I played the game for a bit with friends, while the concept is great its asbolutely crap, the voice acting is comedically bad, the monster is fine, hitboxes are non-existent, the constant music is kind of ear bleeding the monster xray is unpredictable and its sight is too much, a chase could be basically endless, ending was bad comedy, items are nearly useless and the tricycle was kind of funny in a way.
Overall probably a 5/10 due to how much you can just screw around with friends, probably best you add more customizeable setting for the monster (different sight, no music, less xray etc.)
This game was such an experiance, it was such a monument for my freindship, the tricycle mechanics were out of this world, and finding all those pages was so memorable, if i had to chose my favourite part i'd say nothing could compare to the great voice acting.
This game is truly something else, when you think of a game that is good you don't think of this. But let me tell you, this IS a game.
My favourite part of the game was the tricycle, although hard to control it was super fun, and me and my friends had plenty of fun with it.
The page finding system was interesting to say the least, and the road to get them, though grouesome, made our group have plenty of fun. Also the way the story telling went was super amazing, it felt almost like slenderman or granny.
All in all I give this game 6/7 and recommend everyone to play it, it's a cornerstone of the horror game genre.

Words alone can not even begin to express how spectacular this creation is. In my 328 years of life, I've never came across a more satisfying, engaging, and creative experience. The graphics, the story-line, all of the entire artwork in general. This entire game is beyond greatness and our mortal souls don't belong in this experience. Crafted by the hands of God himself, I would sacrifice my first newborn child for just a second of game-play. 0/10. Would not recommend.

2007 год. И да — он уже считается культовым.
Это был дебют The Horrors, и в момент выхода альбом звучал максимально странно даже по меркам нулевых: грязный гаражный рок, готика, психодел, панк — всё вперемешку. Не эмо, не пост-панк в чистом виде, а что-то дикое и намеренно неопрятное.
Несколько интересных фактов, если вдруг подзабыли:
Альбом вышел в 2007 году и сразу залетел в топ-5 британского чарта — при том, что музыка была вообще не «радиоформатной».
Главные треки того времени — Sheena Is a Parasite, Count in Fives, Spider and the Fly — звучали как саундтрек к ночным клубам, подвалам и странным вечеринкам.
The Horrors тогда выглядели как оживший кошмар из старых хоррор-фильмов и намеренно играли с образом «пугающей» группы — это была часть концепции, а не просто стиль.
Интересно, что позже группа сильно изменилась и ушла в более вылизанный пост-панк и психоделию, но именно Strange House до сих пор любят за его сырую, наглую энергию нулевых.
Сейчас этот альбом часто вспоминают как один из символов британской альтернативной сцены 2007 года — странный, неудобный, но очень честный.

Why buy this game? Well firstly, I must say, the story is phenomenal, and the voice acting is even better, never before have I connected with characters from a game like I have in this masterpiece. We all played tag as a kid, and this puts a whole new spin on the tag game genre, by introducing an evil mechanic; I wont spoil anything, but you'll be surprised when you realise that your best friend(s) perhaps aren't who they seem to be... I would recommend any gamer from casual to virgin to buy this game, don't be put off by the 50p price-tag, it is really worth the money!
