Классный мелкий рогалик, где всё состоит из карт, и ты (сам карта) перемещаешься по картам, берёшь оружие и бутыльки, бьёшься с на удивление разнообразными врагами и мини-боссами, иногда заходишь в город, чтобы потратить собранные ресурсы на апгрейды. А в конце тебя ждёт полноценный босс на своей собственной локации с особыми правилами (либо можно уйти на второй круг — не совсем понимаю, правда, зачем).

Глобальные улучшалки тоже есть, как и большое число стартовых героев. В целом очень даже мило, шутливо и до некоторой степени стратегично. Сложность вполне умеренная, мне удалось забить финального босса, наверное, раньше, чем авторы рассчитывали.

You start on a 4 x 4 grid with a deck of 30 Ish cards. The deck is infinite, so the purpose of the cards is to improve your odds, like if you pick up a sword, then you’re more likely to get a sword the next time you burn a card which happens every time you move across the grid
I can’t do this game justice and y’all should appreciate the fact that I am trying to type this out on my steam deck keyboard and it took me no lie five minutes to write that first paragraph and then spellcheck it. But this game is so awesome. I just want more people to enjoy it.

玩过pyrene再过来，形式很像但是本游还是不太一样的。全部友方和敌方牌组成牌组，消一张生成一张，看见什么踩什么，大部分情况是“就近抄起武器就近抡”，没有太强“构筑感”，但也有独特的快节奏多巴胺。

В игре очень много играбельных персонажей + есть возможность создания перса с абилками под себя. Различных противников и боссов много, каждый ран будет своеобразен и не похож на предыдущий. Процесс игры достаточно медитативный, графика приятная и музыка не надоедает. В игре есть несколько игровых режимов, все достаточно бодро играются. Кооп не пробовал, ибо не с кем.
Отдельный плюс за нестандартные ачивки, бросающие интересный челлендж.
Проходится достаточно быстро и оставляет только положительные впечатления. Однозначно рекомендую.

敵を倒しつつ最終的にはボスを倒すだけという簡単な内容。
どことなくKrumit's taleとのゲーム性の共通点も感じる。
リソースもかなり単純で、体力と武器の耐久くらいしかない。(+敵には特殊技能の攻撃力がある)
武器の耐久というのも、別段攻撃力がある訳でもなく、
体力が減る前に代わりに減ってくれる数値ということで、結局は数値の比べ合いだ。
このゲームに日本語対応は無いが、読んでみても実用的なことはあまり書いていない。
基本的には実際に使ってみるのが一番だった。
基本のダンジョンループの他にもいくつかルールがあるがそちらは未経験、
ダンジョンループは何体かボスを倒すとゲートが出現し最終ボス戦に挑むか最初にループを選択する。
最初にループを選択すると左下のゲートランプが点灯し最大5つ分難易度が上昇する。
その状態で最終ボスを倒すとループが途切れ大団円となる。
ルールがよくわかってる訳では無くても何とかなるので程よい難易度で楽しめた。
Fun and addictive game. DEFINITELY worth the price! The endless mode is fun to just zone out to (at least until you get too cocky and end up dying!).
$5.99 is already a great price imo, and if you find it on sale cheaper, just get it!

Even after beating it the first time, I replayed a few more times to see the different bosses that can randomly appear. The zombie game mode is pretty fun and the endless fire mode was worth a play through.
I think the game has potential to do a lot more. If the developer is still making updates, I would recommend either increasing the overall difficulty or providing an optional harder mode. I would apply this to the extra game modes as well. I also think the zombie mode could have more upgrades in the base and a clearer progression to build toward, or possibly a final boss like in the normal game.
Those comments aside, this game is easy to pick up and learn and the ways different cards/weapons/enemies interact is fun to discover.
*Edit - I forgot to mention it runs great on the steam deck. The button hints are just for keyboards, but it's really easy to figure out and didn't get in the way.
It is a decent roguelite deckbuilder game, with a good artstyle and simplistic gameplay. The UI could be more intuitive and texture could be of better quality. Ultimately, it didn't really grip me and I wouldn't see myself playing more than 3 hours. It's dirt cheap on sale though, and for roguelite enjoyers, I would recommend.

