有趣的選舉模擬遊戲，要讓玩家與幕僚走訪各個選區想辦法向選民拉票、獲得代表支持還有收捐款
尤其玩的過程中真的體會到了社會新聞事件對選票的影響力，還有就是沒錢真的萬萬不能...
另外這款的中文本土化做的非常好，尤其是幕僚的預設名字讓人看得很想笑 :D

完全不能理解為甚麼評價只有褒貶不一，它值得更好的口碑
硬要說缺點的話，可能就是候選人最多只能兩個，不能像大富翁那樣三人四人混戰
還有就是對這個時代的玩家來說新手教學比較長？

I randomized EVERYTHING at the start, including difficulty. Lost with 44% of the vote to 44% of the vote, 352k to 354k votes. It was well worth the playthrough and I can't wait for the next one. Considering the fact that the whole campaign only lasted 2 hours, it was complex enough. Maybe not the best strategy game, but it'll be hard to find a better strategy that requires less of your time.

I have really enjoyed playing this political animal game. Didn't think i would at first but it has grown on me. It's fun and unique! it's different from all the other political games on steam. Niedliches und dank unzähliger Zufallsfaktoren immer wieder neu erlebbares Spiel für zwischendurch! Ziel des Spiels ist es, Präsident zu werden - und die Möglichkeiten dazu sind vielfältig, aber damit auch die der Kontrahenten. Ich spiele das Spiel mit komplett zufällig bestimmten Eigenschaften, mit einem immer neuen Anwärter und einer immer wieder bunt zusammengewürfelten Truppe von Helfern, aus denen man mit seinen knappen Ressourcen das Beste herausholen muss - seien es Kampagnen, Bestechungen, Geschenke oder Spezialfähigkeiten, die den Kontrahenten z. B. Skandale anhängen. Die Grafik und die flüssige Spielbarkeit sind dabei für mich zwei große Faktoren, die mir gut gefallen - sowie die immens hohe Wiederspielbarkeit! Ich weiß nicht, ob ich bei "Political Animals" jemals die 100-Stunden-Spielzeit-Marke knacke (obwohl das möglich wäre). Aber ein unterhaltsames Spiel "für zwischendurch" ist es für mich zu 100 % !

Political Animals is cute, but it misses the mark for me. It feels a bit like a board game mixed with an old free browser-game. There's a lot of variables and resources to monitor, and it's entirely too possible to mismanage them...

With all the different choices the player can make, it offers the illusion that there are multiple ways to do well at the game, but sadly, once you've played a few rounds, you start to understand how to defeat the AI opponents using more or less the same simple strategy every time.

I love Positech, but this title wasn't my favorite of theirs.

A funny and easy going game.
Dont expect it to be super complicated because its not.
I think that the price of $15,00 is way too high for what you can get, but as I paid $1,49 in a special offer day, it damn worths to me!

Maybe the best way to play it is just setting every aspect on random so as to make it more complicated.
If you take some minutes to set a particular team for campaign it may get too easy and boring.

This is a fun game closely modeled on American politics. It is highly competitive and has aspects of a Resource Management style. It has a lot of complexity to it, so set aside roughly double their recommended time for the learning game. I'll update this review as I learn new things about the game.

At face value it looks pretty entertaining but it seems lack-luster, there feels like an inherent lack of substance and it seems like the game sets it up to be something more than it is.

In the end it just kinda feels like it's not worth the price, I got it for a dollar and I'm glad I did because it's just not the kind of game you sit down and enjoy. If you liked Crusader Kings and games like those, it's a bit like that but without the warfare, betrothals, etc.

I recommend the game when it's discounted, like £1.
It could worth more if the developer cared of it. But they don't care. They haven't fixed a serious achievement bug for years.
But if you don't mind the achievements, just the fun, this game is funny and playable for a few days. It gives you a view into the world of politics in a comedic way. I'm happy that I've bought it, but that also that I have it for cheap as it doesn't worth more in this way, that the developer has abandoned it.

Put in about 2 hours of gameplay, here are my thoughts.

The game is a lightweight simulation, almost bite-sized. It is advertised as such so a plus there. The game takes you through a political campaign with a variety of critters with odd personality quirks and staff with specializations. The game plays fairly straight-forward, with your making moves with your campaign staff, then the AI or other human player. You go back and forth until the campaign end.

The game tries to simulate and emulate real-world politics, and it does an okay job of it. I found the random events to be a little not-so-random even after two playthroughs. The animals, unfortunately, are little more than skins as you can alter personality quirks as you wish. This makes replaying the game to unlock the other animals to be kind of pointless, unless you want a new skin. While there is a sense of replayability in the game, with the various time lengths, budget amounts, and overall "dirtyness" the AI can have, it is difficult to say how many times you'd play through it.

