Una de las tantas evoluciones de un pac-man competitivo traido por Bandai-Namco. Sigue la estetica y niveles de laberintos del juego arcade original con dos modos competitivos en modo un jugador: contrarreloj y aventura (o desafio). En contrarreloj eres tu contra el tiempo y subir en un ranking mundial condenado a perder debido a la enorme cantidad de hackers con tiempos imposibles. En modo Desafio/Aventura es obtener una determinada puntuacion o comer X cantidad de frutas en tiempos muy ajustados, ademas de vencer al fantasma final de nivel con una cantidad de vidas minimas. Todas ellas tienen tres niveles de dificultad que, por lo que veo, solo cambia la inteligencia de la IA para rodearte.
Sobre la inteligencia artificial, es mediocre al menos. Tiene momentos de lucidez que puede hacer el juego muy entretenido cuando encuentran rutas directas entre tu y el objetivo o como evitan que les comas, ambos en el nivel de dificultad extremo/pro. Lamentablemente, la inmensa mayoria de las ocasiones son demasiado estupidas y parece que buscan suicidarse cuando van directamente a ti para que les comas.
Como ayuda tienes unos power-ups en forma de bomba que te llevan a la posicion de inicio y que realmente pocas veces vas a usar. En teoria puede ayudarte a reposicionarte para comer una hilera de fantasmas si sabes leer su trayectoria; comerte una fruta o bola de control, pero dependiendo de tu destreza vas acumular mas bombas de las que necesutas.
Los trofeos son bastante lineales y sencillos: vence cada modo y completa los tutoriales. Salvo un nivel (6-2 en profesional) no he encontrado mayor problemas en hacerlo en un 100%y que va mas allá de los logros: rango S en modo contrarreloj y todas las estrellas en modo aventura.
Adictivo, divertido y visualmente increíble. Un juego simple que vale la pena (solo si está en descuento)

Суть: вы — PAC‑MAN, который должен очистить лабиринт от точек, избегая призраков. Но здесь всё быстрее, ярче и сложнее: появляются новые механики, ускоряющие геймплей и требующие молниеносной реакции.
Что понравилось (и заставило воскликнуть «Как в детстве, только круче!»):
Скорость и динамика. PAC‑MAN может разгоняться до космических скоростей — особенно когда активирует «ускорение». Проноситься по лабиринту, оставляя за собой след из съеденных точек, — чистое удовольствие.
Визуальный стиль. Неоновые цвета, плавные анимации, эффектные взрывы при уничтожении призраков — игра выглядит стильно и современно. Особенно круто смотрится в темноте: экран буквально светится.
Новые механики:
Ускорение. Зажимаешь кнопку — и PAC‑MAN мчится, как гоночный болид. Можно прокладывать идеальные маршруты и обходить призраков на виражах.
Туннели‑ускорители. Особые участки лабиринта, которые катапультируют вас в другую часть уровня. Иногда спасают, иногда — забрасывают прямо в лапы призраков.
Цепочки поедания. Съели призрака? Теперь можно «цеплять» следующих подряд — чем больше, тем выше счёт.
Разнообразие лабиринтов. Уровни не просто меняются визуально — у каждого своя планировка и ловушки. Некоторые имеют подвижные стены, другие — порталы, третьи — зоны замедления.
Режим на двоих. Можно играть за одним экраном с другом: кто наберёт больше очков, тот и победил. Соревновательный дух добавляет азарта.
Рейтинговая система. После каждого забега вы получаете оценку (от C до S+). Хочется улучшать результат, бить рекорды и подниматься в таблице лидеров.
Саундтрек. Электронная музыка идеально вписывается в ритм игры: чем быстрее действие, тем энергичнее бит. Наушники — обязательны!
Ностальгические отсылки. Классические звуки поедания точек и побега от призраков сохранены — это мгновенно вызывает улыбку.
С чем пришлось столкнуться (и сказать «Ну‑у, это сложно…»):
Крутая кривая сложности. Уже на 3–4 уровне скорость становится такой, что нужно идеально рассчитывать маршруты. Один неверный поворот — и вы в ловушке.
Перегрузка визуальными эффектами. Когда на экране одновременно: ускорение, взрыв призрака, туннель‑ускоритель и мигающие огни — легко потерять ориентацию.
Ограниченное время на адаптацию. Новые механики вводятся быстро, без долгих объяснений. Приходится учиться на ошибках — иногда дорогих.
Однотипность геймплея. Через 1–2 часа основной цикл («собрать точки → ускориться → избежать призраков») начинает приедаться. Хочется больше разнообразия в задачах.
Проблемы с управлением. На геймпаде всё чётко, но на клавиатуре иногда случаются «ложные срабатывания» — PAC‑MAN поворачивает не туда, куда нужно.
Короткий основной контент. Без мультиплеера и дополнительных режимов игра может наскучить после нескольких часов. Переигрывать ради рекордов — на любителя.
Итог: PAC‑MAN™ CHAMPIONSHIP EDITION 2 — это:
аркада нового поколения с душой оригинала;
тест на реакцию и стратегическое мышление;
неоновый лабиринт, где каждая секунда на счету;
идеальный выбор для тех, кто хочет вспомнить детство — но с адреналином.
Оценка: 8,5/10 (минус полбалла за сложность старта и однотипность — но в целом, это бодрая и стильная перезагрузка классики, которая подарит часы динамичного геймплея и заставит вас кричать: «Ещё один раунд!»)

