Сухой point n click детектив, где очень мало какого-нибудь развития или, прости боже, экшена. Просто пресно ходим по городку, расследуя такие же пресные дела. Сама игра довольно короткая, в отличие от комплит версии, которую кстати придётся покупать, если хотите закрыть игру на 100%.

I have finished Bear With Me: The Lost Robots and the Episode One already. And I'd like to say the puzzles in these games are literally pieces of sh*t. You will be stuck if you overlooked some inconspicuous items that could be used to solve the puzzles.

Imaging that a code of safe is under a statue in the other room, before you need a code to unlock the safe, you can't find hints that the safe's code have anything to do with the statue. it's a lame trick and in the games all the time.

But I really like the sarcastic tone of characters, it's hilarious when you see those people make fun with each other or something. Also I was appealed by the story, even though I haven't played the last two of episode yet. It should be intriguing and worth to play. But the damn puzzles did take away some fun of the games.

P.S.
After I finished episode two and episode three, I changed my mind. It's a great game with a sad story. I knew that Mr.bear thing will happen eventually, but still, I felt sorrowful when the truth was revealed in the end.

Ho acquistato per meno di un euro, la complete edition di Bear With Me, che comprende i tre capitoli principali e The Lost Robots, un capitolo extra che fa da prequel. Tutti i titoli condividono le medesime meccaniche, i primi 3 raccontano un' unica storia e vanno necessariamente giocati tutti per poter vederne la conclusione.
Siano di fronte a dei punta e clicca basati sui commenti folli dei protagonisti e da decine di citazioni (ad altri giochi, film e serie tv), gli enigmi sono tutti logici e molto facili, si intuisce subito il da farsi e gli oggetti sono sempre nelle vicinanze, (a parte un puzzle con 4 serrature nell'episodio 3 che ho risolto per tentativi). Bella la grafica (anche se avrei preferito se fosse a colori) e la piega che prende la storia sul finale!

PREGI:

Bella storia principale con un finale davvero inaspettato!
Dialoghi un po' prolissi ma decisamente spassosi
Personaggi buffi e ben caratterizzati
Gli oggetti non sono evidenziati ma non soffre di pixel hunting

DIFETTI:

Enigmi troppo facili
Non c'è la pausa tra i dialoghi, in pratica vanno avanti in automatico, occorre leggere in fretta
Bello stile grafico ma avrei preferito dei bei colori pastello
Il primo capitolo è una demo, averlo diviso in dlc non è stata una mossa azzeccata (c'è il rischio di fermarsi al primo che è solo introduttivo).

Da amante dei punta e clicca ho cmq apprezzato questo gioco, la storia, come si conclude (con il colpo di scena alla fine del terzo atto) e l'umorismo che ruota attorno ai dialoghi lo rende un buonissimo gioco, perfetto per i neofiti del genere (i più navigati potrebbero trovarlo troppo semplice).

Having finished the 3 episodes, though still doing the prequel, I quickly grew to adore this series. It's a point and click adventure story game, a tried and true concept, and these types of games tend to have lovely stories and voice acting.

The story is on the complex side, and the characters all have a lot of personality. Having finished the 3 main episodes just recently, I already greatly miss the characters. That might be me being the sentimental sort, but I really yearn for more of them.

Ho preso la collector's edition che contiene anche i 3 episodi del gioco base e li ho giocati tutti di fila come se fossero un'unica esperienza videoludica, quindi le mie impressioni saranno riferite a tutta la serie nel complesso.

Adoro le avventure punta e clicca e mi incuriosiva questa serie, per l'ambientazione noir ed i personaggi molto particolari.

In Bear with me impersoneremo il detective Ted E. Bear ed i due fratelli Flint (in lost robots) ed Amber (nella trilogia originale) alle prese con la risoluzione di alcuni casi.

La storia originale è ben sviluppata ed è molto particolare l'idea di un noir dove i personaggi sono tutti dei giocattoli. Se la parte di storia con Amber è ben legata e si fa giocare con piacere, quella con Flint ha poco carattere e non lascia molto dopo averla giocata.

I personaggi sono interessanti, a modo loro ricalcano bene i classici personaggi dei film noir.