The super cartooney nature of the game will definitely be off-putting to some people. I personally would've preferred slightly less elementary-school level cartoon feel to the animals. Still, the graphics combined with the PC nature of the text the game is suitable for all audiences and anyone with a hankering for politics might get a kick out of it. Also too anyone that likes to min-max and find perfect strategies for the win conditions may enjoy tinkering with the game to figure out that perfect strategy to achieve election.

There aren't any oddities that really would hamper me from recommending the game, although I feel like the pricetag is kind of high for the lack of variety the game has. I'd tell people to get it on sale, even at 10% off, to take some of the sting out of it (at the time I'm posting this, the Steam Summer Sale has it 90% off. Great time to grab it.)

Maybe this was my mistake, but I didn't realize this was turn-based. Not my type of thing. I gave it a try, but the pace was too slow and there was too much too learn at once to make it interesting in my opinion. Everything is number on spreadsheets which also makes it harder to conceptualize and be more engaging. I would never recommend this game unless you are a fanatic for turn-based, even then maybe give a look at the gameplay to see if you find it interesting.

画风挺好，很明快整洁，美术也不错。内容就比较尴尬了。
该有的都有，不大的游戏大小下机制完整，完成度没问题，是能玩的游戏，但不是好玩的游戏。
第一我感觉是鼓励不正当的策略，有种故意高级黑的感觉，正当的玩法强度不如不正当的玩法。
第二是体验不好，对方不正当的玩法，会非常恶心人。
每一局的时长有限，资源分配很紧张，对强迫症很不友好，虽然有人会说这才真实。
游戏机制框架很完整，但操作还是很机械，取得的结果也是冷冰冰的数字，没有代入感。就算是故意高级黑现实中的政治，也得有足够的带入感才行，否则画虎不成。

The game offers some really nice graphics and a nice yet simplistic aesthetic which is pleasant all the same and has some amazing attention to detail even though it is a little rough around the edges

The game does suffer with some repetitiveness at certain areas of the game but a fun game nonetheless and ends just at the right time

Political Animals overall, however, is an okay game to play, yet sometimes repetitive and it does get boring if being played for a long time, but is an okay strategy game to play in short bursts!

I had fun, but lots of stuff doesn't work. The logistics bonus trait for one, which you can see right on the main screen. If they didn't fix that when it's easy to see, did they leave other bugs? Yes. Many oher modifiers don't work either.
Similarly some staff aren't as useful as others. Not even when you're trying to synergize for a specific strategy, It's not effective.
I want to like this but it's not a finished product.
Political Machine 2016 had bugs too so that one's not an alternative either.
If you can get it for free you can have fun for a few hours, but I can't recommend paying for it.

I like it! I got it on sale for 90% off, and had 12 hours of fun with it. The games are 30-60 minutes long. I don't feel like playing any more because I've tried all the strategies, and figured out what works and what doesn't.

It's a fun game, I just wish there were more viable strategies and stuff to unlock.

I have played many political games, and this one is by far the only one that was able to connect with me instantly. This was due to its simplicity, and its easy to follow set of basic rules. But don't let its simplicity fool you for being boring or dull, its game play has a variety of different ways to play out an election coverage.

If you are interested in politics, this is the game for you.

The only criticism of the game, is the fact that you can't change the colour of your party, you are perpetually stuck as blue, and your opponent is perpetually stuck as red.

Political Animals is a turn-based, cool election strategy game, although it may not look like it at first glance. Despite the art style (which I'm not in love with) and the animal motif & puns, which makes it seem cartoon-y and mobile-y, there's a lot of fun and strategy here. Look for it on sale for $8-10.

Il va nous falloir user de tous les moyens permis pour gagner plus d'électeurs que notre adversaire avant la fin de la campagne, et ainsi accéder à la position de chef d'État. Du coup désolé, on ne joue pas un président, seulement un candidat à l'élection présidentielle, donc non on ne peut pas dissoudre l'Assemblée animale...

