This game is disgusting. I bought it for the achievements but I never get full achievements. The game closes itself. When you restart it you can't get achievements. I've reset the achievements many times but I still don't get 100% achievements and it closes itself every time. What a disappointment...
This is a bad joke. The game requires four buttons and even those can't be made to work properly. The game crashes every now and then (restarting doesn't take long though). The game costs 1.99€ but this isn't even worth the price-quality ratio.
...and yeah I almost forgot. This is an achievement spam... There is no need to actually play the game to get bunch of worthless letters.

Input lag makes it near on unplayable.. as for the achievements? Yeah they are broken.. been playing for about 8 mins or so and have a few achievements.. apparently its one a second or per button press.. nope.. checked comments below and online searches so tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it (that worked for 1 more achievement then stopped giving any more) quite simply don;t waste your money..
There is a free version of this you can play in your browser.. play that instead.

Achievement spam game that only unlocks achievements during the first play. If the game happens to crash steam because its popping so many achievements up. You have to reset the games stats for this specific game using steam console and try again.. Or just don't. The game is very poor, you cannot even play the game properly. There are better snake games out there. Unfortunately this game just feels broken.

Otro juego más pensado para conseguir una gran cantidad de logros de forma rápida y sin complicaciones. Como experiencia jugable, ofrece lo justo: básicamente es el clásico Snake de los móviles Nokia de toda la vida.
El problema es que este tipo de juego lo puedes encontrar gratis en cualquier sitio, incluso jugar directamente en Google sin pagar absolutamente nada. No aporta nada nuevo ni tiene ningún valor añadido dentro de Steam.
Al final, esto no deja de ser otro título enfocado a inflar estadísticas más que a ofrecer un juego como tal.
Eso sí, si eres coleccionista de logros ofrece 4884 logros que saltan de forma muy rápida por unos 50 céntimos en oferta puede tener sentido únicamente para ese propósito.
Como siempre en estos casos esperar a rebajas es obligatorio pagar el precio completo no merece la pena.

This game is just that, classic snake, exactly what it says it is. Tons of fun even to this day.
This is actually an achievement spam more than a real game. Also once you close the game before unlocking all the achievements then you can no longer get rest of the achievements. Most importantly game play is horrible.

Snake Classic is another cash grab ripoff from the asset flip scammers at Jam, famous for stealing the work of others and then trying to scam PC gamers into paying them money for it.
Jam have a known history of trying to scam people into paying them money for someone else's work, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. One example of Jam doing this is [url=https://store.steampowered.com/app/693250]Panda Run[/url], which is really the "[url=https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/templates/panda-run-2d-platform-game-20004]Panda Run 2D Platform Game[/url]" asset, written by the actual developers, Ace.
This is just an achievement spam game... it's a ripoff of Nokia's iteration of Snake, so Jam is staying true to their core mission of stealing other people's stuff. Gameplay is exactly the same as the mobile phone game, except somehow worse, due to the highly unethical nature of the "developer" here.
Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.
The graphics here are just untextured, basic pixel blocks and blobs, the kind that an infant child might be able to create in 5 minutes on MS Paint. It's clear the developer didn't even try to produce any real graphics for the game and just phoned it in. It's unclear why such a lazy approach was taken, whether it may be caused by lack of talent, budget, or motivation to do their job properly. It also doesn't matter... what matters is that this has resulted in a game with zero visual appeal for gamers. It's an immediate failure on that measure alone.
There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. The implementation here is of such poor quality, the developer couldn't work out how to make the game display in fullscreen, it only runs in a window.
These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.
One of the driving elements of this shovelware game is "achievement spam", that is to say the game features a ridiculously large number of trivial/automatically granted achievements, 4856 of them, in fact. You get one per second, so it will take over an hour of idling the game to pick them all up. But is that really "achieving" anything? Of course not. It's a damning indictment for this shovelware that people only bought it for easy achievements, and not because it has any serious merit as a real game.
Snake Classic is overpriced at $2 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price and the unethical nature of the developer, this is impossible to recommend. Remember, if you buy a game from an unethical developer, you're putting your money at risk.

Normally, I do not have a problem with such games but this is pretending to be more than that, just tell people what your "game" is, after all there is an audience for achievement spam games. So speaking and the game quality, well it is terrible, clunky, and not worth playing. Just go play the many better free versions of this else where on the internet.