do you love pac-man (like i do)? then you'll absolutely love this game. so many modes and options, an adventure mode, awesome electronic music, and an absolutely infectious gameplay loop all fit together into one incredible pac-game.
if you're not so much a fan of the pac (or whether or not he is back), then i would recommend this one. save your mazuma for another great title like UNDERTALE or slime rancher.

C’est un jeu léger qui arrive pourtant à mettre à terre mon ordinateur, c’est pour vous dire à quel point il est mal optimisé...
C’est un PAC-MAN bien spécial qui m’a mis en défaut : parfois il faut laisser les fantômes te toucher, d’autres non, je suis perdu !
Globalement, il est bien, mais il manque vraiment d’optimisation.
Points forts
Gameplay nerveux et addictif : bump les fantômes 3 fois max avant qu’ils deviennent “angry”, crée des trains de fantômes pour des combos énormes.
Modes variés : Score Attack, Adventure avec boss, nouveaux mécaniques (jump pads, bombs).
Visuels stylisés 3D sympas et musique qui donne envie de rejouer.
Points faibles
Optimisation catastrophique : crashs, lags, exigences absurdes (GTX 780 recommandée ?), Unity mal utilisé.
Logique fantômes confuse : bump ou pas ? Ça prend du temps à saisir.
Note : 6/10. Idée originale et fun, mais plombé par une optimisation désastreuse.
Je le recommande aux fans hardcore de PAC-MAN qui veulent du neuf et nerveux (si ton PC suit).
Si tu as un PC moyen ou que tu veux de la stabilité, passe ton chemin.

It takes a lot of liberties from the gameplay of DX+, but this a great game in its own right.
Unfortunately the online leaderboards are absolutely polluted with cheated/fake scores though.

