《月华剑士2》是SNK的《月华剑士》系列第二部作品，发售于初代作品问世的第二年，继承前作基本玩法，同时对部分设定进行调整，丰富和优化，让二代更加完善，毫无疑问是2D剑戟格斗游戏经典佳作，遗憾后续再无续作，但玩家依旧放不下这款经典的格斗游戏。

游戏的画面依旧采用SNK最经典也是最擅长的像素风格，但是异常精美、细腻，游戏开场的动画就能够震撼当时甚至现如今的玩家。尤其是这下雪天场景的描绘，真的是栩栩如生，美轮美奂，寂静神秘，期待着故事的展开。

游戏的单人模式主要是故事模式、时间挑战模式，本地对战模式三种，故事模式中玩家可以选择角色进行故事剧情的体验，每一位角色都有各自的结局，完成结局可以解锁收集品-展示画。时间挑战模式中，玩家需要以最快的时间完成剧情，不断挑战最快通关速度。本地对战模式中玩家可以进行本地的0延迟对战，适合线下比赛、过招。

线上模式也是功能齐全，玩家可以在线寻找对手进行比赛，也可以自己创建一个对战房间，等待玩家的挑战，值得一提的是，玩家可以在训练模式或者故事模式中等待线上玩家的挑战，从而打发等待时的无聊时间。

线上模式现在还能遇到高手玩家，比如笔者就遇到这位获胜场次排行榜全球第一的yaruo大佬。对战胜负不重要，能和高手过招才是乐趣。尤其是还有玩家在线游玩。

游戏的训练模式也是提供了基本的训练选项，设置陪练的攻击、防御等动作逻辑，熟悉角色的出招和接招时机。玩家可以在训练场模式中查看到每一位角色的出招表。一些特殊技能的释放和演变还是很复杂的。

游戏中总共有16位角色加上2位隐藏角色可以供玩家选择操作，包括初代作品中的最终boss，每一位角色都个性十足使用样式各异的武器，因此也就有不同的攻击逻辑。

此外，每一位角色都有三种操作模式，被称为剑质，分别是力、技和极。力模式下，侧重点在攻击伤害，但是工作动作会慢一些，攻击后的硬值更大，攻击被对方防住后会弹回来，可以使出潜在奥义，必杀技中可以接超必杀。技模式下，普通技能可以组合起来，伤害会减弱，但是动作更加快速，硬值也小，灵活多变。极模式下综合了力和技模式的优点，但是角色防御属性变差一些，可以使用潜在奥义或者升华技能。

游戏基本操作主要是轻/重斩击，脚踢，弹挡，跳跃，前冲，后跳，受身等基本动作。想要成为高手还是需要长久的刻苦练习。华丽的操作和爽快的格斗体验相信会吸引不少玩家尝试。但是老派格斗游戏的操作难度也是高的劝退玩家。

游戏的收集要素也是必不可少的，玩家可以通过游玩游戏逐渐解锁一些游戏角色、剧情相关的展示图。玩家可以通过购买dlc的形式购买游戏的原声。游戏内部也有成就解锁系统，同样需要玩家在游戏过程中完成相应的挑战。

总结：
《月华剑士2》作为2D剑戟格斗游戏的代表作品，可以说是系列的集大成者，内容、玩法、系统，角色设计都更加完善，只可惜后续作品再难看到。游戏中的代表性角色也是有客串到《侍魂》里，倒是勾起了不少玩家们怀念，不知道SNK会不会重启该系列。

THE LAST BLADE 2 es acción en estado puro, pero de la vieja escuela: un juego de lucha 2D con alma de arcade, espadazos precisos y ese ritmo que te obliga a dejar de “botonear” como si estuvieras peleando con el control por la custodia del cable. Aquí la propuesta es clara: duelos rápidos, técnicos y con estilo retro/pixelado que presume su época sin pedir perdón.

La primera impresión es como abrir una cápsula del tiempo: se ve y se siente clásico, con animaciones y golpes que todavía tienen “punch”. Y sí, trae multijugador JcJ (en línea y en la misma pantalla), logros, tablas de clasificación y hasta Remote Play Together… o sea, herramientas modernas para que te humilles con gente moderna en un juego que viene del pasado.

