This game delivers dopamine directly to the brain. Skyboarding at 300 MPH to nail a headshot with a revolver is a high that doesn't get old for me.
It's such a fun fast-paced shooter. Movement feels INCREDIBLE, the various guns and upgrades are great, the map is fun to explore, and the devs have added extra game modes post-launch that have been fantastic too.
You get perks as you play, which let you tailor your playstyle how you like. I played with a friend who was focused on going as fast as possible and getting melee / shotgun kills, while I stayed in the air getting quadruple jump resets on kill and maintaining ammo via headshot kills with precision rifles.
The graphics are simple, but the art direction is great. Sound design is good too; explosions feel chunky, the various dings and beeps of feedback as you land hits feel satisfying, and the music is understated but great to wallride to, too.
Absolutely thrilling game. Can't recommend highly enough.
This game was amazingly fun to play for me. I loved the music, visuals, gameplay, all of it. The cherry on top for me is just how fun it was to 100%.

Great game, incredibly fun!
This game is so fluid that while you do need to be fast and accurate it flows in such a way that you get into the flow state and it's just easy.
What I'm trying to say is the game is as fast as you want it to be and after playing for only a short time you can take that fast reaction time state from playing this game and use that momentum in another game that requires fast paced action like Devil Daggers.
Echo Point Nova is fantastic. The gunplay feels good, the movement is terrific and the DnB soundtrack is the cherry on top. The bosses are rather interesting design wise as well, though they lack depth and defeating them is always the same process. There are a lot of modifcations to unlock, I have not seen half of them I believe. The game is even better in multiplayer, coop as well as versus. It is such a nice implementation that you can just toggle pvp whereever you are and shoot each other. I wish the would add a scoreboard though. The story is not worth mentioning and is implemented rather strangely. Highly recommended! 4 out of 5 stars.
An improvement in every way over Severed Steel (their first game). This game features fastermovement, more guns and a HUGE map. If you like Doom Eternal (any shooter), Mirror's Edge (any parkouring game) or Severed Steel (experimental games), you WILL feel at home here and have fun.
The game's campaign takes 4-5 hours. Easily beatable in a weekend and isn't too difficult. The joy comes from using modifiers, killing goons, going lightspeed or even customising your skateboard.
PS: after beating the main game play the free dlc or go to the workshop. It's loads of fun.

But seriously, this is basically pure, distilled FPS. And you love it. Everything else about the game exists purely to support and create the dopamine generation that is moving and shooting. And the result is it's just so fun, there is nothing to get bogged down by.
Even though it's "short" the developer has continued to support it with free content updates, and is extremely replayable and I definitely will be using this game over the years to keep my FPS skills from getting too rusty.

Echo Point Nova slaps hard. The movement is so satisfying, and you are pulling all kind of crazy antics, even if you can barely aim, this game empowers you beyond measure. Absolutely worth it for the sheer hype you experience cruising throughout the world and blasting enemies, with a huge amount of content and custom arenas to boot, you are more than in for a great time with this gem of a game!

I had so much fun with this game that I almost beat it in 4 hours. At first I was put off by the reviews for this game saying its just level to level which I thought it was similar to Armor Core 6 or Warframe being mission based which in my mind was overly limiting for the freedom I wanted in this style of game. Thankfully I am wrong and that is not at all how the game's map is. This is as the trailer describes, Tony Hawk Pro Skater meets Titanfall 2. Everything you picked up in Titanfall 2 will translate to this game; ADSing is for weird, wall grind and shoot, and Bhop (with certain perks and movement tech). In short this is just a beautiful sandbox with a short and cute story (which I accidentally missed a lot of because i was too excited to travel around between the different missions picking up new perks, hats, and guns. Sorry Dev, The game feels like a boomer shooter that met titanfall while keeping the unhinged movement speed and gunplay as the focus which doesnt truly become unlocked till you just full send and use what ever they throw at you. It is at this point that I do recommend you look at the settings regarding flipping and fixing your camera. If certain aspects and styles to the game do not sit well with you specifically the camera rolling and such, just change it. I know a lot of people will not want to do the flips and that's perfectly fine, thats what the settings are there for. Overall this has been a ton of fun and while i rarely push for 100% on achievements, I really want to grab all of them for this game.