Mi opinión es un 50/50, no lo recomendaría al 100%. No es malo, solo es distinto. Para ratos casuales es divertido, claro, pero también puede volverse estresante.
- El juego en gráfica y visuales supera mil veces al anterior (Pac-Man CE DX), da el salto al 3D, y con un estilo que también juega con el 2D.
- El enfoque de la banda sonora sigue siendo electrónico y frénetico, algunos elementos rebotarán al ritmo de la música que escojas e incluye también los tracks del juego anterior.
- Esta vez incluye cambios del estilo del laberintos y fondos de escenario para que no se sienta vacío
- La queja sobre el tutorial obligatorio me parece tonto. Entiendo que cualquiera sabe jugar Pac-Man pero no es para tanto, son niveles cortos que te explican lo básico y ya, ni que te deje atrapado por una hora o algo así.
- En el DX, al ingresar a un nivel, tiene su versión de 5 minutos, 10 minutos, y varios desafios. Pero aca, en el modo puntuación, se reduce a 3 modos (normal, dificil y extremo) de un mismo nivel de 5 minutos y el de 10 minutos quedando solamente como "práctica". Incluye un modo aventura, que se asemeja a los desafios y tiene batallas contra jefes.
- En cuanto a la jugabilidad, se aleja del original, y se va por algo más único.
Anteriormente tenias que comer la fruta y el escenario cambiaba en la dirección contraria. Pero aquí debes consumir la mayoría de puntos, la fruta y te cambia de golpe a otro laberinto.
- Se puede volver más fácil, esto porque ahora los fantasmas tienen esa mecánica de furia, haciendo que pierda ese factor de peligro o miedo a perder.
- Ese aspecto de que ahora te chocas con los fantasmas es molesto, te chocarás demasiado, empujan fuerte y te hacen perder el foco de por donde estas yendo.
- ¿Cómo es que ahora comerte a los fantasmas azules pasó de ser algo aliviador a ser estresante y/o frustrante?. Estos fantasmas azules se mueven por unos rieles ya definidos, no cambiaran su dirección y por alguna razón se mueven ridículamente veloz (más que Pac-Man). Pillarlos es un desafío, te estarás chocando todo el tiempo con la cola de fantasmas que traen porque, además, saben de tus movimientos. Ellos saben que te diriges a ellos y son capaces de hasta trolearte yendo por otras rutas. Perderas más tiempo atrapandolos que pillando la fruta de cambio de laberinto.
En cuanto a detalles menores (muy mínimos y que me pasaron), si quieres jugar con un mando, claro que puedes, pero debes conectarlo antes de darle a empezar, de lo contrario, tendras que reiniciar el juego. Al querer salir desde el juego, te saldrá la pantalla "Saliendo del juego.", es una pantalla engañosa, ya que en verdad debes confirmar que sales presionando el botón. En ese caso, mejor darle a Alt + F4.
No es un juego terrible, para nada, sigue siendo Pac-Man, pero estos cambios raros lo vuelven muy distinto a lo que era en un principio. Si eres nuevo en estos juegos, realmente no debería afectarte mucho, o si, no sé realmente. Con el factor de los visuales, puedes simplemente ignorar estas cosas y seguir jugando, volviendose adictivo y entretenido incluso para mi.
Si solo quieres pasar un rato jugando, no eres exigente y no te interesan mucho estos detalles (y si es que eres masoquista xd), adelante, no hay problema, pero te recomendaría jugar al anterior, Pac-Man CE DX, es menos estresante si es que quieres pasar buenos ratos (aunque el juego realmente trata de competencia y puntajes)
Repito, no es malo, esto no es hate, solo es distinto, pero no lo recomendaría al 100%. Y por eso es una opinión 50/50 :3

Fun little PAC-MAN game, a bit more fast paced than I remember PAC-MAN being.
В Championship Edition DX+, по сути, было всего два режима: Score Attack (собрать максимум очков за отведённое время) и Time Trial (максимально быстро собрать указанное количество предметов). Эти режимы существовали в нескольких вариантах лабиринтов, визуального оформления и принципов появления призраков. Но в Championship Edition 2 разработчики решили добавить мотивацию в виде эфемерной прогрессии. Теперь в новом режиме Adventure (который, по факту, пришёл на замену Time Trial) нужно закрывать на три звезды огромное количество абсолютно однообразных заданий по зачистке уровней на время (причём они едва проходимы даже на одну звезду), чтобы получить доступ к местным «битвам с боссами». А потом опять, и опять, и опять. В этом нет никакого внятного смысла – просто гринд ради гринда.
Но это не так важно по сравнению с тем, что разработчики ПОЛНОСТЬЮ изменили кор-геймплей. В CEDX+ нужно было собирать точки на левой или правой половине поля, чтобы в центре появился предмет, обновляющий очищенную сторону – и так до бесконечности. Power Pellets появлялись в лабиринте довольно часто; при умелой игре можно было беспрерывно оставаться под усилением и поедать призраков, набивая миллионы очков. Здесь же лабиринт усыпан точками плотнее, и после сбора определённого их количества появляется либо Power Pellet, либо предмет, телепортирующий Пакмана на следующий уровень. На более высокой сложности эти предметы после появления ещё и начинают от Пакмана убегать.
Принцип работы призраков тоже изменился в сторону усложнения. Теперь в призрака можно трижды врезаться, прежде чем он разозлится, подпрыгнет, приземлится в другой точке и начнёт наносить урон. Причём из-за визуальной вакханалии на экране отследить этот момент очень сложно. Да что уж говорить, я даже самого Пакмана на высоких скоростях иногда теряю в этой каше. Спящие призраки после пробуждения прикрепляются «паровозиком» в хвост обычному призраку, растягиваясь на поздних этапах игры почти на половину лабиринта. Подобрав Power Pellet, Пакман получает усиление и может (а в режиме Adventure – обязан) съесть этот хвост, атаковав его со стороны вожака. Причём результат уровня в первую очередь зависит именно от того, насколько быстро игрок сориентируется и сможет проложить маршрут таким образом, чтобы выцепить «голову» этого паровоза, который продолжает двигаться и уворачиваться от Пакмана на сногсшибательной скорости. А ещё в режимах с одним «паровозиком» есть прозрачные бессмертные призраки, которые просто бесконечно отбрасывают Пакмана назад при касании. Бомбы тоже работают иначе: они не возвращают призраков в домик, а заставляют самого Пакмана прыгнуть в точку старта уровня.
Короче говоря, CEDX+ была значительно проще и приятнее в плане геймплея. Да, чтобы не попрощаться со зрением из-за мыльной картинки, играть приходилось в оконном режиме, но там игрок хотя бы получал удовольствие от бодрого процесса. Здесь же его заставляют заниматься унылым гриндом с огромной нагрузкой на мозг ради доступа к убогим битвам с боссами, в которых нужно просто успеть зачистить несколько уровней подряд за отведённый лимит времени. Единственное отличие битвы с боссом от обычного Time Trial в том, что после сбора точек и появления предмета все призраки автоматически становятся агрессивными.
Ах да, вишенка на торте: CE2 – буквально единственная игра про Пакмана в Steam, которая не поддерживает облачные сохранения, что полностью обесценивает вложенные в гринд силы игрока.