card hog is a roguelike dungeon crawler. while very basic, it actually provides a solid number of hours for a cheap price, especially i discount. not a lot to say more than that. definitely a fan of this developer, i've completed all of their games now as of 100%ing this one <3
This is a card-based dungeon crawler where you play as a hog. As you progress you unlock different hogs to play with who have different perks. I liked the [spoiler] flamemancer [/spoiler] or whatever it's called. Playing the default game mode, "dungeon loop", you collect currency resources (gold and gears) mainly by defeating enemy cards, although there are a few other ways those resources will appear.
The longer you last in the loop the more cards will show up including weapons, perks, skills, mini-bosses, and, eventually, the main boss. Rest stop doors will also appear where you can dip in to spend currency to upgrade cards, add cards, delete cards, and gain some health before heading back into the dungeon.
I had a good time while playing [b] Card Hog [/b] but I think around 5 hours is my limit and pretty close to 100%.
Overall not too complex, runs are quick, there are a couple different game modes that offer additional challenge but mostly that challenge will come from endurance testing. I personally liked the art work - it smacks of a solo game straight from [b] PNPArcade [/b] or [b] The Game Crafter [/b] which I adore.
I didn't test multiplayer. I also didn't play with the sound on so I can't say anything about the BGM. I also don't know what the UPGRADES section is all about but it didn't seem to impact my experience. Achievements are situational and some are grindy but I think the descriptions do a good job of pointing you in the right direction, if that's your thing. I'm a few short at around 5 hours of play.
Worked great on Steam Deck and Desktop with no issues going back-and-forth.
The $6 feels about right to me and if I didn't have so many other games to play I might have played a little longer. If this were a mobile game it would probably be my go-to for waiting rooms and things like that.

Я грав у багато карткових ігор у цьому стилі на телефоні й дійшов висновку, що важко зробити такі ігри справді глибокими та цікавими. Те ж саме і тут — є певне різноманіття ворогів, але бракує глибини ігрового процесу, стратегічності та планування. Якщо хочеться просто бездумно натискати кнопки, гра може сподобатися, але якщо ти любиш карткові ігри саме за їхню стратегічність, то Card Hog навряд чи припаде до душі.

You have lots of cards to collect, several games modes, multiplayer (which I didn't do) and a workshop to create your own cards.
This is as good as I remember my first game in this genre. It only triggered a hunger for more of this.

Card Hog é um jogo de cartas em turnos onde você usará da nossa amada matemática para progredir, é um roguelitiznho onde você tem como objetivo deixar o seu porquinho vivo o mais longe possível.
Possui alguns personagens diferentes com cada um deles possuindo armas iniciais diferentes e "mecânicas" próprias, em 4 modo de jogo diferentes: O looping normal, o modo sem fim infinito até morrer, o modo apocalipse zumbi sem recursos e o modo fuja do incêndio florestal porquinho fuja.
Os modos são similares mas ao mesmo tempo diferentes onde importa, são até divertidos.
Sendo um jogo indie ele é okay, em 1 horinhas você consegue concluir a "campanha" principal.
O que esse jogo deixa a desejar é na isca, no anzol, que te prenderia a continuar jogando infinitamente, com 8 horas de jogo eu já havia terminado todas as conquistas e desbloqueado tudo, talvez se tivesse variações do chefe final quando você termina a fase do modo looping o jogo me prenderia mais.
Não acho ele um grande jogo, com toda certeza existem outros jogos de carta e roguelikes melhores pelo mesmo preço, porém se você já tiver jogado todos os grandes títulos, talvez valha dar uma chancezinha na promoção pra esse jogo, é uma jogatina casual boa para limpar o palato depois de jogos muito complexos ou desafiantes!

I really tried, and spent a lot more time than I should to realize this game is not worthy it, not even in a sale.
Pros:
It tries to have some variation with different oufits, but in the end the differences are so small that it doesnt matter.
Cons:
Its too simple, not in a good way, it is just boring. There is not much too see, too do, it is just a infinit loop of do damage, take damage, do damage, take damage. No choices, no strategies.
I would definetly pass on this one, and besides all that it is sexist, thre is only one female outfits and her power name is "boring", yeah, just like this game.
Want a great simple card game? Try Meteorfall instead.