Pour commencer, on va choisir les paramètres de la partie, en commençant par son candidat animal qu'on choisira parmi une sélection donnée, puis on choisira un bonus et un malus. Choisir un animal plutôt qu'un autre n'a aucune incidence dans le jeu, on choisit juste un personnage, comme au monopoly. Le bonus et le malus en revanche vont avoir les effets indiqués sur les actions qu'ils concernent. Plus d'argent récolté, efficacité réduite des cadeaux aux soutiens, un point d'action supplémentaire, etc... Une fois cela fait, on choisit une capacité spéciale permettant de faire une action spéciale en jeu. Vient ensuite le moment de choisir la carte sur laquelle jouer et la zone dans laquelle installer son QG.
La prochaine étape, c'est choisir son programme. On choisit 2 sujets parmi 6, en analysant quelles zones de la carte y sont plus sensibles. Une zone adaptée à notre programme sera une zone dans laquelle il sera plus facile de gagner des électeurs en parlant de ces sujets. Après le programme, on choisit son équipe électorale : 3 personnages qu'on dirigera en plus de notre candidat afin de mener les différentes actions du jeu. Il y en a 8 différents, chacun avec son propre bonus/malus et sa capacité spéciale. Notez que chaque membre a un salaire qu'il faudra payer chaque début de tour si on veut pouvoir l'utiliser ledit tour.
Enfin, on choisit le profil de l'adversaire, la difficulté de l'IA, la durée de la campagne (15 à 30 tours) et le montant des fonds de départ. Et ça y est, tout est prêt, on peut enfin lancer la partie.

Niveau gameplay, il va s'agir de déplacer nos 4 personnages dans les différentes zones de la carte pour y entreprendre diverses actions. Les actions de base sont : organiser un meeting (ce qui permet d'amplifier la sensibilité de la zone vis à vis d'un sujet de campagne), faire campagne (ce qui permet de gagner un nombre aléatoire d'électeurs dans la zone), offrir un cadeau à un soutien (ce qui permet de s'attirer les faveurs dudit soutien sous forme de bonus au sein de la zone), collecter de l'argent, et soudoyer des électeurs (ce qui permet de gagner un nombre aléatoire d'électeurs directement grâce au pouvoir de l'argent, au risque de créer un scandale). Chaque action consommera un certain nombre de points de logistique (= points d'action, on en a 10 par tour) en fonction de la zone et de ses soutiens, et vous demandera d'investir une somme d'argent (entre 0 et 20,000). Plus on met d'argent dans la balance, plus le résultat de l'action [u]peut[/u] être important. Chaque zone possède plus ou moins d'électeurs et d'argent à récolter. Tous les 5 tours, les caisses des zones se remplissent à nouveau, vous permettant d'y retourner récolter de l'argent. Pour gagner les électeurs, il faut soit faire campagne, soit les soudoyer. Quand tous les électeurs indécis de la zone ont choisi un candidat, c'est dans les électeurs adverses qu'on pioche. On ne peut pas vider une zone de ses électeurs, ce qui veut dire que l'adversaire peut très bien venir dans une zone "conquise" pour y regagner des électeurs, même si il y aura plus de mal.

À côté des actions de base, il y a l'action spéciale du personnage. Avec celle-ci, on peut notamment bloquer une zone aux personnages adverses, menacer les personnages pour les empêcher d'agir, inspirer la population pour gagner des points de logistique, créer/exploiter/supprimer des scandales, etc...
Enfin, de temps en temps, il y aura un événement qui vous obligera à faire un choix, provoquant diverses conséquences (gains/pertes d'électeur, gains/pertes d'argent, création de scandale pour vous ou l'adversaire, gains/pertes de soutiens, etc...). Ces conséquences sont indiquées avant de faire le choix, il n'y a pas d'effet surprise.

Avec tout ça, à nous de gérer au mieux nos actions pour finir la partie avec plus d'électeurs que l'adversaire. Mais attention de ne pas vendre la peau de l'ours avant de l'avoir tué, car à la fin de la campagne, un certain nombre d'électeurs indécis viendra grandir les rangs des candidats en fonction de leur présence dans la zone, de leur programme, des scandales auxquels ils sont liés.

Côté bugs, il y a quelques soucis dans la finition. Certains succès ne tombent pas quand on fait ce qu'il faut, ou tombent sans aucune raison une autre fois. Quant à la traduction française, il y a deux-trois coquilles par-ci par-là, ou juste des oublis parfois. Par exemple, la description de certains membres de l'équipe est en espagnol (enfin...je pense que c'est de l'espagnol, je ne sais pas lire l'espagnol) au lieu d'être en français.
Néanmoins, dans le déroulement du jeu (résultats, actions effectuées, déplacements et fonctionnements des mécaniques de jeu) je n'ai relevé aucun dysfonctionnement empêchant le bon déroulement des parties.

Au final, [b][i]Political Animals[/i][/b] est un petit jeu de société plutôt pas mal. Certes, il ne casse pas trois pattes à un canard... On en fait vite le tour, ce qui le rend très répétitif, et on n'y jouera probablement plus de 4 heures que pour rafler les succès. Mais il se laisse jouer agréablement et nous occupe pour quelques heures. Notez également qu'il est possible d'y jouer à 2 joueurs en local.

The rules set is very hands off, but does have a tutorial that can be accessed. It doesn't take away from the game, by forcing you through a tutorial, instead it lets you fail and take a chance on your own. (My first few runs were all failures until I learned what powers I had.