Si lo compras de oferta por 3 pavos merece la pena, es un juego para pasar 30 minutos de diversión, música aceptable, gráficos en su línea, jugabilidad moderada. Se puede recomendar a un buen precio, pagar mas es de locos!!!
Хтонь. Я, конечно, все понимаю, но чем руководствовались разработчики, когда добавляли adventure mode? Те же самые уровни, что в практике, но теперь нужно зарабатывать звезды и открывать новые уровни. По-моему, какой-то бред, чтоб удержать игрока подольше в игре. И ладно, что первые боссы там налегке открываются (алгебраическая прогрессия, где каждый раз добавляются примерно 10 звезд), но под шестого финального босса разработчики решили опуститься на самое дно и вывалить неимоверное кол-во звезд для его открытия (222 звезды). То есть вам необходимо пройти все уровни, что вы ранее могли не пройти, набрав нужное кол-во звезд на босса, причем Вы всеми существующими матами будете крыть 6 остров, где счет уже будет у вас идти на последние секунды. А, еще не забываем, что игра имеет лок 60 фпс и фризит неимоверно (поверьте, Вы это заметите, когда будете подобные уровни проходить). Также не забываем о ярком цветном визуале самой игре, из-за которого Вы постоянно будете терять пакмена из виду. Визуал слабо отличается от прошлой части. Ну и, конечно, следует напомнить о своеобразном инпут-лаге, что в пакмене уже стал неким моветоном. Честно, рекомендовать бы не стал. Лучше уж в CE DX сыграйте, чем в этот нонсенс.

After getting a taste of what could be done with this franchise's classic form with Championship Edition (1) DX, I wanted more...in addition to seeing what the sequel improved upon, all the while hoping for a lengthier, more-evolved experience (Not that I have anything against simplicity in games.)
Unfortunately, what I got was something that was “involved to near-infinite times, unless you're a computer.”

+ A safe zone is now included...
+ ...that can be jumped back to with bombs.
+ A lengthy tutorial to get you familiarised with all this does is included.
+ While stages 1 to 11 in said section are mandatory, I did not take long to clear them, and I found the info to be valuable.
+ They massively upped the style factor in this, making it fast, and more showy.
+ Getting many lives in boss battles causes a swarm of Pac-Men to devour the ghost crowd.
+ The changes to the ghosts (they only attack after you collide with them enough time, but also jump over you.), coupled with the bombs, add much more by way of strategic options.

~ I feel they should have let you know you can brake in the tutorial, as that's not made known in the mandatory tutorial part.