Eso sí: no esperes que el juego te tome de la manita. Este es de los que te dicen “aprende o muere”, y luego te vuelve a decir “aprende” mientras tu personaje cae por cuarta vez.

❌ 🧠 Curva de aprendizaje exigente: si vienes por “pegar bonito”, el juego te educa a golpes.
❌ 🕹️ Enfoque retro sin concesiones: si no te gusta lo clásico, aquí no hay maquillaje moderno que te salve.

THE LAST BLADE 2 sigue siendo un juegazo de acción/lucha 2D: elegante, duro y con ese “feeling” arcade que muchos modernos intentan copiar con tutoriales eternos y no les sale. Aquí el combate habla por sí solo: si te gusta aprender sistemas y mejorar, te va a atrapar.

Pero seamos controversiales y honestos: con 2 jugadores activos, el online puede sentirse como un club secreto donde nadie fue invitado. Y aunque tenga 355 recomendaciones (bien merecidas), depende mucho de que tengas con quién jugar o que tú seas de esos monjes del training que disfrutan sufrir en silencio.

Si buscas un clásico exigente para jugar con amigos (pantalla compartida/Remote Play Together) o para clavarte en el versus cuando aparece alguien en línea, vale totalmente la pena. Si lo tuyo es “solo campaña” y ya, puede que te quedes con cara de “¿y ahora qué?”.

ずっとデモを見てられるネオジオゲーム

El juego está muy bueno y cuando está en oferta suele estar muy barato. Si te gustan los juegos de peleas no podes no tenerlo en tu colección, tiene buenos diseños de personajes y los combates son intensos.

Well worth your ten dollars, full stop. If you're a fighting game enthusiast, don't blink. If you're a fan of the setting, don't blink twice.

While I might not have a lot of time in the Steam version, I have been playing this game with people for a very long time - probably so far back as when I messed with it in MAME almost 20 years ago, back when that was basically the only way to look into it for myself. This was later compounded by the advent of Fightcade, an online emulation portal of fighting games and other genres for two players that featured rollback netcode. The problem is that's emulation and that a grey or worse area to be involved in...except there was no way to support the game easily if at all. Until this.

When this was given the green light for Steam and moreso with the rollback code introduced by Code Mystics I saw no reason not to support the effort. I felt it the absolute barest minimum to give after so many memories of playing this game to what I can now legally support. I wish more and more of these old titles would make it to Steam and I welcome the opportunity to support them much like I have this one.

100% completion and achievements. Easy and fast to do it.

I would say the very same thing i've said about the first game (the former title). This is one of the old school gems of fighting games. Nothing much to say about the classic ones. They are just good and deserve the recognition. Wish more people would play and buy the classic old games. And i really wish SNK someday will make a SAMSHOxTLB game with all characters from both games in the roster.

Excelente juego por si solo para pasar el rato, además me parece excelente que tenga las instrucciones de cómo sacar los personajes ocultos y EX, así como la lista de movimientos de cada personaje lo cual ahorra tener que buscarlos en internet, además de contar con el plus de poder jugar online, que irónicamente es el único punto negativo ya que el online está prácticamente muerto a no ser que quedes con alguien para jugar.

A great hidden samurai fighter that im so glad snk and code mystics brought back to life. I am actually a bigger fan of this game than the old school samurai shodown games. This game plays a lot better with an Xbox controller than a ps5 controller. You actually can't even pause the game with the ps5 controller which is a bit odd. Characters are great with a wide variety of fighting styles, stages are also awesome. Music could be better. There's one stage that actually doesn't have any music but you can hear the rustling of trees and grass and the wind, and I actually loved that. Overall great game well worth $10 and if you can get it on sale definitely do that. 8/10

Tudo que havia de bom no primeiro título foi aproveitado e tudo que havia de ruim foi aprimorado, por que diabos a SNK abandonou essa IP?

Esse game é uma joia perdida, cenários bonitos e bem animados, uma boa quantidade de personagens com uma variedade de golpes e especiais com opções tornando o game mais complexo, leve alusão a fatalites e estória rasa padrão SNK.