Political Animals-на мой взгляд весьма хорошая игра. Сама задумка использовать в политической стратегии животных весьма была кстати, так как и в реальном мире животных часто используют для обозначения партий. Предисловие сказано, так что теперь можно переходить к более детальному просмотру.

Плюсы:
-Партии весьма короткие (15-45 минут). Это позволяет провести полноценную игру в перерыве между работой или учебой.
-Широкий выбор действий. Настраивание кандидата и большой выбор способов привлечения избирателей быстро вам не наскучат.
-Приятный дизайн. На мой взгляд он весьма подходит концепции игры.
-Адекватный ИИ. Я играл во многие стратегии и не все они могу похвастаться ИИ, который может удивить чем-то спустя пару партий. Но здесь ИИ, хоть вы и можете при желании выбрать его модель поведения, все равно чем-то да вас удивит.
-Соотношение цены-качества. Лично мне не жалко тех денег,которых я заплатил за эту игру.

А теперь минусы:
-Отсутствие русского и некоторых других языков. Я надеюсь , что после обновлений это исправят.
-Не очень понятное обучение. Отчасти это связано как раз отсутствием нужного вам языка, но в большей степени, что обучение заканчивается на коротком брифинге, а потом разбирайся как хочешь. Я видел игры и с более плохим обучением ( этим часто грешат игры парадоксов, хоть и в остальном они весьма хороши), но это никак не оправдание.

В заключении, хочу сказать,что людям , которые разбираются в политологии или хотя-бы изучают ее, эта игра понравится.

作为一款小品级游戏，《Political animals》的诚意应当得到肯定。
但是，这款游戏最大的缺点，可能就是它太过于“小品”了。
玩法创意虽然有趣，但是内容太过于贫乏单调，难以让人产生重复游玩的欲望。
多人对抗模式本来可以是一个提高游戏黏性的良好方案，但是仅仅支持本地热座联机，又大大限制了多人玩法的适用性。
（我在本地上哪去找一个对美式竞选梗有兴趣，还能陪我来玩的朋友呢？）
说穿了，作为一部美国大选期间借势调侃的小作品，它是优秀的。
但是如果把视角聚集在游戏性和内容本身，它还有很多路要走。
（如果制作组真的有志于在政治类游戏上继续耕耘的话）

滿有趣的一款小遊戲，可以看到各種人性險惡...

優點：
中文翻譯的質量非常好，有時候甚至會讓人覺得會心一笑！
畫風可愛，配音很歡樂．
技能自由組合．

缺點：
地圖不多，技能不多，屬性不多，能組合出來的玩法不多．
平衡不太好，翻盤事件有點看臉(我曾經只派一個河馬在對方家裡持續搞封鎖阻止對方拿錢，直到遊戲結束總共在該地發生３次對我方特別有利的翻盤事件，我只付出在敵方大本營多幾個醜聞的代價就挖走對方７萬多張票...)
權力代表影響太大了，要阻止對方在該地發展只要把權力代表洗到對方＋２行動消耗就足夠了...，就算對方一次撒２萬也無法把權力代表負面影響消除，因為大量消耗後勤點數導致沒辦法再撒一次錢，對方根本沒辦法在這裡發展，之後只要有時間慢慢把民意洗上去然後演講就好...
醜聞除了運氣差自爆導致3個代表支持下降以外根本不可怕，連帶的其他增加對方醜聞／曝光醜聞等技能都沒有什麼用(效益幾乎為0)

這是一款休閒小品，打折５０％以上可以考慮入手！

I really like the concept behind the game.

PROS:

-Board game style/ Turn based

CONS:
-It kinda gets repetitive/predictable after a while.
-Helps if you have a friend to play it

WISH:
-That NPCs had more character depth
-That there were other kinds of "voting" game modes availalbe to model real world scenarios since the game follows Americas voting system.

The is almost a carbon copy of The Political Simulator, except a bit more cutsey. Probably just as compelling, but definitely enough scope to make this a decent game with replayability. Paced fast enough, with enough grand strategy here for a good 5-10 hours. EDIT: I paid £4.39.

A very cute game with local multiplayer if you ever want to go against a friend. There are some fun scenarios that let you choose between a moral choice or a more corrupt one. Matches do take quite a while, and this game is definitely not for everyone. It's something you just grow used to gameplay wise. There are plenty of maps to choose from and some buffs you can start out with. Overall, I think it's a cute and okay game. You either like this type of thing or don't.

This game was alright. It involves a good deal of strategy, and after a few rounds I almost won. I like the idea behind it, and it was even fun for a little bit. Not a game I could dump hours and hours into, but close to 2 hours is enough. Would not pay $15 for, but I got it when it was on sale so it wasn't bad.
