Storyline

Five years after the events of Batman: Arkham Knight, A.R.G.U.S. director Amanda Waller (Debra Wilson) creates a task force known as Task Force X / Suicide Squad, which is composed of Arkham Asylum inmates Harleen Quinzel / Harley Quinn (Tara Strong), Digger Harkness / Captain Boomerang (Daniel Lapaine), Floyd Lawton / Deadshot (Bumper Robinson) and Nanaue / King Shark (Samoa Joe), for a covert mission in Metropolis. Only when they arrive in the city do they realize the severity of the situation: Brainiac (Jason Isaacs) has invaded Earth and has started brainwashing its inhabitants, including Justice League members Clark Kent / Superman, Barry Allen / The Flash (Scott Porter), John Stewart / Green Lantern, and Bruce Wayne / Batman (Kevin Conroy). Waller assigns Task Force X with killing the Justice League to stop Brainiac before he takes over Metropolis and the world.

Bom, comprei sabendo das criticas a esse jogo, então não fui com expectativas, fui de coração aberto, visto que curto os personagens. Segue minha analise inicial.

Bons pontos:

1. É um bom game pra passar o tempo, ouvindo musica ou num podcast.

2. A dublagem é muito boa.

3. A liga da justiça é bem bacana e é interessante ver eles como vilões. (O batman continua fodão e badass)

4. Na promo por R$13, vale bastante. Além disso, não recomendo.

Pontos ruins:

1. Extremamente repetitivo, o que vai te cansar bem rápido.

2. Os inimigos, sem ser a liga, são tudo uma cópia do outro, sem personalidade alguma.

3. O sistema de evolução e loot não achei dos melhores.

4. Esperava algo diferente em relação ao veiculo que dão no jogo, não achei uma adição tão boa.

Estou apenas no inicio e algumas coisas podem mudar, tanto pra melhor, quanto pra pior. Mas se você é um gamer casual, sem nada pra fazer, vai curtir. É um game nota 7 até o momento.

i played 8 hours oveer 2 days then went to go play my save today and it cant find it ig and is making me restart thank god i only paid 5$ never touching this again like it was bad enough that it had some other issues like bugs like it wont let me use some guns even on missions that you dont have to beat the enemy a certian way

Tenho 7 horas de jogo, joguei 2 horas. 5 horas só tentando jogar com um amigo que o jogo ou não abria ou não deixava a gente jogar junto, e hoje eu agradeço por não ter deixado jogar. Uma otimização péssima, jogo difícil de rodar em um pc minimante bom no alto e com DLSS, intragável, a definição de poluição visual, toda vez que terminava uma partida aparecia a porcaria de um tela de vitória, as missões do jogo não duram 5 minutos, então a cada 5 minutos você via isso. Cheio de bugs, microtransações, liver service, mal otimizado, história desinteressante, gameplay MUITO enjoativa, ao nível que em 20 minutos eu não aguentava mais. Não vou termina isso daqui, não vale a pena passar por esse sofrimento pra chegar em um pior ainda, que é pós-game desse jogo. PÉSSIMO, gastei 13 reais e me achei caro.

I played SSKTJL for single player campaign. The story was great, had no problem with the story but some missions were repetitive. Combat could have been improved, played as deadshot the whole game and it was amazing.
Overall 7/10 for story/graphics/gameplay

Єдина велика помилка цієї гри: це те, що її просували як продовження серії Аркхем. Вона абсолютно не схожа за геймплеєм, а тому може викликати цілу бурю неприємних емоцій. Спочатку.
Якщо чесно, прив'язка до Аркхема настільки умовна, що могли б без цього обійтись, а без цього це дійсно хороша гра. Геймплей тут нормальний, не більше, так, але тут цікава історія (наскільки вас може здивувати в черговий раз історія прильоту Брейніака), чудові дуркуваті персонажі, і в сюжетному режимі цього сюжету і цих персонажів набагато більше, ніж геймплею, тож усе пролітає як непоганий міні-серіал на кілька вечорів.
Ну а грати постгейм вас далі ніхто силою не примушує.
Якщо вам цікаві історії світів DC, якщо ви забудете, що хтось десь колись називав це грою у світі Аркхема, дайте їй шанс,

I wanted to give it a go since it was only $5 but even if it was free i wouldnt go back. This game got boring quick as every character plays the same with only their treversal being Unique.
I would have had more fun If Shark and Harley was Melee Only with small bits of Range, Boomer being an all rounder character and Deadshot being the long range Sniper then it would have given some sort of fun that the Avengers game did since those characters where atleast a little different. But this game is every character plays the same with diffrent weapon and one character fly's thats it. It get boring FAST. 2/10 Like the idea but come on how wasnt the Avengers game a good warning to you guys to not do a game like this...