- Whereas 1 DX+'s achievements did not necessitate you play 90% of the game to get, they were at least feasibly-doable by literally anyone that played.
This one?
You not only need to play perfectly in a game that avoids precision, but also get a heap of luck for anything outside of the Score Attack mode's basic unlocks, achievements included.
- S Rank, which is required at least once in all 3 modes to perfect/platinum/all-achievement, does not change in score threshold...
- ...nor does the timer increase for modes you have to fight to cut off even 1 ghost train.
- The timer also does not freeze when you're eating a train...which is one of the strangest things I've typed.
- Cutting off ghost trains was way more difficult than it should be. Not only do they move very unpredictably, and have near-perfect evasion...
- ...you also move way too fast to be able to control precisely in Extreme mode, compounding what's I already thought to be hopelessly-unrealistic expectations put on the player.
- Extreme should not even give you more than one life, as you literally cannot get even so much as A rank if you die, much less the S required for the achievements. This just convoluted, and added to the frustration, as then I had to go out of my way to restart, rather than it being automatic.
- This is all to type that sometimes, impossibility is had in doing what you want, even when you think of what could be done.
- They don't even try to help you by telling you the ghosts' behaviour.
- Single Train mode also annoyed, as the other three ghosts cannot have their aggression triggered/gone under, meaning multiple instances of repeated collision when one blocks a path are present, and slow you down.
- Even when perfectly-following the path laid out, ghosts can still cut you off, making mostly everything more up to luck than player skill.

I very much wished 1's achievements, and reasons to play encompassed a larger degree of the game, but that was my only complaint with it.
This one may have started out much more fun, and with a higher “wow” factor, but that sadly rapidly-devolved to a battle with the controls, burden of ridiculously-high-expectations, and outright luck to get almost-anywhere in it.

When I saw this game was available on pc, I honestly thought that I'd be alright with getting all the achievements here, especially since I already %100 the game on console, and my pc is more stronger than what's needed to even run this game (rtx-4060 and an intel i5-13400F,) however, this really wasn't the case. This feels like a lazy port which lacks very basic features such as changing resolution, visuals, and even the fps. Also, this version just stutters, a lot for pretty much no reason, I've got more than enough ram needed so there's really no reason why it should performs badly. Overall I can't really recommend this port, or even this game entirely. If you really want to play a fast-paced game of Pac-man, just do yourself a favor a buy Pac-man Championship Dx, that game is older, and even allows you to change your resolution which wasn't even bother with being added here. Just, DON'T BUY THIS PORT
It's good but still, Championship Edition DX+ is still the better game overall. Just go buy that instead. Also, l noticed that some music tracks for the PC version of this game aren't on here for some reason???

Look. Im sorry. As someone who loves pac-man. This is not the Championship Edition you want. You want Pac-Man Championship Edition DX+, Not Pac Man Championship Edition 2. The Game has impressive music and visuals but the formula of the original Pac Man CEDX+ was evolved into something completely new. Admittedly i do find the changes to be fun but i do have a couple of problems with it. For starters, its pretty obvious that the forced tutorial made it annoying to enjoy the game because you cant actually opt out and start the game. You HAVE to do the tutorial. My second issue is the lack of proper settings. There is little to no settings in this game and you cant configure the game to be in windowed mode, even having been coded in unity, the button combinations to force a unity game into windowed mode doesnt even work as well. While this game is not as satisfying as Championship DX+ it still is different enough to be fun at some points. But there is one final Major issue with this game and its the fact that the "DLC", Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus is completely exclusive to the Nintendo switch and other supporting devices but for some reason is not available for purchase on steam or PC. Meaning that if you're buying this game on PC, you're going to miss out on some content that you otherwise cannot get. and judging from the fact this game has not got any updates in recent years. It is very likely you will not get Plus for this title. Save your money and buy Championship Edition DX+ instead. Its more worth it if you're looking for a better Championship Edition

Sometimes you just want to play a game of Pac-mac and with this, you won't be doing that unless you go through a horrible forced tutorial. I have a new computer and wanted to throw this on last night. Nope. I have to do the tutorial again. The previous version of Pac-Mac is far superior.
The tutorial is a pain in the ass and the original is just better to play, get that instead.

