włóczni, po arkebuzy i możdzieże. One stają się naszą strażą przyboczną w liczbie trzech. Postacie różnią się atakami, siłą, szybkością, obroną, żywotnością i zgraniem z resztą Exemplarów. Wybieramy też przed walką jaki mają użyć atak specjalny. Moralność naszych poczynań wpływa też na formę jaką wspomniane awatary broni mogą przyjąć odtwarzając dawne wspomnienia słynnych bohaterów czy niesławnych łotrów. W mechanice wygląda to tak, że każdej z postaci zostaje przypisana pozycja i odpowiedni jej klawisz bądź przycisk na padzie. Każda z nich ma 3 akcje do wykonania, a następnie czeka aż wskaźnik akcji się zregeneruje. Trwa to na tyle szybko, że plasuje to grę wśród bijatyk. Rozsądnie jest też nauczyć się idealnych bloków, które fortunnie nie kosztują akcji, acz wstrzymują regenerację wspomnianych na czas trzymania bloku. Idealny timing bloku ataku przeciwnika jest też ważny z powodu szybszego uzyskiwania w ten sposób dostępu do akcji postaci i niemal niweluje zadane Exemplarom obrażenia, często czyni przeciwników podatnych na dotkliwe kontry. Rozgrywka ma więc przebieg wybitnie zręcznościowy: blokowanie w odpowiednim momencie, seria ciosów – często owocująca atakiem specjalnym gdy nie przerwana otrzymaniem obrażeń. Do tego użycie magii bohatera do posłania we wrogów kuli ognia, podleczenia swoich wojowników czy nawet przywracanie na pole walki poległego w boju Exemplara. W toku gry możemy też poznać nowe zaklęcia. Walki bywają wymagające i warto starać się zachować Exemplarów przy życiu, czy raczej na obecnym planie istnienia. Eliminacja ich wszystkich pozostawia naszego bohatera sam na sam z przeciwnikami: mamy dosłownie sekundy aby pokonać ich zaklęciami albo przywołać szybko Exemplara. Bywa trudno!
Poza wspomnianymi wyborami frakcji w trakcie walki nasi wojownicy rozwijąją się też dzięki szlachetnym kamieniom, które nosimy w trzech dostępnych na nie slotach. Oferują one wzrost statystyk Exemplarów (bywa, że kosztem zmniejszenia innych), ale i zaklęcia, które zastąpią używane obecnie, więc dobierajmy je z głową, bo w trakcie walk nie ma możliwości zamiany. Smutna wiadomość dla fanów rozbudowywania postaci i wykupu umiejętności z liczonej w setkach puli: wybory dotyczące rozwoju postaci zamykają się w doborze kamieni, decyzjach związanych z wydarzeniami i tego jakich Exemplarów w jakiej konfiguracji zabieramy w bój. Gra nadrabia za to klimatem dark fantasy ze szczyptą estetyki anime.
Graficznie całość prezentuje się estetycznie. Ręcznie rysowane tła i postacie, cyferki przy zadawanych i otrzymywanych obrażeniach, jak i licznik combo. Dzieje się dużo zacnie animowane – bohaterowie jak i niemilcy. Wielbiciele kreski w stylu anime będą zadowoleni.
Jak jesteśmy przy anime, to warto też powiedzieć, że postacie główne mają solidnie podłożony głos, choćby przez Xanthe Hyunh jako Cecille. Jest znana z użyczania swojego głosu choćby jako Monaka Noguchi w anime Kite Liberator. Muzyka też zagrzewa nas do walki zgodnie ze standardami gier z salonów arcade. Każdy z Exemplarów ma własne okrzyki bojowe i bólu. Ścieżka dźwiękowa jest akuratnie dopasowana do gry.
Gra ma też tryby New Game+ oraz typowo wyzwaniowy tryb jednego życia z permaśmiercią i koniecznością rozpoczynania gry od początku. Gdybym miał coś grze konkretnie zarzucić, to nierówny poziom trudności. Możemy iść przez dziesiątki walki niemal ziewając, aby nagle odkryć, że przy walce z bossem rwiemy sobie włosy z głowy. Trudno też uznać ten tytuł za jednoznacznie przeznaczony dla fanów beat' em up czy RPG. Ja bawiłem się przy niej dobrze.