Oh also the game is capped to 90 and below very disapointing couldnt even go to 180fps.

As a long time Suicide Squad fan that 100% this game its safe to say this is the most overhated and underrated game of all time

Before buying this i really thought hmm is this really the WORST game of all time cuz everyone and their mothers on youtube was saying that but i couldnt believe it, i mean the material itself i already love cuz ever since i watched Suicide Squad (2016) ive became a huge fan of this team of villains forced to do stuff cuz they have a freaking bomb inside their necks. So I got curious and bought the game myself.

The story is funny and goofy as hell, i mean YOU ARE LITERALLY A GROUP OF STREET TIER VILLAINS SENT TO KILL A BRAINWASHED JUSTICE LEAGUE. overall i find the story super fun, it feels like a fun goofy one-shot comic, its not the best but the voice actors did a good job and the corny humour fits the suicide squad. as a kid that loves dumb stories like this i loved it!!

The combat is what i really wanted to try when i first watched the trailer for this game. The combat is fun nothin special, the movement however, the movement is something that i really enjoyed abt this game its just super fun yk zapping around metropolis as Captain Boomerang kinda makes you want a Flash game and Harley gets to swing around like shes a trapeze artist, Deadshot gets a cool jetpack, Nanaue jumps around. The mechanics are also very nice like villain synergy, critical reload, eliting weapons, afflictions, neck bomb mods, etc. overall the combat and mechanics are very solid, i enjoyed it and have nothing to complain about.

Now THE CHARACTERS, oh my god I LOVE THE CHARACTER DESIGNS SO MUCH, EVERYONE LOOKS SO GOOD, ITS LIKE THEY RIPPED EM OUT OF THE COMICS WITH THEIR OWN TWIST. PROB MY ONE OF FAV DC CHARACTER DESIGNS ESPECIALLY WONDER WOMAN, HARLEY, AND THE REST OF TASK FORCE X. THE CHARACTER DESIGN DEPARTMENT ABSOLUTELY COOKED. 10/10 Designs absolutely went crazyyy

Overall i think i know where the hate comes from its prob from the story and people expecting an arkham game, i know that the story has alot of flaws and its not as good as the arkham games but i think it doesnt deserve the hate it gets, I mean if you downloaded this game and had an open mind when you opened it (and not expecting a masterpiece arkham game) you will probably enjoy it i give this game an 8.5/10 super fun 100%ing experience anyways thats it for my review if it looks like an 8 year old wrote it its probably because im not a pro video game reviewer guy thingy, thx for reading oki bye (p.s if you want to buy this game buy it when its on sale!! cuz i cant recommend buying this game at full price)

This game is like 2 dollars on gmg and at that price, i took the plunge. Honestly, it's not bad at all. It's got a real cool vibe. The voice acting and graphics are actually pretty darn good.. The game itself is pretty fun, if a bit repetitive. But the different traversal moves you can do makes it a blast to chain together. I know this game get's so much hate, but i think it's mostly because people were expecting something different. Judged on it's own, without any hype, i think its a damn good time.. Especially for 2 bucks. I probably wouldnt pay more then 5 for it.. If you can get it for 5 or under, go for it..

I'm honestly conflicted on recommending this game, ( if I could i'd put Neutral)

I think with the promotion for 95% off absolutely, I wouldn't pay above £5 or $5 for this game, i've been on a 100% run for games lately and this game made me not want to persue that 100%. to the largest degree at this point, though I can't say I hated the game itself. The story is interesting enough, a suicide squad story, and the justice league characters for the most part fit. It's just the small bugs and glitches if your going beyond the main story I can't recommend. Every boot of the game the codex resets what you read. If you die you get this annoying sandstorm filter that stays.