Głównym celem jest przejście przez kolejne poziomy podziemi, walcząc z przeciwnikami i zdobywając coraz mocniejsze karty umiejętności. Każda rozgrywka jest inna dzięki losowemu generowaniu poziomów i możliwościom wyposażenia.
Grafika jest minimalistyczna, ale klimatyczna.
Rozgrywka szybka, dynamiczna i idealna na krótkie sesje - można zagrać nawet w kilka minut.
Mechanika jest intuicyjna, ale skrywa sporą głębię strategiczną. Wybór kart, kolejność ich użycia i zarządzanie zasobami to klucz do sukcesu. Gra szybko wciąga i trudno się od niej oderwać.

Hog Hog
Giochino carino, quando vi prenderà sarà bello che finito, ma ne sarà valsa la pena.
It's a nice and chill time-filler with just the right difficulty. Runs are random but still recognizable for you to master the movement pattern. Bosses are fun, mistakes are forgivable, grapichs are retro'ishly well-done, lots of chars to unlock, price tag fits the content, and completely DEI-free. Would be cool with some more background story for why the piggies are doing their piggy things, but that is just me. +1 for Groundhog Day ;) 7/10 would hog again.

Este juego es una mezcla de cartas, estrategia y cerdos. ¿Por qué cerdos? No tengo idea, pero ahora no puedo imaginarlo de otra forma.
En Card Hog, aparentemente te enfrentas a desafíos épicos, enemigos astutos y, quizás, a tu propia habilidad para tomar decisiones inteligentes (spoiler: no todos pasamos esa prueba). Es un roguelike, lo que significa que morirás muchas veces. Pero, honestamente, si vas a caer derrotado, qué mejor manera que hacerlo con un cerdo al mando.
Los gráficos son... ¿adorables? Sí, porque nada dice "amenaza inminente" como un cerdito pixelado que lleva una espada más grande que él. La música debe ser pegadiza, porque siempre lo es en estos juegos, pero admito que mi imaginación se limita a tararear el "cuac-cuac" de un cerdo mientras escribe esto.
Dicen que puedes desbloquear cartas, habilidades y otras cosas que probablemente nunca entenderé del todo, pero que me harán sentir como un genio cuando las use accidentalmente bien.
¿Lo recomiendo? Claro que sí. Aunque no lo haya jugado, sé que cualquier juego con cerdos, cartas y caos tiene que ser al menos un 8/10.
Ahora, si me disculpan, voy a buscar si hay mods para jugar con un cerdo ninja.

A pretty good card roguelike. I'm not a fan of how the game can go from baby-time easy to super difficult within a single turn. The balance of which cards spawn is a little off, the should definitely be a limit on how many enemies are on screen depending on which new cards get pull after one is used up, especially due to a lot of cards being able to summon enemies, like the cave and the boss slime early on. Needs some polish in that department 5/10

