通关（极限脱出：九小时九人九门）

《极限脱出：九小时九人九门》，最早由ChunSoft开发，于NDS平台发售，2016年登录Steam，2017年与《善人死亡》合并并高清重置。本作属于文字冒险类游戏，也称视觉小说——文字冒险游戏就是AVG，或文字AVG，日本则喜欢称其为ADV。

本作的主要玩法是在一个个密闭空间内来回点击、寻找道具，最终解谜逃出这间房间，踏入下一个房间。

实际游玩下来，我的体验尚可。在本作中，与人对话时，对方不仅有配音，还会做出一些动作，比如摆手、摇头，或是隔一段时间眨眨眼。有些角色甚至会做出全身动作和表情变化，这在相当程度上让整个游戏体验更加愉快。

本作可以随时从ADV模式更改为小说模式，小说模式就是直接看文字，这个系统相当有趣。

在这一文字解谜类型里，谜题往往不是特别难，多思考一下总归能解出来。但真正的问题在于：你能否找到所有解谜需要的道具，以及是否知晓场景内所有可交互的物品。

本作拥有地图功能，点击地图可以显示当前的平面图，这相当有用——能让你知道哪些地方探过、哪些地方还没探。但也仅此而已，作用有限。

打个比方：黑色的船体上有三个黑色的放煤炭入口。当我拿到煤炭箱后，需要把煤炭倒进去。但由于我之前根本没发现这三个入口，只能在整张地图里来回穿梭。最后查阅攻略，才得知有这么一个放煤炭的地方。可当我满心欢喜地点上去，它却告诉我“这个生锈了，无法倒入煤炭”。于是我又开始查第二篇攻略——原来在另一边还有一个放煤炭的入口，而我之前从未发现。

这就是这类游戏最大的问题：你永远不知道自己是不是漏掉了哪块区域。

本作中最出圈的地方自然是剧情，我个人感觉一般。也许是因为有多个结局，而我只打了一个结局的缘故，所以这里对剧情就不再多做讲解。

总的来说，尚可的视觉小说，但也只是尚可。个人评分为80/100，不及预期，但它值得这个分数。

他にも書いてる方いるけど、999は面白かった。名作と呼んでいいかも。
調べてみたらシナリオに428の脚本家も絡んでるらしくそれもあったのかもしれない。
作品として良くまとまっている。
善人シボウデスの方は勿体ない。
物語はけっこう良い。ただ物語に比して無駄に情報を入れ込み過ぎて楽しいより作業的ななめんどくささが勝つ。
味のあるとこを求めて味のないガムをひたすらかまされて疲れる。
ゲームデザインミスってるなって感じ。しかし瞬間火力は999超えるところも個人的にはあった。
総合的に見て高評価よりなのですが敢えて低評価にしておきます。褒めるだけでは面白くないのでね。

只能说打越超越不了过去的自己，999和VLR是他自己都翻不过去的大山
只谈密室设计的话绝对的神作，两代真剧情的震撼程度也非常够劲
但是毕竟是老游戏，设计上有很多意义不明的地方，尤其是VLR这个恶心到极致的开关门动画和走地图过场，除了密室环节之外几乎有1/3的时间被这个动画硬控，还有VLR的FLOW系统也像个半成品，越做越回旋，甚至还不如999人性化，一个ADV里面塞满了这种垃圾时间真的很败兴致
当然了，哥们儿一折入的，好评是肯定得给的

如果单纯想玩玩密室逃脱小游戏、或者当做日语材料听着看着玩的话可以入。否则的话，单纯考虑剧情和逃脱机关的有趣程度，不值得特意花费十几个小时来玩。剧情解密关窍没有什么惊艳之处。
不同路线里某个人物的形象有点割裂。以及某个解密小游戏界面里的“ヒント(hint)“不是”ヒント(hint)“，而是”谜面的一部分”——这一点非常离谱，且也不能用“英语水平微妙”来解释。5/10

The writing in this game is excessively labored. Every move is so wildly over explained it's just impossible to enjoy it.
You can't do even the most obvious thing without one of the characters telling you why you must do it and then another explaining that you must do it and another explaining how you must do it and the rest slowly deciding it's a good idea. The puzzles I've seen so far are welcome, but don't require much thinking because you're led around by your nose through them. I'm at 4 hours in and I don't think I can play anymore even though I love escape and have played visual novels I've liked.

