I've been playing Infinity Nikki since January 2025 and I still very much enjoy the game. It can be P2P if you want to collect full 5 star outfits but if you just want to dress-up, do quests, and explore it's a super fun game!

Das Erkunden und die Plattform-Elemente machen eigentlich richtig Bock und heben sich angenehm vom Einheitsbrei ab.

Wie bei vielen „Genshin-Klonen“ wird hier viel zu viel gelabert. Dir wird regelrecht das Ohr abgekaut. Ohne die Skip-Funktion wäre das Spiel kaum auszuhalten – der Spielfluss wird dadurch massiv ausgebremst. Und meist dann nicht zu ende erzählt. (Fortsetzung Folgt). Würde man nur halb so viel schwätzen, käme man auch mal mit der Story voran – hier ist weniger definitiv mehr!
[b]Extreme Performance-Probleme:[/b]
Trotz potenter Hardware (RTX 4070 Ti) bricht die Framerate an manchen Stellen von stabilen [b]100+ FPS auf unter 30 FPS[/b] ein. Das ist völlig inakzeptabel und zerstört das Spielgefühl komplett.

Ich hatte mehrfach komplette Hänger nach Quest-Abschlüssen. Dazu kommen nervige Dialog-Bugs, bei denen NPCs plötzlich für einige Zeilen stumm bleiben, bevor der Ton wieder einsetzt.

EIGENTLICH ist es ein wirklich gutes Spiel, das Spaß macht. Aber der technische Zustand und das endlose Gequatsche ziehen das Erlebnis massiv runter. Hier besteht [b]ganz dringender Behandlungsbedarf[/b] seitens der Entwickler. Wer keine Lust auf technische Achterbahnfahrten hat, sollte warten, bis die Performance-Patches da sind.

游戏性极差，大世界玩法无聊，就是个摄影棚，交互死板容易错过按键，手柄操作极其反人类（特制射箭操作），每个版本内容少且无聊，下半基本没啥东西，总体就是不断长草长草长草，常驻的几个玩法重复性高、操作不便、玩法无聊，中文配音不合格，一年多了没有丝毫进步。作为一个一年多的游戏，bug极多，游戏体验差，游戏公司完全不听玩家建议意见，优化极为缓慢，存在对游戏内物品未经告知就进行暗改的操作，完全不尊重玩家。不推荐！

This game has everything, from combat to collection to a compelling storytelling. The only issue is that some languages are badly translated with AI so there is that, and microtransactions are a necessity to complete all the outfits.
I want to love this game but I'm unsure. I love the outfits they have released, but the story is so blehh. I don't really care for the characters, etc. I'll keep playing it for now but I can't recommend this game bc the state its in. It feels so poorly optimized and it gets worse with every patch, at the start it was fine but now it feels like there's a new issue with every update. I also hate all the microtransactions, truly you can play this game without paying a single cent but all the clothing , house items, etc it feels so predatory being like "oh this is so very cheap compared to other games!" but in the end you end up spending more if you don't calculate. Its fun for what it is but i just wish the infold team would actually listen to the community when it comes to fixing gameplay issues. My opinion could change who knows.

во время игрового процесса я еще как-то могла терпеть попытки развести меня на донат и получить эксклюзивные костюмы, а так же бонусом расходники (коих на прокачку надо много), но постоянные вылеты из игры, отсутствие текстур, провалы за игровую карту и потеря кадров во время боев все же медленно, но верно привели меня к мысли, что игра не стоит своего потраченного на нее времени.

I’ve been playing Infinity Nikki for about a year and a half now, and I genuinely enjoyed it for a long time. The game is beautiful, relaxing, and collecting outfits was really fun at first.
However, over time it started to feel less like a game I wanted to play and more like something I had to keep up with. If you don’t log in constantly or grind events, it becomes really hard to keep up with new outfits. That pressure has taken a lot of the enjoyment out of it for me.
A big issue is the monetization. The prices for outfits are honestly kind of insane. I spent around $260 during Christmas trying to complete an evolution, and I still barely made it. That ended up feeling like a waste, especially since I don’t even use that outfit anymore because new ones are released so frequently.
Even though I consistently buy the battle pass and the 30-day login bonus, it still feels draining to keep up. On top of that, the actual content updates are very limited. Most outfit releases come with maybe a 20-minute quest, but there’s very little meaningful story content. It can take 6 months to a year for anything substantial to be added, which makes the game feel stagnant.
A lot of my close friends have already quit for these same reasons—the constant grind and the pressure to spend. Unfortunately, I can see the game slowly declining because of this.
I still enjoy Infinity Nikki, and I really want to keep playing, but right now it just doesn’t feel like the developers are doing enough to make it worth sticking with long-term.