太阳从西边出来了，STEAM上的新品上架游戏肯中文了··· 我是一个在大陆玩家，不常在STEAM买游戏。无意看这个游戏的新品推荐，当我在标签上看到支持中文了.就控制不自己买了他。当然喜欢才会买，有以下几点：
1操作简单.上手容易.好玩有挑战性，可以在无聊的时候玩上一玩。
2画面手绘风格非常细腻柔和，看着眼睛舒适画风适中适合所有人。
总结：
我愿意出150RMB买这个游戏，哈哈但是他只要70RMB.这也是中国玩家能接受的最大上限。
这个游戏他仅仅只在新品推荐上呆了不到几小时很短的时间。

After playing 30 minutes, the screen stops and can't play anymore.
這遊戲的難度平衡性很差, 即使在教學模式也可以GAME OVER. 而且沒有升級系統, 所以全靠人手反應來決定勝負. 本人自問沒有靈考的手技來控制, 所以買回來玩了數回合便決定退款了.
Wow! I didn't think I would end up playing it this long in one continuous session but it was really addicting.
The game itself plays completely different than what it might look like. There is an interesting zen-like rhythm to it that is actually quite relaxing when you get into it. Blocking took me quite a bit to get used to. But it worked out pretty well. The story narrative is interesting, and I enjoy how it doesn't disrupt the game play, and actually alters it. Art style is awesome and the voice acting is great too. It's one of those games you really need to sit down and just invest some time. It grows more complex with the item collection and challenges. One life mode, I haven't dared to play yet and honestly, have no idea how anyone is able to do it. This game is pretty damn challenging.
游戏还可以 定价有点高 不合理 不支持2K和4K
总体来说可玩性还是可以的，但对于没玩过这类型的玩家新手指引不太好，前期有一定的难度所以会有些无聊，上手后就简单多了，剧情有点跳跃，一会正叙，一会倒叙，会让人摸不着头脑，还没玩多久，再体验看看。
一款很一般的游戏 感觉完成度很低 如果说能不能玩的话还是可以的 但是它不值70块 很简单 也许他是20的话我可能还会考虑下它 就像之前见到的一个评论说的 巫师3年度版才这么多钱 其他游戏凭什么这么贵呢？
中文翻译实在有点迷...老实说，70有点贵毕竟只是个借鉴或者说山寨作品，除了靠反击打无限连的想法外，都不能体现制作者的心意。我觉得35就差不多了，作为单机游戏不如不如Tower 57。但我还是会仔细玩一便。
个人不推荐，首先是菜单很不智能，例如必须选择男女主角之后才能进入主菜单（继续游戏还给等一波，简直WTF）。而且这个时候你的音量设置是不生效的。其次战斗一旦开始就无法停下来，哪怕一场战斗之后你也不能停下来，作为单机游戏有点反人类。再有就是设置虽然很精简，但是缺少不少必要的设定，例如没有自定义按键。
至于游戏部分战斗手感比较难接受，开始会很不适应，大概要打一阵子才能上手一些，尤其是格挡的判定很迷离。而且有的时候按键后可能会没判定上类似于上古游戏的键盘锁键那种感觉。其次感觉中文部分可能是机翻？有的地方读起来不流畅而且一脸懵逼？？？
最早看着是类似北欧女神才入的，但是不得不说差距还是比较大的。主要是目前的游戏质量不太值这个价格。如果很在意性价的玩家个人很不推荐，如果是北欧女神1战斗系统的粉丝，可以考虑入手，但是不要带着北欧的眼光，来评定这个作品，因为差距还是很大的（再次重申）。如果抱着和北欧的标杆来，你可能会觉得很亏。反之如果作为一款能勾起你北欧回忆的作品来入手该做可能会觉得该作品还不错。
个人觉得这是一款相对小众的游戏。目前看上去有一些分支，可能会对绝情有影响。但是毕竟刚开始玩还不清楚具体会如何。
个人的一点游戏心得是连击感觉是这个游戏的核心，在连击多的情况下可能能速度过图，在BOSS战高连击可以快速的打晕BOSS然后一波输出。其中盾反是个很重要的东西，这个是连击永动机一个重要的环节，但是感觉判定有的时候比较奇怪。
总是游戏有一些可玩性，但是性价不是特别高，推荐对北欧女神1 2战斗系统比较喜爱的人群入手。其他的就随缘了。
游戏非常不错，喜欢《北欧女神》这种战斗模式游戏的朋友可以购入，画面和战斗都很不错，唯一要挑毛病的怕只有不能按键设置了，右手控制选项虽然没什么难度，但是左手控制格挡和输出对于我这种习惯左手控制右手输出的，的确有点反映不过来，全程中文很棒，但是游戏语音是没办法改的英语！！
不好玩 馬上退款了 可能我個人不喜歡吧