La difficoltà degli indovinelli non è elevata, non resterete mai bloccati in un punto al punto da dover cercare la soluzione, anzi a volte la troverete fin troppo rapidamente. Forse qualche indovinello più complesso non avrebbe guastato. In lost robots la difficoltà è ancora più bassa.

Il gioco ha una bassa rigiocabilità, forse farete una seconda run solo per prendere gli achievements che vi mancano. In generale, però, la trama ed il gioco in sè non lasciano al giocatore quella voglia di rivivere la storia di Amber e Flint.

I really wanted to like this game, I just couldn't get involved into the story as much as I would have liked to. There were some funny parts but it just felt flat overall to me. The puzzles were overly difficult and I constantly had to look up a guide as I was lost on what to do next. I think there are better point and clicks with better directions than this one ,unfortunately.

Good prequel, but it is better served after completing the main game in fact. The main game has more charm and humor, but overall I am happy this prequel exists.

Although, beware because the puzzles are cumbersome and just when you think you messed up the solution you just misclicked because of the dark colors and no highlighting system of possible interactions (at least any that I could activate). Also sometimes you think you need to something but in fact you need to go back to the some characters for an object. The whole thing seems like it was only meant as dragging out the game length.

All in all the puzzles are not great, even annoying. It is great as a movie but below par video game. I ended up watching the walkthough instead. Still I am happy it was created.

Like its teddy bear lead, I'm charmed by the rough patches of Bear with Me far more than I'm annoyed by them. There are a couple of very minor environmental bugs, some pixel-hunting, and jokes that fall flat, but it's all so earnestly told that in the end I really loved this as much as the original series of games.

As a point-and-click adventure, it's strictly by the books, and that's a good thing in my opinion. You find objects, you use those objects on other objects, you know how it goes

The short length allows it to focus on its strength, the relationship between the two leads. It's hard not to talk about the story here, but this is as enjoyable as the original episodes. Despite being a prologue, it's definitely best played as an epilogue to the series, as it'll take on more meaning.

A very basic game, but it absolutely nails the fundamentals. Cannot praise this series enough. Give it a look if you want a brief bite of a story.

El primer capitulo esta genial,
Buena historia, buen ritmo, Visualmente llamativo
Pero a partir del segundo capitulo empiezas a tener que esperar rutas mal diseñadas de los personajes y tienes que esperar para conseguir una respuesta y si a eso le añades el tener que buscar ideas ilogicas para seguir avanzando... pues se hace espeso.

Highly recommend this game to any players who like point and click adventures. It is a really clever game, which becomes more apparent on the second play through - the names and characteristics of the characters become quite poignant once you know what the ending is, while the first play through is merely quite witty. Other comments mention broken achievements - these all worked for me so perhaps an issue that has been resolved.

A trully masterfully made little game that at first glance seem to have no right to actually be as good as it is.
Bear with me is a mix of a noir style detective narrative, with some clever humor sprinkled in that at times is way to cynical to be targeted at children, so don't be fooled by the graphics style. To top the noir atmosphere there's a very layered narrative that can be enjoyed both by kids on a surface level (with the cute looking characters) or on a deeper level by adults who might reminis about their past. The DLC even has a bit of twin peaks thrown in for good measure and is generally darker than the main game.
The only criticism I have here is that some of the puzzles are not so much logic puzzles as they are either random chance ones or trial and error ones. But since the game isn't all that puzzle-centric that's not too big of an issue.
Make no mistake, this game will make you feel things. The voice actors are top notch and the writing does not fall behind. I strongly recommend this experience!

I've bought various versions of this game over the years and it's always been worth it. Now if you haven't gotten any previous version, this is the one to get.
As for the game itself, I love it. The interface is clean, voice acting is spot on, story is tight and very well done. Any puzzles are fun and the various achievements are fun to go after and require only minimal reloading of saves.
Very much worth the money in my opinion. Recommended.

Это отзыв не только на приквел, но и на оригнал. А всё потому что [b]The Lost Robots[/b] является приквелом [url=https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/2758/Bear_With_Me/]Bear With Me[/url], но к нему можно купить [url=https://store.steampowered.com/app/1056770/Bear_With_Me__The_Complete_Collection_Upgrade/]апгрейд[/url], чтобы в приквеле появились оригинальные эпизоды игры. Я так и не понял, зачем всё столь запутанно сделано. Пока у меня есть лишь одна неприятная теория: если ты прошёл оригинал, купил приквел, а теперь хочешь все достижения в этом приквеле, то купи оригинал ещё раз. Слушай, а ловко ты это придумал, я даже вначале не понял, молодец!

