This game fits nicely within the Puppygames Universe Lore.
Very fun, playable game with lots of twists.
A fairly simple arcade shooter. It's fun enough, but doesn't really feel like there's a ton of variety.
You'll spend most of your time in Droid Assault playing as new Droids that've been added to your party. This happens because:
-Your existing allies cannot fully take care of themselves, forcing you to seek more.
-When you add an ally to your group, you're forced to move into the body of that new ally.
-If you transitioned into a Droid during a hectic moment, such as upon entering a map when you have the best selection of enemy Droids to hijack, there's a possibility your previous Droid will just wander into fire and die.
These things are all a problem because:
-There are armored Droids that must be faced with an upgraded or high-class Droid.
-The only way to effectively upgrade a Droid is to pilot it.
-The previous 2 points lead to favoring the player who is always piloting their best Droid, which can result in that best Droid dying or taking a lot of damage during the moments when you need to expand your pool of allies for safety.
The result loop feels more like trying to stay ahead of bills coming due instead of building and leading a counter-horde of Droids. Add in the annoying battery mechanic, which limits your shots and leads to a lot of wandering around doing nothing, and the extremely samey environments, and you have one very disappointing shooter.
It's alright for an old game, lots of levels and different bots to control. It can get a bit repetitive.

I could have finished the game a lot earlier but I fell for the cuteness of these miniature futuristic droids that were spamming my screen with beams and bullets. So it took me but time.
Overall, it felt like a joyous roller coaster ride that is neither too fast nor too high, but just a ride that will bring you back to the starting point in a wham. In between, you may get a little bored but when the finishing line seems to be near approaching, it all kinda start feeling refreshing again. So, neither over satisfying, nor an under satisfying one. But certainly worth playable for once or twice.
Can't get it to run in fullscreen, even after following the suggestion in the pinned post. :(

Puppygames are a trademark you can trust. Great arcadey games that look amazing and have their own style. Their catalog is pretty unstoppable.
Excellent game with incredibly good graphics and sound design, as well as a vast variety of enemies that you can control. While its story is relatively nonexistent, its arcade-style gameplay is addictive and strategic. Its main issues are technical ones from the engine getting long in the tooth and unable to support modern controllers and resolutions, though it also suffers from bad hitboxes in some cases, iffy balancing between levels, and annoying flicker effects. Nevertheless, it's worth the price of admission due to its very solid and fun core gameplay, and luckily you don't have to restart from scratch if you lose, as there are handy checkpoints throughout.

HOnestly pretty confusing, but that's of little consequence when you enter a room with your tame droid squad and just start blasting AI's.
Flavor text teases an interesting lore and a dark sense of humor loosely reminiscent of Portal's.
An arcade top down shooter with an interesting gimmick. Wreak havoc on your enemies until you have enough energy saved to wrest control of one of their droids and add it to your ever growing squad.
The game isn't too complex and the difficulty rises gradually toward the later levels where it really takes a spike up. I'm not sure you're meant to make it far past 50, unless I was playing completely wrong.
I'd have liked to see more of a way to command your legion or give them general instruction, as it is they just sort of meander around and shoot whatever wanders in. I'd have also liked either a bit more weapon energy or a faster recharge on many of the bots - shooting and then having to wait 2-4 seconds really breaks apart the flow of the action.
Aside from my quality of life suggestions above, there are no real problems with the movement, sounds, music, or mechanics as they stand. It's well made for what it is. I think the standard price of $12.99 is a bit high for this however, I would only recommend it on a good sale to coop with a friend for an evening or two.

It's kind of a cool arcade game. Not sure it quite deserves its 13$ price tag to be honest. I'm giving it a positive review because i had a lot of fun with it for a dozen hours, but i would definitely recommend getting it on sale when you have some extra buckies left on your budget.

So I loved playing this game, for about a week I played it on and off for about 11 hours. the art style and music brought such an excellent feel to the levels, the mechanic of switching robots was incredibly interesting and I'm sure better players then me would be able to use it to such a higher level. And I find it obvious that a good amount of love and care was put into every part of this game. So yeah, it is quite fun which is why this next part really sucks.
The last time I tried to close the game after I played it something went wrong with the game and steam, steam kept insisting that Droid Assault was still running and steam would not let me close it, and droid assault would have a white tab open behind all of my other ones and would not close itself. for four days as I tried to fix the problem by full restarting my computer, uninstalling the game and letting the battery die on my computer, none of these had any effect on the bug. I was unable to access my desktop and eventually I tried the last resort of fully uninstalling and un-purchasing the game through the steam app on my phone.