到底为什么大家都在说999剧情好，玩完后百思不得其解。
解谜部分挺好的，难度适中，我这种菜鸟都能玩得很尽兴。
剧情就很浅、很一般，到底在神什么？
人物塑造也没什么特点，感觉我成了脸盲患者，故事结束了在我的大脑中没留下任何一个人的身影。

这个游戏有些年代了，对那个时代来说无疑是非常优秀的作品，但现在不是2026年了吗，抱着怀旧、敬仰的心情来游玩很正常，但于现在绝对谈不上神作了吧，甚至剧情浅显、留下了一些无意义的设计和疑惑。
当做游戏时代的一颗“绳结”很合适，喜欢解谜很推荐，冲着剧情来的不是很推荐。
我9.9买的，更是没理由不点推荐。

周目中途力竭了，这个故事的理论基础太反智了吧，还是说是故意放的烟雾弹？我感觉一直在和编剧的愚蠢搏斗，暂时还没有发现能认可的东西。。。每个角色都在言之凿凿地试图说服我去相信一些极致的伪科学，而男主，因为逃脱游戏的主角叙述必须是非全知视角，其他角色都在讲神人理论倒欠智商的时候，他由于对这些理论的不了解，以及有基本的分析能力，显得智商达到了惊人的1

在玩999，不是很资深的解密玩家，密室逃脱的部分对我来说不枯燥，然后配音都很合适，很喜欢八代和紫的声音。看过了三个坏结局感觉还挺有悬念的，对于操作系统和ui符号意义的教程要是再清晰一点就好了（我比较笨）。总体来说玩的很开心，期待接下来的故事发展！

I enjoy puzzle solving adventure games and mystery/detective games; I also am quite fond of visual novels on some occasions, especially if they involve mystery/puzzle solving/detective shenanigans (big Ace Attorney fan here). I had never heard of these games before, and read about it on reddit when looking for mystery/detective games.
I walked in with no expectation, people said it was closer to Dangaronpa which I don't like as much as the AA games, but I was right to ignore those comments because I had such a great time playing it.
I like a well-crafted story, with as little plot holes as possible and this story delivered. Playing through the different branches, getting different kind of information which makes you want to try as many path as possible was very well executed, I really really loved it. I got curious about the DS version and I do admit the game might be better on DS for different reasons, mainly because the game used the dual screen for a lot of purposes, but this version manages to bypass most issues caused by single screen, and the voice acting was in my opinion very very good.
Play this game people : it's good

When I started the game, the pace felt a bit too slow, and I said "aw come on, how is this game supposed to be better than 999 ???"
Thirty hours later, crazy theories were written down, a few of them ended up true, my jaw dropped an impressive amount of time : I stand corrected like I have never been in my life.
The story is so rich and well crafted, I was a bit disappointed with how they handled some recurring characters from 999 (*cough* Clover *cough*) but damn this is a great game.
I am rarely surprised in mystery media, but this... So many unexpected plot twists, so many "wait... wait wait wait!!!"
Great game, play 999 first ofc, and if you love complex stories, puzzles and mysteries, this game is for you.
(I have to say the characters aren't as likable as in 999, but I did tear up at one of the endings (and I assume I'm not the only one))
I mentioned in the 999 review above that the game uses the branching and the choices very well to make the player curious and try to get all bits of the story : VLR took it to the NEXT LEVEL. Never seen a game handle the concept of branching path as well, and I started it being very sceptical and finished it dumbfounded.
Go play this game. It's great.

第一部结束，评价是好玩！虽然和现在比谜题难度没有很高，但是按照逻辑去解谜非常顺畅，对于一个经常看广告的人来说不看攻略打完全程太爽了，打到全死亡结局才发现原来search物品也有小对话又重新用novel模式打了一遍，发现很多补充的描述内容。
剧情方面虽然疑似用各种伪科学来水剧情，但是到结尾居然诡异的合上了，因为之前看过测评说最好去看nds实况最有感觉，最后一关的时候特地开着nds的实况打发现[strike] 谜题根本不一样卡了半天关 [/strike]，真相剧情九年前茜仿佛[spoiler]薛定谔的猫 [/spoiler]一样。
而且灌注大量冷笑话真的很满意，笑点低的人能随时随地get到。缺点就是中间有好多不太友好的黄色笑话尬尬的，介意这点的话还是不要买了，而且男女主感情线太上古感，最后一关解谜双向互动挺感人的。