Итак, задумка у серии в принципе оригинальна: а-ля нуарный детектив про детские игры. И при запуске даже кажется, что формально стиль соблюдён, однако моё впечатление довольно быстро разрушилось из-за трёх особенностей.

Во-первых, главная героиня комментирует всё, то есть аб-со-лют-но всё. Если в комнате есть 15 предметов, из которых только 2 важны для прохождения, то пока я их найду, я выслушаю кучу странных комментариев про стол, стул, ковёр, лампу, книгу, мусор у стены и так далее. Первые пару раз это было даже очаровательно, но потом быстро надоело. Во-вторых, авторы заигрались в пасхалки и разрушение четвёртой стены. Опять же пару раз это прикольно, но не более. В-третьих, [strike]диалоги[/strike] споры главных героев в оригинале сперва кажутся изюминкой, но потом постоянная затянутая пикировка начинает бесить. В общем, меру надо знать.

Итого за первые два эпизода я уже понял, что мне не нравится, как в финале ситуация резко поменялась. К нуару добавился психодел, и это освежило повествование! Жаль, что авторы решили спасать ситуацию столь поздно.

При этом приквел показался мне более целостным и приятным. Тут и главный герой в основном более адекватно всё комментирует (разве что как-то чересчур безэмоционально), и нуар более нуаристый.

Вот и как это оценивать? Если называть приквел ещё одним эпизодом, то из четырёх эпизодов мне понравились только два. Поставлю палец вверх, потому что потенциал у задумки действительно (был?) большой.

Bear With Me: The Lost Robots is a short prequel to the point and click game Bear With Me. In this game you play as Flint, Amber's older brother, who is filling in for Amber to help detective Ted E Bear on a case.

The plot is pretty simple: Ted and Flint have to find out who or what is behind the disappearances of a number of Paper City's robot citizens. They go to various locations around the city, following a trail of clues that leads them to the ultimate culprit. The plot of this episode stands on its own, but as a prequel there are subtle references to Bear With Me, and some foreshadowing of some of elements of that game's plot.

In terms of gameplay, this plays very similar to Bear With Me: you travel to different screens, talking to different characters and completing mostly inventory object puzzles to progress the plot forward. I found this chapter to be easier than the chapters in the main game. A lot of the time, the game tells you exactly what you need to do next, even in situations that didn't necessarily require it. There also weren't a whole lot of different locations available at one time, so in cases where it wasn't completely obvious what an answer was, you didn't have to do much wandering around to figure it out.

Compared to the first game, this game was shorter and easier, but despite that it still retained some of its predecessor's charm and humor. While I think Amber is overall a better protagonist, Flint is also good. Ted is pretty much the same as he was in the previous game. There were a couple of small errors: a couple of places where either a hotspot disappeared before it should have or persisted after an object disappeared. There was also an issue with some of the audio mixing. Ted's voice was especially loud and Flint's voice was especially quiet at times.

It's very confusing that they've released the Bear With Me game three separate times. In particular, I think it's very strange that in this release The Lost Robots has been released as the base game, with the main game as an add-on DLC. I had the main game from a different release, so I don't know what happens when you buy the entire game in this release, but I wouldn't recommend playing The Lost Robots before playing Bear With Me. Part of what makes the emotional elements so powerful in the main game is that you don't know quite what's going on until you get to the ending, and while I don't think this game would necessarily ruin those moments, there's nothing here that would add to them either. Additionally, playing The Lost Robots before the main game would probably diminish the emotional moments from this game as well.

Overall, Bear With Me: The Lost Robots was a pretty good prequel. It was an enjoyable experience, with decent story and puzzles. Aside from a couple of small bugs and the audio issues, it was pretty enjoyable, although not quite as good as Bear With Me. For the full experience, I would definitely recommend playing Bear With Me first. 7/10

Make sure to play The first 3 episode or else this one will not have the same impact.

Overall pretty good. Unlike the trilogy, it doesn't force referential humor quite as much but it also does not dive into as deep a story. It's a short play through, about 2 hours so I'd recommend it on sale. There really aren't any super tough puzzle, the only times i got stuck was when i didn't notice something could be interacted with.