Para um jogo de 1998 a qualidade é impressionante, a jogabilidade é mais travada e lenta, diferente de KoF por exemplo, porem muito mais satisfatória que Samurai Shodown, alguns especiais são realmente bonitos e bem animados, uma lista de comandos foi adicionada e tem alguns personagens secretos para aumentar ainda mais suas opções.

Oque eu não entendo é porque a SNK abandonou essa IP, eles lançaram uma "sequencia" para PocketNeoGeo em 2000 e é isso... talvez não tenha sido tão popular nos Arcades ou Consoles, por sorte temos essa versão na Steam, que vale a pena você ter em sua coleção.

Assim como o anterior, vejo esse game como um bom game de Ninja Scroll seria se feito pela SNK na decada de 90.

O game vale a pena em uma promoção (de vez em quando esta com 85% de desconto) aproveite e tenha essa joia em sua biblioteca.

これこそリメイクしてほしい。今やっても面白いシステムもあって今のようにオンラインで調整できる環境ならば世界的にはうーーーんとしても日本ではウケそうな気がする。るろうに剣心の国、日本ですから。
これに大胆にサムライスピリッツのシステムもいれこめばかなり油断できない対戦ゲームになるとおもう。

A forgotten jewel from late 90's fighting games, this is an spiritual sequel of Samurai Shodown, so it's not for everyone since this is a slown paced defensive game in which neutral game, footsies and pokes are the fundamentals you need to master. This is not like modern fighting games that rewards offensive and are about overwhelm your opponent, in Last Blade you quickly learn to be economic in you attack, since a whiffed slash may cost you a hurful punish from your rival.
I must say the port is really nice, it runs well. Unfortunatelly, like most old FG, is dead online, so I can't comment about the netcode. You need to have a friend or to look for one in steam forums to play with. Or, if you are a competitive player, then, as a usually say with ol FG, then you must go to Fightcade.
Another thing is that there are not filters so, although the graphics are fine, there are not as good as you probable remember in the arcades, this is due today's high resolution screens. If you have and old TV or can use filters, then you could have a more appealing graphics.
However, if you are a classic fighting games enthusiastic/collector, you must have this game. I particularly enjoyed it.

This one is just the first one but better.

Truly this is the best fighting game that I don't care to be any good at, the art and animations are amazing, the characters I weirdly find bland but good, the story line is mercifuly concluded with a nice bow... but I wouldn't be able to tell you a damn thing about gameplay, the arcade gives you the choice that if you keep using continues the life of your opponent keeps getting shorter to the point that you can beat the last boss in one hit (and I did that on the easiest difficulty setting) so as I said, the best fighting game that I really don't care to be any good at.

Well, I just think the first one was better because of the Original Kaede... (that guy was OP as heck), but still, The Last Blade 2 is also a great fighting game in its own right.

The plot continues, as the rich guy now wants to contain the demon, not allow it refuge in the world... But then, Koryu rises to take the power of the seven orbs... Or something like that! I mean the game has no cutscenes whatsoever, so I just assumed this is how the story goes from the fighting intro screen lol. That's why I said the first game was much better; it had a few cutscenes, some story, while the most story you'll get out of this one are the Intro screens in Stage 7 (rival stage, if you play fighting games you'd understand).

However, the mechanics are kept in; it's still the baby child of Garou:MOTW and Samurai Shodown... Those 5 hit combos go heavy on the health bar like nothing I've ever seen. Needless to state how they dumbed down OP Kaede into this Super Saiyan Kaede that deals less damage (somehow) and has crappier moves.
All in all, like the first game, you've got Time Attack modes and unlike the first game, there are still some people gaming, so chances are you'll sometimes find a few games up where you can try your two-hit combos and get absolutely BODIED by the people playing this rock-guy called Shigen, who blocks your moves while doing his own.

I guess it's safe to assume you'll have a lot of fun playing this one, but it's not better than the first game in my opinion. [b]6/10[/b], will I play more of it now that I 100% it? Probably not.

