В далеком детстве играл в 3 часть на PS1, балдел безумно. Теперь наконец руки дошли до всей трилогии.
И надо сказать, я рад что 1 часть я пропустил тогда, она просто отбито сложная как в плане боссов так и уровней которые заполнены ямами, ловушками и прочей подставой, ну и условие не умереть ни разу чтобы в конце цветные камни забрать это вышка.Даже сейчас мне не хватило нервов добить несколько реликвий и одну из длц,разрабы тогда видимо курили что-то конкретное. 2 часть уже намного легче хотя бы в плане условий на цветные кристаллы и сами уровни в целом проще, но в минус к этому таймеры для реликвий задраны просто в потолок что даже с ботинками на бег не успеваешь. 3 часть просто пролетелась на одном дыхании за пару дней, не считая некоторых уровней.
Главное отличие от оригинальной версии-хитбоксы платформ и персонажа, у платформ они меньше чем сама платформа поэтому соскользнуть с края и упасть это раз плюнуть, особенно в первой части. Хитбокс крэша теперь овал вместо кубика благодаря чему ты можешь сдохнуть от любого врага или ловушки даже не коснувшись их визуально.
В целом годно ностальгически.

Tremendo tanto como remake como juego, 3 joyitas muy rejugables, solo que las hitboxes llegan a estar medio pendejas a ratos y que el crash 2 tiene un downgrade en el estilo artistico con respecto al original, fuera de eso es talvez de los mejores remakes de la ultima decada

Eu jogo esse game desde os meus 12 anos (tenho 37) e não posso falar nada contra, porque sempre me garantiu muita diversão, principalmente pelo replay das chaves. Até hoje não peguei todas de platina, coisa que tenho começado a dar atenção. Se você curte colecionáveis e speedrun, esse é um bom jogo.
Crash fez parte da minha infância, jogava desde os 6 anos no ps1, esse remake que fizeram ficou incrível, recomendo dms pra quem é fã e quem não for vai virar depois de jogar essa obra prima!

My favorite platformer of all time. I have been playing Crash since I was a kid and to me he has been even more iconic than Mario. The games do have a plot but it is very lite since the main course in this game is the difficulty, level design, and atmosphere. Would highly recommend this game to platformer fans who like a challenge and are not afraid to fail and die repeatedly.

Sane Trilogy, сначала просто думаешь: ну ладно, сейчас гляну, что там сделали с ремастером… а потом как-то внезапно ловишь себя на мысли, что сидишь и улыбаешься, потому что это прям флешбек в детство. Вот реально. Как будто снова включил старый PlayStation, только всё выглядит гораздо чётче и, ну, как говорится, по красоте. Тут, по сути, сразу три игры про Крэша, которые многие гоняли ещё тогда, когда диски были в коробках, а не в библиотеках Steam. И вот ты начинаешь бегать по уровням, разбивать ящики, уворачиваться от всяких ловушек — и понимаешь, что половину этих моментов ты где-то в памяти уже видел. Типа мозг такой: “О, я это помню!”. И это, если честно, очень кайфовое чувство. Геймплей, кстати, остался тем же самым — всё такой же платформер, где нужно прыгать, крутиться, собирать яблоки и стараться не улететь в пропасть. Но сделано всё аккуратно, красиво, и играется это, ну, крайне приятно. Не знаю, как объяснить… просто берёшь и играешь, и всё работает как надо. И вообще, вся эта трилогия ощущается как нормальный такой привет из прошлого. Без лишнего пафоса — просто берут классические игры, обновляют графику и дают тебе возможность снова в это поиграть. И, честно говоря, получилось прям блистательно. Для тех, кто когда-то рубился в Crash Bandicoot на старом PlayStation, это вообще почти машина времени. Короче говоря, Crash Bandicoot™ N. Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is a fantastic remake of the original three Crash games that defined classic platforming. The developers did an excellent job rebuilding the games from the ground up with modern graphics while keeping the original gameplay that fans loved. The worlds are bright, colorful, and full of personality, and Crash himself looks better than ever.
The gameplay is simple but incredibly fun—spin attacks, jumping over pits, smashing crates, and collecting Wumpa fruit never gets old. Each level feels like a challenge, and while the difficulty can be frustrating at times, finally beating a tough stage feels extremely rewarding. It stays true to the old-school style where skill and timing matter.
Another great part of the trilogy is the value. You get three full games packed with dozens of levels, secrets, and time trials, which means hours of gameplay. Whether you’re playing for nostalgia or experiencing Crash for the first time, there’s plenty to enjoy.