尽管[spoiler]时空穿梭改变命运 [/spoiler]的题材已经并不新奇，但是极限脱出还是给玩家带来了新的体验。其实对我来说最精彩的部分是露娜的塑造，[spoiler]一个冷静的、服从的，但却永远保持善良的格鲁特016。从最开始对脸谱化圣母的无感，再到后面开始疑惑：露娜似乎完全没有想逃生的欲望，猜测其是0；到最后明白她身份的恍然大悟。[/spoiler]比起其他穿越时空作品带给人更多的是热血与宏大，善人死亡带给我更多的是对生命与存在的茫然，以及荒凉。第一次感到震撼是[spoiler] 西格玛看见了K的脸，第二次则是西格玛流出了白色的血，这种对自我存在与生命的怀疑清楚地传递给了我。[/spoiler]在不同的故事线中，每个人的选择都会摇摆不定，[spoiler]但只有露娜的选择始终如一；善人死亡精彩的点之一就是给予了除主角以外的人“不变”，除了命运、勇气与坚持这些美好的品质以外，程序当然也是不会变的。九人游戏是对于露娜的“中文房间”，但露娜比出题者回答得还要好。对人类的单一模仿和程序设定下的善良与在生存下的团结或自私的面目相比，很难说哪个才是正确。本来以为，露娜只是一个脸谱化的圣母，在极端生存环境下，虽然刻板，但好像也习惯了这样的存在；出人意料的是，她只是一个拟人的机器人，她的圣母，是带有冷漠疏离的观察性质的，如果要怜所有人，那必不能对某个人格外热情，尽管因为设定了主角的缘故，露娜在西格玛这里第一次表达出了自己在生命、善恶与程序之间的迷茫以及爱意；但我也并不想认为露娜是对西格玛有真情的，她的真情只奉献给她的主人，或是说，只是程序；遵守命令与保护主人是两条相反的路，如青鸟一样，露娜的幸福就在身侧，却也转瞬即逝。露娜也仅仅是一个模拟生态园里的机械青鸟……一定会有一条世界线里的露娜是正在追寻幸福、已经得到幸福的吧…[/spoiler]

The first game (999) is absolutely phenomenal, from the story telling to the character design, I was absolutely hooked from start to finish. Instead of info-dumping information it guides you through with compelling storytelling, some of it makes you pause and think, which makes the plot twists all that more satisfying. You can tell the team spent a lot of time fleshing out all the different story lines and puzzles, a lot of connects to real world theories and events. There are many endings, you slowly work your way through all of paths and you learn something new each time. The puzzles aren't hard, I'd say they're on the easier side and you can finish them without looking up a walkthrough. I first played this game on DS which was a good experience, but upon playing the PC port I was surprised by the new art and voice acting. I'd say they did pretty well, and it pairs well with the iconic OST. I wasn't completely satisfied by the true ending, I wished there was a little more content as they left it pretty open-ended but that's what the sequel is for. I'd say this game is must experience for anyone who enjoys VNs.

The second game (VLR) is a little different from the first game, it has most of the core concepts - you're playing a death game with 8 others and have to figure out the mystery. There are a few key differences though, which put it below the first game. First, the characters aren't all that memorable this time around, they interact in a way that almost feels two-dimensional besides their special backstory scenes. This made me appreciate the first game more for allowing you to get to know the characters and their opinions on the situation. Second, the puzzles are a lot harder - it's not too crazy but I had to look up a walkthrough a few times, and the ones I didn't look up it just wasn't as fun because it seemed to focus more on complexity rather than relevance/storytelling. Third, there's a lot more bloat! Yeah, there's more escape rooms and content, and you can always use the skip/fast-forward toggle to move past what you already saw, but there's a lot of things you have to sift through before you can turn it on that doesn't add any value to the story - like repeated dialogue or map cutscenes of walking through the doors over and over. Lastly, the overarching plot just wasn't as good as the first one, but this is more personal preference. I can't say much without spoiling, but I wish it was more of a 'sequel' story that expanded upon the theories and organizations we learned about in the first game. It tried to introduce a lot of new concepts, but in turn it felt disconnected, that's due to the [spoiler]time skip and world-wide stakes. I would've more enjoyed a story that was directly or soon after the first game.[/spoiler] Despite all its flaws I really enjoyed VLR, and it was a much needed addition as the Zero Escape universe is too good to not have more than one game. The sci-fi setting was interesting, and I quite enjoyed the new twist on the Nonary Game. If you enjoyed the first one you should play the second, just keep in mind that it's a little different.