While I really love Infinity Nikki in its concept and do enjoy playing it..
the game has :
- a lot of bugs and random crashes
- major FOMO with the outfits that you can get especially if you miss out or are a F2P who can't put a lot of time into the game because of work or other reasons
-a very confusing story that just stopped making sense altogether after the 1.5 update
(which I find is a common complaint among even players who played the other games in the series like Love Nikki)
-a bunch of areas that get used for one event or small story line and NEVER GETS USED AGAIN.
HOWEVER this should not be seen as something that will never change!
I genuinely believe this game has SO much potential and there is many people who would love to see this game thrive and become better
the surveys do help with that and it does seem like InFold has been taking some recent feedback a lot better than they used to.
so in conclusion if you are thinking of trying this game, I absolutely recommend doing so
(beware the requirements tho..for those that have a potato pc)

Was hesitant after the 1.5 disaster reviews, but it seems a lot of the faults were fixed and a ton of new content and maps were added (itzaland) and i was pleasantly surprised. So far ive found the gameplay satisfying and it feels there is a lot of variety. I do find the daily cap limits on gaining insight on abilities, and the weekly caps on other growth materials frustrating. But aside from that the game feels pretty rewarding. At the moment being f2p feels do-able, as i tend to only pull for banners i really want and save currencies in between in gacha games. Overall i am loving this game so far.

Even with the graphics as low as possible the game lagged constantly or things didn't load in at all. I didn't get much of a change to try to understand what plot/story was their because I was battling lag. Even running caused the game to lag. I wish their was also an option to skip the tutorial, but that's more of an opinion. Also don't bother trying to play this game with a controller even if it says it has full support, you'll be using the keyboard for basically everything anyway so there's not much of a point.

I love this game so much I opened an account in 2024 but sadly I had to make a new one because it wasn't in my exact region and there is no way of changing it unless you create a new account so I had to restart all my progress. Besides that amazing game and I love it. <3
A decent explore the world game that has different focuses on dressing up, story, PVE, and decorating. Each update is about a month apart and brings in an over all depth to the game and story!

游玩的乐趣在于能自己搭出几套自己喜欢的暖暖穿搭，限定抽奖套装非常好看，但是想要快速获得的价格让人望而却步。所以我的游玩方式不过是购买月卡，慢慢获得限定，然后通过主线或者其他免费方式解锁更多暖暖的形态。不过我说真的，我在搭配的时候感觉这游戏的搭配性并不丰富，虽然成套的衣服会越多部件种类也会越多，但是部件混搭就很怪，混搭的自由度不高，更别说有几个部件肉眼可见的丑，实在不忍心拿来搭任何看得顺眼的部件。
i loved this game i really do. but the dev’s greed and constant terrible decisions just make it so difficult to enjoy. while the designs for the dresses are all gorgeous and the game is in my opinion one of the most beautiful gacha games graphic wise, the constant fomo tactics, retconning and just overall greed is terrible.
The dye system for example was locked under multiple copies of outfits from gacha, while you do get a few basic colors for free, most of the ones you would actually want to use are locked under gacha copies
weirdly enough the final straw for me was the stardew valley collab. stardew valley was one of my absolute favorite games and i was so looking forward to the collab plus it was hyped up to death, you could imagine my disappointment when the collab was released and its just talking to a single junimo for five minutes and thats it. like why even bother advertising it by that point?
overall, this game had potential, it was perfect at day one. but the dev’s decisions and greed ruined alot of enjoyment i could get from this game.

I'm still salty about the massive unneeded retcon that they did to the game. I've been playing this game since launch, I just only now started playing on PC. The gacha system is designed to make you think that you are getting your buck with cheaper pulls, but in reality it costs about the same as any other gacha game. The game constantly lies to you, implying free to play options that will be implemented in the future only to put it behind massive paywall (such as the dye system, despite some free currency being given away to use it, it is not enough as the dye only applies to one clothing items and you don't unlock that recolor for all.) It's pretty to log on once in a while, but I wouldn't spend my time on this anymore
I'm enjoying this game so much more than I thought I would. At first, it looks like a dress-up game but the more you play the more layers you discover. By now, I'm so invested in finding out more about the story, and I'm fully immersed in whatever is happening. So beautiful.
Combat mechanics aren't great, but that really isn't central to the game concept,

I downloaded this game about 2-3 days ago and Im already addicted. Its surrounded by dress up, but this game is so much more than just that! They did the dress up gaming correctly, it has a great story, graphics are phenomenal, I love Momo so much lol and I love that I can change my characters skin tone. Although Id like for my characters skin to stay the same, especially when looking at resonance/gatcha clothes, the game is a good game and I really enjoy it so far .