Das Spiel lässt sich ungenau steuern, sehr oft stirbt man weil die Sprünge nicht oder zu Spät kommen. Allgemein scheinen die Macher hier auch Schwer mit Unfair zu verwechseln. Wenn man mal schaut wie viele das Spiel beendet haben geschweige denn alle Achievements geholt haben dann spricht das Bände...
Aber hey, ist ja Crash von Früher da wird schon eine Positive Bewertung abgegeben nachdem man 2 Level fertig hat.
Wer auf Software von scheinbar Sadistischen Entwicklern steht und das Gefühl haben möchte permanent Verar....t zu werden sollte hier zugreifen. Alle anderen suchen sich lieber was besseres.

Coming from the PS era, this is a nice refresh to the franchise. Graphics and gameplay are both great, game can be challenging at times but very enjoyable when you get to complete those tough levels.
Trying to 100% complete each crash game is where the game got a little annoying, having to play the same levels multiple times can become very tedious.

It's honestly just a new coat of paint;
going into this remake after having played the original when I was a kid, I am disappointed that cosmetics was really the only change.
My major complaint is how unforgiving the game is when a hair follicle from Crash's fur brushes across the penguins skin and he dies instantly. Platforming is pretty difficult especially at the early parts of the game, feels like hard difficulty setting for most of the platforming levels.
Checkpoint system is not very forgiving either and you have to be very precise with most things in the game. I feel like I have put too many hours into the general progression of the games and haven't gotten very far because I wind up rage quitting after failing in the same section too many times. I understand that the levels are designed to be challenging, they're not supposed to be easy but I don't want to restart the entire level running the risk of dying along the way only to wind up dying at that same spot with zero lives left.
It gets tedious trying to get good at precise parts of the levels and I'm just trying to relax and give my brain something fun to unwind with and it's not very relaxing when these issues are just covered up with prettier graphics.
Altogether, this isn't something I really have the patience for;
I'm looking for a replayable arcade style game that is challenging but a bit more forgiving

Mantiene toda la esencia de los originales, con niveles muy divertidos pero también bastante desafiantes. A veces puede ser frustrante, pero justamente eso es parte de su encanto.

Плюсы:
- Абсолютно такая же физика
- Что в оригинале, что в ремастере остается отличное понимание местоположения Крэша/Коко, что важно для хардкорных платформеров
- Бурное восхождение (Stormy Ascent) для достижения. Это один из сложнейших уровней в индустрии, так что вы тут оставите от 3 до 8 часов на заучивание)
Минусы:
- Возможно, это частный случай конкретно с моим ПК - но залипает управление на клавиатуре. В первой части из-за хардкорности приходилось вообще переносить прыжок на ПКМ. Вторая попроще, и третья вообще казуал.
- Сюжет никоим образом не стал полнее, хотя учитывая, что 4 часть находилась в планах - можно было бы вполне немного подкорректировать нарратив
Вывод:
Это отличный образчик хардкорных платформеров "для всех", который испытает вас, вашу реакцию, ваше терпение и вашу усидчивость. Stormy Ascent буквально заставит вас биться в истерике, я обещаю.

the games are fun, and the general production quality also seems good (i have not played the original 3 games on PS2)
there is however 1 issue i've noticed with movement: in many of the boulder chase levels i notice crash
gets stuck on nothing for a split second, sometimes multiple times in the span of a few seconds, which makes said levels extremely annoying to play when the bug occurs. from looking online it seems common
if crash 1 feels dull, i recommend starting with crash 2. the gameplay feels more fleshed out & there's some more fun buttons to click/level types
very worth it if it goes on a big sale. perhaps even at full price if you don't have the original games on disc (to play on emulator ;))

these are very faithful recreations of the original games, with modern graphics. the controls remain the same for better of for worse. I've loved the crash bandicoot games ever since i was a child. highly recommend this collection.

