Usually when i have a neutral opinion on the game, I just plaster "recommended" there. However, this one is an exception.

This is a beautiful-looking game with lovely sound design and great characters. Is it buggy? Well, it's Unreal Engine, so that should answer the question. Plenty of bugs. Some stall progress. Some are softlocks. Some are hardlocks. Way too many HUD locks. Way too often input won't work properly or at all. Way too often cameras don't switch as they should, leaving you to move your character while the camera faces a blurry wall/box/pot/curtain/car texture.

However, despite the constant bug frustration, I would gladly look past them and post a good review if it was a good detective game. And a good detective game it was not. Where it fails miserably is at writing.

This is not a detective story.

It has detective elements, but a villain jumping like a Jack in the box in the literal last three minutes of the game (I am not exaggerating - not even the last chapter, it is in the very end of an epilogue) is just bad writing. A detective game should lead the player to uncover the mystery on their own, they should feel invested, they should feel smart, and they absolutely should be able to place the pieces of puzzle on their own and get without the shadow of a doubt who their perpetrator is. And what we get, is them jumping out all of a sudden, looking like salmon hiding in raspberry bushes.

Eliminating suspects was good, and ngl, the first suspect I had was the one that actually was the criminal, but just because this is how it usually works in real life - not a single(!) thing until a revelation at the end of "I am an assistant dentist" even remotely hinted at them, and that's just a bad story.

You don't do plot twists with no leads to them for detectives. It feels cheap and disappointing - as if nothing you did for the whole ten hours of gameplay mattered at all. An insult to the player, and no one likes being insulted.

Bonne immersion dans le jeu.
Le suspense de l'enquête reste jusqu'au bout.
Nombreux choix dans les paramètres, ce qui fait que le jeu se joue selon les envies de chacun(e)s.

Petit bémol : Il faut un temps d'adaptation pour diriger le fauteuil roulant du personnage principal, j'ai donc choisi de jouer SANS CHRONO pour pouvoir jouer sans stress, vu les difficultés a diriger le personnage, a certains moments.
En dehors de ce petit inconvénient, je recommande ce jeu, car l'enquête est vraiment captivante.

It´s in my favourites now.
A very well written game, with a lot of riddles and possibilities to think and overthink.

I took my time, as always. The graphic, mimic and movement of characters are great. The music is great and it´s like an interactive thriller.
I could see the love inside from beginning to the end and nothing feels rushed.

挺有意思的，就是主角的轮椅视角太难受了，尤其是强制视角行动时，一旦走错了，人都看不到了。整个流程一直都没有把开头动画联系起来，原来反转在这里。本质就是一个找东西的游戏，看到那么多成就没解锁，才发现居然漏掉了那么多东西（虽然在老妇人家里就有预感了，因为很多道具没用上）。推理只占很小一部分，找东西和解密才是大头。

I really wanted to like this game because of all of the great reviews; however, I primarily play with a controller and this game was too difficult to move around with a controller. Even when I switched to keyboard, I had difficulty. I don't like that you can't move the view around to see your surroundings. I couldn't even get out of Conway's apartment building to go speak to the McKees. When I got to what I thought was the front door of the apartment complex, there wasn't an option to interact with the door so I was stuck in the lobby. Also, from just about an hour of gameplay, I find it odd how quick this retired PI is to jump to conclusions. For the first hour, all you do is take pictures, navigate your character, and listen to a bunch of dialog. You don't even get to make dialog decisions.
I do enjoy the art style though, so there is that positive note. Overall, it turned out to just not be for me.

J'ai continué juste pour l'histoire.
Appart l'histoire, et les phases d'indices, j'ai détesté.
L'exploration" par exemple qui est juste insupportable, le nombre d'aller/retour que j'ai fais LENTEMENT.
Oh et y'a des bugs aussi. J'ai passer environ 2 heures sur quelque chose, et enfaite, c'était un bug. (Je parle ici du bar quand vous devez vous occuper du baril de bière, si vous ne pouvez pas tourner le double de gaz sachez que c'est un bug).

Vous attendez pas non plus à pouvoir vous tromper, c'est impossible, c'est purement exploration et contemplatif.

Ça doit être super a regarder en l'ets play monter.

Игра представляет из себя простенький квест в духе старой школы, но слегка упрощенный, как мне показалось. Слушаем диалоги, задаем уточняющие вопросы, ищем нужные предметы, продвигаемся по сюжету. История сама по себе трагичная, как никак похищение ребенка, это и по сей день вызывает ужас в обществе. В сюжете, помимо главной сюжетной линии, раскрываются и личные истории остальных персонажей, что неплохо так помогает общему пониманию мотивов тех или иных людей. И на удивление, мне не понравилось играть за нашего героя, во-первых, чисто игро-механически управление неудобное даже на геймпаде. Во-вторых, когда ситуация действительно того требует, например не вызывает полицию, поступая очень эгоистично, напоминаю, на кону жизнь ребенка, а ты инвалид, прикованный к креслу, ну и да, кричать в темном подвале, где вероятно может быть похищенная девочка «Шарлотта, ты здесь?» очень умно со стороны человека, который работал с криминалом большую часть жизни. Но это все мелочи, по большей степени на удовольствие это мало как влияет. Если вас не пугает неудобное управление, щепетильные темы, связанные с похищениями и насилием, и вы любите старые добрые квесты, то игра вас не разочарует.

I loved it. The tone is calm but heavy, the writing is excellent, and the setting feels very lived-in and believable. It takes its time, but in a way that really works — letting the mystery sink in and gradually become more unsettling. There’s very little “gamey” stuff here, and that’s exactly why it works so well. It’s a thoughtful, mature mystery that trusts the player and stays with you long after it ends.

评论里吐槽的轮椅行动麻烦，解密操作反人类都是小case。整个流程都是门外汉的水平+残疾人的速度+未成年的情商，剧情推动全靠生硬转折，这一切结合到本该经验丰富游刃有余的退休侦探+警察女儿组合上，就是从头弱智到尾。
更可怕的是真凶，那奇烂无比的演技从头到尾都在高喊“我的嫌疑最大”，居然没人怀疑？这到底是怎么设计的？

I finished Dahlia View (adventure/mystery game) on Steam (PC). Took like 22h or so. More so than anything, the story was great, which has some excellent twists & turns in the story. Game was good, as you investigate a missing person in the 50's in a small tight-knit neighbor. In this game, you mostly solve puzzles and stuff of that sort.