I really enjoy the vast amount of customization.
the people calling this game "predatory" really need to relax. It's a gacha game, nobody's forcing you to collect every single outfit ever released. the pity system is actually pretty fair once you understand it: a full 5-star outfit runs about 180 pulls, which is totally doable if you save up over a couple of patches. and if that feels like too long a wait, 4-star outfits only take around 35 pulls. It's not perfect, but it's way more manageable than people make it out to be.
I actually quit when they retconned the beginning of the story, but ended up coming back eventually and the game is still pretty much what I loved about it. the original setup was sweet: nikki's mom being this legendary stylist, and nikki accidentally wandering into florawish while looking for prom dresses. I get why the devs probably wanted to move away from those story threads, but the retcon still kind of hurts.
outside of that, the story is a good time except for the abandoned district bits, I genuinely could not care less about those.
It's a styling game and it's fun, simple as that. what I really like is that you actually explore the world, find outfit designs out in the wild, and then go hunt down the materials to craft them.
(Ignore my steam total playtime, I probably have over 100 hours in this game)

Apesar de eu usar o meu celular para jogar, eu ocasionalmente uso o meu computador também, e que, apesar dele não ser feito para jogos pesados, ele até que segura bem a barra. Esse jogo é simplesmente perfeito, se você está a procura de um jogo mais calmo, com um pouco de ação e com muita roupas para personalizar como quiser, bom, acabou de achar (algumas pessoas dizem que é muito difícil/complicados os bosses desse jogo, mas ao meu ver, eles são até que fáceis, até que muito fácil pra falar a verdade, eles quase não atrapalham a sua jogatina) eu amo coletar e explorar o mundo aberto então eu passo a maior parte do tempo a fazer só as missões principais e procurar baús, mas se você prefere fazer fotos, decorar casa, passar tempo com os amigos ou apenas descobrir a lore do mundo; Está totalmente livre para fazer tudo ao mesmo tempo!! a única coisa que me incomodou foi quando mudaram a história principal, sinto que mudou um pouco o contexto da historia para os novos jogadores, não acho que foi uma boa escolha dos superiores, fica faltando algumas informações, tipo, "da onde é que vem o vestido flutuante??" "a personagem principal tem família??" coisas que são pequenas, mas que eu acho relevante e que me deixa incomodada com a mudança abrupta. I wouldn't say this game would come highly recommended, owing to the fact that there were so many questionable changes implemented after the launch of the game.
The intro story has changed - it was not like the first release and it seems the developers did this to try to extend and perhaps weed out players who were just trying something new, to those that were genuinely interested in playing the game. The story tries hard to be something it's not - you are the heroine or savior that is supposed to fix the ruined world, as opposed to the original light heartened story of finding a dress in the attic and traveling to Miraland. It went from very casual and relaxing to having a cosmic story with much more higher stakes.
A shame it couldn't stick for me, I immediately got bored traversing around the beginning map, which felt tedious at times, especially when the game lacks any proper controller support. I literally got stuck on the upgrade screen, wondering why nothing was happening, until I had a suspicion that if I used the keyboard, I'd actually make some progress. Which it did work, but playing games like this on a keyboard, feels a bit awkward.
While the dresses did appeal to me, the gacha system did not. The "dress set" is divided per piece, making it a bit discouraging to collect the pieces, as not every piece of a dress would match well with other pieces obtained within that gacha pool, or that isn't part of the original set.
Would I play this for the story? No, I would not, nor would I recommend it. I would have stayed for the dresses, but there are better games out there that focus mainly on the dress-up aspect of the game, rather than this one that tries hard to implement open world RPG aspects like Genshin, Wuthering Waves, etc. I would play one of those games if I wanted to experience a sort of, save the world story, and at least have little to worry about in terms of pulls. A set amount for a character and a set amount for their respective weapon.
I started playing this when the Stardew Valley collaboration event happened :) It's been a real fun ride! I love the housing, the overall aesthetic, the outfits, the puzzles, the soundtrack, the different abilities, the monthly events... Giovanni <3 >u< ehehe :3 I hope the developers are paid well! There's always new content in this game so you'll almost never going to run out of things to do; from NPC quests, grinding for materials to craft sets, map exploring, etc. Compared to other gacha games, I've found that this game is surprisingly generous with its rewards, so if you're not a spender its very doable. I've played this game on-and-off and for every large patch that drops (new region and lots of different quests that come along with it) I was mostly able to get the limited suit for that update without prior saving (you have to grind really hard for the duration of the patch). Lots of gorgeous areas to explore, outfits to get, fun puzzles (some easy some difficult) and variety of different abilities. The magical feeling from this game is top notch, from world building, exploring areas, etc. This game really fulfills my childhood fantasies of being a princess/fairy/barbie etc.
[h3] The cons: [/h3]
It's almost tradition that with every update there's gonna be a bug within the first couple of days. I was also highly disappointed that the devs just redid the entirety of the beginning story part of the game during the 1.5 update. You also need a good device to be able to fully enjoy the game with higher graphics, for a game with lots of map details and texture quality from clothes I don't think it's fun to play unless your device can handle at least medium graphics.
The combat in this game is very lack-luster and there's awkward animations that makes it very hard to dodge fast, so you end up losing a bunch of health. The devs try to make up for the bad combat by making some main quest boss fights harder but having to fight is still a pain in the a** and not enjoyable at all.
I started playing Infinity Nikki at launch, I have roughly 100 hours on the original launcher as well as the 270 hours on steam. I have spent about €22.
I genuinely feel that its a really enjoyable game regardless of whether you're f2p or p2p, I've never felt like I had to spend in order to keep up, but if you want every new item you would have to. None of the areas are locked behind a paywall so you can experience the entire story without paying.
I find that the only issue is the lack of optimisation, I recently upgraded to a better laptop but my previous one which had a 1660 no longer ran the game after the 2.1 update.
Overall I think that if you loved Barbie youll like this.