What a blast from the past... I remember playing this on the XBOX when I was little. To have 3 different games in this pack is awesome! So perfect for any age to enjoy... Somehow it seems much easier now that I'm playing as an adult lol.

One of the best platformer games i ever played. If you played the old Crash Bandicoot you will feel a lot of nostalgia.
As a kid the only Crash game I ever had was Crash Bandicoot Warped, and since then I never knew what the other 2 we're like, when N. Sane Trilogy dropped, it was quite a gift to have all 3 remastered in one fine package, and it was quite a cool nostalgia trip for me, especially playing the entirety of Warped again xD
The gameplay is smooth, even improving on some games, Like Crash 2 adding Crash Dash on endgame, or even adding unreleased levels that was as tough as nails.
Some levels still retained their prime difficulty, and most of them still being a big of a hurdle to redo again, especially in time trials, and that's the best part about Crash, having difficult levels that make it feel worth getting an achievement/ crystal/ gem at the end. Especially on completionist, getting all those relics and bonus achievements was infuriating on some levels.
With all I can praise for this game too, the soundtrack, cutscenes and improved voice acting is just *chef's kiss*, like y'all know you didn't have to go all out with it but got damn!!!!!
If this game ever goes on sale though, pick it up, and if you want to put yourself in a platforming challenge, Crash got hands lmao

OVERALL: 4/10
Few games draw so much nostalgia for me as the original Crash trilogy. For that reason, I simply can't be unbiased in this one. Still, if you have no connection with these titles, you might find them fun enough. It won't be Mario, but it certainly won't be a super generic 3D platformer either. But rest assured: you'll get frustrated as hell trying to 100%(+) any one of them. Even loving it, I always get pretty irritated getting gems and relics in levels like Stormy Ascent, Sunset Vista (Crash 1) and Cold Hard Crash (Crash 2).
Even though I acknowledge that Crash 2 is the best game in the trilogy, the first one is my favorite. It's a bit slower, gameplay feels heavier, more impactful, and camera positions have a more distinct feel to them. It was originally the hardest, but N. Sane Trilogy brought some quality of life changes that made it easier to 100% than the second one.
Crash 3 is the easiest, and unfortunately pretty weak compared to the other 2. For the sake of variety, it added too many gimmicks and unnecessary power-ups that feel super wonky to use. Its best part was introducing 2 great characters: N. Trophy and Uka Uka... even though both were underutilized in the game (N. Trophy should've been the main villain, in my opinion).
Anyway, you should check out Sony's unofficial mascot from the 90s (now Microsoft owned)!

This, alongside the Spyro reignited trilogy were the remakes/remasters (idk whats the right one) I wanted to play since I could afford playing them when I was a kid. It was so much fun it is a must play. CB1 was the hardest by far (looking at your bridge levels), followed by CR2 and CR3, which was the easiest from the trio, but where I had the most fun because the mini games and power ups. You get a Bazooka after beating the 4th boss and that makes all the levels easier since you can shoot up enemies. I didnt like the racing games nor the aquabike levels in CR3 tho. I think my favorite one was CR2. It was really balanced

If you want a game with unfair platforming mechanics, this game is right for you.
I often find myself having to guess the distance I have to jump from the next platform because the camera angle is terrible -- not to mention to janky hitboxes.
Also, the distance between each checkpoint varies incredibly. Sometimes I find myself doing three jumps and getting another checkpoint; other times I find myself trekking the entire Amazon Rainforest without getting any checkpoints.
These errors within the game, although they may seem minor at first, really add up to create an unpleasant platforming experience from the 5 hours in which I forced myself to play this game.
I've never played any other Crash Bandicoot games until now, and if any of the other games are even remotely similar to this trilogy pack, I would stay far away.