So unless someone could let me know what specifically happened here or knows that this problem was in some way fixed I cannot recommend this game.

Awesome little top down shooter game about leading a small army of robots around clearing enemy ships out. There's a good variety to the robots you can capture each with different stats. It's simple but fun, getting a bit more challenging towards the end of it. There's a long enough campaign mode for the price and definitely worth playing!
Ehhhh... I'd say pass. The screen moving with my cursor is incredibly disorienting, no meta currency, and overall I'm just not a fan. It was *ok*, but then again this isn't really my kind of game.
A top down twin stick shooter where you fight robots, and also can possess the robots you're fighting as a way to add additional lives and grow a little robot army. I felt like it was extremely fun until the end game when the AI controlling your spare robots because too much of a liability and you're losing your backup robots left and right and the battles become too hectic to easily replace them.

Droid Assault ist ein "Arena Shooter" in der Topdown Perspektive, bei der man in begrenzten Gebieten alle Gegner erledigen muss, um den nächsten Level freizuschalten. Dabei spielt man einen Roboter, der Gegner übernehmen kann um sie seiner Gruppe zuzufügen, man muss jedoch aufpassen, dass man nicht alle seine Roboter verliert, da man sonst verloren hat. Die Grafik ist nicht wirklich gut, das schießen funktioniert mit der Maustaste und ist durch eine Energie Anzeige reguliert. Da man sich auch nur durch generische Räume ballert hat mir das ganze für eine halbe Stunde Spaß gemacht. Dafür ist der Vollpreis überzogen.

Fun arcade style shooter where you can capture robots, upgrade them from drops. You have a few options in this game. You can either make a super bot, or capture a bunch of bots and slowly upgrade them as you play.
The game does lose some appeal after a few hours, but was a fun experience regardless.
Admittedly, it is a bit up there in price. But I find that it was worth it. You develop numerous playstyles by carefully picking the droid you overtake, or you can simply go all out and overtake all the droids you can. Either way your going to end up with a powerful army that decimates your opponents or 1 incredibly strong droid that you controls and that is perfect for carefully planned assaults. Definitely a fun and creative game that anyone from any skill level would enjoy.
Felt uninspired. May be for you if this type of game is you jam.

Droid Assault is essentially the more thoughtful, more methodical, tactical version of Ultratron. Droid Assault is a fairly simple, top-down view, third-person perspective tactical-action game in which you electronically possess robots and then use those robots to either destroy or take possession of other, increasingly difficult robots. Supposedly, this all takes place in some sort of massive, dystopian, multi-level (more than 50 levels) underground facility in which all the robots (and all the facility’s gun turrets) have begun to aggressively malfunction. Despite its absurdly simple premise, Droid Assault is a surprisingly good game as nearly all of its gameplay elements are well executed. Droid Assault is further enhanced by a beyond-cool, dark, cartoony-retro visual style most closely reminiscent of classic arcade Robotron. If you’ve ever played Puppygame’s Ultratron, Droid Assault is basically done in the exact same style and players who like Ultratron will probably like Droid Assault (and vice versa). As with Ultratron, Droid Assault’s difficulty ramps up fairly slowly but can become extremely challenging by level 40. After level 50, the game’s difficulty becomes frustrating.
This game reminded me of: Ultratron (almost the exact same visual style, controls, sound, etc.), Tron (due to the glowing neon colors), Robotron (robots running amok along with their general cartoony style and visually simple designs), Robot Wars (An old DOS Friendly Ware game in which you control a robot and tactically seek to destroy enemy robots in a series of arenas), Corridor 7 (An old DOS first-person-perspective action game wherein you travel down through a facility which is overrun with aliens, systematically clearing level after level of enemies. Though it had poor graphics (similar to Wolfenstein 3D) it could be a creepy at times), System Shock 2 (Though much less complicated, Droid Assault has a similarly oppressive, paranoid atmosphere as you hunt enemies in different areas) and Alien Syndrome (an old 8-bit NES top-down view action game wherein you clear not-too-bright alien enemies from a series of levels.
The Good:
+Good (though simple/retro) graphics with nice colors and cool intentionally glitchy video (you can turn the intentional graphical glitches off) though the effect is not extremely obtrusive.
+Good (though fairly simple) sound.
+Occasionally creepy ambient music.
+Good, highly responsive, highly precise controls.
+This game can be played cooperatively though I have never actually tried this.
+A really great, cool visual style.
+Simple gameplay mechanics, the vast majority of which work well.
+A large number of levels (over 50). I’ve only gotten to level 56 and do not know how many levels this game actually has.
+A wide variety of enemies.
+Challenge increases slowly but steadily until it becomes hard by level 40 and seemingly impossible after level 50.
+A special Christmas mini-game (which I have never played because I have never played this game near Christmastime.
The Bad:
-Simple, easy controls which nonetheless cannot be customized or rebound to other keys.
-Bad enemy and friendly A.I. Enemies are extremely stupid and though each robot type has its own, unique behaviors, they generally don’t seem remotely intelligent or cooperate or use anything resembling actual tactics. At least they don’t all automatically act like they know where you are though, making use of line-of-sight just as you must. However, when outside of their fields of vision the enemy robots appear to forget about you.
-Friendly units AI is just as bad and tends to act so stupid as to be suicidal, constantly getting themselves killed, usually leaving you with a team of 1, especially in the later, more difficult levels. This severely limits the game’s tactical possibilities and replay value.
-No particular ending? When I completed level 50 I got a steam achievement saying that I had “Completed Arcade Missions.” After level 50 the levels become extremely frustrating, often putting you at the center of rooms filled with powerful and fast-moving enemies. I am not certain if it is possible to actually get to the game’s final level and even if it is, I am uncertain if it is worth while to try. There appears to be no Steam Achievement to reward anyone for doing so.
-Only mild replay value. This might be a fun game to play over again from the beginning from time to time but as it appears to have no particular ending, has no strong storyline, is highly linear (the same levels in the same order each time you play), and no alternate endings (and possibly no particular ending at all other than your robot’s destruction followed by a game-over screen) the replay value is, at best, mild.
-Still a relatively short game in terms of gameplay time. I’ve only played this game for just under 7 hours so far.
-/+As with a lot of good (but not great) games, I have a persistent feeling that even more could’ve been done with this game and its formula. Multiplayer deathmatch and capture the flag modes would be nice for example. More levels or DLC would be nice too. I hope they make a sequel someday.