Couldn't make it through the first 4 levels of tutorial without having to ALT-F4 and start game over after each level. Strangely gets stuck on the loading screen after you complete each level.

It's unsatisfying. Championship DX is faster, more dynamic, controls better, and has more ways to play the game. The new mechanics get in the way of gameplay. Ghosts are bouncy. Bombs send you back to the start instead of scattering the ghosts, which is not useful when the dot patterns are designed as one way tracks. I appreciate that they tried something new, but this game leaves me wanting.
Why is there a long series of mandatory tutorial levels for a Pac-Man game? Alpha Centauri has a gentler learner curve than this random assortment of dumb gimmicks.

I wanted to love this game. I really did. As someone who grew up playing the original Pac-Man in arcades, I was excited to see what a modern take would look like. What I got instead was a hyperactive fever dream that bears almost no resemblance to the classic I cherished.
The gameplay is absurdly fast. I'm not talking about a pleasant challenge—I mean legitimately disorienting speed that makes it impossible to plan your moves strategically. The original Pac-Man was about careful navigation, timing, and pattern recognition. Championship Edition 2 throws all that out the window in favor of mindless speed-running through neon-soaked mazes while electronic music assaults your eardrums.
The ghost trains are a bizarre addition that fundamentally breaks the core Pac-Man experience. Instead of avoiding ghosts, you now plow through them until they form conga lines? It's gimmicky and removes any sense of tension or danger. The power pellets feel meaningless when ghosts are more annoying obstacles than genuine threats.
What really grinds my gears is the complete absence of a classic mode. Would it have killed the developers to include the original game as an option? It's like buying a remastered album where the band re-recorded everything in a completely different genre and didn't bother including the original tracks. If you're going to radically reinvent a beloved franchise, at least give fans the option to experience what made it special in the first place.
The visual effects are overwhelming, the gameplay philosophy is wrong, and it's a betrayal of everything that made Pac-Man a timeless classic. Save your money and play the original instead.
A bit older Pac-Man game, but quite fun. Many different types of mazes and an adventure mode that gives you plenty of stages to get through. So if you like Pac-Man and want a bit different way of playing it, this one is up your alley.
I honestly didn't even know I had this in my library, but it's nice to have, since I finally check out the championship edition series of pac-man.

I understand how off this game can feel coming off of DX, but I find it to be a bit underrated. This feels almost like an Arrange/Black Label version of DX. It's a very strange iteration of Pac-Man, but that is one of its biggest strengths. It takes the formula and completely turns it on its head and delivers something new and pretty fun. The soundtrack is also filled with bangers.
Score Attack is the main mode. The gameplay is quite fun. Instead of ghosts immediately killing you, they will become angry upon you bouncing against them. Ghost trains form from passing by the sleeping ghosts, and once you eat a Power Pellet, you have to eat the leader ghost for each train. A lot of the strategy comes from routing and figuring out which mazes to complete versus which ones to skip. Learning how the ghost AI works and how to manipulate it is also important and adds to the fun. Collecting extra lives is also invaluable due to the major score bonus at the end.
Downsides: 1. Adventure Mode is just not good. It's very much a "play a chunk of a level while racing against the clock" experience, and the bosses are a HUGE missed opportunity (CE 2 Plus delivered true boss fights, but that is sadly Switch exclusive).
2. This version lacks the extra music tracks and the co-op mode from the Switch version.
3. The scoring system is a lot more rigid and less intuitive than the one in CE DX. It can feel really mystifying when you play really well but still don't manage to even get an S rank. It's very trial and error heavy.
I highly recommend this game to any Pac-Man fan who wants something that shakes up the formula, and I really hope one day Namco will consider making another entry in this series that experiments more with different styles of gameplay.

i just hate how in the menus, the back button is backspace and escape cant be used at all
but during gameplay, backspace cant be used as the pause button
they force this muscle memory just for you to have to reach to the top left after failing to pause the game initially