A game where you aura farm on NPCs.
The good:
- Bosses are incredibly well designed. They're probably the highest highs of this game
- The OST is just perfect for background noise and matches very well with whatever you might be doing at any given time
- The movement and level design sync seamlessly, if you're here for satisfying movement then you've found what you're looking for
- Despite being sort of open world, the path you're "supposed" to take is relatively clear. I wasn't confused on where to go at any point
The bad:
- Damage is incredibly unclear on weapons, and some weapons are just downgrades for no apparent reason (every single DMR is worse than the base, why??)
- Progress isn't shared across on co-op: if you pick up an agility orb or hat, everyone else will have to go pick it up themselves
- The only difficulty scaling in scans is artificial. New enemies are incredibly rare, and are often reskins of enemies you've previously seen with modified stats or sizes
- If you're here for the workshop, look elsewhere. Most maps I've tried on the workshop play terribly despite looking pretty
Now it's time for me to blabber about what I think. The game is pretty good to play in the background while you're talking to friends or watching something on your 2nd monitor. You can sort of turn your brain off and play it just fine, which is unlike many other movement shooters. I do believe this game targeted this niche perfectly, so I'll be leaving a positive review. I'm somewhat disappointed the game isn't more, especially for how expensive it was, and it seems like the developers are done with the game for now. Maybe the expansion solves a lot of my issues, and I'll be updating my review once I get to it. Probably.
The game also features optional raytracing, which I don't think was optimized at any point in development. It brings my 9070xt to a 30fps crawl. I suggest you ignore the option even exists, cause even if you can somehow run it, the game didn't account for raytraced lighting and many areas look too bright/dark with it on.

Hepsinin üzerine oyuna ilk başladığımda yanlışlıkla en zor modda oynadım, ''Ermiş'' modunu ''FPS oyuncularına tavsiye ediyoruz'' gibi bir bilgilendirme yazısını okuduğumda seçtim, bilmeden bu en zor modu oynayıp bitirmiş oldum (acayip kanser olduğum anlar çok sık oldu çünkü 1 mermide 1 kalbiniz kalıyor ve 2. mermide ölüyorsunuz :D.). Çok tryhard ve FULL focus odak oynamamı sağladı. Toplam oyun süresinin 2 katı gibi sürede en zor modu bitirmiş oldum, dolayısıyla da başka bir amacım kalmadı :D. Arkadaşlarla oynarsanız çok daha eğlenceli olur. Alın şu oyunu ve ekleyin beni :)

La liberté de déplacement et la variété d'armes rendent le tout addictif.
Bon par contre l'histoire n'est clairement pas la force du titre sans être complétement nulle non plus. Ca n'a jamais été la promesse du jeu.

Really incredible movement shooter. I'm among the group that finds it hard to get into PvE after playing so many years of PvP, with the latter feeling a lot more challenging due to it usually being a lot more competitive. This was a huge exception - just about every aspect of it felt nearly perfect for what it is, with the gunplay, sounds, movement, optimization, and even soundtrack being all solid 9-10/10s. If you're really into movement shooters of any kind like Apex, Titanfall, COD, Counter-Strike and even speedrunning-centered games like Frostrunner you should give this one a try.

One the best shooters i've played in a long time. Does what it claims and then some. Puts a big stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ smile on your face even 25 hours in. Has co-op, a rogue mode, came with a free expansion.... i got no complaints here, just appreciation. Note: If you get stutters, put it into fullscreen, this was my one hangup for a while.
Gameplay is Hella fun when you unlock the hover board and grabbed. Those 2 items go hand in hand so well and this game utilizes it to the max.
If you and a few friends wanna have fun hoverboard around parkouring and shooting this is the game.
And with it also being open to the Workshop mods is a good +
However.. the enemies could look a bit different, kinda weird environments and how the modles look... it lacks identity. Could of been something interesting but who knows. Maybe the next game could have a deeper ambition sense they got the mechanics down.
This is one of the best games I've ever played.
I don't have anywhere near the time spent on it that I do some of the AAA titles I played for years, but this game still safely contends with them in enjoyment factor. Solo or with friends, this game is fun just to simply explore even when you're not feeling like you're in a combat mood. It's fun to try to launch yourself across certain gaps, or to try doing some of the missions with self-decided constraints. You decide how you want to have fun on this game, and just how much fun to have. As you unlock all the various mods from mission rewards, you get even more versatility in ways to approach the game (some are exclusively handicaps to make it harder). The soundtrack is also very chill and matches the aesthetic of the game well.
Stop thinking about it and just pick this one up. It's absolutely a hit.