Finished 999 and Virtue’s Last Reward and I really enjoyed it.

Great story game with escape room puzzles, which made it really fun to play. I also like how the game has multiple routes and actually rewards you for going through them.

Completing the game felt really satisfying. Definitely one of my favorite story and puzzle games so far.

极限脱出999我是在PC上用模拟器玩的NDS版，NDS有上下两个屏幕可以同时看到两个画面，steam版只有一个屏幕需要玩家自己切换画面，两个能同时看到的屏幕这个设定对剧情很重要，玩家自己切换画面玩体验会比较差。999解谜难度适中，剧情也比较紧凑。作为系列开山之作很优秀。善人之死解谜难度比较大，涉及到很多计算费脑子容易卡关。剧情有一点拖沓，各角色刻画不如第一部吸引人。建议喜欢999男主的玩家做好心理准备再去玩第三部零时困境。

Первая игра в серии - 999 - в достаточной мере сильный продукт, с интересным сюжетом и понятными персонажами. Вторая же - VLR - чрезмерно гиперболизирована, ни одному персонажу не хочется сочувствовать. Все становится еще хуже от постоянных непропускаемых анимация отображения перемещения персонажей по карте, открытия/закрытия дверей и т.д. кажется, что за время прохождения не менее часа уйдет только на их просмотр, т.к. суть игры заточена под возвращение назад для выбора другого развития событий. Конец же, от части, больше разочаровывает, кажется, что можно было бы более органично закончить историю, но там намешали всего и оставили кучу точек... В общем я бы рекомендовал пройти только первую часть и забыть про то, что существует продолжение...

Excellent games and excellent port (mostly - there are a few puzzles that clearly were designed for the DS, but nothing too annoying).

Wild ride of a story, combining psychological horror/thriller with sci-fi and mystery elements. I personally prefer VLR to 999, but you should play them in order for the full experience. Don't just play through one route, make sure to go back and complete the other routes (there's a handy Flow system).

If VLR is crashing on Linux, try switching settings in the launch menu!

The characters are great too, each one has a distinct and believable personality. The puzzles are fine, and interesting enough, and the overarching story too. 强制多周目，不过打起来比寂静岭更能让我心甘情愿一些，因为不同分支里都有新的值得思考的剧本，而且分支图跳起来也很方便，寂静岭要是能有这流程图多好，就是全结局指引不太友好；
少见的难度合适的解谜，一次攻略都不用查就能做出来，而且还有成就感；
结尾有点仓促，重点都不解释了，感觉有点摆烂；

hay un Detalle IMPORTANTISIMO, que no es capaz de entenderse en esta verision en PC hasta el final, debido al cambio de vision de "NOVELA" y "ADV vision" y es:
El juego originalmente estaba planeado para que fuera exclusivo en DS, debido que la intencion de Kotaro Uchikoshi era que la pantalla inferior era La vision de Ak***** resolviendo sus Acertijos en el pasado, y la pantalla superior, la actualidad
Me parece una ptisima genialidad para la epoca, yo me lo pase en su tiempo en mi Ds, Y leyendo que esa era la intencion de Uchikoshi (dicho por el mismo en "999 Preguntas y respuestas" ((no, no son 999 Q&A, son Como 150 aprox contando en cuenta las que salieron despues de VLR))) Al crear la historia, aprovechando la dinamica de 2 pantallas en La ds, solo hay un detalle pequeñito en un puzzle donde abajo se ven las fotografias de los participantes actuales, uchikoshi dice que... pienses que es un momento de vision de A***** en los ojos de jumpei jaja.
la verdad es arte, pese haberlo jugado hace muchisimos años atras, decidi hasta hace poco, jugar el VLR y El Zero time dilemma, no sabia que estaban en steam, y joder, es ARTE puro, pensaba que esta trilogia estaria atrapada en la PSVita y Wii U por siempre, y La ramificacion que sucede al final de VLR es Increible, nunca habia visto narrativas de Viajes en el Tiempo, tan bien echas.

