山読み練習として四麻CPU戦で遊んでますけど笑えるくらいCPUの思考が極悪です（一応ノーマル）
とにかくツモの偏りが酷いですが、全員の手牌と山牌全部把握してるような打ち方。
こちらが鳴きたい牌も絞るしやっとテンパってもほぼアガれません。こちらの待ちを嘲笑うように無筋切りまくってきます。
相手から先行リーチ入った時は回ってもCPU同士で一発付の援護振り込みで点差付けられます。
特に酷いのは相手の七対子です。裏ドラもわかってるようでアガったら高確率で乗せてきます。
愚痴ったらキリがないくらいストレス溜まります。
良いとこ挙げるとしたら疑似的に1対3の構図で練習できるところかな…
勝ち負け関係なくストイックに練習したい人にはおすすめします。

我是雀魂爆出来AI南贵人的时候来的。只能说当时无论是UI还是皮肤的质感都很廉价，现在氪金皮的质感好了很多，还是在进步的。
what I would say is that compared to mahjong soul it is much easier to get characters and cosmetics in this game, as the game has ton of cool events to get items needed to roll for characters for free, while in mahjong soul, its a much more tedious, making it take a lot of grinding or generally just paying money. This game also does an AMAZING job at teaching new players. Very nice game, although if you don't feel like using 12+ gb for a mahjong client, just use tenhou or mahjong soul

Love playing this with my friends, a lot of them got into it despite knowing anything about mahjong. I prefer Riichi City over Mahjong Soul 雀魂. UI is prettier, lots of free cosmetics, and way more features and events. They literally just added a rhythm game and the backrooms for no good reason. You'll climb the ranks pretty quickly since all the sweats are still on Mahjong Soul and Tenhou. If you're new to Mahjong it does a pretty good job at teaching you how to play. Plus there's a cute little owl who teaches you, not to be confused with a certain green owl bonjour :>
Get it and play it. It's not rigged I swear. Except for when it is but that's okay because next time luck will be on your side.

他のレビューに散見される牌操作や極端な偏り等は正直感じません、三麻を100戦ほどやりましたが至って普通としかいいようがありません。中韓の人らが多数いるので大振りな麻雀に遭遇しやすくその印象が残ってるのではないでしょうか
勉強練習モードがあり、アガリ演出が多く、有名なキャラクターとのコラボが多数あったり、ちょっとお色気要素があったりで、初めて麻雀アプリに触れる人は楽しめると思います。

The playerbase seems to have dipped after reaching Sun lobbies, so I suppose I'll leave a review before going back to Soul.
In comparison to Soul, this is the snappier client. Games are quicker simply due to faster animations with less pauses per action. The voices are nice, the yakus aren't localized, meaning you don't have to shuffle your brain between two languages for learning yakus. It's got a pretty detailed and helpful tutorial system that teaches everything from the most basic of tiles to the complexities of scoring calculations. It's clear that the developers are quite passionate about riichi mahjong, and want others to learn and play it.
I'm pretty indifferent to the gacha. There's lots of customization options from visuals to audio, some with nice looking sets, most quite dubious and impossible to mix or match. All the girls are quite appealing, though the art style can feel very inconsistent.
Not a fan of the skins. Don't really care for them. A lot of the awakening ones look worse than the default, and the blatantly horny ones tend to have weird anatomy or weird perspective angles that make them look bad both in-game and in lobby. Nothing I'd be in a hurry to spend on. All the collab characters look really good though, not going to lie.
My only problem with the game is that the dailies aren't automatically redeemed, so I can't just go in and play a few rounds without dealing with the OCD of clearing out notifications. Probably intentional and is incredibly annoying, but they gotta lead you to the store somehow.
As for the negative reviews complaining about the RNG, I haven't noticed anything wrong with it. Sometimes you're nuked, sometimes you nuke, sometimes you watch someone get nuked. The overall skill level of players here is slightly higher than Soul (Moon rooms roughly equivalent to Gold in terms of skill), probably because the same players are coming to try it out, and those same players are being mixed with absolute beginners. It's certainly not as savage as the negative reviews on the Steam CN storepage for Soul, so take them with a... an entire industrial factory of salt honestly, the Chinese despise mahjong and will accuse every game for being rigged.
All in all, a really good client, marred only by an aggressive gacha system that's constantly demanding your attention.
And always remember the famous words: "Mahjong causes great damage to the human spirit without a single benefit."