You play as Conway, a retired investigator who is now in a wheelchair - so, yes, you will move around and roll around areas & even need to use the wheelchair to your advantage to solve a few puzzles. Since you need to learn the control schemes - esp. w/ the game-pad, as left stick is used to move forward and back & right stick spins the wheelchair around - so, you'll need to get used to this. Once you do, it's just a super-cool mechanic here and makes me feel like I am Conway, which is great on the immersion factor.

Also, this game oozes personality & immersion with its characters and also w/ the way you can investigate almost any object, look at it up close, move it and spin the object around, and manipulate the object in many ways - which reminds me a lot of Gone Home and Shenmue. There's plenty of Lore to read and find, so you can understand these characters (who they are, their background, and why they are the way they are) and to also try to solve this mystery.

From HLTB (How Long To Beat), looks like many finished in the 9-12h arena. It took me a lot more (22.3h), as I did get mainly stuck on what feels like "pixel hunt" type of stuff - finding that one thing I need to move on, one area I missed, or one piece of evidence to progress the story - since there's often so much to interact with. So, that meant lots of backtracking to find that "one missing thing". Puzzles weren't difficult or how to crack, as they weren't say Myst series type of difficult. Puzzles and whatnot were not that hard here, as most were easy and logical - but it often felt like I was just missing that one thing to move on.

Regardless, game ran great and looked fine at 1080p60fps most of the time. Story, character, and plot stuff was great. Immersion factor was great. And the game itself was pretty good, feeling like a classic adventure game w/ some modern twists to it. Easy recommendation here. It was really good, at the very least.

Ganz furchtbar und unsympathisch. Alles ist fuuuuurchtbaaaaar iiiin diiiieeeee Lääänge geeezooogen. Alleine im Intro steht ein Mann minutenlang vor einem Haus und nichts passiert. Die Grafik ist seltsam rot-stichig und mit unrealistischen Farben. Die männlichen Charaktere haben überbreite Schultern. Der Sprecher ist ebenso sehr unsympathisch. Als ich aus dem Fotografiermodus nicht mehr rausgekommen bin, weil keine Taste dafür angezeigt wurde, ist mir der Kragen geplatzt. Deinstalliert. Der Originalpreis 30 Euro ist der größte Schlag ins Gesicht der letzten 10 Jahre PC-Spiele.

I can’t recommend Dahlia View in its current state. In just one hour of play, the game crashed around 10 times! The lock picking puzzle couldn’t be solved on my handheld due to a bug, and the bag flying around like it lost gravity completely breaks the experience.

It’s a shame, because the game is genuinely beautiful, with well-drawn environments and good voice acting.

Collecting clues was fun, and I enjoyed the puzzles—even if they were a bit too easy. But the clue board, where you draw a red thread between clues, was just a boring chore.

Troppo narrativo, poco videoludico. L'Indagine è troppo guidata e manovrata dal narratore. Sia il protagonista che il giocatore restano nel buio più totale fino all'ultimo momento. Si gioca ma non ci si sente coinvolti. Non c'è margine di azione. Tutto ciò che ci viene permesso è di unire i puntini che gli sviluppatori ci hanno preparato, che tra l'altro a lavoro ultimato continuano a non dirci nulla. Non ci è permesso di risolvere da soli il caso ma neppure di fallire. Ciò che con Dahlia View si è ottenuto è una visual novel tridimensionale dai controlli scomodi e frustranti unita alla risoluzione di piccoli labirinti da risolvere in carrozzella, quindi cercando rampe, ascensori e codici. Non è proprio quello che uno si aspetta quando legge slogan del tipo "Prendi l'indagine nelle tue mani".
Magari da provare per le atmosfere alla Hitchcock; con una Londra che sembra il Bronx, ma che cattura l'occhio. Ma temo non ci sia altro di positivo da dire.

Great game, brilliant and attentive devs and some great accessibility options! Had this game a couple of years now and played through a couple of times. Most recently utilising the brilliant accessibility settings the devs introduced last year(?) as well chapter select to help with achievement clean up. Story great and intriguing from start to finish. Voice acting some of the best I have heard in a game. I did originally buy during a sale so I will say great value for money. Finally the dev's! Honestly some of the most attentive and responsive dev's I have ever come across in the Indie gaming world. Happy to help on the Steam boards, help with any issues you have or just providing fixes or hints if you need them. Cannot wait for whatever they are working on next.

Wem Logik nicht so wichtig ist und wer darüber hinwegsehen kann, dass ein ehemaliger Polizist seine Ermittlungen hauptsächlich durch wiederholten Einbruch, Diebstahl, Nötigung und Sachbeschädigung vorantreibt, der kann mit Dahlia View sicherlich glücklich werden. Mir persönlich war die Story aber zu abstrus um dem Spiel noch eine positive Bewertung geben zu können. Das ist sehr schade weil das anfängliche Setting sehr vielversprechend war. Das "Voice Acting" war sehr gut und auch die Grafik war ansprechend. Leider hören damit die positiven Eigenschaften auf. Die Schlussfolgerungen die während der "Ermittlung" gezogen werden sind oft sehr konstruiert (Praktisch jeder der Reinigungsmittel im Haus hat kann in Dahlia View unter Mordverdacht geraten). Zu Beginn der Spiels habe ich noch versucht, meine Spuren zu verwischen, weil ich angenommen habe, dass Hausfriedensbruch eigentlich negative Konsequenzen haben müsste. Bei Dahlia View ist das aber kein Problem sondern gehört offenbar zur guten Nachbarschaft dazu (Eigentlich kann man machen was man will, man wird bei absolut jeder Ermittlung erwischt). Dass der Hauptprotagonist im Rollstuhl sitzt ist toll, allerdings weiß ich nicht, ob es irgendwo auf der Welt (und schon gar nicht in den 1950ger Jahren) rollstuhlgerechte Autowerkstätten gegeben hat. Solche Settings führen nicht dazu, dass die Geschichte glaubwürdiger wird. Grafisch fand ich das Spiel wie gesagt ansprechend, allerdings sind die festen Kameraperspektiven teilweise ein Problem. Manchmal verkeilt man sich so mit dem Rollstuhl dass man weder vor noch zurück kann. Eine eigentlich sehr schön gedachte Szene enthält eine Art Kamerafahrt die dem Protagonisten folgt und sehr schön aussieht, solange man dem Weg folgt den das Spiel vorgesehen hat. Weicht man allerdings vom geplanten Weg ab verschwindet der eigene Charakter plötzlich im Nirgendwo. Nach jedem Level wird das gesamte "Diebesgut" auf einem "Detective Board" analysiert. Dieser Prozess ist durch eine teilweise hakelige Steuerung eher weniger unterhaltsam. Leider lässt das Spiel auch nur eine einzige Kombination als Lösung zu obwohl auch andere logische Kombinationen möglich wären. Obwohl das Spiel durch eine "eingeblendete Dahlie" einen Speichervorgang anzeigt kann es sein, dass man nach einem direkt folgenden Neustart in einem anderen Raum landet. Nach 15 Stunden Spielzeit war Dahlia View beendet. Abgestürzt ist das Spiel nur einmal. Aufgrund all der oben angeführten negativen Aspekte kann ich Dahlia View leider keine positive Bewertung geben. Wenn überhaupt sollte man auf einen Sale warten. Bei einer etwas logischeren Story wäre meine Bewertung sicherlich sehr viel positiver ausgefallen und es ist Schade dass soviel Potential verschenkt wurde.

