99 Waves to Die ist nicht mehr und nicht weniger das was man sieht. Allerdings mit fürchterlichem SFX und keine Einstellungsmöglichkeiten für Music SFX Settings. Es ist super basic und kostet nur 5€ aber vergleichbare Spiele sind wesentlich besser und teilweise günstiger oder unvergleichbar besser für einen etwas höhreren Aufpreis. Ich möchte 99 Waves to Die nicht absprechen Geld verdienen zu wollen, aber für 5€ ist es einfach zu wenig Inhalt und mindestens überteuert. Zum anderen für mich grenzwertige Körperverletzung.

Difficulty doesn't really escalate at a good pace, so the game is rather easy for 99% of the time you're playing. Can't complain too much as I'm a fan of arcade games like this. Pretty simple overall, but I had a good amount of fun with it.
Got it on sale for under a dollar. The first 40 stages aren't challenging. The number of enemies required to pass a level becomes a bit obnoxious.I decided I would play until stage 50 and then it turns out that is where I ran out of ships. It's a reflex shooter with zero depth. A couple of stages seemed to indirectly reflect the color palette and enemy pathing of the original Galaga, which was cool. Graphically it's not strong but what can I say I couldn't stop playing.

Colorful and dynamic, but nothing more, too old explosion effects. Pixel models have no questions about the genre, but models can be made more pleasant. The default gameplay didn 't notice anything special . The movements are smooth and the hitboxes seem to be solid
Well, that's something! On the one hand, the adrenaline is off the charts — waves, lots of enemies, animation effects are just fire... but, damn, sometimes it seems that the complexity was adjusted not for the challenge, but just to break your psyche. A couple of times I wanted to throw the gamepad at the wall, but then suddenly I found a strategy, and it was sooo exciting to break through further. As a fan of fast—paced action games, I'm into it, but if I could just tweak the balance, it would be perfect!
At first, to be honest, everything was pretty fun — the enemies swooped in like mosquitoes at a picnic, and it was even fun to fight back. But then the waves got so crazy that I felt like I was trying to put out a fire with a glass of water. It's a little annoying when it seems like there's no chance at all, but on the other hand, such moments make you give your best. Adrenaline is definitely provided, although sometimes emotions are more on the verge of anger than delight!
for fans of minimalism and old-fashioned, I may like it, I only had enough fun for a couple of games

Para ser sincera, eu apenas comprei o jogo por causa dos itens que ele oferecia na loja e eu precisava joga-lo por umas duas horas... mas não me arrependo de tê-lo comprado. É um jogo simples de arcade onde seu objetivo é atirar nas naves inimigas e obter pontos, e no final, mostra sua pontuação num tipo de catálogo. É um pouco repetitivo, mas acho que seria divertido jogar entre amigos e competir entre eles pra ver quem é o maior fazedor de pontos, servindo pra matar tempo.

-In each wave, you only need to eliminate the required number of enemies, not all of them.
-Contrary to what another reviewer mentioned about wave 50, enemies actually start firing at you from wave 22 onwards.
-Different types of enemies exhibit unique behaviors, such as following specific patterns or homing in on your position.
-It's important to remain vigilant and beware of enemy wormholes that can randomly spawn, leading to ships appearing suddenly on either side or right on top of you.
-Unfortunately, there are no health or shield mechanics in the game, so a single hit from an enemy ship or projectile will result in your demise.
Throughout the gameplay, you'll come across random power-up upgrades and bomb drops to collect. The game is just too basic and boring to be worth playing. Not a quarter muncher by any means.
I am 32 years old.
My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old.
When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing.
Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side.
With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay.
After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like.
Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends.
Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together.
Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.

Перед нами космический шутер прямиком с аркадных автоматов восьмидесятых. Корабль, больше похожий на робот-пылесос, появляется в середине ограниченного пространства и начинает отстреливать орды врагов примерно такого же размера, как он. В нашем распоряжении стандартные пушки и бомбы, другого оружия не найдёте, максимум немного усилите базовое, если в толпе будете успевать подбирать апгрейды (помимо усиления попадаются дополнительные бомбы и жизни). Каждую новую волну необходимо убить определённое количество вражеских кораблей, причём без разницы, каких именно. Где-то с тридцатой волны они становятся заметно жирнее и наглее, отбиваться и уворачиваться всё сложнее. С первой попытки я продержался до 49 волны, там меня просто задушили агрессивные, самонаводящиеся супостаты при грамотной поддержке огнём других инопланетян. 10 жизней "улетели" за считанные секунды, а делать вторую попытку уже не очень-то и хотелось, даже с учётом того, что Коллекционные Карточки только начали выпадать. Играть было весело, пока не начался жуткий дисбаланс, где тебя тупо давят массой. Несмотря на бодрые звуковые эффекты и отзывчивое управление, вряд ли у Вас возникнет желание задержаться здесь подольше.