以前挺喜欢玩，相比侍魂本身更偏动漫风格和华丽连段，很多角色借鉴了浪客剑心，可惜出了两代就草草完结。

Com diversas melhorias na continuação, lançado no ano de 1998 (cerca de um ano após o lançamento do primeiro jogo). Retornamos para esse mundo fabuloso que a história se passa.

Uma continuação direta da história, se passando alguns meses após os eventos do primeiro jogo. Enquanto buscam uma maneira de selar definitivamente o mal que foi provocado no primeiro jogo (o rompimento do selo que mantinha fechado o portal do mundo de Hades). Tentam entender a volta de Gaisei (mestre de Kaede, Yuki e Moriya), que havia sido morto no anteriormente e retorna a vida.

Tanto que vejo a história desses dois jogos no geral como um conto dividido em duas partes.

Aqui eu abro um parênteses para falar de Hibiki Takamine, personagem que apresenta uma narrativa que pode sutilmente mudar no decorrer do jogo, e é justamente esse detalhe que a tornou tão popular. Hibiki entra nesse mundo de batalhas para conseguir justiça por seu pai morto. Mas por não ser uma guerreira nata, esse mundo de lutas, sangue e mortes a assusta de inicio (e você percebe isso, seja na pose de vitória ou em seus quotes). Sua última aparição foi como DLC Samurai Shodown. Realizando o crossover que todo mundo que já jogou as duas franquias já desejou um dia. Parênteses fechado voltemos a falar do jogo no geral.

O port da codemystics acerta em estabilidade e com rollback, oferecendo ótima experiência online. Mas sendo sincero, eu não recomendo comprar se o único objetivo é online, porque é capaz de você encontrar mais gente online nos emuladores da vida que na versão da Steam.

Se você pausar o jogo na tela de seleção de personagens, terá um menu que só aparece nessa tela, ensinando os truques de personagens secretos, modo secreto e afins.

Possuindo 2 modos de jogo, Speed e Attack, mudando a sua forma de jogar conforme o modo escolhido. Enquanto que no Attack o jogador foca em golpes soltos e combos curtos, porque a prioridade é o dano. No Speed, o jogo abre o leque de combos, tornando o boneco mais versátil.

O fator replay é incentivado após platiná-lo, porque o jogo possui galeria. Mas infelizmente a galeria possui somente artes e não os finais dos personagens que você já fez. Não tem save em nuvem, então se você jogar ao ponto de abrir todas as artes, não esqueça de fazer backup.

O jogo possui textos em português, coisa que o primeiro jogo não possui.

SOBRE ACHIEVEMENTS:

Tendo somente conquistas offline. O jogo é bem tranquilo de platinar, você pode colocar na menor dificuldade e com 1 round e ir curtindo a história enquanto termina com cada personagem.

Até o Time Attack que deveria ser o ponto alto de dificuldade não é, porque você pode escolher o chefão e obliterar os oponentes e realizar facilmente o achievement.

O preço cheio não é caro, mas de tempos em tempos está em promoção, com normalmente 50% de desconto. The Last Blade 2 é um ótimo achado e com certeza vale está na coleção de qualquer pessoa que cresceu com na era dos arcades nos 90/2000 ou/e que é amante de jogos de luta.

The Last Blade 2 is a phenomenal fighting game and sadly such a hidden gem. This and Garou Mark of the Wolves are the SNK version of Street Fighter III: Third Strike. Beautiful art direction, sprite work, and stage design. Music that's filled with emotion. Deep challenging mechanics that are decently easy to learn, but very hard to master. A great story with so many amazing characters. If you're a fan of fighting games, please give this game a try, it's such a hidden gem, and it's a shame more people don't play this.