Sono fan sia dei walking simulator che degli investigativi e quindi Dahlia View (un tempo Conway: Disappearance at Dahlia View) ha subito attirato la mia attenzione. Ho aspettato un po' per provarlo perchè qualcosa non mi convinceva, ma poi mi sono deciso e ne sono rimasto soddisfatto in parte.

Strano lo stile estetico, di base realistico ma con un po' di cel-shading per non esserlo del tutto. Buone le animazioni, per quanto siano quasi sempre scriptate, ma ci sono un po' di bug grafici e il ray-tracing risulta rotto, generando troppe ombre e occlusione ambientale che creano artefatti e rendono persino invisibili alcuni oggetti interagibili. Rivedibile anche il comparto audio, con una colonna sonora quasi inesistente e un doppiaggio (solo inglese come i testi) mediocre.

Il gameplay è abbastanza interessante, sembra una sorta di avventura grafica ma in 3D, con movimento libero (eccetto nell'esplorazione di alcune stanze) e alcuni elementi investigativi basilari ma ben riusciti.

Tremenda la gestione della camera, che è fissa e a volte fa uscire il personaggio dalla visuale rendendo difficile farlo tornare indietro perchè non lo si vede più. Originale invece l'idea del protagonista sulla sedia a rotelle, che permette di rendere un enigma anche l'esplorazione, dovendo superare ostacoli fisici.

Carine anche le fasi in cui bisogna utilizzare una macchina fotografica dalla propria finestra per spiare i vicini in modo da ottenere spunti e indizi. Queste sono tuttavia molto basilari e non prevedono abilità in quanto i personaggi non si spostano finché non viene immortalata la scena e non è quindi possibile perdersi qualcosa (una meccanica legata al tempo non avrebbe guastato). In generale l'intera avventura è piuttosto facile, spesso si capiscono i risvolti della trama prima che lo faccia il protagonista. Solo alcuni puzzle ambientali li ho trovati poco chiari e quindi difficili, il resto scorre a tratti senza una vera sfida.

Di conseguenza, ancora più del previsto, il focus è la trama che per fortuna è solida e piacevole. Il protagonista è un detective privato in pensione che decide di aiutare un vicino per il rapimento di sua figlia. Questo porta ad indagare ogni famiglia del quartiere, svelando misteri e collegamenti tra i personaggi coinvolti. Il finale è potente ma anche un po' casuale, inaspettato e forse per questo affrettato, risultando d'impatto ma non del tutto convincente.

In conclusione, Conway è un discreto prodotto, che nasconde dietro un'apparenza da investigativo quella che di fatto è un'avventura grafica in 3D. Il gameplay è limitato e piuttosto semplice mentre la storia, pur oscillando tra prevedibilitá e casualità, è buona e intrattenente. La durata di quasi 10 ore non è proibitiva ma neanche trascurabile, portandomi a consigliare l'avventura solo ai fan del genere e soprattutto dell'atmosfera, che risulta essere di gran lunga l'elemento migliore.

Dahlia View ist ein Krimi-Adventure, das beweist: Ein Spiel muss nicht perfekt sein, um richtig Spass zu machen.

Das Spiel dreht sich um einen Ermittler im Ruhestand im England der 50er Jahre. Die Hauptfigur setzt sich selbst in den Unruhestand, als direkt vor seinem Haus ein Mädchen entführt wird. Also beobachtet und verdächtigt man nach und nach alle Nachbarn, um die zentrale Frage zu klären: Wo ist das Mädchen? Wer hat es entführt? Und weshalb?

Das Herzstück des Spiels ist ganz klar die spannend erzählte Geschichte. Nein, sie ist kein absolutes Meisterwerk, aber doch solide geschrieben und v.a. spannend bis zum Schluss. Dazu tragen auch die atmosphärische Grafik, der passende Soundtrack und vor allem die hervorragenden (englischen) Sprecher bei.

Bleiben wir noch bei der Story. Diese entfaltet sich in einem guten Tempo. Auf tolle Art und Weise werden Fährten gelegt, bekommt man leise Ahnungen, wo das Spiel hingehen könnte, aber wirklich aufgelöst wird das Ganze erst ganz am Schluss. Alles andere als selbstverständlich ist dabei, dass die Fäden wirklich zusammenkommen und Sinn ergeben. ja, es ist nicht die beste Geschichte aller Zeiten, aber doch gut geschrieben und bis zuletzt fesselnd.

Nervig an der Geschichte ist in erster Linie die eingeflochtene Vater-Tochter-Geschichte: Die Tochter der Hauptfigur ist Polizistin, die den Fall auf offiziellen Wegen ermittelt. Natürlich steht das im Konflikt mit dem Vater, der auf eigene Faust ermittelt. Das darausfolgende Drama fand ich aber ziemlich mühsam und letztlich künstlich und unnötig klischeehaft.

Auch sonst gibt es ein paar Nickligkeiten: Die Steuerung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil man einen Rollstuhlfahrer spielt. Das ist manchmal etwas mühsam, aber nicht tragisch. Was mich mehr irritierte, war der unrealistische Anachronismus: Wie barrierefrei angeblich das England der 50er Jahre war, mit Rampen und Fahrstühlen überall, das wirkt schlicht unglaubwürdig, wird aber wenigstens sinnvoll ins Gameplay integriert.