O game é divertido e bastante desafiador, me lembrou muito os jogos de navegador da época do click jogos. Um game bastante arcade, rápido com opção de co-op, que não pude explorar mas que serve muito bem para passar o tempo sozinho ou com amigos.
Comandos bastante simples, que fazendo a dificuldade ser aprender os inimigos e "aliados" visto que tem uma mecânica de "hackear" os inimigos para virarem seus aliados, o que gera um problema também, a IA (inteligência artificial) dos bot que são seus aliados as vezes acabam sendo MUITO suicida, o que dificulta muitas fazes, além disso tem chance de haver alguns drops quando um inimigo é morto, mas esse drop serve apenas para o personagem que pegou, não para o que você ta usando, fazendo com que você tenha que ficar trocando de personagem o tempo todo para pegar buffs com todos ou você acaba deixando um único "personagem" MUITO forte, porém quando ele morre, acaba sou jogo pois os outros estão muito fracos.
NOTA 4/10 principalmente pelo preço, R$20 conto nesse jogo eu acredito não valer, mas de fato é um jogo bastante divertido e desafiador, se tiver ganhado em um bundle ou algo do gênero, sugiro experimentar OU espere uma promoção grande no jogo.
Resumindo: Um jogo rápido e divertido que parece ter sido tirado de um browser, serve para passar o tempo e tem co-op. MAS NÃO VALE R$20

Muy bueno para pasar el rato
Droid Assault showcases again the nice dark pixel shading visuals that I can't get enough of that Puppygames implements into their games. But it also seems to have done some missteps in it's gameplay, which is unfortunate because this game is a cool sounding fun idea. Where you're a rogue droid, going up against an assortment of droids as you gun them down or attempt to hack them to make one a part of your squad.
My gripes with this game happen to include how it puts you in one of two scenarios with it's map design. You're either in narrow corridors where you're flanked by 2 - 3 enemies or you're in open like areas and you're flanked by 12 enemies all shooting at you. The asset textures of this game, isn't differentiated from what's pass through and what isn't. Take into account, like in the level 30 section. I'm stuck on a map where the outside walls are pitch black and you can't go through them, understandably. But there's these sections in the map where bullets can pass through and hover droids that effortlessly go through. Which makes for engagement a frustrating one. I'm not trying to say that there should be a wall in those sections, but there should be a texture difference for the player to determine what's a wall and what's a pit.
The cursor that you aim with is often off by 0.3px it feels like from where you shoot. Which makes hitting enemies unnecessarily difficult since a lot of them move slowly and have abilities that prevent them from spamming shots. Another gripe about the game is while I do praise Puppygames for their pixel art visuals. It hurts your eyes when you see how much they overdo glitch effects and it's why I couldn't tolerate Ultratron because it was nothing but bright colors and shifty glitch effects that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ with my eyes. You see it when you get a game over, it happens on the intro screen and during transitioning as well. It's too damn much to see and I know, they want to come off very technological and that when stuff malfunctions, it'll be like as if you're a machine or something. But it's too much on the eyes, sometimes.
I wanted to recommend this game but I can't under the circumstances that Droid Assault is paced poorly, it flaunts it's special effects too much for it's own good, it creates environmental unfairness for artificial difficulty and the progression is fundamentally half-baked.