The art is really fantastic and it's fully voiced. It's definitely not kid friendly, light cursing and heavy reference to alcohol I would avoid playing this with your kids.

Worth playing if you were a fan of the first 3.

[h1] Bear With Me: The Lost Robots [/h1]
As a huge fan of puzzle games, I absolutely loved Bear With Me.
The first time that I got familiar with it was through Bear With Me: The Collector’s
Edition. Back then, the game had the 3 main chapters, where Amber and Ted were the
stars. At first it was quite lukewarm. Just a girl playing with her toys, fantasizing about
solving crimes and mysteries with a touch of an old noir film. But as you keep playing, the
game creates a bigger mystery.
Sooner or later we realize that this story has a deeper meaning! The story and how you
unwrap it, is amazing. I love the little details, [spoiler] such as the name RED, the part where
Amber tears off the fireman’s suit and how this gets into her subconscious. Awesome
analysis and representation of how children's minds and dreams work [/spoiler].
Adding the extra chapter of The Lost Robots is touching and it feels that now the game is
fully completed. In this part, you get to play as Flint (Amber’s Brother) and Ted. Again,
the story is fun, with great details. [spoiler] Like the smoke coming through the train’s window in
the last cutscene [/spoiler].
The art work is good and atmospheric, it fits perfectly into the style and story of the game.
Also, the voice acting is a nice touch.
The only thing I found to be a little annoying (I must say) is the fact that characters
move/walk around really slowly.
P.S.: “The Lost Robots” has a few difficult puzzles and some tricky achievements, so if you
want to unlock those achievements or if it is hard for you to solve the puzzles, don’t worry.
There are community guides that are really helpful.

The Lost Bots is not to long, not too short. It's a quick point-and-click with a decent story. Takes about 1.5-2 hours to complete. Played through twice to collect all achievements, and got everything in about 4hrs (if you don't want to waste time like me, there are many helpful guides you can use lol). I'll definitely be getting the complete series DLC.

THE (yes, all caps) main reason why I don't recommend this game is, after two episodes of a parody or child play of a typical noir detective story, devs made ye olde switcheroo and completely changed the genre. That wouldn't have been that much of a problem per se, but what they switched to is almost psychological horror that is capable of triggering a rather large portion of people.

... That's besides rather creepy issue of sexual jokes/innuendo/themes with/towards the 10 years old character you stumble onto now and then.

Играл с dlc Complete collection upgrade. Первые две части были более менее интересными - выглядели как стёб над нуарными детективами в антураже детских фантазий. А вот третья часть просто скатилась в лютый психодел с предсказуемой концовкой. И если вы играли до этого в The Whispered World или Rime, то она вообще вас ничем не удивит. Дополнение The lost robots домучил где-то до середины и бросил - очень нудно и неинтересно.

Très déçu par ce jeu qui me laisse un drôle d'impression finale.
Je n'ai pas réussi à accrocher aux graphiques en noirs et blancs, les discours entre les personnages sont trop pesants, j'ai eu l'impression de regarder un film plutôt que de jouer. La difficulté des énigmes est déconcertante et se rapporte à cliquer sur un objet qui se trouve en face de nous.
De plus l'histoire qui pourrait être très intéressante a été mal exploitée et n'a pas vraiment de sens.Bref jeu acheté 0.99€ , de mon avis il ne vaut guère plus.

Note for achievement hunters: the achievements are broken among this and the main game, where achievements for both are listed for both but can only be obtained in one game or the other.

Noir detective game but it's with animals and imaginary cities. Nice comic book graphics, very polished looking. Lots of dialogue, perhaps a bit much at times. Plot with robots, fish people, jazz bars, cyborg car mechanic and shady offices. The bear is a little obnoxious but relatable. Kid's alright, felt kind of bad for him. It all turns out ok... mostly.

Le premier Bear With Me était buger j'ai pas su le finir, mais heureusement la suite n'est pas buger ^^.

L'histoire est super prenante et y a de l'émotion :').

En plus y a moins de référence que dans le premier, mais se sont toujours des références qui sont bien placer et les références sont parfois la vérité de nos jours.