Classic arcade shooter.
"99 Waves to Die" is yet another construction kit template copy+paste from serial shovelware pushers, My Way Games/A Nostru. These guys do nothing but copy premade game templates and game tutorials, fill out a few things/stamp out basic levels using the construction kit templates, slap on an asset flipped set of sprites/assets, and dump them on Steam and into cheap nasty shovelware game bundles as cash grabs. Trying to get paid for someone else's game templates, assets... at best, this is shovelware, at worst, it's a scam/cash grab.
This time it looks like they've ripped off a basic Unity template for a wave survival top down shooter (it looks like it's an Asteroids/SpaceWar! type shooter but it's just moving in 4 cardinal directions with no physics or anything in the gameplay, it's a dumb as a box of hammers basic shooter).
My Way Games/SpookyFish Games/A Nostru have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. Here's some examples so you can see for yourself:

Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.
A choice was made to use obsolete, decades old retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result.
While there are options to change the resolution for the game, all this does is scale up the simplistic 2D art assets used to make the game, which makes little or no difference to the graphics quality. Without any other substantial graphics tweaks, it's not possible for gamers to improve the lacklustre 2D visuals.
Bewilderingly, the game doesn't include proper audio controls, so you can't turn off the annoying background music, you'll need to alt+tab out and stop the music using the Windows sound mixer. This is obviously not okay and it's unclear why the developers chose not to include this basic feature.
The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers.
These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.
Reviewing SteamDB to check how popular this game was with players reveals a surprise... there's a very healthy spike in player counts for the game. But this only appears around the same time that trading cards were applied to the game... so this is just card idlers getting their cards and moving on. A closer look at the numbers shows the game just has a couple of players every week running up the game and idling it for cards, then deleting it. We must ask how it benefits gamers for there to be so many games like this, with no merit as a serious game, that only generate sales from people idling and selling the trading cards.
It's also important to note the "developer" here has connections to a number of shady Russian asset flippers and review manipulators (Dnovel, Addeeeemm, Cap Smoker etc) who show an organised pattern to scam and defraud gamers with fake reviews and asset flipping the work of others for profit. While reviews are about the games, gamers should be informed when developers act unethically. Whether these connections are the same developer using multiple accounts, or just working closely with other unethical developers, gamers should be warned about the harm to gamers by this developer and their associates. Buying games from unethical developers puts your money at risk.
"99 Waves to Die" is relatively cheap at $3 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend.

Esse jogo gostei bastante e ele é bem parecido com um que eu joguei no passado, reconheci pelo som da nave dando tiro e alguns inimigos são parecidos também, apesar de não ser o mesmo jogo mas definitivamente senti um momento nostálgico jogando esse game!
Bom pra você entender melhor, aqui você se encontra em um cenário espacial pilotando uma nave com apenas três vidas e há diversas ondas de inimigos, durante essas 'waves' as vezes você pode coletar umas moedas que aumentam sua vida e algumas aumentam também o raio de extensão dos tiros de sua nave.
Agora a minha experiência com o jogo foi a seguinte: No início ele é bem fácil principalmente se você já tiver jogado jogos desse tipo, no entanto a partir da wave 40 já vai dando uma certa dificultada, mas ainda assim eu achei relativamente tranquilo e pensei que eu seria capaz de ir até a possível Wave final de numero 99, no entanto o que acontece é que a coisa piora bastante a partir da wave 70, especificamente na wave 72 eu explodi minha nave sem querer, só que o problema é se você morrer a partir dai a coisa complica, pois o cenário no meio fica LOTADO de inimigos, então após você morrer você vai spawnar no meio de todos esse inimigos e tem só 1 ou 2 segundos de modo 'ghost' mas não achei uma solução pra sair dali, então acabou sendo praticamente impossível sobreviver, então o que aconteceu que eu perdi literalmente 9+ vidas morrendo no meio toda hora na mesma wave em coisa de 1 minuto, devo dizer que foi bastante frustante até. Vale sim, pois tem um preço relativamente justo pra proposta do jogo, ainda se for o seu objetivo mesmo chegar na wave 99 acredito que você vai ter um desafio em tanto e pra isso será necessário repetir algumas vezes provavelmente, pois acho muito improvável alguém chegar na onda 99 na primeira tentativa, então algumas horas de diversão gastando R$6,29 já vale a pena, se for possível pegar em promoção então melhor ainda.