看见有人推荐并恰好赶上打折，买下这款游戏。原本是为了与朋友一起玩。但当他们看到评论普遍说的“内容不多”时，纷纷失去了兴趣，而在那时我已经买下游戏。
我曾犹犹豫豫，想着要不要退款，从评论得知全收集（包括迷路和寻思时间）也只能玩二十小时，而折后几乎半价也要50元，从性价比看，并不是一款可以闭着眼睛入的游戏，再说，因为国内冷门，寻找分享的人都难，别提联机了。
但试玩的时间很快，确切的说，是在一个小时之内，就令我坚定下想要保留这款游戏的决心。首先便是我察觉到，快节奏和高机动给你带来的爽快感。能使游玩时的体感时间远远不止20个小时。
我就这样单人踏上了雇佣兵之旅，钩锁，滑翔，凿地……遍览了整张地图的所有收集品，期间跑图上头了，还总忍不住像体感游戏那样身子左摇右晃。超有意思的!
[u] 在滑板上，不像钩锁 角色视角和你的向量没有关系，有些空岛距离较远，可以听着风声，转动视角，欣赏作者团队精心设计的地图。[/u]
免费的DLC地图里这尤为令人愉悦!昼夜交替带来的光影效果与波光粼粼的水面，远处雪山的轮廓和脚下滑板周边高速掠动的草坪……就这样盯着这些风景，我总会想到小时候看着屏幕出神的下午，然后一头攒到树上xd。
虽然，这样做的时候，会有一点点点点孤独感。心里总想呐喊“谁能看看，我在飞啊!”
好在好在~那张地图每个兴趣点都有作者开发游戏时有意思的小故事!阅读他留下的各种制作游戏时遇到的困难，和学习到的事情。自己以前也接触过一点点做游戏，总能会心一笑
我最喜欢游戏里的爆炸类武器，不用精细瞄准，象征性的打到旁边就可以，还能一下带走好几个小兵。太契合高速移动时所需要的，简直就是“轮椅”了吧!虽说中后期解锁的“跳弹”神技加强了实弹类 我还是喜欢爆炸武器。

但玩起来并不是一帆风顺，游戏中不可破坏建筑与可挖掘破坏的泥土之间，有些地方会有一些空隙。敌人有很小的概率会刷新在那里面，这可要命，有些地方你翻来覆去也找不到最后一个敌人在哪，要不是游戏中期有提供右键瞄准有透视视野，我估计还会在那里浪费不少时间。
同样的问题，我在dlc里也遇到了!那时我还没拿到这个技能，于是只好先去探索别的地方，等待重新刷新。

关于头目战，可以归纳成一张单独特殊的地图，你在里面寻找机关，然后打破。期间无限刷小兵。要是从远处第三人称来看来，玩家扮演的雇佣兵在巨像里横冲直撞。时时不时转身掏枪一梭子扫爆弱点。那是很帅的!
……但真玩起来却没有那么带感，因为缺少了玩家与巨像本身之间的交互感。顺带一提，如果你站在了boss房门口，可以不先急着开的，打开地图看一下，你肯定会为这地图里呈现巨型机械的精细程度震惊了，我是很震惊了hhh，像在看全息蓝图一样，好酷的

当我结束第1张图的全收集之后，想着先去玩一下肉鸽模式，结果!在新地图可以按l开手电筒这件事情，[b] 我通关的肉鸽才知道!肉鸽全程没有游戏说明，也就是开发者留下的字幕被移除，想玩这个模式的话，建议先玩这张图的正常模式哦。 [/b]不知道能不能在肉鸽里做全收集成就，玩下来有一些特定地点，一直显示缺少一个神器（就是打开地图的地区简介下方，最左边那个圆圆的球）。小雷达也不显示这些东西的位置，逐放弃

对了对了，我真的[b] 超喜欢[/b] dlc地图里解锁的那柄沉重爆炸大锤，虽说作者也有吐槽，[i]“这种双手巨锤放进‘快速近战攻击’非常荒谬”[/i]，但他无疑做出了一个正确的决定!我数不清自己多少次在空中用钩锁勾到一个敌人——有时是火箭飞行兵，有时是大型飞艇，然后掏出爆炸锤，一锤子砸爆!!
我还没见过一锤子砸不爆兵种。

Незабываемый опыт. Куча (качественного) контента, разные варианты прохождения игры, сильный выбор оружия и перков. Перемещение между островами свободное, благодаря чему в первую очередь можно проходить тот контент, который кажется наиболее интересным именно вам. Кстати, эндгейм мне лично показался даже чуть более бодрым, чем основная игра.
Из минусов, пожалуй, только оптимизация в некоторых моментах.