I've mostly played the DRM-free Humble Store release of Droid Assault on Linux, so my Steam stats are a far cry from my actual experience with this game.
Droid Assault has you moving through various maps hacking into enemy droids and using them against each other. There are upgrades to your hacking abilities and maintenance for your (undestroyed) pawns every so many stages. The neon aesthetic both captures the arcadey vibe of the game and seems to reflect Puppy Games' style. WASD movement with mouse aiming, Linux and Mac support, and low hardware requirements make Droid assault all the more inviting. Best if bought off Humble Store as it's DRM-free, in cheap a four game package, and includes the Steam key.
[i]Droid Assault[/i] slots itself exactly between fast-paced action and careful planning, which is to say it sits exactly between those two things and doesn’t do either very well. Its top-down shooting mechanics feel like the perfect fit for a quick and dirty bloodbath à la [i]Hotline Miami[/i], but every enemy moves and shoots at a snail’s pace, and most of the playable robots are more or less the same.
The game’s particular innovation is that collected ‘transfer points’ can be used to control enemies and add them to your group of slow-moving, AI-controlled bots, which you can then switch between with the press of a button. A level ends when all the enemies are defeated or ‘assimilated’, and if I’m being honest the idea of spreading your influence between enemies one by one until you control most of the arena is the most fun I had in this game.
You’ll note that I said I liked the ‘idea’ of this, because in practice it’s not actually something you do in the game. The ‘assimilation’ control is largely worthless as anything but a way to functionally replenish your health by replacing your old body with a new one with more HP. The AI-controlled companions seem to do nothing but loiter around, occasionally engaging an enemy they stumble upon, but usually just hanging around the spawn point of each level waiting for you to die and need to take one of them out as your new player.
Honestly, I kind of wanted to like this one. There’s an idea here, buried beneath a thick crust of bland enemy design, bullet sponges that don’t actually pose a meaningful challenge, and general half-baked concepts of mechanical and aesthetic design. If potential fuelled anything other than conversations then [i]Droid Assault[/i] would be tearing past the indie competition, but it’s unfortunately more akin to the archaic arcade crawls of the ‘80s.
Cute little fun game everybody should play. Haven't had any balance issues and each level feels doable. I guess the only concern is if you have a game over and restart your droid roster on one of the later levels, but you can usually just steal a powerful droid then anyways.
This one, I think, works a little better than some of the other PuppyGames offerings. That's because you can steal whatever you want from the enemy defenses, so you're never too attached to the bots you've pilfered. If you lose something that you've been upgrading for a long time, yeah, it's frustrating, as is the inability to repair your minions, but you can always recover.
The concept makes the game stand out over other arcade-style offerings.