С выходом Факумрама в Теккене 8 , к покупке данного бойца, прилагалься уровень, связанный с Пакменом, которому уже идёт чуть ли не 40кет с момента своего дебюта в игровую индустрию.. Если я не ошибаюсь, ещё в прошлой части, была коллаборация с "Колобком")) ( Я про Теккен 7 если что. Там сделали арену под стать Пакмену, но лишь добавили музыку и украсили задний фон. А музыку к слову, взяли с 1 из частей уже ЭТОЙ игры и поэтому я решил написать про данный продукт....Которые к слову, издавали именно наши любимые по Теккенчику Бандай Нэмко.
Я думаю про Пакмена что это или кто, не имеет смысла рассказывать, потому что это ♥♥♥♥♥ легенда легенд ♥♥♥♥♥. У него есть враги в виде 4 призраков(у них там кста какие то даже имена есть). Поэтому я расскажу пожалуй что за игра такая.
В игре вы проходите уровни, жрёте жёлтый горох , переходите на следующий уровень, поедая фрукты и какие то ключи и уничтожаете призраков, когда они ослабевают- вот и весь геймплей. Но с этой игрой сделали поинтересней, они её разделили на этапы . То есть сначала идёт туториал , потом какой то режим со счётом, где вам надо за какую то определённую оценку, пройти собственно сам уровень, который поделён аж на 3 (лёгкий, средний и эксперт). И сюжетка, для разблокировки которой, вам надо пройти именно режим с очками.
А вот в режиме сюжета начинаеться полная дрочь....Потому что вы буквально, будете сидеть очень долго, набивая звёзды для разблокировки боссов и конечно, я вот стока времени тратить на эту духоту, да и ещё на время нее... Боюсь я зафейлю, поэтому сюжет я оставил... Музыка в игре огонь . Мне понравилась такие композиции как Pac is PAc, Oi OI Oi и Dimensions. В игре я ухитрилься словить баг, после взятия бонуса, во время смэрти. Эт было смешно )).
Сама игра пойдёт для таких вот ярых фанатов Жёлтого. Лично у меня с арккадами отношение + минус. как говорят "пойдёт под пиво где то вечером")))

Definitely a fun twist on the old classic and worth the price if you like puzzles and arcade games.
Get the previous game, Championship Edition DX. This one is a bit like a vile declaration of war against the designer of its predecessor, because despite its name, they changed every single game mechanic to something else and almost never for the better.
I only liked the tightened frame window for cornering. The adventure mode, feels like a brutal racing game trial with infuriating randomization and what breaks this game's neck is the ghost train mechanics. When receiving at some of the stages the power up to eat ghosts, the games changes into a different mode of play. These ghost trains, follow certain lines, but because they are intersecting, the actual path taken is random. When you guess wrongly and touch the middle of the train, you must wait to pass it by and sometimes you bounce back in a random direction. Don't forget you play a racing game here and nothing could be worse than that, but it somehow can be. Because if two ghost trains overlay on top of each other during the eating animation, you get to eat only one. The camera turns at a forced angle disorienting you after you leave the ghost train mode into your old camera view.
The foods you are supposed to eat to enter the next level float in a bubble through, which you need to catch, and it can pass through sleeping ghosts. Bumping into ghosts and trains is okay, but after multiple bumps the train becomes one angry ghost, spawning on a poorly telegraphed place sometimes insta killing you. Also there are some single ghosts wandering around, able to infinitely bump you. Bombing doesn't help anymore, because it only teleports you into a fixed spot.
Boss battles require collecting lives, which spawn an awkward second after the food, and enable killer ghosts which can randomly kill you. On a fixed transparent stage design with poor visibility. Probably less players have killed the first area's boss, than Malenia in Elden Ring.
I do recommend the soundtrack and the game engine has finally capabilities beyond 720p. And the adventure mode has maps without the ghost trains, and the scoring mode has single train modes, where it is less infuriating to deal with the train mechanics. You can kinda have fun with this if you try to dodge the crap it throws at you, but absolutely not recommended. Curious why all fun things from the predecessor were thrown out.

Получилась какая-то цветистая каша с миллионами очков за то, что это вытерпел. Никаких теперь смертей от касания духа — только если ты его достал, зато куча неоновых взрывов на весь экран сбивая и так не шибко высокую мотивацию бежать в этом лаберинтике хоть куда-то.
Разработчики — не делайте так! Даже если классика не отвечает современным трендам, то лучше пристрелите её и придумайте что-нибудь новое.