Von Bugs, über die andere berichten, habe ich nichts mitbekommen. Bei mir gab es null Probleme. Nerviger waren da für mich ein paar wenige Rätsel, wo die Lösung sehr unklar war. Diese waren aber zum Glück die absolute Ausnahme, denn die meisten Rätsel haben einen sehr gut balancierten Schwierigkeitsgrad. Wirklich mühsam dagegen waren die Schlösserknack-Minispiele. Diese lassen sich zum Glück per Accessibility-Option entschärfen, was ich spätestens im letzten Drittel dringend empfehle.

Aber all das sind Kleinigkeiten im Vergleich zum insgesamt sehr positiven Gesamtpaket. Man bekommt hier einen stimmungsvollen und schön inszenierten Krimi, der mich rund 10 Stunden – für mich eine perfekte Länge – gut unterhalten hat.

Fazit: Für Fans von Krimis und Adventures ein echter Geheimtipp. Toll inszeniert, gute Geschichte, gute Länge. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Let me start by saying that I absolutely love this game. I am a big fan of the genre, and this title definitely stroke me where it needed to. And that is probably the reason I will have to offer a few of words of criticism. I will try to avoid spoilers, but I will talk about the endgame, so you have been warned.

First thing people may notice while finding this game, is the similarity to Alfred Hitchcock movie ,,Rear Window". And if you liked that movie, the game can definetely give you a right experience. The atmosphere is really spot-on, wheeling around seemingly empty houses as a frail old man can keep you on your toes. Main character's motivation is engaging and understandable, and voice acting really well done - with important factor that main protagonist's voice is very soothing. It is also quite interesting to play a character who's on a wheelchair - not often that happens, even less so in a serious manner. The parts where you take pictures of your neighbours and connect clues are definetely the best in the game. It gives you the right feel to it - like this is something you actually do, those are [b]your[/b] neighbours that you are watching and suspecting.

And this is where the problems unfortunately begin, because taking pictures and connecting clues are only small part of the game. I understand that it might have been hard to create an engaging experience where all you do is looking at scripted scenes, and the parts where you snoop around other people's houses [b]are[/b] very athmosperic, but overall the game consists mostly of adventure puzzle-solving, and they aren't that intellectually challenging. I also have to mention the little things, that some (like me) may find frustrating. Dialogue options are completely useless. As far as I know no matter what you choose, you'll still get what you need. It's especially evident the first time you are presented with the dialogue option - your character will say [b]the exact same thing[/b] no matter what you chose. We also have this useless mechanic of picking-up unimportant object, which you may be familiar with from other titles, but this game takes it to extreme - with whole sections of tables and shelves that offer absolutely nothing. Nothing to pick-up and rotate, nothing to comment by the main character. It would work better if the player would have to decide which evidence is important and which is not, but that's not what happens. Therefore the gameplay itself is technically well-made, but not great, and is mostly saved by the thriller envelope.

And when it comes to the plot, I have three things to say. First of all - I am not a fan of how the daughter character was presented. I understand that the writers wanted to provide some conflict between the two characters, but I also think that since the story already puts you in a wheelchair of a father, it would be better if there was more cooperation between the two (like in the [spoiler]Crow's Nest[/spoiler], instead of [spoiler]Tony[/spoiler]). If Catherine was given more legitimacy considering her occupation. She is, after all, a grown woman, so it would be nice to see that Conway raised her to be independent. And while her investigation does provide you with some important conclusions ([spoiler]and she does save your life in the end[/spoiler]), I can't help but feel you did most of the work for her, while she was consantly complaining about your involvment. We simply do not [b]see[/b] her help enough to feel different about it. Not to say that Conway is innocent. No, far from it. He is a menace. He lies to his daughter, spies on his neighbours, tempers with evidence, impersonates a police officer, and breaks into other people's houses because of a hunch. This actually makes me raise another subject - if you have issues with law-enforcement, and especially a bad experience, you may not like this game. I myself am less critical of sheer existence of the police than some people, but I do like to think I am capable of seeing the fundamental problems with those institutions. This game presents you with two approaches - a man who doesn't respect other people's privacy, and a woman who tries to do everything to the last letter of the law. Both approaches can be extremely harmful to society. Take it as you will.

And when it comes to conducting an investigation there is one unfortunately big issue with the mystery side of the plot. I absolutely hate the conclusion. Nothing, [b]absolutely nothing[/b] you find during your illegal escapades gives you any evidence leading to the actual perpetrator. Your character figuratively stumbles, and hits the answer with his face, by just a little more than a total accident. More than that - you, the player, knew it was going to happen before you even reached the location where it happens. Not by any proof, but by quite predictible story construction - there simply [b]had to be[/b] something more. Your character not only had nothing on this person, they were [b]convinced[/b] about the guilt of someone else - someone they publicly accused, and very questionably interrogated (threats were used - again: take it as you will). Conway's insistence on his wrong conclusion icks me the most. I can understand lack of evidence, but if the main character is [b]so[/b] intelligent, they should instinctively know something isn't right. That something is missing. Especially since the person they accused had [b]no motive[/b]. And that person's life was almost utterly ruined (not to mention the missing girl), if not for a little more than a total accident. In the end, when the real perpetrator told Conway ,,You are really good at this", what I, the player, answered was: ,,Well, apparently not really".

Then there are some unaswered questions, that I would like to see concluded. [spoiler]What actually happened to Lady Doerr's child? What was the motive behind the affair? Desperation about rent? Expensive gifts? Thrill? Will the husband learn about it? And where exactly did they find the missing girl?[/spoiler] Some can say that it's not impotant, that the information given were enough. Well... I am curious, I can't help it.

Let me say it again - I really love this game, and I can't believe it isn't more popular (I literally learnd about it three days ago). And I feel obligated to say that despite all my complaining, I still do [b]like[/b] Conway and his daughter. Yes, I think some of the writing choices were poor, some of the things they said were wrong, some of their decisions were dumb, but I still consider them likable and rightfully motivated, and I find the conflict between them believable, with both sides arguments being sound, and most of their shortcomings addressed in the end. The game was a great experience, and the bad things about it didn't make my fun time any less fun. I wholeheartedly recommend it to fans of detective stories, thrillers, Hitchcock, and so on. If you think that my review was way too negative to justify the recommendation, then I am afraid that's because I am not skilled enough of a writer to talk about the good things more profoundly. It's always easier to criticize after all.

Muy buen juego del estilo detective y buscar pistas, e intentar resolver un caso.