Very fun game, great sound effects, tons of levels with plenty of old fashioned arcade challenge and a unique leveling system where you possess other more powerful robots in order to "level up". Bosses are very challenging without being impossible.
[b] The Know [/b] - The first impression of Droid Assault will be that of your basic browser-based bullet-bouncing clicker shooter. It's true in it's simplicity, and yet I found myself developing new strategies on which droids to recruit and which droids to ignore and progressively increasing my High Score based on those decisions. There are certain frustrating elements to Droid Assault such as Squad AI and Red Alerts (spawning enemies if your score multiplier gets too high which can wipe your whole team) but otherwise I'd recommend it to high-score fiends and those who enjoy cute droids / blowing up cute droids. ~ [u] 5.5 out of 10 [/u]
[b] The Glow [/b] - The lighting effects in Droid Assault are pretty solid despite it's simple design. The lasers and environments along with the music make it feel like a fun robot-rave that you have all the invitations to. Not to mention I'd take any Droid Assault Trading Card Art and plaster it all over my stoner-den. Droid Assault has some of the best glowy content I've seen in this style of game. Hours of droid blasting fun. It reminds me of Paradroid on the C64. For $12 you can't go wrong.
Controller input is lazy and only gets to switch left and right for changing your current bot, unlike keyboard's direct jumping to bots 1-8, and keyboard inputs are disabled if you are on controller so you can't fix it with an out-of-game utility.
Also, the game does not work with Steam Input, so you lose the controller support entirely if you want to go that route (or need it for you controller) and have to build from mouse play. You can change the game's input mapping by editing a text file (config is not shown in-game at all), but this "prev/next" controller behavior is hard coded and not optional. Given that you use only two sticks and two buttons, there are more than enough buttons left for your eight bot force. Controller support also works poorly if at all in menus, so mousing there is generally just better.
Not being able to reorder your bots is a glaring omission, and the mark for which bot you are in from your list is practically invisible and needlessly useless in play.
Movement speed and view distance depend on the bot. Most bots are sluggish and too many are really excessively narrow on view, making them just not much fun to play. The game is overly easy outside the abusive "danger" levels, which are more annoying than challenging, but since it holds the previous checkpoint level states from your run (but only for your most recent checkpoint), you can skip the boring early levels when you come back to it, which helps some. The team aspect is fairly uninteresting as the bots you aren't actively controlling are like poor, slow, randomly wandering turrets. It might be better with direct jumping, but it isn't worth playing on keyboard to me just for that.
Overall, the game is kind of cute, but it's still mainly light, uneven fare that isn't worth much time or investment. It's not bad to play if you get it on an appropriately deep sale, but there are definitely better places to spend time.

Rogue-like game with minions. We play as a robot against other robots. We can hack them and recruit themselves into the team. Each type has its own parameters. Pretty good variability and replayability.

TLDR: No Xbox360 pad support. Shaky camera. Imprecise gunplay. Minimalistic sprites. Flashy effects. Recycled tilesets makes for samey looking environments cutting into fun of exploring.
Good game. found this again during the May cleanup and noted i have failed to give it a review.
Released many years ago and nowadays there are so many games that have similar looks like this but this one has got good mechanics and fun gameplay. Action is like old Paradroid on C-64 and Amiga with some fresh rules. The transportation mechanic (without the slow minigame) to take over targets is there of course.
Worth checking out as the game is high quality all over.
From the premium purveyors of stylish retro arcade action Puppygames, this small gem of a game modernizes and spins off Paradroid.
Instead of controlling a single droid, you take over droids that you want in your crack team. Interesting tactical and build decisions aplenty, as you first get to know the different droids, find your favourites, try to spread power-ups sensibly and keep your best ones alive, and then figure out your build strategy as you learn which levels spawn which droids.
It could do with a little random variety, and as with Puppygames often is, it ramps up real slow. You can start at a later level but IIRC you lose some score then. The "end-game" is a bit frustrating as well.
If you like droids, teams, a bit of character building, retro arcade action, definitely go for it!
This is probably not the best Puppy Games can offer, but Droid Assault is rather good action game anyway. It feels retro, and the gameplay is OK. I wouldn't recommend buying it at full price tho, it doesn't feel like a game for longer sittings, or something you could devote yourself for many hours. It feels like some kind of mini game that's fine for hour or so.

I was once a big fan of puppygames, but the sad fact is that controller support is often broken in their titles. And once broken, it seems they never get fixed.