Nel complesso, due ottime visual novel che mi sento di consigliare.

N.B. La durata esagerata è causata dal fatto che ho usato non solo audio giapponese, ma anche testo in lingua giapponese e l'ho usato come esperienza di studio, quindi visto che ero alle prime esperienze ci ho un messo un bel po' rispetto alla durata normale.

В Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors девять человек оказываются заперты на корабле. На руках у них браслеты, пронумерованные от 1 до 9, из которых нужно составлять цифровой корень для прохода через двери, обозначенные аналогичными числами. По правилам смертельной игры, участниками которой они оказались, через одну такую дверь могут пройти строго от трёх до пяти человек, иначе браслет активирует бомбу в организме, которая их убьёт. В перерывах между пронумерованными дверями нужно читать новеллу и решать point-and-click головоломки, чтобы продвигаться по запертым комнатам. Я искренне ненавижу этот жанр, но в этой игре, к моему удивлению, загадки решать было интересно. На то, чтобы выбраться, у ребят есть девять часов, но это лишь условность, так как игрок во времени никак не ограничен. Новелла нелинейная: есть несколько развилок, приводящих к пяти разным концовкам, но и это условность, ведь для полноты картины и получения настоящей концовки игру придётся пройти не один раз, запуская прохождение из любой уже открытой комнаты в рамках одного сохранения. Прохождение разных путей открывает ранее недоступные реплики и взаимодействия с персонажами, которые, в свою очередь, открывают доступ к ранее недоступным концовкам.
Для Nintendo DS весьма неплохо, одна из лучших игр платформы наряду с Ace Attorney; на ПК же она ощущается немного устаревшей.

[PRIMERO: SOLO HE JUGADO 9 HOURS 9 PERSONS 9 DOORS DE MOMENTO

He jugado muy pocos juegos de este estilo como para autodenominarme una fanática de las novelas visuales, sin embargo creo que este juego tiene un encanto como ninguno, la manera de contarte la historia, como cada historia se va uniendo cada vez mas y atas los cabos finales es algo muy hermoso. Jamás podría haber previsto el plot twist final de la historia y valoro muchísimo que, a pesar que contenga muchos clichés (como lo de la amiga de la infancia), te lo ponen con un propósito, y no es nada forzado. Hablando un poco del gameplay, aunque sea un poco antiguo, yo personalmente no creo que sea tosco ni nada por el estilo, resolver los acertijos es bastante satisfactorio y quedas con una sensación gratificante. Jugar 999 por primera vez y sacar el final verdadero, fue una experiencia inigualable para mi. espero que para cualquier persona que le gusta una buena historia pueda darle una oportunidad.

Locke's socks/Ship of Theseus - If you replace all parts of this game with an enjoyable one, and then build 999 back up again with its previous parts, which game is the one full of plotholes, inconsistencies, pacing issues, repetitive dialogue? (The one built with 999's parts)

Morphogenetic fields + Bootstrap paradox - If I tapped into the morphogenetic fields and told my previous self not to play this game, would I have avoided this mess? (In a different timeline to the current one, yes)

I'm not the type to rage at a game. But I genuinely think that this, and Danganronpa V3, are the 2 most aggravatingly frustrating games I have ever played

Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors REVIEW

Um jogo que eu entrei com espectativas moderadas por ser mais um jogo da Spike Chunsoft, mas sai AINDA MAIS IMPRESSIONADO (spoiler, esse jogo é um 10/10) e vou contar o porque durante as notas;

Notas gerais:

- Gráficos 10/10 - Muitos vão estranhar os gráficos em 3D 100% old-gen, mas isso ajuda demais para a sua atmosfera de point-and-click, você vai se acostumar e vai achar lindo;

- Lore 999/10 - Com um belíssimo total de 6 finais em que cada um revela um pouco da lore, cara, que histórinha completinha e bem feita! Nada é por acaso, diversas reviravoltas, perfeito em todos os aspectos da palavra;

- Gameplay 10/10 - Além de ser um ótima VN, o jogo também conta com mecânicas de escape-room. Mas uma das mecânicas mais interessante é o "Flow", que funciona como um "mapa temporal", fazendo com que você possa reviver momentos da história e seguir por diferentes caminhos, oque é bem legal;

- OST 10/10 - Parece que a Spike Chunsoft não pega musica ruim, todas as OSTs dos seus jogos de suspense são IMACULADAS;

- Desempenho 10/10 - É um port de um jogo de DS, não tem como pesar;

Nota final: 10/10 - Uma das melhores histórias que eu tive o prazer de presenciar esse ano, com puzzles bem feitos, personagens bem construídos e reviravoltas insanas! Tudo isso encima de um estilo belíssimo (algo que me lembra uma VN bem antiga, mesmo sendo lançada em 2007) acompanhada de uma trilha sonora muito boa e que combina com os cenários.