De que va la cosa, sos un detective privado retirado, y en sillas de ruedas, con las limitaciones que eso conlleva. Secuestran una niña en tu vecindad, y empiezas a investigar a los vecinos, pretendiendo resolver el caso, siendo que el personaje tiene a su hija en la policía y le pide reiteradas veces que no se involucrara.
De eso, sale que visitas a tu vecino, te colas en la casa de otro como allanamiento, y luego seguís buscando en los hogares de dos mas, y lo distraes para poder revolver en su casa, o esperas a que no se encuentren para allanar la morada, y simplemente buscas un pretexto para entrar a tocar cosas y desvalijar pertenencias, buscando pistas que lo involucren, y vas descartando a quienes (si bien todos tienen algo que ocultar); descartar a quienes no están involucrados en el secuestro.

Casas llenas de cosas sucias, secretos y pasadizos ocultos, cosas raras de cada vecino no te llevan al verdadero secuestrador. Al final de cada investigación hay que vincular las fotos y evidencia para ver si están involucrados o no en una pizarra interactiva.

El final fue medio mehhh, yo me había ideado algo mas siniestro y que fuera una mejor sorpresa para concluir el juego, pero fueron por un final medio simple.[spoiler] Yo quería que fuera la hija policía la secuestradora con alguna razón oscura y bizarra, pero no! termino siendo otro del barrio nomas [/spoiler], sorprende: sí, es fabuloso el desenlace: no.

Recomendado, requiere prestar mucha atención para ver como relacionar las cosas (si la pegas de una y sin ayuda da un logro, que no logre sacar ninguno je) Es un 7 de 10. Entretenido y bien llevado, hay una parte donde se pone interesante, y el resto del juego es pelear con tu propio ego de super detective.

Bardzo fajna przygodówka.
Trochę jak interaktywny film, ale jest też trochę do myślenia. Jak się utknie to gra daje podpowiedzi, więc dadzą sobie w nią rade nawet ci którzy nie czują się dobrze w logicznych zagadkach.

I wanted to like it, but sadly the game has a lot of small things that end up overshadowing the few good things it does.

Art style and setting are pretty good. Voice actors did a good job, but the audio mixing in the game is all over the place, sometimes the audio will sound crisp for one character and then sound like a voice recording with lower quality for a character thats talking to you right next to you, the audio sources sometimes are wonky too, like you keep noticing how the volume change from right to left channel all the time when the camera slightly moves and ends up distracting from the game itself.
The camera might be one of the most frustrating parts i've encountered alongside controls, both are borderline bad. The camera will change angles and you need to guess if the game is showing a prompt to interact with a shelf or other object because from your perspective you cant see the promt or it will change when you wanted to get a better look at one thing and put the camera further or at a worse angle. Movement is pretty clunky, even if the main character is in a wheelchair it felt like it was done to pad out time or something.
Story isn't that bad, but its filled with bad choices to justify the story instead of making it good, they make the characters do incredibly stupid choices and mostly the main character, for beign a retired investigator, he does an awful job at following procedures and looks like a rookie making mistakes, his personality comes out as a jerk who doesnt care about anything not making him any more likeable, in the end it ended up beign a bit of a slog to finish it.

I didn't have any gamebreaking bugs, and performance was good, the game is capped at 60 fps i think.

Overall, it's really hard to recommend this game when there are others in the genre much better and i see they put a good amount of effort into it, but it's flaws shine more than its strong points, would only recommend grabbing it really cheap or bundled and if you want it because you like both the setting and the genre. Otherwise play something else in the genre

A great adventure game with puzzles that need a bit of thinking but are not complete bs! I don't want to spoil anything so I'll just add that the wheelchair movement felt smooth and the story was engaging throughout the whole thing. My only two minor nitpicks are that the dialogue volume was inconsistent when playing the game on speakers (it's probably a bug as I didn't had the same issue on headphones) and that although I liked the story, Conway at times felt more like a curious citizen obsessed with detective works rather that a proper ex-detective.

Decent game. The MC is in a wheelchair, so moving around can be a nuisance. Can't skip dialogue, getting all the achievements can be tedious (I decided to not to try to get all of them).

However, after beating the game, you get a kinda New Game+, where what you collected and know carries over and you can 'scene select' (chap select kinda) to go back and try to get the remaining achievements.

Overall decent, not too long, recommend only if it's on sale or you can find it in a bundle

I have mixed feelings about this game. On one hand, the story is magnificent, love the suspense, it really keeps you on your toes. The great voice acting, detailed environment and intersting visuals make it even better. On the other hand, the pacing is awfully slow and the game has a fair share of annoying bugs. If you want a cinematic experience this thing is alright. Just don't expect anything life-changing.

Es un gran juego. Muy cinematografico. El misterio y la intriga te obliga a jugarlo casi todo de corrido. Creo que esta bien logrado el metodo de deduccion de las pistas. Pocos puzzles, un poco facil, pero la narrativa hace que no te des cuenta o no te importe eso.
Visualmente es muy lindo el juego, buenas expresiones faciales, muy buen voice acting, muy mal lipsync.

Lo recomiendo fuertemente para los amantes de juegos de deduccion, misterio, detectives, narrativos, y con buena historia.

It's 2025 and I can confirm this game is still buggy as hell. The game crashed a total of 13 times during my playthough and had to force close it. 3 of those occasions were during a long cutscene so I had to watch it multiple times before i could proceed. I was worried I wouldn't actually be able to finish the game. I also got physically stuck on a few occasions and had to reset. There were also frequent occasions where I couldn't pick up items I needed so assumed they were set dressing and didn't realise until I got stuck later and had to go back. I managed to get through the whole game and... it was fine. It's an ok story and I probably would have liked it enough if not for the bugs

As positives - the graphics are very nice and the voice acting and writing is excellent, but I had several issues with the game that caused me to quit early:
- For me, a lot of the game felt forced into a pre-determined narrative. It didn't feel like I was investigating. More like I was just going through motions and being forced to investigate things or go down paths that felt like dead ends because the story/world isn't very open. You have to go the way and in the order that it tells you so using deductive reasoning and such is shut down. I also found it frustrating that the character would make notes in the notebook with which I completely disagreed and there was no option to chose responses to others when talking.
- The controls are just... off. Navigating the main character is frustrating and not consistent. Some level of this may be on purpose as he is in a wheelchair but it was so clunky and the camera angles kept changing so much that you get confused. You're behind, then in front, then hovering above, then next to him, then weirdly close, then in front again... just all over the place. In addition I often would move my mouse and then feel stuck at edges. At one point I got stuck in Mrs. McKee's bathroom because the mouse wouldn't swing back to the door and the wheelchair wouldn't roll at all. I was always very aware that I was navigating on a keyboard and mouse, which takes away from getting absorbed in the story.
- Something is wrong with the inventory objects. I had some disappear. Then it let me use wrong objects (that's fine, trial and error) but it wouldn't let me undo the wrong object. So I had to restart and hope the last save point was prior to that point.
- Finally, the game crashed on me a few times. I've played many games on this computer, this game is the only one thus far that has done that.