下载开了两把段位场。两个役满都被人机截胡何意味
一下纯自我感受：用新手人物更容易胡牌，能不能胡牌基本上靠发牌系统，在开局手牌有多数幺九牌或者同色牌时，通常情况下你的对手也会有差不多的牌，所以如果你想打混一色或者混幺九时基本上一直有一家跟你抢牌。当4个人中有一个牌运特别好的时候，基本上不用想胡牌了防御就好了。
这游戏纯纯游戏在玩玩家，在你想输的时候牌来的非常顺利，在你想赢的时候就算你开局直立基本上胡不了。你甚至都能感觉到这游戏不能赢和你没关系，如果你想和游戏系统斗那么这个游戏比较适合你。
跟隔壁比虽然算拟人，但两坨屎无论哪一坨更臭本质上还是两坨屎。

全是人机凑数的，我3000个点券进场玩那个休闲战，那些人机全胡些断幺来恶心玩家，这个场次是要4番以上才能赢点券，否则就是亏，正常人都是往大的胡，这些人机全是胡小的，就恶心玩家，我花了3000点券玩了一下午 ， 基本全是这种人机，太恶心了。

First off, i want to say that i have at least twice as much time spent in this game on mobile, cuz it's my preffered device to play mahjong.
Riichi City is super begginer friendly, has a special mode called mahjong academy where you can learn all the basics and test your knowlege. There is ofc game agains bots both in 4p and 3p.
When it comes to characters it's obvious it is more on the gooner side (i mean, they are advertising themselfs as a gooner mahjong platform so idk why so many rewievers are shocked). Everything ingame is voiced, and the voice acting isn't locked behind friendship level [strike]like in certain other mahjong game[/strike].
Also it's worth noting that there are collabs pretty often so you can play with characters you like.
When it comes to gatcha, it's rates are bad. While getting any character shouldn't be too hard, getting the one character you want might be hard due to rate up characters having only 30% chance to be obtained after getting golden glow.
But while the rates aren't good, i think the amount of obtainable pulls is alright - 3 pulls weekly, where for 2 of them you don't even have to play the game. But there are often events and collabs where you can get additional pulls.
When it comes to skins it's pretty expensive, but it's their main way of earning so i guess it is to be expected.
In my opinion this mahjong game is the best choice for begginer players, and even experienced players. It's sad that people are giving it bad reviews just because they played MS first so this game must be a copy, or just because they lost 2 matches (you wouldn't believe how many reviews like that i saw "game bad cuz i lost").
Also they gave a free character for their anniversary, how could i not like that?

dont play this absolute asianfishing game its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ass, horrible gameplay, horrible lag, lacks any kind of story, old creeps playing this. i expected a cute game and got met with a literal gooner game.
Mahjong Soul got me into Mahjong so Riichi City could make me want to quit. The gacha live service elements are overwhelming, and made my experience feel more like I was hopping on to do my live service chores than to play Mahjong. And for what? If I do it every day for a week I get to roll the gacha and get a generic gift item. It burnt me out enough that I just dont really play on either platform anymore.
很多细节做得不错，整体比雀魂弱一些.
不错的地方在于福利这块不抠，日常任务很简单，不累，另外就是自动和牌是可以整局开启，很舒服，不需要一次次自己去点.
不好地方就是在于整个画面跟雀魂比还是弱一些，另外没有网页版也是麻烦，因为上班摸鱼需要.