SNK老街机FTG中最喜欢的一作，在我心中还真就是拳打拳皇脚踢侍魂的作品，喜欢浪客剑心类作品的对这个游戏的人设应该毫无抵抗力。
优点：1.游戏内置详细的出招表和隐藏调出教程，该有的游戏模式基本不少
2.键盘出招优化了，街机模拟器不是修改版的话你是基本别想用键盘搓出除了2416 AB/B以外的超杀的，PC版只要是指令表上出现过的招式是可以很轻松就搓出来的，乱舞奥义随便练练也能掌握
3.有成就系统，还没有那种比较阴间的成就，全成就比较简单（当然这个算不算优点存疑）
缺点：1.原汁原味的画面，在如今的显示器分辨率上就全是马赛克
2.大概存在两个键盘出招的BUG，我用键盘至今没搓出来过，一个是力/极剑质真田香织的24B超杀取消出不来，不管是24B的哪一帧（出招表上明确说了24B是升华技），还有一个是力/极剑质的直卫示源无法通过6246C→24B指令投派生最终超杀投，6246C→24A→624624AB还是可以的
3.这么多年的冷饭了，你让主机限定的角色出现会死啊，你就是让换皮真田小次郎登场我都算你照顾PC玩家感受了
4.网络问题，直到侍魂晓都没解决的SNK传统联机服务器巨垃圾的问题，我跟别人联网玩ARC家的BBCF、BBTAG、龙珠，卡普空家的ST5、MVC3，华纳的MK11和不义联盟2都不卡，而SNK呢，全家桶里也就14的联网勉强能看

总之，情怀作，喜欢的自然会买，没接触过的也大概率不会入这个坑，对SNK已经失望透顶的我有生之年也只期待啥时候月华系列能重启了

Game milestone of my childhood that I wanted and had to buy on Steam.
I am extremely fond of the saga and seeing that in these years someone else still plays it gives me so much joy.
The game is well structured and features several quotes to various popular anime at the time of the first release of The Last Blade 1 and 2 as Kenshin Ruonin or Dragon Ball, and other SNK games such as Zantetsu which is said to be the grandfather of Eiji Kisaragi from Art of Fighting and KIng of Fighters; it can also be considered the "spiritual sequel" of the Samurai Shodown/Samurai Spirits series although it is not entirely clear if it is part of the same videoludic and narrative universe, especially because of the distance of the eras in which the two works are set.
Nothing to say about the design of the characters; However, I can complain about the story narrated a little bit badly in both chapters of the series but to which you get as you complete the game with all the characters and the fact that several characters are really indecent and at maximum difficulty does not allow you to play decently if you have them against and are unsuitable even at minimum difficulty.
Needless to hide that one of the mentioned characters is undoubtedly Mukuro.
Even today I dream of a remake of the games in a modern key as with Samurai Shodown in 2019, which among other things is present Hibiki as a DLC character or even a possible "The Last Blade 3" still in modern key.

Gioco pietra miliare della mia infanzia che ho assolutamente voluto e dovuto acquistare su Steam.
Sono estremamente affezionato alla saga e vedere che in questi anni qualcun'altro ancora ci gioca mi mette tantissima gioia.
Il gioco è ben strutturato e presenta diverse citazioni a vari anime popolari al tempo della prima pubblicazione di The Last Blade 1 e 2 come Kenshin Ruonin o Dragon Ball, e ad altri giochi SNK come ad esempio Zantetsu che è il nonno di Eiji Kisaragi di Art of Fighting e KIng of Fighters; può inoltre essere considerato il "sequel spirituale" della serie di Samurai Shodown/Samurai Spirits sebbene non sia del tutto chiaro se faccia parte dello stesso universo videoludico e narrativo, soprattutto per via della distanza delle epoche in cui sono ambientate le due opere.
Nulla da dire sul design dei personaggi; tuttavia posso lamentare la storia spiegata un po' male in entrambi i capitoli della serie ma a cui ci si arriva man mano che si completa il gioco con tutti i personaggi e il fatto che diversi personaggi siano davvero indecenti e a massima difficoltà non ti permettano proprio di giocare se li hai contro e siano improponibili anche a difficoltà minima.
Inutile nascondere che uno dei personaggi citati è senza alcun dubbio Mukuro.
Ancora oggi sogno un remake dei giochi in chiave moderna come con Samurai Shodown nel 2019, in cui tra l'altro è presente Hibiki come personaggio DLC o addirittura un possibile "The Last Blade 3" sempre in chiave moderna.