IN short, the stories decent gameplays not bad, but the glitches and reptation ruin late game

Galera, mesmo pagando barato nesse game, ele não vale nem 50% do valor com o desconto (comprei por R$ 8,00) e esperava me divertir ao menos, pois eu já sabia que a história era uma bomba. Sendo bem sincero, após a polêmica sobre a morte do Homem Morcego na "trama" na época e agora ao jogar, senti que nem me importei com a cena de tanta fala extremamente forçada entre os personagens do Esquadrão entre si desde o início da gameplay. Sério, tirando duas a quatro situações em que dei uma breve risada, o resto é puramente uma porcaria sem tamanho. Nunca vi tantas falas "engraçadas" serem tão forçadas assim. Tentei fazer o pós jogo, inclusive já me encaminhava para o nível 10 de Dominação, mas chega a cansar aos montes pra ter vontade pra pelo menos detonar um segundo Brainiac (sim, no final da trama você descobre que apenas executou um de TREZE, TREZES Brainiacs espalhados pelo multiverso), fora toda a tentativa de vincular esse game com os personagens apresentados nos dois filmes do Esquadrão, forçando a narrativa a dizer que o Pistoleiro que estava em Arkham City era apenas um plágio e um cara qualquer se passando pelo verdadeiro (só faltava dizer que era de outro universo, aí quebraria meu PC na hora), além da Arlequina ter feições a Margot Robbie. Inclusive, que bomba a explicação de cada personagem na tela de Códice. Um Lex Luthor feminista?! (Não estou brincando. Quem for conferir vai ver que estou correto. Lex que era conhecido por odiar primeiramente Alienígenas, isso por conta do Superman, depois desgostar de meta humanos em geral, passando pano pelo exemplo maravilhoso da presença da Mulher Maravilha que luta contra, isso nas palavras dele, "a masculinidade tóxica". SIM, Lex Luthor se preocupa com questões de masculinidade tóxica hahahah). E sobre a gameplay para detonar a LJA, é extremamente ridícula, já que a explicação e execução do que tem que fazer é simplória e ao mesmo tempo você não entende bulhufas do que ocorreu após matar cada membro da LJA. Fora outras questões, como a inserção do Charada nesse meio, inclusive, diferente da franquia Arkham, que em alguns momentos você se irrita pra fazer as resoluções e encontrar os troféus do Edward Nigma, aqui é apenas chato. Arrisco a dizer que até um pouco fácil demais, mas basicamente e extremamente monótono.

Particularmente, nota 3/10

I missed the launch window chaos — the leaks, the backlash, the live-service discourse — and honestly? Best accidental decision I ever made. Coming into this in 2026, I had a genuinely good time, and I think that says more about the game's actual quality than any day-one review ever could.

[i]My DC knowledge comes from the movies and a handful of cartoons rather than deep comic-book lore[/i] (I've dipped into a few Ostrander runs, but that's about it) — and from that vantage point, Rocksteady absolutely nailed the dysfunctional, chaotic energy that makes the Suicide Squad what it is. The writing lands more often than it misses, the jokes are mostly funny with a few meh moments sprinkled in, and the core dynamic of the group feels genuinely fleshed out.

Here's the thing though — the game was never really the problem. Rocksteady set an impossibly high bar with the Arkham series, and people came in expecting the second coming of Arkham Knight with a squad twist. What they got instead was a competent, chaotic, live-service looter-shooter — a completely different beast. Add the live-service stigma on top, and the game never stood a chance at launch.

[b]Yeah, actually.[/b] The NPC bots for the rest of the squad make solo play genuinely fun, and the gameplay loop — the movement, the chaos, the combat tuning — is well-designed. I ran most of my playthrough as Deadshot and had a blast. Boomerang was okay for the little I played him, but your mileage may vary.

[h2]Is it as good as the Arkham games?[/h2]
[b][u]No — but that's a useless comparison.[/u][/b] These are entirely different games with entirely different goals. If you loved James Gunn's The Suicide Squad movie (which really captured the spirit of the comics), you'll find familiar energy here. The game does its own thing, puts its own spin on things, but keeps the essentials intact. It's a decent story — not great, not perfect — that keeps you engaged. Just don't walk in expecting Arkham.