Great little game with impressive small details everywhere.
这个机制非常眼熟，去掉roguelike部分，相似度80%的我能找出来很多。不知道这类游戏有没有什么通用称呼，发源又是哪里。
就这个游戏而言，这里的roguelike加的还是非常成功的，节奏很快，也很有趣。美中不足是教程并不够明了，缺乏详细的说明。比如通缉令接了之后牌堆里会出现对应的临时怪物，所以没这种怪也能接；比如每个循环逗留时间有上限，一定步数后强制进门。这些都是我自己摸索出来的。而摸索不出来的，比如为什么武器强化偶尔能延续到下一个循环，我就真是一头雾水了。
除此之外，游戏还有很多其它的模式，甚至还有双人玩法，双人玩法里还有单独的模式……可惜的是其它模式完成度感觉不是很高。比如僵尸模式，工作台就只能造个棍子，棍子还是一次性的，收益根本抵不上材料费，两个建筑其中一个蜂箱还不知道是干什么用的，就挺无语的。
我其实希望作者能再多更新点，虽然作者好像是想指望创意工坊，但你不持续更新，就难以留存玩家，难以形成社区，就没人做创意工坊。
其实做成桌游也挺合适的。得空我可以试试。一副牌堆，几个TOKEN 就够了。
I quite like this game but despite having beaten the main campaign after a couple of hours, I really don't understand quite a bit of what is happening.
There is a tutorial, at least there is something that is labelled tutorial. Clicking on it starts a round where essentially nothing is explained, just some hands pointing a some cards for a couple of turns. That's it. I managed to learn the basics and began to enjoy the game. However, so much is still unclear.
There are some upgrades you can earn, it starts as 0/18. I clicked on some of the upgrades but nothing happened. A bit later I was able to select some, but there was no indication of the cost, how many I could get. I just clicked on everything. You unlock characters, some of which seem to have a basic attribute, this attribute isn't explained. Some are obvious, some I have no idea what they do.
Your progress isn't recorded anywhere, you essentially have to make your own goals up. Honestly, the basic game is fun but it feels unfinished. I would rather have paid more to get a more polished and complete product.

很久以前看博主玩过，当时不知道这个游戏的名字，差不多过了两年才找到这个游戏，没想到游戏的名字就叫猪卡牌，哈哈哈哈，挺好玩的，一款轻松娱乐的小游戏，一把时间也挺长的，比较有意思，喜欢！

Could be a pretty mindless fun game, but that also means it could feel pointless.
Most of my experience playing felt like I'm just moving around aimlessly. I do recognize there's bosses, but the game doesn't do a good job presenting information. Like how do they spawn or what's even your objective.
There's nothing to hate about the game, but also nothing to love about it.
這款遊戲挺有意思的，上手容易、規則好懂、且也有一定的策略難度，玩起來很有趣，而且能與好友一同遊玩。
不過線上連線的機制有點奇怪，還是靠著本機遊玩比較靠譜。

It's very easy to learn but very well made and you need to think from time to time to survive.
Great balance and very well developed with many options to make your experience great.
I totally recommend this, specially if you can do something else in the background like attend a work meeting.
Although a fun game, there is a huge lack of content. I picked up the game and was able to beat it well within the refund period. Would not consider this a full release game.
不是很耐玩，虽然也有不少角色、也有不少待解锁的内容，但是好像输赢和我也没什么关系……随便点，也能回血，认真打，也能被围住。以及，每个角色都去和boss做组合的击杀成就，然后才有养成资源，这个设计并没有让我产生想要去使用每个角色通关的意愿，我只是觉得游戏在逼我使用每个角色

Good casual roguelite game. There is several game modes as well plus workshop and good amount of items and characters.

Game good. It fun play. You move pig on card do attack and stuff. When damage dealt you take damage same amount delt, make heal important. Fun to play. Excite for future games and updates. Do support.

This is a fun little game. You can pick it up at any time. It's very simple. Easy to learn but takes a while to master. You find that there are little tricks and skills. You have to plan ahead of time if you want to get far. But even if you lose it's fun and witty. This game makes me laugh a lot and the price is very fair even when it's not a sale

Sometimes easy, sometimes pretty difficult card-based game with the ability to upgrade weapons and fight various bosses. Pleasant almost-relaxing experience.

Simple and fun game to play.
Game is OK. fun for a while. About 2 hours in and I feel like I've experienced the game. Needs more variety in each go. Different skills don't feel like they change the game enough. Doesn't quite satisfy the itch for a rouge like.
I had 100% Achievements, then they added the Final Boss.
I played from my saved point, cleared a round, and met/defeated the Boss.
Technically, I should have 200% Achievements now, right?

Тайм-киллер, для тех кому за 30. Игра сочетает в себе данжеон кроулер, карточную и ролевую игру. В принципе её можно рассматривать как разновидность пасьянса. От РПГ здесь классы и прокачка. Игра изобилует юмором (главный герой - Свин) и довольно залипательна. Сюжета не завезли, хотя обещания были. За 10-20 часов можно успеть выбить все ачивки (что я и сделал), и она Вам не успеет надоесть.
Твёрдые 10 Свинов из 10.