When it starts out, it feels kinda ehhh. What with the above-average textures, the good enough movement, the alright enemies, and the decent enough weapons.
Then you get the hoverboard, and you enable hard lock aim assist when aiming, and you start seeing what this game really wants you to do. Honestly, I'm just going to put it into a list because I can't possibly deftly string all this cool stuff together in coherent sentences.

I can't describe the feeling of zipping around a floating island as you start a combat encounter to unlock either a weapon or a perk. It's like you enabled sv_cheats 1 but you still have gravity but you're zooping around. Or like those CS:GO surf maps except you don't need a specific trick or angle to get mad momentum. You just get it by going hoverboarding forward and using whatever mobility tools you feel like using.
I'm borderline embarassed that I can't put into words what this feels like to play.

In my playtime, I've beat the campaign and a lot of the extra challenge missions, so I've beat a decent amount of the game. It certainly can be a bit repetitive but the core gameplay is great, it feels like you're hitting crazy shots all the time. The soundtrack and style of the game synergize pretty well too, hearing drum & bass tracks while boarding around floating islands hitting crazy trick shots actually turns out to be a great combo. Again, not sure if it's worth $24.99 USD but it is a pretty fun and unique experience

This is definitively the greatest FPS ever made, at least when it comes to the traits and style of gameplay that I want out of one. The movement is snappy and has a great sense of speed without a loss of control; plenty of tech exists to push this even beyond its intended limit. The guns and gunplay are very responsive and satisfying. The story doesn't take itself seriously, but instead acts as a sandbox for the rest of the game to take shape. The FREE map expansion is breathtaking. The music is lovely. This is genuinely a perfect game by my standards and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Очень крутой самобытный проект. Невероятно весело играется в коопе и сочетание механик довольно безумное. В игре представлен неплохой выбор оружия на любой вкус, стрельба с баллистикой (спорное решение, к которому привыкаешь), различные перки, разрушаемость карты, передвижение во всех плоскостях и ураганные скорости, на которых нам предстоит убивать не очень разнообразных, но по-своему сильных врагов. Музыка достойна похвалы, саундтрек тут состоит из какого-то сумасшедшего количества композиций при такой небольшой продолжительности всей игры (около сотни треков при длительности основной игры без учета ендгейма ~8 часов). Однозначно стоит своих денег и один из лучших современных шутеров на рынке.

但画质这一项其实只是我的个人喜好
我不在乎画质的好坏，我认为画面表现贴近现实与否并不重要，但是这个游戏的画面...怎么说呢，缺少了点风格化，没有那种很用心在制作的感觉，我相信玩过其他doomlike游戏的都大概能懂我在说什么...
[spoiler] 另外这游戏一个槽位可替换的枪有点太多了，我严重怀疑一些武器被设计出来就是为了折磨玩家或者被别的武器替代而存在的，但我写这篇评测的时候才玩了1.3个小时，请别太在乎这句碎碎念 [/spoiler]
This game is PHENOMENAL! Once you get the hang of the movement system, every mechanic links together to throw you into a flow state, whipping around expertly crafted arenas, slaughtering your foes by using every weapon in your arsenal. The gunplay is solid, and when layered on top of the movement it creates a sublime experience worthy of its frankly excellent soundtrack. I think the digging aspect is kind of distracting, but having bullets and rockets rip chunks out of the environment is incredibly satisfying. Also, the BOSSES in this game are wicked! Very reminiscent of Shadow of the Colossus. What a good idea! This game is well worth the price of admission, you'll enjoy every second of it. Can I already be excited for a sequel?

Fair warning tho: there is no shame on using aim assist. You spend most of the time hurtling through the air at Mach Jesus, so you need it to land those slick quickscope kills.