Un jeu magnifique qui pour moi je pense qui pourrait y avoir un 3, le frére de amber et amber qui grandisse et qui aide ted pour un prochain casse et qui les résoud ensemble + un ted qui se réconcilie avec betty (qui etait la méchante dans l'ancien) sa fera un belle scénario a la toy story 4 X).

Franchement je vous le conseil énormement a celle et ceux qui veulent le découvrir ou de le redécouvrir ;).

I thoroughly enjoyed this game. The story was captivating and unfolded in the right way. I loved the detective boards in between chapters recapping the story and giving your Bear's take. The voice acting was perfect for all the characters, and most of the characters were unique and enjoyable. I didn't think I would like the black and white, but it worked in this game. It added to the gritty 60's gangsters vibe it was trying to emulate. It did it quite well, considering the characters were stuffed animals. The game was pretty funny. There were quite a few running gags in the game and a bunch of pop culture references. I recommend clicking on every object you see to hear all the jokes. Certain items also lead to more character backstories and comic back and forths between Bear and Amber or Flint. The games are short individually, but it could take you almost 12 hours to play all chapters and interact with everything. I highly recommend it, except for one big problem.

The game was too linear and way too easy, except for the sometimes ridiculously challenging mini puzzles. Most of the time, there was only one thing to do in a scene, and only a few objects to manipulate. Sometimes they would even tell you what to do in a tongue in cheek manner. While funny, it makes the game even more effortless. The only challenging task is combining objects. Even when you know what you're doing, you'll have to do it in a specific order. The characters make you seem like you're entirely mistaken, even when you are close. That's odd, considering they'll help you if you click on other in scene objects multiple times.

If you’ve played Bear with Me and liked it, you are already familiar with the odd pair – a young child in despair and a noir detective-like plush bear. Well, in this case, the kiddo is the brother, and he’s not as emotional or engaged as his sister was in the original story. This said, the lighter story and development doesn’t ruin the story at all. Instead, we can easily focus on the way the maker carefully created a unrelated event which unravels in front of our eyes, proving that even once the main plot is complete, we can get quality content.

Even as a standalone, this story would have worked for me personally, as it has a good idea, a well-developed plotline without huge breakages in the system, good pace and bearably easy puzzles. (At this stage, I’m used to not feeling challenged in story-based point and clicks, unfortunately).
The voiceover, the music, effects, the environmental sounds - everything is well incorporated into the game, and I enjoyed it as part of the playthrough.

Although I was a bit disappointed when I finished The Lost Robots and found out that there was no emotionally unstable element to it, unlike in the original game, I do feel like the game was good nonetheless. It’s just me not appreciating it as a standalone at the end of my playthrough. This is why I like to wait a couple of days before writing my reviews – I can think things over and be more objective.

Would I play more games from the franchise/makers? Sure thing.

Schönes 4tes Kapitel der Serie.

Man spielt nun die Vorgeschichte mit dem älteren Bruder von dem kleinen Mädchen, mit dem man schon die ersten 3 Kapitel erlebt hat.
Die Geschichten sind unabhängig voneinander spielbar.
Die Spielzeit beträgt wieder nur ca. 3 Stunden, ist aber genau richtig, um einen schönen netten Abend zu verbringen.
Jedenfalls hatte ich meinen Spaß damit, nochmal in die spezielle Welt abzutauchen.
Die Rätsel sind eigentlich auch alle ohne Lösung machbar.
Der geringe Preis ist für das Gebotene absolut gerechtfertigt.

Fazit: kaufen, kaufen, kaufen! :-)

Bear with me nous glisse dans la peau de Flint, Amber et Ted E. Bear afin de résoudre 2 enquêtes (Flint et Amber séparément mais à chaque fois accompagné par Ted) dans une ambiance polar des années 60. J'ai beaucoup aimé le style graphique et les qualités du jeu, bien heureusement, ne s'arrêtent pas là.
Bon ce n'est pas au niveau du gameplay, qui n'a rien de folichon, que la différence avec un autre C&P se fera, on à affaire à un maniement des plus classique, un bouton pour tout suffira, il faudra la plupart du temps choisir entre regarder ou prendre un objet ou sinon regarder ou discuter avec l'un des PNJ du jeu. Les objets de l'inventaire sont parfois combinables entre eux ou à utiliser tel quel, voilaà, rien de bien fou.
Ce que j'ai apprécié en revanche c'est l'histoire du jeu, surtout la partie d'Amber,[spoiler] avec une fin que j'ai trouvé tristounette :'([/spoiler].
Ajouter à cela des énigmes logiques, pas trop compliquées, ce qui pourra plaire aux néophytes du genre, divers clins d'oeil à des films ou autre jeux vidéos, des persos attachants et un bon humour et vous obtenez là un bon petit P&C !

