The most obvious positive aspect of this game is how true it it to the physical game. You can pick different levels of difficulty, but the one that is most realistic is most enjoyable for me. The graphics, music and sound effects are a delight, helping to complete the sensation of experience. Like a real table, the more you play it, the more you learn about how it works, and the more you appreciate it. I was drawn into it and became more determined to increase my highest score. There is potential for a huge score, but that does not mean that it's going to be easy. I was particularly tickled by the aspects of the table that had been animated as if real, but weren't necessary, such as the ball is re-introduced onto the table by a metal idol turning, but it would still turn if there was no ball. "Oh, no, I've tilted again". "Good night, Indiana Jones"!

Every Steam home arcade needs at least a couple of pinball tables. Whats on offer here, aside from solid gameplay, quick restarts and leaderboards, is in my opinion worth the entry fee, which is zero. Plenty in the store though. Quality entertainment.

the usual 'free' game (a single table) with hundreds of dollars of dlc. zen studios is famously scummy as ♥♥♥♥, sinking lower and lower by the minute. they pulled all the pfx2 stuff (except the vr version) when pfx3 came out, forcing a lesser version on people. can't buy missing fx2 tables and even if I wanted to give them any more money (I really don't, nobody should), not everything is available here.

I'm actually surprised they didn't remove fx3 as well when the even shinier and more expensive 'free' thing came out, currently with $500+ of dlc (fx3 only costs $300, practically free). absolutely ridiculous, but of course idiots keep giving them money, so they'll never change. in fact, they have another 'free' operation running at the same time with 'mature' tables because think of the children, growing up on pg-13 horror movies and all the porn they want on their phones. what a joke.

fx2 tables I had got converted to fx3, and of course I could still play fx2 if I wanted to, but apparently all the tables for the current iteration, which I refuse to even try at this point (though every negative review helps, so I just might), have to be bought again even if you already have them, maybe even more than once. see what I mean by sinking lower and lower? ♥♥♥♥ these clowns.

Ele tem o problema de alterar a precisão das alavancas no meio do jogo, isso é zoado demais. Demitam o idiota que teve essa ideia. Se você não repara nisso, ira se divertir, eu infelizmente reparo e da um desanimo...infelizmente o jogo concorrente(pinball arcade) removeu a mesa que eu jogava, então vou ter que usar essa porcaria, que tem graficos bons, fisica boa...mas a precisão que se altera no meio do jogo estraga tudo.

Все они различаются по качеству и разнообразию наполнения, а также по количеству багов и задержке ввода.
Бесплатно доступны только два стола – Sorcerer's Lair и Fish Tales, но когда-то в Steam раздавали три DLC по три стола из серий Marvel, Star Wars и Alien. Так что в общей сложности, если вы успели их забрать, получается 11 бесплатных столов.
Режимы игры глобально можно разделить на одиночные и асинхронные многопользовательские. Среди одиночных есть «Обычный режим» с упрощённой (Zen) физикой шарика и возможностью использовать различные усиления (для прокачки которых нужно гриндить опыт); «Классический режим» без усилений и с более реалистичной физикой (пресеты Arcade и Tournament с ещё большим наклоном стола, отключением дополнительных шариков и фиксированной последовательностью «случайных» наград); Режим «Испытаний» (один шарик / 5 минут / выживание) и бесконечная «Тренировка». Лучший результат игрока для каждого из режимов попадает в глобальную таблицу лидеров, благодаря чему можно узнать своё место в мировом рейтинге.
Многопользовательские режимы представляют собой турниры и ранговый матчмейкинг. В турнирах игроки свободно играют на столе по заданным владельцем правилам и пытаются выбить максимально высокий результат до окончания времени соревнования, чтобы занять место в таблице и получить опыт. В ранговом матчмейкинге у каждого игрока есть определённое количество очков, которые прибавляются или убавляются в зависимости от успешности игры. Для выбранного стола система подбирает трёх противников с разным хайскором. Чем сложнее оппонент, тем больше очков можно заработать за победу над ним, но и выше риск потерять текущие. В зависимости от рейтинга игроку присуждается лига, которая сбрасывается раз в определённый период времени. Проблема в том, что этот режим можно чизить через намеренный слив нескольких игр подряд с нулевым счётом – это значительно понижает сложность подбираемых оппонентов и позволяет в следующий раз получить огромный буст за счёт «очков превосходства», набранных сверх рекорда выбранного противника. А возможность активации усилений в этом режиме окончательно добивает его суть. Короче, смело игнорируйте существование ранкеда, ведь разработчики не смогли придумать для него адекватную систему.
Визуально игра выглядит весьма неплохо и при этом крайне нетребовательна к железу. На своей десктопной RTX 3060 я играю в 4K-разрешении с дополнительным 8-кратным сглаживанием, и видеокарта даже не чувствует нагрузки. На ноутбуке с MX150 в 1080p со средними тенями и 2-кратным сглаживанием проблем тоже не наблюдается.
Из минусов могу отметить периодические странности при взаимодействии шарика с флипперами, в результате которых он отскакивает туда, куда по законам физики попасть ну никак не мог. Не могу сказать точно, в чём именно проблема – в конкретных столах, хитбоксах или физике игры в целом, но она есть.
А теперь о «слоне в комнате». Pinball FX3 уже неактуальна, ведь сейчас разработчики перекатились на Unreal Engine и выпустили Pinball FX и Pinball M с улучшенной графикой, физикой и звуком. Столы, купленные в Pinball FX2, можно было перенести в Pinball FX3, а вот в новых частях никаких переносов покупок нет, при том, что большая часть столов уже была представлена в предыдущих играх. Получается, что покупка столов в Pinball FX3 на сегодняшний день не имеет смысла, ведь в дальнейшем их придётся покупать ещё раз, если вы захотите играть в версию с активной поддержкой.