I thought this was a fun mystery game! I enjoyed poking around different houses and the deduction bits. The controls drove me a bit up the wall (I understand why they wanted movement to feel challenging, but I wish the point of view could have been first person. Often times I would get stuck behind a wall and not know which way I needed to go because I couldn't see my character). Still, I would recommend it to people who love detective games!

My mum came to visit me over Christmas and she was always a fan of watching my brother and I play adventure games when we were younger, so I purchased this to occupy our evenings.

We both got bang into the storyline and the somewhat haphazard detective techniques of the main hero Mr Conway.

Overall it was an enjoyable game. Puzzles not difficult so would have preferred more of a challenge here. Ending was a little rushed IMO too but otherwise we got our moneys worth and were able to immerse ourselves into the criminal goings on of Dahlia View. We enjoyed ourselves playing this, so much so, my mum even made me stay up till 3am one night playing so we could finish it.

It's ok - doesn't reinvent detective games, but does a decent job of being one. The style of it is pleasant, and the voice acting is really good. And I think the story is rather decent too. It's fully linear, and doesn't allow you to fail in any way - but that's not a problem. Playing through it was an enjoyable experience, and that's what it is about.

After beating Dahlia View, below are my thoughts:

Pros!
- Top notch voice acting! Haven't played a game with voice acting this good in a long time. The lip sync is somewhat off when someone speaks though. No big deal for me personally, but noticeable.
- Visually appealing, great design of the overall neighborhood and characters.
- Puzzles/Evidence are somewhat challenging without being too difficult.
- Great narrative with a solid ending *imho*.

Cons!
- The controls on the main character are often times tedious and slow, but you play as a man in a wheelchair, so that's understandable.
- The camera angles are somewhat frustrating at times when you are trying to navigate around.
- Experienced minor bugs, like the "F" prompt wouldn't show up to look closer at things. No crashes or anything else major.

My Overall Rating: a solid B.

"Worst Detective Ever" is a great game to show how NOT to be a PI.
Conway is personally responsible for 90% of the disasters in this game.
Which is funny because the steam achievements also don't work, so we can all feel like less than adequately mediocre.

So why the recommendation?
Because the fact the game is bugged and silly means it is EXACTLY like real life.

i only have 3 hours playtime because i had to restart twice due to game breaking bugs that forced restarts, both early in the game, one with the piano puzzle getting stuck and another soon after with a door prompt not showing up.

devs keep slowly pushing updates they say fix things, while replying on the forum they are unaware of any game breaking bugs so maybe this will finally get their attention.

not worth the cost even on current sale.

[h1] A solid 7/10 type game. The game isn't a particularly inventive or innovative one, but it still provides an atmospheric enjoyable experience despite some defeciencies and perceived flaws. [/h1]

I'll begin with something I wouldn't outright call "Negatives" but aspects still worth mentioning:

The game really doesn't include a ton of actual deduction, it is "Clue Retrieval" at it's finest which we have seen from many middle of the road detective experiences. It's extremely linear & safe in that department.

You enter an environment, you search until you find all the evidence you're supposed to find. You cannot miss anything, you cannot make a mistake. It's literally not possible. So much so, the game will literally disallow you from proceeding to further segments until you've found everything & exactly what the game needs you to find. You will find what the game tells you too, and you will reach the conclusion that the game tells you to. You have no say in any of this. There really isn't a ton of thinking involved. You don't make your own conclusions, you cannot be wrong.

Now I do hold some reservation in calling this a flaw, so much as I'd instead call this a differentiator. It's not bad, it just different experience then what you may be expecting. Despite the theme and advertising of the game, it's 100% more of a Story/Narrative game then a Deduction one. It didn't cause it to be a bad experience mind you, I still had a good time and enjoyed my experience. But it certainly is an on-rails story experience infinitely more then anything, so I'd advise acknowledging this beforehand if that's an issue for you. It wasn't for me.

Now here are the things I would call a flaw:

1) The game's completely unnecessary insistence of having live physics. It's like the old Jurassic Park meme "Scientists Were So Preoccupied With Whether Or Not They Could, They Didn’t Stop To Think If They Should". They really didn't need to try it with this type of game at all, but insisted on it, while never actually polishing it so it's glitching out constantly.

It's such an odd self inflicted wound because the game is basically 90% on rails slow and/or cinematics, completely absent of the type of dynamic movements that would actually warrant this inclusion. It's a slow-paced game with minimal environmental navigation. You're a guy in a wheelchair lol. Is it really necessary for your bag and camera to have physics when you're moving at a snails pace?

Unfortunately they've deemed the answer to that question as yes, and you spend the game frequently watching the objects on your wheelchair constantly spazzing out erratically like a Bethesda game. Then you got a couple of the female character's wearing long draping clothing, which again for some reason they felt the need to make live physics based. [/url][/b] For a game that so heavily relies on immersion, it certainly betrays it's own immersion alot with this.

2) The game's Camera angles. Now I get the whole unique aspect of the character is that he is Wheelchair bound. Movement is clunky and cumbersome, because let's face it, being in a wheelchair is realistically clunky and cumbersome. THAT isn't a flaw. Aside from it being slow paced, it's not an issue and doesn't detract from the experience. But the issue lies with the Camera and how it interacts with movement, which dynamically shifts around based on angles you enter/exit rooms. The problem is the camera glitches into stuck positions where you cannot actually see your character, and you cannot fix this unless you are able to finagle your way out of one room and into another to "reset" the camera. So multiple times in the game you're just stuck out view and you gotta basically try guessing your position and wiggling your character either into view or out of the room to reset. Not SUPER frequent, but just frequent enough to be irritating.

Now I'd like to end with the Positives as the game generally WAS a good, enjoyable experience:

1) Presentationally speaking, the game is pretty awesome. It's got a charming art style that is well executed, and the game is really atmospheric.