Pour les choses qui fâchent, elles sont pour ma part aux nombres de deux, la première est la durée de vie que j'ai trouvé un peu courte, surtout que comme je disais plus haut, les énigmes n'ont rien de bien compliquées, il faudra compter entre 1h30 et 3h je dirais pour clore chaque partie du jeu (mon temps de jeu n'est pas représentatif, j'ai eu pas mal de pauses).
Le deuxième est la trad fr que j'ai trouvé par moment assez approximative (avec une phrase dans le jeu non traduite), mais j'ai déjà vu bien pire et ça n'empêche en aucun cas une bonne compréhension des évênements.

Les + :
+ Le parti-pris graphique et l'ambiance du jeu.
+ Les persos.
+ L'humour et les clins d'oeils.
+ La fin avec Amber.
+ Les succès pas durs à avoir.

Les -:
- Une trad fr qui, même si elle n'est pas catastrophique, aurait pu être de meilleure qualité.
- Le jeu est un petit peu court j'ai trouvé.
- La partie avec Flint vendue 9€99 pour à peu prés 2h de jeu.

J'attribuerais au jeu une note de 13/20 et évidemment je le recommande.

This is a nice entry in the Bear with me universe, I must admit I prefer Amber's voice and bubbly personality to the more stoic Flint, but I enjoyed being able to return to paper city and I hope they continue to expand on this universe. I'm not even upset I bought the game 2x because I didn't realize the DLC bundle also included the base game which I had...Oh well I hope the devs use it well :)

Bear with Me: The Lost Robots keeps the same feel that the 3-part original carried with it. The detective noir feel, and sarcastic humor are all there. If you are looking to play this game, I recommend playing the original "Bear with Me" game first. It's not required to understand it, but there are parts in this story that are revealed as part of the main story there.

I'm not thrilled with the fact that the base game was rebundled into a DLC package with this one, duplicating achievements here, with no way of recognizing that I already own the original game and completed a number of these achievements.

That said, I recommend playing this game, especially if you liked the first Bear with Me.

This is a first impressions style of review, as I haven't finished the game, and I'm part way through what I guess is the prequel.

Firstly, I love the art style. Growing up, seeing some Don Bluth animations, and Space Ace / Dragons Lair arcade games, the cartoon quality animations always made me go "wow". Now we take it for granted. However this is one of those games that makes you go "wow", with the film noir 1930's / 1940's style, with the modern animation. I really do like it. And surprisingly, the grey scale works amazingly well and fits in with the whole style.

Secondly, the audio, music and background sounds are well done as well, with mostly jazz style music, fitting in with the theme of the game. There isn't much to say, but what I hear, I do like. There is one small exception here, Ted E Bear. I do get where they're going with the "gruff gumshoe" voice, which was reminiscent of the era, but at times it just doesn't work. There are a few lines spoken here or there where the voice doesn't come out naturally and the dialog feels forced. The rest of the cast / voice actors do a fantastic job, so it's a minor niggle I can forgive.

Story line wise, so far, I am impressed. There are a lot of in jokes, and 4th wall breaking jokes thrown in, and they don't feel forced. The characters all feel alive, and varied enough that the plot moves along and no-one feels duplicated. The game is set in some sort of "alternate reality" (so far, I haven't played that long - this all could be in the boys imagination) with anthropomorphic fish, teddy bears, and sentient robots, that look straight out of The Jetsons, with a typical "detective" story of the 1930's / 1940's era.

My only one bigger gripe with the game are the puzzles. They are rather simplistic. There are no Monkey Island-esque puzzles where you need 1 thing, but it takes you getting 15 different other things just to complete that one simple puzzle. Almost everything you get will be used in the same scene or location. It's not necessarily a really bad thing for the puzzles to be easy, but if you're a seasoned Point n Click fan, the game won't present too much of a challenge.

Final words: Don't let the easy puzzles and the slight issue with the voice acting put you off. This is a thoroughly enjoyable game, which will provide a decent few hours of gameplay, and is certainly worthy of any and all praise it gets.