Virtue’s Last Reward REVIEW

Após jogar 999 eu já estava apaixonado pelos personagens, universo, construção de mundo e maneira com que a história e contada nessa série. Logo, minhas expectativas para VLR estavam ALTÍSSIMAS, dito isso, segue as notas;

Notas gerais:

- Gráficos 8/10 - Infelizmente um dos charmes do primeiro jogo que eram seus sprites bem estilizados, nessa segunda entrada temos uma abordagem diferente com modelos em 3D, oque não me agradou nem um pouco, afinal 3D nunca foi o forte da Spike Chunsoft. Porém, com o tempo (40 horas de jogo aproximadamente) você se acostuma;

- Lore 999/10 - Absolutamente NADA poderia me preparar para a GRANDIOSIDADE da e PROFUNDIDADE da lore desse jogo, é simplesmente algo indescritível e que eu dificilmente irei ver novamente em um jogo;

- Gameplay 10/10 - Mesmo sendo uma VN, esse jogo contém diversos puzzles no estilo escape room, e posso adiantar dizendo que todos os puzzles são maravilhosos! Sem contar a mecância de flow chart que é simplemente incrível e muda completamente a maneira com que se conta uma história;

- OST 10/10 - Seguindo os mesmos moldes de seu antecessor, as musicas são incríveis. Minha favorita é Morphogenic Sorrow;

- Desempenho 10/10 - Levíssimo;

Nota final: 10/10 - Igual seu jogo anterior, a história, personagem, construção de mundo, puzzles, TUDO culmina nessa obra de arte chamada Virtue's Last Reward. Eu recomendo com todo meu coração para todos esse jogo.

A collection of two really solid visual novels that I adore. The characters, story (most of it anyway) and music are all amazing. I don't have any criticisms other than that I really thought the sprites in 999 were super charming only to be hit with horrifically ugly models in VLR. However VLR does have a really good story to make up for that shortcoming. I've heard through the grapevine that if you don't mind using a legacy console the ds version of the first game is practically necessary to get most out of the impact out of a story beat that utilizes the dual screens in a really clever way so if you really care about getting what you feel is the complete experience I would try to play the ds version just keep in mind it won't have the flowchart and will take a little longer to reach the finale.

played this a while ago but I don't remember the port being as awful as other people are saying. that being said VLR is one of the best things I have ever experienced no exaggeration. play immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Nonary Games combines 2 of the greatest interactive mysteries I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. While the first game has some compromises in the experience in losing the dual screen set up of the original game this is still an experience you absolutely have to have for yourself. The mystery, thrills, and fun character work paired with supernatural conspiracies all topped with engaging and dynamic characters really makes for something exceptional.

9時間9人～だけならおススメできたけれど終わりよければすべてよしと言う言葉があるので、
シボウデスで下評価にさせていただく。
シナリオ分岐の選択肢でしかないとはいえ裏切られたり裏切ったりは読んでいてストレスになり、
何より物語の結末及び真相判明のカタルシスがそれまでのストレスを埋めるのに全く足りていない。

第一部算是中規中矩

最後很精彩但中間有地方感覺有點拖沓

但懸疑的部分做得相當好

會一直想玩下去

第二部改善了不少第一部的問題

幾乎毫無冷場

非常精彩

而且爆點也很多

唯一我比較不喜歡的

就是有留一些部份沒完成

我猜是要留到第三部

This is a really good VN series with branching storylines. I LOVE how the PC port introduces a flow chart to the first game, like the 2nd and 3rd games have always had. It makes it much easier to play through all the endings. My favourite part of these games is how they [spoiler]make the branching part of the story and[/spoiler] introduce all kinds of interesting philosophical questions.