I am a huge fan of the DOOM franchise so I will admit I may be a bit biased here. But I purchased the Bethesda Games pack of tables and I have only played the DOOM one so far. I have yet to touch the Fallout and Skyrim tables yet. But if they are anywhere near as fun as I found the DOOM table to be then I should be in for a treat. This is a fun game to play when you don't have much time and are just looking to kill the little bit of time you have. Like in situations where you do not have the time for a long enough gaming session to make playing any other game worth it. But, you can easily spend that same small amount of time on this game and enjoy yourself. With that said I only recommend buying this game if you are ables to purchase the extra tables. I would recommend this game to those of you that have only 15 minutes to 20 minutes of playtime on somedays, either due to your work, kids, or wife. Then to those of you that have all kinds of free time to play I would only recommend this game if you are a fan of video game based pinball games. I am a fan of both the videogame vewrsion of pinball, and the real old fashioned machines. I own the 1989 Batman pinball machine and plan on purchasing another one down the road for my mancave. This game doesn't come close to the real thing but it does a good job compared to the many other videogame based pinball games I have played over the years. So I would actually recommend it for those of you who just like gaming in general. I don't have any major complaints yet... Cheers all!!!

This game is perfect the first time you play it. I found it at a friend's house and had so much fun turning my brain off and letting loose. But then it dawned on me when I downloaded on this account how the magic of pinball is through that dialogue. A pretty much perfect pinball game.

Suddenly had the urge to play some pinball (after playing Pokémon Pinball on the GBA!) This absolutely scratched the itch.

You can try for free with the two free tables (though the fish one isn’t great).

Got a nice collection of tables on sale. The Star Wars ones are good. As is the vol. 1 Williams (castle is my my fave) and the Zen castle and western ones. All good fun.

Works great on SteamDeck too. Many happy hours ahead trying to grind out the high scores!

I got the basic Star Wars set. At first I wasn't all that impressed but after swivelling my monitor into portrait the games started to come alive. My score improved, I started to understand how to rack up a few points and it became really addictive. A lot of thought has gone into these and I recommend getting a hold of them.

I've been enjoying the virtual 'electronic' tables of Zen Studios for a long time already, I discovered them all the way back on PS3; so when I finally hopped over to Steam and also discovered them here? Yah... I'm a fan.

I'm gonna be honest with you lot: I have [u]no idea[/u] what tables are included with the free version, for the simple reason that it's been quite a while since I "purchased" this critter. So... in my opinion you'll be better off if you also grab some of their paid DLC; some of those tables are ... just totally awesome, my personal favorites being the Williams machines. Funhouse, No good gophers, Medieval madness or what to think of the Arabian Nights?

Still... if you [u]truly[/u] want to get the "full Zen experience" as I envision this (!) then... I'd start with grabbing yourself [url=https://store.steampowered.com/app/646672/Pinball_FX3__Zen_Classics/]the Zen Classics[/url]. Virtual electronic pinball at its finest in my opinion.

But yah.. I can highly recommend this title because... it's free (duh!).

I've been a pinball junkie since the 70s, and I've played the real version of a lot of these tables. These reproductions are gorgeous, and the pinball physics are excellent. It really feels like you're playing pinball. The upgrades and wizard powers are a fun addition, but you can play without them if you want the classic experience. At least where I live it's getting hard to find real pinball tables, so this is a fantastic alternative.

I love pinball and own every game I can find. I've played the PinbalFX3 tables. There OK, Well, maybe this is only my opinion, but I cant get past the wonky UI on this app. I had not played FX3 in awhile so I loaded it up and was again confronted with their inane UI . I said "nope" and exited.
I mean - . do folks really want that experience ? I just want to select tables and play them.

In wichtigen Situationen wird die Physik des Balls manipuliert. Rampen die man immer getroffen hat, sind unerreichbar, der Ball wird Bleischwer und schaft keine Loops mehr, Alles in allem nicht mehr spielbar.
Seltsamerweise werden Tische nicht mobil angezeigt. Als wenn ich sie nochmal bezahle....NIEMALS.