As a fan of the genre, shame on Steam for not promoting this one more. Well done Exordium Games.

Eigentlich eine banale Crime-Noir Story, die Rätsel sind nicht sonderlich schwer. Jedes mal wenn ich bei einer Aufgabe gedacht habe: "Och nö! Nicht schon wieder!!!", wurden meine Erwartungen im positiven Sinne nicht erfüllt.

Das größte an diesem Game ist allerdings die Präsentation und die kleinen Facetten der Story. Je mehr sich die kleine Welt für mich geöffnet hat, um so mehr habe ich diese kleine Perle in mein Herz geschlossen.

Bueno, si no conoces el juego original, hazte con esta versión sin dudarlo, ya que incluye los 3 capítulos y esta precuela. Hice una review muy completa del juego original en su pagina de steam, pero condensándolo en pocas líneas, déjame decirte que es una de las mejores aventuras gráficas que he jugado ( y van una infinidad) Si te gusta mínimamente el rollo noir, detectivesco... con puntos de humor, terror, drama... grandes escenarios, mejores personajes y aun mejor historia... Una idea fresca, original... en fin, de 10 en su género.

En cambio, si ya jugaste al original y vienes a por más pues tenemos un problema... The Lost Robots no es una nueva entrega exactamente, es una prequela de la historia que ya conoces y que tiene una duración de unas 2/3 horas, un pequeño caso para ver el origen de ciertas cosas, y sobretodo para conocer mejor a Flint el hermano de Amber.

Pero no esperes la grandiosidad de la primera parte, esto es un pequeño dlc, habrá como 10 personajes nuevos en total, no muy relevantes, y con pocas lineas de dialogo, unos 6 escenarios nuevos, muy interesantes, realmente bien hechos pero sin contenido realmente, alguna pequeña referencia y los objetos que tengas que recoger, habrá un máximo de 10 interacciones en cada escenario, si no menos...

Hay 2 o 3 puzzles en toda la historia, siguen la estela del juego original pero son bastante simplones, así como una sola escena de elección de diálogo y ninguna toma de decisiones. Se hecha en falta más contenido, pero con 2/3 horas de duración es difícil meter tantas variables como tenia el primer juego.

En cuanto a historia pues bueno, está bien, sin mucho más, no es del todo interesante, y el final se ve venir desde el minuto uno, pero entretiene y tanto Ted como Flint son buenos protagonistas, amenizan mucho el viaje con sus bromas y chascarrillos. Se nota que salvo el final-final este Bear With Me es mucho mas humorístico y tiene poco o nada del terror/tensión que si tenia la primera parte. Pero bueno, los chistes y las referencias están bien metidas y funcionan por lo tanto tampoco es nada realmente malo.

Por otro lado, el aspecto gráfico y sonoro es maravilloso, la ambientación, los escenarios, los detalles, animaciones, así como esos momentos geniales de Ted explicando lo sucedido, ilustrado con grandes viñetas y la voz en off, genial. La banda sonora incluye un par de canciones como la del concierto, que están muy bien.

En conclusión, como "caso" así aparte... para curiosear y disfrutar un poco más de Paper City está bien, mola conocer mejor a Flint, y sí, puede dar algunas gotitas que complementan mejor la historia original, creo que es genial para jugarlo antes o después de la historia principal. Ahora bien, pagar exclusivamente por este minicapitulo... eso es cuestión de cada uno, a mi personalmente me flipó la primera parte, y solo por apoyar a los devs a que sigan sacando historias de este universo, pues me vale la pena. Si tu no eres tan fan y para ti el juego original estaba "meh" pues no te recomiendo el upgrade a no ser que lo veas realmente muy barato... Ojalá volvamos pronto a Paper City con una nueva entrega y que los devs sigan la estela de la primera parte.