[h2]Should you pay full price?[/h2]
[b][u]Absolutely not[/u][/b]. Buy it on sale, skip the DLC (cosmetic fluff, save your wallet), and don't worry about the live-service shutting down — Rocksteady patched it for offline play, which makes the purchase a lot easier to justify.

Having only completed the main story and played primarily as Deadshot, I'm landing at a [b]6.8/10[/b] — a genuinely decent game that got buried under unfair expectations and terrible timing. Sometimes that's all it takes.

Un live service vuoto e ripetitivo che spreca completamente il suo potenziale

Ho giocato a Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League con aspettative alte, ma è riuscito a deludermi praticamente sotto ogni aspetto.

Il problema principale è il gameplay, che risulta incredibilmente ripetitivo e povero di idee. Le missioni saranno sì e no 7-8 tipologie, riciclate all’infinito sia nella storia che negli obiettivi secondari. Dopo poche ore entri in un loop continuo fatto di “vai lì, distruggi quello, elimina ondate di nemici” senza mai un vero guizzo creativo. Anche il mission design è praticamente inesistente: sembra tutto costruito per allungare il brodo più che per divertire .

I personaggi, poi, sono una grossa occasione sprecata. Nonostante siano quattro figure diverse, alla fine si riduce tutto a sparare con armi da fuoco e muoversi in modo molto simile. Le differenze ci sono, ma sono talmente poco marcate che non cambiano davvero il modo di giocare. Non ti senti mai incentivato a variare o sperimentare, e questo appiattisce ulteriormente l’esperienza .

Il sistema di loot è uno degli aspetti peggiori: è completamente basato sull’RNG, con armi che cambiano continuamente statistiche e rarità. Questo significa che sei costretto a farmare missioni ripetitive non solo per progredire, ma anche per ottenere equipaggiamento decente. Il problema è che il loot stesso spesso non è nemmeno soddisfacente o interessante, rendendo tutto il ciclo di gioco ancora più vuoto .

A peggiorare le cose c’è una quantità esagerata di statistiche, effetti e sistemi sovrapposti che rendono il tutto confusionario e quasi stancante da seguire. Più che divertirti, sembra di stare gestendo un lavoro tra build, numeri e ottimizzazione continua .

Dal punto di vista visivo, invece, il gioco è anche di alta qualità: modelli e cutscene sono ben realizzati e riescono persino a valorizzare alcuni personaggi. Ma tutto questo non basta minimamente a salvare una trama debole. Per i fan DC, vedere quattro criminali eliminare la Justice League è quasi un’eresia, e anche per chi non è fan si percepisce chiaramente una forte “plot armor” che rende gli eventi poco credibili e poco coinvolgenti. Non aiuta il fatto che molte scelte narrative abbiano fatto storcere il naso a tantissimi giocatori .

La mappa di Metropolis è un’altra grande delusione: visivamente carina, ma vuota, poco ispirata e soprattutto piccola per gli standard attuali. Le attività sono blande e ripetitive, e manca completamente quel senso di scoperta tipico degli open world moderni . Alla lunga, il gioco si riduce alla solita checklist di missioni e collezionabili, dando più l’impressione di “fare i compiti” che di giocare davvero.

Il ritmo è anche pessimo: lunghe cutscene spezzano continuamente l’azione, alternate a fasi di combattimento caotiche e poco leggibili, creando un’esperienza poco equilibrata e spesso frustrante .

Il punto più basso però è l’endgame. Una volta finita la campagna, il gioco si trasforma in una grind fest senza anima: le stesse missioni vengono riproposte all’infinito con variazioni minime, solo per farti ottenere loot migliore. Non c’è un vero senso di progressione, né contenuti davvero nuovi, solo ripetizione pura mascherata da “contenuto endgame” . È qui che ho definitivamente perso interesse e deciso di abbandonarlo senza finirlo.

In generale, sembra il classico live service costruito a tavolino, con tutte le sue problematiche: ripetitività, grinding forzato, contenuti diluiti e poca sostanza reale .