Геймплей продолжает традиции легендарного колобка, только с современными обновлениями. В игре отсутствует сюжет, всё внимание сосредоточено на геймплее. Ваша задача — поедать точки по всему лабиринту, избегая привидений и набирая очки для перехода на следующий уровень. Об однообразных уровнях и вялом темпе игры, как в одноимённой версии на Dendy или NES, можно забыть: теперь колобок летает с бешенной скоростью по лабиринтам, фрукты начали убегать, а таблетки привидений не замедляют — наоборот, ускоряют их, и при этом они убегают от вас очень запутанными маршрутами.
Графика выполнена в ярком аркадном стиле. Музыкальное сопровождение радует уши и добавляет драйва в игровой процесс.
Подытожу:
PAC-MAN™ CHAMPIONSHIP EDITION 2 — быстро затягивает своей динамикой и сложностью, но также быстро наскучивает. Если вы — настоящий фанат PAC-MAN и хотите испытать новые ощущения от классической игры — определённо попробовать стоит. В противном случае, лучше не тратить время зря.

This game is a huge step back compared to DX+. The controls on a gamepad are awful, because it does not allow to set the dead zone and the default dead zone setting is too small so that the input with the gamepad is frenquently the wrong direction and even changes without doing anything. Next stupid design decision: One can only choose the input schema once on starting the game between keyboard and gamepad. After that this method is fixed?! Want to change? Than you have to leave and restart the whole game (wtf???). Which rookie was allowed to make these design choices? And than there is the hard disk space: DX+ is just around 400MB while this requires 2GB+. Avoid this trash and get DX+ instead.

I've said in my review for PAC-MAN Championship Edition DX+ that many parts of the game make it really fun and unique, like the ghost trains, the satisfaction of eating a LOT of ghosts in sequence, and etc. and I feel like this game is just REALLY FUN, probably on par with CE/CE DX+, as now the ghost trains are a much more central feature, there's special animations for eating in big sequences, and it also has many things CE/CE DX+ don't have, like boss fights and the runaway fruits.

Nessuna trama, e va bene così. CE2 è puro arcade: niente narrativa, solo gameplay. L’unica “trama” è il tuo inseguimento di punteggi sempre più alti.

Difficoltà
Il gioco ha una curva di apprendimento ben calibrata. Le prime partite possono disorientare per la velocità e il caos visivo, ma presto emerge la logica dietro i comportamenti dei fantasmi. Le boss fight e i labirinti avanzati richiedono riflessi pronti e nervi saldi. Ottima sfida per arcade gamer, ma può risultare confusionario per chi cerca rilassatezza.

Giocabilità
Il gameplay è una reinvenzione brillante del PAC-MAN classico. Niente più morte istantanea al contatto coi fantasmi: ora puoi “spingerli”, accumulare code di nemici e inghiottirli tutti in una sequenza spettacolare. Ogni elemento è ottimizzato per velocità, strategia e spettacolo.

Personaggi
PAC-MAN e i fantasmi sono icone, non servono introduzioni. In CE2, sono reinterpretati in chiave stilizzata ma restano fedeli alle origini. Nessun vero sviluppo narrativo o emotivo, ma una forte identità visiva e comportamentale.

Longevità/Rigiocabilità
Altissima. Pur mancando una modalità storia, la natura arcade e la presenza di classifiche online, modalità score attack, time trial e stage bonus garantiscono decine di ore per chi punta al punteggio perfetto.

Immersione non narrativa ma sensoriale: CE2 è un’esperienza adrenalinica, visiva e uditiva. Crea uno stato di flow quasi ipnotico, tipico dei migliori arcade. Non c’è coinvolgimento emotivo, ma una tensione da punteggio che incolla allo schermo.

PAC-MAN™ Championship Edition 2 è un arcade moderno che riesce nell’impresa di rinnovare un classico leggendario senza tradirne l’anima. Più veloce, più folle, più spettacolare. Non adatto a chi cerca profondità narrativa o relax, ma perfetto per chi ama le sfide, la precisione e l’adrenalina da leaderboard. Un gioco che trasforma un’icona retrò in una scarica di dopamina digitale.
This is definitely a completely different game than CEDX
And it really missed the mark. Frequent 3D mini cutscenes that are both incredibly disorienting that also block you from seeing where current ghost trains are heading, and just "not fun" mechanics compared to CEDX
At least the soundtrack is a 10/10