Вот на что купилась. Визуал реально сочный, Unreal Engine 5 выдает картинку, где каждый лепесток хочется рассматривать часами. Но всё равно не хватает какой-то дымки на фон, чтобы смягчить картинку. Мир выглядит слишком... Чистым.

Казалось бы, игра должна быть лучшей по исследованию мира. Но на деле первые несколько часов ты просто бегаешь по огромной карте в одиночестве, ибо онлайн открывается позже. И пока ты бегаешь, игра закидывает тебя тоннами механик, которые понять невозможно

Тут их почти нет. Битвы стилей это просто подбор шмоток по характеристикам вроде "Круто" или "За_бись!". Враги - пару разновидностей. Вместо экшена тут платформинг и головоломки, которые порой раздражают, когда ты хочешь спокойно исследовать мир.
Общее впечатление 6/10
Infinity Nikki - это игра антидепрессант, которая сама же тебя и вгоняет в тоску своей механикой. Она правда красивая, правда уютная. Фоторежим - огонь. Но высокий порог входа для соло-игрока, донатная удавка и обилие кнопок, в которых путаешься до самого конца, убивают весь кайф.
Если ты девочка, которая хочет просто померить платья и пофоткаться — бери, но готовься гриндить. Если ты парень, который услышал, что это годная "мужская" игра - три раза подумай.

i love this game but it needs a lot of fixes. i randomly get like 500 ping, i cant use my bow, i start getting really low fps, i get random werird bugs all the time, nikki starts running really fast and cant slow down (even tho that bug was pretty nice for exploring lmao), a lot of quests is bugged and doesnt work, i have to restart the game like 50 times every time i play cs theres so many bugs. i would recommend this game if there wasnt so many bugs
Très fan de la licence Nikki, avec love Nikki sur natel. Ce free to play est très souvent mise à jour, je n'ai mis, en 400h de jeux, que 10frs pour des tenues que je trouvais vraiment jolies mais pas du tout nécessaire pour avancer dans le jeu.
Gameplay différents de son homologue sur natel, moins de combat de stylisme, mais énormément de mini-jeu, de quêtes intéressantes, des combats (faciles) et de récoltes d'item (pêches pas chiante, brossage d'animaux, chasses aux insectes et ramassages de plantes).
Ce n'est que maintenant que je commence à lancer le jeu juste pour les quêtes journalières en attente de la prochaine mise à jour, (10 minutes max pour compléter les quêtes journalières).
L'open world est magnifiques, franchement pour un free to play, le jeu est beau, mon pc n'est pas très performant mais j'ai rarement des problèmes de lague.
Je le vous le recommande énormément, c'est gratuit, bien fait et il y a régulièrement de grosses mise à jour.

игра ужасно оптимизирована. получилось комфортно играть буквально первые пять версий, потом ноут стал помирать даже на минималках. я не представляю что там творится сейчас... но так конечно, красивые наряды и мир, если характеристики пк позволяют то можно и попробовать)
в целом про сюжет - раньше было лучше. не особо слежу на новыми обновлениями, но с версии 1.5 все скатилось. зачем-то поменяли ВСЕ начало игры...
плюсом инфолды вместо того чтобы реально улучшать свою игру просто пытаются заработать. лав никки и шайнинг никки были намного лучше

Played Infinity Nikki since release and I'm in love. I've been on and off because life got busy but this game is so amazing and helps me forget about the stresses of life.
Un jeu remplis d'histoires magnifiques, et aussi de bons graphismes qui font un univers fantastique.
Un gacha qui, pour le coup, écoute vraiment ses joueurs et qui ne repose pas uniquement sur le pay to win.
Un jeu de goat.
this game is very good in every aspect, you just need to run it on a good running device for great graphics. ^^