Droid Assault is one of those hidden gems on Steam that I would imagine not many people know about. From back during its release date to today, it's always been a fun, arcade-y game that you can simply pick up and play. It has some very fun and surprisingly intuitive mechanics that make for a solid experience.
In Droid Assault, the (somewhat excuse) plot is that you are with a multi-billion dollar corporate entity called Omni-Corp (very original), who design and manufacture combat robots. Well, guess what? All of the robots in a bunch of facilities went rogue, and you have to capture them and use them against each other. What you'll find is that there are many, MANY models of bots, all with different weapons, locomotion, armor, sensors, etc. to fill specific needs. Many bots are for civilian use, others are for military. Blasters, machine guns, machine gun blasters, rocket launchers, grenade launchers, and flamethrowers are all par for the course.
One thing that Droid Assault definitely gets right is the "Transfer" mechanic. Throughout the game, you accumulate "Transfer Points", which are basically depletable points denoting how many (or how high-level) robots you can wrest control of at any given time. By holding spacebar or RMB, you can target enemy bots and see how many points they require to capture. If you have enough points, you can hold your cursor directly over them if you're close enough and spend some transfer points to convince them to switch sides. When you have more than one bot on your team, they will walk around aimlessly and occasionally assist you. At the end of each round you get to view your team and select which bot you'd like to sortie with on the next run.
I think even with all of these cool things, my absolute favorite part about Droid Assault is actually the in-game lore. When you capture a bot and take it with you to the next level, among reading its stats you can look at a conscise biography of the bot's use and possible deployment. This adds quite a bit of color and flavor to otherwise mundane bots. You'll see anything from basic bots meant to guard public places and employees, to bots designed to disarm bombs, to hovercraft bots with flamethrowers designed to infiltrate swamps and burn guerrillas, to mass-produced cheap replacements for soldiers popular in China. I really like this about Droid Assault, because it gives the cute little guys a big, scary personality.
Overall, I would highly recommend Droid Assault to anyone who has a soft spot for arcade shooters and (softcore) bullet hell games. For the full asking price of $10 for an indie title that's over 5 years old and not seeing any more major development though, I feel it's a bit steep. Wait for a sale if you can. $5 or even $7.50 seems pretty reasonable for the package you'll get.

Le jeu n'est bien qu'en coop peut être. En solo, les niveaux et les ennemis sont génériques et se ressemblent tous (regardez les captures d'écran sur la fiche du jeu). Les bots qui sont nos equipiers servent encore moins qu'un robot aspirateur. Le prix est un peu cher (heuresement je l'ai eu en bundle).
Decent twin-stick shooter. It's a remake of the Commodore 64 game called Paradroid, where the player takes over droid after droid, to use their increasingly superior abilities. This game is not very strategic, as it might appear: only one droid can be used at a time, upgrades are obtained through random drops, and no information is given about new droid abilities. This game is mostly about dodging bullets, in a cyber-tron setting, with some very good visual and audio effects.
Also want to highlight how Puppygames was one of the biggest supporters of linux gaming, back before Steam made it so much more accessible. All fans of the penguin computing should have a couple of these games in their library, because they continue to make these great games with linux gamers in mind.
I played this game on many versions of Ubuntu Linux. It runs great even on very old desktop comptuers. I had one major technical issue, where the gamepad controller will not work. Linux gamers have to use WASD and mouse. The game requires 375 MBs of diskspace, and it uses a Java Game Library Project engine.

Перед нами простенькая по механике и более-менее требовательная к игроку аркада, в которой мы бегаем за небольшого дроида, которым разносим врагов на запчасти. Разбавлено всё это возможностью захватывать вражеских дроидов и добавлять их в свой отряд смерти. Ну давайте же разберёмся, почему я не советую эту игру.
Плюсы:

[*]Механика отряда не работает вообще. Как уже сказано, мы можем собирать себе отряд дроидов, взламывая вражеских. Кого взломали, того и получили в свой сквад. Поначалу данная механика даже интересна, но чем дальше в лес, тем бесполезнее. Очков для перехвата обычно хватает от силы на 2 дроидов, зачастую и вовсе на одного, так что собрать полный сквад из 8 дроидов почти невозможно (опять же, во второй половине игры). Но самый кошмар в том, что все захваченные нами дроиды работают согласно крайне дeбильному искусственному интеллекту, ибо все ваши взломыши мгновенно подыхают под любой вражеской атакой. Они не умеют уворачиваться, отступать, отсиживаться за укрытиями. Вообще. Так что даже если у вас есть какой-то убербот с неисчерпаемым запасом энергии, высокомощным оружием и 300 очками здоровья, то он легко и без проблем сложится в первом же бою. Так что после 25-30 уровня игра превращается в беготню одним дроидом против десятков вражеских.
[*]Идиотская камера, которая не стоит статично и не двигается за персонажем, нет. Она двигается за, мать его, прицелом. С непривычки такая камера может даже вызвать головокружение.
[*]Турели, которые покрыты атакуют постоянно и при этом закрыты непробиваемой бронёй. Нет в отряде ракетного дроида? Ну что ж, терпите, в таком случае турели отключатся только после прохождения уровня.
[*]Динамика игры не меняется на протяжении всех 50 уровней. Из-за этого игра быстро надоедает.

Я поиграл в игре всего пару часов, но при этом она мне зверски надоела и я даже делал перерыв в полгода между сеансами игры. Не советую к покупке, даже по скидке.