2) The narrative was a nice one, the characters and their lives are satisfyingly interwoven with one another, there are twists, and emotion is strongly conveyed. It's enjoyable to interact learn more about these people as the game unfolds.

3) The Voice Acting was excellent! Both the main character, and the side characters, there really isn't a single weak spot in this department. All of the characters are voiced extremely well, and the developer's diligence here pays off, especially for this type of game.

4) The environments are a real treat you explore. They are detailed, lived in, convey character and are visually stunning. The various objects, puzzles and areas you interact with are well done and satisfying. It's FUN going through rooms, and that's a good feeling.

5) Performance was rock solid, no FPS dips, no crashes and aside from the wonky physics, no glitches/bugs, nothing that inhibits progress or gameplay.

[b]If you can get this game on Sale, it's absolutely for the best. I got it for about 13 dollars and totally enjoyed the purchase and felt I got my money's worth. If you are a fan of slower paced, atmospheric games with a nice art-style, I'd definitely suggest giving this a go.[/b]

優缺點給大家參考

優點：
不得不說
一、過程中的解謎部分很有趣
二、像極了在看電影般的劇情及對話
三、破案過程中會有像檢警獲偵探的那種解謎線索板子，要自己想跟點選連結，這部分推理也很到位很讚

缺點：
一、整體的流暢度不佳-輪椅的操作有時候根本不順暢真的讓人很抓狂
二、出現了好幾次的BUG及閃退：
1.如進了廁所就沒有F可以按出不了門，只能離開遊戲重新進入
2.某個卡到某個東西後畫面就回不來了，被牆壁擋住看不到自己(太瞎了吧?)
3.最後的一次解謎線索版連結時不知會何一直閃退
總之這段可能是移植電腦版出現的問題，流暢度不佳
三、破了階段性的關卡後沒有交代劇情，有時候雖然想通了，但想看整個進程的畫面，破關的最後，居然沒交代夏洛特.梅是在哪裡找到的(?)
四、遊戲中的自由度很差，幾乎就是預設好的路線及畫面切換
五、全破之後，個人感覺劇情中的很多點都是刻意加上去混淆判案的，破了之後，細想內容雖然有許多意料之外的反轉，但是結束後居然覺得很不愉快。

this game doesn't exactly deserve a "thumbs up", but it's worth playing and it definitely doesn't deserve a "thumbs down".

first of all, it's not a walking simulator, cause the main character is in a wheelchair, so it's actually a wheelchair riding simulator, an arcade one, thankfully. however, if you're not into wheelchairs, this game may not be for you. but anyway you don't get to enjoy wheelchair riding, cause, despite there being two different movement modes, the controls are very clumsy, you get used to it towards the end, but in the beginning it's quite a pain in the ass.

well, maybe that's by design if the developers wanted the players to suffer as they would being in a wheelchair. the second unusual feature in this game, although it sort of implies the first one, is that it's focused on elderly people. in the end, the only reasonable people (minor spoiler alert) [spoiler]turn out to be the two elderly[/spoiler]. thus again, if this is not your thing, maybe the game isn't for you.

the third thing that needs to be mentioned is the shocking/disturbing scenes. thoughout the game you will be breaking beautiful things only to get your dirty deeds done. and in one of the final chapters you even (major spoiler alert) [spoiler]pour out a whole keg of fine ale[/spoiler]. i mean, i don't consider myself a sensitive person, but this is kind of too much, and there wasn't any warning. the game description says "general mature content", i'm not sure if it's general. so if you're a sensitive person, this game may be not for you, or at least be advised.

and lastly, about the game itself, as it's been already said, the game is linear and also quite short, and there are no choices that would matter or change anything. the game lacks features that would be useful, like skipping dialogues or restarting from a certain chapter. sometimes it becomes painfully slow, and of course there are bugs present. after Ether One, the puzzles are extremely easy, but for many it's definitely a good thing.

the story is actually a bunch of clichés, there's nothing original to it, and i must say i was disappointed watching the final scenes. and since it's a whodunit, you probably won't be playing it again, but the first run can still be an entertaining experience.

A great little mystery game brimming with the touch of White Paper Games. I have adored this company ever since Ether One. Their games always tell stories with such strong characterisation and Conway is no exception. The protagonist father and his relationship with the daughter, the odd-ball cast of characters and their visual design, all make you want to find out what happened. The puzzles are fairly straight forward and very much are there to drive the story forward.

I played for a total for 11 hours. If you are a fan of adventure games, mystery games, Alfred Hitchcock movies, English-post war-time dramas, then this game will tick all the boxes.

Pros
- Fantastic art direction and world build
- Fun connecting the evidence to the hypotheses of what people were doing
- Interesting story.
- Great characters and visual design.
- Some great facial animations to show emotions at key scenes

Issues
- some bugs where the world was in an odd state to progress certain puzzles. Returning to the home screen and reloading fixed all these bugs.
- I found that I missed some of the connections the main character made towards the end. Evidence is presented through the game and the main character implies that this shows that certain characters are the perpetrator, but it felt like some of those connections were thrown out the door towards the end.

All up, another great game from White Paper Games.

Ce jeu est une belle découverte dans l'ensemble, l'intrigue est captivante et bien construite.
Pour ma part, j'ai rapidement été absorbée par le jeu.
J'ai vraiment apprécié cette enquête et j'ai aimé l'idée que le personnage principal, Monsieur Conway, soit un homme âgé en fauteuil roulant.
Cela change des héros et héroïnes qui ont souvent le même type de physique, d'âge ou de personnalité !

Le principal reproche concerne la jouabilité (sur PC en tout cas), cela a été assez compliqué pour moi, j'ai souvent eu du mal à manipuler les objets.
La scène avec la clé au-dessus du billard dans le bar était horrible, je n'ai pu la réussir qu'en reconfigurant les touches de la souris dans les paramètres, heureusement !
C'est aussi trop lent et on a tendance à perdre patience, je déconseille ce jeu aux personnes qui souhaitent avancer rapidement et ne pas passer trop de temps à jouer.
Personnellement, cela ne me dérange pas trop, mais je sais que beaucoup auraient été agacés à la longue, c'est le principal défaut de ce jeu.

Pour le reste, à part le graphisme qui est assez moyen mais reste correct, j'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir tout au long de cette enquête. J'avais hâte de découvrir le dénouement final !