In questo dlc prequel, impersonate Flint il fratello di Amber. Sorella che non si fa vedere per ottimi motivi, che non solo viene spiegato nel prequel ma è il motivo dietro il "cattivo" del gioco principale. Nel frattempo, lui e Ted cercano di risolvere un caso di robot scomparsi, che vengono ritrovati totalmente smantellati. Questo dlc è piccolo, dura giusto un paio di ore non di più, ma visto il prezzo a cui viene venduto non lo consiglio se non scontato. Senza contare che tutti gli enigmi sono logici quasi istintivi, anche grazie ai pochi oggetti che vi portate dietro. Peccato che c'e un grossissimo difetto che riguardano gli achievement. Se, come me, avete comprato il gioco originale a pezzi, gli achievement sbloccati non valgono con questo dlc. "Costringendovi" ad adocchiare il gioco principale possibilmente in sconto. Se invece non lo avete ancora comprato, vi consiglio questo bundle anzichè comprare il gioco a pezzi (cosa che fortunatamente non si può più fare.) Invece riguardo il questo dlc non lo consiglio, poca longevità e finale sbrigativo che non riguarda assolutamente il gioco principale.

P.s: Ho 3 ore di gioco perchè l'ho giocato 2 volte, la seconda per prendere gli achievement rimanenti. ^_^

Questa invece è la mia recensione del gioco principale:

Una bella avventura grafica che consiglio come storia e atmosfera. Il finale poi è lievemete spiazzante, l'unica pecca, ma è ovviamente esagerato e non toglie nulla alla bontà dell'intero gioco, riguarda la scena finale. Qualsiasi scelta farete alla resa dei conti, non cambierà nulla nell'ultima scena che chiude l'intero gioco, dopo i crediti. Ma, come ho scritto prima, ciò non toglie nulla alla bontà e alla bellezza del titolo. Consigliato al 100% se vi piacciono i noir polizieschi.

P.s 2: Consiglio solo il gioco principale, non il dlc prequel che in questo caso è il gioco principale, mentre il gioco vero è venduto come dlc. Lol.

Прекрасный приквел к прекрасной игре. Единственный недостаток - слишком быстро проходится. А все остальное на месте: нуарная атмосфера выдуманного кукольного города, великолепная озвучка, сложные задания, интересный сюжет. И, как и в основной игре, финал заставил меня плакать. Бедный Флинт, бедная Эмбер. Живой еще Тед.

Sou suspeita para falar, quem jogou o Bear With Me e gostou muito do jogo, assim como eu, vai amar esse aqui também. Fica o alerta que talvez esse aqui não seja um jogo tão interessante para quem nunca jogou o Bear with me. Apesar do jogo não necessitar que tenha jogado o anterior à ele para que se entenda a história, ela fica muito a desejar pois várias coisas só se entende mais a fundo por conta do jogo anterior.
Em outras palavras, se você não jogou o "primeiro jogo", esse aqui pode soar até um pouco artificial e bobo para você.
No entanto para quem já jogou o anterior, é um jogo muito gostoso de relembrar e entender mais a história por trás do Bear With Me, afinal a proposta do The Lost Robots é meio que contar uma aventura antes da narrada no primeiro jogo. Deu para aquecer o coração e lembrar desse jogo que tanto me marcou <3 Recomendo este tanto quanto recomendei o primeiro.

Mi opinión: jugad al juego base, (su primer capítulo es gratis) y si os quedáis con ganas de más, esperaros a las rebajas y compraros este. No es un juego para pícaros el gusanillo, es una demo muy cara y con muchos fallos. De haberlo jugado yo antes, jamás me habría comprado el juego base y me habría perdido una gran historia.

Este juego lo podían haber regalado con el juego base o haberlo puesto a un precio más asequible. La historia en si está bien, pero no aporta nada. Si habéis jugado el juego base, sabéis lo que ocurre, puesto que al final de este, se deja caer un poco esta historia.

Una gran pena, porque podían haber hecho una precuela digna y les ha salido un "sacacuartos".

El juego base me encantó, por ello y con ambos descuentos, el del cupón y el de las rebajas de Steam, (me costó poco más de 1€) me lo compré, pero no es un juego que recomiende.

La historia está bien, es entretenida y como un capítulo más es estupenda. Pero se queda en eso, en un capítulo más que se podía haber añadido al juego, sin tanta "rimbombancia" ni tanto crear hype.

Un capítulo más que pasa sin pena ni gloria, un capítulo más de una historia muy grande.

i played the first one a while ago so the ending of this one is so sad you hear him coughing and you click why he is i wont say too much in case others havent played the first part of the game i love this one as much as the first part its sad ending but you find that out when you play the first part of the game defo recommend it others good story and graphics loved it play them both both are good games