Crash Bandicoot fez parte da minha infância, que foi cercada por jogos de playstation 1 e 2, mas esse em especial gastei horas a fio pegando referências e easter eggs com minha família no Warped. Poder jogar toda a franquia novamente e com um aspecto visual moderno, foi como mergulhar no tempo e vivenciar toda a diversão que uma tarde com minhas irmãs em frente a um console poderiam proporcionar. Eu gostei que no remaster eles mantiveram a jogabilidade original de cada um dos jogos, com seus defeitos e bugs, porque me fez lembrar de problemas que tive em determinadas fases, determinados chefões e na dificuldade em si de cada jogo, pois o dois mesmo é bem difícil pela jogabilidade dura que possui, mas faz parte do desafio passar por ele haha. Não tenho nem o que dizer sobre o visual de tudo, a revitalização gráfica foi muito bem feita e achei tudo extremamente bonito enquanto jogava. Eu recomendo demais a trilogia, tanto para conhecer, quanto para voltar no tempo e aproveitar como naquele período, os jogos são perfeitos. Joguem!!!

The Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is a solid remaster. It looks gorgeous at times and stays faithful to the original art style. That said, unlocking the framerate on PC feels unnecessarily complicated - why isn’t this straightforward? The default audio mixing also isn’t great. I had to tweak multiple settings and still never got it quite right. The background music should dip when characters are talking; that’s a pretty basic fix.
The first game, in particular, feels rough - even in this remastered version. The movement just doesn’t feel quite right, and the level design often seems actively hostile. If I’m honest, I’d probably recommend newcomers skip the first game entirely. The difficulty spikes are wild, and that bridge level alone is enough to push it into frustrating territory. Legitimately one of the worst levels I've ever played in any game. Ever. And then when you finally get though it, and start forgetting about your torturous experience there's a second one. My heart sank after realising I was going to be put through that torture again. Awful.
Thankfully, things improve dramatically with the second game. Everything feels more intuitive, especially the level design and secret placement. It’s much more realistic to discover hidden paths on a first playthrough without relying on a guide. In fact, I found myself going for secrets just to keep playing. I happily 100% completed this one and enjoyed almost all of it. A few weak levels hold it back - the jetpack stages are particularly rough, and the controls don’t do them any favours. Most of the bosses are also significantly easier than before. They were arguably too punishing in the first game, but here the balance swings too far in the opposite direction.
The third game, Warped, builds on Crash 2 by refining movement and expanding Crash’s moveset with new abilities. For the most part, it works well and is a great experience, though it falls just short of its predecessor. Another happy 100% completion for me here. The warp room structure feels like a downgrade, and I found it frustrating to figure out what I was missing to unlock everything. The overall difficulty is noticeably lower, especially the bosses. And unfortunately, the vehicle stages — particularly the driving levels — are atrocious. The handling feels unresponsive and awkward.
It's also a shame that we don't get more original levels from the developers, even as DLC. I know it's a remaster, but the one original level created by Vicarious is one of the best in the series with a decent challenge and more unique secrets. Not a complaint, just an observation. I'd like to have seen more of what they can do.
If you set the first game aside, this collection is easily an 8.5/10 and well worth picking up if you enjoy platformers.
Just like the Spyro trilogy, these are excellent remakes of games that were originally pretty good.
They're definitely kids' games. If you're an adult and have no nostalgia for the series, you're not going to find some masterpiece of movement tech or complex level design. These games are remembered because they have a strong visual identity, instantly understandable controls, memorable characters and environments, and because the original target audience were children who'd be impressed by a game being in 3D. That's not to say it isn't fun. Just simple.
It's good they didn't try to "modernize" these games. They're exactly as they used to be, only rebuilt with new tech. I respect the decision not to tinker with the gameplay. It's not trying to be a new game or a "reimagining". What used to be good is still good. What used to be frustrating is still frustrating. That's how a remake should be.