Spoilers sur la fin du jeu :
[spoiler]Le coupable, qui s'avère être le faux père de Charlotte May, ne m'a pas vraiment étonnée, car j'avais rapidement des doutes sur ce personnage dès le début, en raison de son attitude "gênée" lorsqu'on lui posait des questions.
De plus, on ne le soupçonne jamais vraiment, étant donné qu'il est le soi-disant "papa" de Charlotte May.
On ne va pas fouiller sa maison comme on le fait pour les autres résidents, et il va même vouloir participer à notre enquête vers la fin du jeu dans le bar.
Cela a tout de même été intéressant de confirmer tout cela et surtout d'avoir le dénouement, de savoir comment tout allait se terminer.
J'étais contente que la petite fille soit retrouvée vivante à la fin ; pour une fois, dans ce genre de jeux, cela se termine bien :) ![/spoiler]

Je recommande ce jeu à ceux qui apprécient les enquêtes, les thrillers et le mystère !
J'ai pris une pause sans jouer ni quitter le jeu pendant un certain temps, donc il faut prévoir en moyenne entre 10 et 15 heures, ce qui est raisonnable malgré le prix un peu élevé.
Cependant, l'histoire est vraiment intéressante et pas du tout décevante, alors n'hésitez pas à vous laisser tenter !

Un juego de aventura grafica detectivesca. No hay puzzle complicados, es bastante directo toda la trama de descrubir objetos y pistas asi que no vas a pensar mucho.
La historia atrapa, el final no es woooow pero safa. Un 7 puntos, para comprar en oferta.
Juego de maximo 10 horas para una partida, despúes mas si queres todos los logros.

打到第二章已经劝退了，制作方不能好好做做提示和视角吗？2024年2月了还能出穿模卡模型的bug，人卡在地下室里出不来你学育碧呢？视角非要锁死，那你能不能给个人性化一点的运镜，突如其来一个调查让我看右下角小屏，我都不知道自己在哪我怎么动啊，还不能中止调查去别的地方，非得在这一个地方卡完是吧？正常行走有时候你从一个门出来就找不到自己在哪了，我不知道自己在什么地方，不知道自己朝什么方向，和没头苍蝇一样乱转，这做的是什么玩意，解谜再优秀也得是个顺畅的游戏啊！而且游戏的互动机制我觉得做得很差，你做了一个动作，之后怎么把这个动作返回去基本全靠试和猜，你把互动机制做复杂了你就多做点提示，不是所有人玩个开头就随便上手，要不然你就彻底搞成点击，点一下拿走，点第二下放回去，我经常拿着一个东西不知道该怎么办，不知道是少东西还是我动作不对，不对的话该怎么搞，一头雾水。轮椅设定我不知道意图何在，给糟糕的移动机制找理由吗……这个游戏白送都是吃苦……强烈不推荐。

Я не могу сказать, что эта игра хорошая или плохая. К сожалению в стиме нет пальца по середине.
Мне было тяжело проникнуться историей в происходящее очень сложно поверить.
Создаётся ощущение, что разработчики были больше озабочены расстановкой пандусов, лифтов и подъемников, чтобы привести нашего [b]"детектива"[/b] к очередной сюжетной дыре.
Концовка дешевая банальность, которая ещё и перечеркивает всё, что мы делали, выставляя нашего [b]"детектива"[/b] старым клоуном. С таким же успехом это дело мог бы раскрыть мимо пролетающий Шьямалан.
Как детективчик на вечерок - пойдёт, но вряд ли, он оставит, какой то глубокий след после себя.

Отдельного упоминания стоит техническая составляющая игры:
Иммерсивное открывание шкафчиков зачастую больше похоже на пытку.
Пару раз ломались скрипты в баре, блоча прохождение, благо лечится загрузкой.

Really cool to see a protagonist in a wheel chair. Maneuvering in game is sometimes a humbling experience. Some of the in game mechanics are puzzle-y and somewhat challenging to figure out because there are no instructions. It was interesting to figure them out through my own trial and error. Story immersion was 10/10. After playing this game, I plan on going back and playing the others from this Publisher because I liked it so much. I don't think I'd necessarily re-play the game again just because there aren't a ton of different options, but I'll definitely be watching out for future titles from the Publisher as well.

This is an excellent mystery game, with a story reminiscent of Rear Window and other restricted-access whodunits, with a wheelchair-bound detective obsessed with a case emerging just outside his flat.

Gameplay is somewhere between the Frogwares Sherlock Holmes games and the Telltale graphic adventures, and leans into the frailty and two-dimensional limited mobility of the protagonist. The voice acting and dialogue is above average in all respects, the 1954 environment is authentic, and there's a fair amount of tension and creepiness throughout.

Most importantly, the payoff is satisfactory, much like if I'd watched a 6-hour episode of Vera (why don't we have that, by the way?).

I would ding it a bit for the lack of a manual save system that allows you to replay some moments, but I can understand why they didn't implement it. The story is almost entirely on rails and it encourages a replay for minor achievements, though I'm not the target audience for that.

Simple gameplay,
good story,
good experience.

It's a game quite suitable for those who like to see a good story rather than a pure gameplay. However, it isn't very comfortable to control the character due to fixed cam viewpoint and also it might be pretty annoying not to be able to see what you gotta see due to the perspective game gives to you. I ran into bugs sometimes and I needed to go back to the menu and load the game again to keep going.
In short, it's a pretty good game. 7/10

Just finished this. I could pick apart some of the small annoyances, or I could simply say that I was tremendously impressed overall. The writing and acting are uniformly excellent, and one late revelation got legitimate goosebumps and an involuntary "holy s***!" from me. I was gripped from start to finish by this missing girl and the effort to find her, and my only misgiving at the moment is that the year is likely too crowded with excellence for this to sneak into my Top Ten Games Beaten list coming together in these final days of 2023.

An excellent and mature and assured indie gem.

I've been keeping my eye on this game for quite some time and recently received it as an early Christmas present. I got hooked on it surprisingly quickly. It's rare to find an investigative game that so skilfully keeps the mystery going right to the bitter end.

I just had to keep playing to find out more about the facts and secrets I uncovered along the way. Some of the different stages of the game were tricky but with a bit of perseverance I made my way through it. The voice acting is satisfying and gripping, as well as the character design. The art style/graphics while basic were perfect and added more character to the game.

The story is incredibly well written and if I could wipe my memory and play it again, I absolutely would! If mysteries that focus on investigating clues and breaking and entering are your thing, you'll love this game!