L’unica nota leggermente positiva è che giocato con altri tre amici può risultare meno pesante, perché almeno si condivide la noia. Ma da solo diventa rapidamente monotono e stancante.

In conclusione, un gioco che spreca completamente il suo potenziale: bello da vedere, ma vuoto da giocare.

Apparently you cant play this game if WB services will have some issues. Bought this game a wile ago. Downloaded now and its crashes at the connection stage of game start. So I cant play now because of publisher issues and doubt that I can refund because of 2 weeks rule

Покупая отряд самоубийц я прекрасно понимал, что «это такое». И я был готов к усвоению данного хрючева. И если отталкиваться с этой позиции, то от игры можно получить удовольствие. Да, это удовольствие сомнительное. Здешний геймплей очень !ОЧЕНЬ! репетативный и ты быстро от него устаешь. Но босс батлы с членами лиги справедливости довольно занимательны.

В общем, как такой своеобразный таймкиллер сойдет. Особенно если тебе нравится DC и в частности та её эстетика, что связана с отрядом самоубийц, где преобладает вырвиглазная и кислотная палитра красок. Самое главное не относиться к этой игре, как к продолжению серии аркхем. Ибо это не так, как по духу, так и по атмосфере.

P.s. Уже есть нормальный текстовый русификатор и офлайн режим. Так что играть можно. Купить по скидке и самое то.

Играл на стим деке….играть можно (25-30) кадров во время плотного замеса. Во время спокойных сцен бывало и до 40-45 поднимался fps. Естественно на низких настройках.

In a time were destiny is going down and that itch for a fast ability spammy looter shooter is open. Call me crazy but like dawg this game has a pretty good set of foundations that can make it a really really good looter shooter, they need to adjust the monetization system similar to how you can either grind for premium currency
(not annoying grind) or speed up and by just buying it this game can work again.

DC characters are getting more popular cuz of the recent set of amazing media and like they can capitalize on it by reworking the game and using fan favorites in DC and like since its also connected to the arkham verse (Red hood, Firefly, Bane, Reverse flash, Croc, Two Face etc) IP is good and i hope they revive this game.

Just finished playing this game. Got the deluxe version for 5 bucks, still wasn't worth the money or the time. I feel like the game quality they served you was so under cooked that calling it al dante would be a compliment. I genuinly mean this when i say most aspects of the game need improvement, aside from few aspects which ill list off.

-Voice acting honestly wasn't that bad, was just severly dampered by the writing.
-Movement was the best aspect of the whole game which thank goodness you'll be doing a bunch of.
-The perk tree system feels pretty fine, the small amount of build optioins still leaves well... option.
-Combo system that is tied into killing enemies feels ok synergy wise, honestly could have gone without that extra bloat buts its far from the worst crime this game has done.

EVERYTHING ELSE IS WHACK.
LORE? WHACK
MISSIONS? WHACK
LOOT? WHACK

All of that being said, if you're looking for a terrible game to play on purpose this is the right game for you. With a bunch more time all the unfinished ideas that lie within this game could have been completed and possibly made a masterpiece, but the game market is ruthless.

It's cringe and grindy as hell. Most the time played is watching cutscenes. It does have SOME good humor. If you want to have fun just speed run the story. Combat is trivial and tedious. Man... gameplay wise, it's really fun. The combat is flashy and every character has a unique fun movement mechanics. It's too bad that the game interrupts it soo frequently. With a really fun combat like this, you'd expect them to capitalize on it and make you fight enemies constantly, but nope, you'll only be fighting for around 3 minutes every mission before they hit you with another 5 minutes cutscene + unskippable walking/talking sections. not only that, everytime you finish a mission you'll get a gacha lootbox opening animation which you also can't skip. It's like, everytime you're having fun, the game will find a way to cut it short.

7/10. As of a recent-ish update, all of the content is playable; including the episodes (expansion stories and content) without the servers being up.

The game is like playing an interactive movie. There is a lot of grind in the late game, and you can unlock new characters and stuff but its repetitive. Thats really the issue with the gameplay. No matter who you play as, it is sort of the same gameplay, just different buttons to press to achieve the same things.

I recommend it only on sale, I got it for 5$ during a sale. It isnt as bad as people say it is, and there is a lot of content there, it just isnt something people asked for.