Summary: 3D platformer collection of 3 games
Personal notes: Crash Bandicoot the N. Sane Trilogy is a remake of three classic platforming games. You play as Crash, and sometimes Coco, two bandicoots tasked with saving the world multiple times from the evil Neo Cortex. Gameplay wise, you have to run, jump and spin through a multitude of levels across the three games, all filled with enemies and hazards alike. Despite looking simple, a good amount of it is surprisingly demanding lol. The remake maintains the level design from the originals which I thought was cool despite not playing the originals as it (I assume) accurately recreates them. In addition to this I appreciated the variety in level design itself, with a lot of the levels feeling very unique. The remake does however completely update the world with visual updates and updated animations/environments, all the while (looking like) it has maintained the original cartoon charm. Visually, I thought the trilogy looked great. It ran very well and looked smooth the whole way through. The soundtrack was also a strongpoint, despite turning annoying when I have fallen over & over & over. I actually recognized a handful of these songs despite never playing the originals which was fun. I will say however, I feel like accurately remaking a collection of old games is a double edged sword. This is due to the fact the design choices are still pretty dated. Without modern quality-of-life adjustments, I feel like frustration can build quickly for players used to more forgiving and up to date modern games. In addition to this I feel like I had to adapt to the camera angles, which is something I got more used to but was still slighty annoying to learn. Achievement wise, the collection was more challenging than I anticipated. Finishing the game itself was pretty simple but I was very surprised how many collectibles/secrets(gems) these games have in them. Plus the time trials that each game has, can be very challenging needing precision and memorization of the level itself. Some of the late levels in these games were very frustrating to complete fully! All things considered, I enjoyed my time with the Bandicoot trilogy, even though it reminded me how difficult and frustrating some older games can be. The gameplay is still pretty solid today and the updated visuals are a very nice addition. I would highly recommend this game if you enjoy more classic platformers or enjoyed the originals and want the best way to revisit them.

A great way to re-experience a classic.
I didn't just platinum the trilogy; I dismantled it. I mastered the neutral Spin Apex and Pogo Momentum to clear the entire series in under 12 hours of execution AFTER GETTING ALL THE ITEMS AND POWERUPS. If you think the physics are "broken" or the bridge levels are "luck", you're just playing it wrong. I beat the Developers at their own game on the two hardest levels which are Stormy Ascent (2:53:29) and Hog Wild (40:75) while clearing the bridge levels legit on the planks. No glitches, only used rope for RNG, and the rest with pure execution for the rest.

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is a nostalgic punch to the gut in the best possible way — all three games in one package, lovingly remastered with gorgeous visuals while keeping the brutal platforming challenge intact. Crash 2 is the clear standout of the trilogy, but Warped's variety and the raw, unforgiving difficulty of the first game each have their own charm. Fair warning: going for 100% or platinum relics, especially on Stormy Ascent, will test your patience in ways you forgot were possible. The controls feel slightly heavier than the PS1 originals and the hitboxes in Crash 1 can be infuriating, but these are minor gripes for what is otherwise a fantastic collection. Play it with a controller, brace yourself for a lot of dying, and enjoy one of the best platformer trilogies ever made.

This was a sentimental game for me in my childhood. I would have my dad play it for me because I was never very good and didn't want Crash to die lol. To see it come back to life was beyond exciting and I have loved every second playing this!
I played the first 2 games back in 2021, took a long break after that bridge level.... then couple of years later, I finished the third game which was more frustrating than difficult, but hey, that's just the crash bandicoot formula right? I don't see myself replaying these games, but I also don't regret playing them. 6/10
